- 00:01:01have whatever you're doing that takes up
- 00:01:038 to 10 hours a day already and after
- 00:01:05that time you're just drained I actually
- 00:01:07remember going home from work and trying
- 00:01:10to go to the gym after work when I would
- 00:01:12normally go in the morning and the
- 00:01:14workouts just sucked and it pissed me
- 00:01:17off even more because then I have to go
- 00:01:20home in rush hour after that get home
- 00:01:22not have any time on my hands and life
- 00:01:24just sucked all around so I want to
- 00:01:26teach you how to leverage the minimum
- 00:01:28amount of time you have like any other
- 00:01:31person that builds a business from
- 00:01:32scratch because that's all the time they
- 00:01:34have they don't have 12 to 15 hours a
- 00:01:36day to do that they have 1 hour a day
- 00:01:38I'm going to teach you how to use that 1
- 00:01:40hour a day and we're going to talk about
- 00:01:41various other things in between this
- 00:01:43isn't necessarily a deep work routine
- 00:01:45video more as how to just tap into the
- 00:01:49universal principle that is leverage
- 00:01:52person a can work 12 hours a day and
- 00:01:54make $50,000 a year person B can work 1
- 00:01:57hour a day and make 5 million a year the
- 00:02:00difference is skill leverage and
- 00:02:02understanding not how hard long or
- 00:02:04organized you work please hammer this
- 00:02:06into your head you see entrepreneurs
- 00:02:09entrepreneurs are generalists they are
- 00:02:12problem solvers they have dominion over
- 00:02:14everything that they run like a
- 00:02:16well-oiled machine the entrepreneurs
- 00:02:18entire goal that they're working towards
- 00:02:21is to reduce the hours they work so when
- 00:02:24you see someone making 5 to 10 million
- 00:02:26with a reasonable lifestyle business
- 00:02:28some of them don't even work they don't
- 00:02:30have to work many of them choose to work
- 00:02:32because they want to so just knowing
- 00:02:34that those kinds of people are out there
- 00:02:36means that it's possible and that it's
- 00:02:38probably replicable and that you can
- 00:02:40probably do the same and to think that
- 00:02:42working hard for 12 hours on a
- 00:02:44replaceable task under a boss and not
- 00:02:47taking control of every single thing
- 00:02:49that would make you the boss and make
- 00:02:51you the money is kind of foolish and you
- 00:02:53are going to be trapped in that $50,000
- 00:02:55to maybe $300,000 range for most of your
- 00:02:59life and you you are not going to get
- 00:03:00out of that unless you choose to be an
- 00:03:02entrepreneur because that is the only
- 00:03:04way that you can tap into a broader
- 00:03:06sense of Leverage yes you can use
- 00:03:07leverage in your work to do better work
- 00:03:09but what about leverage in your life
- 00:03:11entrepreneurship is the first step to
- 00:03:12unlocking that leverage I personally
- 00:03:15made the most money in my life when I
- 00:03:16was working 2 to 4 hours a day just
- 00:03:19because I had leverage locked down when
- 00:03:21I went to build other things like cortex
- 00:03:23or new products or other things like
- 00:03:25that that's when I would have to work
- 00:03:27longer because I'm building something
- 00:03:29new in until that system is built and
- 00:03:31then I can just maintain that system and
- 00:03:33that takes less time to maintain the
- 00:03:35system rather than build the system so
- 00:03:37the majority of my days I'd say 90% of
- 00:03:39my days throughout my entire time being
- 00:03:41an entrepreneur I've spent less than or
- 00:03:432 to 4 hours a day actually working
- 00:03:46other times I work more most of the time
- 00:03:48I work 2 to 4 hours a day cuz that's all
- 00:03:49it takes I'm going to tell you how I was
- 00:03:51able to work 2 to 4 hours a day because
- 00:03:53I was quick to identify what my highest
- 00:03:55leverage tasks were most people have
- 00:03:58difficulty finding what these tasks are
- 00:04:00because cultural beliefs are still
- 00:04:02dominated by the oldest Generations this
- 00:04:04is just a thing this is how values and
- 00:04:07beliefs evolve on a global or cultural
- 00:04:10or societal scale is that the oldest
- 00:04:13Generations their beliefs once they
- 00:04:15crystallize around the age of 25 because
- 00:04:19that's when studies various Studies have
- 00:04:21shown that your belief system kind of
- 00:04:25becomes ideology to you it becomes Dogma
- 00:04:27to you and you don't navigate navigate
- 00:04:30out of that very often once that happens
- 00:04:33that's what goes on to shape the schools
- 00:04:35government policy other things like that
- 00:04:38and just parents raising children so
- 00:04:40they're raised in that belief system and
- 00:04:42that dominates Society for a long amount
- 00:04:44of time the reason I'm saying this is
- 00:04:46because what I'm saying wouldn't have
- 00:04:47even been possible around 20 years ago
- 00:04:51technology has evolved where we have
- 00:04:53tools at our disposal that's what makes
- 00:04:55humans so powerful in being generalists
- 00:04:58is that we build tools so that we don't
- 00:05:00go extinct animals Niche down into
- 00:05:02specific environments and that's what
- 00:05:05allows them to survive unless they over
- 00:05:06specialize we'll talk about this in
- 00:05:08another video so that you don't go
- 00:05:10extinct maybe that's a good title for
- 00:05:12the video but computers and animals
- 00:05:14Niche down humans are generalist because
- 00:05:15they build the tools that allow them not
- 00:05:17to go extinct if an animal can't hunt
- 00:05:19for food with its physical abilities
- 00:05:22then it's going to go extinct a human on
- 00:05:23the other hand builds something that
- 00:05:25allows them to hunt for food in their
- 00:05:27environment now you have techn
- 00:05:29technology software things like a camera
- 00:05:32that you may not see the depth and
- 00:05:34meaning behind and how it allows you to
- 00:05:36survive better in the age that we're in
- 00:05:38and if you weren't leveraging technology
- 00:05:40modern skill acquisition Etc then you're
- 00:05:43going to be a part of the systems that
- 00:05:46were built previously by prior
- 00:05:47Generations like the school system and
- 00:05:50relying on someone else to make you an
- 00:05:52income rather than you doing it yourself
- 00:05:54now I was a rebel as a teenager and I
- 00:05:57know that a lot of you were too that's
- 00:05:58why you follow me because we resonate
- 00:06:01the reason I say that is because I
- 00:06:02noticed this opportunity rather early
- 00:06:04you probably did too it explains why
- 00:06:07many 16 to 25y olds who haven't had a
- 00:06:09crystallized identity yet are making
- 00:06:12absurd amount of money just by posting
- 00:06:13Tik toks and sending the traffic to A
- 00:06:16Drop Shipping product that they made not
- 00:06:17that I recommend doing that but people
- 00:06:19are making millions doing that and if I
- 00:06:22can do something I enjoy and control how
- 00:06:25much time I work in that throughout my
- 00:06:26day that's a success for me I don't need
- 00:06:28to make billions upon billions of
- 00:06:30dollars I just want to make a good
- 00:06:31amount of money and be able to control
- 00:06:33my day work on what I want enjoy my life
- 00:06:36focus on other areas like Health
- 00:06:38relationships other things I don't want
- 00:06:40to become over specialized in one like
- 00:06:43business while detri menting my health
- 00:06:45other things like that aside from the
- 00:06:46point let's continue I started
- 00:06:47freelancing because I wanted to control
- 00:06:49my time I realized that once I made that
- 00:06:51a success with a lot of trial and error
- 00:06:53and failure that I still didn't control
- 00:06:55my time I had 5 to 10 bosses instead of
- 00:06:58one they were called clients then I saw
- 00:07:01the opportunity of social media in that
- 00:07:03I could build an audience to attract
- 00:07:05clients or potentially create products
- 00:07:07to sell through an audience I acted as a
- 00:07:09one-person Media company with the tools
- 00:07:11available to me now in this generation
- 00:07:14the oneperson business is a prime
- 00:07:15example of how generalists are thriving
- 00:07:17in this age AKA a Creator or oneperson
- 00:07:20Media company so I started writing on
- 00:07:22social media if you go look at my social
- 00:07:24media you know what I mean I write stuff
- 00:07:26on Twitter and my newsletter I repurpose
- 00:07:28that to YouTube to Instagram all
- 00:07:30platforms it starts with writing and
- 00:07:32then I incorporate video where I need to
- 00:07:34like YouTube then along the way to get
- 00:07:36out of client work I built digital
- 00:07:39products like ebooks courses templates
- 00:07:42planners systems and new software like a
- 00:07:44software that I'm building now so people
- 00:07:46ask how I earn a few million a year
- 00:07:48working on average 2 to 4 hours a day I
- 00:07:51don't feel like it's too hard to wrap
- 00:07:52your head around over 5 years I've grown
- 00:07:54to millions of followers on social media
- 00:07:57meaning I have traffic I have people
- 00:07:59people buy products people love to buy
- 00:08:00things some people love to increase
- 00:08:02their value they like to learn new
- 00:08:04skills they're like me I am the niche
- 00:08:06you are the niche I sell to people that
- 00:08:07are like myself by teaching them the
- 00:08:09skills I've learned under my own brand
- 00:08:12so when I sell an ebook or a course or a
- 00:08:13template it's usually I'm selling
- 00:08:15something that I've already bought from
- 00:08:17someone else but I'm creating it in the
- 00:08:19way that I want to create it so if I
- 00:08:20have millions of people following me and
- 00:08:22I charge 150 to however much for a
- 00:08:24product and a certain amount of people
- 00:08:26buy that that equals millions of dollars
- 00:08:28it's not that hard that's what happens
- 00:08:30when you're an entrepreneur and you're
- 00:08:32in control of customer acquisition and
- 00:08:34the product itself and all the skills in
- 00:08:37between like Marketing sales and
- 00:08:39operations so across many platforms I
- 00:08:41did some rough math and I get around 10
- 00:08:44to 20 million impressions per month so
- 00:08:47if I convert a fraction of that number
- 00:08:50on a $150 product or even my book a $28
- 00:08:53product I'll let you try to do the math
- 00:08:55on that and just see how it works out
- 00:08:57now do the math for yourself how long is
- 00:08:59it going to going to take you to learn
- 00:09:01social media so that you can generate a
- 00:09:03certain amount of Impressions and learn
- 00:09:05how to send it to a landing page and a
- 00:09:06product and add a buy button there so
- 00:09:08people can actually pay you for the
- 00:09:09value that you're creating now before we
- 00:09:11dig into the three forms of Leverage I
- 00:09:15just want to update you once again

- 00:10:07just the three forms of Leverage the
- 00:10:09first is labor the second is capital the
- 00:10:11third is products with no marginal cost
- 00:10:13of replication to start why should you
- 00:10:16care about leverage when it comes to
- 00:10:18changing your life because getting rich
- 00:10:21is about knowing what to do who to do it
- 00:10:23with and when to do it and if you only
- 00:10:25have 1 hour in the day that becomes even
- 00:10:28more important because you you need to
- 00:10:29know what to work on who to work with
- 00:10:32and how both of those fit into the
- 00:10:35puzzle piece that is the digital world
- 00:10:37so the first form of Leverage is labor
- 00:10:40as leverage labor was useful in the past
- 00:10:42but today it's not so much because this
- 00:10:45is the main problem on everyone's mind
- 00:10:47right now with AI and automation is
- 00:10:49labor jobs are being phased out because
- 00:10:51labor almost by definition is hyp
- 00:10:55specialization because if everyone's
- 00:10:57doing labor they're all focusing on one
- 00:10:58thing they're not learning a variety of
- 00:11:00skills they're not managing people under
- 00:11:02them they aren't necessarily generalist
- 00:11:03and therefore computers or robots will
- 00:11:06be the first those will be the first
- 00:11:08things that they do I personally believe
- 00:11:10that the universe or Evolution has been
- 00:11:13solving this problem for the longest
- 00:11:14time people don't like to work it's
- 00:11:16obvious that is they don't like to work
- 00:11:19when it feels like work they want to
- 00:11:21work as a necessary balance to the rest
- 00:11:23in their life and we call that their
- 00:11:25life's work or meaningful work and that
- 00:11:27is up to you to choose and use as a
- 00:11:30creative challenge for yourself it
- 00:11:32continuously evolves that's how you know
- 00:11:34something is an infinite game versus a
- 00:11:36finite game is you create the rules of
- 00:11:38the game and you can continue creating
- 00:11:39the rules of the game so that there is
- 00:11:41no end you never win and therefore you
- 00:11:44never lose you just play so when work
- 00:11:48and rest collapse they turn into play
- 00:11:50the thing here labor as leverage means
- 00:11:52that you employ someone to work for you
- 00:11:55the other thing here that nval brings up
- 00:11:57is that everyone nowadays wants to be
- 00:11:59the top player they want to be the top
- 00:12:02monkey everyone wants equity and
- 00:12:04everyone doesn't want to do that much
- 00:12:05work and they want massive salaries
- 00:12:07while not really doing anything so it's
- 00:12:09just all a volatile status game the
- 00:12:12second thing here is that more people
- 00:12:13are being turned on to entrepreneurship
- 00:12:16and another quote of Naval is that there
- 00:12:17are 7 billion people on this planet
- 00:12:19someday I hope there are 7 billion
- 00:12:20companies I personally see this as a
- 00:12:22thing it's emergent with the crater
- 00:12:25economy in that everyone can talk about
- 00:12:27what they want do what they want nature
- 00:12:29will kind of filter people out into the
- 00:12:31interests that they enjoy that are
- 00:12:32complimentary to everyone that's how
- 00:12:34Synergy or unification is created on the
- 00:12:36Internet by people just leaning into
- 00:12:38their nature pursuing their curiosity
- 00:12:40and distributing the value and goods as
- 00:12:42AI takes out the problems that we don't
- 00:12:45want to solve as humans from under us
- 00:12:47now that's kind of a pipe dream I'll
- 00:12:49admit but I think it's a good Vision to
- 00:12:51work towards because you don't predict
- 00:12:53the future you create it and I like
- 00:12:56working towards this vision for the
- 00:12:57future hopefully you do too because it
- 00:12:59benefits us there's going to be caveats
- 00:13:01of course we'll move on actually we're
- 00:13:03not going to move on because I didn't
- 00:13:04finish that point we're going to talk
- 00:13:06about and hit on the point that people
- 00:13:09know that they can learn anything build
- 00:13:11anything and actually create an income
- 00:13:12for themselves on the internet because
- 00:13:14the tools and resources are so readily
- 00:13:16available and efficient for them with
- 00:13:18something like real estate where it's a
- 00:13:20physical resource it's scarce that's not
- 00:13:22it's it's not efficient it's not cost
- 00:13:25friendly to you in the digital space
- 00:13:27things are very affordable they're very
- 00:13:29accessible you can use a software and do
- 00:13:32so much with it you can purchase courses
- 00:13:34at a fraction of the cost of college
- 00:13:36curriculums people are worried some very
- 00:13:38few people idiots frankly are worried
- 00:13:40about scams because they're the ones
- 00:13:42that get scammed and then they're very
- 00:13:43vocal it's like the vocal minority but
- 00:13:46the space has progressed and evolved and
- 00:13:49a lot of the courses that you'll get
- 00:13:50nowadays are pretty freaking decent and
- 00:13:52if that like nothing's stopping you from
- 00:13:55getting a refund on most of them like if
- 00:13:57you don't like it or you get quote
- 00:13:58unquote scammed because most of the time
- 00:14:00you just don't do the work or you buy it
- 00:14:01thinking that oh if I pay $35 I'm going
- 00:14:04to make a million there's refunds like
- 00:14:06the financial system is there so labor
- 00:14:09can still work obviously people still
- 00:14:10have employees I Tech I don't actually
- 00:14:13have employees I have contractors and I
- 00:14:15only have like one under my actual
- 00:14:18business my onep person business the
- 00:14:20personal brand I have one contractor
- 00:14:22editor cortex is also contractors for
- 00:14:25now so we don't necessarily have
- 00:14:26employees we have a bunch of one person
- 00:14:28businesses coming together that's kind
- 00:14:30of what the Creator economy is second
- 00:14:32form of Leverage is capital as leverage
- 00:14:34capital is a more recent invention when
- 00:14:36labor has been around since forever in
- 00:14:39essence Capital as leverage means that
- 00:14:40you can spend money to make more money
- 00:14:42you can invest in businesses real estate
- 00:14:44stocks or crypto you can invest in
- 00:14:46resources that take work off your hands
- 00:14:48you can invest in information that
- 00:14:49allows you to avoid costly mistakes make
- 00:14:51better decisions and become more
- 00:14:53efficient with your time you spend money
- 00:14:55to make money the problem is that most
- 00:14:58people are broke in more areas than
- 00:15:00finances they don't have enough money to
- 00:15:02invest in assets that pay them back an
- 00:15:05actual reasonable amount we're going to
- 00:15:06talk about this in a future video in
- 00:15:09like a week from now but I remember when
- 00:15:11my mom would always tell me to just
- 00:15:13invest even if it's like a dollar for a
- 00:15:16year then that'll turn into a billion
- 00:15:18dollars in the future and I still feel
- 00:15:20like that's the dominant cultural
- 00:15:21Paradigm that a lot of children are
- 00:15:23indoctrinated into and they just waste
- 00:15:25the last of their pennies to make a few
- 00:15:27million when they're like 4 years old
- 00:15:29when it's like dude just start a
- 00:15:30business learn some skills like create
- 00:15:33value live a meaningful life and get
- 00:15:35paid more than a million a year by doing
- 00:15:38so and then you have money to invest
- 00:15:40down the road to make however much you
- 00:15:43want in the future through investing and
- 00:15:45you get to live a good life along the
- 00:15:46way you're not wasting all of your money
- 00:15:48just for you're not wasting the entire
- 00:15:4940 Years of your life just to then live
- 00:15:51so we'll talk about that more in another
- 00:15:54video let's get on to the third form of
- 00:15:56Leverage which is digital products as
- 00:15:59leverage first let's go over two quotes
- 00:16:01from Balaji it's a digital first world
- 00:16:04physical is now a premium product
- 00:16:06physical then digital then native
- 00:16:08digital think about those for a second
- 00:16:11as we dig into this first what is a
- 00:16:13product a product is an item good or
- 00:16:15creation that people can consume a
- 00:16:17product is what stands between the
- 00:16:19consumer and the Creator physical
- 00:16:20products have their limits like shipping
- 00:16:22costs manufacturing costs and entropy
- 00:16:24costs like perishable goods and books
- 00:16:26that get beat up a digital product on
- 00:16:28the other hand Falls in line with
- 00:16:29naval's definition of no marginal cost
- 00:16:31of replication a digital product is the
- 00:16:33epitome of build once sell twice from
- 00:16:37Jack butcher that's a quote of his
- 00:16:38digital products include but are not
- 00:16:40limited to code movies articles podcasts
- 00:16:44content newsletters courses ebooks in a
- 00:16:46nutshell it's media and code and all of
- 00:16:49these can be monetized like something
- 00:16:50like a paid newsletter or podcast or
- 00:16:53movie or book or whatever but of course
- 00:16:55that's not all of those aren't the most
- 00:16:57profitable way of going about things
- 00:16:59some of them are better given for free
- 00:17:01some of them are better given paid like
- 00:17:03a course ebook Etc where there's more
- 00:17:05depth of knowledge rather than something
- 00:17:07like a post on social media obviously
- 00:17:09some people have luck doing that I don't
- 00:17:11recommend it as a way to go but my
- 00:17:12advice there is to not necessarily only
- 00:17:15listen to me or be dogmatic about what I
- 00:17:17say and to do what makes you the most
- 00:17:19curious do what you want so that you can
- 00:17:21make mistakes and correct those mistakes
- 00:17:23because that is going to be a faster
- 00:17:25route to success than listening to me
- 00:17:27and making a success and then blaming it
- 00:17:29on me and then quitting allog together
- 00:17:31the thing here is that I personally
- 00:17:33think the media side of things is more
- 00:17:35important than the code side of things
- 00:17:36where I believe I can just kind of sense
- 00:17:38that Nal is more on the code side of
- 00:17:40things than the media side of things
- 00:17:41with code we've built no code tools to
- 00:17:45allow the everyday individual to really
- 00:17:47leverage media social media as an
- 00:17:48example you can post and attract an
- 00:17:50audience of hundreds of thousands tens
- 00:17:52of thousands it doesn't even matter
- 00:17:5410,000 people 10,000 audience is a lot
- 00:17:56of people so in terms of reaching the
- 00:17:59goal of making money I personally think
- 00:18:00media is more important so you can
- 00:18:02attract an audience and it doesn't cost
- 00:18:04anything to create a knowledge product
- 00:18:07or a digital product like a course or a
- 00:18:09book or something that is so readily
- 00:18:11accessible you don't need a publisher
- 00:18:13anymore you just go to Amazon KDP they
- 00:18:16literally you upload your book file they
- 00:18:18print it on demand and send it to your
- 00:18:20customer of course you get absolutely
- 00:18:23terrible royalties doing that but it's
- 00:18:25still an option and that's what I mean
- 00:18:26is that I don't need we're paying a lot
- 00:18:29every week for the development of Cortex
- 00:18:32so if you don't want to learn to code
- 00:18:34and you don't have that M much manpower
- 00:18:35to create a massive app then I
- 00:18:38personally recommend going the media
- 00:18:40route building courses and other things
- 00:18:42until you generate cash flow and then
- 00:18:44you can evolve into something that
- 00:18:46demands more cash from you that you can
- 00:18:48turn into a bigger business so as a
- 00:18:51beginner I don't think it's wise to
- 00:18:53become a startup idea junkie and waste
- 00:18:57your entire life doing that and
- 00:18:58potentially getting nowhere because the
- 00:18:59failure the failure rate is so high to
- 00:19:02start with something that is completely
- 00:19:03within your control and if you have a
- 00:19:06brain you can usually iterate your way
- 00:19:08to replacing your own income at very
- 00:19:10minimum with media and courses books
- 00:19:13knowledge work posts on social media
- 00:19:15building an audience Etc then get
- 00:19:18startup obsessed another thing there is
- 00:19:20that I can attract an audience with
- 00:19:22media and get sponsorships There is
- 00:19:24almost a guaranteed way to monetize with
- 00:19:27an audience with code I can build the
- 00:19:29app but I don't have the marketing knoow
- 00:19:31or the audience I can't get users if I
- 00:19:34don't have that side down so that's why
- 00:19:36I believe media is the more important
- 00:19:38skill to go after now how do we actually
- 00:19:41make the most of our knowledge now we
- 00:19:45understand leverage we understand that
- 00:19:46digital products are the highest form of
- 00:19:48Leverage we understand that media is one
- 00:19:50of the best skills to learn and leverage
- 00:19:52going into the future to take control of
- 00:19:54your life so what do we actually do step
- 00:19:57one in my eyes is to build when psychic
- 00:20:00entropy is low a quick thing on Psychic
- 00:20:03entropy is that entropy is things
- 00:20:05tending toward disorder psychic entropy
- 00:20:07is your mind tending toward disorder
- 00:20:09This Is Why We crave order We crave
- 00:20:12security We crave Comfort We crave goals
- 00:20:15and the clarity to achieve the goals
- 00:20:16that's why you go to school get a job
- 00:20:18and continue going to that job
- 00:20:19regardless of how unfulfilling it is you
- 00:20:21surround yourself with the same physical
- 00:20:23and digital information that confirms
- 00:20:24who you currently are not who you want
- 00:20:26to be so follow new people if you want
- 00:20:28to begin reprogramming your mind and
- 00:20:30anything outside of what you believe is
- 00:20:32seen as a threat and you have an
- 00:20:34emotional mind closing reaction that
- 00:20:35prevents you from seeing any truth in
- 00:20:37any situation and when you study human
- 00:20:39nature you understand that understanding
- 00:20:42this concept is what separates the lies
- 00:20:44from the Sheep the 1% from the 99% is
- 00:20:47that the 1% consistently throw
- 00:20:49themselves into the unknown to put their
- 00:20:51mind in this absorption State this
- 00:20:53learning state to discover new things
- 00:20:55because that's what education is it's
- 00:20:57Discovery it's not memor ation it's not
- 00:20:59Conformity it's not conditioning it's
- 00:21:02Discovery and the only place you can
- 00:21:04discover things is the unknown not the
- 00:21:06known so if you work a job for power
- 00:21:08over long you're not learning anything
- 00:21:10new in that domain of life that's just a
- 00:21:12rant on entropy psychic entropy but it's
- 00:21:15so important to understand that that you
- 00:21:17need to use entropy to your advantage
- 00:21:19you need to use the Flow State and the
- 00:21:22clarity that comes from the known and
- 00:21:25focusing but you also need to leverage
- 00:21:27opening yourself up
- 00:21:29and expanding your mind to new
- 00:21:30discoveries along the way throughout
- 00:21:32your day getting into what to actually
- 00:21:34do if you can spend 8 hours building
- 00:21:36someone else's dreams you can spend 1
- 00:21:38hour building your own you only have 1
- 00:21:41hour in the day and to me it's silly to
- 00:21:44save that time that one hour for after
- 00:21:47work or after your responsibilities when
- 00:21:49you're making risky decisions and you
- 00:21:51are tired and other things when entropy
- 00:21:53is high when your mind is already done
- 00:21:56it doesn't have the energy to focus so
- 00:21:59success is about entropy management and
- 00:22:01entropy is low in the morning you need
- 00:22:04to know how to release and constrain
- 00:22:06entropy in your days weeks months and
- 00:22:08years you need to release entropy when
- 00:22:10life gets boring and repetitive by
- 00:22:11setting and pursuing new goals you need
- 00:22:13to constrain entropy when life gets
- 00:22:15overwhelming by deconstructing those
- 00:22:17goals into smaller more clear manageable
- 00:22:19goals wake up 1 hour earlier is what
- 00:22:22I've been getting to this entire time
- 00:22:24focus on one to three lever moving tasks
- 00:22:26toward a goal that you set for yourself
- 00:22:28and I'm assuming that this goal is going
- 00:22:30to be based around making more money
- 00:22:31because that's what's on everyone's mind
- 00:22:33people suppress that they're like oh
- 00:22:35money's evil money's bad why am I
- 00:22:36thinking about money so much when that's
- 00:22:39in today's world the thing that leads to
- 00:22:42you being able to improve other areas of
- 00:22:44your life of course you can improve them
- 00:22:46without money but it's so much easier to
- 00:22:48improve your relationships your health
- 00:22:50everything with money to a certain
- 00:22:52extent you don't have to go overboard
- 00:22:54but I promise it's like when people say
- 00:22:56oh I don't want to go to the gym because
- 00:22:58I'm going to get too big that's not
- 00:22:59going to happen oh I don't want to start
- 00:23:01a business because I'm afraid I'm just
- 00:23:02going to make too much money and become
- 00:23:05addicted to it that's what we're all
- 00:23:06trying to do dude start the business
- 00:23:08you're not going to make too much money
- 00:23:10so wake up an hour earlier and do the
- 00:23:12work one to three lever moving tasks
- 00:23:15Point number two that I just want to
- 00:23:16touch on is productivity and creativity
- 00:23:18blocks the balance of those fill your
- 00:23:20brain in the afternoons with books
- 00:23:22learning and socialization empty your
- 00:23:24brain before bed with journaling
- 00:23:26planning and meditation use your brain
- 00:23:28in the morning with creation output and
- 00:23:31focus I personally like to oscillate
- 00:23:33between two macro States Of
- 00:23:34Consciousness in the morning which is
- 00:23:37productivity and creativity I like to
- 00:23:38focus for that first 1 to two hours and
- 00:23:41I like to go on a walk take a break
- 00:23:43release a bit think about the intention
- 00:23:45for the next work block go into it do
- 00:23:47the same thing repeat until I go to the
- 00:23:49gym and throughout this entire time I'm
- 00:23:51releasing entropy the first work block
- 00:23:53is very dedicated no phone straight to
- 00:23:55writing after the walk and on the walk
- 00:23:57I'm listening to things listening to
- 00:23:59ideas then when I get back I'm doing
- 00:24:02things like email and maintenance work
- 00:24:04so I'm interacting with people in my
- 00:24:06business then after that it's like okay
- 00:24:08full-blown I'm messaging people during
- 00:24:11the day etc etc but then when I go to
- 00:24:13the gym that's a hard cut off time for a
- 00:24:16lot of that business that's like a hard
- 00:24:17reset I go to the gym and I get home and
- 00:24:20it's like okay I can read a book for a
- 00:24:22bit I can do a bit of work if I want I
- 00:24:24do whatever I want because the 2 to four
- 00:24:25hours a day I've managed everything me
- 00:24:28going to the gym is like the Parkinson's
- 00:24:29law of my work where at 1:00 or 2:00 or
- 00:24:33whatever time I go to the gym I need to
- 00:24:35finish my work before then because I
- 00:24:36know that I'm not going to want to do it
- 00:24:37after I'm going to be tired of course
- 00:24:40sometimes I work after that especially
- 00:24:41when the pressure is high mainly when
- 00:24:44the pressure is high it's like working
- 00:24:45like a lion to go and Hunt when you're
- 00:24:47hungry if I'm not really forced to do
- 00:24:50the work in the afternoon then I'm not
- 00:24:51going to do it and I usually
- 00:24:52procrastinate until I have to do it and
- 00:24:54then the work gets done pretty well step
- 00:24:56number three is understanding the levers
- 00:24:58of the new Rich you have two priorities
- 00:25:02the first is audience which is building
- 00:25:04an audience of people to remove your
- 00:25:05dependency on your employer government
- 00:25:07and any other centralized entity that
- 00:25:09controls most aspects of your life now
- 00:25:11some people will argue well social media
- 00:25:13is a centralized entity you have these
- 00:25:15big social media companies that have
- 00:25:17your information etc etc yes but there's
- 00:25:20no real solution yet that where you can
- 00:25:23build an audience outside of that aside
- 00:25:25from an email list so if you build a
- 00:25:27newsletter an email list which is what I
- 00:25:28teach into a writer or the writer's boot
- 00:25:30camp for cortex that's how you transfer
- 00:25:33your audience off platform so that you
- 00:25:35can't get deplatform because you have
- 00:25:37those emails the second lever is product
- 00:25:40so building a product so people can give
- 00:25:42you money in exchange for something that
- 00:25:43benefits their lives this is the only
- 00:25:45way to take control of your income and
- 00:25:47stop relying on anyone else to make you
- 00:25:49money this is what I teach in the new
- 00:25:50course mental monetization so both of
- 00:25:52those courses are complimentary if you
- 00:25:54want to build a product to actually
- 00:25:56monetize your creative work that's the
- 00:25:58option if you want to build an audience
- 00:26:00two-hour writer to go along with this I
- 00:26:02find it quite funny that all beginners
- 00:26:04ask how do I make money that like that's
- 00:26:06just been a thought in their mind and
- 00:26:08when they're given the answer for almost
- 00:26:11literally the only way to make money
- 00:26:14they don't do it and they go and Chase
- 00:26:16something else they go and Chase a
- 00:26:18method that is reserved for people with
- 00:26:20money because they think they can make a
- 00:26:22lot of money there like crypto investing
- 00:26:24real estate other things you need money
- 00:26:26to actually make substantial money from
- 00:26:28those things so the answer is you make
- 00:26:31money by starting a business you make
- 00:26:33money by Distributing a product with a
- 00:26:35price tag on it thinking that you don't
- 00:26:37have to build a product is foolish I
- 00:26:40know some of you will only understand
- 00:26:42this if I'm harsh with you so please if
- 00:26:44you still don't know how to make money
- 00:26:46yet now is your chance to listen the
- 00:26:48only way to make money outside of ways
- 00:26:51where you need money to make money is to
- 00:26:53build a product and get it in front of
- 00:26:55people so that they can purchase that
- 00:26:57product then and only then once you have
- 00:27:00a minimum of $220,000 to $50,000 a month
- 00:27:04in Revenue should you even think about
- 00:27:06investing that money as capital even
- 00:27:09like you'll still make more money if you
- 00:27:11just invest that money back into the
- 00:27:12business just focus on cash flow please
- 00:27:16making more money will solve 99% of your
- 00:27:19problems relating to money so
- 00:27:21freelancing agency work information
- 00:27:23products I don't care I recommend what I
- 00:27:25recommend and what I teach but do
- 00:27:27whatever you
- 00:27:28want Under the Umbrella of generalized
- 00:27:32principles relating to how to make money
- 00:27:33we live in a digital world with more
- 00:27:35resources more efficiency and lower cost
- 00:27:38so more people can generate wealth in
- 00:27:39that space the digital space step four
- 00:27:42is to just choose two to three
- 00:27:44intersecting interests as your Niche
- 00:27:46don't go too over specialized yet or at
- 00:27:50all ever now I've talked about niching
- 00:27:52down and building a broad audience many
- 00:27:54times in the past talked about niching
- 00:27:56down in the video where you are the most
- 00:27:58profitable Niche or the most profitable
- 00:27:59Niche is you and then building a broad
- 00:28:01audience in a few videos ago the age of
- 00:28:03the generalist so I'll spare you that
- 00:28:05and you can also download my free many

- 00:28:09in the description in short you need to
- 00:28:11attract people toward the vision of the
- 00:28:13future you are leading people towards
- 00:28:15your content and product help them
- 00:28:16achieve goals in their life in alignment
- 00:28:18with that Vision why do people Niche
- 00:28:20down because they are Specialists
- 00:28:22they're going towards a specific goal
- 00:28:23with one specific skill but that has so
- 00:28:26many negatives and cons to it it just
- 00:28:28sets you up to be replaced or overtaken
- 00:28:31or competed with if you're a generalist
- 00:28:33with a unique combination of skills one
- 00:28:35thing that I really love to reference
- 00:28:36here is that only slaves were expected
- 00:28:38to do one thing their entire lives free
- 00:28:41men or Sovereign men were meant to do
- 00:28:43many things throughout their lives in
- 00:28:45alignment with living a broader goal a
- 00:28:47more overarching Universal thinking goal
- 00:28:49of living a good life and impacting
- 00:28:50others with the value they create so
- 00:28:52that's what you're attracting people to
- 00:28:54and your unique intersection of
- 00:28:55interests is what makes you unique
- 00:28:57toward the goal you're trying to achieve
- 00:28:58in your life if we're both trying to
- 00:29:00achieve Financial Freedom you go the
- 00:29:02budgeting route I go the online business
- 00:29:04route we're both going to Pivot and
- 00:29:05evolve along the way and learn different
- 00:29:07skills in order to do that and as we're
- 00:29:08passing down that knowledge we're
- 00:29:10contributing to the value we give to
- 00:29:12humanity so choose two to three broad
- 00:29:14interests you want to create media
- 00:29:16content on social media around and
- 00:29:18monetize via a digital product break
- 00:29:20those down into subtopics so you're able
- 00:29:22to research them more effectively for
- 00:29:23idea generation and break those down
- 00:29:26further into post newsletter podcast and
- 00:29:28other media ideas then start writing to
- 00:29:31attract an audience not video not
- 00:29:33something else where you need more
- 00:29:34skills just start with writing then
- 00:29:36repurpose that writing down the road
- 00:29:37once you have validated ideas I've
- 00:29:39talked about this so many times if you
- 00:29:41don't understand how to do this or build
- 00:29:42an audience there's a video how to build
- 00:29:44an audience on social media with zero
- 00:29:46followers so start educating yourself on
- 00:29:49how to build an audience on social media
- 00:29:51watch tutorials buy courses and study
- 00:29:53the people you want to be like so you
- 00:29:54can take their ideas and emulate their
- 00:29:56work with this people like oh I don't
- 00:29:57want to buy course on that I'm just
- 00:29:58going to go to college the people in
- 00:30:00college that are teaching these courses
- 00:30:02don't have results they haven't done it
- 00:30:04they don't have the Nuance they're just
- 00:30:05literally taking the lessons from
- 00:30:08they're just creating out of thin
- 00:30:09air so that you can form with social
- 00:30:12media you have to learn from people that
- 00:30:13have grown on social media this is why
- 00:30:15so many people think it's some kind of
- 00:30:17pyic scheme when it's just a natural
- 00:30:20hierarchy there's a difference between a
- 00:30:22dominator hierarchy and a natural
- 00:30:24hierarchy where in this case it seems
- 00:30:26more like a dominator hierarchy when
- 00:30:28that's just not the case because social
- 00:30:30media in a sense is like a free market
- 00:30:32you have to learn from people that have
- 00:30:33gotten results and can actually teach
- 00:30:35you how to do it now of course
- 00:30:37understand that their method is their
- 00:30:38method and you should probably subscribe
- 00:30:40to multiple perspectives and create your
- 00:30:42own so you buy courses from various
- 00:30:44people you learn from them you
- 00:30:47understand the generalized principles
- 00:30:48that they are teaching the overarching
- 00:30:50patterns and then you create your own
- 00:30:52methods along the way the thing here is
- 00:30:55that with your 1our day this is what I'm
- 00:30:57getting at you have to write to build an
- 00:30:58audience on social media so you spend
- 00:31:00some of that time educating yourself you
- 00:31:02spend some of that time actually doing
- 00:31:03the work and growing the audience that's
- 00:31:05step one is actually just getting the
- 00:31:07ball rolling getting the system created
- 00:31:09to actually get your audience growing
- 00:31:11talking about the things you want that's
- 00:31:13going to take some time now step number
- 00:31:15five to wrap everything up is to build
- 00:31:17the product that you want to see in the
- 00:31:18world once you feel like you have the
- 00:31:20hang of actually building an audience
- 00:31:22you can start to use your 1 hour a day
- 00:31:24to build a product to monetize that
- 00:31:26audience and of course if if you have
- 00:31:28time on the weekends you can do that too
- 00:31:30and I would recommend that if you have
- 00:31:3112 hours on the weekends try doing that
- 00:31:33or just work four five 6 hours on the
- 00:31:35weekends to speed things up now you
- 00:31:37don't need experience to sell a product
- 00:31:39this is something that everyone gets at
- 00:31:41you need some skill you need the
- 00:31:43interest you need some knowledge but you
- 00:31:45don't need to have sold a product before
- 00:31:48you sell a product because that's
- 00:31:49impossible like your impostor syndrome
- 00:31:51here is completely stupid it doesn't
- 00:31:53make sense well I don't have results and
- 00:31:56it's like how do you get results how do
- 00:31:58Freelancers get results they start
- 00:32:00working for free or they work for
- 00:32:02cheaper until their skill is better and
- 00:32:04they can actually deliver a service
- 00:32:05worth a higher price so you're not
- 00:32:08starting out by selling a $1,000 product
- 00:32:10right now you're starting out by giving
- 00:32:11it to some people for free getting
- 00:32:13testimonials and then putting a lower
- 00:32:15price tag on it and then increasing that
- 00:32:17price and if you know anything about
- 00:32:18scarcity or business you understand that
- 00:32:20that's a better way of going about it
- 00:32:21than starting with a very large price
- 00:32:23because you can't decrease the price you
- 00:32:25can only increase it and when you
- 00:32:26increase it that's when you you're going
- 00:32:28to make the most sales is right before
- 00:32:29it increases because people want to get
- 00:32:32it at the best price and the other thing
- 00:32:33here is you don't need to create
- 00:32:35exaggerated promises and have countdown
- 00:32:38timers so that you're seen like a
- 00:32:39scammer the market sophistication in the
- 00:32:41area has risen you just need a
- 00:32:43believable goal that you're helping
- 00:32:45people achieve believable means not a
- 00:32:47stretched goal it means a clear goal I
- 00:32:49help people learn how to write for my
- 00:32:51mental monetization course the new one I
- 00:32:53didn't choose some make 10,000 a million
- 00:32:55a month actually say I'm not going to
- 00:32:56make you that much I say monetize your
- 00:32:59creative work with a digital product
- 00:33:00because that's what I'm teaching you so
- 00:33:02as another example let's say you want to
- 00:33:04sell a planner do you need experience
- 00:33:06selling planners in order to sell a
- 00:33:08planner do you even need experience in
- 00:33:11productivity before actually selling
- 00:33:13thing do the people selling Coca-Cola
- 00:33:17they create the product my entire Point
- 00:33:18here is they you create the product and
- 00:33:21then you sell it and then you test it
- 00:33:22and it's going to suck at first and then
- 00:33:24you iterate that's what product
- 00:33:25development is is you start with
- 00:33:27something that sucks and you turn it
- 00:33:28into something better based off of
- 00:33:30audience feedback so in terms of the
- 00:33:32planner you buy a few planners and start
- 00:33:34using them to see which methods get the
- 00:33:36best results for you you start taking
- 00:33:38the best parts of each to create a new
- 00:33:39method for better results you test and
- 00:33:42iterate for a bit on yourself until
- 00:33:43you've solved the problem in your life
- 00:33:45then you manufacture sell and distribute
- 00:33:47to the audience you've built with
- 00:33:48content then you get results for your
- 00:33:50customers and continue iterating on the
- 00:33:52product until it pulls in the revenue
- 00:33:53you want it to this doesn't change with
- 00:33:56a digital product you can sell a
- 00:33:57printable planner a notion template as a
- 00:34:00planner I've done this or just an ebook
- 00:34:03or a course that walks people through
- 00:34:05how to go through the productivity
- 00:34:07system now if you've never done this
- 00:34:09before I do want to reiterate that your
- 00:34:11first product is going to suck it's
- 00:34:13going to really suck mine did
- 00:34:15but I didn't give up that's the entire
- 00:34:17thing is you can only look back on I
- 00:34:19thought the products were great when I
- 00:34:21made them and now looking back I'm like
- 00:34:22holy crap dude like those were the worst
- 00:34:24products I've ever seen in my life they
- 00:34:26were bad and and that's why I didn't
- 00:34:28make much money that's why people didn't
- 00:34:30like him very much but I couldn't have
- 00:34:32created better if I didn't first create
- 00:34:34worse because you can talk about
- 00:34:36perfection I want to create the perfect
- 00:34:38product not possible it may even be
- 00:34:40demotivating that you have to get
- 00:34:42something crappy out before you can
- 00:34:43create something good but it just has to
- 00:34:46happen and if if you have some skill
- 00:34:48right now you actually may make money
- 00:34:49along the way that's actually more
- 00:34:51likely to happen than not the thing here
- 00:34:53with digital products is that since
- 00:34:55you're not going the physical route you
- 00:34:56can create it you can build it and
- 00:34:58Market it and launch it much much much
- 00:34:59faster and it doesn't cost anything to
- 00:35:02create along with this line of thought I
- 00:35:04want to talk about this you aren't as
- 00:35:06skilled or successful as you think you
- 00:35:08are because you haven't started selling
- 00:35:10a product you're afraid to sell a
- 00:35:12product because you have imposter
- 00:35:13syndrome and you don't realize that
- 00:35:15selling a product is how you overcome
- 00:35:17that imposter syndrome and get results
- 00:35:19for other people so my advice build the
- 00:35:22product you want to see in the world
- 00:35:23solve a problem in your life and sell
- 00:35:25the solution take inventory of products
