- 00:00:08now this will be usually the second
- 00:00:11round of every interview now
- 00:00:12irrespective of which role you are
- 00:00:14applying for it could be for data
- 00:00:16science or data engineering or data
- 00:00:18analyst we have picked the top 25
- 00:00:20management questions and we are going to
- 00:00:23give you with answers
- 00:00:24those this will be definitely very
- 00:00:26useful so I request each each everyone
- 00:00:29to look at every question because every
- 00:00:32question is repeated n number of times
- 00:00:34in management round before starting I'll
- 00:00:38just like to introduce myself well
- 00:00:40myself Santosh I'm working as a manager
- 00:00:44at Microsoft and along with that I'm
- 00:00:46also taking care of the training part in
- 00:00:48case a data vision and I do have around
- 00:00:50nine years of experience working with
- 00:00:52data related Technologies including data
- 00:00:55science data analyst and data
- 00:00:57engineering I have experience around
- 00:00:59working with around 80 projects in
- 00:01:02different domains with respect to
- 00:01:04telecommunication Healthcare e-commerce
- 00:01:06and Banking and for the last five years
- 00:01:09I've been training people and different
- 00:01:10Technologies now based on my experience
- 00:01:13I have received n number of questions
- 00:01:15and I also take lot of interviews at my
- 00:01:18company that's so we have just collected
- 00:01:20everything and this video is prepared
- 00:01:23for your preparation for a management
- 00:01:25round now the thing things which we'll
- 00:01:28be covering is your management round
- 00:01:30will be a combination of your Tech as
- 00:01:33well as some of the general questions
- 00:01:34and the fact is though you're
- 00:01:37technically very strong 30 percent of
- 00:01:39the people who are applying for the
- 00:01:41second round don't clear it the reason
- 00:01:43they may not have much experience to
- 00:01:45talk about the answers let me talk about
- 00:01:47a power bi developer role or a data
- 00:01:50analysis rule or even a data engineer
- 00:01:52role you may be technically very strong
- 00:01:54where you can answer all of your
- 00:01:55questions in the round one but in the
- 00:01:57round two there will be some of the
- 00:01:59scenarios that will be asked and you may
- 00:02:02not be able to answer it well now this
- 00:02:04video will really help you for your
- 00:02:06preparation now as said if you see you
- 00:02:09have to be very conscious about what you
- 00:02:11are answering in your management round
- 00:02:13because this is still at elimination
- 00:02:15round even though you have given your
- 00:02:16best in the round one this can still be
- 00:02:19your elimination so don't rush up with
- 00:02:21your answers so this is how some of the
- 00:02:23tips and tricks which I am telling
- 00:02:24before going into the question so try to
- 00:02:26be precise and try to make sure that you
- 00:02:29speak spontaneously okay and whatever
- 00:02:31you're speaking just be confident and
- 00:02:34one personal advice be honest
- 00:02:37now that's where you have to score your
- 00:02:39marks in case if you have not done on
- 00:02:41the face you can tell that you have not
- 00:02:43done right let's get into questions one
- 00:02:46by one now we have splitted these
- 00:02:48questions into both Tech and non-tech
- 00:02:50technically yes they will start with
- 00:02:51some small technical questions and then
- 00:02:53they will move on to a non-technical
- 00:02:55which I can even call it as a general
- 00:02:57question now I'll be acting like a jewel
- 00:03:00role I'll be asking the questions by
- 00:03:02self and I'll be giving the answers
- 00:03:04myself so please make sure that you keep
- 00:03:06a track of who is a panel and who is the
- 00:03:09candidate okay so the question which is
- 00:03:11displayed on the screen will be like a
- 00:03:13panel asking and then I'll be
- 00:03:15elaborating the answers so that will be
- 00:03:18the candidate's answer okay first
- 00:03:20question hey thanks for joining the call
- 00:03:22can you elaborate yourself or can you
- 00:03:25introduce yourself well thank you so
- 00:03:28much for this opportunity
- 00:03:29myself Santosh I do have around 9 years
- 00:03:32of experience working with Microsoft
- 00:03:34well I started my career with SQL then
- 00:03:37slowly moved on to a data analyst role
- 00:03:39and Then followed by data engineering
- 00:03:42now in my complete project I used to
- 00:03:44work with end-to-end right from the
- 00:03:46requirement Gathering until report
- 00:03:47building
- 00:03:48so responsible for
- 00:03:50creating reports and dashboards to talk
- 00:03:53about the current assignment which I'm
- 00:03:55working I am working for e-commerce
- 00:03:57company Amazon
- 00:03:59so in Amazon we actually take off all
- 00:04:02the data that is coming from different
- 00:04:03data sources and we collect together
- 00:04:06into a power query editor we build the
- 00:04:08modeling and this is where we just bring
- 00:04:10on to Power view by using different kind
- 00:04:13of charts that is available in power bi
- 00:04:16we should video reporting and then we
- 00:04:19take forward to publishing the report
- 00:04:21no the need of this project was we
- 00:04:24wanted to create one centralized
- 00:04:26dashboard and report so that our end
- 00:04:28users can view the report and make some
- 00:04:32decisions
- 00:04:33now this is a small introduction about
- 00:04:35myself
- 00:04:36and I'm very happy to explain in detail
- 00:04:41next question
- 00:04:42so what is your current role in the
- 00:04:44project
- 00:04:45well in the current project my
- 00:04:47responsibility is to take care of the
- 00:04:49end-to-end activities I
- 00:04:51interact with my clients
- 00:04:54I get the requirements in the form of
- 00:04:56documents or email
- 00:04:58then I'll start preparing the design and
- 00:05:00then we will reach out to certain team
- 00:05:02for the data especially data engineers
- 00:05:04and majority of the time they build in
- 00:05:07report building
- 00:05:08and we also think out of the box to make
- 00:05:11sure that we provide the best solution
- 00:05:13to the end users
- 00:05:15okay
- 00:05:16so can you describe your day-to-day
- 00:05:18activities in your project
- 00:05:20well my day starts with a simple
- 00:05:22analysis where we'll be working with our
- 00:05:25report
- 00:05:26and there will be a lot of adobe
- 00:05:27requests that will be coming on to the
- 00:05:29plate when I say dog request so my
- 00:05:32flight asks okay what happened the last
- 00:05:34uh 10 Day sales what happened last one
- 00:05:37week now let's say we have start we have
- 00:05:39a start of the year how the sales has
- 00:05:40been improving or can you compare your
- 00:05:43last December sales to the January sales
- 00:05:44now these are all a dog requests that
- 00:05:46we'll be getting
- 00:05:47we may not be doing power ba report for
- 00:05:50that at least by using SQL or maybe
- 00:05:52Advanced Excel we'll try to pull the
- 00:05:54data and we show Taste to our clients so
- 00:05:56that is where my day starts followed by
- 00:06:00we will be having multiple meetings in
- 00:06:02general meeting stand-up meeting and
- 00:06:04then we discuss about the blockers what
- 00:06:07is the current work we are doing and
- 00:06:08always we interact with the team making
- 00:06:11sure that if anyone is facing challenges
- 00:06:13we try to solve it by using our
- 00:06:15experience so that is something which we
- 00:06:16do I'm Then followed by we work with our
- 00:06:19actual development that is report
- 00:06:21building so this is how my day ends and
- 00:06:24it's mainly on the analytics side okay
- 00:06:28now how do you validate your
- 00:06:30data in your project
- 00:06:32well thank you so much for bringing up
- 00:06:34this question this is very important for
- 00:06:36every project it's not about how you
- 00:06:38build the report it's about the quality
- 00:06:40of the report
- 00:06:41now even if you make a small mistake in
- 00:06:43the numbers that can spoil the entire
- 00:06:45report so we have to take an extra step
- 00:06:47and extra precautions in managing the
- 00:06:49data and the way I validate the data is
- 00:06:52we don't have the source and would have
- 00:06:55done some calculations for maybe would
- 00:06:56have written some tax functions so our
- 00:06:59objective is to compare your source and
- 00:07:01destination so whatever the data which
- 00:07:03we are getting the source level after
- 00:07:05Transformations we also go and check if
- 00:07:07the data is matchy my basic way of
- 00:07:10checking is you pick out One customer
- 00:07:11check what is the sales before transmit
- 00:07:13uh transforming and again at the tax
- 00:07:16layer you can go and do the
- 00:07:17Transformations and always try to create
- 00:07:19a simple table check it and then
- 00:07:21Implement on a larger table and we can
- 00:07:24also write some store procedures where
- 00:07:26we can compare your input and output So
- 00:07:29This Is How We Do It
- 00:07:30and basically our objective is to
- 00:07:33compare your input and output if that is
- 00:07:35not matching then we have to go and
- 00:07:37research and do a deep dive where is the
- 00:07:40issue
- 00:07:41now
- 00:07:43okay so how do you track your task in
- 00:07:46your current project uh usually we get
- 00:07:48the requirement in the form of a
- 00:07:50business requirement document or either
- 00:07:52a functional requirement document so
- 00:07:55using this documents we usually collect
- 00:07:57all the requirements and nowadays we
- 00:07:59have also started using jira so jira is
- 00:08:02a tracking tool where we can track each
- 00:08:04and every task making sure that uh who
- 00:08:07has been assigned and what is estimate
- 00:08:09given and how long you're going to take
- 00:08:11to do this work so these are the few
- 00:08:13things which will be handling and we are
- 00:08:15following jira tool for our other
- 00:08:17project
- 00:08:18okay
- 00:08:19have you faced any challenges in your
- 00:08:21project
- 00:08:22uh if yes how did you overcome that well
- 00:08:24challenges yes we do have a lot of
- 00:08:26challenges and I'll share you one of the
- 00:08:28experience which I have faced uh in the
- 00:08:31early 2021 uh the team was rammed down
- 00:08:35and immediately some of the team members
- 00:08:37were being moved out and it was a very
- 00:08:39tough for us to fill their shoes I would
- 00:08:42say that the data Engineers were very
- 00:08:44helpful in providing the data for us but
- 00:08:46unfortunately due to the project ramp
- 00:08:48down uh the team was actually shorted
- 00:08:51from nine members it become four members
- 00:08:53and this was a challenging phase because
- 00:08:55the timelines very uh tight we have to
- 00:08:58do the deliverables on time but
- 00:09:01unfortunately we were not able to do
- 00:09:02that so the way we have handled this
- 00:09:05though it was not our cup of tea we have
- 00:09:07to just jump in in data engineering role
- 00:09:10we have to pull out right data from
- 00:09:11right schema so we have put lot of
- 00:09:13efforts we extended our time and made
- 00:09:16sure that the deliverables was on safe
- 00:09:18place now that's one of the challenges
- 00:09:19which we add
- 00:09:21that is data Gathering part and that is
- 00:09:24how we have handled it and in between we
- 00:09:26used to also get a lot of requirement
- 00:09:28changes and this requirement changes uh
- 00:09:32of course if requirements are changing
- 00:09:33your timelines will not change so that's
- 00:09:35the one thing about clients so we need
- 00:09:38to manage that so switching here and
- 00:09:41there between the requirements and
- 00:09:42trying to manage your clients that was
- 00:09:44the most difficult part and we have
- 00:09:46handled it smoothly with the help of
- 00:09:48team
- 00:09:51now moving on uh slowly the shift will
- 00:09:55be from Tech to non-tech okay so in no
- 00:09:58particular order we have a set of
- 00:10:00non-tech questions so please have a eye
- 00:10:02on it
- 00:10:03to start with
- 00:10:05uh what is your strength and weakness
- 00:10:08well uh my strength is definitely I'll
- 00:10:11be confident of the work which I'm doing
- 00:10:13and I'm always sticking on to the
- 00:10:15timelines I'll be always up to Mark in
- 00:10:18terms of delivering the product
- 00:10:20so that is about my strength and my
- 00:10:22weakness yes uh I would say that
- 00:10:26um definitely yes I do have weakness
- 00:10:28when I say weakness
- 00:10:30uh
- 00:10:31overthinking could be one of my weakness
- 00:10:34and I do take some extra time in
- 00:10:37providing the accurate results uh maybe
- 00:10:39even whenever if given a requirement I
- 00:10:42usually ask a buffer of two days
- 00:10:44uh because for me all it matters is data
- 00:10:46I don't want to go with the client with
- 00:10:48the wrong numbers I want to go with the
- 00:10:50accurate numbers so I take a couple of
- 00:10:52days extra time in validating the
- 00:10:53numbers because testing is very
- 00:10:55important for me so that is where I
- 00:10:56pushed by one or two days uh maybe I
- 00:10:59call it that as an
- 00:11:01um weakness because I take some extra
- 00:11:03time but end of the day it's all about
- 00:11:04getting the best results
- 00:11:06okay
- 00:11:08so how do you overcome conflicts with
- 00:11:10your client or within the team well uh
- 00:11:12conflicts are one thing which happens in
- 00:11:14every project but people usually don't
- 00:11:16showcase that uh being at a professional
- 00:11:18working site but uh the way I handle
- 00:11:21this uh whether this with the team or
- 00:11:24with the clients I always give chance to
- 00:11:26others to speak
- 00:11:28uh maybe if you have couple of work that
- 00:11:30is either done by you and your colleague
- 00:11:32I always try to have the best solution
- 00:11:34doesn't matter if that has to be my
- 00:11:37solution I always support P for me team
- 00:11:39comes first and then the individual
- 00:11:42I don't look at the individual
- 00:11:43performance I always consider the team
- 00:11:45end of the day it's all about providing
- 00:11:47the best report to the end users so in
- 00:11:50terms of conflict I give the chance to
- 00:11:52others
- 00:11:53prove them in terms of a documentation
- 00:11:54if let's say if there is a solution if
- 00:11:57two resources has been doing the same
- 00:11:59thing I ask them to present take the
- 00:12:01best do the documentation do the testing
- 00:12:03and that's so we handle it and that's
- 00:12:06how I do it in terms of conflicts I try
- 00:12:09to handle it smooth end of the day it's
- 00:12:11all about a corporate so you need to be
- 00:12:13professionally well matured so that is
- 00:12:15something which I do for my projects
- 00:12:17okay
- 00:12:19how do you get upskilled with the new
- 00:12:20technologies well this is something
- 00:12:22which is very interesting because I am
- 00:12:24very passionate about Technologies so I
- 00:12:26always try to find the answers in
- 00:12:28multiple ways try to find multiple
- 00:12:30directions if there is a problem I
- 00:12:32always wanted to reach that problem in a
- 00:12:35shorter path and for that I used to do a
- 00:12:38lot of research I read some articles uh
- 00:12:41go with some documentation I know I
- 00:12:43always keep prepared in terms of updates
- 00:12:45and that is something which helped me to
- 00:12:47solve the problem in multiple ways and
- 00:12:49as well as said that I am passionate
- 00:12:51about Technologies and I always keep
- 00:12:53updated I put a lot of efforts in
- 00:12:55understanding some of the Articles
- 00:12:57documents and research papers and that
- 00:13:00is how I keep myself updated
- 00:13:03okay
- 00:13:05so uh could you please describe a
- 00:13:07situation where uh you added a difficult
- 00:13:10time in your project
- 00:13:12well uh yes definitely I had a lot of
- 00:13:15uh difficult times so one such was uh
- 00:13:20you have to manage both your
- 00:13:22professional and personal time so that
- 00:13:24is something which is uh there for every
- 00:13:26individual person so that could be a
- 00:13:28situation where you have to manage and
- 00:13:30you have to plan accordingly and once
- 00:13:32this time back you need you will not
- 00:13:34even get support from the team you have
- 00:13:36to put your efforts extend your ass uh
- 00:13:39put some extra hours for the weekend
- 00:13:41um that's something which I do it I'll
- 00:13:43make sure that uh for me project
- 00:13:46deliverables comes first and I take one
- 00:13:48step at a time I don't prefer
- 00:13:50multitasking but I always think about
- 00:13:52the project and the task and I finish
- 00:13:55one at a time so that's how I manage the
- 00:13:58difficult types and as said in the
- 00:14:00previous uh discussion as well like uh
- 00:14:03there was difficult time in the project
- 00:14:05where the team was ramped down and you
- 00:14:07have to upskill yourself you have to
- 00:14:09overcome all the challenges so that is
- 00:14:11something which I add in my experience
- 00:14:13and I just wanted to call that out
- 00:14:15but do you work with multiple clients at
- 00:14:17the same time if yes audio manage yes if
- 00:14:20if that is a requirement from two
- 00:14:23clients yes definitely we have to accept
- 00:14:25it and we have to do it uh we cannot say
- 00:14:27no to the other client and yesterday
- 00:14:29other is client is to the other client
- 00:14:30that's not the way you handle it you
- 00:14:33have to manage you have to manage both
- 00:14:34and that's why the company is paying for
- 00:14:36so you have to take one step at a time
- 00:14:38uh check out which project as the type
- 00:14:43deadlines and which is a blocker for
- 00:14:45example there could be two reports where
- 00:14:47one report there is only 20 users are
- 00:14:48who are using and the other report there
- 00:14:50are 400 users are using so just try to
- 00:14:52give priority to which one is needed and
- 00:14:55just take that into your priority list
- 00:14:58and that's how I do it
- 00:15:01uh do you have experience in handling
- 00:15:03team well uh I'm not a team reader but
- 00:15:06yes
- 00:15:07I can manage a team and I have done that
- 00:15:10not a team leader on paper but yes I
- 00:15:14have been responsible for handling the
- 00:15:16task I daily get some tasks to Junius
- 00:15:18and I take care of it in fact I will be
- 00:15:20the person who will be facing a decline
- 00:15:23so I'll be responsible for uh delivering
- 00:15:25the product so definitely I take that
- 00:15:27ownership and yes I do have experience
- 00:15:29handling it with a larger team
- 00:15:34okay
- 00:15:35so which process do you follow in your
- 00:15:37project
- 00:15:38well in my project uh we usually follow
- 00:15:40agile methodology so uh
- 00:15:44for a couple of other projects I do have
- 00:15:46experience working with waterfall but I
- 00:15:48also like to work with agile so Arjun is
- 00:15:51something which happens at every Sprint
- 00:15:53so each print will be like around two
- 00:15:55weeks or three weeks so Deliverance will
- 00:15:57be done within two three weeks and the
- 00:15:59good thing about going with agile is you
- 00:16:01get a lot of feedbacks in improving
- 00:16:03their reports and dashboards and
- 00:16:04according to the business need so that
- 00:16:06is something which we follow and we do
- 00:16:08also have stand-up calls every day we do
- 00:16:10connect with the team and discuss what
- 00:16:12is a blockers we do ask three questions
- 00:16:14uh what did you do yesterday what did
- 00:16:17you what are you going to do today and
- 00:16:18what is the blocker so those things we
- 00:16:20will be discussing
- 00:16:21and that is something which uh we'll be
- 00:16:24doing for agile methodology and yes that
- 00:16:27is what we are uh following the process
- 00:16:29and in fact we also have some overlap
- 00:16:31time between the clients and we try to
- 00:16:34connect with the clients on a daily
- 00:16:35basis as well
- 00:16:37where do you see yourself in next three
- 00:16:39years and next five years well next
- 00:16:42three years uh I would definitely want
- 00:16:44to be more strong uh towards the
- 00:16:46technological Side and being at the
- 00:16:48technology yes domain knowledge is very
- 00:16:50important so knowing about multiple
- 00:16:52domains uh will be the key factor and
- 00:16:55that is something which I will be doing
- 00:16:57it I want to improve my skills over the
- 00:17:01domain domain knowledge and five years
- 00:17:04down the line uh I wouldn't think about
- 00:17:06future right away uh I just think one is
- 00:17:08taking one step at a time but if still
- 00:17:10this question is shooted at me I would
- 00:17:12say that at five years I would
- 00:17:14definitely like to lead a larger team
- 00:17:16and take more responsibilities and a
- 00:17:18higher role in the company
- 00:17:22uh why are you leaving your current job
- 00:17:25well uh two factors so one which I would
- 00:17:28say this uh I'm not being that utilized
- 00:17:31in the project uh I I work for five six
- 00:17:34hours which uh could I could have done
- 00:17:36it better so also the other thing is the
- 00:17:39work has become stable uh there is no
- 00:17:41much challenging and I'm a person who
- 00:17:43likes to solve a lot of challenges and I
- 00:17:46just wanted to get into a challenging
- 00:17:47role where I'm technically strong so I
- 00:17:49want to utilize that skill and that is
- 00:17:51the one reason which I'm looking for a
- 00:17:53job change
- 00:17:55this role requires to work in a
- 00:17:58different time zone any concept well not
- 00:18:00at all uh all of my experience I work
- 00:18:02with the US clients and UK clients so
- 00:18:05definitely there will be overlap and I
- 00:18:07usually log in at 12 o'clock and one
- 00:18:09o'clock in the afternoon time and extend
- 00:18:11my work in the nine to ten and also
- 00:18:13there will be always overlap between our
- 00:18:15time and U.S time so definitely time is
- 00:18:17not at all a concern I am ready to work
- 00:18:20in any shift that's one of the positive
- 00:18:23side of my work
- 00:18:25are you aware of the job description uh
- 00:18:28yes I have gone to the job description
- 00:18:30and I was really excited for this role
- 00:18:32uh because this role requires a lot of
- 00:18:34analytics to be done into a different
- 00:18:36domain and coming from an e-commerce
- 00:18:38Healthcare and finance I think this uh
- 00:18:41domain could really help me to scale up
- 00:18:44and that's one of the thing which I'm
- 00:18:46looking for I'm looking forward to it
- 00:18:48and uh first of all thank thanks for
- 00:18:50this uh opportunity on this role as well
- 00:18:54okay tell me a situation where you have
- 00:18:57committed a mistake and how did you
- 00:18:58handle it uh when uh yes this is a very
- 00:19:02important for each and everyone to learn
- 00:19:05from the mistake and in my experience I
- 00:19:08would not say in the early days but in
- 00:19:10the uh four five years back where I am
- 00:19:13working with one of the SQL database and
- 00:19:15I thought it's a temp table and I really
- 00:19:17dropped it uh but later I got to know
- 00:19:20that it's it's a original table that you
- 00:19:21have dropped it and uh the entire report
- 00:19:24got uh I mean it got affected uh the
- 00:19:28report did not load properly then again
- 00:19:30I have to reach back to the production
- 00:19:31team uh raise a ticket uh copy the
- 00:19:35production data to your development data
- 00:19:36so that's one of the mistake which I did
- 00:19:38and yes I have to face the consequence I
- 00:19:42have to uh face my clients in terms of
- 00:19:44this and end of the day it's all about
- 00:19:46learning uh it's not about what mistake
- 00:19:49you make but it's about what you learn
- 00:19:50so propping a table in the development
- 00:19:53database was one of the mistake which
- 00:19:55I've done and from then on which I was
- 00:19:57very conscious of what needs to be not
- 00:19:59what may not be done so that
- 00:20:01Consciousness I got from the Mystic and
- 00:20:03from then onwards I take everything very
- 00:20:07seriously and focused when I'm working
- 00:20:09for a project
- 00:20:11how do you prioritize your work uh for
- 00:20:14your team and yourself well this is
- 00:20:16something which most of the uh
- 00:20:18employees fail to plan it so what we do
- 00:20:22in our project is uh we actually create
- 00:20:25a list of to-do lists as said that we
- 00:20:28start our day with the team meetings so
- 00:20:30in team meetings I give chance to
- 00:20:32discuss everyone about their work they
- 00:20:33are doing and also their challenges who
- 00:20:36knows a person challenges may be solved
- 00:20:38by other person in a previous assignment
- 00:20:39or experience so I would like the entire
- 00:20:42team to discuss and that will actually
- 00:20:44solve the majority of the problem and I
- 00:20:46keep it very short 15-20 minutes of
- 00:20:48discussion so that they can start
- 00:20:49sharing their to-do list and that's what
- 00:20:52I do for the team and for coming for
- 00:20:53myself I always look on to the mails
- 00:20:55just check which is on priority and
- 00:20:57prepare a to-do list uh put it in the
- 00:21:00sticky notes and then solve one by one
- 00:21:01so that's the thing which I do and
- 00:21:03always start with a complex task first
- 00:21:05so that you get rid of all these stress
- 00:21:08and then you come back to the small task
- 00:21:10and that's how I do it
- 00:21:12okay so do you prefer individual role or
- 00:21:15working with a team well uh both as pros
- 00:21:18and cons but I have experience working
- 00:21:19with both as an individual developer as
- 00:21:21well as a team developer so when it
- 00:21:24comes to the individual yes you need not
- 00:21:26uh discuss with anything you can just
- 00:21:27take care of your work you need to
- 00:21:29report only to your clients and you can
- 00:21:32put you a lot of efforts you can just do
- 00:21:34as per your need well that's an
- 00:21:36advantage but at end of the day that you
- 00:21:38will not get some ideas or suggestions
- 00:21:40from the team so that's the drawback so
- 00:21:42when you're working with the team you
- 00:21:43have to always sync with the team you
- 00:21:44should have patience you have to
- 00:21:46collaborately work with them and
- 00:21:47teamwork is actually what is what why I
- 00:21:49prefer because when working for
- 00:21:51analytics you have will get a lot of
- 00:21:53chance to think
- 00:21:54you will have a lot of ideas to share so
- 00:21:57your suggestions also will be valid so
- 00:21:59I I usually prefer teamwork but I'm open
- 00:22:02to work on any role
- 00:22:05okay
- 00:22:06so how do you handle stress well uh yeah
- 00:22:10honestly stress is something which
- 00:22:11everyone has to overcome in their career
- 00:22:13path so yes sometimes you will be very
- 00:22:16much stressed with hard deadlines and
- 00:22:18you have to manage your all the things
- 00:22:20as an individual as a human being yes
- 00:22:23you will have stress to overcome that
- 00:22:25something which is uh something you need
- 00:22:27to think and make yourself comfortable
- 00:22:28so I myself I take a small break uh come
- 00:22:32back uh pick a fresh mine and try to
- 00:22:35solve it so I I always prefer working
- 00:22:38with gaps it's not about continuously
- 00:22:40started uh work for all eight hours and
- 00:22:43make yourself successful I here and
- 00:22:45there I took technical of breaks and
- 00:22:47then I come back with a fresh mag and
- 00:22:50that's how I handle stress
- 00:22:53tell me one thing which yourself which
- 00:22:55is not there in your resume so uh okay
- 00:22:58most of the things which is that in my
- 00:22:59resume will be towards my technical side
- 00:23:01where I do a lot of things over uh uh
- 00:23:05the projects but something out of the
- 00:23:07projects I'm very passionate about
- 00:23:09sports so I do play a lot of sports to
- 00:23:11keep myself out of the stress and I also
- 00:23:14help people in terms of uh mentoring so
- 00:23:16that's something which I do outside my
- 00:23:18work and that will never be your resume
- 00:23:21if I call one of your previous manager
- 00:23:23and ask about you what would they say
- 00:23:25about you
- 00:23:27um well yes one thing which uh
- 00:23:30any of my
- 00:23:32previous Prius or managers will talk
- 00:23:34about me is uh I'm very punctual and
- 00:23:37that is something which I keep always in
- 00:23:39mind even when going to an office or
- 00:23:41attending a meeting I always be on time
- 00:23:43so that special thing is one thing which
- 00:23:46my uh others may speak about me and the
- 00:23:49honesty and the work which I do which
- 00:23:51will be on up to the mark So if I'm
- 00:23:53doing any work it's why if if I do any
- 00:23:56deliverables so it's like uh it will be
- 00:23:58up to the mark As per the standard so
- 00:24:00that is something which I've practiced
- 00:24:01in my career and that's one of the
- 00:24:03positive about me
- 00:24:05how do you justify your the best fit at
- 00:24:08the other candidates uh well yes uh
- 00:24:11maybe you would have interviewed many
- 00:24:12people for this role but definitely I
- 00:24:15would justify myself that I'm a fast
- 00:24:17learner
- 00:24:19um you give me any technology I can
- 00:24:21learn in uh 10 days so that's what I am
- 00:24:23very good at I do a lot of research in
- 00:24:26understanding the requirements uh the
- 00:24:29usage of right tools the way we have to
- 00:24:31progress so that is something which I do
- 00:24:33it and uh to justify myself I am uh I'm
- 00:24:37known of many Technologies I'm aware of
- 00:24:39a lot of things I try to collect the
- 00:24:42dots so what is a problem how to do a
- 00:24:45breakdown and then how to solve each and
- 00:24:46every problem so this is something which
- 00:24:48I do it and that's one of my strength
- 00:24:51and of course that I would justify that
- 00:24:53I will be the best fit
- 00:24:55okay
- 00:24:57uh do you have any questions for me uh
- 00:24:59yes definitely thank you so much for uh
- 00:25:01sparing your time on asking these
- 00:25:03questions I'm really glad that you were
- 00:25:05able to uh I was able to justify all
- 00:25:07these answers but I still wanted to know
- 00:25:09uh what type of challenging role I can
- 00:25:11expect here and I'm very much interested
- 00:25:14in this role so if you can help you to
- 00:25:16understand uh better about the job and
- 00:25:18the role I would be really happy to hear
- 00:25:20that okay
- 00:25:22now this ends the all the questions
- 00:25:25now uh
- 00:25:28you would have gone through each and
- 00:25:29every question and the way I answer is
- 00:25:32I'm not prepared
- 00:25:34honestly this is a something which you
- 00:25:36have to do it without preparation just
- 00:25:38keep in a mind what are the situation
- 00:25:40you have come across and then speak
- 00:25:42about it the last question is very
- 00:25:44important don't just say that I don't
- 00:25:46have any questions okay if you say that
- 00:25:48you don't have any questions it's like
- 00:25:50you are not showing interest to your
- 00:25:51interviewer okay so please ask some
- 00:25:53questions and always try to talk about
- 00:25:56positive sites of yourself and
- 00:25:58especially uh if they are asking about
- 00:26:00the negatives you should be able to tell
- 00:26:03that as well okay so please go through
- 00:26:06this all these questions one by one I
- 00:26:08know it's a lengthy video but I would
- 00:26:10request this will be really helpful and
- 00:26:12we already have top 25 SQL questions top
- 00:26:1425 powerbeat questions and we also have
- 00:26:17couple of other interview question
- 00:26:19interview uh recorded uh in our YouTube
- 00:26:22so this also will be added to the list
- 00:26:25so please go through this as said in the
- 00:26:28beginning 30 percent of them were
- 00:26:31technically strong are not able to clear
- 00:26:33the management role because lack of
- 00:26:37answering skills just follow the video
- 00:26:39write it down and speak it in your own
- 00:26:41words this should clear 100 the answers
- 00:26:45which I've said if you all were also
- 00:26:47repeating in the interview your
- 00:26:48interview will be cleared with that
- 00:26:51thank you so much for listening Please
- 00:26:53Subscribe our Channel we will upload
- 00:26:55more videos and we also have an another
- 00:26:58interview round that is coming with the
- 00:27:00client so how to manage a client
- 00:27:02interview and that video also will be
- 00:27:05published shortly thank you so much
