I Ranked The Free Cash Flow Of Popular Stocks
- 00:00:00Well, you got to be flipping my
- 00:00:02flapjacks. Look at that public account
- 00:00:05new all-time high here today. Nearly
- 00:00:08$3.4 million. Congratulations to
- 00:00:12everyone who hit all-time highs today.
- 00:00:14Let me know in the comments section if
- 00:00:16your portfolios hit all-time highs
- 00:00:17today. I would love to hear from you
- 00:00:19guys in that comment section. Incredible
- 00:00:21move obviously from where we were at 3
- 00:00:23years ago. 3 years ago, the public count
- 00:00:25was at 1.1 million and to now see us
- 00:00:27just under 3.4 4 million is uh
- 00:00:29absolutely beautiful, man. Absolutely
- 00:00:31beautiful move. Uh we've been fortunate
- 00:00:33over the past 30 months to just
- 00:00:35absolutely have a great time in the
- 00:00:38market, right? And I posted this inside
- 00:00:39my private stock group. I said there's
- 00:00:40certain time periods you need to kill it
- 00:00:42in the market. The past 2 and 1/2 years
- 00:00:44represent a time period like that. What
- 00:00:46a time it has been. Congrats to all that
- 00:00:49have been invested this past 30 months.
- 00:00:50And and you know, you go through these
- 00:00:52like 2 to threeear spans where there's
- 00:00:55just so much money to be made. And of
- 00:00:56course, there's always money to be made
- 00:00:58in the stock market, regardless if the
- 00:00:59market's going up or down. You just have
- 00:01:01to be positioned properly, right? But
- 00:01:03there's certain time periods that are
- 00:01:04really just big time money makers where
- 00:01:07you're going to be able to scale your
- 00:01:08portfolios to higher highs than you ever
- 00:01:11thought possible. And I mean, we go back
- 00:01:133 years ago looking at the public count
- 00:01:14at 1.1 mil. Who would have thought, you
- 00:01:17know, 30, you know, 36 months later,
- 00:01:20we'd be at around $3.4 million. Like,
- 00:01:22what a change. And I'm sure a lot of you
- 00:01:24guys that have been investing this past,
- 00:01:26you know, 2 to 3 years, you've seen your
- 00:01:28portfolio grow immensely and you're
- 00:01:29looking at numbers that you're like,
- 00:01:30"Dang, man. 2 or 3 years ago, I couldn't
- 00:01:32imagine my portfolio being this big."
- 00:01:34And now you're at those sorts of
- 00:01:36numbers. So, congratulations to
- 00:01:37everybody out there. No, we have some
- 00:01:39massive developments and and I got to
- 00:01:41speak about this first development right
- 00:01:43off the bat around these Trump accounts,
- 00:01:45okay? Because it's very rare that
- 00:01:47something is happening in the government
- 00:01:48that could absolutely be huge for the
- 00:01:51overall stock market. I want to explain
- 00:01:52what's going on there so everybody kind
- 00:01:54of gets that. Right, Google McDougall.
- 00:01:56This is a a relatively new position for
- 00:01:58me in the public account. I first added
- 00:02:00the stock in April 2025, April 23rd to
- 00:02:03be exact, right? And so, so far we're up
- 00:02:05$9,100. Now, this was a huge weekend for
- 00:02:08Google and the reason being is one of
- 00:02:11their businesses was all over the
- 00:02:14internet, all over social media. I mean,
- 00:02:16it was trending everywhere. Whimo has
- 00:02:18been trending for the past several days.
- 00:02:21And the reason being is they got caught
- 00:02:22up in this whole LA protest and whatnot.
- 00:02:26And so I want to talk about what's going
- 00:02:28on there, why it matters for Whimo, cuz
- 00:02:31this is actually huge for Whimo. What's
- 00:02:32going on here? And I'm like, man, people
- 00:02:34are totally missing like what's actually
- 00:02:35going on here. Okay, Meta. Meta is the
- 00:02:38biggest position in the public account,
- 00:02:39$1.1 million position now at this point
- 00:02:41in time. Several big things are going on
- 00:02:44for Meta right now that I got to talk
- 00:02:45about. Okay, this news just broke here
- 00:02:47today. Metan talks over scale AI
- 00:02:49investment that could exceed 10 billion
- 00:02:52dollars. Now I want to talk about this
- 00:02:54scale AI company what they do what
- 00:02:58matters for this investment. How does it
- 00:02:59differ from a company like Palanteer?
- 00:03:01Cuz you see a company like the Scale AI
- 00:03:03and you're like wait a minute is this
- 00:03:04like another Palanteer type company a
- 00:03:05competitor of Palanteer? We'll speak
- 00:03:07about that and I'll explain in that.
- 00:03:08Additionally there's something very
- 00:03:10exciting going on with the meta glasses
- 00:03:12right now. You know, everybody's always,
- 00:03:14you know, tied up in what's going on
- 00:03:16with Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- 00:03:18because those are the big money drivers.
- 00:03:19But this Meta product has been taken
- 00:03:21off. And there's a huge thing that I
- 00:03:24need to explain that's going on out
- 00:03:25there in regards to those Meta Glasses.
- 00:03:27Okay, AMD. Woo! AMD is rolling right
- 00:03:30now. Now, we're up $25,000 plus on AMD
- 00:03:33in the public account. And it seems like
- 00:03:35just yesterday we were negative on AMD.
- 00:03:37Like, look at how negative I was on AMD
- 00:03:39back in April. Oh my gosh. Like I must
- 00:03:41have been easily 50,00075,000 if not
- 00:03:44$100,000 negative on AMD. Probably not
- 00:03:46$100,000 but probably in that $50,000 to
- 00:03:48$75,000 range, right? And now already up
- 00:03:51$25,000 plus. AMD is rolling. What's
- 00:03:54going on with this stock? I'll explain
- 00:03:57that in this video and where that
- 00:03:58stock's headed from here. Okay, Cake is
- 00:04:00another one that rolling. Cake is now at
- 00:04:02super close to all-time highs. This is
- 00:04:03the highest Cake stock has been in like
- 00:04:06four years, if not over four years. So,
- 00:04:09I need to explain what's going on with
- 00:04:10Cake. Now, we're at $58,000 on that
- 00:04:12stock in the public account, and that
- 00:04:14doesn't even include the dividends
- 00:04:16received, right? So, what's going on
- 00:04:17with Cake? Folks, this is an
- 00:04:19action-packed video. We're going to get
- 00:04:21straight into it. Only one thing I need
- 00:04:23from you. I hope you can do it. I need
- 00:04:25you just to smash that thumbs up button.
- 00:04:27That's all I ask in return. Even if you
- 00:04:29don't usually do that for other people
- 00:04:31on YouTube, please do it for me. That's
- 00:04:33all I need in this life, okay? Just
- 00:04:35smash the like button. That's all I
- 00:04:36need. If you want to subscribe to the
- 00:04:37channel, you can certainly subscribe.
- 00:04:38We're now How many subscribers do we
- 00:04:40have on the channel? I think it's over
- 00:04:41860,000 or something like that. So, I
- 00:04:43appreciate every single one of you for
- 00:04:45being here. Okay,
- 00:04:47so we look at this. Right off the bat,
- 00:04:50we got a rare massive thing for the
- 00:04:53stock market that has something to do
- 00:04:54with the government. Okay. So, there's
- 00:04:59this development here on basically the
- 00:05:03Trump administration, Trump
- 00:05:04specifically, is trying to push through
- 00:05:06this thing which is money accounts for
- 00:05:08growth in advancement or MAGA accounts
- 00:05:11they call them. Okay? Which would seed
- 00:05:13index fund accounts with $1,000 in
- 00:05:16government funds for US citizens born
- 00:05:18between January 1st, 2025 and December
- 00:05:2131st, 2028. Now, if this program does
- 00:05:25start, my guess is it will probably be
- 00:05:28continued for future presidents as well,
- 00:05:31whether they're Republican or Democrat.
- 00:05:32But that's if this gets through, right?
- 00:05:34The tax deferred accounts, which track
- 00:05:37the overall US stock market, allow
- 00:05:39additional contributions of up to $5,000
- 00:05:42per year. The seed money will be funded
- 00:05:44by the Treasury Department and
- 00:05:46controlled by the child's guardians,
- 00:05:48parents. funds can can be distributed
- 00:05:51once the beneficiary turns 18 years old.
- 00:05:55Now, couple things here before we get in
- 00:05:57the good of this one. This could get
- 00:05:59blocked. It could get blocked. This is
- 00:06:01not a guarantee to go through. It's
- 00:06:03looking decent, I would say, right now,
- 00:06:05but it might still get blocked. Second
- 00:06:07thing is, okay, the the the government
- 00:06:09gives the $1,000 to the kids, right, in
- 00:06:11this fund. Uh there's also potential the
- 00:06:14parents never contribute anything to it.
- 00:06:16So, do keep that in mind. Okay, but
- 00:06:18here's a deal. Okay, Dell came out
- 00:06:21today. Michael Dell came out and he said
- 00:06:23that if the government does this,
- 00:06:25essentially Dell will then match what
- 00:06:27the government does. So they would then
- 00:06:29put $1,000 in this fund for every of
- 00:06:31their employees that has a kit
- 00:06:34essentially. Okay. And so then you got
- 00:06:36a,000 going into the stock market from
- 00:06:38the government. You got another thousand
- 00:06:39going in for a company like Dell if this
- 00:06:41ends up going through, right? Which is
- 00:06:42pretty substantial. Also Uber CEO Dar
- 00:06:45Dara you know is for this. Goldman Sachs
- 00:06:48David Solomon was there as well today.
- 00:06:50He's very excited about it right now
- 00:06:53based upon this, you know, $1,000 times
- 00:06:553.6 million children are born a year
- 00:06:58roughly. It's about $3.6 billion of year
- 00:07:01of inflow to the stock market. Now keep
- 00:07:03in mind $3.6 billion in government terms
- 00:07:05is actually not a big number. It's not
- 00:07:07like this is some budget blowing like oh
- 00:07:10my gosh like this they're going to blow
- 00:07:12up the budget with this like no like 3.6
- 00:07:14billion sadly enough for the government
- 00:07:17in this day and age is just a rounding
- 00:07:19error to be honest this would just be a
- 00:07:21rounding error which is why I think it
- 00:07:23has a pretty decent probability of going
- 00:07:25through right but it would be $3.6 6
- 00:07:27billion a year of inflow, right? That
- 00:07:30it's basically kind of like locked away.
- 00:07:31It's basically locked away until the kid
- 00:07:33turns 18, right? Now, keep in mind, my
- 00:07:36guess is if this does go through and
- 00:07:37they execute it well, which keep in mind
- 00:07:39when the government's involved, it might
- 00:07:40not be executed well, but let's say it
- 00:07:42is executed well. I think there's a lot
- 00:07:44of parents, grandparents, and companies
- 00:07:46that will add a lot of money to uh the
- 00:07:49kids, you know, funds here, right?
- 00:07:51Especially if they do it in a way that
- 00:07:53makes it very easy for them to add
- 00:07:54capital. We know grandparents love to
- 00:07:57give money when you know their
- 00:07:59grandchildren are born, right? And so,
- 00:08:01you know, it was very common. I know at
- 00:08:03least
- 00:08:04in, you know, my family, the
- 00:08:07grandparents usually always gave a
- 00:08:09savings bond to all the kids born. Keep
- 00:08:10in mind, I was born in the '8s. You
- 00:08:12know, a lot of my cousins were all born
- 00:08:14in the 80s or the '9s, so savings bonds
- 00:08:16were like huge. And so, every time, you
- 00:08:19know, a new grandkid was born, you know,
- 00:08:21some got like $1,000 of savings bonds.
- 00:08:24some of the earlier kids. Somebody like
- 00:08:25myself, I think I got either $100 or
- 00:08:27$250 in in government savings bonds. So,
- 00:08:30you know, and of course that was more
- 00:08:32money back in those days than it is
- 00:08:34today, right? But yeah, I could see a
- 00:08:36lot of companies adding to this,
- 00:08:37grandparents, parents, things like that.
- 00:08:39So, it would be a lot more money to
- 00:08:40inflow into the stock market overall
- 00:08:43every single year, right? Because once
- 00:08:45again, these kids won't be able to touch
- 00:08:46this money till they're 18. Now, that
- 00:08:48also brings me to a bigger point here
- 00:08:52that it's a fascination for people to
- 00:08:54kind of hope the S&P 500 trades at like,
- 00:08:58you know, that 10 to 15 range PE ratios,
- 00:09:01right? And and I just got to say, get
- 00:09:03used to seeing 20 plus PE ratios for
- 00:09:06years and years to go in the stock
- 00:09:07market. I'm showing you the past 30
- 00:09:09years, the past three decades of where
- 00:09:12PE ratios have been. What do we see
- 00:09:14consistently the past three decades? We
- 00:09:17see P ratios 20 plus right now with the
- 00:09:22stock market being easier than ever to
- 00:09:24invest into attracting more capital than
- 00:09:26ever including even likely government
- 00:09:28capital now at this point in time right
- 00:09:31at the end of the day you just have to
- 00:09:32get used to the fact that P ratios are
- 00:09:35going to be 20 plus outside of some
- 00:09:38insane crash in the short term or if
- 00:09:42interest rates go to like 10 20% or
- 00:09:44something like that outside of those
- 00:09:45scenarios like it's going to be very
- 00:09:47common over the coming decades to expect
- 00:09:49what you've been seeing honestly for the
- 00:09:51last several decades which is P ratios
- 00:09:53of 20 plus and so you just got to get
- 00:09:56used to it right now. Additionally, US
- 00:09:59stocks remain the place to be. And
- 00:10:01here's why. And here's how most people
- 00:10:04look at these other alternatives cuz you
- 00:10:05got to think, do you put money in US
- 00:10:07stocks or do you put money in something
- 00:10:09else? Okay. Well, what do you what do
- 00:10:11you have options to? Bitcoin. Some, you
- 00:10:13know, a very select few love Bitcoin.
- 00:10:15They're happy to invest as much as they
- 00:10:17can in Bitcoin, right? Other people are
- 00:10:19like, I don't trust that at all. I
- 00:10:21wouldn't stick my enemy's money in
- 00:10:23Bitcoin, right? Other people are like, I
- 00:10:25trust a little bit. I'll put a little
- 00:10:26bit of capital in Bitcoin, right? But
- 00:10:28the masses, no, Bitcoin is not their
- 00:10:30thing, right? Gold, the masses don't
- 00:10:33like gold. It's a sleepy asset. Look at
- 00:10:35its performance over the past, you know,
- 00:10:3715, 20 years. It's a sleepy asset. The
- 00:10:40last year has been really good in gold,
- 00:10:41or le at least the last 6 to 12 months
- 00:10:43been really good in gold. But for the
- 00:10:45most part, gold's sleepy, right? Silver,
- 00:10:47you could invest in silver. People say,
- 00:10:49"Why would I invest in silver? I'll just
- 00:10:51buy gold, right? That's what a lot the
- 00:10:52masses kind of say. International
- 00:10:54stocks, international stocks is just a
- 00:10:56fancy way of saying you want to
- 00:10:57underperform the stock market in the US.
- 00:10:59That's all it is, man." And so the
- 00:11:01masses kind of look at international
- 00:11:02stocks like, "Okay, so I could buy a
- 00:11:05bunch of stocks. I don't even, you know,
- 00:11:07use or even know these companies and I'm
- 00:11:09going to likely make less money. Um, no,
- 00:11:12I'll stick to US stocks. Thank you very
- 00:11:13Right? And then there's real estate. The
- 00:11:15problem with real estate is people
- 00:11:17stress about that. Right? If you want to
- 00:11:18real estate invest, people are like,
- 00:11:20"That sounds complicated. There's stress
- 00:11:22involved with that. Things going on with
- 00:11:24the property." They're like, "That
- 00:11:25sounds like work. That sounds like
- 00:11:27work." And then people say, you know, in
- 00:11:30a in a lot of cities, you can't even
- 00:11:31make any good money on real estate
- 00:11:32investing right now. I'm serious. Like,
- 00:11:34if you look at many of the big cities,
- 00:11:36whatever you would pay for a mortgage
- 00:11:38payment on a property, you'd make no
- 00:11:40money right now. You might even lose
- 00:11:42money on a monthto-month basis. So real
- 00:11:45estate is just people are like no no no.
- 00:11:47So at the end of the day the place to be
- 00:11:50remains United States stock market and
- 00:11:53that's from a global perspective because
- 00:11:55of all those issues the other things
- 00:11:57have right. All righty. Next up here
- 00:11:59Google McDougall. So huge weekend for
- 00:12:02Google. It was in the news everywhere
- 00:12:03because of what happened in LA. Right.
- 00:12:07And essentially this was this kind of
- 00:12:09marked like the epicenter of what was
- 00:12:12going on in LA this weekend over the
- 00:12:14whole ICE crackdowns and all that stuff,
- 00:12:17right? And people are pushing back
- 00:12:18against that. Some people are really
- 00:12:19mad. Uh some people are happy at the the
- 00:12:22ice crackdowns. You know, you got people
- 00:12:23on both sides. And so some people are
- 00:12:25happy, some people are very upset
- 00:12:28clearly, right? Um and so Whimos were
- 00:12:32being burned left and right. I mean not
- 00:12:34left and right. There was a few Whimos
- 00:12:36burned. It's not like there was like 600
- 00:12:38Whimos taken out. No, no, it was like a
- 00:12:40few. Right. And so roughly the dollar
- 00:12:42amount that they said was affected was
- 00:12:44around $600,000 of cars was burned.
- 00:12:47Right now, here's the thing. This was
- 00:12:50like at least $100 million in free
- 00:12:52marketing in my opinion. Like you
- 00:12:53couldn't have you couldn't have spent
- 00:12:55enough money to generate this sort of
- 00:12:57publicity for Whimo. Whimo looks like
- 00:12:59the victim in the end, right? Cuz they
- 00:13:01had nothing to do with this.
- 00:13:02self-driving cars driving around and
- 00:13:04meanwhile they're the subject of
- 00:13:05conversation all weekend that these
- 00:13:07self-driving Whimos were all you know
- 00:13:10several of them were burned this weekend
- 00:13:12right so they look like the victim and
- 00:13:14it just got them massive publicity so
- 00:13:15people that never even heard of Whimo
- 00:13:18we're talking about Whimo this weekend
- 00:13:19like the amount of people that never
- 00:13:21heard of Whimo before are like now well
- 00:13:24aware that these Whimos exist and they
- 00:13:26have no drivers inside and they're like
- 00:13:28oh that's that's interesting and it
- 00:13:29happen these vehicles are in LA That's
- 00:13:31that's that's an interesting thing,
- 00:13:33right? So, I would say this is a minimum
- 00:13:36bare minimum of $100 million in free
- 00:13:38marketing. So, $600,000 of cars was
- 00:13:41burned, the estimate is, which by the
- 00:13:42way, that might even be covered by
- 00:13:43insurance. It might not even come out of
- 00:13:45Google's pocket, which $600,000, that's
- 00:13:47probably what Google makes per second. I
- 00:13:48mean, it's like ridiculous. It's like
- 00:13:50crazy, right? It's nothing for Google.
- 00:13:52But hundred million, if not hundreds of
- 00:13:55millions of dollars of free marketing, I
- 00:13:57think that's worth it. Right? Now,
- 00:13:58additionally, keep in mind Google's in a
- 00:14:00state right now with Whimo where they're
- 00:14:02expanding to many cities across the
- 00:14:04United States and will be expanding to
- 00:14:06many cities across the United States.
- 00:14:07So, any publicity they can get, you
- 00:14:10know, especially when it's not bad
- 00:14:11publicity cuz this is it's not their
- 00:14:13fault their cars got burnt, right? Uh
- 00:14:15it's just people did that, right? To to
- 00:14:17send a message about something that had
- 00:14:20nothing to do with Whimo, just to be
- 00:14:21quite frank. But the moral of the story
- 00:14:23is here, right, is, you know, they need
- 00:14:27as much attention as they can get as
- 00:14:29they get scaled and as they get expanded
- 00:14:31across the United States over the coming
- 00:14:33years. And it's very important that they
- 00:14:35brand themselves as the player in
- 00:14:38self-driving vehicles, right? That they
- 00:14:40actually have them in the market right
- 00:14:41now. You can take rides in these now and
- 00:14:44not in like, you know, years from now or
- 00:14:46something like that, right? So before we
- 00:14:48get into meta AMD and cake, I do have to
- 00:14:51give a big congratulations. A big
- 00:14:54congratulations to seven people. Seven
- 00:14:58people in the private stock group last
- 00:14:59week hit or excuse me, five people. Five
- 00:15:02people in in the private stock group
- 00:15:03last week hit seven figures. Seven
- 00:15:06figures in their portfolio. Wow. And we
- 00:15:09had 11 people hit six figure club. So
- 00:15:12six figures plus in their portfolio last
- 00:15:14week. So I just signed all up these this
- 00:15:16morning. my wife sent them out. So,
- 00:15:17congratulations to you guys out there
- 00:15:19scaling to hit new milestones, six
- 00:15:21figures, seven figures. I'm sure some of
- 00:15:22you guys watching this right now have

- 00:16:44So, Meta biggest position in the public
- 00:16:47account. It's the big dog. We're up
- 00:16:49$930,000 on that position. Right. So,
- 00:16:52Meta in talks over scale AI investment
- 00:16:54that could exceed 10 billion. Bloomberg
- 00:16:58reports. Oh my gosh. Meta is in talks to
- 00:17:01make an investment that could exceed $10
- 00:17:02billion in artificial intelligence
- 00:17:04startup scale AI. Now, I don't know why
- 00:17:06they call it startup because this
- 00:17:08company's been around a little bit now.
- 00:17:09Bloomberg News report on Sunday. The
- 00:17:11terms of deal were not yet finalized and
- 00:17:14could still change, the report said,
- 00:17:15citing people familiar with the matter.
- 00:17:17Sounds about right. Skill AI declined a
- 00:17:19comment and Meta did not immediately
- 00:17:21respond to Reuters requests for comment
- 00:17:23outside regular business hours. Founded
- 00:17:26in 2016, which once again, why they call
- 00:17:28it a startup when it's founded in 2016?
- 00:17:30Like the company's like almost a decade
- 00:17:32old now at this point in time. Scale AAI
- 00:17:34is a data labeling startup backed by
- 00:17:36tech giants such as Nvidia, Amazon, and
- 00:17:40Meta.
- 00:17:42Uh, could it be three better backers?
- 00:17:45Like literally, if you had to pick three
- 00:17:46companies to back your company in the
- 00:17:48whole world, you would probably start
- 00:17:50with Nvidia, Amazon, and Meta, right?
- 00:17:52Like, oh my gosh. Less valued at nearly
- 00:17:5514 billion dollars. Scale AI also
- 00:17:58provides a platform for researchers to
- 00:18:01exchange AI related information with
- 00:18:04contributors in more than 9,000 cities
- 00:18:07and towns. So scale AI make the best
- 00:18:10models with your with the best data.
- 00:18:14Scale data engine powers nearly every
- 00:18:16major foundation
- 00:18:18model with scale gen AI platform
- 00:18:21leverages your enterprise data to unlock
- 00:18:23the value of AI. Right. And obviously on
- 00:18:26the front page they brag about Microsoft
- 00:18:28um you know uses them. Meta uses them.
- 00:18:31Cisco uh even companies like GM and time
- 00:18:33and then uh OpenAI is on the the front
- 00:18:35page as well. Right. So clearly this
- 00:18:38company is extremely important for these
- 00:18:40very large very successful companies in
- 00:18:43the AI space. Right now if you're
- 00:18:45wondering kind of what's the deal
- 00:18:46between this company and Palanteer they
- 00:18:48seem like very different business
- 00:18:50models. Scale AI and Palanteer are
- 00:18:52companies in the AI space, but they
- 00:18:53differ in their core offerings and
- 00:18:55target markets. Scale AI focuses on data
- 00:18:58labeling and model evaluation,
- 00:19:01essentially providing the ingredients
- 00:19:03for AI models, while Palanteer offers
- 00:19:07broader enterprise AI platforms for
- 00:19:09analyzing and leveraging data. So, I'll
- 00:19:12put it to you like this, okay? If I was
- 00:19:15a company maybe making LLMs or
- 00:19:18foundation models or doing anything in
- 00:19:21that realm, I would probably go to a
- 00:19:22company like Scale AI versus go to a
- 00:19:24company like Palunteer. However, let's
- 00:19:26say I'm a big Fortune 500 company. Let's
- 00:19:29say I'm a big beverage maker, right? And
- 00:19:32I need my company, my company has data
- 00:19:35spread all over this thing. It's my big
- 00:19:37massive company and I need my data all
- 00:19:39in one place and I need to I need the
- 00:19:41data to be intelligent and be able to
- 00:19:43tell me you should do this next, you
- 00:19:45should do that next, right? And leverage
- 00:19:47all that data to tell me problems that
- 00:19:49are going to arise that I might not see
- 00:19:51or other humans that are running the
- 00:19:52company I might might not see, right?
- 00:19:54How to better utilize this data in a
- 00:19:57much more intelligent way, right? So we
- 00:19:59can figure out how to sell more, whether
- 00:20:01we can figure out how to save cost doing
- 00:20:04this or doing that. So that would be a
- 00:20:06Palanteer project that I'm going to that
- 00:20:08that I'm going to use Palanteer for. I'm
- 00:20:09not going to use a skill AI company for
- 00:20:11something like that. So they're very
- 00:20:13different use cases. Okay? Very very
- 00:20:15different use cases. So and this is
- 00:20:17going to be something that's confusing
- 00:20:18to investors over this next bit of time
- 00:20:20because you're going to hear a lot of
- 00:20:21companies over this next many years.
- 00:20:23They're an AI company. And so you're
- 00:20:25like, wait, are they like an AI company
- 00:20:28as in like a Palunteer? Are they like a
- 00:20:30a scale AI or are they like data bricks
- 00:20:32or what are they like? These companies
- 00:20:34are all going to be very very different,
- 00:20:36right? There's some that will have
- 00:20:37similarities or overlaps, but a lot of
- 00:20:39them are going to be very different.
- 00:20:40Even you look at Meta. Meta is an AI
- 00:20:42company, but Meta the way they're going
- 00:20:44to compete in AI is very different than
- 00:20:46the way Palanteer competes in in AI
- 00:20:49versus the way scale AI competes in AI.
- 00:20:51These companies are very very different
- 00:20:53or even a company like Amazon for that
- 00:20:55matter. Okay? And even Google, the way
- 00:20:56Google leverages AI, very different than
- 00:21:00even Meta would utilize AI. So, do keep
- 00:21:02in mind a lot of these companies are
- 00:21:04competing in AI but doing it in very
- 00:21:06different ways. It's not like these
- 00:21:08companies are all going headtohead and
- 00:21:09just fighting over the same customers.
- 00:21:11No, it's not the way it works. You need
- 00:21:13different companies for different
- 00:21:14things, right? No, these AI Rayban
- 00:21:16metaglasses, which I actually have a
- 00:21:18pair, it's pretty interesting what
- 00:21:20they've done recently. So, they they're
- 00:21:22doing this essentially live translation
- 00:21:24where let's say you speak French, I
- 00:21:27speak English. we could actually have a
- 00:21:29conversation and it'll do translation in
- 00:21:32real time so we can have as smooth of a
- 00:21:34conversation as possible. Right now I've
- 00:21:37watched some of these different
- 00:21:38translations. Some of them work well,
- 00:21:40some of them don't work well. The
- 00:21:43product needs more refinement, right? It
- 00:21:45needs to get up to a higher and higher
- 00:21:46level. But the moral of the story is
- 00:21:48this is the future and this is going to
- 00:21:50be massive in my opinion. And the reason
- 00:21:52this is so massive for Meta, and I'll
- 00:21:55explain why it's so big for Meta as a
- 00:21:57product over time, but keep in mind a
- 00:22:00lot of Meta is a worldwide company.
- 00:22:02Instagram's all over the world. Facebook
- 00:22:04is all over the world. WhatsApp's all
- 00:22:06over the world,
- 00:22:07right? If you're somebody that does
- 00:22:10business, which how does how does Meta
- 00:22:12make all its money from advertising,
- 00:22:14right? If Meta could do anything to make
- 00:22:17it easier for somebody in China to talk
- 00:22:20to somebody in the United States, to
- 00:22:21talk to somebody in France, to talk to
- 00:22:24somebody in Belgium, in Germany, and you
- 00:22:27know Japan, wherever, South Korea, then
- 00:22:31more business can be conducted. If more
- 00:22:33business can be conducted on Facebook,
- 00:22:36on Instagram, on WhatsApp, right? more
- 00:22:38ads can be run, more business success
- 00:22:41can happen, more money can be made by
- 00:22:44companies because their friction of like
- 00:22:46not being able to communicate with each
- 00:22:47other is alleviated which means more
- 00:22:50money being spent on advertisements on
- 00:22:53Facebook and Instagram and WhatsApp and
- 00:22:54those sorts of things. So it grows the
- 00:22:56whole pie. So this is very very big as
- 00:22:58this translation uh technology. It's not
- 00:23:01like it's impossible to like let's say
- 00:23:04you're a drop shipper, right? and you
- 00:23:07use Facebook for your advertising and
- 00:23:09you use Instagram for your advertising.
- 00:23:10You use Shopify as your e-commerce
- 00:23:12platform, but you drop ship different
- 00:23:14items from from China, right? And you
- 00:23:17need to communicate with those folks.
- 00:23:19Like, you could you could get it done
- 00:23:21today, but it's not like it's a great
- 00:23:23process. It's not very easy. I if you
- 00:23:25could hop on a on a Zoom caller, but not
- 00:23:28Zoom, right? Like something that's
- 00:23:30through a Facebook platform, whatever,
- 00:23:31and be able to communicate back and
- 00:23:32forth, like it just it helps you do
- 00:23:34business better, right? And it
- 00:23:35alleviates kind of a pain point there.
- 00:23:37And anything you could do easier is
- 00:23:39going to end up meaning in the end more
- 00:23:41money in Meta's pockets, right? But
- 00:23:43additionally, I think this can help the
- 00:23:46meta glasses really take off, right? And
- 00:23:50so, let me give you an example. Let's
- 00:23:51say I live in Vegas. I do not speak
- 00:23:53Japanese, but let's say I want to go to
- 00:23:55Japan with my wife, right? Wouldn't it
- 00:23:58be great if I could be wearing a product
- 00:24:00like metal glasses and imagine it's
- 00:24:02three years in the future and I go to
- 00:24:04Japan and I'm able to conversate in a
- 00:24:07very easy way with uh you know folks in
- 00:24:10Japan. I'm able to understand them even
- 00:24:12though they're speaking Japanese and
- 00:24:14it's very easy for me to understand
- 00:24:17exactly what they're saying for me to
- 00:24:19see a menu let's say or whatever it is
- 00:24:22right some sort of document and you know
- 00:24:24I can just say meta you know what does
- 00:24:26that say and even though it's all in
- 00:24:28Japanese it's going to be able to say
- 00:24:30exactly what this sign says or what this
- 00:24:32document says or whatever right makes my
- 00:24:35life a whole lot easier and makes me say
- 00:24:36these medical glasses are very valuable
- 00:24:38they're worth a lot more than I spent on
- 00:24:40them Right? Let's say you're a Chinese
- 00:24:42citizen. You live in Shanghai, China.
- 00:24:43You want to come to my city. You want to
- 00:24:45come to Vegas, baby. We know the
- 00:24:46Chinese. They love they love to gamble.
- 00:24:49They love to come to Vegas. Right? So,
- 00:24:51instead of coming to Vegas and there's
- 00:24:52hardly anybody to talk to, keep in mind,
- 00:24:53there are some dealers, especially at
- 00:24:55the high-end resorts like the Win and
- 00:24:56whatnot that do uh have some dealers
- 00:24:58that do speak fluent uh in Mandarin,
- 00:25:01right? But there's also most don't. And
- 00:25:04so imagine you you go on a trip from
- 00:25:06Shanghai to Vegas and you're wearing a
- 00:25:08device like metag glasses or something
- 00:25:10like that and you can easily talk to the
- 00:25:11dealers or people that work at the
- 00:25:13restaurant, waiters and things like that
- 00:25:15and able to communicate effectively in
- 00:25:17an easy manner with these sorts of
- 00:25:19folks, right? And as more and
- 00:25:21more people understand like how
- 00:25:24important this technology is, then you
- 00:25:26start to have the staff needing to wear
- 00:25:28things like that, right? Cuz imagine
- 00:25:31this technology is so good, you could
- 00:25:33have a fluent conversation. Why would
- 00:25:35the why would let's say Win Resorts not
- 00:25:37want to have a device like this if they
- 00:25:39could easily have a device like this in
- 00:25:41all their employees ears, right? That
- 00:25:44could easily translate because you got
- 00:25:45to understand a company like Win, they
- 00:25:46got customers coming from Latin America
- 00:25:48that don't speak English well or or
- 00:25:50China or Japan, wherever, right? What
- 00:25:52would you not buy your entire employee
- 00:25:54force a device like this? So they could
- 00:25:58easily be able to communicate back and
- 00:26:00forth with your customers instead of it
- 00:26:01being that awkward like I I don't know
- 00:26:04what he's saying. I don't know what
- 00:26:05she's saying. Does anybody speak blah
- 00:26:06blah blah language? Like you know it's
- 00:26:08like an awkward whole situation, right?
- 00:26:10Imagine if you could have a natural
- 00:26:11conversation and it's translating
- 00:26:13everything for you as you have that
- 00:26:15conversation. That's what we call a
- 00:26:16killer app, folks. And if you want to
- 00:26:18know like how the iPhone took off,
- 00:26:20right? Here's the deal. The iPhone took
- 00:26:23off for one core reason. It had a killer
- 00:26:25app. The killer app was the internet,
- 00:26:28right? And Safari. Prior to that, cell
- 00:26:31phones were were already loved and never
- 00:26:34didn't really need any tweaking. People
- 00:26:36loved the text conversations you had.
- 00:26:38They loved their Blackberry devices.
- 00:26:39They loved the ability to call. Uh they
- 00:26:42loved that they would have an iPod as
- 00:26:44well that they could listen to music
- 00:26:45with. There was no issue with the phone
- 00:26:48that made everybody say, "I hate
- 00:26:49phones." Like I don't remember being in
- 00:26:51high school and everybody saying, "I
- 00:26:52hate phones. I can't wait till a new
- 00:26:54phone comes out." No, no, no. Everybody
- 00:26:55loved their phones. People had the
- 00:26:56sidekicks. Anybody remember the sidekick
- 00:26:58phones? For some of you young, you're
- 00:26:59probably like, "What the heck? Is he
- 00:27:00speaking a foreign language right now?"
- 00:27:01Remember the Sidekicks, man? The
- 00:27:03Blackberries, like all those devices
- 00:27:06were like great in their day. But then
- 00:27:09iPhone came out. And the thing that
- 00:27:11really made people say, "I got to go get
- 00:27:13this iPhone." Was the fact that it had a
- 00:27:16good internet browser. And that did not
- 00:27:18exist prior to iPhone. The internet
- 00:27:20experience was complete trash on any of
- 00:27:24those old devices. But then iPhone came
- 00:27:25out and said, "We got this great
- 00:27:27internet." And people are like, "Oh my
- 00:27:28gosh, like this is basically like using
- 00:27:30internet on a laptop or a computer, but
- 00:27:33it's on my phone. Sign me up." And so
- 00:27:36that's what we're talking about. If you
- 00:27:37want the masses to really buy a product
- 00:27:40like the Metag Glasses instead of just
- 00:27:41like, you know, people that are kind of
- 00:27:43really forward looking on technology,
- 00:27:45you need killer apps. unique things that
- 00:27:47makes people say this is so awesome.
- 00:27:49This is way better than like if I didn't
- 00:27:51have this device. It makes my life way
- 00:27:52easier and better. Boom. That's how you
- 00:27:55get the masses to adopt. And then if
- 00:27:57you're meta, that's how when you just
- 00:27:59keep building on it, building on it,
- 00:28:01building on it, and next thing you know,
- 00:28:03maybe you have the replacement of the
- 00:28:05phone, right? I know as of today it's
- 00:28:07very hard for us to even imagine a
- 00:28:09replacement of our smartphones today but
- 00:28:12you know don't be surprised if that gets
- 00:28:14replaced in 10 20 years right there's a
- 00:28:16lot of devices and things that we've had
- 00:28:17over time that we could never imagine
- 00:28:19that being replaced until a new
- 00:28:21technology came out and replace that
- 00:28:23thing and then we said we don't really
- 00:28:25have as much of a need for that thing
- 00:28:27anymore right technology moves on and uh
- 00:28:30that's how you capture new platforms but
- 00:28:31you need killer apps if you're really
- 00:28:32going to have something take off and I'm
- 00:28:34like stuff like that big time Right.
- 00:28:37AMD, what's going on with AMD? Up
- 00:28:39$25,000. Now, at this one, this point in
- 00:28:41time, it's over $120 a share. Well,
- 00:28:44here's a deal. Fascinating. So, the
- 00:28:47surge today was followed by a positive
- 00:28:49revision from Cityroup, which maintained
- 00:28:52their buy rating and increased their
- 00:28:54price target on the semiconductor giant
- 00:28:57from $100 to
- 00:28:59120. What? The stock's over 120 today.
- 00:29:04How are you going to have a buy rating
- 00:29:06on
- 00:29:07AMD and your price target, which these
- 00:29:10price targets are usually 12-month out
- 00:29:12price targets, right? How you going to
- 00:29:15have a buy rating? This this is why
- 00:29:17analysts are not respected. I'll just be
- 00:29:19honest with you guys. This is why the
- 00:29:20analyst community is not respected on
- 00:29:22high level. You have a buy rating on AMD
- 00:29:25stock and your 12-month price target is
- 00:29:28$120, which is lower than the stock is
- 00:29:32today.
- 00:29:34Make it make
- 00:29:35sense. Make it make sense. You might as
- 00:29:38well have a sell rating on it if you
- 00:29:40expect the stock to only be $120 a year
- 00:29:43from now. Come on. Come on. This is
- 00:29:47ridiculous. This is why people don't
- 00:29:49respect analysts, right? But that came
- 00:29:51out. People got excited about that. Now,
- 00:29:53the analyst price increase comes just
- 00:29:55days before AMD's highly anticipated
- 00:29:57advancing AI event on Thursday. At the
- 00:30:00event, CEO Lisa Sue among other industry
- 00:30:03leaders are expected to unveil AMD's
- 00:30:05vision for the future of artificial
- 00:30:07intelligence, including updates on its
- 00:30:09end-to-end AI solutions and product
- 00:30:12ecosystem. The full day event will
- 00:30:14feature sessions for developers,
- 00:30:17customers, and business leaders with
- 00:30:19major sponsors including Dell, Lenovo,
- 00:30:21and Oracle.
- 00:30:23Now, the the reason this matters so
- 00:30:25significantly beyond all that is for the
- 00:30:29investor community. When I say the
- 00:30:32investor community, I'm not talking
- 00:30:33about average Joe investors like you and
- 00:30:35me. I'm talking about for Wall
- 00:30:37Street. Wall Street doesn't get it yet
- 00:30:40in regards to AMD, their future, what's
- 00:30:43going on here, how they going to differ
- 00:30:45in the market over the next 5, 10 years
- 00:30:46versus Nvidia, right? How they're
- 00:30:48relevant. I mean, you still got people
- 00:30:50like Stacy Rascon who extreme levels of
- 00:30:53disrespect about a month or two ago when
- 00:30:55he went on record saying like, "I'm not
- 00:30:56even sure we need them." It was such a
- 00:30:58disrespectful state statement from
- 00:30:59somebody that's supposed to be a
- 00:31:00semiconductor expert, right? And it just
- 00:31:03shows me that I don't think he's
- 00:31:05properly really looking into what AMD is
- 00:31:08up to here um to even make a statement
- 00:31:10like that. Right now, this event, let
- 00:31:13let's say the stock just goes full risk
- 00:31:15on over the next few days, right? It
- 00:31:16could always be a sell of the news come
- 00:31:18the actual event because a lot of times
- 00:31:20you got buy the rumor, sell the news in
- 00:31:21the stock market. So if let's say the
- 00:31:23stock just continues to roll huge
- 00:31:25Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, like maybe
- 00:31:26the stock then pulls back Friday or
- 00:31:28something like that, right? But the
- 00:31:30thing I'll say, if Lisa Sue and the team
- 00:31:33are able to
- 00:31:36really make Wall Street understand the
- 00:31:40vision here on how AMD is going to
- 00:31:43perform in the marketplace, why they're
- 00:31:45going to grow immensely over the next
- 00:31:46few years. If they can do that, do
- 00:31:50understand $200 plus is coming for AMD
- 00:31:54fast, fast, fast. We're not talking
- 00:31:56about like 5 years from now. No, no,
- 00:31:58we're talking about like in the next few
- 00:31:59months, you'll see AMD go 200 plus. But
- 00:32:02that's if Lisa Sue and the team can
- 00:32:05really get Wall Street to understand the
- 00:32:08vision here cuz they don't get it yet.
- 00:32:10The analyst community, they don't get it
- 00:32:11yet. I mean, I talked about Sty Rascar
- 00:32:14and that guy earlier. What about the
- 00:32:15analyst that just has a up their uh
- 00:32:18price target to $120? I mean, come on,
- 00:32:20man. That's
- 00:32:21ridiculous. Like, absolutely ridiculous.
- 00:32:23So at a forward P of 20 right now on the
- 00:32:25stock rate
- 00:32:2720 this stock should be trading far
- 00:32:30higher than this. And so if Wall Street
- 00:32:31gets a vision 200 plus will be incoming
- 00:32:34for this one right now. Keep in mind if
- 00:32:36that does happen times my 2555 shares in
- 00:32:40the public count I'll be looking at a
- 00:32:41position that will be $500,000 plus
- 00:32:44which will be definitely very very
- 00:32:46beautiful. Okay. Cuz a lot of us a lot
- 00:32:48of us retail investors we get it man.
- 00:32:51like we we understand the game. We
- 00:32:53understand what AMD is up to. We
- 00:32:55understand how they different
- 00:32:56differentiate themselves in the market,
- 00:32:58right? We understand that they have a
- 00:33:00great opportunity when it comes to
- 00:33:01inference over this next 5 to 10 years,
- 00:33:04right? And we understand MI 350 is
- 00:33:07likely going to be scaling over this
- 00:33:09next few months or next few quarters and
- 00:33:10then we understand MI400 is going to be
- 00:33:12huge. But I just don't think a lot of
- 00:33:14Wall Street gets it or understands it or
- 00:33:15anything like that. So if they can if
- 00:33:17they can make big inroads there NIX you
- 00:33:20know the thing with AMD stock this stock
- 00:33:22has been kind of a cold stock for the
- 00:33:25last several years years I'm not talking
- 00:33:27months
- 00:33:28years AMD also hits 150 175 200 plus
- 00:33:32then hits new all-time highs the amount
- 00:33:34of hype and excitement that will start
- 00:33:36to build around AMD is going to be
- 00:33:37ridiculous then we have their next
- 00:33:39earnings coming out which their next
- 00:33:40earnings will come out probably in about
- 00:33:43a month and a half to two months from
- 00:33:44now if they have a big guidance number
- 00:33:47like like let's imagine they Wall Street
- 00:33:50gets this event and they're like okay
- 00:33:51like we get it now like the AMD is going
- 00:33:53to be huge right and then they come out
- 00:33:55with a big guidance number next quarter
- 00:33:58which is what Wall Street's really going
- 00:33:59to be looking for the amount of hype and
- 00:34:02excitement that will start in AMD at
- 00:34:04that
- 00:34:05time it will be at a fever pitch and
- 00:34:08you'll have everybody and their grandma
- 00:34:10trying to pile into AMD at that point in
- 00:34:13time because people are going to be like
- 00:34:14oh my gosh like AMD's got like they're
- 00:34:16about to post some crazy growth rates
- 00:34:17over this next few years and you'll even
- 00:34:19see some money rotate from even stocks
- 00:34:21like Nvidia that are still going to be
- 00:34:22put putting up very respectable numbers
- 00:34:24over the next few years but just because
- 00:34:27Nvidia's kind of lost that hype cycle
- 00:34:29and that excitement cycle and I think
- 00:34:31it's really shifted and started to shift
- 00:34:33into AMD. It's already shifted kind of
- 00:34:35in the retail community like I think a
- 00:34:38lot of retail investors are a lot more
- 00:34:39excited about AMD for the next few years
- 00:34:40than than Nvidia but we're kind of early
- 00:34:43to the game. I think Wall Street's the
- 00:34:45next level and that's where the big
- 00:34:46money's at. Like, okay, I buy 300, you
- 00:34:49know, how much did I put in AMD? Like
- 00:34:51less than $300,000 in public account.
- 00:34:53Let's say across all my portfolios.
- 00:34:55Let's say I have five, you know,
- 00:34:56$500,000 invested, right? It's nothing.
- 00:34:59It's literally nothing compared to Wall
- 00:35:02Street money. These fund managers could
- 00:35:04come in and buy, you know, $50 million
- 00:35:06of AMD in a day, $100 million of AMD
- 00:35:09stock in a day, and over the course of a
- 00:35:11week, they could add a $600 million
- 00:35:13position. You know what I mean? Like,
- 00:35:15like there's just levels. And so, just
- 00:35:17understand if Wall Street gets this, oh
- 00:35:19my gosh. No. Cake. What's going on with
- 00:35:22cake? This stock is near all-time highs
- 00:35:25now at this point in time. It's getting
- 00:35:26very dang close. It's at multi multi
- 00:35:27multi-year highs, right? and it just
- 00:35:30seems to be relentless in its pursuit of
- 00:35:34going to 60 plus, right? So, what's
- 00:35:35going on here? Well, the Russell's
- 00:35:39rolling and you got to understand the
- 00:35:40Russell matters so so much for stocks
- 00:35:42like cake, right? And you look at that
- 00:35:44that Russell since we hit those lows in
- 00:35:46April, it's just basically been up in a
- 00:35:48straight line, right? I mean, it had a
- 00:35:51dip here or there, but at the end of the
- 00:35:52day, like that's a very powerful move
- 00:35:55there. Keep in mind the Russell is still
- 00:35:58several hundred points away from an
- 00:36:01all-time high. So what happens when the
- 00:36:05Russell hits a hits a new all-time high?
- 00:36:07What what is the stock like cake at at
- 00:36:09that point in time? 65 70 $75 a share.
- 00:36:13You know, additionally, I think people
- 00:36:14are starting to understand the story
- 00:36:16around cake and that this isn't just
- 00:36:17you're just buying cheesecake factory
- 00:36:19stock that owns a cheesecake factory.
- 00:36:21No, no, no. You're getting that plus
- 00:36:23you're getting several growth concepts
- 00:36:24that have the next 5 to 10 years of
- 00:36:26expansion ahead. And that's why you see
- 00:36:28me, it seems like almost every week I
- 00:36:30buy cake stock because it's such an easy
- 00:36:32stock for me to buy. I don't have to
- 00:36:34stress about it. It trades at still very
- 00:36:36low P ratios compared to the market in
- 00:36:38general, compared to, you know, uh,
- 00:36:41countless other growth companies in the
- 00:36:43restaurant space. Such an easy stock for
- 00:36:45me to buy and I love it, man. Absolutely
- 00:36:47love it. And I can continue to buy this
- 00:36:49one. And I make that dividend money as
- 00:36:51well, which doesn't even get accounted
- 00:36:52for in these uh total gains here, right?
- 00:36:54In regards to stock, like it's just
- 00:36:56awesome. It's awesome, man. And so Cake,
- 00:36:59if this Russell continues to roll and
- 00:37:00more and more people understand the
- 00:37:02story, especially Wall Streeters, you'll
- 00:37:04see cake continue to perform and next
- 00:37:06thing you know, it'll be 70, $80 a
- 00:37:08share, and then we'll be talking about
- 00:37:09100 plus, right? All right, guys.
- 00:37:10Appreciate you joining me as always.
