Women In Indiana's Maximum Security Prison Meet Sir Trevor McDonald
- 00:00:16Brian Brian is that
- 00:00:20you are you in
- 00:00:22there wakey
- 00:00:28wakey oh
- 00:00:32you want me to give you a few more
- 00:00:33minutes I'm good
- 00:00:36troll let's do this you want to yeah
- 00:00:40this is as real as it gets as real as it
- 00:00:42gets is it 7 it's uh 7:08 I was in the
- 00:00:46middle of a
- 00:00:48dream uh what was
- 00:00:51happening something adventurous was
- 00:00:53going on like I don't know it was like I
- 00:00:55don't know I can't remember it was it a
- 00:00:58good one though you have fun yeah it was
- 00:01:01great also I still have a jet lag here's
- 00:01:05what I
- 00:01:06found here's what I found on jet
- 00:01:10leg cloth I have underwear on yes let's
- 00:01:14just do it for real okay I went to bed
- 00:01:18at 10:00 last night so what is that
- 00:01:20that's 9 hours in bed is that later than
- 00:01:22normal yeah we we had game night with
- 00:01:26some friends last night 8 hours and 40
- 00:01:28minutes of sleep time
- 00:01:30oh that's a good night 2 hours and 24
- 00:01:32minutes of Rim 1 hour and 44 minutes of
- 00:01:36Deep Sleep resting heart rate 46 550 uh
- 00:01:41HRV 55 respiration rate
- 00:01:4612.6 it's a good night dang bro I have
- 00:01:51um my underwear is on so I need
- 00:01:53something else yeah I think we could
- 00:01:56just blur it like you could open up the
- 00:01:59sheets and just have a huge
- 00:02:01blur yeah see that it's actually really
- 00:02:06funny all right morning routine
- 00:02:17[Music]
- 00:02:20started I have this device you know this
- 00:02:22is the mouth
- 00:02:25guard so the first thing I'll do is flip
- 00:02:28this on I flipped in a little later than
- 00:02:30normal because of this jet lag so like
- 00:02:33the sun is kind of coming out so I can
- 00:02:36come I can go outside and get some
- 00:02:38sunlight I'll just do this it's part of
- 00:02:40my
- 00:02:40routine so I'll get this 10,000 Lu light
- 00:02:45and then take my inner ear
- 00:02:48temp this is um my basil temperature
- 00:02:52like your body gets to its lowest
- 00:02:53temperature setting in the morning and
- 00:02:56the night and then fluctuates throughout
- 00:02:57the day I've lowered my body temp by
- 00:02:59roughly 3ยฐ and so my I'm basically
- 00:03:02metabolically cold plunging where my
- 00:03:04body just is at a lower
- 00:03:11temperature
- 00:03:131738 so normal BMI yeah 23 fat
- 00:03:2010% muscle
- 00:03:2286.2% visceral fat
- 00:03:262.1 water 58.3 yeah as you age
- 00:03:30you get uh basically dry
- 00:03:32up all right I think I'm going to brush
- 00:03:34my teeth and wash my face to feel to
- 00:03:36wake up a little bit we're doing
- 00:03:47this and then for my hair in the morning
- 00:03:50I do a few serums this is roots I
- 00:03:52mentioned this before uh it's 1 ml on
- 00:03:54the scalp it's based upon a genetic test
- 00:03:57I did this is a a stimulating
- 00:04:00uh serum we have that is actually coming
- 00:04:02out uh on blueprint in the next couple
- 00:04:04weeks and then this is a brand new one
- 00:04:06we have a
- 00:04:072dr uh this was shown in a recent study
- 00:04:10to be just as effective as minoxidil
- 00:04:13it's a sugar but the study was on a
- 00:04:15bounce so sometimes these studies
- 00:04:17translate sometimes they don't but we're
- 00:04:18trying it out because it's pretty benign
- 00:04:20and safe so uh I apply a few of these
- 00:04:22serums I'll take this silicone
- 00:04:25scrubber and then just go in the scalp
- 00:04:28and massage it in and all of them they
- 00:04:30have unique contributions but you're
- 00:04:32trying to basically stimulate blood flow
- 00:04:33to the scalp and so those serums rub it
- 00:04:36and I'll go downstairs and then use the
- 00:04:37red light cap and um that would be for
- 00:04:40the hair so I'm not going to put these
- 00:04:41in now because we're doing uh this video
- 00:04:43today but I would normally put it in the
- 00:04:45morning because testosterone rises in
- 00:04:47the morning and so you're counteracting
- 00:04:49that on the scalp so my hair I I was
- 00:04:52almost bald like a couple years ago so
- 00:04:54what we've been doing is the most
- 00:04:55effective hair protocol uh we have done
- 00:04:58in the past four years I PRP for a while
- 00:05:00that's when you draw the blood you
- 00:05:02separate blood plasma and you re-inject
- 00:05:03it into the scalp that really hurts it's
- 00:05:05very expensive and it's a big pain in
- 00:05:07the ass so um I'm glad we're not doing
- 00:05:09that anymore it doesn't work so this is
- 00:05:11much better when is the last time that
- 00:05:14you've can woken up oh you know what
- 00:05:18last time I got woken up when my kids
- 00:05:20were like 10 years old this is gone down
- 00:05:24in the history yeah and we were like I
- 00:05:27like
- 00:05:28kids we don't each other
- 00:05:30up ever for any circumstance every day
- 00:05:34the goal is to put shoes and socks
- 00:05:37on so once you pull up one leg you can't
- 00:05:40put it down oh yeah you so this ankle's
- 00:05:43a little weak this guy I just you know
- 00:05:45fractured so it's a little weak still
- 00:05:48put it on but you can't touch the foot
- 00:05:52down then this right guy is much more
- 00:05:55stable but it's funny how stability
- 00:06:00um
- 00:06:05mhm I've been uh experimenting with a
- 00:06:08humidifier to see if I would sleep
- 00:06:10better initially I bought one and then I
- 00:06:12realized it was plastic and so then I
- 00:06:15returned that I got a second one this
- 00:06:17has a stainless steel interior it's
- 00:06:19probably not perfectly plastic free but
- 00:06:20it's better than entirely plastic
- 00:06:23grounding
- 00:06:24sheets um copper
- 00:06:26pillowcase eight Sleep mattress I've
- 00:06:29been trying this guy lately which is a
- 00:06:32uh a face mask which does a full wrap
- 00:06:35around the head so like this does the
- 00:06:39ear and the eyes which is really nice
- 00:06:41this is the erection device so um when
- 00:06:45you when did you use it last uh few
- 00:06:48weeks ago yeah I don't use it every day
- 00:06:50just every periodically you probably at
- 00:06:53home thinking this is suspicious this is
- 00:06:56a breathing coach I think you put your
- 00:06:58finger here you hold it so it enlarges
- 00:07:01and increases in size and then lessens
- 00:07:06and then you breathe according to this
- 00:07:08ba the pace so it's basically a uh
- 00:07:11breath coach you just follow the device
- 00:07:15as it gets larger and smaller and then I
- 00:07:17have this guy
- 00:07:21on so there's a occasionally there's
- 00:07:23some sound in my neighborhood uh not a
- 00:07:26lot it's pretty quiet here but I just
- 00:07:28put this on a very low volume and it
- 00:07:30just kind of evens it out so it avoids
- 00:07:31disruption at night from a noise
- 00:07:33perspective and then I'll come over here
- 00:07:35I'll check out my room air quality you
- 00:07:38see it's perfect quality in my room you
- 00:07:41see the CO2 got a little high last night
- 00:07:43that's unusual so it looks like between
- 00:07:4510 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. so that's unusual
- 00:07:47that it get that high I monitor air
- 00:07:49quality in every room of the house and
- 00:07:51then I'll turn the house alarm off all
- 00:07:54right guys I think I'm going to switch
- 00:07:55this out I was I just threw this on in
- 00:07:58the uh chaos being woken up and being
- 00:08:00and starting to film but I'm not feeling
- 00:08:02the vibe I'm not sure why uh I'm going
- 00:08:05to switch to a tank top uh usually I go
- 00:08:07shirtless you know but I got guests in
- 00:08:10the house I'm trying to be respectful
- 00:08:11for like if everyone's here Mom Dad the
- 00:08:14grandparents the kids everyone's
- 00:08:16together so I'm going to try to be a
- 00:08:18little more you know respectful how
- 00:08:22about that that's
- 00:08:24hot but better okay now already light
- 00:08:29off hair serum's in Wade temperature
- 00:08:34let's
- 00:08:35go
- 00:08:39okay okay the red light is still on from
- 00:08:42last night I guess I forgot to turn this
- 00:08:44off that's odd so this is what I do
- 00:08:46every night about 7:30 I get this red
- 00:08:48light just one bulb and so red light off
- 00:08:52blinds up so now I feel a bit more awake
- 00:08:56which is nice I'm going to do the
- 00:08:58morning routine oh I need to get my cap
- 00:09:00this section of the house is out of
- 00:09:02control it's the receiving so this is my
- 00:09:05home also it doubles as blueprint office
- 00:09:09so this is where uh all stuff comes in
- 00:09:12new stuff and you see it's just like a
- 00:09:14wreck because we just got home from Asia
- 00:09:17and so all these things have piled up
- 00:09:19this is kind of cool I'll show you this
- 00:09:20so this is a mockup we're trying to make
- 00:09:22blueprint really easy your daily Health
- 00:09:24protocol Kate did this but she just
- 00:09:27mocked this up she's so creative it's
- 00:09:29simple Just One Drink and like here's
- 00:09:31what it has the different things and uh
- 00:09:35here's all the benefits we've seen in
- 00:09:37the studies um give your body your daily
- 00:09:40things so then you open up and you have
- 00:09:42a
- 00:09:44nice yeah every calorie fights for its
- 00:09:46life and then you have 14 days you open
- 00:09:49up each box and then within this you've
- 00:09:52got Evo your
- 00:09:56pills and uh powder so make it really
- 00:09:59easy to say if you want to start
- 00:10:01blueprint just take one of these a day
- 00:10:03take it on the go so that's really
- 00:10:06nice yeah this like just a bunch of uh
- 00:10:09we got new blueprint protein came out I
- 00:10:12think it's the best protein in the whole
- 00:10:13world we tried them all in preparation
- 00:10:15for this these are the the new zippers
- 00:10:17we had zippers before that wouldn't seal
- 00:10:19up very nicely so these are much more
- 00:10:21robust if you got powder within here and
- 00:10:23you try to seal it up so the zippers are
- 00:10:25much better but we've just as a company
- 00:10:28uh we went from zero to having 15
- 00:10:31products in less than like 10 months
- 00:10:34we've moved so fast and in doing that we
- 00:10:37had these incredibly high standards of
- 00:10:39low heavy metals uh high quality
- 00:10:41suppliers every ingredient uh with
- 00:10:44Precision identified so we've moved very
- 00:10:46fast and got a ton done so get the hair
- 00:10:48cap
- 00:10:51on all right now is one of my favorite
- 00:10:53moments of the day I get to
- 00:10:55um consume blueprint it is so delicious
- 00:10:59and I'm thirsty from the night so this
- 00:11:01is about 20 ounces thereabouts I'm going
- 00:11:04to do a scoop of longevity mix if you
- 00:11:07haven't tried it you um you should it's
- 00:11:12great and it I love the taste it's so
- 00:11:15fresh and I get so excited to have it
- 00:11:16every day so one scoop there let me get
- 00:11:19the the pills you can see this is my
- 00:11:22weekly pill this done for two weeks at a
- 00:11:24time so I'll get one for the morning one
- 00:11:27for uh lunch and then these are tabs for
- 00:11:29things we're missing like we're missing
- 00:11:31here uh what is this a carbos so a
- 00:11:35carbos is an RX um that we use with
- 00:11:38metformin there's good evidence that it
- 00:11:40extends lifespan so that's an RX not
- 00:11:42like a normal supplement so then I'll
- 00:11:44take my morning pills so the morning is
- 00:11:48uh taking longevity mix with these pills
- 00:11:52and then I'll eat some nutty
- 00:11:55pudding yeah I used to take uh at one
- 00:11:58point I think it was like like 111 pills
- 00:12:01were the was the Max and now I'm down to
- 00:12:05maybe 40 40 something almost in
- 00:12:13half you are you down because of
- 00:12:17longevity mix and like the yeah we're
- 00:12:20we're down in pills because when we
- 00:12:22started blint we needed to do two things
- 00:12:24we needed to test that each supplement
- 00:12:27had what it said it has so if you're
- 00:12:29taking something like you know vitamin D
- 00:12:32and the label says it's 2,000 IU the
- 00:12:35question is does that supplement have
- 00:12:36200,000 IU or is it 1,000 or 500 or none
- 00:12:40or 4,000 and so we were testing
- 00:12:42everything we found out the reliability
- 00:12:44is very very bad what you see in the
- 00:12:46label is not what you get in the product
- 00:12:48and then secondarily is when we were
- 00:12:49looking at products like proteins uh
- 00:12:51lentils like anything we I was consuming
- 00:12:54we found out that uh this actually had a
- 00:12:57lot of toxins so it was very very dirty
- 00:12:59and even when companies would say we're
- 00:13:02very clean we have this you know uh this
- 00:13:04levels of whatever we would test it and
- 00:13:06it would be different like for example I
- 00:13:08still have this uh I was before I was
- 00:13:10eating trani protein this was our our
- 00:13:13source of pee it um they did a good job
- 00:13:15on taste and um they have a nice
- 00:13:18ingredient profile and we found this has
- 00:13:20high levels of heavy metals unpleasantly
- 00:13:22High um but we only found that out
- 00:13:24because we were testing everything
- 00:13:26everything that came through the front
- 00:13:27door we'd sent to the lab we spent over
- 00:13:30$50,000 last month alone on testing
- 00:13:33everything and we learned that basically
- 00:13:35we don't trust anyone the only thing you
- 00:13:38can trust is data so we wanted to see
- 00:13:40the third party lab results on that
- 00:13:42product this whole process has basically
- 00:13:43been we now Source everything we do we
- 00:13:47Source ourselves and it's been very
- 00:13:49laborious it's taken us like a year plus
- 00:13:51to do it and now it's done but I think
- 00:13:53it's the best health stack so blueprint
- 00:13:55is very nutritionally dense with you
- 00:13:57over a thousand clinical trials I'm not
- 00:13:59trying to sell you on anything I'm just
- 00:14:00trying to tell you like the process it's
- 00:14:02very robust because we have over a
- 00:14:03thousand clinical trials that we've
- 00:14:05built the stack on so it's healthy now I
- 00:14:07also eat blueprint because it's it's
- 00:14:09clean and I know it's clean cuz I see
- 00:14:11the lab reports myself there two very
- 00:14:13different motivations one is you're like
- 00:14:15running away from the toxic food supply
- 00:14:17chain and you just don't trust the world
- 00:14:20and that's really nice to say this is
- 00:14:22comforting because I trust this and also
- 00:14:24it's a lot easier it's now half the
- 00:14:26pills so I think we've really done
- 00:14:28something interesting in the world that
- 00:14:30I don't know of anyone else in the world
- 00:14:32that has basically cleaned up their
- 00:14:34entire food supply chain uh maybe one
- 00:14:38company here and there that does
- 00:14:39something but no one to our extent I'm
- 00:14:41very proud of the team that we've done
- 00:14:42something unique okay let me take this
- 00:14:47off that was 6 minutes with uh 312 laser
- 00:14:52dodes in your early early to mid 20s you
- 00:14:55can start losing your hair and even if
- 00:14:58you don't see it it's it's always best
- 00:15:00to begin paying attention to Hair Care
- 00:15:02earlier rather than later don't wait
- 00:15:04until you're losing hair or you find
- 00:15:06that you've lost hair this is true for
- 00:15:08females as well I would encourage you
- 00:15:10check out my hair uh Hair Care stuff a
- 00:15:12video online of what I do but don't get
- 00:15:15behind it's very hard to catch up once
- 00:15:16you have that
- 00:15:21loss I'll also note that the water I'm
- 00:15:23drinking I have a water system again
- 00:15:26it's on my protocol website so you can
- 00:15:28check it out it's
- 00:15:30$1,300 and we did a test recently where
- 00:15:33we evaluated the water quality for
- 00:15:34something like 20000 variables I think
- 00:15:38it was um you know what I don't know
- 00:15:40like a lot of variables and it got a
- 00:15:42clean bill of health that is very
- 00:15:44uncommon that um it actually is as clean
- 00:15:48as the vendor said it would be and
- 00:15:51that's rarely the case in life like
- 00:15:52typically there is a discrepancy but
- 00:15:55it's funny because now when the
- 00:15:57blueprint team comes over this is The
- 00:15:59Watering Hole so everyone brings their
- 00:16:01gigantic water jugs and they fill it up
- 00:16:05but when they go home uh we recently
- 00:16:07discovered also I you saw in my
- 00:16:09room we have the uh the air purifier or
- 00:16:13I'm sorry the humidifier one time I
- 00:16:16filled the humidifier with tap water
- 00:16:18this is La tap water and I saw that my
- 00:16:21air quality uh um spiked into dangerous
- 00:16:25territory so something is in the LA
- 00:16:28water which when it was through the
- 00:16:31humidifier uh got to dangerous levels of
- 00:16:34air toxins versus when I use my purified
- 00:16:37water it's clean so I want to do a test
- 00:16:39and figure out what is it that's setting
- 00:16:41off the um the air quality alarm as
- 00:16:45being toxic I don't know but it's scary
- 00:16:48that um this is also what is possible to
- 00:16:54drink all right so now I'm going to make
- 00:16:56a Nutty pudding
- 00:16:59and same thing here just like longevity
- 00:17:02mix it's clean it's tested so it just
- 00:17:05gives me a lot of confidence so two
- 00:17:07scoops of nutty pudding and then I'll
- 00:17:09add 2.5 g of creatine blueprint creatine
- 00:17:12is coming out in a couple weeks so
- 00:17:15that's 5 G because 2.5 g of creatine is
- 00:17:17in longevity mix and 2.5 here and then
- 00:17:21we Al these are um collagen
- 00:17:23peptides this is the only thing I do
- 00:17:25which is
- 00:17:27non-vegan yes we have blueprint collagen
- 00:17:30peptides also coming out so what we're
- 00:17:31trying to do is every calorie you eat
- 00:17:34we're trying to accommodate every pill
- 00:17:38every calorie and so you can have
- 00:17:40confidence that it's the highest
- 00:17:42nutritional level and it's the cleanest
- 00:17:46like if I was a customer of blueprint I
- 00:17:49would be so grateful to just know that
- 00:17:52someone else was watching out for me and
- 00:17:54doing
- 00:17:54this versus me having to go out and
- 00:17:57basically fight the world
- 00:17:59and not trust
- 00:18:02anyone I hope that others appreciate it
- 00:18:05to this level all right so that's uh one
- 00:18:07tblspoon of olive oil and this is also
- 00:18:09blueprint stuff again I'm not trying to
- 00:18:12sell you anything I'm just showing you
- 00:18:13what I do I legit I consume everything
- 00:18:16we sell and I do so because it's the
- 00:18:19cleanest thing out there so I don't want
- 00:18:21this to come across as a selles pitch is
- 00:18:23not and then I've been using uh this
- 00:18:27almond this um macademia milk is MLK
- 00:18:30it's gum free the other ones have gums
- 00:18:34this one does not and we are also
- 00:18:36creating our own Mac nut milk so but
- 00:18:40this like this has plastic so we've been
- 00:18:43trying to do this plastic cleanse in my
- 00:18:45house just plastic is everywhere like
- 00:18:49you can't escape it so we've been trying
- 00:18:51to get better every day you know like
- 00:18:54less Plastics in clothing less Plastics
- 00:18:56in the humidifier uh just every where so
- 00:18:59it's like this ongoing process but even
- 00:19:01then like people will say like I go to
- 00:19:03the farmers market and therefore my food
- 00:19:05is clean but you know the water to that
- 00:19:08they use for irrigation comes from
- 00:19:09somewhere and it has a lot of
- 00:19:11microplastics so it's just like they're
- 00:19:14omnipresent in our society we don't yet
- 00:19:17know the full extent to which they are
- 00:19:19causing problems in our body but I think
- 00:19:21there's enough data to suggest that we
- 00:19:23don't want to be consuming microplastics
- 00:19:25to the degree we are right now and we
- 00:19:27kind of we backed ourselves into a
- 00:19:29difficult situation as a species that
- 00:19:31it's just like you can't escape it
- 00:19:33anywhere in life so we can start
- 00:19:35minimizing it I guess I did I just took
- 00:19:38a this is our new Plastics test I did
- 00:19:40this yesterday so we have one of the
- 00:19:42world's first plastic microplastic tests
- 00:19:45to see what how the concentration is in
- 00:19:48your body so this might be a little
- 00:19:50intimidating I'll show you though so
- 00:19:53normally when you
- 00:19:55prick your finger
- 00:19:59for like a a blood test you would use a
- 00:20:02device like this and so you just take
- 00:20:04this thing off and it just you put
- 00:20:06pressure on the finger and it pops it
- 00:20:08but this is plastic so that would
- 00:20:10confound the test because now you got
- 00:20:12plastic from this guy so with this
- 00:20:15test we have
- 00:20:19this as you can see it's uh just metal
- 00:20:23then it has that sharp tip and so it's a
- 00:20:26little challenging you have to prick
- 00:20:28your finger with this but it works and
- 00:20:30then you just fill out uh you put the
- 00:20:32blood on a blood spot card and then we
- 00:20:35can um analyze that and see the
- 00:20:37microplastics concentration in your body
- 00:20:39the different sizes and the the density
- 00:20:42and then there's a graph on where you
- 00:20:45stand relative to
- 00:20:49others all right this is breakfast oh
- 00:20:52then I have some berries
- 00:20:54too yeah you guys this is legit what it
- 00:20:56would be like if you stayed up at my
- 00:20:59house and we were
- 00:21:01friends we are friends but um this week
- 00:21:05I've got raspberries and
- 00:21:07strawberries we
- 00:21:09rotate so I'll do like uh a qu to half a
- 00:21:12cup talage loves berries so
- 00:21:16much
- 00:21:19okay and this is same thing as the
- 00:21:21longevity mix it's one of my favorite
- 00:21:24things then we'll put super veggie out
- 00:21:28to begin with warming up a little bit so
- 00:21:29when we finish working out but that's
- 00:21:32that will be
- 00:21:33breakfast that just uh broccoli
- 00:21:35cauliflower mushrooms lentils hemp seeds
- 00:21:38garlic and ginger now breakfast is made
- 00:21:42and so normally I'll put on a uh a
- 00:21:44podcast or a book I'm reading this great
- 00:21:47book right now uh Methuselah's Zoo so
- 00:21:50this book is great because uh this
- 00:21:52author talks about all the long lived
- 00:21:56animal species so let's see where we're
- 00:21:57at right now common name that genus
- 00:21:59contains more than 100 species living in
- 00:22:01almost every habitat in almost all
- 00:22:02climates and almost all continents
- 00:22:04except as always Antarctica myot are
- 00:22:06almost all small echolocating bats that
- 00:22:08spend the night oh this is bats in this
- 00:22:10section I just learned that um bats give
- 00:22:14each other oral sex and that when a uh
- 00:22:17male bat gives a female bat oral sex
- 00:22:20they actually um copulate longer it's so
- 00:22:23fun to see the similarities between us
- 00:22:26and the larger Animal Kingdom often
- 00:22:28times we think we are separate from them
- 00:22:30but really we are animals ourselves and
- 00:22:32we have very similar behavioral
- 00:22:34practices to the animals I finished the
- 00:22:36book once and now I'm listening to it
- 00:22:37twice it's so information packed and I
- 00:22:40wanted to um increase my retention of
- 00:22:44the information all right now I'll eat
- 00:22:47this and then we will work out
- 00:23:00so the team is here this morning I want
- 00:23:02to make sure that their needs are taken
- 00:23:03care of so I asked them if they had had
- 00:23:05longevity mix this morning and they were
- 00:23:08like I'm not going to say because I'm
- 00:23:11being bashful and I was like you need to
- 00:23:13tell me and they're like we haven't had
- 00:23:14it I'm like you should have it and
- 00:23:15they're like okay I'll have it so now
- 00:23:17they're going to have it so let's get
- 00:23:18them taken care of you know like when
- 00:23:21you're gu when your friends show up you
- 00:23:23take care of them and what better way to
- 00:23:26show that you care and give
- 00:23:29them
- 00:23:3126 critical M
- 00:23:35micronutrients from the world's best
- 00:23:38pliers all right you guys so I'll just
- 00:23:41give you guys each one cup and you don't
- 00:23:43know which one
- 00:23:46okay oh okay who's going to get which
- 00:23:51one who's going to choose this one oh
- 00:23:55that was going to choose the too I got
- 00:24:01always do the dishes right after you eat
- 00:24:03cuz then otherwise they dry and they
- 00:24:05become like 4X the amount of
- 00:24:07[Music]
- 00:24:09work you can see my morning routine is
- 00:24:12actually dramatically simplified from
- 00:24:14where it was before I've maybe done uh
- 00:24:1610 things weighed myself inner air
- 00:24:18temperature light hair serums hair cap
- 00:24:22longevity mix and I puding very clean
- 00:24:24morning like very easy so again a lot of
- 00:24:26people think that what I do is very
- 00:24:27complicated and and very expensive it's
- 00:24:29not it's actually very affordable so the
- 00:24:31moment I get out of bed it's the same
- 00:24:33sequence of steps every day and you
- 00:24:35probably do the same in your life as
- 00:24:36well just map out those steps structure
- 00:24:39it in a way it just happens every day
- 00:24:41and you don't think about it and then
- 00:24:42now I'm going to work out where it's not
- 00:24:44a question if I'm going to work out I
- 00:24:45just do it every single day okay let's
- 00:24:48go to the gym and exercise
- 00:24:52[Music]
- 00:25:24all right a wrap let's go
- 00:25:31okay that was great every day I love it
- 00:25:34my favorite part so let's do a few
- 00:25:37things I've been doing this cereal lyson
- 00:25:39I blogged about this so this is a a
- 00:25:42peptide it's also a therapy that we
- 00:25:45don't really know much about so it's
- 00:25:48interesting it has emerging evidence for
- 00:25:51uh treating things like cognitive
- 00:25:53decline and uh traumatic brain injury
- 00:25:55but there's not good data on what a
- 00:25:57proper dosing protocol is so we're kind
- 00:25:59of winging it and uh there's also
- 00:26:02emerging evidence like we're using it
- 00:26:03for longevity purposes and it's not
- 00:26:05clear so I just want to call out
- 00:26:07sometimes we do therapies and the
- 00:26:09evidence is very clear we know what the
- 00:26:11effect is going to be we know the dosage
- 00:26:13we know how to measure it this is not so
- 00:26:15this really is kind of falls into the
- 00:26:17experimental side and in these
- 00:26:19circumstances we try to assess do we
- 00:26:22think it's safe so even if there's no
- 00:26:24effect yeah can we safely do it so we
- 00:26:26think it's safe we don't think it's
- 00:26:27creating any excessive risk so uh who
- 00:26:31knows if that's entirely true but our
- 00:26:33best guess is that's the case I just
- 00:26:35ordered new needles this is a a 27 gauge
- 00:26:40and it's a little short I need about 30
- 00:26:42mm because we're doing intramuscular but
- 00:26:44but I need a bit more length to make
- 00:26:46sure I get intro int muscular so let me
- 00:26:50grab the cereo lon this volume is 5
- 00:26:54MLS All Right There we go got everything
- 00:26:56and then we'll do the uh upper right
- 00:26:58side of the of the
- 00:27:00uh
- 00:27:04buttox so we
- 00:27:07do right here so with an alcohol swab
- 00:27:10clean it up like right
- 00:27:22here is that painful or you getting used
- 00:27:24to it yeah getting used to it it always
- 00:27:26hurts though like always Flint
- 00:27:29a little
- 00:27:35bit no blood good injection and then
- 00:27:39it's important to properly dispose of
- 00:27:42the needle so lid back on and then to
- 00:27:45have
- 00:27:46this guy here to make sure that you know
- 00:27:50you don't just put it in the trash and
- 00:27:52then someone accidentally gets stuck
- 00:27:54with it so make sure they always
- 00:27:55properly handle needles all right the
- 00:27:57next thing I'm going to do is uh red
- 00:27:59light therapy I was doing previously
- 00:28:01three times a week 12 minutes so 36
- 00:28:04minutes and uh lately I've been doing um
- 00:28:076 minutes a day so 42 minutes a week so
- 00:28:10within the the same range and uh it's
- 00:28:12easier to just F have this fall into the
- 00:28:14routine workout go to red light therapy
- 00:28:17for 6 minutes and then shower and be
- 00:28:18ready for the day so let's jump upstairs
- 00:28:20we'll do 6 minutes of red light
- 00:28:26therapy yeah all right so nor normally
- 00:28:29this is done naked but since this is not
- 00:28:33my only fans account I'm going to keep
- 00:28:35my shorts on by the way should I start
- 00:28:37an only fans account wouldn't that be
- 00:28:39kind of
- 00:28:41fun it'd be a new thing so I'm going to
- 00:28:43keep my shorts on so this is uh red and
- 00:28:47near I'm going to turn on uh there's
- 00:28:50four total panels and then the distance
- 00:28:53is about 8 in so with this uh with this
- 00:28:57D density of Lights uh it's like you
- 00:29:00know roughly 8ish in from both sides and
- 00:29:04then it's covering whole body so I'll
- 00:29:06put my eyewear on yeah it's a red light
- 00:29:10and near infrared so let's do this
- 00:29:45okay now since we're upstairs and um why
- 00:29:49don't you come with me I'll show you
- 00:29:50some behind the scenes so Scott has
- 00:29:53turned this uh room into a YouTube
- 00:29:57Studio where we shoot all of our videos
- 00:29:59so let me go show you so when you see on
- 00:30:01camera next time you can imagine uh what
- 00:30:04the set looks like so come this
- 00:30:11way so just a few months ago we just had
- 00:30:14a couch here oh this is the uh
- 00:30:17outdoor grass area which sits at top of
- 00:30:20the living room but yeah Scott's done a
- 00:30:22great job with all the different
- 00:30:23lighting I've learned so much about
- 00:30:26videography and Lighting uh like you can
- 00:30:29have the the same person in two
- 00:30:33different sets with different lighting
- 00:30:34and it's like a different human it
- 00:30:36matters so much you meet somebody who's
- 00:30:39on Instagram and they they look nothing
- 00:30:43like real life like they're just
- 00:30:44different humans liing does that we've
- 00:30:47tried with all of our stuff to shoot in
- 00:30:49a way that is aesthetically pleasing but
- 00:30:51does not distort me like this is me in
- 00:30:54the Raw like there's like you know no
- 00:30:56makeup I got I got woke up up so like
- 00:30:58we're trying to be this transparent
- 00:31:01project of like what happens when you
- 00:31:03try to rejuvenate and be healthy uh we
- 00:31:06are going to try to like uh be out and
- 00:31:08about more it's just it's so challenging
- 00:31:10because my schedule is so packed like I
- 00:31:13need to suay like explain um the size of
- 00:31:17work that we have right now with
- 00:31:19blueprint and don't die and my personal
- 00:31:22protocol and like everything else going
- 00:31:24on I think it might be interesting to
- 00:31:25see because I think a lot of
- 00:31:26entrepreneurs they can can't see
- 00:31:29themselves taking care of their health
- 00:31:31and being ambitious and I'm trying to
- 00:31:33say you can in fact do it you can be
- 00:31:35ambitious and take care of your health
- 00:31:37it it's hard like very hard okay now I'm
- 00:31:39going to go downstairs and get my super
- 00:31:41veggie and then I'm going to meditate
- 00:31:43for a few minutes and try to level set
- 00:31:45myself for the day let's
- 00:31:50go now super veggie so I have a chef
- 00:31:54that comes over and makes this so uh she
- 00:31:56comes to the house I pay her $500 per
- 00:32:00cooking session and in that cooking
- 00:32:02session she does four days of food and
- 00:32:06then they're all stored in these
- 00:32:07stainless steel containers and so this
- 00:32:10one's super veggie which has the
- 00:32:11broccoli cauliflower
- 00:32:13mushrooms uh hemp seeds garlic and
- 00:32:16ginger you see the volume is just it's
- 00:32:20enormous and I think if I'm not mistaken
- 00:32:22it's like around 400 calories but my
- 00:32:25diet is uh has over 30 g a day of fiber
- 00:32:30so the average American I think get
- 00:32:32somewhere around 10 so I'm about 3x what
- 00:32:35the M the American Standard diet is like
- 00:32:37that's a gigantic amount of food for
- 00:32:39breakfast right like you look at this
- 00:32:41the size of my stomach like how does
- 00:32:45that fit and then on top of that once we
- 00:32:46get this warmed up I'll add some
- 00:32:48fermented foods I have three different
- 00:32:50fermented options they're all in in
- 00:32:52glass containers we buy organic where we
- 00:32:55need to buy things like broccoli and
- 00:32:56cauliflower I looked into uh growing my
- 00:32:59own food either here or locally and it
- 00:33:02just turned out to be quite a project
- 00:33:04and so I buy organic and um I know
- 00:33:07myself from testing foods that are
- 00:33:09organic that it does not guarantee that
- 00:33:12it's non-toxic um it's probably better
- 00:33:14than non-organic but it's not like uh
- 00:33:17you buy organic and you're taken care of
- 00:33:18it's the food system is just toxic no
- 00:33:21matter how you look at it but the things
- 00:33:22we can get in in bulk like dry goods for
- 00:33:25example like lentils we source that from
- 00:33:27our suppli wi so we looked all over the
- 00:33:28world it took us a year to find a
- 00:33:30lentils provider that met our heavy
- 00:33:32metal spec I will put super veggie
- 00:33:36on and then I'll warm this up at about
- 00:33:40250ยฐ F and we'll put blueprint on here
- 00:33:44I'm trying to make it easy for someone
- 00:33:46else to make it a fraction of the cost
- 00:33:48so we have these products coming out
- 00:33:50where lentils for example lentils are
- 00:33:51hard because you have to boil them for
- 00:33:53like 20 minutes so it's like a whole
- 00:33:55thing and we've figured out how to to
- 00:33:57create Just Add Water lentils so you
- 00:34:00just get hot water you put it in you let
- 00:34:03it sit for a a few minutes and you're
- 00:34:05ready to eat and this has passed all of
- 00:34:08our standards of low heavy metals and
- 00:34:11all the high nutritional elements and so
- 00:34:12it's very clean it's low cost it's easy
- 00:34:14to do you can travel with it it's just
- 00:34:16great well basically in short we've
- 00:34:18tried to build the perfect health
- 00:34:20protocol here in this house and now I'm
- 00:34:22trying to bring it to you for your house
- 00:34:24that just easy to do lowcost easy meets
- 00:34:28all the nutritional specs and is clean
- 00:34:31as verified by thirdparty lab reports
- 00:34:33all right all right now it's warmed
- 00:34:44up and then now we get a an exciting
- 00:34:47decision point because we now get to
- 00:34:49choose kimchi Napa Cal a cabbage or
- 00:34:53sauerkraut beet sauerkraut or herbal
- 00:34:57kraut what would you choose I'll just do
- 00:35:01random told me to pick the very best one
- 00:35:05Kimi I haven't done any Min miny mo
- 00:35:08since I was a kid oh looks like I've got
- 00:35:11I have one left over from yesterday this
- 00:35:13is
- 00:35:15seaweed so we will do two today we'll
- 00:35:18put seaweed on this corner of super
- 00:35:21veggie and then we'll put
- 00:35:24kimchi on this corner
- 00:35:30all right that is crazy that's breakfast
- 00:35:32that's so much
- 00:35:34food and then also we're going to add
- 00:35:36extra version olive
- 00:35:41oil normally I meditate when I wake up
- 00:35:43in the morning today I didn't because we
- 00:35:46I woke up and it was filming
- 00:35:47automatically so um now let's go over
- 00:35:50there I will sit down I'll do a
- 00:35:52meditation and I'll also eat let's go
- 00:35:54over here
- 00:35:58I try to meditate every day morning and
- 00:36:00night even if it's just for a few
- 00:36:02minutes I try to get into a state where
- 00:36:04I just level set myself so I've tried
- 00:36:06Transcendental Meditation I've done a
- 00:36:08few other techniques the one I really
- 00:36:09enjoy is just something that helps me in
- 00:36:11life where I try to transport myself in
- 00:36:15time so I'm present I I always use the
- 00:36:1825th Century in my mind of like a few
- 00:36:20hundred years so like an unfathomable
- 00:36:22amount of time into the future and I try
- 00:36:24to imagine being present there and I'm
- 00:36:27looking looking back at this time and
- 00:36:29place now we know that in US looking
- 00:36:32back through history in any given moment
- 00:36:34whatever is the social cultural norms of
- 00:36:38how people live life and what their
- 00:36:40concerns are and how they understand
- 00:36:42reality are very different than what we
- 00:36:44have now and we look back and we're
- 00:36:46pretty harsh in being judgmental about
- 00:36:48them and their practices because we view
- 00:36:49ourselves as relatively speaking much
- 00:36:52more enlightened or Advanced and so I
- 00:36:55try to imagine that I am that primitive
- 00:36:58person I'm that in that primitive State
- 00:37:01and My Future Self is looking back and I
- 00:37:04do this to try to create Clarity because
- 00:37:06I view that my primary uh role in
- 00:37:10society at this point is trying to find
- 00:37:15wisdom from the future like what would
- 00:37:19we want in the future and when we look
- 00:37:22back to now how can we make that
- 00:37:23apparent and so my meditations are all
- 00:37:25about that is uh trying to see myself as
- 00:37:29clearly as I can In This Moment relative
- 00:37:32to my future self and so I'll do this
- 00:37:33now for a few minutes it's a way to
- 00:37:35relax my body I'll take some deep
- 00:37:37breaths and when I breathe out I'll try
- 00:37:39to just release all the tension of my
- 00:37:42body and try to just feel uh relaxed and
- 00:37:46without concern yeah then I'll eat so
- 00:37:48let me see if I can get myself in that
- 00:37:49state
- 00:37:53[Music]
- 00:37:58[Music]
- 00:38:04you know you feel very differently after
- 00:38:06even just a few minutes of calming
- 00:38:10yourself trying to travel in time and
- 00:38:14occupy just a different state of being I
- 00:38:18guess this really is the belief that
- 00:38:21what we think we know and what we think
- 00:38:24we believe and what we think we want
- 00:38:26that's their AEM
- 00:38:28all of those things will come and go and
- 00:38:30so you're trying to be in this state of
- 00:38:33impermanence of this un knowing and to
- 00:38:37be soft with yourself that what you
- 00:38:40think what you want what you imagine is
- 00:38:45what you're capable of in this moment
- 00:38:47but these are not truths they're just
- 00:38:50your lived experience and to distinguish
- 00:38:54between your conscious experience
- 00:38:58experience and you know what is truth
- 00:39:01and they're different things so said
- 00:39:03differently I learned this when I was
- 00:39:06depressed my mind would say life is
- 00:39:09hopeless there's no reason to exist you
- 00:39:12might as well kill yourself because
- 00:39:14you're never going to feel hope those
- 00:39:16things are lies like that's not true
- 00:39:20that was just uh what my body was
- 00:39:23manufacturing for whatever reasons and
- 00:39:26so I think the most liberating thing of
- 00:39:27this entire Journey I've been on is to
- 00:39:31let go of all
- 00:39:34things and to have a respect and
- 00:39:37appreciation for existence itself that
- 00:39:41existence is the highest virtue and
- 00:39:45everything else that we experience
- 00:39:47including joy and sadness and suffering
- 00:39:50is a blessing and to be very careful and
- 00:39:54cautious in not over stepping expressing
- 00:39:58an opinion that is too strong about
- 00:40:01anything so I appreciate that um I now
- 00:40:03have this practice it helps offset
- 00:40:06because a lot of people imagine that I
- 00:40:11am a wealthy person with nothing to do
- 00:40:14and the luxury of just uh having no
- 00:40:17responsibilities in life and the
- 00:40:19opposite is reality where I have
- 00:40:22basically like five full-time jobs and
- 00:40:25within each full-time job I have in any
- 00:40:28given day like 50 things to do for each
- 00:40:31one and so I've never in my entire life
- 00:40:34had more responsibility or more pressure
- 00:40:38yet unlike previous times in my life
- 00:40:41I've never felt this stable and
- 00:40:44unaffected by the shifting nature of
- 00:40:48life like when something stressful
- 00:40:50happens or unexpected before I would
- 00:40:52have had a very strong reaction an
- 00:40:54emotional reaction like feeling
- 00:40:56frustrated or mad or something and now
- 00:40:59because I have my basics of Health and
- 00:41:02Wellness in place of like good sleep and
- 00:41:03exercise and eating well I just handle
- 00:41:07these things with much more calm I just
- 00:41:11feel less affected I guess that's what
- 00:41:13I'm really trying to do is I'm saying
- 00:41:15that we're at this special moment in
- 00:41:17time we have this opportunity to
- 00:41:20build you know an existence that is like
- 00:41:23actually much more expansive and
- 00:41:26interesting than anything we can
- 00:41:29imagine and to get there we all need to
- 00:41:32go through this
- 00:41:34process of being willing to let go of
- 00:41:37what we want or
- 00:41:40imagine and being open to brand new
- 00:41:43things and to do that we need to have
- 00:41:45these basic things in place like we need
- 00:41:47to be sleeping well exercising every day
- 00:41:50and eating well and if you don't then
- 00:41:54life just becomes too heavy and
- 00:41:56stressful and it become so
- 00:41:58loud and uh difficult that you like you
- 00:42:02can't even try to enter the space of
- 00:42:05opening your mind if we have a
- 00:42:07relationship I hope that's what it is
- 00:42:09with you is um that I invite you to do
- 00:42:12this with me it's an invitation for us
- 00:42:16to be equal to this moment like I feel
- 00:42:18like the future is better than we are
- 00:42:21like it's a higher quality being than we
- 00:42:25are and like we're dating out of our
- 00:42:28league it's like we're trying to
- 00:42:30accomplish something that is out of our
- 00:42:31reach it's like a goal we can't achieve
- 00:42:34it's so much better and so we are trying
- 00:42:36to demonstrate we are worthy of its
- 00:42:40magnificence that in our current states
- 00:42:43as flawed as we are that we can better
- 00:42:46ourselves to a degree to be worthy of
- 00:42:49this future but right now as a species I
- 00:42:52don't think we're showing up in a way
- 00:42:55that makes us worthy of the future I
- 00:42:57think we have to earn it that includes
- 00:42:59like these basic ideas of self- resect
- 00:43:02on health and wellness and it's so easy
- 00:43:03for people like you know social media
- 00:43:05and I just get all these responses where
- 00:43:07people are um they're so into their
- 00:43:09vices of the momentary pleasures of
- 00:43:12alcohol and smoking and junk food and
- 00:43:15fried foods and any form of addiction
- 00:43:18that they just can't imagine an
- 00:43:20existence that doesn't have these uh
- 00:43:23short-term Pleasures they just can't
- 00:43:26imagine a future that that is as
- 00:43:28interesting that would invite them to to
- 00:43:31change their mindset like basically
- 00:43:33we're just so stuck in the moment I
- 00:43:34think it's worth it I think that um the
- 00:43:37future is asking us to be
- 00:43:40worthy and I think our
- 00:43:43responsibility is to see it for for it
- 00:43:46potential and to step up okay friends so
- 00:43:50that is the completion of my morning
- 00:43:52routine I hope that what you see is that
- 00:43:56these B basic life habits are doable
- 00:44:00this protocol is not crazy it's not
- 00:44:03overly
- 00:44:04expensive and you know my my health
- 00:44:07markers I can't believe how good they
- 00:44:09are I was 43 years old when I started
- 00:44:11this and I had beat myself down my
- 00:44:14entire life as a kid eating junk food
- 00:44:18you know as a teenager like my entire
- 00:44:19life was just basically bad Health
- 00:44:22practices I only got really serious
- 00:44:24about health uh four years ago and and I
- 00:44:27cannot believe how responsive my body
- 00:44:30has been to uh basically like rejuvenate
- 00:44:33itself in these miraculous ways you can
- 00:44:37do the same no matter where you're at in
- 00:44:40life no matter your circumstance really
- 00:44:42small steps you know like today if you
- 00:44:45have two bowls of cereal instead of
- 00:44:47three good job like that's a great start
- 00:44:50so wherever you're at no matter your
- 00:44:53circumstances just one baby step at a
- 00:44:56time I I've never known anyone who's
- 00:44:59complained to me that they just feel too
- 00:45:01good you know like that damn it I just
- 00:45:05feel great and it sucks like we all love
- 00:45:09feeling great and we don't like feeling
- 00:45:12groggy or fat or lethargic I've been
- 00:45:15there is really unpleasant let's do this
- 00:45:18together the goal is that you know by by
- 00:45:232027 there's a billion of us that are
- 00:45:26identified
- 00:45:27with don't die that we say yes to the
- 00:45:30Future and we do this together and that
- 00:45:34what we agree upon as a basic Foundation
- 00:45:36is that existence is the highest virtue
- 00:45:40and to show our respect for this that we
- 00:45:43we do these things on a daily basis that
- 00:45:45we sleep and we exercise and we eat good
- 00:45:47foods we avoid bad things and we change
- 00:45:51the culture so that's no longer the case
- 00:45:54I hope we can do this together I mean of
- 00:45:56all sincerity this is I have no ulterior
- 00:45:58motive like there's nothing about this
- 00:46:00that is a a trick a show a play like
- 00:46:03this is absolutely genuinely um my
- 00:46:06essence of existence so thank you for
- 00:46:08hanging out with me today I hope you
- 00:46:10enjoyed it I hope it's a you know a
- 00:46:12positive influence in your life I'm
- 00:46:16going to eat then I'll shower and then I
- 00:46:19have a full day of work um there's so
- 00:46:21many exciting things for working on that
- 00:46:24you're going to love and appreciate I
- 00:46:26think both practically exciting and also
- 00:46:29I think extraordinarily elegant on how
- 00:46:32we think about Society so stay tuned I
- 00:46:35think we're in for a wild ride and um
- 00:46:39we're going to be at the very beginning
- 00:46:41together and we're going to build this
- 00:46:43into something magnificent so be well
- 00:46:46and I'll see you next time
