  • 00:00:00
So, in this video, I'm going to show you
  • 00:00:01
how to make thousands of dollars per
  • 00:00:03
month as a Tik Tok shop creator on the
  • 00:00:06
platform. I'm going to go through step
  • 00:00:08
by step in this tutorial, showing you
  • 00:00:10
exactly how to set this up, how to
  • 00:00:12
    optimize this business for maximum
  • 00:00:14
revenue. Uh, and this is all free
  • 00:00:16
    information, okay? I don't have a course
  • 00:00:18
to sell you. This isn't some type of
  • 00:00:19
sales pitch. This is free info that you
  • 00:00:21
can take and implement in 2025 to
  • 00:00:24
generate income for yourself and run it
  • 00:00:27
as a business. Uh, this is one of the
  • 00:00:29
    best opportunities because there's
  • 00:00:31
really no cost to get started upfront. I
  • 00:00:33
mean, you don't have to pay someone to
  • 00:00:34
learn how to do this. Um, you you don't
  • 00:00:36
have to pay for lots of inventory.
  • 00:00:38
    You're essentially just promoting other
  • 00:00:39
people's products as a creator, and
  • 00:00:42
you're getting paid every time someone
  • 00:00:43
buys something through your link on Tik
  • 00:00:46
Tok. So, let's go ahead and get started
  • 00:00:48
with it. If you're new here to the
  • 00:00:49
channel, make sure you subscribe so you
  • 00:00:50
don't miss more videos like this one.
  • 00:00:52
And so the basics of what we're going to
  • 00:00:54
talk about here, and I do recommend
  • 00:00:56
either following along on your phone,
  • 00:00:58
um, or even just writing down some notes
  • 00:01:00
because this is going to be a little bit
  • 00:01:01
longer, more in-depth. I know you have a
  • 00:01:03
lot of other things you could be doing.
  • 00:01:04
You could go watch a Mr. Beast video,
  • 00:01:06
which would maybe be more entertaining,
  • 00:01:08
but I think this is going to be very
  • 00:01:09
educational here. So, I'm going to show
  • 00:01:11
you the basics of what affiliate
  • 00:01:13
marketing is and the concepts of this,
  • 00:01:14
    of how you're actually generating
  • 00:01:16
income. Then, we'll talk about how to
  • 00:01:18
apply to be a Tik Tok shop creator.
  • 00:01:20
We'll look at some of the requirements
  • 00:01:21
and then how you can meet those
  • 00:01:23
requirements so that you can get started
  • 00:01:25
as fast as possible making money on the
  • 00:01:27
platform. I'll show you how to get to
  • 00:01:29
your first 5,000 followers on the
  • 00:01:30
platform. Some strategies to do that and
  • 00:01:32
then finding products to promote. A lot
  • 00:01:34
of people ask what should I actually
  • 00:01:36
promote and then also people ask what
  • 00:01:38
type of niche should I choose? Uh what
  • 00:01:40
category of products should I promote or
  • 00:01:42
what should I even make my Tik Tok
  • 00:01:44
account about? We'll talk about that. Uh
  • 00:01:46
and then I'll show you how to make viral
  • 00:01:48
videos. a basic formula that you can use
  • 00:01:51
to create content in large scale. Um,
  • 00:01:54
and then finally, we'll talk about
  • 00:01:55
optimizing the business. How to scale
  • 00:01:57
this to $1,000 a month and then 10,000
  • 00:01:59
or possibly even $100,000 per month. So,
  • 00:02:02
let's start off with the first part of
  • 00:02:04
this video, which is going to be setting
  • 00:02:06
expectations. Now, I know that the title
  • 00:02:09
    sounds very interesting and the
  • 00:02:11
thumbnail is probably good, but the
  • 00:02:12
truth is is that it's going to take a
  • 00:02:14
little bit of time to get this up and
  • 00:02:16
running, and you're probably not going
  • 00:02:17
to make $100,000 in your first month.
  • 00:02:20
Uh, in fact, a lot of people aren't
  • 00:02:22
going to make any money in their first
  • 00:02:23
one to two months because they just need
  • 00:02:25
to have enough followers and momentum to
  • 00:02:28
get into the Tik Tok shop program. And
  • 00:02:30
this is where about 90% of people drop
  • 00:02:32
off because they just want to have a
  • 00:02:34
paycheck tomorrow. Um, so stick with
  • 00:02:36
this and it'll make a lot more sense as
  • 00:02:38
we go through it and once it starts to
  • 00:02:40
compound. So in terms of setting
  • 00:02:42
expectations, I would say give it at
  • 00:02:44
least 30 to 60 days before you even
  • 00:02:46
expect to make any money with this. Um,
  • 00:02:49
so if you have to pay your rent tomorrow
  • 00:02:51
    or something, I I wouldn't recommend
  • 00:02:53
using this as a strategy cuz this really
  • 00:02:55
is a compounding long-term effect that
  • 00:02:57
can sometimes, you know, be a year, two
  • 00:03:00
years, 3 years before you are really
  • 00:03:01
pumping some serious cash. Okay. Okay.
  • 00:03:03
And then in terms of how much this is
  • 00:03:05
going to cost you to get started, the
  • 00:03:07
essential answer is is is $0. You really
  • 00:03:10
shouldn't be paying someone to learn how
  • 00:03:11
to do this. Uh you can do this for free
  • 00:03:14
by just watching a video like this. And
  • 00:03:15
there's not even really much like
  • 00:03:16
software that you need to pay for. Um
  • 00:03:18
you can just set up a basic business or
  • 00:03:20
you can even use this under your own
  • 00:03:22
personal name. So there's really no cost
  • 00:03:24
    associated with getting started with
  • 00:03:26
this. If you're spending more than like
  • 00:03:27
$100 to get started, uh you're probably
  • 00:03:30
wasting money because you can do this
  • 00:03:31
for free. Okay. All right. So before I
  • 00:03:33
show you how to apply to the Tik Tok
  • 00:03:34
shop affiliate program, uh let's first
  • 00:03:37
cover the basics of what affiliate
  • 00:03:39
marketing is and how you are using this
  • 00:03:41
strategy to make money. So essentially
  • 00:03:43
what you're doing is you are promoting
  • 00:03:46
products for other businesses. And every
  • 00:03:48
time someone buys a product after
  • 00:03:50
watching your video, you will get paid
  • 00:03:53
by that company a very small commission.
  • 00:03:56
    Sometimes between five and 25%
  • 00:03:58
commission for every time someone buys
  • 00:04:00
something after watching your video and
  • 00:04:02
they click on the link in your video. So
  • 00:04:05
for example, let's say that um you have
  • 00:04:08
a,000 people watch your video, which I
  • 00:04:10
know doesn't sound like very much on
  • 00:04:11
TikTok, but let's say a,000 people watch
  • 00:04:13
your video and one person purchases a
  • 00:04:15
product that you're promoting. Let's say
  • 00:04:16
    it's this coffee company, which I don't
  • 00:04:18
think they're on Tik Tok shop, but it's
  • 00:04:20
really good coffee. And let's say that
  • 00:04:21
they purchase this coffee. Um, and the
  • 00:04:23
coffee costs $30 and they pay a 10%
  • 00:04:27
commission. So, they'll give you $3 for
  • 00:04:30
every coffee that you are selling
  • 00:04:32
through your videos. Um, and so the
  • 00:04:34
beauty of this is that this is really
  • 00:04:36
one of the most scalable businesses in
  • 00:04:38
the world cuz you're not the one
  • 00:04:40
creating the product. You're not the one
  • 00:04:42
shipping out the product and sending it
  • 00:04:44
through the mail and dealing with
  • 00:04:46
warehouses and all these other things
  • 00:04:47
and customer service. You're just your
  • 00:04:49
only role in this is being the marketer.
  • 00:04:52
You are the promoter of the product. And
  • 00:04:54
so, uh, the great thing about this is
  • 00:04:56
that you really don't have costs
  • 00:04:57
associated with it other than just
  • 00:04:59
making the content. Um, this is why it's
  • 00:05:02
a super high margin business and it's a
  • 00:05:04
very lowrisk business to get started
  • 00:05:06
with and it's why I think it's the best
  • 00:05:08
one to do in 2025. Now, I know that $3
  • 00:05:11
doesn't sound like a lot of money, but
  • 00:05:13
it's really just all about scale. If you
  • 00:05:15
have a million views and you get a,000
  • 00:05:17
people to purchase a product and you're
  • 00:05:19
    getting $3 per item, that's $3,000 from
  • 00:05:23
one video that you've created that
  • 00:05:24
probably took you just a few minutes to
  • 00:05:26
make. And so, it's really just a numbers
  • 00:05:28
game of getting out the content, getting
  • 00:05:30
the views, and promoting products. Okay,
  • 00:05:32
so let's talk about how to apply to be a
  • 00:05:35
Tik Tok creator in the Tik Tok shop
  • 00:05:38
program. Uh, so let me open up my phone
  • 00:05:40
here and I'll take you onto the Tik Tok
  • 00:05:41
platform. I assume that you already have
  • 00:05:43
Tik Tok on your phone. If you don't,
  • 00:05:46
that's going to be step number one is
  • 00:05:47
download Tik Tok, create an account so
  • 00:05:49
that you can start promoting products.
  • 00:05:52
Now, let's go over to Tik Tok and I'll
  • 00:05:54
show you around here. Okay, so if we go
  • 00:05:56
over to the shop section on our Tik Tok
  • 00:05:59
account, you'll see this little option
  • 00:06:01
here in the middle that says earn. Now,
  • 00:06:04
uh if you click on this, uh it will take
  • 00:06:06
you to the application to join Tik Tok
  • 00:06:09
shop. Now, on this account that I'm
  • 00:06:11
using right now, I already have the uh
  • 00:06:13
minimum requirement. So, I already have
  • 00:06:15
    5,000 followers. I'm over 18 years old.
  • 00:06:18
Um and I do meet their community
  • 00:06:20
guidelines. So, I can accept the invite
  • 00:06:22
from Tik Tok to join the Tik Tok shop
  • 00:06:26
program as an affiliate. Um so, I'm
  • 00:06:28
going to go ahead and do that now. and
  • 00:06:30
then I'll take you into the dashboard
  • 00:06:31
and show you around some of the
  • 00:06:32
important things that you want to look
  • 00:06:34
at. Now, if you don't have this
  • 00:06:35
available to you right now because maybe
  • 00:06:37
you have zero followers or you have less
  • 00:06:38
than 5,000 followers, this is where
  • 00:06:40
you're really going to have to focus on
  • 00:06:42
getting to that 5,000 follower mark.
  • 00:06:44
Now, they do have another option which
  • 00:06:46
is called the pilot program where you
  • 00:06:48
can have as low as a thousand followers
  • 00:06:49
and you can still join the Tik Tok shop
  • 00:06:52
affiliate uh uh creator, but it's going
  • 00:06:54
to be more difficult to get into and
  • 00:06:56
they're going to have limitations on how
  • 00:06:57
many videos you can post, how many
  • 00:06:59
promoted videos, how many times you can
  • 00:07:01
go live. So, they're going to have more
  • 00:07:02
kind of uh rules for you if you can get
  • 00:07:05
into it. Um it's a little bit more
  • 00:07:07
difficult to get into. The surefire way
  • 00:07:09
though is just getting to 5,000
  • 00:07:10
followers. Okay, so I'm going to show
  • 00:07:12
you later in this video how to get to
  • 00:07:13
your first 5,000 followers, but right
  • 00:07:15
now I'm going to walk you through the
  • 00:07:17
Tik Tok shop creator center and how we
  • 00:07:19
can actually find products to promote
  • 00:07:22
and look at those margins that we can
  • 00:07:23
get on them. So, I'm inside of the
  • 00:07:25
dashboard here and I can go over to the
  • 00:07:26
bottom and I click on products. Um, and
  • 00:07:29
I can find a variety of different
  • 00:07:30
products. I can sort them by top selling
  • 00:07:33
ones. I can look at trending products.
  • 00:07:35
And so, let's just break this down right
  • 00:07:37
here. There's really three main criteria
  • 00:07:39
that I'm looking for when I am finding a
  • 00:07:42
product that I can promote as a creator
  • 00:07:43
on the platform. So the main one is that
  • 00:07:46
you want to find products that have
  • 00:07:47
really good momentum. So ones that are
  • 00:07:49
picking up, ones that are about to go
  • 00:07:52
viral or starting to go viral that you
  • 00:07:54
can ride the wave on. So if we just
  • 00:07:56
click on like trending products for
  • 00:07:57
example, Tik Tok actually gives us a lot
  • 00:07:59
of information, a lot of data on all of
  • 00:08:02
these different products. And so what
  • 00:08:03
    they'll do is they'll actually have a
  • 00:08:04
trending page as well which will show us
  • 00:08:06
on a trend score index of how it's doing
  • 00:08:10
right now. So uh right now this product
  • 00:08:12
that we just picked up here has a trend
  • 00:08:14
    score of 99.9 and they've sold 51,000
  • 00:08:18
products. Now this might be a little bit
  • 00:08:20
too crazy and too viral for us. If
  • 00:08:22
you're just getting started, you might
  • 00:08:23
want to find something a little bit more
  • 00:08:25
niche, but you get a lot of data from
  • 00:08:27
Tik Tok showing you everything about
  • 00:08:28
this. So, uh, the three criteria that
  • 00:08:31
we're looking for is we want products
  • 00:08:32
that have some level of momentum. You
  • 00:08:34
don't want to promote a product that was
  • 00:08:36
really popular like last year or one
  • 00:08:37
that I think of right now is like that
  • 00:08:39
like mastic chewing gum. If you've been
  • 00:08:41
on TikTok, you've probably seen that.
  • 00:08:43
Uh, that was really really popular a few
  • 00:08:45
months ago and it's probably going to
  • 00:08:47
slowly kind of fade off over time
  • 00:08:49
because people have already seen it.
  • 00:08:50
People have already bought it. Um, and
  • 00:08:52
so it might be harder to convert people
  • 00:08:53
on it if you're promoting that now. So,
  • 00:08:55
momentum is one of the big ones. Uh the
  • 00:08:58
other thing is you want to find products
  • 00:08:59
that have really good inventory. So uh
  • 00:09:01
the worst thing that could happen is
  • 00:09:03
that you start promoting a product and
  • 00:09:04
then they sell out because they only had
  • 00:09:06
100 units in stock and your video goes
  • 00:09:09
viral and nobody can buy the product cuz
  • 00:09:11
they're out of stock. That really really
  • 00:09:13
is unfortunate for the creator and it
  • 00:09:15
does happen. So you want to find
  • 00:09:17
products that have uh really solid
  • 00:09:19
inventory and they've sold a lot of the
  • 00:09:21
products and they are reputable as a
  • 00:09:23
brand. And then the third factor here is
  • 00:09:24
you want a product that has a high
  • 00:09:27
commission. So you can look at this in
  • 00:09:28
two different ways. You can look at this
  • 00:09:29
in overall commission or you can look at
  • 00:09:31
it in terms of um percent of revenue of
  • 00:09:35
a sale. So like let's look at this one
  • 00:09:37
right here, this men's prostate health
  • 00:09:40
    supplement. So it's selling for
  • 00:09:42
$39.95. And if you scroll down, we can
  • 00:09:44
look at uh how much you're going to get
  • 00:09:46
paid for this as a creator. You're going
  • 00:09:48
    to get
  • 00:09:49
    $759 per sale. So, that's about 15%
  • 00:09:53
um revenue or 15% of the total uh
  • 00:09:57
revenue you are getting as a creator.
  • 00:09:59
That's actually pretty good. So, if you
  • 00:10:01
sell a 100 of these, you're going to get
  • 00:10:04
$759 on average for promoting this
  • 00:10:07
product that only costs $39. That's
  • 00:10:09
pretty good. Now, my rule of thumb is
  • 00:10:12
that generally I wouldn't try to promote
  • 00:10:14
    anything that you're getting a
  • 00:10:16
commission of less than $2 or $3. So,
  • 00:10:19
like um this one right here, these
  • 00:10:21
dishwashing rags, you're only getting a
  • 00:10:23
dollar. Now, sure, the product is $4.99.
  • 00:10:25
It's not very expensive, but even if you
  • 00:10:27
have a viral video and you sell a,000 of
  • 00:10:30
    these dishwasher rags, you're only
  • 00:10:32
    getting $1,000 from a,000 sales. That's
  • 00:10:36
really not worth many people's time. And
  • 00:10:39
so, I would recommend finding those
  • 00:10:40
products so you're getting at least 23
  • 00:10:43
$4 per item that is being sold. And
  • 00:10:46
sometimes you'll find products that are
  • 00:10:48
    usually more expensive, but sometimes
  • 00:10:49
you'll find products that will pay
  • 00:10:50
commissions of 20 or $30 for every item
  • 00:10:54
that gets sold. So, that's really cool.
  • 00:10:56
Um, and I would definitely recommend
  • 00:10:58
    going through all these different
  • 00:10:59
product rankings, see what's hot right
  • 00:11:01
now. Um, and you can even just search up
  • 00:11:02
products that you've already used in the
  • 00:11:04
past and then just get those and start
  • 00:11:06
    promoting those because you're already
  • 00:11:08
familiar with them. Now, you'll also
  • 00:11:09
notice that a lot of brands in the Tik
  • 00:11:12
Tok shop dashboard will actually have an
  • 00:11:15
option to get a refundable sample. So,
  • 00:11:18
if we click on this right here, we have
  • 00:11:19
this option for a refundable sample. And
  • 00:11:22
usually what a lot of these brands will
  • 00:11:23
do is that uh you can purchase the
  • 00:11:26
product on Tik Tok shop and then if you
  • 00:11:28
promote it and you get at least one sale
  • 00:11:31
from one of your videos, you will get a
  • 00:11:33
refund for the purchase that you made.
  • 00:11:35
So, this is also another way like even
  • 00:11:37
if you're not making a lot of money as a
  • 00:11:39
Tik Tok shop creator, it's a great way
  • 00:11:40
to at the very least just get lots of
  • 00:11:42
free products. So, you'll get refunds
  • 00:11:44
for all those different products if you
  • 00:11:46
promote them and you get at least one
  • 00:11:48
sale. And I mean, I've seen people get
  • 00:11:50
like hundreds of different free things
  • 00:11:52
by just uh doing this over and over
  • 00:11:54
    again. They're doing like three
  • 00:11:55
different things per day. Um, and it's
  • 00:11:57
pretty awesome. Okay, now let me just
  • 00:11:58
take you around to some other parts of
  • 00:11:59
the dashboard here. If we go over to the
  • 00:12:01
growth section, we will have all these
  • 00:12:03
different things that we can do with Tik
  • 00:12:05
Tok to help optimize our account. So, if
  • 00:12:07
we post two shoppable videos, we'll get
  • 00:12:09
this $5 reward right here. And then if
  • 00:12:11
we go live at least once, we'll get
  • 00:12:13
another $5 reward. And then they
  • 00:12:14
actually really help us out. You have to
  • 00:12:16
remember that Tik Tok is on the same
  • 00:12:18
team as you. They want you to succeed as
  • 00:12:20
a creator. They're really pushing Tik
  • 00:12:22
Tok shop big time onto uh all the people
  • 00:12:25
on the platform and they want to make
  • 00:12:26
this a really big thing. And so they
  • 00:12:28
have all these different checklists that
  • 00:12:30
you can go through and they help you
  • 00:12:31
through this process of getting started
  • 00:12:33
with it. So besides just this video, you
  • 00:12:35
can use that as well to get growing on
  • 00:12:38
the platform. All right, so there's this
  • 00:12:39
question that people have asked me many
  • 00:12:41
times, which is, do you need to have a
  • 00:12:43
niche on Tik Tok as a creator? And my
  • 00:12:47
answer for this would actually be
  • 00:12:49
generally not really. So um on other
  • 00:12:52
platforms like if you have a blog or if
  • 00:12:55
you have a YouTube channel you generally
  • 00:12:56
want to have a niche or even like an
  • 00:12:58
Instagram account you want to have a
  • 00:12:59
niche but with Tik Tok because of the
  • 00:13:02
style of the content that is getting
  • 00:13:04
served to people you can have it
  • 00:13:05
generally broad. So what I would suggest
  • 00:13:07
that you do is you pick an overall
  • 00:13:10
category and you stick to that category.
  • 00:13:12
This could be pretty wide. So this could
  • 00:13:13
be for example health. It could be any
  • 00:13:15
type of health products that you're
  • 00:13:17
promoting. This gives you room to
  • 00:13:19
promote like vitamin gummies and you can
  • 00:13:22
promote supplements and you can promote
  • 00:13:23
fitness products, but things that are
  • 00:13:25
generally in that realm so that if
  • 00:13:26
people follow you, they still like are
  • 00:13:29
interested in the content. The one thing
  • 00:13:31
you don't want to do is just have things
  • 00:13:33
that are all over the place. So like one
  • 00:13:34
day you're promoting uh vitamin gummies
  • 00:13:37
and then the next day you're promoting
  • 00:13:38
like a catalytic converter for a car or
  • 00:13:41
something. Um or or you're promoting
  • 00:13:43
something just completely random. Now, I
  • 00:13:46
know people do that, but I do suggest
  • 00:13:48
just picking an overall category. This
  • 00:13:50
could literally be just like women's
  • 00:13:52
products and women's clothing, or it
  • 00:13:54
could be um like outdoors products, and
  • 00:13:56
you can just create separate Tik Tok
  • 00:13:58
accounts for all those different types
  • 00:13:59
of niches. I think it just kind of helps
  • 00:14:01
to like if you get followers, if they go
  • 00:14:03
to their following page, like they'll
  • 00:14:04
they'll recognize like who you are and
  • 00:14:07
they won't unfollow you. Um so, it does
  • 00:14:09
help a little bit, but overall niches,
  • 00:14:11
it doesn't matter nearly as much as they
  • 00:14:12
used to. So now let's talk about how to
  • 00:14:14
make viral videos that convert. So your
  • 00:14:18
goal here is not just to get views, but
  • 00:14:20
it's to get sales. So we're thinking
  • 00:14:21
about two different factors here. All
  • 00:14:23
right. So the basic formula here for
  • 00:14:25
making all of these videos, it's I just
  • 00:14:28
want you to remember these three things.
  • 00:14:29
Okay? You're going to have the hook,
  • 00:14:31
you're going to have the information,
  • 00:14:32
the explanation, and then you're going
  • 00:14:34
to have the call to action. Okay? So,
  • 00:14:36
you're hooking them in with something
  • 00:14:38
very, very intriguing to get people to
  • 00:14:40
stop scrolling. Especially on Tik Tok,
  • 00:14:43
people are scrolling constantly. And if
  • 00:14:46
you don't interest them in the first
  • 00:14:48
half a second, they're going to scroll
  • 00:14:49
past you. Okay? So, you have to do
  • 00:14:52
something that is shocking to them, that
  • 00:14:54
is going to get their attention. One of
  • 00:14:55
the easiest ones you can do is just any
  • 00:14:57
type of question like, "Have you heard
  • 00:14:59
of this person who did that?" Right? Or,
  • 00:15:00
"Have you seen this thing that went
  • 00:15:03
didn't did that?" Right? So, um, and
  • 00:15:05
that's just a random bad example that I
  • 00:15:07
made, but, uh, any type of question that
  • 00:15:08
you can ask them is going to be good.
  • 00:15:10
Doing something wild or strange, like,
  • 00:15:13
um, if you're just drinking a gallon of
  • 00:15:15
milk or like something just really weird
  • 00:15:18
to get people's attention that then you
  • 00:15:20
bring them into the rest of the video.
  • 00:15:22
I've seen it work really, really well.
  • 00:15:25
So, that's one of the strategies for
  • 00:15:27
hooking people in. You're just trying to
  • 00:15:28
do anything to get their attention. I
  • 00:15:30
    would really recommend studying other
  • 00:15:32
videos. So, look at videos that have
  • 00:15:34
gone viral uh for the product that
  • 00:15:36
you're looking to promote or for other
  • 00:15:38
products and really really study how
  • 00:15:40
people start their videos in the first
  • 00:15:42
few seconds and then borrow from their
  • 00:15:44
ideas, especially the ones that have
  • 00:15:46
gone viral cuz they're definitely doing
  • 00:15:48
something right. Now, in the middle part
  • 00:15:49
of the video, uh this is where you're
  • 00:15:51
going to be showing the product,
  • 00:15:52
    explaining the product, using the
  • 00:15:54
product, and kind of using the main
  • 00:15:56
selling points of it so that people are
  • 00:15:58
convinced to buy it. And then one of the
  • 00:16:00
most important parts here is that you
  • 00:16:02
need to have a call to action because
  • 00:16:03
people need to know that they can
  • 00:16:05
purchase the product while watching your
  • 00:16:06
video if they go down into the bottom
  • 00:16:08
right corner there and they can click on
  • 00:16:10
it and purchase it. So you want people
  • 00:16:11
to be aware of that. Have the call to
  • 00:16:13
action and when you are doing the call
  • 00:16:15
to action, use any info uh that would
  • 00:16:18
help you to convert the customer. Any
  • 00:16:20
type of sale or discount that is
  • 00:16:21
currently happening that might be ending
  • 00:16:23
soon, that is one of the best ones that
  • 00:16:25
you can use. Also, if the product is
  • 00:16:27
about to go out of stock or if they
  • 00:16:28
don't have much inventory left or if
  • 00:16:30
something's coming up and they want to
  • 00:16:31
get it before a specific holiday, uh,
  • 00:16:34
anything to create some sense of urgency
  • 00:16:36
for the viewer to purchase the product
  • 00:16:38
is going to be helpful in converting
  • 00:16:40
    those customers or those potential
  • 00:16:42
customers. I've seen people who will
  • 00:16:44
have a million views on a video and they
  • 00:16:47
don't have a really solid call to action
  • 00:16:48
and they will make 10% of the money from
  • 00:16:52
people who have a 100,000 views but have
  • 00:16:54
a really strong call to action. So, it
  • 00:16:57
really does matter a lot on uh really
  • 00:17:00
converting those people to not just
  • 00:17:02
watch your video and be convinced to
  • 00:17:04
purchase the product, but then to
  • 00:17:05
actually follow through and buy it. All
  • 00:17:07
right. And now let's talk about
  • 00:17:08
optimizing the business. How much should
  • 00:17:09
you be posting? Uh should you go live?
  • 00:17:12
What are some other things that you need
  • 00:17:13
to keep in mind here? In terms of how
  • 00:17:14
much you should be posting, I would
  • 00:17:15
recommend that there's really no such
  • 00:17:18
thing as posting too much on the
  • 00:17:20
platform. I would say at a very bare
  • 00:17:22
minimum, do one post per day every day
  • 00:17:26
for the next 3 months. That'll get you
  • 00:17:27
90 posts out. But I would really suggest
  • 00:17:30
doing at least three per day. So, if you
  • 00:17:32
can do three Tik Toks per day, uh this
  • 00:17:34
is going to be really helpful for you.
  • 00:17:37
Now, if you take anything out of this
  • 00:17:39
video, it's that you just have to start,
  • 00:17:41
okay? um the amount of people who have
  • 00:17:43
    something called paralysis by analysis
  • 00:17:45
where uh you're worried about, you know,
  • 00:17:47
how do I make the perfect TikTok and you
  • 00:17:49
sit around thinking about it. Trust me,
  • 00:17:50
I'm saying this because I I fell into
  • 00:17:52
this myself. It took me years to get
  • 00:17:54
started on social media cuz I was just
  • 00:17:56
thinking about like what's the perfect
  • 00:17:57
video? How do I make my first one go
  • 00:17:59
viral? Don't worry about that. So,
  • 00:18:01
literally just start throwing stuff at
  • 00:18:03
the wall, okay? Like just start putting
  • 00:18:05
out videos, putting out content. It
  • 00:18:08
doesn't have to be perfect. Honestly,
  • 00:18:10
it's probably not going to be perfect in
  • 00:18:11
your first few dozen videos. But then
  • 00:18:13
what you do from posting content is you
  • 00:18:16
learn from what's doing well and what's
  • 00:18:18
not doing well. Okay? So, you look at
  • 00:18:20
your first 30 videos that you've posted
  • 00:18:22
and you see that, you know, one of them
  • 00:18:25
has 30,000 views and then you study why
  • 00:18:27
did it get 30,000 views and you try to
  • 00:18:29
replicate that and you use all of those
  • 00:18:31
    strategies to continuously compound on
  • 00:18:34
top of that. So, you just have to get
  • 00:18:36
started with it. And I know I sound
  • 00:18:37
redundant here, but 80% of people who
  • 00:18:40
watch this video will not actually go
  • 00:18:42
out and just make a Tik Tok. So after
  • 00:18:43
this, I want you to open up Tik Tok and
  • 00:18:46
just make a video. I don't care what it
  • 00:18:48
is. It can be about anything at all.
  • 00:18:50
Your face doesn't even have to be in it.
  • 00:18:51
So you don't have to worry about your
  • 00:18:52
friends seeing it and laughing at you or
  • 00:18:54
something, okay? But you just have to
  • 00:18:55
get started with it. All right? And I'm
  • 00:18:57
serious with that because just so many
  • 00:19:00
people don't. and it's frustrating and
  • 00:19:02
uh I don't want to get mad, but uh a lot
  • 00:19:04
of people just don't do it because
  • 00:19:05
they're scared or they're worried about
  • 00:19:06
it. Now, let's also look at going live.
  • 00:19:09
So, we have two options as Tik Tok
  • 00:19:11
creators. We can make videos and um have
  • 00:19:14
the product linked in our videos that
  • 00:19:16
people can purchase or we can go live on
  • 00:19:19
the platform. So, you've probably seen a
  • 00:19:20
lot of Tik Tok lives of people selling
  • 00:19:22
products and this is really effective as
  • 00:19:24
well. Now, I would suggest doing both of
  • 00:19:26
these in conjunction with each with each
  • 00:19:28
other. So, you're posting one to three
  • 00:19:30
videos per day and then you're going
  • 00:19:32
live hopefully once a day, but at least
  • 00:19:34
a couple times a week for at least an
  • 00:19:36
hour at a time. And even if there's only
  • 00:19:38
five or six people in there, here's why
  • 00:19:40
going live is a really great way to get
  • 00:19:43
conversions and to make money and get
  • 00:19:45
those sales. It's because you're able to
  • 00:19:47
answer people's questions real time. So,
  • 00:19:49
someone might have watched a video on a
  • 00:19:52
product, like let's say that they're
  • 00:19:53
thinking about buying some beef tallow.
  • 00:19:55
They've seen some videos. Then they come
  • 00:19:57
across your live video and you're
  • 00:19:59
promoting the beef tallow in the video.
  • 00:20:01
Maybe it's like on the table. You're
  • 00:20:02
talking about it. You're helping people
  • 00:20:03
out understand the product and they ask
  • 00:20:05
you a question and you're able to answer
  • 00:20:07
that question for them right there on
  • 00:20:09
the spot. That is when they are most
  • 00:20:11
likely to convert as a buyer. And so
  • 00:20:14
you're going to capture that sale if
  • 00:20:15
they come on to your live. And so this
  • 00:20:17
is a really effective strategy. I would
  • 00:20:19
recommend doing it as much as possible.
  • 00:20:21
In fact, there are people who go live
  • 00:20:23
24/7. I mean, they're just live all the
  • 00:20:26
time. Um, and it's a really effective
  • 00:20:27
strategy. Even if there's only half a
  • 00:20:29
dozen people in that live video, it's
  • 00:20:31
going to be really useful. All right, so
  • 00:20:32
that is how you get started with Tik Tok
  • 00:20:34
Shop. If you have any questions or
  • 00:20:37
comments, feel free to leave them down
  • 00:20:39
below. You can shoot me a DM on
  • 00:20:40
Instagram and I can try to help you out
  • 00:20:42
to get started with this. Once again, I
  • 00:20:43
don't have anything to sell you here.
  • 00:20:45
So, I wish everyone the best of luck.
  • 00:20:47
And if you're gonna take anything away
  • 00:20:48
from this video, just just start making
  • 00:20:50
content. Seriously, it doesn't have to
  • 00:20:52
be perfect. just start putting out
  • 00:20:53
content and get the ball rolling today,
  • 00:20:55
not tomorrow, not the next day. Do it
  • 00:20:58
right after this video. Make a Tik Tok,
  • 00:21:00
okay? And that's how you get started.
  • 00:21:02
And then follow up with me. Shoot me a
  • 00:21:04
message in like a few weeks and let me
  • 00:21:05
know how it's going. I would love to
  • 00:21:07
hear about it. So, thanks for watching.
  • 00:21:09
Wish everyone the best of luck and I'll
  • 00:21:10
see you sometime in a future
