    like it was this big deal and we had to

    do this presentation on our project and

    different things like that and it was

    just like I was just so gripped by

    public speaking it was like this fear

    that I that I had and I couldn't there

    was a block there and I couldn't get

    past it and so it was my turn to present

    and I was up at the front and I started

    and things were actually going

    relatively well um and I just looked

    outside and it was pouring rain and I
  • 00:01:22
    just remember thinking oh it's raining

    and then it was and then that was it I I
  • 00:01:27
    was like I was there I was stum from
  • 00:01:30
    that point on and it was one of the most

    embarrassing things that I've that I've

    gone through and and I couldn't recover

    from it and I couldn't get my composure

    and you know I'm I'm this grade 11 kid

    who's wants to be popular and wants to
  • 00:01:44
    have friends and I'm just a a bit of a
  • 00:01:46
    mess you know and it was emotion I
  • 00:01:48
    became became emotional because it was a
  • 00:01:51
    significant event and it was like pass

    or fail kind of thing and I knew I was
  • 00:01:55
    going to be failing the course so um my
  • 00:01:58
    off my my my teacher was very kind and
  • 00:02:01
    told me you know like if you can you
  • 00:02:03
    know collect yourself and do it tomorrow

    well and I just it was such a bad
  • 00:02:07
    experience that I took the failing grade
  • 00:02:09
    in in that English class because it was
  • 00:02:10
    so traumatic for me and that marks the
  • 00:02:13
