The video introduces a powerful method designed to help chronic procrastinators increase their productivity without relying on traditional methods, willpower, or medication. The creator aims to share his personal journey and the development of this proven system that thousands have already benefited from.
- 00:05:00 - 00:10:00
The creator shares details about his personal struggle with ADHD and chronic procrastination, explaining how traditional systems often leave him feeling overwhelmed. His journey of self-discovery highlights the inadequacies of conventional solutions and sets the stage for revealing an innovative approach.
- 00:10:00 - 00:15:00
He describes his school years filled with challenges due to ADHD, a tough education system, and the immense pressure he felt. Despite outperforming in subjects he enjoyed, he faced endless frustration and self-doubt in classes he found difficult, culminating in a cycle of procrastination.
- 00:15:00 - 00:20:00
After a difficult time transitioning back to Germany and a struggle with managing schoolwork, his underachievement led to anxiety and a sense of hopelessness. He recalls often feeling misunderstood and labeled as 'lazy' by teachers despite his efforts.
- 00:20:00 - 00:25:00
Seeking help, he consulted a therapist who recommended he see an ADHD specialist, leading him to a psychiatrist who validated his struggles with a diagnosis of ADHD. This was a turning point, as he finally understood the scientific reason behind the chaos in his life.
- 00:25:00 - 00:30:00
With a diagnosis came the hope of using medication to manage his symptoms. He initially experienced positive changes in his focus and productivity but later faced issues with side effects that negatively impacted his personal relationships and emotional well-being.
- 00:30:00 - 00:35:00
In his search for effective solutions, the creator explored various productivity methods and hacks, ultimately spending significant amounts of money on tools that promised results. Yet, he found that none led to lasting improvements in managing his ADHD-related challenges.
- 00:35:00 - 00:40:00
He stumbled upon a crucial insight: the difference between internal and external triggers for motivation. Realizing that external accountability could drive performance, he experimented with hiring a coach for daily accountability, which proved effective in boosting his productivity and focus.
- 00:40:00 - 00:45:00
Forming a group for accountability with others like him became the next step. Together, they created structured goals, worked alongside an accountability coach, and experienced dramatic improvements in their ability to focus and execute tasks. This collaboration tapped into the power of social motivation.
- 00:45:00 - 00:52:40
The focus sessions evolved into a highly effective routine where participants could declare tasks and work alongside each other, leading to significant accomplishments and consistent progress. This system incorporated neuroscience facts about social facilitation, showing how working in groups could enhance motivation and performance.

- 00:03:04name is Nick most people know me from
- 00:03:07YouTube Tik Tok or Instagram as one of
- 00:03:10the biggest ADHD content creators with
- 00:03:12around 3 million followers on all
- 00:03:14platforms I live my dream as a full-time
- 00:03:16content creator I travel the world
- 00:03:18living a balanced happy and fulfilled
- 00:03:20life nowadays a usual day for me looks
- 00:03:23like this I start with a workout and
- 00:03:26then efficiently complete all my work
- 00:03:28tasks including content creat
- 00:03:30communicating with my team contracts
- 00:03:32taxes and emails before noon
- 00:03:35effortlessly and with ease then I
- 00:03:38happily enjoy my free time without tasks
- 00:03:41that aren't done creeping up in my mind
- 00:03:44and keeping me stressed throughout the
- 00:03:46day but it wasn't always like that life
- 00:03:48nowadays often still feels like a too
- 00:03:51good to be true dream when I remember
- 00:03:53how it used to be let's jump back in
- 00:03:56time to a few years ago when I was not
- 00:03:58only lost but also at my worst because
- 00:04:02life for me with undiagnosed ADHD just
- 00:04:05felt like hell I still get goosebumps
- 00:04:08when I remember the struggle and
- 00:04:09frustration I faced feeling cursed by
- 00:04:13ADHD and just angry at life nearly
- 00:04:16accepting that I have no chance at ever
- 00:04:18achieving my dreams early on in life I
- 00:04:21always felt like an outsider I just felt
- 00:04:24like the world was not built for me I
- 00:04:27felt like a different software that
- 00:04:29wasn't compatible with the normal world
- 00:04:32was downloaded into my brain I didn't
- 00:04:35know what it was but I just felt so
- 00:04:37different to everyone else during that
- 00:04:40time my family moved back to Germany
- 00:04:42from a foreign country because of my
- 00:04:43dad's work and I really hoped it would
- 00:04:46change everything for the better but it
- 00:04:49didn't little did I know I was about to
- 00:04:51face one of the biggest challenges of my
- 00:04:53life back in Germany I got thrown into
- 00:04:55one of the hardest education systems in
- 00:04:58the world to put it into perspective I
- 00:05:00had about 4 years of school material to
- 00:05:02catch up on all while having to relearn
- 00:05:05the German language yeah this easy one
- 00:05:09right here this immediately felt like an
- 00:05:12unclimbable mountain and made me feel
- 00:05:14like I was living in a constant state of
- 00:05:16overwhelm which made me feel insanely
- 00:05:19behind everyone else more than ever
- 00:05:21before during this time I had little
- 00:05:23self-belief that I'll be able to
- 00:05:25overcome it because I always struggled
- 00:05:27in school I was one of those kids who
- 00:05:29always excelled in subjects they loved
- 00:05:32but just dragged myself through the ones
- 00:05:34I hated this doesn't mean I didn't put
- 00:05:37effort into those subjects in fact it
- 00:05:40was the exact opposite I would try to
- 00:05:43start studying weeks in advance and make
- 00:05:45plans before tests but when I didn't
- 00:05:48absolutely love what I was studying I
- 00:05:50just couldn't get my brain to go on no
- 00:05:53matter how hard I tried it felt like a
- 00:05:55steam train coming with speed towards me
- 00:05:58because the test were coming closer day
- 00:06:01by day and the closer they got the more
- 00:06:03stressed and overwhelmed I became but I
- 00:06:06just couldn't get myself to study up
- 00:06:08until the very last minute often only
- 00:06:11just being able to escape being run over
- 00:06:13by that speed train in time I felt like
- 00:06:15I was endlessly wasting my life away in
- 00:06:18procrastination mode I also didn't enjoy
- 00:06:20myself at all while I was studying I
- 00:06:23just sat there doing the most useless
- 00:06:26stuff ever not allowing myself to meet
- 00:06:28people or do fun stuff because I was
- 00:06:31constantly telling myself that I'm
- 00:06:33supposed to be productive right now I
- 00:06:35was stuck screaming at myself why can't
- 00:06:39I just do it what's wrong with me why am
- 00:06:42I like this so many days weeks months
- 00:06:46even years of my life were wasted in a
- 00:06:48constant state of stress self-doubt and
- 00:06:51self-hatred I was so sad about all that
- 00:06:55lost time that I could have at least
- 00:06:57spent in a fun way I felt so guilty and
- 00:07:01ashamed for my behavior and wasting away
- 00:07:03my life like that and then the day
- 00:07:05before the test I often managed to grasp
- 00:07:09just enough of it to barely pass it felt
- 00:07:13like putting in 400% more effort and
- 00:07:16pain than others just to get 30% of the
- 00:07:19results they achieved and this wasn't
- 00:07:22even the worst part teachers often
- 00:07:24labeled me as a gifted underachiever you
- 00:07:27have no idea how often teachers told me
- 00:07:29me that I am smart and have so much
- 00:07:31potential but that I am just too lazy to
- 00:07:33apply myself that I could achieve so
- 00:07:36much if I just tried everyone just
- 00:07:40decided I was lazy and uninterested but
- 00:07:42no one saw that I was trying so hard or
- 00:07:46understood the internal battle I was
- 00:07:49fighting all the time I just felt like
- 00:07:51being held back by this invisible force
- 00:07:53wanting me to fail in life it felt like
- 00:07:56needing to push a big Stone up a hill or
- 00:07:58having the world on my back despite my
- 00:08:01struggles I managed to graduate high
- 00:08:03school and barely get into University
- 00:08:05where the same pattern just continued to
- 00:08:08the point where I developed severe
- 00:08:11anxiety crazy where something simple
- 00:08:13like just not being able to follow
- 00:08:15through and complete tasks can lead so I
- 00:08:18decided to see a therapist I didn't know
- 00:08:21it at the time but soon I'd enter a
- 00:08:23pivotal moment of my ADHD Journey just a
- 00:08:26couple of visits into therapy my
- 00:08:28therapist threw me AC curveball I think
- 00:08:30you should see an ADHD specialist she
- 00:08:33said leaving me puzzled and even more
- 00:08:35frustrated with myself I thought she
- 00:08:37could help me but here she was
- 00:08:39redirecting me to someone else I felt
- 00:08:42broken again a few weeks later I was
- 00:08:44sitting with a psychiatrist and he
- 00:08:45started firing off these questions that
- 00:08:48made it feel like my whole life all of a
- 00:08:51sudden explained itself to me do you
- 00:08:53tend to almost always complete tasks
- 00:08:55last minute do you feel like you can
- 00:08:57never catch a break are you constantly
- 00:09:00feeling overwhelmed or anxious do you
- 00:09:04try as hard as you possibly can but
- 00:09:06still drop the ball in the end are you
- 00:09:09super creative but can't find the
- 00:09:12motivation to just even do the laundry
- 00:09:14do you feel like you have lots of
- 00:09:16potential but just can't realize it I
- 00:09:19was like yes yes yes yes yes and yes and
- 00:09:24you guys might have guessed it I got the
- 00:09:26diagnosis ADHD maybe this rings a bell
- 00:09:28for some of you discovering this was a
- 00:09:31revelation first it felt odd it felt
- 00:09:35like when you learn something
- 00:09:36significant a significant truth before
- 00:09:39knowing how to process it but after my
- 00:09:42psychiatrist discussed it with me a
- 00:09:44sense of comfort washed over me I felt
- 00:09:47almost found as if pieces of a puzzle
- 00:09:50were finally falling into place there it
- 00:09:53was a scientific reason for the
- 00:09:56Whirlwind in my mind I wasn't weird
- 00:09:59weird or lazy or dumb I just have
- 00:10:02ADHD finally an explanation for All My
- 00:10:05Life's problems at that moment the
- 00:10:08weight of years lifted in an instant
- 00:10:11relief washed over me it was truly
- 00:10:14liberating soon after my diagnosis I got
- 00:10:17prescribed Ridin and I was so happy I
- 00:10:20had so much hope that I'll finally break
- 00:10:23out of this vicious cycle of
- 00:10:25procrastination executive paralysis and
- 00:10:27just not doing what I was supposed
- 00:10:29supposed to do or wanted to do I thought
- 00:10:31I would finally achieve some balance and
- 00:10:34rest in my life and my life all of a
- 00:10:36sudden turned around
- 00:10:38180° I remember the exact day when I
- 00:10:41took medication for the first time I was
- 00:10:43sitting in a tax law seminar that I
- 00:10:46hated from the bottom of my heart this
- 00:10:49usually always felt like 90 minutes of
- 00:10:51pure pain while not getting any
- 00:10:53information into my
- 00:10:55brain but all of a sudden I felt like
- 00:10:59Cooper on the Limitless pill I picked up
- 00:11:02the most boring information at hypers
- 00:11:04speed and it felt so easy I was like wow
- 00:11:08this is what neurotypical people feel
- 00:11:10like all the time it was so hard for me
- 00:11:13to comprehend how simple tasks which
- 00:11:16were such a struggle for me were so easy
- 00:11:19for normal people but it was amazing I
- 00:11:21even started raising my hand usually I'd
- 00:11:23only do this when wanting to go to the
- 00:11:26toilet this was around the time when I
- 00:11:28first said the goal of becoming a
- 00:11:30full-time content creator because I
- 00:11:32always loved movies and films and I felt
- 00:11:35like I'd broken out of this vicious ADHD
- 00:11:38cycle I was so confident that I could
- 00:11:41achieve it and I was right I started to
- 00:11:44consistently make videos I got some
- 00:11:46traction on YouTube and made a lot of
- 00:11:48progress at Uni everything was going so
- 00:11:51insanely well it was almost too good to
- 00:11:55be true and yes it turned out that it
- 00:11:59was was to good to be true after a while
- 00:12:02I felt less and less of the effects of
- 00:12:05this pill and had to raise my dose to
- 00:12:07still get the same effect out of it as
- 00:12:09before and this is where everything
- 00:12:11started to crumble my professional life
- 00:12:13was picking up steam but my personal
- 00:12:16life went on this extreme downward
- 00:12:18trajectory every time I went on
- 00:12:20medication I'd feel great for about 6
- 00:12:23hours but then I'd have the worst come
- 00:12:26down ever for like an hour I just felt
- 00:12:29so insanely depressed and Drawn to cheap
- 00:12:31dopamine it was like a stranger's brain
- 00:12:34had momentarily taken over my own before
- 00:12:37I returned to my usual self this messed
- 00:12:40with me a lot especially because I took
- 00:12:42riddlin almost daily not only that but
- 00:12:45also my relationships took a toll my
- 00:12:47girlfriend at the time told me I was no
- 00:12:49longer the Nick she once knew and soon
- 00:12:52we were on the verge of breaking up
- 00:12:54which added just another layer to my
- 00:12:56emotional strain and already complicated
- 00:12:58feelings and she was right everything
- 00:13:02good that ADHD brought into my life like
- 00:13:04being spontaneous creative or even
- 00:13:06something simple like being funny
- 00:13:09vanished I essentially lost What defined
- 00:13:12me I didn't recognize myself anymore and
- 00:13:15on top of that I couldn't sleep I ended
- 00:13:17up waking up at night stressed sweating
- 00:13:21feeling like I was running an endless
- 00:13:23race that I couldn't win I felt Restless
- 00:13:26I felt like an alien again I felt
- 00:13:29trapped this made my anxiety shoot up to
- 00:13:32even now more completely unmanageable
- 00:13:35levels I felt as though I had exchanged
- 00:13:37a few hours of sharp focus and efficient
- 00:13:40execution for a whole different level of
- 00:13:43Hell transforming my life into a
- 00:13:46complete nightmare once again I found
- 00:13:48myself trapped in a new vicious cycle
- 00:13:51from which I couldn't escape in my
- 00:13:53efforts to fit in to belong to the
- 00:13:55normal world I had fallen into another
- 00:13:58dark place I felt utterly lost
- 00:14:01overwhelmed by questions why is this
- 00:14:03happening why me this pain gave me some
- 00:14:06motivation to research the medication I
- 00:14:09was taking and this is when I learned
- 00:14:11that according to a 2010 study I found
- 00:14:14on PubMed on average around 48% of ADHD
- 00:14:18medication users experience side effects
- 00:14:21now I want to highlight the fact that
- 00:14:23there are some people whose medication
- 00:14:25works really well for them but for
- 00:14:27almost 50% including me they don't they
- 00:14:31just don't so under the supervision of
- 00:14:34my doctor as everyone should do if they
- 00:14:36consider this I decided to come off
- 00:14:39again and just like that I was back to
- 00:14:42square one imagine running a race giving
- 00:14:45it your all and just when you think
- 00:14:47you're about to cross the finish line
- 00:14:49you realize you haven't even started it
- 00:14:51felt like being pushed through a time
- 00:14:53machine that sent me back to my old self
- 00:14:56trapped in the Vicious Cycle of being un
- 00:14:59able to focus constantly procrastinating
- 00:15:02and living in a state of executive
- 00:15:03paralysis and overwhelming chaos I was
- 00:15:06completely lost and entered a very dark
- 00:15:10time of my life I hated it I couldn't
- 00:15:14stand it it felt like a curse that I
- 00:15:17just wanted to vanish I felt as though I
- 00:15:19was trapped in a prison with no Escape
- 00:15:22doomed to remain there indefinitely no
- 00:15:25matter what I tried I always found
- 00:15:28myself facing that cold prison wall at
- 00:15:31the darkest point of all I felt numb
- 00:15:34completely devoid of hope this
- 00:15:36hopelessness transformed into anger and
- 00:15:39then mutated into pure frustration but
- 00:15:42the anger I felt eventually transformed
- 00:15:46into an intense determination to solve
- 00:15:48this issue for myself so I started
- 00:15:51researching natural ways of techniques
- 00:15:53to deal with my ADHD and soon after I
- 00:15:56found myself deeply stuck in the
- 00:15:59productivity Rabbit Hole in other words
- 00:16:01I tried every productivity hack I found
- 00:16:04on YouTube and Instagram Pomodoro work
- 00:16:06blocks having my family hold me
- 00:16:08accountable you name it I tried it the
- 00:16:11more things I tried the more desperate
- 00:16:14and intense I became finding a solution
- 00:16:16to this problem became my whole purpose
- 00:16:19my full identity I bought every course
- 00:16:22planner productivity system app or tool
- 00:16:25you can think of I think I spent close
- 00:16:27to $10,000 just on that and no matter
- 00:16:30what I tried the same thing just
- 00:16:32happened over and over again every time
- 00:16:35I tried a new product or system I
- 00:16:37thought I figured it all out all of a
- 00:16:39sudden I could focus I'd get things done
- 00:16:42work was kind of fun and I even looked
- 00:16:44forward to it a bit as I got a slight
- 00:16:46Taste of progress but shortly after I
- 00:16:50would always stop working and I'd be
- 00:16:52right back where I started not being
- 00:16:54able to focus stuck in executive
- 00:16:57paralysis and just beating myself up
- 00:16:59mentally because I just couldn't do the
- 00:17:01work after failing so many times I
- 00:17:04started to wonder if this was normal for
- 00:17:06ADH deers or if I'm just a complete
- 00:17:09failure looking for an excuse because
- 00:17:11it's a fact that there are so many
- 00:17:13insanely successful people out there who
- 00:17:16also have ADHD so there must be a way so
- 00:17:20I started learning everything I could
- 00:17:22about my ADHD brain how is it different
- 00:17:24from neurotypical people how does it
- 00:17:26work is it even different and after
- 00:17:29digging through tons of Articles science
- 00:17:31material and studies I eventually found
- 00:17:34a 2008 study on PBM that gave me some of
- 00:17:38the answers I needed it explained that
- 00:17:41people with ADHD naturally have
- 00:17:44extremely low dopamine levels this means
- 00:17:47we naturally have low internal willpower
- 00:17:50motivation and ability to focus
- 00:17:53especially when we do things we don't
- 00:17:55enjoy because dopamine is the
- 00:17:58neurotransmitter that controls all of
- 00:18:00this it's a huge biological disadvantage
- 00:18:04when it comes to execution but this made
- 00:18:07me understand why every productivity
- 00:18:09system I tried failed when it was new
- 00:18:12and exciting or something I truly loved
- 00:18:15it provided my brain with good dopamine
- 00:18:17giving me the motivation to follow
- 00:18:19through but as the excitement faded so
- 00:18:22did the dopamine and the system stopped
- 00:18:24working so naturally I thought to myself
- 00:18:27if I can somehow raise my dopamine to
- 00:18:30the level of a neurotypical person I
- 00:18:32should have consistently sufficient
- 00:18:34motivation and willpower to follow
- 00:18:36through right this is when I started
- 00:18:39researching natural ways to sustainably
- 00:18:41raise my dopamine levels in the hopes of
- 00:18:44being able to do exactly that the first
- 00:18:46thing I stumbled upon was that I should
- 00:18:48go and start exercising while eating a
- 00:18:50high protein diet the problem with that
- 00:18:53was that I'd already been doing that for
- 00:18:55years which meant this obviously didn't
- 00:18:58have enough impact on my dopamine levels
- 00:19:01while going deeper down the rabbit hole
- 00:19:03I stumbled upon brain supplements that
- 00:19:05promised they were able to raise
- 00:19:07dopamine levels for example alanine had
- 00:19:10some scientific proof that I can help
- 00:19:12with that I ended up taking lots of
- 00:19:15different supplements clinging to the
- 00:19:17hope that they would work yet I remained
- 00:19:19unsure whether their effects were truly
- 00:19:21different from not taking them at all
- 00:19:24but after trying out countless
- 00:19:26supplements I had to face the harsh
- 00:19:28reality that some might help a bit but
- 00:19:31that they are not effective enough to
- 00:19:33raise the dopamine of an ADHD to
- 00:19:35sufficient levels to have consistent
- 00:19:38motivation focus and willpower this made
- 00:19:41me realize that if there is something
- 00:19:43that works it can't be built on my
- 00:19:46dopamine levels or better said it
- 00:19:48couldn't rely on my internal willpower
- 00:19:50and discipline which at the time seemed
- 00:19:53completely abstract and unrealistic but
- 00:19:56then a few weeks went by and had an
- 00:19:59important deadline I just needed to hit
- 00:20:01it was a fairly big project I had a
- 00:20:03couple of weeks to complete it and I
- 00:20:05started to wonder how come I'm able to
- 00:20:07do that why can't I work if I don't
- 00:20:10absolutely have to and why can I become
- 00:20:13an execution machine if I'm under severe
- 00:20:16pressure and can I access the superpower
- 00:20:19more frequently and without the anxiety
- 00:20:21that goes with it so I did some research
- 00:20:23and stumbled over an article explaining
- 00:20:26the difference between external and
- 00:20:28inter internal triggers when it comes to
- 00:20:30sticking to deadlines it showed that
- 00:20:33internal triggers like willpower and
- 00:20:35discipline were varable meaning your
- 00:20:38likelihood of sticking to deadlines
- 00:20:40tasks and goals that you set for
- 00:20:42yourself will 100% depend on the
- 00:20:45discipline and willpower you have but it
- 00:20:49also explained that external triggers
- 00:20:52like deadlines from your boss clients
- 00:20:54professors or teachers are not variable
- 00:20:57they have a consistent impact on you and
- 00:21:00your performance regardless of your
- 00:21:02current willpower motivation and
- 00:21:04discipline which made complete sense
- 00:21:06because I thought back to all the times
- 00:21:09I had this hyperfocus it was always when
- 00:21:12there was a hard deadline that was set
- 00:21:14by someone else I didn't want to let
- 00:21:16down so I went ahead and immediately
- 00:21:19hired an external accountability coach
- 00:21:22to set my tasks and goals with me for
- 00:21:24the week and then hold me accountable
- 00:21:26for them in a weekly meeting believe me
- 00:21:29I had high hopes for this coach but what
- 00:21:33ended up happening was that I would just
- 00:21:35complete the tasks last minute right
- 00:21:38before our weekly accountability meeting
- 00:21:40my daily life would still be a complete
- 00:21:43mess of paralysis lack of focus
- 00:21:46concentration Etc and then one high
- 00:21:49stress period of trying to finish all
- 00:21:51the work before the accountability
- 00:21:53session so I thought okay I'm always
- 00:21:57able to complete my tasks last minute
- 00:21:59before the meeting what if I could
- 00:22:02recreate this last minute effect
- 00:22:05whenever I needed to complete a task
- 00:22:08what if I didn't have just weekly
- 00:22:11accountability but instead every single
- 00:22:14day or better said every hour of the day
- 00:22:17so I approached my accountability coach
- 00:22:20with the idea and he made suggestions
- 00:22:22that we implemented immediately we went
- 00:22:24ahead and had meetings every day we
- 00:22:27structured it like this the first 5
- 00:22:30minutes of the meeting I tell him what
- 00:22:32task I wanted to accomplish over the
- 00:22:33next hour then I went ahead and worked
- 00:22:36for 50 minutes while he was with me on
- 00:22:38the call with our cameras on and in the
- 00:22:41last 5 minutes of our meeting he would
- 00:22:43hold me accountable for what I had
- 00:22:45accomplished the first few times we
- 00:22:47tried it it worked almost too well no
- 00:22:50executive dysfunction no focus problems
- 00:22:52just me and my task which I was always
- 00:22:55able to tackle with ease but I didn't
- 00:22:57celebrate just yet because often times
- 00:23:00in the beginning something would work
- 00:23:02and then the results would slowly fade
- 00:23:05away but over the next few months I
- 00:23:07tried this over and over again and it
- 00:23:10would work every single time even when I
- 00:23:12had to complete tasks I dreaded for
- 00:23:14months like my taxes for example it
- 00:23:16worked like magic it was almost
- 00:23:20unbelievable the only problem I faced
- 00:23:22was that it was way too expensive my
- 00:23:25coach charged just about $100 an hour
- 00:23:28hour and I just couldn't afford to do
- 00:23:30this more than like once a week let
- 00:23:32alone 6 to 9 hours a day which also
- 00:23:35meant it was close to useless 1 hour of
- 00:23:39focused work a week was not even close
- 00:23:41to enough to accomplish my goals heck
- 00:23:43even just to keep up with everyday life
- 00:23:46so I tried to look for cheaper ways to
- 00:23:48accomplish this I asked one of my ADHD
- 00:23:50friends if they were down to try this
- 00:23:52with me and after telling them about my
- 00:23:54amazing experience they were hyped to
- 00:23:56try it out
- 00:23:58so we started having regular meetings
- 00:24:01implementing the same structure as I did
- 00:24:04with my coach in the first meeting we
- 00:24:07told each other what we wanted to
- 00:24:08accomplish over the next hour and
- 00:24:10started working or at least pretended to
- 00:24:14because after an hour we just looked at
- 00:24:16each other trying to go through what we
- 00:24:18had accomplished and we both managed to
- 00:24:21achieve absolutely nothing Plan
- 00:24:26B let's just kill each other we laughed
- 00:24:29it off and said we'll do better next
- 00:24:31time and try it again but it happened
- 00:24:34over and over again my suspicion was
- 00:24:37that we couldn't take it seriously
- 00:24:39enough because we were good friends and
- 00:24:41I could feel that there really wasn't a
- 00:24:44strong sense of accountability like
- 00:24:46there was with my coach so I did some
- 00:24:49research to see if I might be right and
- 00:24:51I came across a research study from Dr
- 00:24:54Matthews of the association for talent
- 00:24:57development the researchers found that
- 00:24:59you have the following probabilities of
- 00:25:01completing a goal by taking these
- 00:25:05actions having an idea or goal 10%
- 00:25:08likely to complete the goal consciously
- 00:25:11deciding that you will do it
- 00:25:1325% deciding when you will do it 40%
- 00:25:18planning how to do it 50% committing to
- 00:25:21someone that you will do it
- 00:25:2365% and having a specific accountability
- 00:25:27appointment with someone you've
- 00:25:29committed to
- 00:25:3295% I mean this made complete sense
- 00:25:35every time I would want people without
- 00:25:38professional Authority like family
- 00:25:39members or friends to hold me
- 00:25:41accountable or give me a deadline back
- 00:25:43in my school days it just wouldn't work
- 00:25:45so when I tried to implement this with
- 00:25:47my friend the professional relationship
- 00:25:50and commitment I had towards my coach
- 00:25:52was just missing but I had an idea what
- 00:25:55if I got more people from the ADHD
- 00:25:58Community I built up to try this with me
- 00:26:01we could split the costs for the coach
- 00:26:03and everyone could benefit so I tried to
- 00:26:06find as many people as I possibly could
- 00:26:09to split those costs with and ended up
- 00:26:11convincing a few of them to do this
- 00:26:13together with me most also had ADHD a
- 00:26:15few didn't but they all still shared the
- 00:26:18same struggle with focus and execution
- 00:26:20so we started having a weekly call with
- 00:26:23the accountability coach planned our
- 00:26:26weekly goals and set tasks with
- 00:26:29everything we needed to get done daily
- 00:26:31to achieve it then we would schedule our
- 00:26:34Focus sessions which is what we called
- 00:26:36our regular meetings every single day
- 00:26:39for the entire week we would then all
- 00:26:41try to get our most daunting tasks done
- 00:26:44in the same call and split the cost now
- 00:26:47at this point I was a bit scared that my
- 00:26:49commitment to the accountability coach
- 00:26:51will be diluted and I would fail because
- 00:26:54there were too many people but we went
- 00:26:56ahead and started the first 5 minutes
- 00:26:58minutes of the call all committing to
- 00:27:00our accountability coach in front of the
- 00:27:02group then we went ahead and started
- 00:27:05working and for me I felt relieved just
- 00:27:09a few minutes in it had the same effect
- 00:27:11as when I was alone with the
- 00:27:13accountability coach instantly I was
- 00:27:16able to focus and complete tasks at
- 00:27:19hypers speed no matter if I was
- 00:27:21interested in it or not it was amazing
- 00:27:24after the first session when everyone
- 00:27:26would report on what we had accomplish
- 00:27:28within 50 minutes of work literally
- 00:27:30everyone was able to complete what they
- 00:27:33wanted to it was amazing no matter if
- 00:27:36they had ADHD or not if anything being
- 00:27:40in a group of people I was also
- 00:27:42committed to supercharged the effect of
- 00:27:45this accountability towards my coach
- 00:27:47even more over the next few months it
- 00:27:50just worked super consistently it was
- 00:27:52amazing it felt like accessing exam
- 00:27:55deadline pressure any given day but
- 00:27:58without the anxiety I made so much
- 00:28:01progress in my life during that time I
- 00:28:03completed my tasks daily and as a result
- 00:28:06of it I blew up on social media my
- 00:28:09business grew tremendously as a result
- 00:28:11of it and I achieved my lifelong dream
- 00:28:14of becoming a full-time content creator
- 00:28:16in just a few short months of
- 00:28:18consistently posting and executing and
- 00:28:21it wasn't just me everyone else in our
- 00:28:23group reported tremendous progress on
- 00:28:26their personal goals I tried to
- 00:28:29understand why this was working so well
- 00:28:32and started looking for a scientific
- 00:28:34evidence that could explain it I found
- 00:28:36an article by Dr Ross Ramsey ADHD
- 00:28:39specialist and psychology professor at
- 00:28:41the University of Pennsylvania School of
- 00:28:43Medicine in which he stated I had the
- 00:28:45observation that adults with ADHD are
- 00:28:48more likely to initiate and engage in a
- 00:28:50typically avoided task if someone else
- 00:28:53is present with them and then I stumbled
- 00:28:56over social facility ation theory in
- 00:28:59which Norman triplet from Indiana
- 00:29:01University discovered the co-action
- 00:29:04effect specifically he observed an
- 00:29:06increase in task performance purely due
- 00:29:10to having another person present also
- 00:29:12performing a task this is similar to a
- 00:29:15recent study where people with ADHD
- 00:29:18reported that simply having someone else
- 00:29:20around who knows what they're supposed
- 00:29:22to be doing increases the motivation for
- 00:29:25the task Norman triplet also reports on
- 00:29:28the audience effect or how the presence
- 00:29:30of an audience just like my friends
- 00:29:32alongside my coach can positively affect
- 00:29:35performance what proved this even more
- 00:29:38for me was a 2012 study on mirror
- 00:29:40neurons which showed scans depicting
- 00:29:43brain areas that play a crucial role in
- 00:29:45the way people imitate other people's
- 00:29:48behavior just like how we yawn when we
- 00:29:50see other people yawn seeing other
- 00:29:52people focus on performing tasks may
- 00:29:55help us want to do the same thing
- 00:29:57explain in why our Focus sessions with
- 00:29:59more people than just me and my coach
- 00:30:01have been so powerful and there is so
- 00:30:04much more at 2019 study by copc Smith
- 00:30:07and Bilbo showed that social
- 00:30:09interactions like in the first 5 minutes
- 00:30:11of our session can increase your
- 00:30:13dopamine levels and therefore willpower
- 00:30:15and motivation or human motivation
- 00:30:18Theory Dr David mcleland identified that
- 00:30:21if someone Compares himself with a
- 00:30:23reference group that is highly achieving
- 00:30:26that person is more likely to become
- 00:30:28High achieving as well which is also
- 00:30:31pretty similar to our Focus sessions
- 00:30:33because we were obviously also
- 00:30:35subconsciously comparing ourselves with
- 00:30:37a reference group that's making progress
- 00:30:40right now you should know the exact
- 00:30:42steps we took to eliminate executive
- 00:30:45dysfunction procrastination and poor
- 00:30:47Focus which enabled us to consistently
- 00:30:51get things done and finally make
- 00:30:53progress in our lives we talked about
- 00:30:55how adhders can't rely on Willpower and
- 00:30:58discipline because of our low dopamine
- 00:31:00levels and that therefore all
- 00:31:02traditional productivity Solutions
- 00:31:04simply don't work for us second we
- 00:31:08talked about how external forces like
- 00:31:10deadlines from our boss teacher or
- 00:31:12Professor allow us to access last minute
- 00:31:15deadline pressure and lastly we talked
- 00:31:19about how we can access last minute
- 00:31:21pressure every hour of every day by
- 00:31:25having a focus session with an
- 00:31:27accountability coach and a group of
- 00:31:29people we are committed to so right now
- 00:31:32you might be wondering how can I find a
- 00:31:34group of people to do this with where
- 00:31:36can I find an accountability coach for
- 00:31:38this group and how do I manage to do all
- 00:31:41that well you can obviously try doing
- 00:31:44this yourself but it might take a long
- 00:31:47time to get the setup you need to really
- 00:31:50achieve the results you want and this
- 00:31:52brings me to the reason I made this
- 00:31:54video because after discovering this
- 00:31:57proven meth method that significantly
- 00:31:59helped me and others from my community
- 00:32:02with and without ADHD I knew I had to
- 00:32:05make it as accessible as possible for
- 00:32:07everyone that's why I decided to commit
- 00:32:10to the goal of helping 1 million adhders
- 00:32:13by 2030 and because of that reason I
- 00:32:16decided to launch the focus
- 00:32:20Revolution this is the first ever
- 00:32:23interactive program allowing anyone with
- 00:32:26or without ADHD to leverage the method I
- 00:32:29taught you earlier to become hyper
- 00:32:32productive and get things done with
- 00:32:34Focus Revolution anyone can achieve
- 00:32:37laser sharp focus and Tackle daily tasks
- 00:32:41effortlessly Paving the way for major
- 00:32:43long-term achievements and a
- 00:32:45well-rounded life so you can finally
- 00:32:48reach balance and internal peace and our
- 00:32:51launch earlier this year was just stone
- 00:32:54cold proof for this just listen to what
- 00:32:57our me members have had to say about it
- 00:32:59it's like magic I get much more work at
- 00:33:02them it's been lifechanging it really
- 00:33:04has it raised my happiness not even 100%
- 00:33:07but 500% that procrastination cycle like
- 00:33:11we talked about before uh was kind of
- 00:33:14pretty much over with now I can get
- 00:33:17things done that I dreaded to do and
- 00:33:21yeah that's so incredible this is the
- 00:33:24miracle like really I know that sounds
- 00:33:26like crazy but I mean it I never thought
- 00:33:30when I joined that it would change my
- 00:33:32life so much so quickly I'm getting much
- 00:33:34more done basically just gave it a shot
- 00:33:36and thank god it worked so um it has
- 00:33:40changed a lot and I keep doing it I
- 00:33:44think in the first week I started I
- 00:33:46think the 31st of January I did more
- 00:33:50what I did in the uh last 3 years I got
- 00:33:54so much better focusing let's walk
- 00:33:57through the interactive program together
- 00:34:00so you can see all the amazing things
- 00:34:03that are awaiting you within especially
- 00:34:05noteworthy is the last point which
- 00:34:07happens to be my personal favorite and
- 00:34:10it's one that our members can't stop
- 00:34:12raving about here's what you will get
- 00:34:15after joining Focus
- 00:34:17sessions you will get unlimited
- 00:34:20247 access to our exclusive Focus
- 00:34:24sessions led by top tier experts anytime
- 00:34:27you need to power through tasks whether
- 00:34:29it's pushing through a major project
- 00:34:31handling work assignments taxes or
- 00:34:34simply ticking off household chores you
- 00:34:36can jump into a session and get it done
- 00:34:39effortlessly here's how it works at the
- 00:34:42start of each session you'll declare
- 00:34:44your task to the coach and fellow
- 00:34:46participants then for the next 50
- 00:34:48minutes you dive into deep work this
- 00:34:52method is highly effective because it
- 00:34:54combines two powerful motivators expert
- 00:34:57guidance and peer
- 00:35:00accountability it's like having the
- 00:35:01pressure of a deadline without the
- 00:35:04Stress and Anxiety this is also why this
- 00:35:06works forever and the results don't fade
- 00:35:09away you are not relying on internal
- 00:35:12willpower or discipline the external
- 00:35:16forces will automatically allow you to
- 00:35:18naturally boost your focus and do the
- 00:35:20work this also explains why the results
- 00:35:24people got from these Focus sessions
- 00:35:25since the launch are so
- 00:35:28mindboggling just hear firsthand what
- 00:35:31people are saying about Focus sessions

- 00:42:25consistency checklist
- 00:42:27access to the brand new meditation guide
- 00:42:30and all future added bonuses so now you
- 00:42:33might be wondering all right Nick how
- 00:42:36much is this going to cost to launch
- 00:42:38this I have built up some serious
- 00:42:39overhead costs by hiring over 15 highly
- 00:42:42qualified Focus experts paying for the
- 00:42:45top tier ADHD experts to be part of this
- 00:42:48as well as my team in the background
- 00:42:50which I just had to do though since my
- 00:42:53reputation is everything and I could
- 00:42:55only ever attach my name to a product
- 00:42:57if I 100% believe in it bottom line is
- 00:43:01that quality doesn't come cheap however
- 00:43:04when you compare the price of focus
- 00:43:07Revolution with $100 to $300 an hour
- 00:43:09coaching will cost this will seem like a
- 00:43:12total bargain think about it how much
- 00:43:15would it be worth to you if you'd
- 00:43:17finally stop procrastinating and get
- 00:43:19things done consistently if you could
- 00:43:22finally break out of this constant cycle
- 00:43:25of feeling behind and overwhelmed due to
- 00:43:28Executive dysfunction if you could go to
- 00:43:30sleep each night knowing there isn't
- 00:43:32anything left to do if you could finally
- 00:43:36enjoy some free time guilt free because
- 00:43:39you got all your tasks done on time and
- 00:43:41you know you're making progress in life
- 00:43:43if you would have asked me a few years
- 00:43:45ago you couldn't have put a price tag on
- 00:43:47this a few of my team members even
- 00:43:49suggested that for the value we are
- 00:43:51providing and the results people inside
- 00:43:52are getting I could easily charge $1,000
- 00:43:56a month but my main goal with Focus
- 00:43:58Revolution is to help 1 million adhders
- 00:44:01break free from the negative side of
- 00:44:04ADHD and turn it into their advantage
- 00:44:06therefore it needs to be as accessible
- 00:44:09for as many people as possible
- 00:44:11regardless of their financial situation
- 00:44:14this means you don't need to invest

- 00:46:08I am sadly going to have to increase the
- 00:46:09price to 4.97 up front and then 147 a
- 00:46:13month this is to cover the costs of
- 00:46:15hiring more focused experts as we grow
- 00:46:18donate to ADHD Charities and continue to
- 00:46:21put more money into the evolution of

- 00:46:35right now lastly I want to sum things up
- 00:46:39as you've come to a very important
- 00:46:41choice you have to make between two
- 00:46:43different options with two largely
- 00:46:46different outcomes the first choice is
- 00:46:48you keep doing what you're doing at the
- 00:46:49moment and you stay stuck in this
- 00:46:52vicious cycle of procrastination
- 00:46:55inconsistency executive paralysis
- 00:46:57feeling behind and just continue to spin
- 00:47:00your wheels without progressing on
- 00:47:03anything that's truly important to you
- 00:47:05most likely you'll still be in the exact
- 00:47:07same place a year or 2 years down the
- 00:47:10line or you go with option two you go
- 00:47:13ahead and join the focus Revolution
- 00:47:15right now and see how you'll instantly
- 00:47:18be able to focus on whatever you want to
- 00:47:21without
- 00:47:22procrastinating see how consistent
- 00:47:25execution becomes easy an executive
- 00:47:28dysfunction almost vanishes from your
- 00:47:30life see how this consistency allows you
- 00:47:34to make consistent progress towards your
- 00:47:36goals all while being set free from this
- 00:47:40huge pile of undone tasks that's
- 00:47:42creeping in the back of your head at
- 00:47:44almost every minute of every day I know
- 00:47:47this is a huge promise but after seeing

- 00:48:27stay inspired and I'll see you in the
- 00:48:30next
- 00:48:34one I get much more work done the thing
- 00:48:37is I was um I was procrastinating a lot
- 00:48:40especially like days when I don't have
- 00:48:43an appointment when I have not like
- 00:48:44nothing apart from recording podcasts
- 00:48:48writing a new course you know like doing
- 00:48:50doing the work you know um but no live
- 00:48:53calls whatever um I was not able to to
- 00:48:57to structure the day it was like time
- 00:49:00went by I was youtubing I was there I
- 00:49:02was like you know like the cling a bit
- 00:49:05and then talking on the phone and and
- 00:49:08time was running you know and this has
- 00:49:11changed
- 00:49:12completely I have to say I find it like
- 00:49:15almost unbelievable it's been two weeks
- 00:49:18almost I think and uh it's it's so great
- 00:49:22like I was a bit skeptical at first when
- 00:49:24Sebastian told me oh you need to see
- 00:49:26this video of of Nick who's going to uh
- 00:49:30tell us about the focus secrets and
- 00:49:34things like that I had trouble uh of
- 00:49:36course focusing on
- 00:49:38tasks a lot of
- 00:49:41procrastination uh so it was difficult
- 00:49:43to get started on tasks for me and
- 00:49:46everything would s like a big mountain I
- 00:49:49love the Synergy of the group of this
- 00:49:52sort of synergy that's this idea this
- 00:49:54mind Flow It's like a common a common
- 00:49:57Consciousness I mean like you are in
- 00:50:00this group you are part of something
- 00:50:02that is bigger than you but you feel
- 00:50:05like you are meaningful once in your
- 00:50:07life okay you feel like that time is
- 00:50:11just yours okay and it's precious
- 00:50:15because you realize how art has been
- 00:50:19with for other the people to get things
- 00:50:23done and I would say that it's good
- 00:50:26feeling because you don't want to
- 00:50:28disappoint yourself but at the same time
- 00:50:30they want to make other people feel you
- 00:50:32know disappointed so this this is not
- 00:50:36accountability I found it really the key
- 00:50:39it's like an addiction I can't do
- 00:50:42anything without booking a focus
- 00:50:46session if I if I don't book a focus
- 00:50:49session I don't
- 00:50:51work so I'm pretty much every day uh six
- 00:50:56hours a day in in the
- 00:50:59session it's not even hard to get up or
- 00:51:03to be on
- 00:51:04time it's just really motivating U yeah
- 00:51:09the session starts at 9: I'm there at 9
- 00:51:14and I start working
- 00:51:18finally
- 00:51:19finally I'm where I
- 00:51:22belong I feel
- 00:51:25like I'm Sur
- 00:51:27rounded by the right people I feel

- 00:51:46people I'm not doing too bad I'm almost
- 00:51:49like speechless because I I did have a
- 00:51:51ADHD coach I found a few years ago when
- 00:51:54I was like at the end of my ropes and my
- 00:51:55husband was like so done with me and at
- 00:51:58that point in my life every time I made

- 00:52:01that said you are so stupid you must
- 00:52:04die a little yeah and um I love the
