8 Mysterious Things Sigma Males Do That Turn Women On
- 00:00:00Many are once again claiming that Mr.
- 00:00:02Beast has just ruined YouTube. This time
- 00:00:04with a new announcement that he's
- 00:00:05recently made regarding one of his
- 00:00:07websites. But the question is, has he
- 00:00:09really ruined YouTube or is this
- 00:00:11something that was inevitable for the
- 00:00:12website? The answer will leave your jaw
- 00:00:14firmly in place as it's not that
- 00:00:16shocking at all. Yes. Yes to both. But
- 00:00:19today, we're going to discuss why. It is
- 00:00:22currently 95Β° outside. I'm wearing a
- 00:00:26beanie hat. My air conditioner is off
- 00:00:29because otherwise you wouldn't be able
- 00:00:30to hear me speak properly and the future
- 00:00:32of the world is completely uncertain and
- 00:00:34everything is spiraling. Let's talk
- 00:00:35about Mr. Beast. So, it's been about
- 00:00:37eight or nine months since I've last
- 00:00:38discussed Mr. Beast. At that point,
- 00:00:40there was a lot going on regarding the
- 00:00:42biggest creator on YouTube. But today,
- 00:00:44we're talking about something entirely
- 00:00:47unrelated to everything that happened
- 00:00:49last year. Over the years, YouTube has
- 00:00:51definitely changed and a lot of people
- 00:00:54either love or very much dislike
- 00:00:57creators like Mr. Beast and people have
- 00:00:59talked about the beastification of
- 00:01:01YouTube or the Mr. Beastification of
- 00:01:03YouTube where a lot of people copy his
- 00:01:06style of content. So to describe the Mr.
- 00:01:09beastification of YouTube or what people
- 00:01:12call that style of content. Most people
- 00:01:15that are copying his content or at least
- 00:01:17his thumbnails and whatnot are trying to
- 00:01:19cater to a similar audience to him. And
- 00:01:22he has a very large audience for not
- 00:01:24only having a large production value and
- 00:01:26a huge crew, but also because of the
- 00:01:28niche he is in and the algorithm he is
- 00:01:31in, which caters to a younger
- 00:01:33demographic, which by the way is why
- 00:01:35nothing from last year and nothing from
- 00:01:37this will likely destroy his career in
- 00:01:40any way. To this day, his videos still
- 00:01:43get hundreds of millions of views. His
- 00:01:45target audience is mostly kids and they
- 00:01:47don't care. But many other creators on
- 00:01:49YouTube, regardless of whether or not
- 00:01:51they like this type of content, have
- 00:01:53been extremely frustrated over the past
- 00:01:55few days since Mr. Beast has recently
- 00:01:57announced to his audience through
- 00:02:00Twitter or X and through his website
- 00:02:02viewstats.com that they have launched AI
- 00:02:06generated thumbnails, which you can sign
- 00:02:08up for for the low price of $80 a month
- 00:02:11to have the access to AI generate your
- 00:02:15own YouTube thumbnails. This isn't like
- 00:02:17you're using websites to add a filter or
- 00:02:19to touch up a blurry image. This is
- 00:02:22you're typing in information and it
- 00:02:24spits out an image the way you would
- 00:02:26chat GPT but exclusively for YouTube
- 00:02:29thumbnails. And people are very
- 00:02:31frustrated by this because obviously
- 00:02:33that means this algorithm, this AI had
- 00:02:37been trained off of popular YouTube
- 00:02:40videos, viral videos and thumbnails of
- 00:02:43people who spent a lot of time and
- 00:02:46effort into making them. And there are
- 00:02:48many content creators out there who hire
- 00:02:50people to make thumbnails for them.
- 00:02:52Therefore, this could threaten a lot of
- 00:02:54jobs. So, a lot of creators on YouTube
- 00:02:57use tools to help them succeed with
- 00:02:59their creation of videos. There's
- 00:03:01TubeBuddy and Vid IQ. There's a few
- 00:03:05others out there that I'm pretty sure as
- 00:03:06well. And Mr. Beast decided to create
- 00:03:08his own version of that and it's called
- 00:03:11View Stats. For the most part, these
- 00:03:13things can be used positively to help
- 00:03:16YouTubers grow and succeed with their
- 00:03:19channels. And I don't hate that idea. In
- 00:03:22fact, I still use programs like
- 00:03:24TubeBuddy now and again to see how my
- 00:03:26own videos are ranking. A lot of
- 00:03:28creators use programs like this, and
- 00:03:30they do work. They're very useful. Where
- 00:03:32the problem lies, however, is with his
- 00:03:35program view stats. He is adding AI
- 00:03:38features, and these features are going
- 00:03:41to be able to create and generate
- 00:03:43thumbnails for YouTube videos with just
- 00:03:46typing it in just the way you could with
- 00:03:47like chat GPT. I guess this has greatly
- 00:03:51backfired on him and it's not caused
- 00:03:53just a lot of people being upset with
- 00:03:55him, but a lot of worry for the future
- 00:03:56of YouTube because again, Mr. Beast is
- 00:03:58the face of YouTube. On June 21st, 2025,
- 00:04:01Mr. Beast tweeted, "View stats just
- 00:04:03dropped AI thumbnails and it takes the
- 00:04:05guesswork out of what thumbnails will
- 00:04:06perform. Just prompt what you're looking
- 00:04:08for and it will generate a databacked
- 00:04:10viral thumbnail." Right off the bat,
- 00:04:13this did not go well. A lot of people
- 00:04:14were upset with just the tweet alone
- 00:04:16without seeing the video that was on the
- 00:04:18website, which is still up by the way.
- 00:04:20But before we even get into that, I have
- 00:04:22some questions regarding this tweet
- 00:04:24itself. I want to know what magical
- 00:04:26technology is being used to AI generate
- 00:04:30images that are claiming to get
- 00:04:32virality. I can see it copying the
- 00:04:36thumbnails of other viral videos, but
- 00:04:39how can you accurately predict without a
- 00:04:42shadow of a doubt that the thumbnail
- 00:04:44that this AI tool is going to cook up is
- 00:04:47going to cause your video to go viral?
- 00:04:49If that were the case, why are you still
- 00:04:52doing A and B testing on your videos? If
- 00:04:55you don't know, first of all, I don't
- 00:04:56know why I didn't say this earlier. If
- 00:04:57you don't know what a thumbnail is, it's
- 00:04:59the image you see under a YouTube video
- 00:05:02title. It's basically the poster for
- 00:05:03your video. A and B testing is when some
- 00:05:06people will take a thumbnail and they'll
- 00:05:08create a slightly different or a very
- 00:05:11different version of it and they will
- 00:05:13see which one performs better. In fact,
- 00:05:16I believe YouTube integrated a tool to
- 00:05:18do this and it just basically shows
- 00:05:21which one's performing better, which one
- 00:05:23people are clicking on. It could be as
- 00:05:24simple as the color of something in the
- 00:05:27background being changed or something as
- 00:05:29involved as having two completely
- 00:05:31different images. And his program offers
- 00:05:35A and B testing in it as well. Why would
- 00:05:38that be needed? He seems like he's
- 00:05:40selling the idea that, oh, you're really
- 00:05:42going to go viral if you get this AI
- 00:05:44generative program to make these AI
- 00:05:47thumbnails. People are going to click on
- 00:05:48your videos more. It seems like quite
- 00:05:50the opposite, at least according to the
- 00:05:51replies in this. I don't know, maybe his
- 00:05:53young audience won't care or be able to
- 00:05:55tell the difference. So, as of June
- 00:05:5726th, 2025, around 10:00 p.m., the
- 00:06:00website has finally changed. But I did
- 00:06:02check it around 3:00 this morning
- 00:06:04because I stay up really late. So, at
- 00:06:06some point throughout today, the 26th,
- 00:06:08as the time I'm recording this part, it
- 00:06:10must have finally changed. But that is
- 00:06:12still 5 days of it being up and active
- 00:06:15after addressing everything before
- 00:06:17taking it down. There is a new way to
- 00:06:20make professionallooking viral
- 00:06:21thumbnails with zero Photoshop
- 00:06:23experience. And the best part is this
- 00:06:25new method works in every niche. Whether
- 00:06:27you do gaming, cooking, beauty, this
- 00:06:30works for all of them. From creating
- 00:06:31custom results from any channel to
- 00:06:34literally being able to put your face on
- 00:06:36a thumbnail, it literally feels like
- 00:06:37cheating. First of all, I cannot believe
- 00:06:39he actually says it literally feels like
- 00:06:41cheating. How is it not cheating?
- 00:06:44Listen, I'm not here to gatekeep on how
- 00:06:46to be a YouTuber. There's several
- 00:06:48different niches and styles, and I'm not
- 00:06:49going to tell you how to do whatever it
- 00:06:51is that you want to do. But when it
- 00:06:52comes to making a thumbnail, that's part
- 00:06:54of creating content. It always has been.
- 00:06:57Whether it's having somebody do it for
- 00:06:59you and you pay them or you create the
- 00:07:02thumbnail yourself or even just let
- 00:07:04YouTube decide the thumbnail for you,
- 00:07:06which is how it used to be. And you
- 00:07:08never used to be able to create your own
- 00:07:10thumbnail. You used to have to pick
- 00:07:12between one of three images generated
- 00:07:14from your YouTube video. That was way
- 00:07:16back in the day. In many ways, YouTube
- 00:07:19can be as easy or as difficult as you
- 00:07:21want to make it, depending on your
- 00:07:23expectations and depending on your
- 00:07:25goals. But it should never get to a
- 00:07:27point where you need to resort to typing
- 00:07:29a prompt into AI to get a generated
- 00:07:33thumbnail that steals from other
- 00:07:35people's thumbnails because the
- 00:07:36technology used is geared towards
- 00:07:39studying specifically YouTube
- 00:07:41thumbnails. So, Mr. beast. The reason
- 00:07:43why it might feel like cheating is
- 00:07:45because it definitely sounds like
- 00:07:47cheating. It's cheating in the same way
- 00:07:49that it's cheating when people use chat
- 00:07:51GPT to AI generate artwork and then they
- 00:07:54claim it as their own artwork and try to
- 00:07:56pretend that they're an artist online.
- 00:07:58In my opinion, it's also just as
- 00:08:00embarrassing. But let's go back for a
- 00:08:02second because there's something else he
- 00:08:03said that I find extremely interesting.
- 00:08:06It's very hypocritical on his end as
- 00:08:08well because what really gets me is that
- 00:08:11just a couple years ago, I think it was
- 00:08:12a couple years ago, he made a tweet
- 00:08:14complaining that another channel had
- 00:08:17taken his thumbnails and just switched
- 00:08:19the face to somebody else's face for
- 00:08:22their thumbnail. And that is literally
- 00:08:24what he promoted in this new AI program
- 00:08:27and custom results from any channel to
- 00:08:29literally being able to put your face on
- 00:08:31a thumbnail. So on February 19th, 2021,
- 00:08:34Mr. Beast wrote a tweet saying, "The
- 00:08:36largest channel in Russia just takes my
- 00:08:38thumbnails and photoshops his face on
- 00:08:40the mine." And then he shows a
- 00:08:41compilation of images of his thumbnails
- 00:08:44next to another channel just changing
- 00:08:45the faces literally doing exactly what
- 00:08:48he is promoting his new AI program can
- 00:08:51do for you. That just is blatant
- 00:08:53hypocrisy if I've ever seen it in my
- 00:08:54life. But of course, things get
- 00:08:56significantly worse whenever we talk
- 00:08:58about anything, including this, which is
- 00:09:00the fact that Mr. Beast adds in
- 00:09:02something somehow worse than just adding
- 00:09:05in AI. He goes into detail about how you
- 00:09:07can type in a specific channel and get
- 00:09:12quote unquote inspiration for a
- 00:09:14thumbnail for your videos. This is the
- 00:09:16home of the AI tool where you can type
- 00:09:17in any channel on all of YouTube and
- 00:09:19it'll use it as inspiration for the
- 00:09:21thumbnail it's generating. So, for
- 00:09:22example, let's say you're Mr. Beast. You
- 00:09:24would just type in Mr. Beast here. Now,
- 00:09:26it's going to look at all my recent
- 00:09:27videos and get inspiration from them.
- 00:09:29And for the prompt, I'm going to type in
- 00:09:30stranded on a volcano. And there you go.
- 00:09:32We now have a thumbnail with me dangling
- 00:09:35on the side of a volcano. This is
- 00:09:37perfect for inspiration. And if you do a
- 00:09:39couple iterations with the system, this
- 00:09:41is how you can literally generate your
- 00:09:42thumbnails going forward. Listen, I know
- 00:09:44my eyes are pretty messed up, but to me,
- 00:09:46that does not look like Mr. Beast on the
- 00:09:48right. It looks like a combination of
- 00:09:49Mr. Beast and the guy's face on the
- 00:09:52left. It doesn't look exactly like Mr.
- 00:09:54Beast. And if people are going to start
- 00:09:56using this tool and trying to make it
- 00:09:58look like themselves, I don't think it's
- 00:10:00going to do that good of a job if this
- 00:10:01is what he's promoting. But focusing on
- 00:10:03the bigger issue at hand being the fact
- 00:10:05that he's literally showing that the
- 00:10:08program can go into anybody's YouTube
- 00:10:11channel and generate a thumbnail that
- 00:10:13looks exactly like a thumbnail that that
- 00:10:15person had made, but tailored to
- 00:10:16somebody else's YouTube channel,
- 00:10:18blatantly stealing that thumbnail's
- 00:10:20artwork and ideas. Yeah, that's a really
- 00:10:22big problem. And this is something that
- 00:10:24he addresses, which we will get into
- 00:10:25later on, but the fact that this was
- 00:10:27even a thought to begin with is insane
- 00:10:29to me. How could somebody think that
- 00:10:30this is a good idea and that people will
- 00:10:32be positively receptive to this? He then
- 00:10:35goes on to explain how you don't just
- 00:10:38have to steal from other YouTubers
- 00:10:40thumbnails to get inspiration. You could
- 00:10:43just type something into this text box
- 00:10:46here to generate an AI image. Exactly
- 00:10:49like chat GPT in my opinion, just
- 00:10:51tailored to a thumbnail ratio, I
- 00:10:54suppose. Now, let's say you don't want
- 00:10:55to take inspiration from a YouTube
- 00:10:57channel. You don't have to. As you can
- 00:10:59see here, I have a very descriptive
- 00:11:00prompt describing a Minecraft block that
- 00:11:02is glowing rainbow colors and vibrant
- 00:11:04Minecraft grass with trees in the
- 00:11:06background with no YouTube inspiration.
- 00:11:08So, now let's hit generate. And I think
- 00:11:10you're going to be impressed with what
- 00:11:11this comes up with. I have not altered
- 00:11:12this in any way. Look at this thumbnail
- 00:11:15I came up with. That is actually insane.
- 00:11:18all from one single prompt and no
- 00:11:19inspiration from any other channel. I'm
- 00:11:21actually finding it very frustrating
- 00:11:23that he's making it a bragging point
- 00:11:25that you don't have to use AI to steal
- 00:11:28other people's thumbnail ideas. That's a
- 00:11:31talking point in this promotional video.
- 00:11:34You can type literally anything you want
- 00:11:35and it will generate a thumbnail for you
- 00:11:37in a style that will make a viral
- 00:11:39YouTube video. I noticed his wording is
- 00:11:41really careful there. He said it's in
- 00:11:43the style of a viral video. He doesn't
- 00:11:46say in this video promotion that your
- 00:11:48video will go viral like he implied in
- 00:11:52the tweet, but it's very close. And just
- 00:11:54in case you're way too lazy to type out
- 00:11:57a few sentences describing what you want
- 00:11:59this AI device to spit out for you, you
- 00:12:02could just copy and paste the URL of a
- 00:12:04YouTube video and then use that
- 00:12:06thumbnail for inspiration and definitely
- 00:12:09not just stealing the thumbnail idea and
- 00:12:12then tell it what to change. Yeah, you
- 00:12:13heard that correctly. In case it's too
- 00:12:15much trouble for you to type in a few
- 00:12:17sentences, you can copy and paste a
- 00:12:19picture and just tell it to change it up
- 00:12:21a little bit. And step three, to show
- 00:12:23you how all out we went on this AI
- 00:12:25thumbnail tool, you could also copy a
- 00:12:27URL from any YouTube video. We'll just
- 00:12:29paste this one I have here. And in the
- 00:12:30prompt box, just tell it what to change
- 00:12:32to the thumbnail. To demonstrate, I have
- 00:12:34this F1 thumbnail with an F1 car. And so
- 00:12:36in the prompt, I'm just going to simply
- 00:12:38type in change F1 car to minivan. That
- 00:12:40is all I'm typing in. I'm going to hit
- 00:12:42generate. Let's see what it produces.
- 00:12:45And boom, it's done. I'm Bro, I'm not
- 00:12:47even joking. Look, it swapped out the F1
- 00:12:50race car for a minivan. I'm not gonna
- 00:12:52lie, bro. That looks like the quality of
- 00:12:53an iPhone emoji. That was it. I just
- 00:12:55typed in a prompt and it swapped it.
- 00:12:57This is crazy. And again, he goes more
- 00:12:59in depth with the details of this face
- 00:13:01swapping tool. If you really like the
- 00:13:03thumbnail you're generating, but not the
- 00:13:04face on it, don't worry. We have this
- 00:13:06face swap tool that you can click,
- 00:13:08upload a face you do like, and it will
- 00:13:10instantly swap it onto the thumbnail.
- 00:13:12show you how simple this is. I'm going
- 00:13:13to take a photo of my face. Okay, I'm
- 00:13:16now going to hit face swap and take the
- 00:13:19thumbnail from this to this
- 00:13:21automatically. You called out a YouTube
- 00:13:23channel for doing the same thing just a
- 00:13:26few years ago. Man, this is the thing.
- 00:13:28I've seen a lot of people say Mr. Beast
- 00:13:30made a huge mistake with this. In my
- 00:13:31opinion, this was a huge choice. He sat
- 00:13:35down, filmed this whole video knowing
- 00:13:37that happened in the past. Unless maybe
- 00:13:40he forgot, but that would not be
- 00:13:41something I would forget or most people
- 00:13:44would. So, how could you consciously be
- 00:13:45thinking about that and then promoting
- 00:13:47this AI device that is going to do the
- 00:13:50same exact thing you were complaining
- 00:13:52about a couple years ago, but doing so
- 00:13:54in mass quantities while people are
- 00:13:57paying you for it? How did you get all
- 00:13:59the way to this point and not see the
- 00:14:01issue? But the scariest part about this
- 00:14:03entire video is what he says here. I
- 00:14:06could go on and on, but this is the
- 00:14:07future of YouTube thumbnails. No more
- 00:14:09complicated Photoshop and having to get
- 00:14:11a PhD in how to edit things and figure
- 00:14:13out what a thousand buttons do. Now you
- 00:14:15can literally just type into a prompt
- 00:14:17what you want and it'll give it to you.
- 00:14:18He says that this is the future of
- 00:14:20YouTube. But first, really quick, did
- 00:14:23you know that in the year of 2021, the
- 00:14:26National Safety Council reported that
- 00:14:28over 36,000 car accidents would happen
- 00:14:31every single day? In many cases, those
- 00:14:33who have gotten in accidents would have
- 00:14:35to stress over dealing with the cost of
- 00:14:37treatments for their injuries. But this
- 00:14:39is where Morgan and Morgan could step in
- 00:14:40and make things easier for you if you
- 00:14:42decide to become their client. Morgan
- 00:14:44and Morgan is America's largest injury
- 00:14:46law firm with over 1,000 attorneys
- 00:14:48across all 50 states. And when dealing
- 00:14:51with cases, Morgan and Morgan doesn't
- 00:14:52settle for lowball offers. In fact,
- 00:14:55Morgan and Morgan has achieved
- 00:14:56significant verdicts for victims with
- 00:14:58lifealtering injuries. This includes
- 00:15:01over $12 million in Florida, which is 34
- 00:15:03times the highest insurance offer, and
- 00:15:05$26 million in Philly, which is 40 times
- 00:15:08the highest insurance offer. The best
- 00:15:10part, you don't have to pay unless you
- 00:15:12win your case. You heard that correctly.
- 00:15:14You don't have to worry about any
- 00:15:16upfront charges. If you've ever gotten
- 00:15:18seriously hurt, your injuries could be
- 00:15:20worth millions. And you're just a few
- 00:15:22easy clicks away from potentially
- 00:15:23changing your life. You can start your
- 00:15:25claim now with Morgan and Morgan at
- 00:15:26forthepeople.com/mei
- 00:15:28or you could check my link in the
- 00:15:30description below. Thank you so much to
- 00:15:32Morgan andorggan for sponsoring another
- 00:15:34video on this channel. And with that
- 00:15:35being said, let's get back into today's
- 00:15:37topic. He's saying that this is what the
- 00:15:40future of YouTube is going to be like.
- 00:15:42And he's not wrong, by the way.
- 00:15:45Regardless of whether or not he shared
- 00:15:47this, in a way, YouTube's already headed
- 00:15:50in this direction along with several
- 00:15:51other websites regarding AI. You might
- 00:15:54not be able to generate AI thumbnails,
- 00:15:57but they have actively mentioned the
- 00:15:59integration of AI throughout the past
- 00:16:02year or so on this platform. Hopefully,
- 00:16:04there is a limit though because when you
- 00:16:06upload a video to YouTube, you have to
- 00:16:08check off boxes if you have AI generated
- 00:16:11content in that video. And I'm pretty
- 00:16:13sure they have reprimanded channels that
- 00:16:15are just completely AI. So, I hope that
- 00:16:18they stay on track with this. But I
- 00:16:20cannot see how YouTube's poster child,
- 00:16:23the biggest creator on this platform,
- 00:16:26basically, is promoting something like
- 00:16:28this if YouTube wasn't okay with it. And
- 00:16:31if they aren't okay with it, that's
- 00:16:33something that I feel like they probably
- 00:16:35should address in some way because
- 00:16:37again, this is their biggest creator.
- 00:16:39And I'm not trying to say anybody should
- 00:16:41be reprimanded or anything like that.
- 00:16:43It's just something that would be
- 00:16:46appreciated by other creators that use
- 00:16:48this website to say, "Hey, we're not
- 00:16:51going to push this on people. This isn't
- 00:16:53the future of YouTube if it actually
- 00:16:55isn't because it's making a lot of
- 00:16:56people worried." Now, luckily, Mr. Beast
- 00:16:59himself had come out and made a
- 00:17:00statement regarding all of this after
- 00:17:02receiving a lot of backlash. So, on the
- 00:17:04same day, after a lot of backlash had
- 00:17:06taken place, a user named Eric Point
- 00:17:09Crow had made a post stating, "Had a
- 00:17:10chat with Mr. beast about his AI
- 00:17:12thumbnail creation tool. While I'm
- 00:17:14uncertain what will be happening moving
- 00:17:16forward, I voiced my thoughts directly
- 00:17:18to him. Great idea to want to make
- 00:17:19content creation more accessible, but
- 00:17:21this isn't remotely the solution to that
- 00:17:23and actually fundamentally hurts creator
- 00:17:25as a whole. Just mentioning because I
- 00:17:27think it's important to note that he
- 00:17:29reached out even though we still largely
- 00:17:31disagree. Leaving everything up to
- 00:17:32discourage this still and I'll and I'll
- 00:17:34count this hopefully as my book end to
- 00:17:36the saga. Cheers. Mr. Beast responded
- 00:17:39stating, "I appreciate all the feedback.
- 00:17:41I love the YouTube community more than
- 00:17:43anyone can even remotely comprehend.
- 00:17:45Already working on changes like face
- 00:17:47swap should only be used to swap your
- 00:17:49face on your thumbnail. Obviously, not
- 00:17:52others. And overall, I'll build this
- 00:17:54more in a way to be inspiration for
- 00:17:55artists slash a tool they can use and
- 00:17:58not replace them." Very good feedback
- 00:18:00that doesn't actually make sense with
- 00:18:02everything he had shown in this
- 00:18:05promotional video. And I also don't like
- 00:18:07that this tweet was made, but that
- 00:18:09promotional video is still up with
- 00:18:11everything we just went over. I honestly
- 00:18:13think that this is just a generic
- 00:18:14response. That's just my opinion. Maybe
- 00:18:16he will actually work on things to make
- 00:18:18it so that people don't have to worry
- 00:18:20for their future as creators. Luckily,
- 00:18:23there has been a noticeable amount of
- 00:18:25push back that shows not just Mr. Beast,
- 00:18:28but the public in general that people
- 00:18:30are unhappy with this and they want
- 00:18:32authenticity. But a lot of people I see
- 00:18:34feel the same way that they don't want
- 00:18:36this type of content, that they fear
- 00:18:38that this type of content is going to
- 00:18:39take over. I think it will, honestly. I
- 00:18:41think it will, not just with Mr. Beast,
- 00:18:43not just with YouTube, but with
- 00:18:44everything. It's just gone septic at
- 00:18:46this point, and it's just going to get
- 00:18:48worse. But he continues, "My goal with
- 00:18:50View Stats is to build tools to level
- 00:18:52the playing field between people like me
- 00:18:54with 300 employees and new creators that
- 00:18:57can't afford a small army. Listen, I am
- 00:19:00a YouTuber that has one person working
- 00:19:02for me, myself. I do the filming, I do
- 00:19:04the editing, I do the script writing, I
- 00:19:06do the recording from start to finish. I
- 00:19:08can understand deeply how stressful it
- 00:19:11can be to want to have a specific amount
- 00:19:14of content made in a short amount of
- 00:19:16time. And I understand the pressure that
- 00:19:19it could have on someone to feel like
- 00:19:22they're competing with somebody who does
- 00:19:24have a team working with them
- 00:19:25eventually. I've mentioned this before.
- 00:19:27I would like to have a few people hired
- 00:19:30and working along with me to make these
- 00:19:33videos better, but for right now, that's
- 00:19:35just not something I'm doing. And I
- 00:19:37totally understand the stress that comes
- 00:19:39with that. That being said, this is not
- 00:19:41a solution. This is not something that
- 00:19:44is going to help people. Similar to what
- 00:19:46was stated in the previous tweet, this
- 00:19:48is something that could totally wreck
- 00:19:49the entire YouTube ecosystem if this
- 00:19:52becomes the future of YouTube. It's not
- 00:19:54only cheap and lazy, but it's genuinely
- 00:19:56scary because what it actually does is
- 00:19:59instead of laying the playing field with
- 00:20:01people like you, Mr. Beast, for other
- 00:20:04creators, it makes it 10 times harder
- 00:20:06because now not only are they competing
- 00:20:08with other people who have teams working
- 00:20:10with them and employees working for them
- 00:20:13to create content, but now they're also
- 00:20:15competing with AI content. That's just
- 00:20:18one example of how it could wreck the
- 00:20:20ecosystem. Another way is that people
- 00:20:22who do have teams might just start
- 00:20:24letting people go if they have people
- 00:20:26working on their thumbnails and just
- 00:20:28using the AI thumbnail feature instead.
- 00:20:30Another YouTuber, some ordinary gamers
- 00:20:32actually made a tweet that I think is
- 00:20:34very interesting and agree with and he
- 00:20:36states, "If you want to do something
- 00:20:37cool for view stats, maybe try having a
- 00:20:39system where if creators like a certain
- 00:20:41thumbnail, we can easily interact with
- 00:20:43the artist who you guys can verify and
- 00:20:45then commission. The same thing with
- 00:20:47editors. it would cut down headaches if
- 00:20:49we had a platform for hiring. Now the
- 00:20:51thing is as another creator responded
- 00:20:53known as Roberto Blake who is like a
- 00:20:56YouTube guru he actually says it exists
- 00:20:58and it's called YouTube jobs also the
- 00:21:01jobs board on the publish press and I
- 00:21:03have also seen and heard of other forms
- 00:21:06of media that you can hire people on and
- 00:21:09network with people and get employees.
- 00:21:12But I do agree that the idea would be
- 00:21:14cool to have some feature like that
- 00:21:15implemented instead of using AI because
- 00:21:17Mr. Beast is such a huge YouTuber and
- 00:21:20part of his audience despite the
- 00:21:22majority of it being kids, part of his
- 00:21:23audience are YouTube entrepreneurs. He
- 00:21:26is in the niche of like YouTube gurus
- 00:21:29and there are a good portion of people
- 00:21:31that follow him for YouTube advice. So
- 00:21:33with that in mind, it actually wouldn't
- 00:21:36be the worst idea to have some sort of
- 00:21:39feature where on his view stats website,
- 00:21:41he could have a thing where people can
- 00:21:44apply through that to work for other
- 00:21:46YouTubers and they can network in a way.
- 00:21:48or even if YouTube itself implemented
- 00:21:51some sort of thing like that because
- 00:21:52they implement a ton of other things on
- 00:21:54the back end. I'm sure it would be
- 00:21:56attainable for them to do something like
- 00:21:58that and that could actually help a lot
- 00:22:01of people with recognition and growth.
- 00:22:03But anyway, the reason I mention all of
- 00:22:05this is because Mr. Beast actually
- 00:22:06replied with, "Not a bad idea. If enough
- 00:22:09artists would be down to sign up, I
- 00:22:10could basically build a funnel for them
- 00:22:12to find thumbnail work." So, what Mr.
- 00:22:14Beast is saying here is that he's
- 00:22:15actually open to the idea of if enough
- 00:22:17people are interested in this, he could
- 00:22:20absolutely make a feature on the website
- 00:22:22where people could literally do just
- 00:22:25what we were talking about, find work on
- 00:22:27the website and be employed by YouTubers
- 00:22:29and network. Ideally, that would be a 10
- 00:22:32times better than using AI to generate
- 00:22:35slap thumbnails. People have said for
- 00:22:38years now that AI is taking the jobs of
- 00:22:40artists and eventually will take the
- 00:22:42jobs of several other different
- 00:22:45categories. It's not even just going to
- 00:22:47be people on YouTube. It could be your
- 00:22:48day-to-day job if it hasn't already
- 00:22:50been. I've literally seen when I went to
- 00:22:53go get an ultrasound a couple months
- 00:22:55ago. I remember seeing a advertisement
- 00:22:58on like a TV screen in the place where I
- 00:23:01was getting it done and they were
- 00:23:03advertising I forget for what type of
- 00:23:05scan. It wasn't the ultrasound that I
- 00:23:07was getting done, but it was like an AI
- 00:23:08assistance to help diagnose things in
- 00:23:12addition to the radiologist. And this
- 00:23:14was again not for ultrasounds. I think
- 00:23:17it might have been for MRIs or something
- 00:23:19or for specific type of imaging. On one
- 00:23:21hand, that sounds like it could be
- 00:23:23really interesting and cool because you
- 00:23:26have this tool that can help trained
- 00:23:28professionals diagnose somebody with
- 00:23:30something that could have gone missed
- 00:23:32for years. But the double-edged sword is
- 00:23:34that could it potentially eventually
- 00:23:37take over the role of the radiologist's
- 00:23:39entire job and put a radiologist out of
- 00:23:42work. If you are in the radiologist
- 00:23:44field, let me know in the comments down
- 00:23:46below because I really want to know if
- 00:23:48you have heard about this or if you have
- 00:23:50any thoughts on this because when I saw
- 00:23:51that I was like intrigued, but also, you
- 00:23:54know, there's that worry. It's at a
- 00:23:56point where AI is inescapable. It it
- 00:23:59really is. YouTube itself uses AI for
- 00:24:02its algorithms and search engines.
- 00:24:04Without you even uploading a video onto
- 00:24:06YouTube, if you are just somebody who
- 00:24:08watches content, there is an algorithm
- 00:24:10in place tailored to your viewing
- 00:24:13activity when you get a phone. Now,
- 00:24:16mine's an older version, but I believe
- 00:24:18the newer iPhones, I don't know if
- 00:24:21Android's doing it or if they plan to,
- 00:24:24but I know the new iPhones have AI just
- 00:24:27built right into it. And I believe also
- 00:24:29chat GPT if I'm correct when you use
- 00:24:32Instagram, Facebook, I think even Tik
- 00:24:34Tok. There was some sort of maybe it was
- 00:24:37Facebook. No, it was Google. It was
- 00:24:39Google where you can literally type
- 00:24:41something out and like it'll just have a
- 00:24:43whole list to the left of AI stuff. Now
- 00:24:46originally you can Google search
- 00:24:47something and it'll give you a list
- 00:24:49which I learned is just a AI answer
- 00:24:50before you get to the websites
- 00:24:52underneath. They have updated that over
- 00:24:54the past couple months I believe. Now,
- 00:24:56I've noticed that there's a tab where
- 00:24:58you can just do AI results. It's
- 00:25:00completely taken over the internet. It's
- 00:25:02completely taken over all forms of
- 00:25:04media. And if it hasn't completely taken
- 00:25:06over it yet, it will. We have just seen
- 00:25:09also the release of these AI videos with
- 00:25:12sound now where entertainment as you
- 00:25:14know it is going to be nothing but brain
- 00:25:17rot slop garbage in the next, I'd give
- 00:25:20it maybe two to 3 months. Let's get back
- 00:25:22to Mr. Beast. People are very upset with
- 00:25:24him obviously as not only are people
- 00:25:26going to be worried now that their jobs
- 00:25:29as thumbnail artists could be taken away
- 00:25:32but also just in general this sets a
- 00:25:34precedent that we're headed in a
- 00:25:36direction where everything else is. It's
- 00:25:37not just the websites, it's not just the
- 00:25:39cell phones. It's not just the
- 00:25:40technology. It's going to be the
- 00:25:42creations on these websites that are
- 00:25:44going to be infected with it. And first
- 00:25:46it was just AI images, but it is going
- 00:25:49to turn into AI generated thumbnails.
- 00:25:52It's already turned into AI generated
- 00:25:54videos. This is something that is
- 00:25:56blatantly stealing other people's
- 00:25:58content. This is just copy pasting and
- 00:26:01putting it right in and just changing
- 00:26:04someone's face or generating something
- 00:26:07the way that chat GPT would. Also, by
- 00:26:09the way, Jack Septicai had a lot to say
- 00:26:12about this as well. His YouTube channel
- 00:26:13was like put in the background of this
- 00:26:15and it pissed him off rightfully so. I
- 00:26:18would be really angry as well. That is
- 00:26:20almost like implying that all of these
- 00:26:22channels endorse this when they might
- 00:26:24not even have been asked what the
- 00:26:26actual. And he used my logo in the
- 00:26:28promotion for it, too. I hate what this
- 00:26:30platform is turning into. AI. Another
- 00:26:33YouTuber, DanTDM, posted, "Using AI and
- 00:26:36creativity makes zero sense to me.
- 00:26:38People who use it to replace creatives
- 00:26:40don't have a creative bone in their
- 00:26:41body. Learn to make something yourself
- 00:26:43and be proud of it. F AI." I find it
- 00:26:45weird that out of all of the YouTubers
- 00:26:47that Mr. Beast could have chosen or his
- 00:26:50editors could have that they actually
- 00:26:52chose Jack SeptiCai because they have
- 00:26:54had a past of not getting along. Jack
- 00:26:57Septicai has been on record before
- 00:26:59claiming that Mr. Beast had ruined
- 00:27:01YouTube a year or so ago. So to add him
- 00:27:04into this now I feel like what other
- 00:27:07reaction were you expecting? And it's
- 00:27:09not like Jack had just made a comment
- 00:27:11and Mr. Beast didn't see it. Mr. Beast
- 00:27:14responded to it. A while back, Jack
- 00:27:16SeptiCai had done a lie detector test
- 00:27:19and somebody asked him about his
- 00:27:21thoughts on Mr. Beast. And this is what
- 00:27:22he had to say. Now, Jack, a completely
- 00:27:25unrelated question. Do you like Mr.
- 00:27:28Beast? No.
- 00:27:32Jack, do you think Mr. Beast ruined
- 00:27:35YouTube? Yes.
- 00:27:39Now, in all honesty, Jack, why? because
- 00:27:42it became more about views, money, and
- 00:27:43popularity than it did about having fun.
- 00:27:45You just don't think you had fun playing
- 00:27:47squid games? You think you had fun
- 00:27:49riding on yachts? Building wells in
- 00:27:51Africa. I don't know. If he had fun
- 00:27:53doing those videos, they'd be longer.
- 00:27:55We'd see the fun. Jimmy, Mr. Beast
- 00:27:59didn't take too kindly to this as he
- 00:28:01replied with, "So, I quote unquote
- 00:28:04ruined YouTube because I didn't buy a
- 00:28:06mansion and sports cars and instead
- 00:28:08reinvested my money into making content
- 00:28:10and focused on doing good and inspiring
- 00:28:13kids to help people." Quote, "If he had
- 00:28:15fun, the videos would be longer." What
- 00:28:17does that even mean, lol? You think I'd
- 00:28:19give up every hour of my life for 14
- 00:28:21years if I didn't have fun? This clip is
- 00:28:23insanely disrespectful in my opinion.
- 00:28:26And obviously there is so much I could
- 00:28:27say about his content, but I'll just
- 00:28:29take the punches and be the bigger man.
- 00:28:31Sigh. Back then, regardless of whose
- 00:28:34side you were on in this situation, it
- 00:28:36is clear that Jimmy was not happy
- 00:28:38hearing about the criticisms that Jack
- 00:28:41Septic Eye had about him. And back when
- 00:28:43this happened, it was a pretty big
- 00:28:45story. So, even though I'm sure he
- 00:28:48probably had somebody edit this video
- 00:28:50for him, and maybe he didn't see the
- 00:28:52clip with Jack Septicai's profile
- 00:28:55picture in the background, but you would
- 00:28:57think that even his editors or somebody
- 00:28:59who created this clip should be aware
- 00:29:02that this would be a really big mistake
- 00:29:05to add this creator in it because I
- 00:29:07highly doubt that after all of that,
- 00:29:09Jack gave permission to use his image in
- 00:29:12something like this, especially with the
- 00:29:14response he had given. And don't get it
- 00:29:15twisted. It would be one thing if you're
- 00:29:17adding somebody's picture, if you're
- 00:29:19talking about them in like a commentary
- 00:29:22styled fashion. He was using Jack
- 00:29:24Septic's image to endorse this program.
- 00:29:29At least that's what I would take away
- 00:29:30from this. Let me know your thoughts on
- 00:29:32this in the comments down below. So on
- 00:29:34Tik Tok, I've noticed a lot of videos
- 00:29:37have been popping up because as I
- 00:29:39mentioned, there is this new AI video
- 00:29:42feature where AI now can have sound and
- 00:29:45voices autogenerated into the video
- 00:29:48where before it was just you could only
- 00:29:49generate soundless moving picture, which
- 00:29:52by the way, for it to evolve that fast
- 00:29:55from like about a year ago is wild. But
- 00:29:59there are videos that have been popping
- 00:30:00up on Tik Tok where people are posting
- 00:30:03AI generated skits, comedy skits. So
- 00:30:07it's not just on YouTube, it's on Tik
- 00:30:10Tok, it's everywhere. And maybe like at
- 00:30:13least half of the content you consume
- 00:30:15will eventually be AI. And it may even
- 00:30:17get to a point where you don't even
- 00:30:19realize it. And that's scary. Like I
- 00:30:21said earlier on in this video, I don't
- 00:30:23think it's going to just be limited to
- 00:30:25online spaces. I think that this is
- 00:30:27eventually going to affect people's
- 00:30:28day-to-day life in one way or another.
- 00:30:30Like I mentioned earlier, when it comes
- 00:30:32to medical stuff, I could see it
- 00:30:34definitely playing a part there along
- 00:30:36with other jobs and other things. And
- 00:30:39it's just something that I think we're
- 00:30:40beyond a point of really being able to
- 00:30:45stop. But what makes a lot of people
- 00:30:47really upset with Mr. Beast specifically
- 00:30:50is that he isn't just a YouTuber
- 00:30:51anymore, but he started as a YouTuber.
- 00:30:53He is somebody who advertises himself as
- 00:30:56somebody who wants to see other
- 00:30:57YouTubers grow. And this is just going
- 00:30:59to hurt people. I feel more than help
- 00:31:01people. It may help a few channels here
- 00:31:03and there, but eventually you're also
- 00:31:04going to get to a point where all these
- 00:31:06thumbnails are going to look exactly the
- 00:31:08same because they're going to be
- 00:31:09generated the same, and you're going to
- 00:31:11have to pick out which one's real. Thank
- 00:31:13you so much if you made it all the way
- 00:31:14to the end of this video. I know this
- 00:31:15wasn't as long or serious as some of the
- 00:31:18topics we cover on this channel, but I
- 00:31:20do appreciate you being here, and I do
- 00:31:21appreciate everybody supporting me over
- 00:31:23on Patreon and through YouTube
- 00:31:25memberships. With that being said, I
- 00:31:26will see you in the next video where we
- 00:31:28talk about something much crazier.
