hey guys and welcome back to my channel
  • 00:00:14
and welcome to today's video so today I
  • 00:00:18
am going to be tracking expenses with
  • 00:00:20
you guys for January as you can probably
  • 00:00:24
tell I have not recorded anything um in
  • 00:00:28
quite a while so there's a lot of
  • 00:00:29
transaction that I need to track I've
  • 00:00:31
written them all down and I've been
  • 00:00:33
keeping track of them kind of manually
  • 00:00:36
but just not sitting down writing them
  • 00:00:38
all in I try as much as possible not to
  • 00:00:42
get into a situation like this but you
  • 00:00:44
guys know how it is it's January I've
  • 00:00:46
had holiday stuff with like lots of
  • 00:00:49
people out of town and then backtack
  • 00:00:51
kids birthdays and birthday parties so
  • 00:00:53
we are catching up today it is a
  • 00:00:55
Saturday the girls are out at like a
  • 00:00:59
football kind of play dat type of thing
  • 00:01:01
with Jason and some of the dads so we
  • 00:01:05
are going to go ahead and sit down track
  • 00:01:07
all of the expenses and then in
  • 00:01:10
a like a couple days you guys will see a
  • 00:01:13
video where I go through and do a weekly
  • 00:01:15
    check-in so that's what we're doing
  • 00:01:16
today so I have my 2025 humble
  • 00:01:20
beginnings budget planner here these are
  • 00:01:23
right now marked down because we have a
  • 00:01:25
bunch of them left in stock so if you've
  • 00:01:27
not picked up a budget planner and you
  • 00:01:29
want to get started started with
  • 00:01:30
    budgeting I definitely recommend picking
  • 00:01:32
one up again they're marked off I will
  • 00:01:34
have a link down below we want to
  • 00:01:36
    continue offering budget planners going
  • 00:01:39
forward um we've offered one in 2024
  • 00:01:42
    obviously this one in
  • 00:01:43
2025 we are thinking about 2026 which is
  • 00:01:47
crazy to think about because we just
  • 00:01:48
started 2025 but we need to be able to
  • 00:01:51
sell a certain number of planners and
  • 00:01:53
able to do that um and so anyway share
  • 00:01:57
it with your friends family members um
  • 00:02:00
let's get these all sold out so we can
  • 00:02:02
start working on the 2025 version okay
  • 00:02:05
so like I said my budget planner I will
  • 00:02:08
also have a link down below where you
  • 00:02:11
can p purchase budget stickers so this
  • 00:02:13
is the humble beginnings budget um
  • 00:02:16
sticker kit it has Washi that will work
  • 00:02:18
on the tops of all of the um spreads as
  • 00:02:22
well as event stickers or sorry um
  • 00:02:26
    expense tracking stickers and buildo
  • 00:02:28
stickers so great option if you're
  • 00:02:30
wanting to track your expenses the way
  • 00:02:32
that I do um so we're going to start by
  • 00:02:36
going through and recording all of our
  • 00:02:38
variable expenses so the way that I do
  • 00:02:41
it is I have my variable expenses here
  • 00:02:44
my fixed expenses here variable expenses
  • 00:02:47
are exactly what they sound like they
  • 00:02:49
vary by month and so I like to keep
  • 00:02:51
track of them in my monthly view so I
  • 00:02:54
can get a good sense of like okay how
  • 00:02:55
often are we purchasing certain things
  • 00:02:58
are we um buying groceries you know
  • 00:03:03
usually at a specific time and if we
  • 00:03:05
don't follow that does it end up making
  • 00:03:07
our groceries more expensive or you know
  • 00:03:09
whatever patterns I can come up with so
  • 00:03:12
that's kind of what I do um and then I
  • 00:03:15
do have a separate transaction log which
  • 00:03:18
I track all of my sinking funds um and
  • 00:03:21
any transactions that may occur for that
  • 00:03:23
so we'll be going into that um in a
  • 00:03:26
    little
  • 00:03:27
bit okay so first thing is hot lunch so
  • 00:03:31
    I'm going to put let's see I think I'm
  • 00:03:35
going to do groceries in this color here
  • 00:03:38
so I'm just going to write
  • 00:03:42
    groceries we'll
  • 00:03:44
    do eating out
  • 00:03:48
in uh we'll do eating out
  • 00:03:52
    here eating
  • 00:03:56
    out household
  • 00:04:01
and then gas for our cars will be in
  • 00:04:05
this darker blue so I like to write
  • 00:04:09
these on you could also do custom
  • 00:04:12
scripts which I've done in the
  • 00:04:14
past um so I have those I'm just going
  • 00:04:16
to put together like a little key over
  • 00:04:18
    here just so I
  • 00:04:21
    know um what everything
  • 00:04:26
is I don't want to run into a situation
  • 00:04:30
where I'm not sure what the colors are
  • 00:04:33
cuz I am doing different colors
  • 00:04:35
    for
  • 00:04:37
    every
  • 00:04:39
    month okay
  • 00:04:41
so we are going to start with groceries
  • 00:04:44
so first thing that we purchased was hot
  • 00:04:48
lunch this is for Macy's school lunch
  • 00:04:53
    and it was
  • 00:04:54
$72 for the month of January so that's
  • 00:04:57
always on the first I document it um I
  • 00:05:01
typically purchase this like ahead of
  • 00:05:03
time so like not really on the first but
  • 00:05:06
we're going to put it on the first just
  • 00:05:08
    because it is for
  • 00:05:10
January um okay next up we went out to
  • 00:05:16
brunch with my sister and that was at
  • 00:05:22
Buttermilk we rarely go to like sitdown
  • 00:05:25
places and this is exactly why the total
  • 00:05:28
    was 104
  • 00:05:32
46 which honestly just seems outrageous
  • 00:05:35
    to me for
  • 00:05:36
brunch um I think Jason and I have
  • 00:05:40
gotten into like a good routine where we
  • 00:05:43
really like things like Chipotle or
  • 00:05:46
Chick-fil-A we don't we try as much as
  • 00:05:49
possible to only go out with the kids
  • 00:05:52
when we know they're going to like
  • 00:05:53
really eat well so anyway that was it
  • 00:05:56
was kind of like a fun little thing that
  • 00:05:58
we did and it was great I'm glad that we
  • 00:06:00
spent time with them but man is that
  • 00:06:02
crazy that's like a third of our eating
  • 00:06:04
out budget which is insane um next we
  • 00:06:07
have groceries again Jason went to
  • 00:06:14
Woodman's and we spent a total of
  • 00:06:19
    21
  • 00:06:22
58 and that was on the
  • 00:06:28
second this was obviously like New
  • 00:06:30
Year's week so it was kind of a goofy a
  • 00:06:33
goofy time Jason also filled up the Rav
  • 00:06:36
4 with gas so I'm going to put Rav 4 I
  • 00:06:40
don't worry about like the gas station
  • 00:06:42
we go to I just try and track it by car
  • 00:06:45
    so that was
  • 00:06:47
3854 and that was on the second I'm
  • 00:06:50
guessing that he went to Woodman's
  • 00:06:51
because Woodman's does have a gas
  • 00:06:53
station and it's usually cheaper than
  • 00:06:55
    the other areas around us
  • 00:07:00
um then we had another transaction on
  • 00:07:04
    the second and this was
  • 00:07:10
    groceries this was
  • 00:07:22
1075 okay then we have groceries again
  • 00:07:26
of Fort Aldi that's usually the two
  • 00:07:30
places that we go to is Aldi and
  • 00:07:33
    Woodman's and ALDI was
  • 00:07:36
    81
  • 00:07:40
31 again I think usually Jason would go
  • 00:07:43
grocery shopping on this on a Tuesday
  • 00:07:46
but because of the way that
  • 00:07:47
the um New Year's fell and everything I
  • 00:07:51
    think just did not
  • 00:07:56
happen Okay so that is that
  • 00:08:00
then Jason and I had a little date night
  • 00:08:02
we went to L famous and I'm just using
  • 00:08:05
    our eating out for
  • 00:08:10
that so that was a total of
  • 00:08:15
$34 and 36 Cents like I said it was a
  • 00:08:18
date night so it's just Jason and I but
  • 00:08:21
Jason did end up getting a ton of tacos
  • 00:08:25
we went to a movie first and then
  • 00:08:29
decided to go get dinner after and I
  • 00:08:33
think just from not like having anything
  • 00:08:35
for a couple hours at the movie he was
  • 00:08:38
just like starving so he got a lot of
  • 00:08:41
tacos and he tried out like some new
  • 00:08:43
    thing
  • 00:08:44
too um that cost quite a bit of money
  • 00:08:48
but it worked out all right um Jason
  • 00:08:50
took Macy to McDonald's this day for
  • 00:08:53
lunch I think she was still off of
  • 00:08:56
school and he decided to take her out
  • 00:08:59
    for McDonald's that was
  • 00:09:04
$12.12 McDonald's is honestly one of the
  • 00:09:08
only places that if the girls are going
  • 00:09:09
to eat out that they like want I I can't
  • 00:09:13
tell you why but it is it is what it is
  • 00:09:16
    um Jewel we
  • 00:09:18
    spent
  • 00:09:20
    [Music]
  • 00:09:23
    17
  • 00:09:26
    1778 at
  • 00:09:28
Jewel on the 3 I don't remember what
  • 00:09:31
    that was for but
  • 00:09:34
    regardless spent
  • 00:09:36
    that okay then we got
  • 00:09:39
Chipotle on the 5th so that's going to
  • 00:09:43
    be
  • 00:09:47
    here and that was
  • 00:09:56
$150 Chipotle has been mine and Jason's
  • 00:09:59
    goto
  • 00:10:03
lately all right and then we needed a
  • 00:10:07
    new grocery
  • 00:10:09
pad um so Jason really likes these ones
  • 00:10:14
from Amazon they have a section where
  • 00:10:16
you can put like your list of what
  • 00:10:18
you're going to have for GR like for
  • 00:10:20
meals and stuff and then on the other
  • 00:10:21
side like what you need to grab from the
  • 00:10:22
grocery store and it has the edge where
  • 00:10:24
you can like rip it off so anyway we got
  • 00:10:26
that from Amazon that was $126
  • 00:10:30
65 we've been using those for forever
  • 00:10:34
    and that's like definitely something
  • 00:10:36
    that we need for meal
  • 00:10:40
planning okay um so we have that then we
  • 00:10:44
got back into groceries again so again
  • 00:10:48
Jason went to Woodman's and then to
  • 00:10:52
    Aldi so Woodman's was $608
  • 00:11:00
    and then Aldi was
  • 00:11:11
106 and that was on the
  • 00:11:26
seventh and then I did pick up some
  • 00:11:29
supplements from Amazon that were $35
  • 00:11:33
and those are come out of grocery so
  • 00:11:36
    anytime it's like protein drinks
  • 00:11:39
anything like that I do include that in
  • 00:11:41
grocery if it's something like Tylenol
  • 00:11:44
or vitamins I typically do that out of
  • 00:11:48
    household there's not really a a great
  • 00:11:51
Rhyme or Reason but that's kind of the
  • 00:11:53
    way that I've handled
  • 00:11:55
it all right and then we had um a Costco
  • 00:12:00
    trip
  • 00:12:02
so Jason got like chicken nuggets and
  • 00:12:05
stuff like that from Costco that were
  • 00:12:09
$64 81 and then he also got laundry or
  • 00:12:14
uh dish pods from Costco as
  • 00:12:18
    well
  • 00:12:19
and I typically don't like to
  • 00:12:23
do household and groceries in the
  • 00:12:26
same um transaction but typically when
  • 00:12:30
Jason Goes that's like you know he'll
  • 00:12:33
grab toilet paper and paper towels and
  • 00:12:36
things like that so I have to split it I
  • 00:12:39
don't always have the receipt so I kind
  • 00:12:40
of like eyeball it I know the laundry or
  • 00:12:43
the dish pods are always around $20 so
  • 00:12:46
some of it may be going a little bit
  • 00:12:48
extra towards groceries but I'm not too
  • 00:12:50
worried about it again we're not like
  • 00:12:51
    abusing it or anything like
  • 00:12:53
that um okay then we had eating out
  • 00:13:01
from Duncan um this was for Macy's
  • 00:13:06
birthday we spent $14 I got a bunch of
  • 00:13:10
munchkins I always do that for the girls
  • 00:13:13
birthdays they either get munchkins or
  • 00:13:16
they get like donuts they get to choose
  • 00:13:20
for the morning of their birthday we
  • 00:13:21
really don't get donuts or anything like
  • 00:13:23
    that very
  • 00:13:24
often um okay and then Aldi we spent
  • 00:13:36
    2226 on Macy's
  • 00:13:39
birthday I think Jason just picked up
  • 00:13:41
stuff to have people over for
  • 00:13:48
    dinner and
  • 00:13:50
then we we did some more eating out
  • 00:13:54
surprise surprise um we had steak and
  • 00:13:59
Shake actually Jason and the girls did
  • 00:14:01
    Steak and
  • 00:14:03
Shake and that ended up being
  • 00:14:06
    16 68 and I got chipotle
  • 00:14:11
I have been on like a fitness journey
  • 00:14:14
    for some time
  • 00:14:16
    now
  • 00:14:18
and I used to have a specific meal when
  • 00:14:21
I was like really trying to cut back on
  • 00:14:24
calories now that I am trying to build
  • 00:14:27
muscle I'm trying to get way more
  • 00:14:30
protein so I'm not really like I'm not
  • 00:14:32
limiting calories or really too worried
  • 00:14:35
about them I have you know a whole
  • 00:14:37
system and I know where I need to be and
  • 00:14:39
it's a lot more flexible now that I'm
  • 00:14:41
out of that phase but regardless
  • 00:14:45
um my Chipotle order has doubled in
  • 00:14:49
price now that I'm like really focusing
  • 00:14:51
on getting a ton of protein and eating
  • 00:14:52
more calories so that's kind of an
  • 00:14:55
    interesting thing
  • 00:14:57
    to realize with my
  • 00:14:59
budget um Jason pilled up the RAF 4
  • 00:15:03
    again that was
  • 00:15:08
$38.80 and that was on the
  • 00:15:11
12th the Rav 4 is like our main family
  • 00:15:14
car so that typically gets filled up a
  • 00:15:16
lot more than the others and then I
  • 00:15:20
think that same day we got Duncan again
  • 00:15:23
every once in a while when we are low on
  • 00:15:25
groceries I will get like wakeup wraps
  • 00:15:27
for the kids um usually we have plenty
  • 00:15:30
    of stuff
  • 00:15:33
for breakfast and stuff like that but it
  • 00:15:35
just so happened that this day I think
  • 00:15:37
we were like really out of a lot of
  • 00:15:40
stuff and that happens it's all
  • 00:15:43
good okay back to McDonald's McDonald's
  • 00:15:46
I think what we typically do is on
  • 00:15:50
    tumbling nights we'll get McDonald's
  • 00:15:52
once in a while so that was
  • 00:15:55
$20.70 the girls love it and again we
  • 00:15:59
were low on groceries this specific week
  • 00:16:03
    this
  • 00:16:05
weekend all right next is groceries
  • 00:16:09
    again so back to
  • 00:16:15
    Woodman's we spent
  • 00:16:21
5749 this is on the 14th you can kind of
  • 00:16:24
    tell we
  • 00:16:26
    have a lot of trend
  • 00:16:29
and things like that like typically our
  • 00:16:32
groceries are done on Tuesday eating out
  • 00:16:34
is normally mostly on the weekend
  • 00:16:36
sometimes occasionally on Monday and I
  • 00:16:38
feel like it's kind of interesting like
  • 00:16:40
seeing these patterns but that that's
  • 00:16:42
just me um that's why I like doing it
  • 00:16:45
    this way then we had
  • 00:16:48
    Aldi
  • 00:16:54
8172 and we did fill up the Prius so I'm
  • 00:16:56
going to put that in as well was that
  • 00:16:59
the same day yes it was and that was
  • 00:17:04
    $23
  • 00:17:06
94 the Prius has been going for quite
  • 00:17:09
some time um I have had the Prius since
  • 00:17:12
Jason and I got married almost 12 years
  • 00:17:14
    ago it's
  • 00:17:16
2013 and it has over I think it has like
  • 00:17:19
    over 104 maybe 110,000 miles it's quite
  • 00:17:25
    a bit um but it's it's still going it's
  • 00:17:29
great so it is um it's still going I'm
  • 00:17:33
    honestly kind of surprised sometimes
  • 00:17:36
that we've had like we haven't even
  • 00:17:37
changed the brakes in the Prius it
  • 00:17:39
financially it was a great great car to
  • 00:17:42
purchase um sizewise though it would be
  • 00:17:45
nice now to have a larger car for the
  • 00:17:46
kids and stuff but regardless it still
  • 00:17:48
    works great um next
  • 00:17:52
caputos I just had to run and get some
  • 00:17:55
    Basics so that was $122
  • 00:17:59
I had to get milk for the weekend and
  • 00:18:02
then I also got like some bread and some
  • 00:18:07
candy while I was there and then again
  • 00:18:12
Chipotle I'm telling you I feel like I
  • 00:18:15
    have a whole a whole
  • 00:18:19
um system with like certain restaurants
  • 00:18:22
and eating out's not always the greatest
  • 00:18:25
but when you're low on groceries and you
  • 00:18:27
need to you know eat and you want to
  • 00:18:29
make sure that you're eating pretty well
  • 00:18:31
I feel like Chipotle is a a good option
  • 00:18:34
okay so that is it for variable expenses
  • 00:18:40
um it is quite a bit to record all at
  • 00:18:44
once and again I typically try and do
  • 00:18:46
this like every couple days record it so
  • 00:18:48
just know that if you're in this phase
  • 00:18:50
and you're like holy crap that took 20
  • 00:18:51
minutes to go through um it's typically
  • 00:18:54
easier than that um not always crazy
  • 00:18:58
anyway let's go on and move to
  • 00:19:00
    transactions for my syncing funds
  • 00:19:03
because there have been quite a bit of
  • 00:19:05
syncing fund transactions so the first
  • 00:19:08
    thing was on the
  • 00:19:10
    1 we spent
  • 00:19:15
    187 from
  • 00:19:20
activities and this is for the girls
  • 00:19:26
tumbling next we we had the girls go to
  • 00:19:31
a place with my sister and her
  • 00:19:34
kids it's like a indoor play place on
  • 00:19:38
    New Year's it was
  • 00:19:41
$44.58 and that came out of
  • 00:19:53
entertainment so yeah that was an
  • 00:19:54
expensive day for us but it it was fun
  • 00:19:57
for the kids I have been trying really
  • 00:20:00
hard nowadays to find like cheaper
  • 00:20:02
options for that because I feel like it
  • 00:20:03
adds up especially during the winter for
  • 00:20:05
us but regardless it's all good on the
  • 00:20:09
third like I mentioned before Jason and
  • 00:20:11
I went to go see a movie so that was $17
  • 00:20:14
for the movie tickets and that came out
  • 00:20:17
    of entertainment as
  • 00:20:23
well okay now moving on to the more
  • 00:20:27
expensive stuff so on on the 4th we
  • 00:20:30
    spent
  • 00:20:31
    $4
  • 00:20:36
9528 on and this was from Christmas and
  • 00:20:41
gifts and this was for Mimi's birthday
  • 00:20:46
party so honestly it's we put down a
  • 00:20:49
deposit we had a ton of people show up
  • 00:20:52
so it's kind of shocking that it didn't
  • 00:20:55
cost even more money that includes like
  • 00:20:58
    cupcak
  • 00:20:59
um any decorations that we had it
  • 00:21:02
include like getting um pizza and fruit
  • 00:21:05
and snacks for everybody my entire
  • 00:21:08
family was there Jason's family was
  • 00:21:10
there we had Mimi's entire class come so
  • 00:21:13
    it's expensive birthday parties are
  • 00:21:15
expensive but we got to celebrate with a
  • 00:21:16
lot of people and I'm I'm really
  • 00:21:18
grateful that we got to do that um on
  • 00:21:20
the 5ifth we had our Amazon Prime
  • 00:21:23
membership come out and that was
  • 00:21:27
$139 and that came out of
  • 00:21:30
    subscriptions there's only two things
  • 00:21:33
that we have come out of that um it's my
  • 00:21:35
gym membership through our Park District
  • 00:21:37
    and then Amazon
  • 00:21:39
Prime then we had on the 10th we had to
  • 00:21:42
pay our trash bill that was
  • 00:21:48
$591 and that just came out of trash we
  • 00:21:51
do have a couple TR or a couple um
  • 00:21:54
syncing funds that are utilities so
  • 00:21:57
    that's one of them
  • 00:22:00
on the 10th I also picked up supplies
  • 00:22:03
for Macy's birthday and that was
  • 00:22:06
    124
  • 00:22:08
996 that came out of Christmas and
  • 00:22:14
    gifts and this was from
  • 00:22:18
    Target I'm going just say
  • 00:22:21
    Macy's
  • 00:22:23
party so Macy's party was a little bit
  • 00:22:26
different we didn't get a lot of stuff
  • 00:22:29
with her party it was more like okay
  • 00:22:32
    with Mimi's Party it
  • 00:22:34
included the party package included a
  • 00:22:36
lot of stuff with Macy's party I had to
  • 00:22:38
get like um plates and napkins and forks
  • 00:22:43
and all that type of stuff I also had to
  • 00:22:45
get snacks Macy's stuff like we had to
  • 00:22:47
provide all the food and drink so ended
  • 00:22:49
up being um comparable in price but it's
  • 00:22:53
just you see it a little bit different
  • 00:22:55
we've already paid for Macy's party so
  • 00:22:57
we didn't really have to pay a ton for
  • 00:22:59
that um but we did actually end up
  • 00:23:02
having two parties we had one party for
  • 00:23:04
Macy with her friends at like this fun
  • 00:23:07
interactive game place and then we had a
  • 00:23:09
separate party later that night with our
  • 00:23:11
family just because the um younger kids
  • 00:23:15
in our family were not allowed to go to
  • 00:23:17
this inter interactive place it's really
  • 00:23:19
for only kids six and over so even Mimi
  • 00:23:21
didn't get to go so we wanted to just be
  • 00:23:23
able to celebrate with everybody um so
  • 00:23:26
    on her actual birthday
  • 00:23:29
we had to pay for an extra kid so that
  • 00:23:31
    was
  • 00:23:32
    $36
  • 00:23:35
    92 again from
  • 00:23:42
Christmas um we paid for 10 kids we
  • 00:23:45
ended up having 11 kids show up so we
  • 00:23:47
had to pay a little bit extra and then I
  • 00:23:51
feel like I can just probably continue
  • 00:23:53
to to do like the thing and I could just
  • 00:23:56
do the little marks to replicate it cuz
  • 00:23:58
we have a lot of charges for Macy's
  • 00:24:00
    birthday so we spent
  • 00:24:04
    316 on a Portillo's chocolate
  • 00:24:09
cake that was Macy's request for her
  • 00:24:12
birthday so I'm just going to do these
  • 00:24:13
little marks just because there's going
  • 00:24:15
    to be a
  • 00:24:16
lot um then we had we got chicken for
  • 00:24:22
    Macy's birthday Macy is obsessed
  • 00:24:25
with like chicken any type of chicken
  • 00:24:27
chicken wings Fried Chicken all that so
  • 00:24:29
    we spent
  • 00:24:31
    $51
  • 00:24:35
85 on getting Browns Chicken and this
  • 00:24:38
    was for our family
  • 00:24:45
party then we got let's see 36 so this
  • 00:24:50
actually must have been the other charge
  • 00:24:53
    for her party
  • 00:24:56
32 24 I'm not sure what this charge was
  • 00:24:59
for then oh that was for pizza sorry
  • 00:25:03
    that's where
  • 00:25:04
    I'm anyway another Macy's
  • 00:25:11
    party and
  • 00:25:13
    then um we had a
  • 00:25:18
return which I think ended up equaling
  • 00:25:22
out right yes yes yeah I see it okay
  • 00:25:28
that's not something that I need to
  • 00:25:29
worry about and then the last thing is
  • 00:25:33
we ended up signing up the girls and
  • 00:25:35
Jason for the father daughter dance that
  • 00:25:37
we do every single year so that was
  • 00:25:41
$27 and that is out of
  • 00:25:46
    entertainment and that's the
  • 00:25:53
    daddy daughter dance
  • 00:25:58
okay so you can see we've had a lot of
  • 00:26:01
transactions come through our budget in
  • 00:26:05
January um so again just another little
  • 00:26:08
kind of heads up I really
  • 00:26:11
try every single month to go through and
  • 00:26:15
do this on a more timely basis so you
  • 00:26:18
know every couple of days go through and
  • 00:26:22
write in all of our transactions I try
  • 00:26:25
not to leave it to you know this far
  • 00:26:29
into a month to do this process but if
  • 00:26:31
you are in the same position that I'm in
  • 00:26:34
it's better to start now than not start
  • 00:26:36
at all so anyway I have all this set and
  • 00:26:40
done for both my variable transactions
  • 00:26:45
here and also my sying funds here the
  • 00:26:48
next step that I'm going to do and this
  • 00:26:49
is going to be in a separate video cuz
  • 00:26:51
this one's already ridiculously long and
  • 00:26:53
my battery is flashing at me is I'm
  • 00:26:55
going to go through and do a weekly
  • 00:26:56
check-in again typically I would do this
  • 00:26:59
on a weekly basis but I didn't do that
  • 00:27:02
in January and that's okay um never too
  • 00:27:05
late to start so I'm going to just go
  • 00:27:06
through see where we're at as of kind of
  • 00:27:10
the middle of the month and then that
  • 00:27:11
will give me a good starting point for
  • 00:27:13
the rest of the month so again never too
  • 00:27:15
late to start um I will have everything
  • 00:27:18
linked down below I have the budget
  • 00:27:20
planner there's still plenty in stock if
  • 00:27:22
you're wanting to pick one up the budget
  • 00:27:24
stickers as well this is kit 220 if you
  • 00:27:26
like the way that this kit looks um I
  • 00:27:29
also have other kits as well and we do
  • 00:27:32
have ones that coordinate with like
  • 00:27:34
January February March so anyway that is
  • 00:27:38
this video I hope you guys enjoyed
  • 00:27:40
getting to see how I handle being a
  • 00:27:42
little bit behind on my budgeting and
  • 00:27:44
definitely check out the following days
  • 00:27:47
video where I post my weekly check-in
  • 00:27:50
for January see you guys later and good
  • 00:27:53
    luck with budgeting bye guys
  • 00:27:58
    [Music]
  • 00:28:05

  • 00:28:08
packing come with me I'm not really
  • 00:28:12
    asking we'll get away to
