- 00:00:01well. I'm going to start this video off
- 00:00:03not with trading content, but by giving
- 00:00:04you all a little update on the property
- 00:00:07that I've been working on for the past
- 00:00:08however many months. The real ones will
- 00:00:10know what I'm talking about. If you've
- 00:00:11been watching some of my previous videos
- 00:00:13from a few months ago or so, you'll know
- 00:00:16exactly what I'm talking about. The time
- 00:00:17has finally come where the property is
- 00:00:19now listed on the market. It's fully
- 00:00:21staged. It's fully completed. So, I'm
- 00:00:23going to give you all a little tour and
- 00:00:24I'm excited to show you what I've done
- 00:00:26with the place. And afterwards, I assure
- 00:00:28you, we will get into some trading
- 00:00:29content. So stay tuned.
- 00:00:50So I think it looks a little different
- 00:00:51from the last time I've shown you all.
- 00:00:53It is now fully completed and the
- 00:00:54stagers have done a wonderful job making
- 00:00:56it listing ready, ready for an open
- 00:00:59house, ready for showings. There has
- 00:01:01been a huge transformation here. Just
- 00:01:03take it in, guys. Huge transformation.
- 00:01:07Again, the real ones will remember what
- 00:01:09it looked like before
- 00:01:12and all the work that has gone into this
- 00:01:14place. Most importantly, all the things
- 00:01:15behind the walls that went into this
- 00:01:17place. And now it's done.
- 00:01:21Let me give you all the tour. Let's head
- 00:01:22upstairs
- 00:01:25to the bedrooms and the beautiful
- 00:01:27washroom.
- 00:01:30Lovely fixtures in here. All black
- 00:01:32everything.
- 00:01:34Wonderful shower.
- 00:01:43The bedrooms are nicely staged as well.
- 00:01:57This upper unit has its own electrical
- 00:01:59panel,
- 00:02:01its own laundry closet.
- 00:02:11Yeah, overall I'm really happy with how
- 00:02:13this property turned out. So, it's a
- 00:02:14twounit dwelling and I'm going to show
- 00:02:17you all the basement unit right now.
- 00:02:35So, first things first in the basement
- 00:02:37unit, we do have fully separate laundry.
- 00:02:39This is like a mudroom entrance area
- 00:02:42leading into the hallway.
- 00:02:46coat closet that used to be the
- 00:02:47staircase for the upper unit.
- 00:02:51Got some bedrooms here as well. They're
- 00:02:53above grade bedrooms because this is a
- 00:02:55backsplit home. So, doesn't really feel
- 00:02:57like a basement unit, does it? Again,
- 00:03:00we've got a separate panel down here
- 00:03:02because these units are fully separated.
- 00:03:11Another washroom in here. same fixtures
- 00:03:13and everything.
- 00:03:17And heading to the living and kitchen
- 00:03:19area, let's turn on some lights.
- 00:03:23What a difference. Just nice and clean,
- 00:03:26spacious,
- 00:03:28lovely finishings
- 00:03:30leading to the kitchen.
- 00:03:32One of the nicest basement kitchens I've
- 00:03:34ever seen
- 00:03:36with a wonderful island that overhangs
- 00:03:39so you can eat breakfast here and
- 00:03:40everything. Guys, I'm so happy with how
- 00:03:41this turned out. Really, really proud of
- 00:03:44it.
- 00:03:46Just beautiful.
- 00:03:54So, my initial plan with this house was
- 00:03:56to rent it out. That was the plan. I was
- 00:03:58going to rent out the upper unit and the
- 00:04:00lower unit. This was just strictly an
- 00:04:01investment property. I'll be honest, I
- 00:04:03got kind of cold feet about being a
- 00:04:04landlord. I'm not sure at this point in
- 00:04:06my life that I want to do that. I'm sure
- 00:04:08I will later on, but to be honest, tying
- 00:04:11up so much capital in one property right
- 00:04:13now is a bit daunting because I won't
- 00:04:16really see any true benefit from it
- 00:04:18until maybe 10 years in the future. Real
- 00:04:20estate is a very long-term game. It's
- 00:04:22not the kind of thing where you make a
- 00:04:24bunch of money really quickly unless
- 00:04:26you're flipping very consistently and
- 00:04:28efficiently. So, I decided to list it on
- 00:04:30the market for sale. We're going to see
- 00:04:32how that goes. It's currently for sale
- 00:04:34right now, so hopefully it moves
- 00:04:35quickly. I just know that the money I
- 00:04:37put into this place would be better
- 00:04:38utilized elsewhere. And by elsewhere, I
- 00:04:40mean, of course, trading. If I were to
- 00:04:42fully rent out both units of this house,
- 00:04:44I would probably be cash flowing about
- 00:04:46$1,800 to $2,000 a month above and
- 00:04:49beyond all of my expenses. So, that
- 00:04:50means my mortgage, all the utilities
- 00:04:52here, property tax, everything like
- 00:04:54that. So, it would be a good investment.
- 00:04:56Obviously, the tenants would be paying
- 00:04:58down the principal, they'd be paying
- 00:04:59down the interest, and longterm, that
- 00:05:01would build in a lot of equity into the
- 00:05:02property for me. So, if I were to sell
- 00:05:04it in the future, I would make
- 00:05:06tremendous profit. But like I said,
- 00:05:08that's a very long-term thing. I just
- 00:05:10think at this stage in my life, I would
- 00:05:12rather use that money to exponentially
- 00:05:14grow my trading endeavors and other
- 00:05:17investments. I will likely do another
- 00:05:19property just like this or better in the
- 00:05:22near future. But, I'm going to be more
- 00:05:23patient. I'm not going to rush into it.
- 00:05:25This is something I've wanted to do
- 00:05:26since I was very, very young, like early
- 00:05:28teens. I decided I want to be a home
- 00:05:31builder. So, I really wanted to get my
- 00:05:32foot in the door with a property like
- 00:05:34this to see what all the hype is about.
- 00:05:35And some may disagree with me on this,
- 00:05:37but my conclusion based on this
- 00:05:39experience and other experiences I've
- 00:05:41had in the past flipping houses for
- 00:05:43others is that this is an endeavor
- 00:05:45better suited for later on in life to
- 00:05:47compound existing capital and really
- 00:05:49grow wealth over time. But, like I said,
- 00:05:52it's a long-term game. So, I really
- 00:05:54emphasize that over time that I just
- 00:05:56said. One of the other reasons I'm not
- 00:05:58too keen on being a landlord right now
- 00:05:59is because I don't want to be tied down
- 00:06:01to a location. To be honest, it gives me
- 00:06:03a little bit of anxiety being tied down
- 00:06:05to one place and having bills associated
- 00:06:07with this house, something that I'd have
- 00:06:08to keep for 10 or 15 years before it
- 00:06:10really makes sense to sell. Although, I
- 00:06:12do have a kid, so I I do kind of have to
- 00:06:14stay in the area that I'm in for the
- 00:06:17time being, but I do want to be
- 00:06:18traveling more. I don't want to have too
- 00:06:20many commitments in Canada, to be quite
- 00:06:21honest. But anyways, it was a great
- 00:06:23experience, a great learning experience,
- 00:06:25especially. And there's a lot of
- 00:06:27flexibility in the price to be honest.
- 00:06:28No matter what it sells at, it's it's
- 00:06:30profitable. I got it for a good price.
- 00:06:32Did a lot of the work myself. So, the
- 00:06:34numbers make sense and I'm going to be
- 00:06:35happy regardless. And like I said, I'm
- 00:06:37sure in the near future I'll have rental
- 00:06:39properties as I initially planned. Um,
- 00:06:41but I think for this one, it's good to
- 00:06:43just flip it and take a profit. Just a
- 00:06:44word of advice though, if you do want to
- 00:06:46buy a property like this and be a
- 00:06:47landlord, you know, renting it out to
- 00:06:49tenants, don't buy a semi- detached
- 00:06:51house. buy a fully detached house
- 00:06:54because it will be much easier to deal
- 00:06:55with. Luckily, my attached neighbors
- 00:06:57next door have been very gracious
- 00:06:59throughout this whole construction
- 00:07:00process, but there were a bit of
- 00:07:02headaches like separating the electrical
- 00:07:04meters to have more service to this
- 00:07:06house. They had to have their power shut
- 00:07:08off for a day and it was months of
- 00:07:10planning with the electrical company in
- 00:07:12this area. Huge headaches involved in
- 00:07:13that and a lot of delays, which of
- 00:07:15course means a lot of money spent. So,
- 00:07:18my recommendation to you and what I'm
- 00:07:20going to do in the future is buy a fully
- 00:07:22detached property with no neighbors
- 00:07:24attached, like no dividing wall, because
- 00:07:26the construction process and the tenant
- 00:07:29rental process, I think, will be much
- 00:07:31more simple with a lot less headaches.
- 00:07:33So, my advice would be don't rush into
- 00:07:35this. You have to understand that it's
- 00:07:36not a get-richquick kind of thing. Maybe
- 00:07:38it's different in different
- 00:07:39jurisdictions. Like, I know a lot of
- 00:07:41people in America have a lot of success
- 00:07:43with house flipping. The rules are not
- 00:07:45the same in Canada. it's a lot less
- 00:07:46favorable to do these kinds of things in
- 00:07:48Canada. So, it really depends on where
- 00:07:49you're located in the world. But
- 00:07:51overall, it was fun. It was an
- 00:07:52interesting way to diversify. Taught me
- 00:07:54a lot of lessons and I gained a lot of
- 00:07:56experience from it. So, really can't
- 00:07:58complain. Now, let's see how it does on
- 00:08:00the market. Hopefully, I get a bunch of
- 00:08:01money from it and we keep going. We move
- 00:08:03on. All right, I'm back. I was supposed
- 00:08:06to continue recording yesterday, but I
- 00:08:08just didn't feel like it. So, uh here I
- 00:08:10am the next day and let's continue the
- 00:08:12video. So, I feel like I should talk
- 00:08:14about the automated trading that I've
- 00:08:16been doing because I've just been
- 00:08:17getting so many requests to discuss it
- 00:08:19in detail. Got to be honest, I'm a
- 00:08:21little hesitant to do so. It's been
- 00:08:23going so well, I almost don't want to
- 00:08:25talk about it. Uh, just because of just
- 00:08:27the nature of social media, it's
- 00:08:28typically a very toxic place. And
- 00:08:30usually whenever I discuss what I'm
- 00:08:33doing, it just opens me up to unwanted
- 00:08:36criticism that is just a distraction to
- 00:08:38me. So, I guess I'll keep this short and
- 00:08:40sweet, but I will discuss the automated
- 00:08:43expert advisor that I've been using.
- 00:08:44What that means is that I'm not manually
- 00:08:47trading anymore. I don't actively place
- 00:08:49trades. Uh, the expert advisor that I'm
- 00:08:51using do that for me. So, an expert
- 00:08:53adviser, for those of you who don't
- 00:08:55know, is basically a trading bot hosted
- 00:08:58on the MetaTrader 5 platform. And if you
- 00:09:00have a mechanical trading strategy like
- 00:09:02myself, then you can code that strategy
- 00:09:05and all the criteria surrounding it into
- 00:09:07an expert adviser. And when you run that
- 00:09:09expert adviser with the help of a VPS, a
- 00:09:12virtual private server, it can run 24
- 00:09:14hours a day without interruption. So
- 00:09:16basically, it's scanning any chart that
- 00:09:18you apply it to and you no longer have
- 00:09:20to look for trades or execute trades or
- 00:09:22even manage the trades. So, I'm going to
- 00:09:24flip the camera around and show you
- 00:09:26first MetaTrader on my phone just to
- 00:09:28show you all some of the progress that's
- 00:09:29been going on. And then I'm going to
- 00:09:31also film my laptop in front of me here
- 00:09:33and give you all the rundown on what the
- 00:09:35EAS look like, what the settings entail,
- 00:09:37that kind of stuff. So, I hope you guys
- 00:09:38can see this clearly. This is MetaTrader
- 00:09:405 on my gold account. So, we have two
- 00:09:43different EAS. We have one for Forex and
- 00:09:44one for gold. This one is the gold one.
- 00:09:47Now, this is all the position history.
- 00:09:49I'm going to go into the actual history
- 00:09:50in just a second, but literally all of
- 00:09:52these are wins, which is absolutely
- 00:09:54insane. It's on a 26 trade win streak
- 00:09:57right now, which is just absurd to even
- 00:09:59say out loud. And I'm going to explain
- 00:10:01the strategy for this gold EA in just a
- 00:10:04sec because it is different from the
- 00:10:05Forex EA. So, as I go into my history,
- 00:10:07you're going to see a lot of small wins,
- 00:10:09but they are wins nonetheless. So, I
- 00:10:12started this account. I transferred
- 00:10:1310,000 over from another account just
- 00:10:15basically to test this EA out. It's
- 00:10:17fairly new and I wanted to test it on
- 00:10:19live funds after doing simulated back
- 00:10:22tests. So, you'll see three losses right
- 00:10:24off the bat. Shortly after those losses,
- 00:10:26we made a big update to the EA.
- 00:10:28Basically, we noticed something was off
- 00:10:30about it. It required raw spread from a
- 00:10:32broker and additionally, it only worked
- 00:10:34really well with super high leverage.
- 00:10:36So, we made a little patch to the EA to
- 00:10:38fix that. And then shortly after that,
- 00:10:40it's been only wins. So, literally those
- 00:10:43first three trades were the original
- 00:10:44version. And then we made a big update.
- 00:10:47Every single trade since then has been a
- 00:10:49100% win rate. There's a withdraw in the
- 00:10:51middle there too of just a small 2,300.
- 00:10:53I just did that to just to prove that
- 00:10:55this is real. But after that, I'm just
- 00:10:57compounding this. It's just a 10K
- 00:10:59account. Nothing spectacular. Um, but
- 00:11:01it's already up 6,200 in profit. That's
- 00:11:04counting the $2,300 withdrawal. So,
- 00:11:06currently my balance is just over
- 00:11:0813,000. So again, nothing too
- 00:11:09significant in terms of dollar value,
- 00:11:11but this is connected to a My FX book
- 00:11:13and it's for all of our community
- 00:11:15members to see. So the goal is to just
- 00:11:17compound it over time and bring it to
- 00:11:19100K, maybe even 50K actually because um
- 00:11:22this is it's pretty high risk here. So
- 00:11:24it develops really good returns. Um the
- 00:11:27reason I go super high risk with this EA
- 00:11:30is because it has an average win rate of
- 00:11:3291%. So through the back tests that
- 00:11:34we've done, we noticed that with a 91%
- 00:11:37average win rate, the total consecutive
- 00:11:40win streak has a potential of up to 66
- 00:11:4366 wins in a row potentially. And the
- 00:11:46max consecutive losses were only three.
- 00:11:48So that's pretty crazy. So although it's
- 00:11:50really high risk, the losses are going
- 00:11:52to be so infrequent that it really
- 00:11:54doesn't matter. Let me quickly break
- 00:11:55down the actual strategy that this EA
- 00:11:57utilizes before I ramble too much here.
- 00:11:59So basically it sets a buy stop and a
- 00:12:02sell stop at the previous day's high and
- 00:12:04low. So every day upon market open there
- 00:12:06are two orders placed. If I go to the
- 00:12:08trade section you'll see that I still
- 00:12:10have a sell stop there. The buy stop has
- 00:12:12already happened and it was this one
- 00:12:14right here. Small $400 win. So each day
- 00:12:16there's two orders. Usually just one of
- 00:12:18them is activated. Every once in a while
- 00:12:20we'll get two trades in a day when both
- 00:12:22the previous days high and low are
- 00:12:23tested. So basically this strategy is a
- 00:12:25breakout strategy. It works really well
- 00:12:27for gold because there's a lot of
- 00:12:28momentum on gold, it behaves a lot
- 00:12:30differently from a lot of forex pairs.
- 00:12:32So, typically when a previous day's high
- 00:12:33or low is tested, there's a significant
- 00:12:35breakout of that level. And you can see
- 00:12:37right here, it's got a very high success
- 00:12:39rate. These are all wins. And so, the
- 00:12:41sell stop that's left today, if I click
- 00:12:43on it, you'll see the parameters of the
- 00:12:44trade. I hope you guys can see this.
- 00:12:46Anyways, the total take-profit is about
- 00:12:48$2,700. The total stop-loss is about
- 00:12:50$2,700. So, it's a 1:1 ratio. That's the
- 00:12:53default settings. It's just one.
- 00:12:55However, it never really reaches that
- 00:12:57point. It never really reaches either of
- 00:12:59these points because as soon as the
- 00:13:01trade is activated, it will very quickly
- 00:13:03and aggressively start trailing the
- 00:13:05stop-loss. So, because the stop loss
- 00:13:07trails so aggressively, it makes it
- 00:13:09really unlikely that there's going to be
- 00:13:11a full loss taking place. Now, if there
- 00:13:14were to be a full loss, like I said, it
- 00:13:15would be minus $2,700 with the current
- 00:13:17risk that I'm using, which of course,
- 00:13:19given my account size, that would be
- 00:13:21pretty significant. But, I've also built
- 00:13:23up a significant profit buffer as well.
- 00:13:25And I'm going to continue to compound
- 00:13:26this account until it becomes more
- 00:13:28significant. So when those inevitable
- 00:13:31losses do occur, it's really not going
- 00:13:32to hurt that much. And based on this
- 00:13:34account size, what I've been noticing is
- 00:13:36if I just click the last week's history,
- 00:13:39the average profit per week right now of
- 00:13:41this account size is like $1,500, which
- 00:13:43is pretty substantial. Now, this account
- 00:13:45has been going for about 2 months. Let
- 00:13:48me go to some more history here as well.
- 00:13:50Let's scroll all the way up. So, it
- 00:13:52started, yeah, June 4th. It started
- 00:13:54being profitable on June 9th after we
- 00:13:56made that update. So, it's been it's
- 00:13:58been tremendous. Now, I want to clear up
- 00:14:00some questions here right off the bat
- 00:14:01that I know I'm going to get in the
- 00:14:02comments. This is not a Martingale
- 00:14:04strategy. This is not some sort of tick
- 00:14:06scalping or highfrequency trading
- 00:14:07strategy. It's nothing like that. It's
- 00:14:10literally just a breakout of the
- 00:14:11previous day high and low. However, it's
- 00:14:13really hard to replicate manually. The
- 00:14:15reason it's so good is because the bot
- 00:14:18automatically aggressively trails that
- 00:14:20stop loss. That's what gives it such a a
- 00:14:22tremendous win rate and allows for
- 00:14:24consistent profits. I've seen it happen
- 00:14:27in real time. It happens very very
- 00:14:28quickly. There's no way to manually
- 00:14:30trail the stop-loss um as efficiently as
- 00:14:33this bot does. So that's one of the
- 00:14:35benefits of automated trading. Oftent
- 00:14:37times these trades happen while I'm
- 00:14:38sleeping. Like a lot of these occurred
- 00:14:40during my sleep, which is crazy, and I
- 00:14:42just wake up to this profit. So it would
- 00:14:45be very very hard to me for me to do
- 00:14:46this manually on my own. Now, I have
- 00:14:48MetaTrader pulled up on my laptop as
- 00:14:51well. So, let me show you all the
- 00:14:53settings. Also, I apologize for the
- 00:14:54construction noise in the background.
- 00:14:55There's a custom home being built right
- 00:14:57next to me, and I think they're just
- 00:14:58wrapping up for the day. So, hopefully
- 00:15:00they're done with that soon. Let me show
- 00:15:01you guys
- 00:15:07this big monstrosity over here. They're
- 00:15:10just banging around scaffolding. It's
- 00:15:11driving me nuts. Anyways, I've got
- 00:15:13MetaTrader 5 pulled up here. Let me open
- 00:15:15up the settings for this EA. Just going
- 00:15:18to pull up expert list and go to the
- 00:15:20properties here and you'll see the
- 00:15:22settings. So, it's pretty
- 00:15:23straightforward. The actual strategy
- 00:15:25behind it is not available in the
- 00:15:27settings. All you have to configure here
- 00:15:29is your take-profit, your stop-loss,
- 00:15:31which we recommend everybody just leave
- 00:15:33at default settings. Your lot size
- 00:15:35obviously, and you know, just a few
- 00:15:37different settings for risk. There's
- 00:15:39also settings for the trailing stop-loss
- 00:15:41um as well. So, it's pretty
- 00:15:42straightforward, but just the default
- 00:15:44settings are yielding the profits that I
- 00:15:46just showed you guys on my phone. And
- 00:15:47like I said, it's inevitable that we're
- 00:15:49going to get losses, but in a large
- 00:15:51sample size of, you know, 5 years of
- 00:15:53data, um, the max consecutive losses
- 00:15:56were just three. Even just seeing those
- 00:15:58three in a row would be extremely rare.
- 00:16:03I'm going to take my stuff inside.
- 00:16:05There's too much noise out here. Forgive
- 00:16:07me, guys. Let's finish this video
- 00:16:09inside. All right, we're back. Gosh,
- 00:16:11it's noisy out there in the daytime.
- 00:16:13Anyways, I'm going to flip the camera
- 00:16:14around again and I want to show you all
- 00:16:16what the people in our community think
- 00:16:18of this EA and then I'll discuss the
- 00:16:19Forex version as well. So, this is the
- 00:16:22automation side of our Currency Pros
- 00:16:24server. So, we've got two servers here.
- 00:16:26We've got the main Currency Pro server.
- 00:16:28We've got about 2100 people in that
- 00:16:29server. And then we've got the
- 00:16:31automation server that has about 650
- 00:16:33people in it so far. Got a bunch of
- 00:16:35people joining every day. So, it's a
- 00:16:36nice big community, very active in the
- 00:16:38chats. But let me go to the results
- 00:16:40channel and show you what our other
- 00:16:41members are experiencing as well. So,
- 00:16:44we've got everybody posting pretty much
- 00:16:46every day here. It's been wonderful. Um,
- 00:16:50posting their wins, all kinds of
- 00:16:51different account sizes.
- 00:16:54You'll see some small wins, some big
- 00:16:55wins. Everybody's risking different
- 00:16:58amounts, whatever they're comfortable
- 00:16:59with. So, you're going to definitely see
- 00:17:01some varying results here. This guy made
- 00:17:03some great money with those. Wow. Yep.
- 00:17:07There's been um a few people that have
- 00:17:08passed challenges with this already. So,
- 00:17:10to answer some questions here, a lot of
- 00:17:12people are using this on prop firms. Um
- 00:17:14I've been getting a lot of DMs saying,
- 00:17:16"Does this work on prop firms?" Well,
- 00:17:18the simple answer is if the prop firm
- 00:17:20allows EA trading, then yes, it does.
- 00:17:22This EA doesn't go against any rules for
- 00:17:24prop firms. Like I said before, it's not
- 00:17:26a highfrequency trading bot. It's not
- 00:17:29some sort of arbitrage bot. It doesn't
- 00:17:31perform martingale strategy. It's
- 00:17:33nothing like that. It's not even really
- 00:17:34a high frequency strategy at all. These
- 00:17:37trades are sometimes one or two days
- 00:17:38apart. As I'm scrolling through here,
- 00:17:40guys, I hope you can see all of these.
- 00:17:41Like, these people are getting
- 00:17:42consistent wins just like I showed you
- 00:17:44on my MetaTrader as well. So, it's been
- 00:17:46fantastic. And like I said, a few people
- 00:17:48have passed proper challenges already,
- 00:17:51which is great. And as I scroll through
- 00:17:52these, you're going to see more and more
- 00:17:54people posting. So, I'd like to briefly
- 00:17:55discuss the Forex EA as well. So, like I
- 00:17:58said, we have a gold EA and a Forex EA.
- 00:18:00This is the Forex version. It's a lot
- 00:18:02more complex and basically this is the
- 00:18:04strategy that you're all familiar with.
- 00:18:06So the strategy that I've been teaching
- 00:18:07for free on this YouTube channel for so
- 00:18:09long now, we coded it into an automated
- 00:18:11EA. So we released this a few months ago
- 00:18:14and it was performing really well at
- 00:18:15first and then the market conditions
- 00:18:17changed and it all of a sudden was not
- 00:18:19performing very well. So we took it
- 00:18:20offline for a bit and made some very
- 00:18:23major changes to it that have since
- 00:18:25shown great improvement. And I'm going
- 00:18:27to briefly discuss what that is. So
- 00:18:29basically instead of setting a limit
- 00:18:32order at the Fibonacci level, let me
- 00:18:34just show you guys for a sec. We see a
- 00:18:36fib range right here, right? The EA is
- 00:18:38automatically printing all of this. It
- 00:18:39shows the 71% retracement, liquidity
- 00:18:41sweep, breakup structure, etc. Shows all
- 00:18:44the imbalances there as well or fair
- 00:18:45value gaps, whatever you want to call
- 00:18:46them. Previously, you would just set a
- 00:18:48limit order, like a buy limit order at
- 00:18:50the fib level if all the confluence is
- 00:18:52lined up. Now, the EA is going to wait
- 00:18:54until price gets into that fib level and
- 00:18:56then it's actually going to wait for a
- 00:18:58rejection confirmation from that fib
- 00:19:00level. So, this basically compromises
- 00:19:03the riskreward slightly. So, instead of
- 00:19:06a 2 and 1 half riskreward, it's going to
- 00:19:07be slightly less than that, more like a
- 00:19:091:2 because it's waiting for an actual
- 00:19:11rejection from the level to basically
- 00:19:13confirm momentum and to confirm the bias
- 00:19:16that this trade is correct. So, by doing
- 00:19:18this, we've noticed a massive change in
- 00:19:20win rate. Some pairs that we have back
- 00:19:22tested showed even a 30% increase in win
- 00:19:25rate. So, it's been a drastic
- 00:19:26improvement and we're really looking
- 00:19:28forward to seeing how it performs over
- 00:19:29time. The reason I haven't been talking
- 00:19:31too much about it is because number one,
- 00:19:33I'm not a salesman. I'm not a marketer,
- 00:19:35but number two, I would prefer to give
- 00:19:37it a lot more time so I'd have more
- 00:19:39results to talk about. We do of course
- 00:19:41have extensive back testing results, but
- 00:19:44back testing is obviously different from
- 00:19:46real-time trading. We want real forward
- 00:19:48tested data that we can discuss. So,
- 00:19:51like I said, I've been a bit quiet about
- 00:19:52it, but I wanted to make this video to
- 00:19:54answer a lot of the questions that I've
- 00:19:55been getting. Now, let's briefly go
- 00:19:57through the settings here. There's a lot
- 00:19:58of filters that we can add. Um, starting
- 00:20:00from the top, you can adjust your
- 00:20:02Fibonacci level, so it doesn't have to
- 00:20:03be at 71%. Um, we can adjust the trade
- 00:20:06mode, actually. So, it enters a market
- 00:20:09execution at the fib level if there's a
- 00:20:10rejection. You could do the original
- 00:20:12settings, which is a pending limit order
- 00:20:14at the fib level, or you could do a
- 00:20:16rejection from the fair value gap
- 00:20:18instead of a fib level. So, there's a
- 00:20:20few different options there. We have
- 00:20:21plenty of settings like the imbalance
- 00:20:23filter. Trades only are activated if the
- 00:20:26fib level aligns with the imbalance. You
- 00:20:28can add a buffer to the fair value gap
- 00:20:29so that it can accommodate for different
- 00:20:30brokers um and how they present the data
- 00:20:33on the chart. We have a premium and
- 00:20:35discount filter so that trades are only
- 00:20:37taken if if it aligns with the higher
- 00:20:38time frame. You can set your higher time
- 00:20:40frame here, of course. We have a
- 00:20:42liquidity filter, so trades are only
- 00:20:43taken if there is a liquidity sweep
- 00:20:45present. And you can adjust the struct
- 00:20:46the structure settings as well. And
- 00:20:48plenty of options for the actual trade
- 00:20:50settings and management such as break
- 00:20:53even and partial profits. All kinds of
- 00:20:55good stuff. And then we have days that
- 00:20:56you can filter as well if you want to
- 00:20:58turn the bot off on certain days. So,
- 00:21:00it's a very extensive it's a very
- 00:21:02extensive list of settings here. There's
- 00:21:03a lot to choose from. Um, we are
- 00:21:05currently testing the best combination
- 00:21:07of settings for different time frames.
- 00:21:10Right now, it's working really well on
- 00:21:12the 4hour time frame, but we need to run
- 00:21:14further tests, um, back testing and
- 00:21:16forward testing to fully optimize the
- 00:21:18lower time frames because the lower time
- 00:21:20frames are much more complicated. So,
- 00:21:21like I said, guys, I am not a salesman.
- 00:21:23I'm not a marketer. That's why I've been
- 00:21:24very quiet about this kind of stuff
- 00:21:26because I really actually don't like
- 00:21:28talking about it. The social media space
- 00:21:29is really tough for traders, especially
- 00:21:31traders who have products and services
- 00:21:34because for some reason we are demonized
- 00:21:35whenever we post about anything that
- 00:21:37we've been working on. It's very
- 00:21:39discouraging to be quite honest. I even
- 00:21:41recently uploaded a video of my Trading
- 00:21:44View indicator that I've been using for
- 00:21:45so long and have paid so much money to
- 00:21:48develop with expert coders. And I posted
- 00:21:51it and was just immediately getting
- 00:21:52criticized. And I'm like, you know what?
- 00:21:53I don't need this. Like, I don't need to
- 00:21:55be posting this kind of stuff. I'm not
- 00:21:57trying to sell anything. I have things
- 00:21:59for sale, but that doesn't mean I'm
- 00:22:00actively trying to sell you guys on
- 00:22:02things. They're just there for people
- 00:22:03who are interested in them. I've always
- 00:22:05thought since since I started trading
- 00:22:06that it was possible to fully automate
- 00:22:08trading. And what I've been doing
- 00:22:10recently has only further instilled that
- 00:22:12in my mind. The Trading View indicator
- 00:22:14that we developed is incredible for
- 00:22:16automating chart work so that you can
- 00:22:18literally just look at the charts and
- 00:22:20see if there's a trade setup and just
- 00:22:21make decisions rather than doing the
- 00:22:23mundane tasks of drawing all the lines,
- 00:22:25dragging all the rectangle tools and all
- 00:22:27that kind of stuff. There's no second
- 00:22:28guessing. The indicator just shows it
- 00:22:29for you. And then we took it a step
- 00:22:31further by developing an EA, an expert
- 00:22:33adviser or two expert advisors that
- 00:22:35literally trade for you. So you don't
- 00:22:37even need trading experience in order to
- 00:22:39use them and profit from them. But
- 00:22:40again, the moment I start talking about
- 00:22:41these things, I get labeled as a scammer
- 00:22:44or a marketer or some kind of guru or
- 00:22:47something like that. I have no idea why.
- 00:22:49It's a very toxic industry. For some
- 00:22:51reason, experts in every other industry
- 00:22:54in the world are able to monetize their
- 00:22:55knowledge and experience, but as soon as
- 00:22:57a trader does it, they get lumped into
- 00:22:59this category of scammers and marketers.
- 00:23:01And it really sucks. So sometimes I just
- 00:23:03stay quiet about it because at the end
- 00:23:05of the day, I'm using these things for
- 00:23:06myself and I'm just making them public.
- 00:23:08So, if anybody else wants to use them,
- 00:23:10they can. Take away my YouTube channel,
- 00:23:12take away my Instagram, take away any
- 00:23:14public attention that I've ever had, I
- 00:23:15would still be using these things for
- 00:23:17myself and making money from them. So,
- 00:23:19if you ever see me being quiet, it's
- 00:23:22because I'm just tired of social media
- 00:23:24and I don't need to deal with these
- 00:23:25things. So, I really hope you enjoyed

- 00:23:51like I said, I've been kind of leaning
- 00:23:52more towards just providing educational
- 00:23:54videos and taking myself out of them.

- 00:24:50take myself away from the trading. And
- 00:24:52so I want to talk to you guys about
- 00:24:53those types of things too and show you
- 00:24:55how it's going. But at the same time,
- 00:24:56like I said before, I don't need the
- 00:24:58stress of social media. I don't need all
- 00:25:00the nonsense that comes with it, all the
- 00:25:02keyboard warriors in the comments
- 00:25:04sections. I want nothing to do with
- 00:25:05that. I don't have energy for you types
- 00:25:07of people. If that's going to be the
- 00:25:08case, then I'm just simply not going to
- 00:25:09make videos because I don't need to.
- 00:25:12Like I said, take away my social media,
- 00:25:14take away every avenue of monetization
- 00:25:16that I have. I'm still fine. So this
- 00:25:18content is like a take it or leave it
- 00:25:20kind of thing. Same with the link in the

- 00:25:24that I offer. It's just a take it or
- 00:25:25leave it kind of thing. I'm not going to
- 00:25:26convince you of anything. I'm not going
