- 00:00:17I'm sure you guys probably know exactly
- 00:00:19why I came up with this topic,
- 00:00:21especially with a lot of cruise content
- 00:00:23going viral. Well, the dangers of cruise
- 00:00:25content going viral with the new Netflix
- 00:00:27documentary Amy Bradley is missing. But
- 00:00:30before we get into the absolute gore of
- 00:00:32cruise ships, you know, we have to start
- 00:00:34off every video with a little bit of
- 00:00:35positivity. So, let's first start off
- 00:00:37with the quote of the day. Today's quote
- 00:00:39of the day is, I let go of the need to
- 00:00:42be perfect. Today's verse of the day is
- 00:00:44Samuel 2:e 2 and it reads, "There is no
- 00:00:49one holy like the Lord. There is no one
- 00:00:51besides you. There is no rock like our

- 00:01:10road, cleaning your house, you can do
- 00:01:12so. I'm available on all audio streaming
- 00:01:14platforms like Spotify and Apple
- 00:01:16podcast, and that will be linked down
- 00:01:18below as well. I also have a separate
- 00:01:20podcast called The Decision Podcast and
- 00:01:22it is about how one choice can impact
- 00:01:24your entire life. My podcast, The
- 00:01:26Decision, is available on YouTube, Apple
- 00:01:28Podcast, and Spotify. And if you are
- 00:01:30interested in becoming a guest on the
- 00:01:31Decision podcast and you are in the
- 00:01:33Atlanta area or willing to travel to the
- 00:01:35Atlanta area, I will also be linking the
- 00:01:37forum down below, I would absolutely
- 00:01:38love to interview you and share your
- 00:01:40story. And yeah, without further ado,
- 00:01:42guys, let's get straight into today's
- 00:01:44video.
- 00:01:54When you first think of cruises, you
- 00:01:56just think of absolute fun. Midnight ice
- 00:01:58cream runs, late night pizza stops, live
- 00:02:01shows, casinos, dance parties, swimming
- 00:02:04pools, liquor. It all sounds like
- 00:02:07absolute vibes. But if you zoom out and
- 00:02:09actually look just a bit closer, you
- 00:02:12will quickly realize that cruises aren't
- 00:02:14just floating hotels. Instead of
- 00:02:16floating hotels, they're actually
- 00:02:18floating cities, but in the middle of
- 00:02:21nowhere, meaning once you're out at sea,
- 00:02:24a lot of lines get very blurry. And some
- 00:02:27of those lines are the law. Security is
- 00:02:29weak. Laws don't always apply. And if
- 00:02:32something just so happens to you, there
- 00:02:34is an extremely high possibility that no
- 00:02:37one will be held responsible. Now, this
- 00:02:40isn't just some spooky rumor or
- 00:02:41conspiracy theory meant to scare you.
- 00:02:44This is real life. I mean, literally 200
- 00:02:46people have gone missing on cruise ships
- 00:02:48in the past 25 years. Welcome to the
- 00:02:51absolute dark side of cruising. So, like
- 00:02:54I stated, over 200 people have gone
- 00:02:56missing on cruise ships since 2000. And
- 00:02:58it's not like they just went missing and
- 00:02:59were found. They literally just vanished
- 00:03:01in thin air. And that is absolutely
- 00:03:04terrifying. And it's terrifying for the
- 00:03:06obvious reasons, but also just with all
- 00:03:09the mysteries of the sea, thinking that
- 00:03:10people just vanish while they're in the
- 00:03:12middle of the ocean. That is what really
- 00:03:14scares me because I don't know what goes
- 00:03:15down underneath the sea. There are lots
- 00:03:17of theories. I mean, we know a very
- 00:03:20small percentage of the ocean. Okay, we
- 00:03:22don't know a lot about what's going on
- 00:03:23down there and that creeps me out in
- 00:03:25itself. But if you guys want to see a
- 00:03:27video on the conspiracy theories of the
- 00:03:28ocean, I would absolutely love to do
- 00:03:30that. Okay, I am a conspiracy theory
- 00:03:32queen. So, please comment down below if
- 00:03:33y'all want that. Okay, a case that has
- 00:03:35recently gone viral discussing cruise
- 00:03:38guests going missing is the Amy Bradley
- 00:03:40case. Netflix just dropped a three-part
- 00:03:43docue series discussing the strange and
- 00:03:45bizarre missing case of Amy Bradley. And
- 00:03:48if you have not seen the documentary or
- 00:03:50have not heard of her story, here is a
- 00:03:52little summary of what happened to Amy.
- 00:03:54Back in 1998, a woman by the name of Amy
- 00:03:57Bradley went missing while she was on a
- 00:03:59cruise with her family. At the time, Amy
- 00:04:01was a 23-year-old graduate student from
- 00:04:03Virginia, and she had her whole entire
- 00:04:06life ahead of her. But before she went
- 00:04:07ahead to go and start that life, she and
- 00:04:10her family decided to go on a cruise. It
- 00:04:12was her mom, her dad, and her younger
- 00:04:14brother. The cruise was meant to be a
- 00:04:15celebratory vacation as Amy was about to
- 00:04:18begin a new job and just got a new
- 00:04:20apartment. Amy was described to be
- 00:04:22athletic, confident, had a smile that
- 00:04:24lit up the entire room, and definitely
- 00:04:26not the type to disappear without
- 00:04:29telling anybody. So, here's the timeline
- 00:04:31of events and how Amy seemingly
- 00:04:33disappeared while on her celebratory
- 00:04:35cruise trip. So, on March 23rd, 1998,
- 00:04:38the night before Amy disappeared, Amy
- 00:04:41goes to the ship's disco, which is
- 00:04:43basically like a club, with her brother
- 00:04:45Brad. Like I said, Amy was very
- 00:04:47confident. She had a vibrant
- 00:04:48personality, so she made a lot of
- 00:04:50friends during her stay on the cruise.
- 00:04:51So, along with her brother Brad, she
- 00:04:53also went to the disco with some crew
- 00:04:55members, including a man by the name
- 00:04:57Yellow. So, this man's name was not
- 00:04:59actually Yellow. He went by that name.
- 00:05:01His name was actually Alistar Douglas.
- 00:05:04During the night, they were seen
- 00:05:05dancing, vibing, having a grand old
- 00:05:08time. And Amy was reported to have some
- 00:05:10drinks. I mean, she was at the disco.
- 00:05:12She was having a good time. She was
- 00:05:13having fun. Not a crime at all. And then
- 00:05:15her and her brother were turned back to
- 00:05:17their cabin at 3:30 a.m. approximately.
- 00:05:20So, according to Amy's brother, Brad, he
- 00:05:23said that Amy was complaining about
- 00:05:24being a little sick. So, they were out
- 00:05:26on the balcony just talking and catching
- 00:05:28up. Brad ended up going back inside the
- 00:05:30cabin to go to sleep while Amy stayed
- 00:05:33out on the balcony. Around 5:30 a.m.,
- 00:05:35Amy's father wakes up in the middle of
- 00:05:37the night for some reason. And he
- 00:05:39glances over at the other bed where Amy
- 00:05:42and her brother Brad would be sleeping
- 00:05:43in and he saw that Amy was missing. But
- 00:05:45as he looked around the room, he glanced
- 00:05:48over and then he saw the balcony and he
- 00:05:50saw Amy sleeping on it allegedly. So
- 00:05:52he's like, you know, she's safe. She's
- 00:05:54home. I'm going back to sleep. Then he
- 00:05:57wakes up again at 6:00 a.m. just 30
- 00:06:00minutes after he last woke up when he
- 00:06:03saw Amy sleeping on the balcony.
- 00:06:05However, this time around there was no
- 00:06:07Amy. Her cigarettes and lighter were
- 00:06:09left behind along with her shoes and a
- 00:06:12yellow shirt she was wearing that night.
- 00:06:15So her father just assumed that, you
- 00:06:17know, maybe she went downstairs to go
- 00:06:19and get coffee because they were about
- 00:06:20to dock at the next island. He said Amy
- 00:06:23enjoyed taking photos, so maybe she
- 00:06:25couldn't sleep. got up, got some coffee,
- 00:06:27got her pictures in, so he thought
- 00:06:28really nothing of it. But when he went
- 00:06:30to go and find Amy, he could not find
- 00:06:33her and immediately alerted his wife,
- 00:06:35and they both went to go look for Amy.
- 00:06:37Very quickly, they both saw that Amy was
- 00:06:40indeed not on the cruise, at least to
- 00:06:42their knowledge. No one saw her leave
- 00:06:44her room. She left her passport. She
- 00:06:47left her keys and all of her belongings.
- 00:06:50So, of course, like any normal family
- 00:06:52would, they went ahead and alerted the
- 00:06:54cruise ship members. But their reaction
- 00:06:57was very odd. They didn't alert
- 00:06:59passengers about Amy missing until the
- 00:07:02ship docked, which literally gave
- 00:07:04endless hours for someone to take Amy
- 00:07:07off the ship if they indeed did, or gave
- 00:07:09Amy the time to get off of that ship if
- 00:07:11she wanted to get off on her own. And
- 00:07:13what is so odd about this is that when
- 00:07:15you're on a cruise ship, you would think
- 00:07:17that your safety matters or at least
- 00:07:18your family member safety. So, I found
- 00:07:21it quite odd that the cruise ship team
- 00:07:23did not even want to alert the entire
- 00:07:25cruise ship that there was a missing
- 00:07:27passenger because they said it was too
- 00:07:29early to make an announcement on the
- 00:07:31loud machines because it was 7:00 a.m.
- 00:07:33Are you kidding me? And not only that,
- 00:07:35like I said, when they said their
- 00:07:37daughter was missing, they still went
- 00:07:39ahead and docked that boat and opened up
- 00:07:41those doors to let anybody get off that
- 00:07:43dock, which is incredibly crazy to me.
- 00:07:46Quite frankly, if that was me and I went
- 00:07:48missing, I know my mother would have
- 00:07:49caused hell on that cruise ship. If it
- 00:07:51was me and my mother was missing, I
- 00:07:53would have caused hell because what do
- 00:07:55you mean that you are not going to make
- 00:07:56an announcement that my family member is
- 00:07:58missing because it is too early? Excuse
- 00:08:01me. If I was on a cruise ship, and I
- 00:08:03have been on a cruise ship before, and
- 00:08:05there was somebody missing, I don't care
- 00:08:06if it's 5:00 in the morning and I'm
- 00:08:08sleeping, you should make that
- 00:08:09announcement so that we can make sure
- 00:08:11that person gets back with their family
- 00:08:13safely and as soon as possible. But that
- 00:08:16wasn't the only odd thing with these
- 00:08:17cruise ship members. Okay, Amy vocalized
- 00:08:20to her family members that the cruise
- 00:08:22ship members were making her
- 00:08:23uncomfortable from the start of the
- 00:08:25trip. Amy allegedly stated that one crew
- 00:08:28member even asked her to get off the
- 00:08:30ship in Aruba with him. She politely
- 00:08:32declined. Another red flag was with the
- 00:08:34crew member Yellow we discussed earlier.
- 00:08:37When questioned, Yellow claimed that he
- 00:08:39went straight to bed that night.
- 00:08:41However, conflicting evidence showed
- 00:08:43that he was indeed not in bed and he was
- 00:08:46in fact dancing with Amy that night. And
- 00:08:49eyewitnesses said that they saw Amy and
- 00:08:52Yellow get on an elevator together in
- 00:08:54the wee hours in the morning. So, why
- 00:08:57are you lying about what time you went
- 00:08:58to bed if you claimed you were not
- 00:09:00guilty? Another very odd component was
- 00:09:03that Amy's photos went missing. So, you
- 00:09:06guys know when you guys are on a cruise
- 00:09:07ship, this probably isn't as common now
- 00:09:09because we all have our own cell phones
- 00:09:10and cameras, but a lot of the times, and
- 00:09:13even still to this day, people will take
- 00:09:15photos on the cruise ship. So, you'll
- 00:09:16get your photos in and then you'll come
- 00:09:18and pick them up later. Well, that
- 00:09:20wasn't the case with the initial photos
- 00:09:22that Amy and her brother Brad took.
- 00:09:24cruise ship photos of Amy mysteriously
- 00:09:27went missing when her mother went to go
- 00:09:29and pick the photos up. And it was quite
- 00:09:31strange because none of the other family
- 00:09:33members went and picked the photos up.
- 00:09:35So why would a stranger want a photo of
- 00:09:37another stranger? Due to this, Amy
- 00:09:40retook the photo with her brother that
- 00:09:42night that she went missing. And that is
- 00:09:44the last photo we have of Amy. And then
- 00:09:46like I stated, the cruise ship line they
- 00:09:48were on was Royal Caribbean. Royal
- 00:09:50Caribbean downplayed this entire
- 00:09:52circumstance. They waited hours to start
- 00:09:55searching for Amy and they waited hours
- 00:09:57to make an announcement that she was
- 00:09:58missing. Security also locked down the
- 00:10:01ship late after hundreds of people
- 00:10:03already disembarked the ship. And just
- 00:10:04the crew members, even in the
- 00:10:06documentary when being interviewed, were
- 00:10:08so callous and dismissive of the entire
- 00:10:10situation. It was almost as if they did
- 00:10:13not care. And when the parents pleaded
- 00:10:15for them not to leave the island that
- 00:10:17they were on, the cruise members said,
- 00:10:19"Well, life goes on. people paid for
- 00:10:21this cruise, so we got to go without
- 00:10:23your daughter. To this day, over 27
- 00:10:26years later, Amy has yet to be found.
- 00:10:29So, here are some possible theories as
- 00:10:30to what happened to Amy while she was on
- 00:10:32this cruise. The first theory is the
- 00:10:34obvious, accidental drowning. So, this
- 00:10:37was dismissed immediately by the family.
- 00:10:39They claimed that Amy was a very strong
- 00:10:41swimmer and she was super athletic, so
- 00:10:43she would have been able to survive the
- 00:10:45currents had she fallen off the ship.
- 00:10:47They also stated that if she willingly
- 00:10:49went into the water, not falling off the
- 00:10:50ship, that wouldn't have been the case
- 00:10:52because she was terrified of night
- 00:10:53swimming. However, with this theory, no
- 00:10:56evidence supports this. And according to
- 00:10:58lots of experts in the Caribbean, they
- 00:11:00state that had she fallen off the ship,
- 00:11:02she would have definitely washed up on
- 00:11:04shore because of how strong the water
- 00:11:06is, or at least some part of her, a
- 00:11:08article of clothing, a body part,
- 00:11:10something. Another theory is that she
- 00:11:12voluntarily disappeared, that she hopped
- 00:11:15off when the ship opened their doors,
- 00:11:16and she just wanted to get away from her
- 00:11:18family. But once again, this is
- 00:11:20extremely unlikely because she was very
- 00:11:22close to her family and friends. She
- 00:11:24also made promises to a girlfriend she
- 00:11:26had at the time that alluded to the fact
- 00:11:28that she would indeed be back. She had a
- 00:11:30new job to look forward to, a new
- 00:11:32apartment. Her life was just starting,
- 00:11:34and it was starting in the right path.
- 00:11:36So, how likely would it be that she just
- 00:11:38decided to just take off into the
- 00:11:39Caribbean? Another unlikely theory, at
- 00:11:41least in my opinion. And then of course,
- 00:11:44the biggest conspiracy theory is that
- 00:11:46Amy was abducted and or trafficked from
- 00:11:49the crew members odd behavior, missing
- 00:11:52photos of her and alleged sightings of
- 00:11:55Amy in the years to come of her being
- 00:11:57spotted in the Caribbean. Hear this.
- 00:12:00Numerous tourists in the Caribbean have
- 00:12:02reported to seeing a woman that looks
- 00:12:04exactly like Amy while they were in the
- 00:12:07Caribbean. And both times they spotted
- 00:12:09Amy, she was seemingly in the Caribbean
- 00:12:12sex trade. One time she was spotted in
- 00:12:141999 in an alleged brothel and another
- 00:12:17time in 2005 in a bathroom in the
- 00:12:20Caribbean. The 1999 incident was when a
- 00:12:23Navy officer allegedly spoke to a woman
- 00:12:26who literally said in quote, "My name is
- 00:12:29Amy Bradley. I need help." End quote.
- 00:12:32This was in Curuscow. And right after
- 00:12:34she act like nothing happened when
- 00:12:36people were back around them. However,
- 00:12:38he chose not to say anything because he
- 00:12:40didn't want to lose his ranking in the
- 00:12:42Navy. Absolutely insane. I wouldn't try
- 00:12:44trying to hear somebody out, especially
- 00:12:46in those circumstances. I mean, he said
- 00:12:48the person at the front door had a big
- 00:12:49pew pew and he was not supposed to be
- 00:12:51there while he was serving. Right is
- 00:12:53right and wrong is wrong. And I think he
- 00:12:55should have done the right thing if
- 00:12:56someone literally said, "My name is Amy
- 00:12:58Bradley and she was found missing in the
- 00:13:00Caribbean." Might I say also this was a
- 00:13:02huge story. He claims he did not know at
- 00:13:04the time. But regardless if you didn't
- 00:13:06know, if someone tells you with an
- 00:13:08American accent that my name is so and
- 00:13:10so and I need help, I would think you
- 00:13:12would go and get help or at least try to
- 00:13:14alert someone within the coming days
- 00:13:16when you're back in America or alert the
- 00:13:18authorities in America, something. But
- 00:13:20he did absolutely nothing. And the other
- 00:13:22time I told you was in 2005 when Amy was
- 00:13:26spotted in the bathroom with a woman.
- 00:13:28The woman was on vacation. She went to
- 00:13:29go use the bathroom and she said she
- 00:13:31heard some sketchy men inside the
- 00:13:33bathroom yelling at a woman saying she
- 00:13:35needs to hurry up because she has a job
- 00:13:37to do and she better not try to run
- 00:13:38away. And the woman even asked is it
- 00:13:41okay if she sees the kids after the
- 00:13:43tourist said she spoke to the woman who
- 00:13:45was clearly being held against her will.
- 00:13:47And when she asked the woman what her
- 00:13:49name was, she said her name was Amy. And
- 00:13:52another huge and shocking piece of
- 00:13:54evidence was photos that got sent to
- 00:13:57Amy's family in 2005 anonymously. It was
- 00:14:00a photo that looked almost strikingly
- 00:14:03and scarily similar to Amy, but an Amy
- 00:14:06that didn't look like Amy anymore in
- 00:14:08terms of how she was dressed. It was
- 00:14:10very clearly a photo that was found on a
- 00:14:12sex worker website. The photo looked
- 00:14:15strikingly similar to Amy and even the
- 00:14:18FBI agreed after using their advanced
- 00:14:20technology to see the similarities
- 00:14:22between the two images. However,
- 00:14:24authorities could not track the IP
- 00:14:26address on the website. So, as I stated,
- 00:14:29to this day, Amy is still missing and
- 00:14:31due to the negligence of the cruise ship
- 00:14:33members, she is missing to this day. I
- 00:14:36think if they actually worked a little
- 00:14:37bit harder and did not open those doors
- 00:14:40until they found Amy, she may still be
- 00:14:42here. But unfortunately, she has yet to
- 00:14:44be reunited with her family, and we
- 00:14:46don't even know if she's alive or not.
- 00:14:48Most of these sightings were back in the
- 00:14:49early 2000s, and we are now in 2025. So,
- 00:14:52had she been trafficked, given her age
- 00:14:55now, it's very unlikely that she would
- 00:14:57have been seen as useful to these
- 00:14:59traffickers, and they may have gotten
- 00:15:01rid of her in ways I would not like to
- 00:15:03imagine. But, I'm going to hold on to
- 00:15:05faith and hope, just like her family is,
- 00:15:07that she is indeed safe and will be
- 00:15:09found. This is an ad by Better Help.
- 00:15:11After hearing a story like this, a
- 00:15:13person going missing at sea, cover-ups,
- 00:15:15and the uncertainty of finding that
- 00:15:17loved one, it's a reminder that mental
- 00:15:19stress can come from so many different
- 00:15:20places. And while we can't always
- 00:15:22control our environment, we can
- 00:15:24definitely find ways to manage how we
- 00:15:26respond to it. Workplace stress has
- 00:15:28become one of the biggest reasons to the
- 00:15:30decline of mental health. 61% of the
- 00:15:33workforce is reporting higher than
- 00:15:35normal levels of work stress. And if
- 00:15:37that sounds like you, I promise you are
- 00:15:39not alone. This summer, I've been taking
- 00:15:41small steps myself in order to mitigate
- 00:15:44my mental health. I've been going on
- 00:15:45longer walks, laying by the pool, trying
- 00:15:48to spend less time on my phone, and just
- 00:15:50learning to take a breath when I'm
- 00:15:52feeling overstressed. But beyond that,
- 00:15:54therapy can make a huge difference.
- 00:15:56Whether it's learning how to set
- 00:15:58boundaries, managing burnout, or just
- 00:16:01dealing with the day-to-day things that
- 00:16:02stress me out, therapy has given me the
- 00:16:04tool to show up for myself, and it can
- 00:16:06do the same with you, too. With over
- 00:16:0830,000 therapists, BetterHelp is the

- 00:16:44Again, this episode is sponsored by
- 00:16:46BetterHelp. Just over a decade later,
- 00:16:48another woman went missing without a
- 00:16:50trace. This time on a Disney cruise
- 00:16:52line, and her name is Rebecca Cororeium.
- 00:16:55And if you thought things would be
- 00:16:56handled differently on this cruise line,
- 00:16:58trust and believe, you better think
- 00:17:00again. Rebecca was a 24-year-old Disney
- 00:17:02crew member from the UK. She was working
- 00:17:04as a youth counselor aboard the Disney
- 00:17:07Wonder Cruise Line. She was known to be
- 00:17:09responsible, grounded, and very close to
- 00:17:12her family, and she had big plans after
- 00:17:14she got off this cruise. She previously
- 00:17:16worked with children, absolutely loved
- 00:17:18working children, and planned to
- 00:17:20continue doing so later. However, that
- 00:17:22opportunity never presented itself. So,
- 00:17:25Rebecca went missing the same month Amy
- 00:17:27went missing and nearly the same exact
- 00:17:30days. Amy went missing the early morning
- 00:17:32of March 24th and Rebecca went missing
- 00:17:34the early morning of March 22nd. So, the
- 00:17:37night of March 21st, Rebecca is seen
- 00:17:40socializing and texting her boyfriend,
- 00:17:42who was also a fellow crew member. In
- 00:17:44the wee early morning of March 22nd, at
- 00:17:475:45 a.m., she's seen on security
- 00:17:49footage in the ship's staff area looking
- 00:17:51distressed and talking on a phone. She
- 00:17:53ends the call, puts her hand on her face
- 00:17:56and is clearly upset, and then she walks
- 00:17:58away. This is the last time anyone saw
- 00:18:01her. Later that day, when Rebecca didn't
- 00:18:03report to her shift, a shipwide search
- 00:18:05began, but nothing was found. Her key
- 00:18:08card, ID, and personal items were still
- 00:18:11in her cabin. So, that led many to
- 00:18:13believe she wasn't planning on leaving
- 00:18:15anywhere. But her flip-flops were found
- 00:18:18near the crew pool, which Disney
- 00:18:20suggested meant that she fell overboard.
- 00:18:22But there are major problems with this
- 00:18:24theory. Number one, the security footage
- 00:18:27is conveniently vague. She's clearly
- 00:18:29visibly distressed, but Disney never
- 00:18:32released full footage or context. We
- 00:18:34never found out who she was talking to,
- 00:18:36why she was upset, or what exactly were
- 00:18:39they discussing. There were no answers
- 00:18:40given. As for the flip-flop story, that
- 00:18:43made absolutely no sense. Her flip-flops
- 00:18:45were allegedly found by the pool, but
- 00:18:47they weren't her size. They weren't even
- 00:18:49the brand she wore, almost as if they
- 00:18:52were planted there. So many found that
- 00:18:54to be quite odd. Number three, the third
- 00:18:56red flag. Disney controlled the
- 00:18:58investigation. The ship was registered
- 00:19:01in the Bahamas. So Disney was able to
- 00:19:03bring one singular Bahamian police
- 00:19:06officer, and that was the officer that
- 00:19:08investigated the circumstances of what
- 00:19:10happened. He spent one day on board and
- 00:19:12interviewed zero crew members. How are
- 00:19:15you not interviewing crew members,
- 00:19:17especially when her boyfriend was a crew
- 00:19:19member? The fourth red flag was that her
- 00:19:21family expressed that they felt
- 00:19:23dismissed. Rebecca's parents said Disney
- 00:19:25gave them rehearsed statements, delayed
- 00:19:28responses, and refused to answer basic
- 00:19:30questions. They were told she probably
- 00:19:32fell overboard, but the ship had very
- 00:19:35high railings. And not only that,
- 00:19:37Rebecca was reportedly very athletic,
- 00:19:39which made her very unlikely to just
- 00:19:41slip and fall off a ship. And then the
- 00:19:43fifth red flag was that witnesses
- 00:19:45statements were dismissed. Some
- 00:19:47passengers claimed that they saw a woman
- 00:19:50that looked very closely to Rebecca
- 00:19:52arguing with the man near a restricted
- 00:19:54area on the cruise ship. And they stated
- 00:19:56this was shortly before she disappeared.
- 00:19:58Others say they saw a young woman being
- 00:20:01escorted by the crew members and that
- 00:20:03this woman looked very distressed. And
- 00:20:05as you guys probably thought, yes,
- 00:20:07Disney denied it all. And to this day,
- 00:20:10Rebecca is still missing. It has now
- 00:20:12been 13 years and we have not seen a
- 00:20:15trace of Rebecca. But here are some
- 00:20:16theories that people have come up with
- 00:20:18on why and how she disappeared while
- 00:20:21working on a Disney cruise ship. Number
- 00:20:23one, of course, the accidental fall.
- 00:20:25This is what Disney stated, but there
- 00:20:26isn't far enough evidence to implicate
- 00:20:28this. Then we have the unaliving theory.
- 00:20:31Many people have speculated that she may
- 00:20:33have unalived herself due to the state
- 00:20:35that she was in. She was clearly in a
- 00:20:37state of distress and very upset from
- 00:20:38the footage that we saw. However, there
- 00:20:40is no history of mental illness in her
- 00:20:42family and her family said that this was
- 00:20:44very unlikely. They don't believe that
- 00:20:46she would have done that and they want
- 00:20:48people to stop alluding to that fact.
- 00:20:50And then lastly, what many people do
- 00:20:52believe, foul play was involved. Many
- 00:20:54believe she either witnessed something
- 00:20:56she should not have or was harmed by
- 00:20:58someone on board. Most likely a fellow
- 00:21:01crew member, maybe the boyfriend. But
- 00:21:03like I stated to this day, we still do
- 00:21:06not know what happened to Rebecca,
- 00:21:08another woman that vanished in thin air
- 00:21:10while on a cruise ship. Clearly not safe
- 00:21:12if you're a passenger or a worker.
- 00:21:14Rebecca vanished under a system built to
- 00:21:16protect the cruise ship line and not
- 00:21:18people's lives. And y'all, that is not
- 00:21:20the last story we're going to speak
- 00:21:21about. Now, we're going to be discussing
- 00:21:23the story of George Smith IV. George
- 00:21:26Smith was a 26-year-old from Connecticut
- 00:21:28and had just married his wife, Jennifer
- 00:21:30Haggle. The cruise was their honeymoon,
- 00:21:32a Mediterranean voyage that they had
- 00:21:34dreamed of for many years. And George
- 00:21:37was described to be charismatic,
- 00:21:38outgoing, good-looking, and was said to
- 00:21:41be very well-liked on board. But of
- 00:21:44course, let's get into the timeline of
- 00:21:45events when it came to George's
- 00:21:47disappearance. So, the evening of July
- 00:21:494th, George and Jennifer were partying
- 00:21:51with other passengers and some crew.
- 00:21:54They were said to be drinking heavily at
- 00:21:55the ship's casino and later invited
- 00:21:58others back to their room. Then we get
- 00:22:00into the wee hours of the morning. And
- 00:22:02as I'm sure it's very obvious, I think
- 00:22:04we need to stop walking around cruise
- 00:22:06ships past midnight because everyone is
- 00:22:08seemingly disappearing very, very early
- 00:22:10in the morning. So around 4:00 a.m.,
- 00:22:12passengers in nearby rooms reportedly
- 00:22:14heard a thud and yelling. There were
- 00:22:16loud noises, almost as if there was a
- 00:22:18commotion happening. George's fianceé,
- 00:22:20Jennifer, was found passed out in the
- 00:22:22hallway, but George was just gone. And
- 00:22:25most shockingly, blood was found smeared
- 00:22:28on the awning below his balcony. And
- 00:22:30then later that day, a large blood stain
- 00:22:33was discovered on the side of the ship
- 00:22:35and George was never seen again. So,
- 00:22:38another crew story and some red flags
- 00:22:40with this case. So, number one, the
- 00:22:42blood evidence was ignored and was also
- 00:22:44removed very quickly. The blood trail
- 00:22:47very clearly indicated that something
- 00:22:49violent had happened that night, but
- 00:22:51cruise ship staff cleaned up parts of it
- 00:22:53before authorities even arrived. And not
- 00:22:55only that, y'all get this. The FBI did
- 00:22:59not board the ship until 5 days later.
- 00:23:02You know how much evidence is gone
- 00:23:04within 5 days? Like, are you for real?
- 00:23:07But that's cruise ships for you. Number
- 00:23:09two, in terms of evidence disappearing,
- 00:23:11George's cabin was accessed after he
- 00:23:13vanished. There are reports that some
- 00:23:15crew members or even just some nosy
- 00:23:17guest were entering in and out of
- 00:23:19George's room. Once again, this is
- 00:23:21contaminating evidence or allowed
- 00:23:23individuals to tamper with evidence.
- 00:23:25Another very obvious red flag, but when
- 00:23:28it comes to cruises, like I said, the
- 00:23:29rules seemed to be very blurred. Another
- 00:23:32third red flag was that there were a
- 00:23:33bunch of conflicting stories. Three men
- 00:23:35seen partying with George gave three
- 00:23:37different stories, and these were known
- 00:23:40and thought to be primary suspects. I
- 00:23:42mean, they were one of the last ones
- 00:23:44seen with him, but no charges were filed
- 00:23:46on either of them. The fourth red flag
- 00:23:48was that surveillance footage was never
- 00:23:50released. Despite this being literally a
- 00:23:52massive cruise ship, key footage that
- 00:23:54would have given us a lot of answers as
- 00:23:56to what happened to George and even his
- 00:23:58wife, who was found laid out in the
- 00:24:00hallway, was seemingly lost, or was said
- 00:24:02to be unavailable. Once again, cruise
- 00:24:05ship lines making up their own rules as
- 00:24:07they go because once again, when you're
- 00:24:09out at sea, it's basically a lawless
- 00:24:11territory. And then the fifth red flag,
- 00:24:13y'all may have been asking about the
- 00:24:14wife. Okay, I know I sure was. Jennifer
- 00:24:17was heavily criticized and was believed
- 00:24:19to have been the one that harmed her
- 00:24:20husband. As I stated, Jennifer was found
- 00:24:22drunk and disoriented and some suspected
- 00:24:26foul play, but that was quickly cleared
- 00:24:27on her end. And she eventually settled
- 00:24:30with the Royal Caribbean reportedly in
- 00:24:32exchange for signing an NDA. So, she
- 00:24:35wasn't able to give out any information
- 00:24:37as to what happened that night or any
- 00:24:39new information that she found. So, the
- 00:24:41entire case is very sketchy and honestly
- 00:24:44damn right creepy. So, of course,
- 00:24:46there's a multitude of theories as with
- 00:24:48every case. The first one is that he
- 00:24:50accidentally fell off because he was
- 00:24:51drunk. Now, this could very well be the
- 00:24:53case, but there was a lot of blood
- 00:24:55found. So, that clearly should have been
- 00:24:57debunked from the beginning. The second
- 00:24:59theory was that he was pushed or thrown
- 00:25:01overboard, which I think may be the most
- 00:25:03believable theory. I mean, based on the
- 00:25:04blood and the timeline, many believe
- 00:25:06that he was assaulted potentially and
- 00:25:08then he was put overboard. probably
- 00:25:10because he was acting or behaving drunk
- 00:25:12and people got annoyed with him or maybe
- 00:25:14owed somebody money. I mean, the three
- 00:25:16men he was hanging out with, they give
- 00:25:17me sketchy vibes. And then the last
- 00:25:19theory was that this was a cover up by
- 00:25:21the cruise. Theories suggest that the
- 00:25:23cruise line prioritized their own
- 00:25:25reputation over getting actual justice,
- 00:25:28which when it comes to these cruise
- 00:25:30lines and all these stories I told you
- 00:25:31wouldn't be too farfetched. George
- 00:25:34didn't vanish quietly. There was blood.
- 00:25:37There was commotion. There was noise.
- 00:25:39There were reports. There were
- 00:25:40witnesses. But just like Amy and
- 00:25:42Rebecca, the people in power moved
- 00:25:44quickly, not to find the truth, but to
- 00:25:46cover their own asses. Because clearly
- 00:25:48on a cruise ship, the truth is always
- 00:25:51bad for business. And 20 years later,
- 00:25:53there still was no body found, no new
- 00:25:56evidence. So, George's family still have
- 00:25:58not received the closure that I know
- 00:25:59they so desperately want in need. So, as
- 00:26:01we can see, cruise ships notoriously
- 00:26:04take a while to alert authorities when
- 00:26:05someone has gone missing or if something
- 00:26:07has gone ary. Security cameras often
- 00:26:09don't catch the incident that happened
- 00:26:11at hand. And allegedly, there may be
- 00:26:13some trafficking going on on these
- 00:26:15cruise ships. That's all operated by the
- 00:26:18cruise line. And when we're talking
- 00:26:19about international waters, we're
- 00:26:21talking about lawless waters. This
- 00:26:23episode is sponsored by Zachdoc. Let's
- 00:26:25be real, we spend too much time worrying
- 00:26:27about big and dramatic things. getting
- 00:26:30stranded at sea. Creepy stories about
- 00:26:32cruise ships. Basically, all the stuff I
- 00:26:34just talked about in today's video. But
- 00:26:36sometimes we ignore the small things
- 00:26:38that matter, too. Like that dentist
- 00:26:39appointment you've been meaning to book
- 00:26:41or that yearly physical that has turned
- 00:26:43into a 3year streak of not going. If
- 00:26:46you've been putting it off, I get it.
- 00:26:48Life gets incredibly busy. Trust. That's
- 00:26:50something I learned very quickly in my
- 00:26:5120s. It's not always easy to find a good
- 00:26:54doctor or one that takes your insurance.
- 00:26:56or if you do find the one that takes
- 00:26:57your insurance, it's difficult to find
- 00:26:59an appointment and you have to hope that
- 00:27:01that appointment is at least nearby so
- 00:27:03you can get back to work after you go to
- 00:27:05the doctor. That's where Zachdoc comes
- 00:27:07in. Zachdoc is a free app and website
- 00:27:09where you can search for highquality
- 00:27:11in-et network doctors across every
- 00:27:13specialty from mental health to
- 00:27:14dermatology to primary care, dental, and
- 00:27:17so many more. You can filter by
- 00:27:19insurance, read verified reviews, and
- 00:27:22book an appointment right from your
- 00:27:23phone or your laptop. And I'm not
- 00:27:25talking months out. You can usually find
- 00:27:28one within 24 to 72 hours. Heck,
- 00:27:31sometimes even the same day. I use it
- 00:27:33and you should too. So stop putting off
- 00:27:35those doctor's appointments. Just go on
- 00:27:37zdock.com/tonony
- 00:27:39to book an appointment today. That's

- 00:27:46So ships registered in countries like
- 00:27:48Panama, Liberia, and the Bahamas are
- 00:27:51called flags of convenience. Flag of
- 00:27:53convenience refers to a business
- 00:27:55practice where a ship's owner registers
- 00:27:57their vessel in a country other than
- 00:27:59their own, often to take advantage of
- 00:28:01lower cost and less stringent
- 00:28:03regulations. So, in doing this, this
- 00:28:05limits FBI and US jurisdictions, even if
- 00:28:08you're an American passenger. The
- 00:28:09company gets to decide when they want to
- 00:28:11report crimes, and victims are often
- 00:28:13told, "There is nothing we can do." Very
- 00:28:16similar to Amy Bradley's case when her
- 00:28:18family alerted the crew members that
- 00:28:19there was something going on, their
- 00:28:21daughter was missing. So, even if your
- 00:28:22cruise line is based in Miami, the ship
- 00:28:25might technically be a Bahamas flagged
- 00:28:27vessel, which means it falls under
- 00:28:30Bahamas law and not US law. More
- 00:28:32specifically, when it's in the
- 00:28:34international waters. So, how exactly
- 00:28:37does this affect crime at sea or affect
- 00:28:39you if you were on a cruise ship? Let's
- 00:28:41say you're assaulted or your partner
- 00:28:42goes missing or there's some suspicious
- 00:28:45death. You would expect the FBI or local
- 00:28:47investigators to investigate what had
- 00:28:49happened. Well, guess what? wrong.
- 00:28:51Unless the victim or suspect is
- 00:28:53American, the crime occurred within 12
- 00:28:55nautical miles of the US, or the crew
- 00:28:58started and ended in the US, the US has
- 00:29:01limited jurisdiction. So, the country
- 00:29:03who investigates is the country that the
- 00:29:05ship is registered in. And very often,
- 00:29:07they don't have the resources, legal
- 00:29:10infrastructure, or incentive to do a
- 00:29:12full investigation. And sometimes, a lot
- 00:29:15of times, no investigation happens at
- 00:29:17all. So basically, once that ship pulls
- 00:29:19away from that US port, you're not just
- 00:29:21on vacation anymore. You're literally in
- 00:29:23a legal loophole the size of the ocean.
- 00:29:25I mean, think of George. After George
- 00:29:27went missing, the cruise ship just
- 00:29:28cleaned up the blood and said that he
- 00:29:30fell overboard. Royal Caribbean didn't
- 00:29:32call the FBI right away. I mean, they
- 00:29:34waited 5 days, nearly a week, and they
- 00:29:36even let passengers off the ship and
- 00:29:37acted as if nothing happened. Why, you
- 00:29:40might ask? Because the ship was
- 00:29:41registered in the Bahamas. So, Royal
- 00:29:44Caribbean was not legally obligated to
- 00:29:46alert the FBI until they wanted to. And
- 00:29:49once again, the Royal Caribbean is what
- 00:29:51Amy was on as well. So, take this in
- 00:29:53mind when you're going on cruise ships,
- 00:29:55okay? Cruise companies have full
- 00:29:56discretion on when to report a crime,
- 00:29:58whether to preserve or destroy evidence,
- 00:30:00or whether to notify local authorities.
- 00:30:03They're not actual law enforcement, but
- 00:30:05they're gatekeepers on to how and when
- 00:30:07they report crimes. This creates a
- 00:30:09massive conflict of interest because
- 00:30:11they're more worried about PR than
- 00:30:12getting justice for their cruise members
- 00:30:14on board. Cruise members and passengers,
- 00:30:16should I say. According to the US
- 00:30:18Department of Transportation data,
- 00:30:20cruise lines only have to report certain
- 00:30:22crimes like sexual assault, homicide, or
- 00:30:25missing persons. But that's just a
- 00:30:27fraction of what actually happens on
- 00:30:29board. And internal investigations can
- 00:30:31be buried, manipulated, or resolved
- 00:30:34inhouse with NDAs and money. And here's
- 00:30:36the crazy part. There's no centralized
- 00:30:39transparent system on tracking crimes
- 00:30:41that happen on board. So, we don't
- 00:30:43really know all the crimes that actually
- 00:30:45happen. And also, according to the US
- 00:30:47Department of Transportation, cruises
- 00:30:49may feel like safe and family-friendly
- 00:30:51getaways. But get this, the data tells a
- 00:30:54completely different story. Also,
- 00:30:56according to the US Department of
- 00:30:57Transportation, over half of all crimes
- 00:31:00reported on cruises are sexual assault.
- 00:31:03And the vast majority of victims, women
- 00:31:05and girls, with a large chunk of them
- 00:31:08being under the age of 18. The
- 00:31:10perpetrators are often fellow
- 00:31:12passengers. But also, there have been
- 00:31:14cases where it has been crew members,
- 00:31:16like allegedly with Amy Bradley. And
- 00:31:18mind you, the crew members are people
- 00:31:20that live on that ship. So, they know
- 00:31:22that ship like the back of their hand.
- 00:31:24They know exactly where the hidden
- 00:31:25cameras are and where the secret ways to
- 00:31:27go are. And when it comes specifically
- 00:31:29to sexual assault, a lot of these crimes
- 00:31:31go unreported. And that's due to lack of
- 00:31:33medical care on board. I mean, rape kits
- 00:31:36may not be available or they're not
- 00:31:38properly preserved. Evidence gets lost
- 00:31:40quickly or isn't saved at all. And most
- 00:31:43survivors are never told their legal
- 00:31:44rights, especially if that ship is
- 00:31:46outside of the US jurisdiction. And
- 00:31:49there have been some reports of some
- 00:31:50victims even being blamed, being told in
- 00:31:53quote not to ruin the vacation for
- 00:31:55others, or once again, they're given
- 00:31:57NDAs and hush money. Cruises are the
- 00:32:00only vacation where you can get
- 00:32:01assaulted, go missing, or be found dead
- 00:32:04and your case never gets investigated.
- 00:32:06Because once again, at sea, corporations
- 00:32:09are making the rules. And for them,
- 00:32:11since it does not affect them, silence
- 00:32:13is always better than justice. Oh, and
- 00:32:15also when it comes to sexual assault, I
- 00:32:17also want to add that 60% of those
- 00:32:19sexual assaults are committed by crew
- 00:32:21members. So, it's more than half that is
- 00:32:23done by them, the people that know the
- 00:32:25boat like the back of their hand. And
- 00:32:26what's also terrifying about these
- 00:32:28cruise ships when it comes to medical
- 00:32:30issues is that typically cruise ships
- 00:32:32only have one doctor. So people have
- 00:32:34died from delayed treatments. Medical
- 00:32:36rooms aren't equipped for serious
- 00:32:37situations. So they're really equipped
- 00:32:39for if you got a boo boo or maybe you
- 00:32:41need a cast or you rolled your ankle,
- 00:32:43not if you literally got stabbed while
- 00:32:44you're on board. And charges for basic
- 00:32:46care on the cruise ship can be in the
- 00:32:48thousands. Y'all know cruise ships are
- 00:32:50cheap. I've been on one. Y'all see them
- 00:32:51drinking packages. They are hoarding the
- 00:32:54liquor. Okay. Cruises are marketed as
- 00:32:56escapes from reality, but for many
- 00:32:58people, it became their nightmare. When
- 00:33:01you're on a cruise, you're not in
- 00:33:02America any longer. You're in their
- 00:33:04world. Okay? That cruise ship is now
- 00:33:07your world, and it operates how they
- 00:33:09want it to operate. So, I say that all
- 00:33:10to say, cuz I've been on a cruise
- 00:33:12before, but be safe, be careful, don't
- 00:33:14ever wander off alone, especially as a
- 00:33:16woman. Stay in groups because cruises
- 00:33:19can very much so be deadly. And we see
- 00:33:21that all the time, especially in these
- 00:33:23cases that I shared today. So, with
- 00:33:24knowing all this information, would you
- 00:33:26guys get on a cruise? Let me know in the
- 00:33:28comments down below. Let's get this
- 00:33:29discussion going. But you guys, that is
- 00:33:31the end of today's video. Thank you so
- 00:33:33much for watching. If you guys like this

- 00:33:40dive. Okay, like I stated, would you
- 00:33:42guys go on a cruise ship? Have you gone
- 00:33:44on one? Have you had a horror story on a
- 00:33:46cruise ship? What do you think about
- 00:33:47these cases? Do you believe these cases
- 00:33:48are true? Do you believe the cruise? Do
- 00:33:50you believe the people? What do you
- 00:33:51think happened? Let's get the discussion
- 00:33:52going on the comments down below. Thank
