TLDRThe video explores the intriguing connections between quantum physics and personal development, focusing on how attention and observation shape reality. It begins with foundational theories in quantum physics, like the Copenhagen interpretation by Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg, which suggests that a quantum system exists in all possible states until observed. The many worlds interpretation by Hugh Everett, which proposes the existence of parallel universes for every decision or event, is also discussed. Drawing parallels with ancient spiritual teachings, the speaker highlights the influence of observation and intention across different cultures. They suggest that just like in quantum mechanics, where observation collapses possible realities into a chosen state, in life, focusing attention and intention can manifest desired outcomes. The speaker shares personal experiences of overcoming obstacles by redirecting focus from an avoidance of failure to the pursuit of success. They introduce methods like 'Accept and Redirect' to help individuals leverage their attention to carve out the life they desire. The speaker underscores the significant impact of thoughts and attention on shaping life events, much like they do in determining outcomes in quantum physics. This intricate dance between attention, intention, and reality showcases the transformative power lying in where and how we focus our minds.

  • 00:00:00 - 00:05:00

In 1920, foundational theories in quantum physics emerged, notably the Copenhagen interpretation by Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg, and the many worlds interpretation by Hugh Everett in 1957. These concepts revolve around the role of observation, suggesting that observation and intention not only affect quantum systems but might also shape our personal realities.

  • 00:05:00 - 00:10:00

The video explores the concept that energy flow in our lives is directed by where we place our attention. There are two types of attention: polar (attracts or repels) and nonpolar (neutral), which affect our reality. Attention focused on fear and survival often leads to repeating negative patterns, while attention can also be used positively to manifest desired outcomes.

  • 00:10:00 - 00:15:00

By manipulating our attention, we can change the course of our reality. Focus on positive perceptions can shift life events toward beneficial outcomes. Negatively charged attention results in undesirable realities, while neutral attention allows events to pass without impact. Accepting rather than resisting fear and trauma breaks negative cycles, facilitating personal growth.

  • 00:15:00 - 00:24:34

The 'Accept and redirect' technique involves first accepting negative possibilities to remove resistance, perceiving potential positives in any situation, and then focusing on desired outcomes. This method transforms life paths and manifests preferred realities. Applying this consistently helps individuals overcome business and personal challenges, reflecting its power in personal and entrepreneurial growth.

  • 00:00:00
In 1920, the world of physics was turned upside down by a ground breaking theory.
  • 00:00:05
Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg's Copenhagen interpretation.
  • 00:00:09
This theory suggested something almost mystical that a quantum system
  • 00:00:14
can exist in all possible states simultaneously until someone observes it.
  • 00:00:20
It's like Schrodinger's cat, both alive and dead, until you look.
  • 00:00:24
And when you do, the wavefunction collapses and the universe
  • 00:00:28
    decides on one particular reality.
  • 00:00:31
But the story doesn't end there.
  • 00:00:32
See, in 1957, Hugh Everett the Third introduced something
  • 00:00:37
even more mind bending the many worlds interpretation.
  • 00:00:41
Everett didn't believe in collapsing realities.
  • 00:00:43
Instead, he proposed that every possible outcome
  • 00:00:47
of a quantum event actually happens in parallel universes.
  • 00:00:51
    Imagine this.
  • 00:00:52
Every decision, every flip of a coin, every single thought
  • 00:00:56
creates a split in the universe branching into infinite versions of reality.
  • 00:01:01
In one world, you're a billionaire, and another,
  • 00:01:04
you've missed that opportunity and you're poor.
  • 00:01:06
    And the craziest part?
  • 00:01:07
You're living in just one of those infinite versions,
  • 00:01:11
    completely unaware of the others.
  • 00:01:14
    Here's the kicker, though.
  • 00:01:15
Both of those theories revolve around a single concept.
  • 00:01:20
    Observation.
  • 00:01:21
And this isn't just true in quantum physics.
  • 00:01:24
See, across ancient spiritual teachings, whether it's from Buddhist monks,
  • 00:01:28
yogis, or mystics, the idea that observation and intention
  • 00:01:32
shape reality has been whispered throughout the ages.
  • 00:01:36
Now, what if I told you that the way
  • 00:01:38
you focus your attention right now is actually shaping your life?
  • 00:01:42
Just like it shapes quantum outcomes.
  • 00:01:45
What if your ability to create the reality that you want
  • 00:01:48
lies in your power of observation?
  • 00:01:51
In today's video, I'm going to share with you
  • 00:01:54
how you can tap into this fundamental truth
  • 00:01:57
and use your attention to manifest the life that you truly want.
  • 00:02:01
And how I've used it to create a life that is beyond my wildest dreams.
  • 00:02:06
    Let's get started.
  • 00:02:07
So now let's get to understanding how our attention
  • 00:02:11
actually dictates the version of reality that gets manifested.
  • 00:02:16
In order to understand that, we have to understand how energy flows.
  • 00:02:21
Anytime you're feeling stuck in your life, you feel like you've been
  • 00:02:25
working towards something and it just hasn't been happening.
  • 00:02:28
    Or similar situations keep rising.
  • 00:02:31
    Same revenue.
  • 00:02:32
    Roller coaster, same relationships.
  • 00:02:33
    You keep attracting
  • 00:02:35
what you have to understand that somewhere there is stuck energy.
  • 00:02:37
    Okay.
  • 00:02:38
If energy cannot flow, which is what needs to happen with energy,
  • 00:02:41
it gets stagnant and want to get stagnant.
  • 00:02:44
    We experience the same circumstance,
  • 00:02:47
but what directs the flow of energy?
  • 00:02:50
    Attention.
  • 00:02:51
    Wherever attention goes, energy flows.
  • 00:02:53
Our focus and our attention determines where energy flows.
  • 00:02:57
What most people don't know is that our nature, the nature of our attention.
  • 00:03:02
There are two main types of attention that we possess.
  • 00:03:05
There is what's called polar attention and nonpolar attention.
  • 00:03:09
Polar attention has the power to attract and repel reality.
  • 00:03:14
Let's get rid of the repel part and focus solely on the attract part,
  • 00:03:18
because they're one and the same.
  • 00:03:20
Okay, any problem flipped to its side becomes the solution.
  • 00:03:23
Two different sides of the same coin.
  • 00:03:25
If I'm attracting something, I'm repelling something else.
  • 00:03:27
    That's what polar attention does.
  • 00:03:30
    Nonpolar attention is completely neutral.
  • 00:03:33
It has the power to dissolve reality.
  • 00:03:35
Now, in terms of quantum events manifesting into our lives,
  • 00:03:38
let's look at with a diagram what this could mean.
  • 00:03:41
If we have two types of polar attentions
  • 00:03:44
the positive attention and the negative attention.
  • 00:03:47
When we think positively about something, life doesn't care
  • 00:03:51
about the real nature of our attention.
  • 00:03:55
    It cares about the content.
  • 00:03:57
If I hate bills and I hate losing money,
  • 00:04:00
I'm going to get more of the event of losing money and bills.
  • 00:04:04
If I love making money and I love growing,
  • 00:04:09
then I will get more of the thing that I love growing and making more money.
  • 00:04:14
    Okay.
  • 00:04:14
For us human beings, how we've been conditioned is throughout
  • 00:04:18
our whole lives we've lived in a fear
  • 00:04:22
and survival mode because that's become our biology all around us.
  • 00:04:25
We've been conditioned to, first and foremost, survive.
  • 00:04:29
What's the most important or most powerful way to survive?
  • 00:04:33
Eliminate and avoid any threat to your survival.
  • 00:04:36
Okay, so we've been conditioned to live in this protection mode.
  • 00:04:40
This. Avoid conflict. Avoid taking risks.
  • 00:04:44
A lot of us have been conditioned this way.
  • 00:04:46
And because of that, we keep experiencing more and more of the thing
  • 00:04:49
    that we're worried about.
  • 00:04:51
So just think about what you see on the news.
  • 00:04:53
Think about what you read on social media, and think about why
  • 00:04:57
there's more fear mongering than anything else going on.
  • 00:04:59
That's what others can hook onto.
  • 00:05:02
The pendulum there, all of the all of the societal conditioning around us.
  • 00:05:05
That's how they can manipulate us and influences when they can hook on
  • 00:05:09
to our fears and fear, anger and pride,
  • 00:05:13
we can be moved into action the most effectively.
  • 00:05:16
Please take a moment to reflect on that.
  • 00:05:18
There's so many prideful people who are ready to go to war to protect
  • 00:05:21
the thing that they love, and they're so proud of it, right?
  • 00:05:24
    Well that's great.
  • 00:05:26
It makes them blind to what's really going on.
  • 00:05:31
And it's very, very easy to get someone
  • 00:05:33
to do a certain desired type of action when they're angry.
  • 00:05:37
And it's very easy to make someone do a certain kind of action
  • 00:05:40
    when they're fearful.
  • 00:05:42
So fear, anger and pride is what society keeps us stuck in, keeps our attention
  • 00:05:46
focused on, which makes us do things that we don't necessarily want to do.
  • 00:05:51
So for most people, they keep experiencing the same relationships
  • 00:05:54
over and over because they keep holding onto this trauma from the past.
  • 00:05:57
Their attention is more focused on avoiding the kind of relationships
  • 00:06:01
    they've had,
  • 00:06:01
which is why they keep attracting that
  • 00:06:03
same kind of relationship, the same kind of partner.
  • 00:06:05
Most people get traumatized by an event, and they're afraid they haven't processed
  • 00:06:10
    that event properly,
  • 00:06:11
which is when neutral attention or nonpolar attention comes in.
  • 00:06:14
We're going to talk about this in a second,
  • 00:06:16
but for now, you have to understand this.
  • 00:06:18
Two different types of attention positive and negative.
  • 00:06:21
Life only cares about the content of our attention.
  • 00:06:24
What we're giving more attention to.
  • 00:06:26
If we have a reality in which this is our current situation
  • 00:06:31
    and we're
  • 00:06:33
presented with a juncture in our life path, let's say it's a business important
  • 00:06:37
business decision that you have to make or a challenge comes up in your business,
  • 00:06:41
regarding an employee or whatever it may be,
  • 00:06:44
if we choose to positively perceive it
  • 00:06:46
and the content of our positive attention is, hey, somehow this will help me grow.
  • 00:06:51
Then the lifeline will shift to a more positive lifeline.
  • 00:06:55
More of that thing that you feel positively about will manifest.
  • 00:06:59
    On the other hand,
  • 00:07:00
if we feel negatively about it and we think,
  • 00:07:03
oh no, this is something that's bad, well, that bad thing will happen.
  • 00:07:07
So you see what's happening here?
  • 00:07:09
We feel positively and our mind perceives the content to be positive.
  • 00:07:13
We feel negatively and our mind perceives a content to be negative.
  • 00:07:17
Let's say something unfortunate happens to you.
  • 00:07:19
Let's say you get a bill or, you know, you get like a very big tax bill
  • 00:07:23
immediately you're like, oh, this is bad.
  • 00:07:25
If this happened, that means something worse.
  • 00:07:27
    A terrible will happen.
  • 00:07:28
    How do you know that?
  • 00:07:29
    You're just assuming that
  • 00:07:30
because you've become fearful, it's make you become fearful.
  • 00:07:33
When we have a feeling, we try to justify the presence of that feeling by thinking
  • 00:07:38
about other things that potentially could make this fear stronger.
  • 00:07:42
Why do we do that? We're feeling creatures.
  • 00:07:44
When we feel something, we feel alive.
  • 00:07:46
Therefore we survive. That is our biological conditioning.
  • 00:07:48
When we are in a state of fearful ness, we start to spew up
  • 00:07:53
all of these things that could potentially happen.
  • 00:07:55
Oh no, now that could go wrong and something else could go wrong.
  • 00:07:58
    Oh no.
  • 00:07:59
What if this big tax bill means I can't pay my, you know, business
  • 00:08:02
expenses and I can't pay my rent or I can't pay like my employees?
  • 00:08:06
What if all of these things happen?
  • 00:08:08
That's when you go into a spiral.
  • 00:08:10
Because now this negative attention starts to influence the content
  • 00:08:14
    of your attention.
  • 00:08:15
I hope this is making sense. If you have any questions, let me know below.
  • 00:08:17
The key thing is it has to have a correspondence of heart and mind.
  • 00:08:22
When you feel negatively in your heart, the mind immediately spews up
  • 00:08:27
negative things which then makes it manifest,
  • 00:08:30
which makes you shift into a corresponding lifeline
  • 00:08:33
where more of that negative thing will happen.
  • 00:08:35
    But here's what's crucial.
  • 00:08:37
This is non polar neutral attention.
  • 00:08:40
If we perceive something that's happened to us
  • 00:08:43
with nonpolar and neutral attention, it simply comes into our lives and passes.
  • 00:08:48
It has no power over us.
  • 00:08:51
So let's say in this unfortunate circumstance
  • 00:08:53
where you got hit with a big tax bill, you simply looked at it
  • 00:08:56
and you accepted it and you had neither positive nor negative about it.
  • 00:09:00
You would still continue on that same life path that you were before.
  • 00:09:04
Nothing would really change. It would dissolve itself.
  • 00:09:06
For most people, they resist their past traumas
  • 00:09:10
and their fears by attributing negative attention to it.
  • 00:09:13
Think about how this happens whenever something has happened to us
  • 00:09:16
in the past that we don't like, we try to run away from it
  • 00:09:18
because the feelings are too strong and we don't know how to handle it.
  • 00:09:21
So when we run away, what are we essentially doing?
  • 00:09:24
    We're resisting it.
  • 00:09:25
    Whatever you resist persists.
  • 00:09:27
    You give it force.
  • 00:09:28
It has a counter force back onto you.
  • 00:09:31
So we spend our whole lives resisting all of the things that have happened
  • 00:09:36
in the past that we don't like, and we live from that place of trauma.
  • 00:09:40
And because of that, situations that affirm that trauma keep coming up.
  • 00:09:45
So an example that I can give you was for me was bullying.
  • 00:09:49
    For my whole life.
  • 00:09:50
I used to tell myself, oh, I'm this way because I got bullied.
  • 00:09:52
I'm justifying my shortcomings because I was bullied as a kid.
  • 00:09:56
But then I realized what was happening, and I flipped the script
  • 00:10:00
and I said, you know what?
  • 00:10:01
Maybe this bullying was good for me.
  • 00:10:03
    Immediately shift to positive lifelines.
  • 00:10:05
I started to go to the gym and work out, oh, I have all of this grit
  • 00:10:08
and determination to be better and improve myself because I got bullied.
  • 00:10:12
    Now my stories become.
  • 00:10:13
I've become successful at making these videos, being on camera
  • 00:10:17
because when I was a kid,
  • 00:10:18
I got bullied for making YouTube videos, playing the guitar
  • 00:10:21
    because that's what happened.
  • 00:10:22
And when I tell myself this story and I really, truly believe it
  • 00:10:27
because there's always two different sides to the coin,
  • 00:10:29
always up to you, it's your choice on how you perceive it.
  • 00:10:32
This is 100% in your control.
  • 00:10:38
How you choose to perceive something is 100% your responsibility.
  • 00:10:42
What happens after may not be, but if you can choose your attention,
  • 00:10:46
I can tell you what happens after is going to correspond with that attention.
  • 00:10:50
Now that you hopefully understand this, let's talk
  • 00:10:53
about how to use this to effectively create reality.
  • 00:10:57
I'm going to give you another concrete example to help you fully understand
  • 00:11:01
how I've used this in my personal life, and why this is actually
  • 00:11:04
one of the most powerful things you can do.
  • 00:11:06
When I got started in this journey, my dream was to quit my 9 to 5,
  • 00:11:09
my full time job and get into a business and become an entrepreneur
  • 00:11:13
because I wanted time and financial freedom.
  • 00:11:15
Okay, that was my main thing.
  • 00:11:16
I worked at a summer internship in engineering.
  • 00:11:19
it was to go into this corporate career.
  • 00:11:22
Every time I went in there, I literally saw people wanting to kill themselves.
  • 00:11:25
Like they wanted to stick their arms in the machines
  • 00:11:27
to get workers comp so they didn't have to work there anymore.
  • 00:11:29
And the environment was so horrible.
  • 00:11:31
    It was like a factory.
  • 00:11:32
and there were a lot of machines,
  • 00:11:34
and it was really dark, and you had to wake up at 4 a.m.
  • 00:11:37
to get to work by six.
  • 00:11:38
It was quite far away from me, and I was like,
  • 00:11:40
I can't spend the next 40 years of my life doing this.
  • 00:11:43
This is no way to live.
  • 00:11:44
    This is worse than prison.
  • 00:11:46
Okay, maybe not worse prison, but it's kind of like prison.
  • 00:11:49
I then set a goal that, hey, I would buy January 1st.
  • 00:11:54
or, like, by May 2019, I had to make a certain amount.
  • 00:11:58
I told myself, I want to make 5KA month,
  • 00:12:00
because that's the income that I was getting from my internship.
  • 00:12:03
They offered me a full time
  • 00:12:05
role after I graduate at 5KA month, and I told my parents, hey,
  • 00:12:08
if I can make 5KA month by myself, after
  • 00:12:11
I graduate college, you can't give me shit for pursuing my own path.
  • 00:12:15
And brown parents are like, you know, they're in the
  • 00:12:17
the struggle mentality, the work hard, the 9 to 5 mentality.
  • 00:12:20
So they were like, oh, like, you're going to do that.
  • 00:12:22
What, by fucking making YouTube videos online on your computer?
  • 00:12:25
No. You have to fight and struggle to earn your place under the sun.
  • 00:12:30
I took it as a challenge and I started on this journey, and in
  • 00:12:33
January I went all in January of 2019, I went all in.
  • 00:12:37
And you can look back at my YouTube videos and when I try to go all in.
  • 00:12:42
At first there was some momentum and I remember signing my first client
  • 00:12:46
and, my first coaching client, you know, one month I did three K,
  • 00:12:49
    which is getting pretty close.
  • 00:12:51
But then May of 2019 came by, and up until then I was in this struggle mindset.
  • 00:12:57
I was always in this fear.
  • 00:12:58
My attention was always sucked in by the fear of failing
  • 00:13:01
and the fear of not, you know, performing and proving to my parents
  • 00:13:05
    that I could do it.
  • 00:13:06
    And by then, by May,
  • 00:13:08
I'd already made the decision that I wasn't going to go into the job.
  • 00:13:11
And I told my parents that I'm like, you know what?
  • 00:13:13
    I'm doing, okay?
  • 00:13:14
And I can promise you by me, I can
  • 00:13:15
I can make my first five K month and then you can't give me shit.
  • 00:13:19
    That's what I did.
  • 00:13:20
    I formally quit the job.
  • 00:13:21
I released that safety net from under me.
  • 00:13:23
The month of May came around and I realized,
  • 00:13:25
you know, I was really struggling and fighting.
  • 00:13:27
But that's when the pressure was at an all time high.
  • 00:13:30
I wanted to avoid failure like hell.
  • 00:13:33
    Okay.
  • 00:13:34
And, you know, there was I remember just just being there, being so much pressure.
  • 00:13:38
And every time I talked to a prospective client,
  • 00:13:40
I was just so desperate and needy for the sale that month.
  • 00:13:43
I literally got no clients, and I made absolute zero.
  • 00:13:47
And that's never happened before prior to that.
  • 00:13:48
And that's when it really hit me.
  • 00:13:50
Like I went into like a completely deep, deep spiraling pit.
  • 00:13:53
And I just completely said, fuck it.
  • 00:13:55
And I and I had a dark night of the soul, almost.
  • 00:13:57
But that's when I realized my attention up until then
  • 00:14:00
    was 100% on avoiding failure.
  • 00:14:03
I was resisting failure so much.
  • 00:14:05
I was so afraid to fail.
  • 00:14:07
Every single resource I had within me internal resource, my energy,
  • 00:14:11
my attention, my time was on avoiding failure
  • 00:14:13
and resisting that anxiety that I had within me.
  • 00:14:16
But that month, when I actually failed
  • 00:14:18
and my worst nightmare had come to life, it all dropped.
  • 00:14:23
    This is it.
  • 00:14:24
    Like I failed, I'm done.
  • 00:14:26
    What? What's next?
  • 00:14:27
Well, from this place I can just keep on trying because I quit the job anyways.
  • 00:14:31
    I just kept going.
  • 00:14:32
But this time my attention was no longer so absorbed,
  • 00:14:36
so sucked away by all of the fears and anxieties and the.
  • 00:14:40
And the failure that I was trying to avoid.
  • 00:14:42
Now I had more attention available
  • 00:14:45
to focus on what I wanted, which is to get to that five K month.
  • 00:14:48
Literally June of 2019, I had my first ever eight K month.
  • 00:14:53
I made my first ever $8,000 in one month in June.
  • 00:14:56
In July, I made my first 12 K month in August.
  • 00:15:00
By August of 2019, I made my first 20 K month and I shit you not.
  • 00:15:05
The year prior, I made a goal when I started that by July of 2019,
  • 00:15:10
I would make my first 20 K month,
  • 00:15:12
even though I would have been completely happy with 5KA month.
  • 00:15:15
I just said, you know what? Why don't we just let that go anyways?
  • 00:15:17
And then by January of 2020, around
  • 00:15:20
six months later, I had my first hundred thousand dollar month.
  • 00:15:23
Okay, so that goes to show what happens when you let go of resisting failure
  • 00:15:29
so much and just shift your attention to what you want instead.
  • 00:15:34
When I focused on what I wanted to move away from, I moved towards that.
  • 00:15:38
When I focused on what I wanted to move towards, I moved towards that.
  • 00:15:42
    Life doesn't differentiate.
  • 00:15:44
Positive and negative attention are polar.
  • 00:15:47
    They have attractive qualities.
  • 00:15:49
    They just attract realities.
  • 00:15:51
Okay, you have to remember that most people are more afraid
  • 00:15:54
of failing than they love to succeed.
  • 00:15:57
They're more afraid to lose money than they love making money.
  • 00:16:01
Shift your attention towards what is wanted instead.
  • 00:16:06
Now, I know this is very, very easy to say,
  • 00:16:08
so I'm going to share with you a concrete method in which you can do this.
  • 00:16:13
This method is called Accept and redirect.
  • 00:16:17
    A combination of both
  • 00:16:20
    utilizing polar and nonpolar attention.
  • 00:16:23
So this is crucial. I want you to pay close attention to this.
  • 00:16:26
There's three main steps to using this, but I promise you, if you use it,
  • 00:16:30
all of the energy that you give to this negative attention is going to dissipate,
  • 00:16:34
and you'll have more energy left over to feed this,
  • 00:16:37
this positive version of reality that you want to create.
  • 00:16:40
Let's talk about how that works.
  • 00:16:42
Step number one to the accept and redirect method.
  • 00:16:46
Recall what happened to me during the month of May.
  • 00:16:49
I went into a deep pit of despair
  • 00:16:51
and my worst fear had come to life.
  • 00:16:55
So this means I had fully accepted failure.
  • 00:16:58
When we accept something, we can't be in resistance.
  • 00:17:01
You can't be in resistance and acceptance at the same time.
  • 00:17:05
Acceptance is the antidote to resistance.
  • 00:17:08
    Please understand this.
  • 00:17:10
This is like the ancient art of aikido.
  • 00:17:13
The sole method is to take the momentum
  • 00:17:16
of the attacker and use it against him.
  • 00:17:19
We're not mustering up any sort of energy.
  • 00:17:21
The only energy that's being exerted is in redirect acting.
  • 00:17:25
I'm getting out of the way.
  • 00:17:26
Your goals literally want to be manifested.
  • 00:17:30
    You're just in the way.
  • 00:17:31
You just need to get out of the way for it to come into existence.
  • 00:17:35
This is how you do that.
  • 00:17:36
This is the ancient order. Ichido in the mental form.
  • 00:17:39
We begin with full acceptance of current situation.
  • 00:17:43
Whatever issues are going on in your life right now, whatever you feel stuck with,
  • 00:17:48
whatever your worst nightmare is, imagine that it happens.
  • 00:17:52
You get fully on board with it happening, and you imagine
  • 00:17:55
and you see how life still goes on despite it happening.
  • 00:17:59
You are no longer worried by your worst nightmare.
  • 00:18:03
    You are no longer haunted.
  • 00:18:04
This is absolutely critical because most people are like, oh,
  • 00:18:07
if I accept the worst case scenario, won't it manifest in my life?
  • 00:18:11
No it won't. Quite the contrary.
  • 00:18:13
If you accept the worst case scenario,
  • 00:18:15
you're no longer giving it the energy of your resistance.
  • 00:18:18
If that's the case, you're no longer feeling it.
  • 00:18:21
But if you keep resisting it, you keep feeding it.
  • 00:18:23
It's more likely to happen in your life because you keep feeding it.
  • 00:18:27
But if you simply accept it and you get out of the way,
  • 00:18:29
this is where neutral attention gets used.
  • 00:18:31
    Acceptance is neutral attention.
  • 00:18:33
In order to make a change in
  • 00:18:36
any area of our lives, it has to begin with acceptance.
  • 00:18:39
Full, utter, complete acceptance of this exact this current moment.
  • 00:18:45
We cannot change the current moment.
  • 00:18:48
No matter how hard you try.
  • 00:18:49
You cannot change right now because the present is continually becoming past.
  • 00:18:54
By the time you catch it, it's already become past.
  • 00:18:57
There is no way to change this present moment.
  • 00:18:59
What you can do, what is in your power, is to choose
  • 00:19:03
what you would like instead in that next moment.
  • 00:19:06
This is where it gets interesting.
  • 00:19:07
    Step number two.
  • 00:19:09
After you accept this current moment and all of the problems and you look at,
  • 00:19:14
you follow that track of thinking to what the worst case scenario would be.
  • 00:19:18
    Hey, I'm making 2KA month.
  • 00:19:20
What if the next month I just made absolute zero?
  • 00:19:23
    That's my worst fear.
  • 00:19:24
That's the worst version of this current setback.
  • 00:19:27
So think about what the worst version of the current setback is.
  • 00:19:30
If it could get worse, what's the worst that could possibly happen?
  • 00:19:34
You'll probably always arrive at death, but that's probably the most
  • 00:19:38
    unlikely thing to happen
  • 00:19:39
because we try to trick ourselves into believing if my business dies, I die,
  • 00:19:43
we become attached, we become identified with the things that we do,
  • 00:19:46
get to the worst case scenario and get into complete acceptance of it.
  • 00:19:50
That way you drop all important.
  • 00:19:53
Step number two is perceive how this unfortunate
  • 00:19:59
or this mishap could potentially be a blessing in disguise.
  • 00:20:03
Any event that happens is a neutral event.
  • 00:20:06
We give it positive, negative or neutral energy by the nature
  • 00:20:10
of our attention, instead of looking at it as oh shit, this is bad.
  • 00:20:13
We look at it as, hey, how could this potentially be an advantage?
  • 00:20:17
How could this potentially be good right now in our lives?
  • 00:20:21
My wife and I were going through a real tough time with real estate.
  • 00:20:25
So we sign a contract and we're about to close,
  • 00:20:28
and all of a sudden the buyer is not responding.
  • 00:20:29
    Sorry, the seller's not responding.
  • 00:20:31
And, the seller's agent is in responding.
  • 00:20:33
We assume they got a higher offer and they want to back out,
  • 00:20:35
but we don't want to take it to litigation,
  • 00:20:37
take it to court because that's again three more months
  • 00:20:39
and that's just causing more problems.
  • 00:20:41
We could just cut our losses and back out.
  • 00:20:43
    That's what's happening right now.
  • 00:20:45
You know, I look at it as this event happened,
  • 00:20:47
we invested so much time in so much energy.
  • 00:20:49
My wife is so excited to get the house.
  • 00:20:50
How could this be a blessing in disguise?
  • 00:20:52
Maybe if we got into the house, something bad would have happened.
  • 00:20:55
Maybe there's something bad about the area that God the universe, is preventing us
  • 00:21:00
    from experiencing.
  • 00:21:01
Maybe there's a better house for us.
  • 00:21:03
Maybe there's a reason this happened.
  • 00:21:04
    Have you ever considered that,
  • 00:21:06
like any event that happens in your life, maybe this is happening for a reason.
  • 00:21:10
If you didn't miss that bus,
  • 00:21:11
that bus could have crashed or something bad would have happened.
  • 00:21:13
And the universe is trying to protect you from.
  • 00:21:16
How do you know at all?
  • 00:21:17
This is easier to do, by the way, once you've already gotten to a state
  • 00:21:21
of acceptance, if you're in that state where the wound is fresh
  • 00:21:24
and something bad literally just happened,
  • 00:21:26
don't expect yourself to look for blessings in disguise.
  • 00:21:28
Just get to a point of accepting, okay?
  • 00:21:31
And and getting to terms that this really just happened.
  • 00:21:34
And once you get to a more neutral point, then you can start to look at
  • 00:21:37
    how could potentially be positive.
  • 00:21:39
And then the first step is continually
  • 00:21:42
redirecting our attention to what is wanted.
  • 00:21:45
    Instead.
  • 00:21:45
If I could be in a place of full equanimity and full acceptance,
  • 00:21:49
now I have my attention freed up
  • 00:21:52
to fully choose what I wanted instead.
  • 00:21:55
Oh, this house isn't working out. What do we want?
  • 00:21:58
    We want to house.
  • 00:21:59
That is X, y, and Z and has all of the qualities that we're looking for.
  • 00:22:03
Once you get really, really good at doing this, you become unstoppable.
  • 00:22:07
    Nothing can stop you.
  • 00:22:09
This whole process determines which life path that you follow, which quantum
  • 00:22:14
event manifest, which quantum event you experience in your life.
  • 00:22:19
And this all has to do with your attention.
  • 00:22:21
There is a great reason why so many cultures,
  • 00:22:25
so many ancient, religions even they talk about attention.
  • 00:22:30
They talk about attending to something.
  • 00:22:33
They talk about giving something your attention
  • 00:22:34
or observing it being in an observation mode.
  • 00:22:37
And here we're combining both this nonpolar
  • 00:22:40
attention, and then we're getting to polar with nonpolar attention.
  • 00:22:44
    We get into acceptance mode.
  • 00:22:45
This is neither good nor bad.
  • 00:22:47
I'm just accepting that this fully happened.
  • 00:22:49
Then we start to go into a little bit of positives.
  • 00:22:51
How could this be a blessing in disguise?
  • 00:22:53
And then we build up to full blown positive.
  • 00:22:55
When we're in a state of equanimity,
  • 00:22:56
what most people do is they're in a resistance mode
  • 00:22:59
and they say, oh, you know, let's, let's look for the good in this.
  • 00:23:03
Or they say affirmations in the mirror when they feel shit about themselves.
  • 00:23:06
If you feel shit about yourself today,
  • 00:23:07
allow yourself accept that you're feeling like crap.
  • 00:23:10
And once you're in a place of equanimity, then you can focus on
  • 00:23:14
    what's wanted instead.
  • 00:23:16
But if you try to huff and puff your chest and try to suppress or hide or repress
  • 00:23:21
what you're feeling, it is going to haunt you back in the future.
  • 00:23:24
At some time then that affirmation, that thing
  • 00:23:27
that you're doing, becomes a form of resistance.
  • 00:23:30
You're resisting feeling something by saying the affirmation.
  • 00:23:33
    That's what's happening.
  • 00:23:34
    So this three step method,
  • 00:23:37
continually applied, has the power to completely change your life.
  • 00:23:41
If you want to take this deeper, I've made a short movie,
  • 00:23:45
or I'm 29 minutes long on the art of reality creation.
  • 00:23:49
The very things that helped me in my journey
  • 00:23:52
from nothing to making seven figures consistently.
  • 00:23:56
And it all had to do with me learning how to properly direct my attention,
  • 00:24:01
understand the mirror principle, and understand how to shift my identity.
  • 00:24:05
I talk about all of these three main things in that movie in complete depth.
  • 00:24:10
So what you can do is if you're an entrepreneur
  • 00:24:12
or if you're a business owner, if you're a professional
  • 00:24:14
and you're seeing that you're stuck at a certain revenue level,
  • 00:24:17
you know, you're kind of at low six figures or high
  • 00:24:19
five figures in your business, and you just want to take it
  • 00:24:21
to that next level, break through that revenue ceiling.
  • 00:24:24
This is going to be extremely helpful for you.
  • 00:24:25
Go to the pinned comments to access the link to that movie.
  • 00:24:30
Okay, so I'm looking forward to seeing you in the next page in the movie right now.
  • 00:24:33
    Thanks.
