something that's not authentic to you

alignment with who you truly are with

your deepest values what what you truly

value in life with what you're truly

meant to do authentically when you

pursue goals that are not authentic to
00:01:50
you it will always feel like forced it
00:01:52
will feel hard it will feel like
00:01:55
climbing an up uphill it will feel like

you're you're trying too hard you will

feel exhausted and if you make things
00:02:04
work it they're not going to stay or
00:02:06
you'll find a way to sabotage them I'll

give you an example um in the past many

years ago I created a bakery I started a

bakery and I was a baker for three and a

half years I was good at it but that was
00:02:20
not what I was meant to do and

eventually I had to sabotage it I didn't

know it at the time but I had to
00:02:26
sabotage it another story I used to be a
00:02:30
handgun instructor can you imagine this

I was very good at that I I taught
00:02:34
people how to shoot handguns but I also
00:02:37
had to sabotage this because why it's
00:02:40
not authentic to who I am I am a teacher
00:02:42
I am somebody who connects dos I'm
00:02:45
somebody who explains things well in a
00:02:48
way that makes sense to people in a way
00:02:50
that gives them a different perspective
00:02:52
that rewies them and that's what I'm
00:02:54
meant to do and that's what I'm doing

right now this is what flows to me

everything else feels hard and feels

like I'm forcing it feels like I'm

trying to open a door where it's just a
00:03:04
wall there but the door is right next to

me and I don't see it because I am not

authentic to who I am so the point is

this when you take action on goals that

are not authentic to you you will be

prevented from achieving these goals not

because they're not possible they are

but because they're not authentic to who

you are and how you're meant to express

in this world so how do you fix this the

way to fix it is to be honest with

yourself about what you truly value in

life what's really working for you in

life and what's coming effortlessly to

you what others are finding value in in

something that you do that's really

effortless for you it's not even

registering as an action answer these

I want or is it one of the shoots I've

the second huge reason for being stuck

in midlife and later is this

subconscious

programming consciously Desiring X but

the subconscious programming is

programmed for why the thing is that we
00:04:17
desire things with our conscious mind
00:04:20
our desires are coming from our
00:04:22
conscious mind but what actually happens
00:04:25
in life is coming from our subconscious
00:04:28
mind because 95% of the the actions we
00:04:30
take or don't take are governed by our
00:04:32
subconscious programming not by our
00:04:34
conscious mind so desires are built by
00:04:37
our conscious mind but they don't become
00:04:39
part of our subconscious programming
00:04:41
what manifests in life the circumstances

that we eventually create by taking
00:04:47
specific actions or being in in action
00:04:50
or in reaction are the circumstances
00:04:53
that are consistent with our
00:04:55
subconscious programming so for example

maybe you're stuck in your relationship

and you don't feel valued well maybe

when you were growing up you were

frequently ignored or dismissed by one

or both of your caregivers and you

develop this belief that you don't

matter that you're not important and of

course they has this has to manifest in

your relationship and you have to make

it mean that you're not valued because

you don't matter that's the subconscious

programming or maybe in your career

maybe you believe that I'm not smart

enough and you frequently get passed for

promotions and then you wonder what's

happening well that's what your

subconscious belief is I'm not smart

enough others are smarter others get
00:05:36
ahead faster than me I don't have what
00:05:38
it takes and of course that has to
00:05:40
manifest in the circumstances as well or
00:05:42
in your business maybe you have the
00:05:44
belief that if it's done right I have to
00:05:47
do it myself and you have problems with
00:05:50
scaling and you feel stuck in your
00:05:51
business because you can delegate
00:05:54
because you have that belief if it's
00:05:56
going to be done right I have to do it
00:05:58
myself or in your finances you may have
00:06:00
the subconscious programming of money is
00:06:02
hard to make or money comes but it
00:06:05
doesn't stay and of course they has to
00:06:07
manifest that way in your circumstances
00:06:09
so that you can find proof that these
00:06:11
beliefs are true I have to mention um U

something personal about money beliefs
00:06:17
and I've had many money beliefs uh
00:06:19
coming from being born and raised in
00:06:21
communism but one of them that I
00:06:24
unpacked that I was literally shocked
00:06:27
was was this every time time I tried to
00:06:31
imagine having millions and millions of
00:06:33
dollars uh net worth it always felt
00:06:36
possible in a conscious level but on a
00:06:38
subconscious level It Felt Like H I felt
00:06:41
a little not always here in my solar
00:06:44
plexus and I didn't know what that was
00:06:46
and that told me something and I already
00:06:49
knew enough to to to know that something
00:06:51
is there something that's blocking me
00:06:53
from within myself from my subconscious
00:06:56
mind and I wanted to unpack this and
00:06:58
when I got to the bottom of it I was
00:07:00
literally shocked because what I
00:07:02
realized was that I had to believe that
00:07:05
if I have a big wealth that will change
00:07:09
me in a way that I don't like myself and
00:07:12
then I had to think where is this coming
00:07:14
from and I realized in my early
00:07:16
childhood and early teenage years I grew
00:07:19
up in communism and the only people who
00:07:21
had a lot of wealth and money back them
00:07:23
were the communist leaders and they were
00:07:25
also the oppressors and of course if I
00:07:28
have a lot of money I will be an
00:07:30
oppressor and and I don't want to be an
00:07:32
oppressor and of course I will not have
00:07:34
a lot of money I will not feel good
00:07:37
about having wealth because I don't want
00:07:39
to oppress people to see how Insidious
00:07:42
these beliefs are and our subconscious
00:07:44
programs and until you get to the bottom
00:07:46
of that you don't know what's hiding
00:07:48
there and how you're sabotaging your own
00:07:50
efforts in life so how do you fix this
00:07:52
how do you change this subconscious
00:07:54
programming well look at the areas in
00:07:57
your life where you feel stuck where you
00:07:58
feel things are not going well where
00:08:00
you're challenged then realize that deep
00:08:02
down this is what you believe you
00:08:05
deserve and I know it feels it sounds
00:08:07
very shocking to say it that way but
00:08:09
that's the reality because consciously
00:08:11
you know you don't want that absolutely
00:08:13
not but subconsciously that's what
00:08:16
you're programmed for so find these
00:08:18
beliefs that are creating these
00:08:19
circumstances and change them and that
00:08:21
will change the circumstances so for
00:08:23
example if you feel unlovable and that's
00:08:27
causing you to sabotage every new
00:08:28
relationship that you enter change that
00:08:31
and that will change the future
00:08:33
circumstances this was my case by the
00:08:35
way um I was uh in my childhood I have a
00:08:39
younger sister and my father would
00:08:41
always engage with my sister and he
00:08:43
would never play with me so I felt
00:08:45
dismissed I felt ignored and I had to
00:08:47
make that mean well I'm not lovable
00:08:50
enough I'm not likable my my father
00:08:52
doesn't love me and that had to manifest
00:08:56
in the future in my relationship so uh I
00:09:00
sabotaged to marriages until I
00:09:03
discovered that that's how I felt and I
00:09:05
had to make that manifest by sabotaging
00:09:07
my own relationships so find out the
00:09:10
beliefs that are creating the
00:09:12
circumstances that you feel challenged
00:09:14
and stuck in and change these beliefs
00:09:17
and here is the third big reason for
00:09:19
being stuck negative beliefs Loops
00:09:23
interpreting present circumstances as
00:09:26
the evidence for the beliefs that
00:09:29
created them usually negative and
00:09:31
limiting beliefs this is how Insidious
00:09:34
beliefs are beliefs create our
00:09:37
circumstances and then we look into
00:09:39
these circumstances we read the
00:09:41
circumstances and we go see I knew it
00:09:44
and this reinforces the same beliefs
00:09:46
that created the circumstance that's how
00:09:48
beliefs stay alive and we know that 75%
00:09:52
on average of our beliefs are negative
00:09:54
and limiting why because we know 75% of
00:09:57
the time people think negative thoughts

and so you can imagine how we constantly

create circumstances we don't desire but
00:10:06
then we take these circumstances and we
00:10:08
go see I knew it's not working see I
00:10:11
knew I was not meant for that see I knew
00:10:13
I'm not good enough so for example maybe

you have a chronic condition health
00:10:18
condition and you frequently go to um
00:10:21
doctors and do
00:10:23
examinations and nothing is working and
00:10:26
then you go see I knew it it's not going
00:10:28
to work I knew it's in my jeans I knew
00:10:30
this is cannot be fixed it works for
00:10:32
others but it's not going to work for me
00:10:34
why because you're reading the
00:10:36
circumstances and then you feed the same
00:10:39
beliefs that created these circumstances
00:10:41
because that's how it all started and
00:10:44
that reinforces the same beliefs and
00:10:45
it's a downward Loop do you see so how
00:10:47
do you fix this well realize that your
00:10:50
present circumstances and this is a CR
00:10:53
crucially important uh point to make
00:10:55
your present circumstances are a
00:10:58
manifestation
00:10:59
of past thoughts and past beliefs
00:11:02
they're not a manifestation of who you
00:11:04
are today they don't represent what you
00:11:06
believe right now so if you read into
00:11:09
your current circumstances present
00:11:11
circumstances as as a reflection of who
00:11:13
you are today you keep reinforcing these
00:11:16
negative and limiting beliefs so realize
00:11:19
that there is a lack time there is a
00:11:21
delay between thinking and believing in
00:11:24
a certain way and taking or not taking
00:11:26
the actions that stem from these beliefs

and the the feelings and emotions that
00:11:30
arise from them and things materializing

in in hard tangible reality there is a
00:11:37
delay and there is a good reason for

that and we don't need to go into this

but the things that you think today will

be manifested in the future your

circumstances today the places where you

struggle right now and where you feel
00:11:49
stuck they're not a reflection of what
00:11:51
you think and believe right now things

may have changed already for you but if

you read the circumstances in a way

where you you make it mean that this is

still a problem in you then you keep

reinforcing these same old beliefs that

you're trying to shed anyway do you see

how this is working so now you're

probably going well if I don't read my

current circumstances how do I interact

with my reality what should I read then

and the answer is this read the visions

that you're creating for the results

that you actually want basically what

I'm asking you to do is to deny your

external senses in a way that you don't
00:12:29
allow your brain to read from what's
00:12:31
outside to decide what's true for you

right now and for what you believe and

who you truly are but live in the vision

that you have for what you want to

experience in your relationships career

whatever the area is create that vision

and live in that Vision so that you

trust your internal senses and these

internal senses are reinforcing the new

beliefs that are creating the new

circumstances and of course you have to

wait for these new circumstances to show

up because of this delay effect that's

crystallizing intangible reality and
00:13:09
finally the fourth big and completely
00:13:13
ignored reason for getting stuck in

midlife and later needing to know the
00:13:19
how needing to know all the action steps
00:13:22
before you take action needing to
00:13:24
understand how you will get to your
00:13:26
destination this is a huge one
00:13:30
understand that when you create a
00:13:32
conscious plan well obviously it's
00:13:33
coming from your conscious mind but your
00:13:35
conscious mind is very limited because
00:13:37
you can only look in the past for
00:13:40
reference your past and the past of the
00:13:43
people you know or what you know from
00:13:44
media and that's what it projects in the
00:13:47
future this is the limited pool from
00:13:50
which you try to create the action plan
00:13:53
but the conscious mind has zero access
00:13:56
to Pure possibility it has only access
00:13:59
to probability probability based on your
00:14:02
past so the actions that you will create
00:14:05
if you want to know all the steps will
00:14:07
be limited and will be probable based on
00:14:10
your past and what you know but they
00:14:13
won't be uh including the field of
00:14:16
possibility and uh this is very limiting
00:14:19
or sometimes what we do instead of
00:14:21
creating our own action plan we go out
00:14:23
looking for other people who have the
00:14:26
action steps we look for the strategies
00:14:28
for the tactics as I started this video

and we want to know all the steps before
00:14:33
we start taking action but that's not
00:14:36
how it works see if you're going to
00:14:38
drive a car in the middle of the night
00:14:40
from New York to Philadelphia let's say

you're not getting in the car and going
00:14:45
no no no I I can't start driving because
00:14:47
I'm not seeing all the the road all the
00:14:50
way to Philadelphia no you start driving
00:14:53
and you trust that the next hard yards
00:14:55
or meters wherever you are in the world

will show up for you they'll be revealed
00:14:59
for you so that's the point take the
00:15:02
first step the step that you know right
00:15:05
now and then the second step will be
00:15:07
revealed to you this is how it really

works it's not by creating an action

plan that's why most people fail that's

why I have failed so many times in the

past because I take somebody else's

action steps and I try to execute them

in my own experience but it doesn't work

because it's not authentic to me to to

relate to the first point that I

mentioned so the point is this trust

that when you take the first step The

Next Step will be revealed to you and

the next and the next and the next but

you cannot stay in your conscious uh uh

mind trying to create a conscious plan

for getting there the frequent example I

give to my clients is this tell me how

did you meet your spouse your your wife

or your husband or the person you're in

a relationship with and they go and I

asked them did you did you create a very
00:15:55
careful plan step by step and then you
00:15:57
started executing on that plan on this
00:15:59
date I will go to this restaurant and
00:16:01
then on that table um two tables away
00:16:04
there will be this person and then a
00:16:06
friend of ours will be a common friend
00:16:08
and they will introduce no no the usual
00:16:12
answer I get from my client was it just
00:16:14
happened or they just showed up or it
00:16:17
was just a coincidence we were at the
00:16:19
the the same place at the same time or
00:16:21
something like that and so I'm urging
00:16:23
you to examine all these significant
00:16:27
things that you value in your life life
00:16:29
and how much of that was your uh
00:16:32
conscious action uh plan or how much of
00:16:36
this was caused by your conscious plan
00:16:38
and you'll realize that it's very very
00:16:41
minimal if any at all in my calculations

it's probably 1 to 3% of how much we
00:16:47
need to show up for action for the
00:16:50
things that we we want to happen it's
00:16:52
not happening from the action and from
00:16:54
creating the plan it's happening from

having a clear intention of what we want

to create and then following the

intuition this is the keyword this is

how you fix this part you don't need to

know the how you need to follow your

intuition you need to be open for

guidance you need to be open for that

first step and then listen for the next

and often times it's not going to make

any sense to your logical mind it might

inadequacy insecurity lack um fear

anxiety worry apprehension all of these

actions are forceful actions and they're

scared actions and they don't create the

results that we want in fact they

reinforce the believes that are creating

the circumstances that keep us stuck

thus creating even more evidence of that

and more of this reality that we don't

want so the distinction I'm making here

is you don't need to know the how all
00:18:43
you need to know is the first step the
00:18:45
first step you always know the first
00:18:47
step take that step immediately without
00:18:50
delay and trust that the next step will
00:18:52
be revealed to you get in the car turn
00:18:54
on the lights and just start driving
00:18:57
because you know the next few yards will
00:18:59
be revealed for you as you drive and
00:19:02
that is inspired action that is guided
00:19:05
action versus creating a plan from
00:19:08
scarcity from lack and from fear and
00:19:10
acting on that plan and then wondering
00:19:13
why you're stuck in life why you have

challenges while these why these
00:19:17
challenges keep repeating all the time

and you never seem to get farther along

in your career or business or in your
00:19:24
relationships or health or financial

situation so this is the fourth point

even get to happiness is not having

rigid expectations about the future and

being okay with the reality that we are

in right now so the bottom line is this

it's not about not having challenges

it's not about not being stuck it's not
00:21:28
about being happy all the time it's
00:21:30
about doing the work and in overcoming
00:21:33
these challenges we find our way to true

happiness because all of it comes from
