00:00:09
hey folks welcome back this teaching is
00:00:12
going to be understanding the ICT due to
00:00:14
swing
00:00:19
you
00:00:21
okay the ICT jutsu swing what ICT
00:00:24
concepts are going to be used in this
00:00:25
module I'm going to be introducing the
00:00:29
ICT jutsu swing I'm going to be defining
00:00:32
what the ICT due to swing actually is
00:00:36
I'm going to show you its utilization in
00:00:38
bullish conditions and utilization and
00:00:42
bearish conditions
00:00:47
okay introducing the ICT Judas swing
00:00:50
alright so the price swing that sets the
00:00:52
London session high or low is many times
00:00:54
an energetic price link now it's going
00:00:57
to many times be a run on stops or could
00:01:00
be returning to a key price level either
00:01:01
one can be the basis for this quick
00:01:03
spike in price having a higher time
00:01:06
frame understanding and implementing the
00:01:09
higher time frame analysis to determine
00:01:10
what direction the ICT jutsu swing will
00:01:13
form if you look at the chart to the
00:01:17
right here I've basically added more
00:01:19
dimension and detail to a earlier chart
00:01:24
in the series of teachings here I've
00:01:27
added a couple different reference
00:01:29
points that will help solidify the
00:01:32
understanding that creates the daily
00:01:34
high and low the open the high low and
00:01:36
close on a daily candle I've started
00:01:39
your journey in my ICT concepts with the
00:01:43
lowest timeframe possible which is this
00:01:46
small little segment of price action
00:01:48
from an intraday perspective because if
00:01:50
you can understand that and as we draw
00:01:53
out farther into higher time frame
00:01:56
analysis you'll see that these ideas are
00:01:58
actually fractal and they form on all
00:02:01
time frames because it's defined the ICT
00:02:08
jutsu swing first and foremost you start
00:02:11
hunting the Judas swing at midnight New
00:02:14
York time okay so this is a New York
00:02:16
opening price and it ends at 5:00 a.m.
00:02:20
New York time and that's basically the
00:02:22
entire five hour window that would be
00:02:26
utilized for anticipating this price
00:02:29
move now I'm not suggesting to everyone
00:02:32
sit up all night long waiting for this
00:02:36
Judas swing to appear there's some
00:02:38
things that you would look for obviously
00:02:40
but I can't cover everything in one
00:02:41
teaching so I'm giving it to you in
00:02:43
small little pieces but for the most
00:02:45
part between midnight New York time at
00:02:47
5:00 a.m. New York time there's going to
00:02:49
be a high or low form for the daily
00:02:52
range now we understand that typically
00:02:53
is on the basis of London high Orlin and
00:02:56
low forming now the Judas swing is a
00:02:59
false rung that trips
00:03:01
traders that lack the understanding of
00:03:02
true direction of the day and this is
00:03:04
going to come by way of higher time
00:03:06
frame analysis and implementing that in
00:03:08
the intraday price action here we have
00:03:12
an example of a Judas swing and I'm
00:03:15
going to now teach you the
00:03:16
implementation of it in in bullish
00:03:18
condition okay
00:03:21
so here we have the euro dollar chart
00:03:23
and I want you to take notice that we
00:03:25
have the Asian range applied we also
00:03:29
have the midnight delineation in New
00:03:32
York I've also highlighted the opening
00:03:35
price at midnight so this is the New
00:03:37
York opening price so whenever you hear
00:03:39
me refer to New York open price
00:03:41
it's that price okay whatever the
00:03:43
opening price is exactly at midnight New
00:03:46
York time I draw that out to around 11
00:03:50
o'clock in the morning and obviously we
00:03:53
see the Asian range hi Asian range low
00:03:55
the premise is we would have to already
00:03:58
arrive at an analysis that lends well to
00:04:01
bullish prices for euro dollar for this
00:04:04
particular day if we have that
00:04:06
assumption and we stick to our guns if
00:04:10
you will about only taking a trade based
00:04:13
on what I'm going to suggest to you here
00:04:15
in your demo can I think you're gonna
00:04:17
see there is a repeating phenomenon
00:04:19
inconsistency if you apply it it will
00:04:22
not give you a trade every single day to
00:04:23
practice with it will give you a set up
00:04:26
a few times a week if you look at the
00:04:28
majors that are coupled with a dollar
00:04:30
euro dollar Cable Aussie dollar dollar
00:04:33
yen there's four markets if you just
00:04:36
watch those it'll give you a wide array
00:04:38
of potential scenarios where this type
00:04:41
of thing forms now what is did you two
00:04:45
swing here and how is it implemented on
00:04:47
a bullish scenario we're looking for an
00:04:50
Asian range that is in a tight
00:04:52
consolidation we look for initial run-up
00:04:56
the trip traders in so buy stops are hid
00:04:59
traders arnelle long want a breakout we
00:05:03
wait for the market to trade down below
00:05:04
the asian range low to take the stops
00:05:06
anticipate some measure of a sweep 10 20
00:05:10
pips or so but this move below the
00:05:13
opening price that
00:05:14
this is actually the ICT Judas swing now
00:05:18
this is a bullish Judas swing and it
00:05:20
creates the low of the day inside the
00:05:21
London session the London low - ends up
00:05:25
becoming the low of the actual day so
00:05:28
what we look for is obviously a higher
00:05:31
time frame premise that we are
00:05:32
anticipating bullishness or a higher
00:05:35
close on the day and we wait we wait for
00:05:38
a scenario where the Asian range is
00:05:40
tripped by running the stops above the
00:05:44
Asian range high ok this is the first
00:05:46
level of manipulation and then we
00:05:49
anticipate a move below the opening
00:05:50
price preferably we want to see a trade
00:05:53
below the asian range low if you were to
00:05:55
trade just below that asian range low as
00:05:57
an entry and use a respectable amount of
00:05:59
pips in terms of a stop it might get you
00:06:02
into a pretty good trade below below
00:06:06
this asian range low to a certain degree
00:06:09
of support and old Hika trade to you
00:06:14
classic support resistance ideas would
00:06:16
lend well here as well but long and
00:06:18
short we want to see a measure of move
00:06:21
below the opening price see the actual
00:06:23
drop below the opening price is a ICT
00:06:25
due to swing when the markets bullish
00:06:28
otherwise just any little little
00:06:29
movement below it like this one here
00:06:31
this would not start a nice et Judas
00:06:34
swing the Judas swing is first it leads
00:06:37
traders in on the wrong side and then it
00:06:40
tears lower going below the asian range
00:06:43
low and this whole move little opening
00:06:45
price that's exactly the ICT Judas swing
00:06:48
my initial teaching him when I was
00:06:50
teaching on baby pips when I was doing
00:06:52
videos for that community it was right
00:06:56
away snatched up by a lot of traders and
00:06:59
said well this is the do to swing or
00:07:01
that's a Judas swing and I didn't give
00:07:04
you the details that I'm giving you here
00:07:06
ok so there's a specific element that
00:07:08
has to be there otherwise it's not a
00:07:11
Judas swing ok and why did I name it a
00:07:13
Judas swing I try to teach my children
00:07:16
these concepts and I come up with little
00:07:18
interesting titles for certain things
00:07:20
like order blocks and new jutsu swings
00:07:23
and things like that and it just helps
00:07:25
me create a language for them to learn
00:07:27
and
00:07:28
it's a phenomenon that makes sense
00:07:30
because you know sheep herders they
00:07:33
would use a Judas goat and the Judas
00:07:35
goat would lead the sheep into the
00:07:38
slaughterhouse but the Judas goat would
00:07:40
turn away right before going into the
00:07:42
slaughterhouse while the Sheep just kept
00:07:43
on going on and obviously you know the
00:07:46
outcome you get lamb chops so that same
00:07:49
premise is seen in price action where
00:07:52
the they introduce false breakout here
00:07:55
but then the Judas goat leads price
00:07:58
action lower and traders that see this
00:08:01
they want to go short they sell sell
00:08:03
sell sell sell and that's actually the
00:08:06
wrong thing to be doing the actual
00:08:09
prices going the other way after it goes
00:08:11
below the opening price so what we're
00:08:13
looking for is the element of a bullish
00:08:16
Judas swing is a pop above the Asian
00:08:19
range high then a drop below the opening
00:08:22
price at midnight and then below the
00:08:24
asian range low when that occurs that's
00:08:26
the actual Judas swing that's a bullish
00:08:31
now this is what it looks like without
00:08:33
any of those elements on the price
00:08:35
action you can see probably doesn't give
00:08:38
that much detail to you but again we add
00:08:40
it back let that burn in you can see it
00:08:43
gives a whole lot more clarity as to why
00:08:45
price is doing what it's doing okay now
00:08:53
we're going to define the ICT due to
00:08:55
swing for a bearish scenario okay so
00:09:01
we're looking at the dollar cad here
00:09:03
very similar to what we just mentioned
00:09:05
on the previous pair you're a dollar now
00:09:08
we're looking at the dollar cad with
00:09:09
very similar idea the idea going into
00:09:13
this day was higher timeframe
00:09:15
bearishness so we anticipate a lower
00:09:16
closed based on what we anticipate from
00:09:19
either a higher time frame daily or
00:09:20
weekly but for this example again the
00:09:22
asian range small tight consolidation we
00:09:25
want to see it drop down trip traders in
00:09:28
right away then run on the other side of
00:09:31
the asian range high that movement above
00:09:33
the opening price above the asian range
00:09:36
high that is the Judas swing this is the
00:09:38
false or trap move that I use the
00:09:42
in London setups now that's not the only
00:09:44
setup but that's one characteristic of
00:09:46
the setups that I use now right away
00:09:49
some of you're gonna say well you're
00:09:50
holding things back Michael that's not
00:09:52
fair well that's why I have a mentorship
00:09:53
I don't know anything back there but
00:09:56
I've given you enough here that if you
00:09:58
look through your price charts okay even
00:10:01
if you are not trading them live with
00:10:02
your demo account look for these things
00:10:05
in hindsight because by printing them
00:10:07
out and creating a study log of what
00:10:10
these individual days look like it will
00:10:13
build a historical reference in your
00:10:17
memory and even though you weren't
00:10:19
actually in these moves if you are able
00:10:22
to watch price action live you'll start
00:10:25
to see when it should be happening again
00:10:27
the number one premise going into this
00:10:29
when it's bearish we want to anticipate
00:10:31
lower prices momentum lower so that way
00:10:35
we'll be looking for after midnight New
00:10:39
York time we want to see price initially
00:10:42
drop down below the asian range level
00:10:43
when that happens we are set to wait and
00:10:46
anticipate the run back above the asian
00:10:49
range high when it does that and goes
00:10:51
above the opening price at that moment
00:10:53
right here on this candle this becomes a
00:10:55
Judas swing because it's now leading
00:10:57
people in on the wrong side why because
00:11:00
we have already arrived at a bearish
00:11:02
tone on the marketplace so our analysis
00:11:04
is suggesting lower prices while any
00:11:07
rally intraday at this time of day
00:11:09
should be viewed as a suspect rally or a
00:11:12
fake move it's going to run up here get
00:11:15
everybody excited notice the most energy
00:11:17
is seen with it making the high of the
00:11:19
day this is slow lethargic movement
00:11:22
below that's typical that stop running
00:11:25
below the asian range low those short
00:11:28
holders that have been trading short now
00:11:30
and a breakout their stops going to be
00:11:31
rating above here 10 20 pips type of
00:11:35
scenario to unfold
00:11:36
that's how about how far to do to swing
00:11:38
you'll reach for traits the high today
00:11:40
and then quickly moves away that's a
00:11:44
telltale hallmark sign that traders have
00:11:47
now been trapped and any return back to
00:11:49
it all I'm seeing is an Asian range
00:11:51
return back to the high doesn't give
00:11:54
them an opportunity to see higher prices
00:11:56
and then quickly accelerates going lower
00:11:58
in the New York session so hopefully
00:12:02
I've given you a little bit more detail
00:12:04
and insight about what makes a nice et
00:12:06
Judas wing it really is nothing more
00:12:08
than this just watch the video a few
00:12:09
times the elements and characteristics
00:12:12
of it are very simple you want to see
00:12:15
the manipulation first when it's bearish
00:12:17
below the Asian range well then climb
00:12:19
above the opening price at midnight and
00:12:21
then go through the Asian range high
00:12:22
once it does that that's a Judas swing
00:12:24
you can demo trait that or do some back
00:12:27
testing and see how this works out many
00:12:29
times when you have a bearish tone from
00:12:31
a hard time perspective this is the type
00:12:34
of move you'll see okay and another
00:12:36
classic sign that you're right is if it
00:12:38
starts to move aggressively away from
00:12:40
that high because now it's already done
00:12:43
its work sheep are getting slaughtered
00:12:45
so hopefully you can go through the
00:12:48
charts and find many examples of this
00:12:50
very thing happening I think if you look
00:12:51
at a large sampling of data say you know
00:12:55
three or four months and pick a couple
00:12:57
pairs you'll see that this is in fact
00:13:00
what actually happens in the marketplace
00:13:01
and it's very interesting to see it live
00:13:03
i I'm never at a loss of interest when
00:13:07
it comes to watching London setups
00:13:09
because it's a repeating phenomenon it's
00:13:11
pretty classic it goes on and on in
00:13:13
terms of consistency but again try not
00:13:17
to believe that it's going to form every
00:13:19
single day because it's not going to do
00:13:20
that folks there's going to be times
00:13:22
where I set up is this really loaded in
00:13:24
your favour to see either trades lower
00:13:27
with a lower close or a higher close
00:13:28
when bullish and this is the type of
00:13:31
scenario we are looking for now here's
00:13:32
the takeaway from this if you don't see
00:13:35
this phenomenon take place it's probably
00:13:38
better for you to stay out of the market
00:13:39
place
00:13:39
because you want to be trading in the
00:13:41
most highest probable condition and in
00:13:44
my opinion if you're looking for London
00:13:45
setups this is one of the best things to
00:13:48
look for and one the hallmarks to
00:13:49
outstanding London sessions
00:13:57
hopefully you enjoyed this presentation
00:13:58
and if you'd like to find more you can
