after my first pretty much two weeks and

makeup and I looked so pretty and I was

going to like take the time to like do

slimming down or whatever I um I need to

see if I could do like a side by side of

maybe like from the video when when I

now but my face even though I still got

a little double cheriz here is

definitely slimming down so that has

been um really encouraging really nice

to see um one of the biggest things and

I wasn't like planning on starting here

but I will one of the biggest things

that I've noticed outside of the scale

outside of all of that stuff that has

been one of the biggest blessings being

on this injection and being on this

medication is way extremely less

inflammation so it's funny cuz there's a

couple followers or I mean a couple um

creators on Tik Tok that I follow that

talk about like their whole journey and

stuff like that one of them I know that

she says that it's cured her arthritis

and she's kind of young too which is is

interesting um but it's all of those

things and so many of the problems that

we have the diseases the ailments the

whatever it is um come from inflammation

so if you go back or if you saw that

guys when I lost my first 10 pounds I

was saying I'm you know I'm pretty sure

that most of it um was water weight but

also inflammation and I really have been

like paying attention and noticing over

the last um couple of weeks just like

how my body feels when I'm when I wake

I'm just kind of like moving about like

I honestly I don't even remember the

last time that I had back pain but

before and I'm child 37 my birthday is

tomorrow so I should not be having crazy

aches and pains crazy back pain like I'm

still yet young um but a lot of that was

caused from the weight and the

inflammation so to to be down the amount

that I am now I'll share with you guys a

little bit later um and to just wake up

and feel like I can move my body I'm not

achy I'm not sore I'm not bones cracking

and all the things like I genuinely at

this point in time at my 6 weeks feel

like that has been one of the biggest

blessings so for that alone and I'm

going say this carefully even if I

didn't lose another pound but I still

even halfway there um just for that

that's like a hunger cue um which I hear

a lot of people say that like if you're

feeling nauseous that's probably your

body telling you that you're you're

actually hungry or you need to eat um

and with this uh being on trapti being
00:04:58
on mararo this medication I um you know

it suppresses your appetite so I

honestly have to like today um it's
00:05:06
almost it was pretty much 2:30 when I

had I just ate for the first time I did

get up this morning and I got um a

coffee like a protein coffee so first of

all shout out to Smoothie King because

Smoothie King has this I'm trying to

think of the name I think it's called

coffee it's like coffee protein high

protein almond mocha you can't miss it

um on their menu um and it's a high

thing it's really good um and I get that

number two it um has a lot of protein it

has like 30 grams of protein which for

me in these next few weeks that is legit

my main focus is getting in enough

protein um but all that is to say like I

really have to genuinely like force my

myself to eat sometimes so I think that

sometimes the nausea or the nausea

feelings um come from that I'm at the

bus stop my um I just took Logan around

his bus comes first my son and then now

I'm back at the bus stop waiting for my

daughter so I just saw one of his little

friends wave to him um but yeah so the

hunger cues can be I mean the the nausea

have not had any constipation and I

think um I do already kind of naturally

drink a lot of water so I think

sometimes the people who may suffer from

really honestly trying to like just feel

out the next couple weeks because I
