- 00:00:01highlevel master class and if you don't
- 00:00:03know what high level is I'm going to
- 00:00:04explain it the four different business
- 00:00:06models that I recommend using it that
- 00:00:08I've already personally used myself and
- 00:00:11I've generated over seven figures
- 00:00:12meaning a million dollars using high
- 00:00:15level and I'm also going to break down
- 00:00:17so that you can understand what's best
- 00:00:18for you from a score of 1 to 10 in terms
- 00:00:21of how easy or hard it is to do how much
- 00:00:24time it takes to launch and run the
- 00:00:26thing and then how much it costs to
- 00:00:29start
- 00:00:30and run the business so you can see how
- 00:00:32much profit margins you have as well as
- 00:00:34how much effort slactive or passive
- 00:00:37income you can generate using high level
- 00:00:39and first of all a big disclaimer I'm an
- 00:00:42affiliate for high level I'm using high
- 00:00:44level and so I'm also biased and this is
- 00:00:47very important to say because not a lot
- 00:00:48of people on YouTube actually mention
- 00:00:50the fact that they're biased and they
- 00:00:52have from their experience they have a
- 00:00:55one-sided opinion now that being said I
- 00:00:58if you're new here I am a funnel Builder
- 00:01:01and I've been for the last six years and
- 00:01:03so I've built over 600 sales funnels for
- 00:01:06hundreds of clients including Tony
- 00:01:07Robins Russell Brunson Jordan Welsh Dean
- 00:01:10gracii Robert kosaki and I've seen what
- 00:01:13works and what doesn't and I'm still
- 00:01:15here today using high level for a simple
- 00:01:17reason it works and I just want a
- 00:01:20software that works that has everything
- 00:01:21that I need and then I don't have to use
- 00:01:24all the other features that I don't need
- 00:01:25I just want it to run so that it can run
- 00:01:28as a machine it can generate lead and
- 00:01:30customers for me now that being said
- 00:01:32we're going to score it 1 to 10 from the
- 00:01:35first one being the software business
- 00:01:37the white label software that you might
- 00:01:38have heard of when it comes to high
- 00:01:40level as well as the agency the Creator
- 00:01:43business and the affiliate business and
- 00:01:46I'm personally doing all of these myself
- 00:01:48as well in what what I call a hybrid
- 00:01:51model so a hybrid model is where you can
- 00:01:54have one customer that you help in and
- 00:01:56then you can sync and stack different
- 00:01:57revenue streams you have multiple income
- 00:01:59streams instead of just one I don't like
- 00:02:01to rely on just one thing and so in this
- 00:02:03video I'm going to break down how you
- 00:02:04can do that without um spreading
- 00:02:07yourself through uh 21 and actually
- 00:02:09ending up uh just causing chaos so I
- 00:02:12want you to be able to do this with
- 00:02:14simplicity so you can have a business
- 00:02:16that you can enjoy not one that is uh
- 00:02:19burning you out making you tired and
- 00:02:22essentially scaling you into stress and
- 00:02:24pain so you don't want to even hand have
- 00:02:26the business I'm a big believer in
- 00:02:28having a business that you enjoy one
- 00:02:30that allows you to travel the world I'm
- 00:02:33for example traveling to Portugal this
- 00:02:34week and I can run all of these four
- 00:02:36businesses that you see behind me using
- 00:02:38high level from anywhere in the world so
- 00:02:40let's get into the first one is SAS SAS
- 00:02:43stands for software as a service meaning
- 00:02:47it's not just an app it's a software
- 00:02:49that does something specifically for
- 00:02:52people that is a software assay service
- 00:02:55now the pros if we look at both the pros
- 00:02:58and cons of each of these the pros of
- 00:02:59running a SAS business are many one of
- 00:03:02them being that is very scalable meaning
- 00:03:05you can start a software business
- 00:03:07without having to create the software
- 00:03:08yourself because you can white label
- 00:03:10high levels uh developers the
- 00:03:13infrastructure the ecosystem and you
- 00:03:16just Rebrand you change the logo uh and
- 00:03:18The Branding and then you sell it to a
- 00:03:20specific customer you you name it and um
- 00:03:24and it's very scalable because the
- 00:03:26technical uh sorry the the technology
- 00:03:29the tech
- 00:03:30runs the business and delivers the
- 00:03:32service not you meaning software is the
- 00:03:34service it's not your time being the
- 00:03:37service second thing is control so you
- 00:03:39can actually choose which features you
- 00:03:42want to sell and which ones you don't
- 00:03:43want to sell so as a funnel Builder and
- 00:03:45strategies for people I help them create
- 00:03:47the offer we write the copy The Branding
- 00:03:49and then we create sales funnels to sell
- 00:03:51their coaching products their courses
- 00:03:54info products digital products and so
- 00:03:57what I like to do is focus on on the
- 00:03:59funnel Builder mainly right then we have
- 00:04:02the automation we have the calendar we
- 00:04:03have a lot of other stuff that some
- 00:04:05people want to use as well but the main
- 00:04:07thing is the funnel Builder so how can
- 00:04:09we create upsells down celles um order
- 00:04:12forms automated sales funnels that sell
- 00:04:14our courses 24/7 for me and my clients
- 00:04:17and so third thing is white label the
- 00:04:20fact that we can just make our own so I
- 00:04:22for example own a white label as well
- 00:04:25and I got uh over 100 users to sign up
- 00:04:29for my my funnels dosl wh label software
- 00:04:33and I now also brought in a partner who
- 00:04:36purchased a part of it so you can
- 00:04:37actually exit you can sell your software
- 00:04:39as well um CU kind of like the operating
- 00:04:42system high level being the operating
- 00:04:44system your the software on top of it
- 00:04:47because you get to customize everything
- 00:04:49and have control right and so next one
- 00:04:53is a big one and a lot of people hate
- 00:04:55the fact that in most business you start
- 00:04:57over every month you need to sell new
- 00:04:58products new services every month you
- 00:05:00start over there's this like constant
- 00:05:02stress of am I going to make the payroll
- 00:05:05uh am I am I going to have enough money
- 00:05:07for my family and for for the mortgage
- 00:05:09and for rent and like all these things
- 00:05:10and so when you build something that you
- 00:05:13charge every month and uh something that
- 00:05:16delivers value every month you build
- 00:05:18recurring Revenue monthly recurring
- 00:05:20revenue and so that's the beautiful
- 00:05:22thing about software is that people
- 00:05:24build the business on this Foundation
- 00:05:26the tool is that fundamental techn techn
- 00:05:29local piece that the business runs on so
- 00:05:32who would want to shut off a sales funel
- 00:05:35that generates leads or customers nobody
- 00:05:38right and so you build a lot of monthly
- 00:05:40curring Revenue uh it's also very
- 00:05:42passive it's also exit so a lot of
- 00:05:44people have me included have exited a
- 00:05:47software and so you can build it up
- 00:05:50brand it get customers build the
- 00:05:52infrastructure and then sell it off and
- 00:05:54have a nice payday next one is uh
- 00:05:56stickiness because of the automations
- 00:05:59and the Cal like when you build an
- 00:06:00infrastructure me for example I have a
- 00:06:02family and we have a house and so even
- 00:06:04though it would be nice to buy a new
- 00:06:06house and move to another place we have
- 00:06:08stickiness in in our neighbors in our
- 00:06:11community in our church in our friends
- 00:06:13being here close and so there's like
- 00:06:14stickiness there's more friction to move
- 00:06:17even though it would be a lot of pros
- 00:06:20and benefits moving as well there's also
- 00:06:22drawback such as like having to um get
- 00:06:25used to a new life and so when you have
- 00:06:28stickiness you have people on a software
- 00:06:31paying you every month it's friction for
- 00:06:33them to move to something else and so
- 00:06:35when you have good Tech in the software
- 00:06:38developers and the platform you get a
- 00:06:40lot of people paying every single month
- 00:06:41because they've built their house on
- 00:06:43your
- 00:06:44land and then the high level devs I
- 00:06:47someone who's very fortunate to be a uh
- 00:06:50consultant on the funnel Builder few of
- 00:06:53the different high level uh features not
- 00:06:56all of them but uh the funnel Builder
- 00:06:58the website build build some of the UI
- 00:07:01ux how how easy it is to use how great
- 00:07:03it looks how do we make it more simple
- 00:07:05um the AI funnel Builder we're doing a
- 00:07:07lot of uh brainstorming around right now
- 00:07:09as well um the courses in communities
- 00:07:13there's a a coaching feature that we're
- 00:07:16working on and so like a lot of this
- 00:07:17stuff that I get to see when I'm working
- 00:07:20with the developers and I can tell you
- 00:07:22firsthand that these are some of the
- 00:07:23best people not just from the skill
- 00:07:26level but that as well plus the
- 00:07:28personality the charact characters uh
- 00:07:30the values that they have they really
- 00:07:32really care about you as a person and
- 00:07:34your customers because they understand
- 00:07:37to go from zero to 100 million and to a
- 00:07:40billion they had focus on helping people
- 00:07:43and helping you be successful and just
- 00:07:46like that going from a billion dollars
- 00:07:48valuation to 10 billion and Beyond will
- 00:07:51be just more of the same thing and so
- 00:07:52they really care they really want you to
- 00:07:54succeed because then they also succeed
- 00:07:56as well in the long run so now for the
- 00:07:59cons what are the the negatives every
- 00:08:02pro has a con every benefit has a
- 00:08:04drawback every plus has a minus so the
- 00:08:07minuses or the the cons of starting and
- 00:08:10scaling a software company is obviously
- 00:08:13you don't have to build the software but
- 00:08:15one con is the 497 a month for beginners
- 00:08:19so um when I started my first business
- 00:08:21if you had told me that I had to pay 497
- 00:08:24a month it would have felt like almost
- 00:08:26impossible because I was making that in
- 00:08:29my my job liter I say receptionist
- 00:08:31part-time but my wife was taking care of
- 00:08:34me so I started selling services first
- 00:08:36and then I use that to fund you know the
- 00:08:39software and everything else that I've
- 00:08:40done and so that's a negative for some
- 00:08:43people the fact that you have to pay
- 00:08:4544.97 a month uh but the beautiful thing
- 00:08:48is that when you get one customer and
- 00:08:51we'll get to the software with a service
- 00:08:54in a second when you get a customer you
- 00:08:57can just take that payment and so you
- 00:08:59only need need like five people paying
- 00:09:00you
- 00:09:0197 for this to break even then you keep
- 00:09:04everything else and that's the beautiful
- 00:09:05part about high level is that they don't
- 00:09:07charge you a percentage of the sales you
- 00:09:09get to keep all of those sales coming in
- 00:09:11and so um me at a 100 users active users
- 00:09:15we get paid a uh nice sum of 10,000 a
- 00:09:19month right now we can add a 297 plan to
- 00:09:22it with more support maybe more templat
- 00:09:25um when I build a funnel I can build
- 00:09:27inside of my white label set
- 00:09:30and I can charge 5,000 for a setup right
- 00:09:33so you can install these systems um I
- 00:09:36call it launch and optimize you launch
- 00:09:38it and you optimize it for them now you
- 00:09:39have stickiness they recurring revenue
- 00:09:42and you have payment up front so that
- 00:09:44you're never paying really anything
- 00:09:45you're making money by having your own
- 00:09:48software and then it's a little bit
- 00:09:50techy so I some people would think that
- 00:09:53I'm a very very technical person because
- 00:09:55I've built so many funnels but I'm more
- 00:09:56like creative and a strategist and so I
- 00:10:00even hire people who are more technical
- 00:10:02than me to set up the automations I've
- 00:10:04done it to learn it so I can teach it
- 00:10:06but I don't enjoy that Parts you can
- 00:10:07just Outsource that to someone else who
- 00:10:10charge you something affordable to set
- 00:10:12up the tech and then you just focus on
- 00:10:14getting more users and make getting more
- 00:10:16customers and then one con I would say
- 00:10:18is kind of hard in the beginning is the
- 00:10:20USP and you know there's a lot of people
- 00:10:22now selling high level as their own
- 00:10:24platform for full transparency it's not
- 00:10:26just like oh this is super easy let's
- 00:10:28just get into it and then get 100
- 00:10:30customers day one and then scale it up
- 00:10:31to a million dollar business you have to
- 00:10:33be unique and one way you can do that is
- 00:10:35your personality building your personal
- 00:10:37brand another way to do that is to go
- 00:10:39very Niche so now you can be like the
- 00:10:42the CRM for coaches like there's even
- 00:10:45people having this as a CRM for CRM for
- 00:10:49another company so you know it's almost
- 00:10:52like doing you know the Shopify CRM and
- 00:10:56if you're in e-commerce uh obviously you
- 00:10:58can't use the shop if I name but you get
- 00:11:00the point you get the idea it's like the
- 00:11:02Ecom uh 360 or the uh
- 00:11:07courses uh crm.com or the coaching
- 00:11:10platform or the real estate CRM like a
- 00:11:13lot of people are going very specific
- 00:11:15and Niche down into one one thing for me
- 00:11:18that is funnels and a lot of creators
- 00:11:20coaches consultants and uh people
- 00:11:22selling education and info like that's
- 00:11:25who I'm helping cuz I enjoy that more
- 00:11:27than chiropractors that dentists uh
- 00:11:30roofers um but high level has been
- 00:11:33mainly focused on the local industry and
- 00:11:35there's a lot of people doing that so I
- 00:11:36would say if you get into this just go
- 00:11:38online and find like YouTubers and
- 00:11:40creators who have an audience and help
- 00:11:42them monetize and you can sell services
- 00:11:45to them you can sell consultings
- 00:11:47Consulting and uh software and help them
- 00:11:50set it up you can get a piece of it
- 00:11:51there's so much opportunity on the
- 00:11:53online space so don't just go in the the
- 00:11:55local business industry so that is the
- 00:11:59software I know that's a a lot of
- 00:12:00information so let's put that aside for
- 00:12:03now and then we're going to look into
- 00:12:05number two which is the agency now
- 00:12:08agency just means that you're a service
- 00:12:10provider you're either doing it yourself
- 00:12:12or you have a team doing the delivery um
- 00:12:15but uh agency is things like you're
- 00:12:17selling Facebook ads you're getting
- 00:12:18people uh leads so again very common in
- 00:12:22the local business space where you help
- 00:12:24a restaurant get customers you help a
- 00:12:26dentist or roofers or solar you help
- 00:12:28them get leads they can call and close
- 00:12:31and understand that business model for
- 00:12:32me personally I don't like that business
- 00:12:34model I like the online space so an
- 00:12:36agency for me is is where I help them
- 00:12:38with their YouTube channel uh coming up
- 00:12:40with video ideas or video editing uh
- 00:12:43short form videos and helping helping it
- 00:12:46um the videos not just get more views
- 00:12:48but be very specific to get more leads
- 00:12:51and customers for digital products or
- 00:12:54booking calls for my coaching program
- 00:12:56things like that not me personally I
- 00:12:57don't do sales calls but for
- 00:12:59coaches um and then my favorite is where
- 00:13:03I get to create an offer create a
- 00:13:05beautiful brand and write the copy and
- 00:13:08launch an automated course funnel
- 00:13:10meaning they sell a course at $297 $500
- 00:13:131,000 like my program called funnel
- 00:13:15University I can just build the same
- 00:13:17type of funnel for someone else a sales
- 00:13:20page an order form and confirmation page
- 00:13:22someone sees my content they buy my
- 00:13:24course they uh join the community that
- 00:13:28they get access to they go through it
- 00:13:29they get certified as a funnel Builder
- 00:13:32right and so I can just build the same
- 00:13:34funnel for someone in the fitness
- 00:13:36industry or real estate um I've had a
- 00:13:39real estate coach who teaches real
- 00:13:40estate agents we built so many funnels
- 00:13:42for them and so this is me getting paid
- 00:13:44up front for building out the sales
- 00:13:46funnels and then I've partnered with
- 00:13:48people as well where I get paid a
- 00:13:49percentage of the sales that we generate
- 00:13:50for them so you can really partner with
- 00:13:53creators you can get paid up front you
- 00:13:55can get recurring Revenue if you put
- 00:13:57them on a sub account in your
- 00:13:59software see how you can stack them
- 00:14:01instead of like distracting and being
- 00:14:03like two different directions just like
- 00:14:05one specific customer let's say personal
- 00:14:08Brands you only work with experts in
- 00:14:09personal Brands um and then you help
- 00:14:13them find the right software create the
- 00:14:16right sales funnels set up their
- 00:14:18automations and then they get to focus
- 00:14:20on creating content and helping
- 00:14:23people um fast so okay the pr of the
- 00:14:26agency first one is high ticket up front
- 00:14:29the fact that you can get paid instead
- 00:14:30of you know 97 a month 297 a month which
- 00:14:34you can if you're doing sales calls and
- 00:14:37talking to people or giving um you know
- 00:14:40incentives you can get annual payments
- 00:14:42from software as well but it's not as
- 00:14:43common with Services you can get paid
- 00:14:46like you know 5,000 10,000 or 3,000 for
- 00:14:50a sales funnel buildout um writing copy
- 00:14:54deigning creating strategy and offers um
- 00:14:58fast stands for funnels as a service so
- 00:15:00like I said you build it you install it
- 00:15:02you launch and optimize try to think of
- 00:15:04it that way you launch the offer and
- 00:15:06then you optimize it with sales funnels
- 00:15:07and maybe a a front end and a back end
- 00:15:10offer like a low ticket offer and a high
- 00:15:12ticket offer and then earn and learn one
- 00:15:15of the beautiful things about the agency
- 00:15:17model is that you get paid to learn you
- 00:15:19earn while you learn this thing so you
- 00:15:21charge 500 first then you can pay high
- 00:15:25level and now it's break even so now
- 00:15:27you're building your sub accounts you
- 00:15:28put your clients on there you build
- 00:15:30build up funnels for clients on the
- 00:15:32platform and you get paid and you
- 00:15:35actually earn while you're learning this
- 00:15:37stuff and then you increase your prices
- 00:15:39as you get more demand as you get better
- 00:15:41at actually delivering so you never want
- 00:15:44to charge more than what you can deliver
- 00:15:46but um you actually don't have to start
- 00:15:48at zero and go to a university for 3
- 00:15:51years and then come back and
- 00:15:53like get a job an internship no just
- 00:15:56like start first one is free second one
- 00:15:58is $500 then you stay there for a little
- 00:16:00bit then the thousand and you increase
- 00:16:01your prices because you get better at
- 00:16:03what you do you just update your
- 00:16:04portfolio and um scale it up from there
- 00:16:08the next one is uh that is also exit so
- 00:16:10you can actually exit an agency if you
- 00:16:14uh build a team that can deliver so
- 00:16:17processes and systems and people who can
- 00:16:20deliver the service and then you can
- 00:16:21Outsource each of each of those areas
- 00:16:23and then you can exit the agency I'm
- 00:16:25seeing a lot of people right now buying
- 00:16:27agencies if they're pretty automated if
- 00:16:30people actually able to take them and
- 00:16:32scale them up because they're not
- 00:16:34reliable or reliant on you the one
- 00:16:37person running the business so something
- 00:16:40to keep in mind I would say the agency
- 00:16:42model for me is more just cash flow
- 00:16:45right so I learn more stuff I get to
- 00:16:47work with people I love the art of
- 00:16:50creation um but it's just cash flow to
- 00:16:53you know build some money in the bank
- 00:16:55and then uh I can eventually move on to
- 00:16:58selling my own offers and using my own
- 00:17:00funnels and optimizing those because now
- 00:17:03I have more control I don't need clients
- 00:17:05I don't have client deadlines because I
- 00:17:06have my own offers I have more freedom
- 00:17:08myself and that's uh I would say the end
- 00:17:11goal right for most people we just we
- 00:17:13want to have uh Freedom we have multiple
- 00:17:16revenue streams and we don't want to
- 00:17:17have to rely on clients and we don't
- 00:17:19want to deal with clients that don't
- 00:17:22value US and things of that nature so
- 00:17:25the the cons and well the last Pro there
- 00:17:28is also Al monthly occurring Revenue so
- 00:17:30if you sell something that's valuable
- 00:17:32like funnel billing or management
- 00:17:34optimization or copyrighting emails
- 00:17:37every week or video editing on top of
- 00:17:39that then you can have that recurring
- 00:17:41revenue or if you're helping them you're
- 00:17:43partnering with creators and you helping
- 00:17:45run the thing and and just look at what
- 00:17:47you can optimize in their business when
- 00:17:49they're selling info products and
- 00:17:50education and coaching then you get a
- 00:17:52percentage and that also builds up
- 00:17:54monthly curring Revenue the con I would
- 00:17:57say is if you're hiring a lot of people
- 00:17:58you can have thin margins you pay out a
- 00:18:00lot of the revenue that comes in you pay
- 00:18:03it out to the team it's a little bit of
- 00:18:05a hassle with payment structure things
- 00:18:07of that nature especially if you're like
- 00:18:08me and you kind of just like simple like
- 00:18:11one person business type of of U yeah
- 00:18:14just you like the dayto day of not
- 00:18:16having many calls not having a lot of
- 00:18:18responsibilities but you want to focus
- 00:18:20on creating assets that can help
- 00:18:22millions of people such as this video
- 00:18:24alone such as a you know a digital
- 00:18:28product or a template or content that
- 00:18:30can help so many people without you
- 00:18:32having to be there physically empty
- 00:18:34calendar is one of the best ways to defi
- 00:18:37to measure freedom in my opinion um next
- 00:18:41one is uh hard work to learn everything
- 00:18:45so it is a learning curve there's no
- 00:18:47sugar coating um you know the fact that
- 00:18:50you have to learn the thing that you're
- 00:18:52selling when you're an agency you have
- 00:18:54to become good at the thing or become
- 00:18:56good at finding people who are good at
- 00:18:58the things you can also just learn sales
- 00:19:00and find people who can deliver it
- 00:19:02funnel designers copywriters and
- 00:19:03Technical people who can run the thing
- 00:19:06okay next one is client deadlines uh
- 00:19:09that pretty self-explanatory the fact
- 00:19:12that you have client and deadlines is a
- 00:19:14con with an agency where you don't have
- 00:19:16that with the software they just sign on
- 00:19:18they might need support but you can hire
- 00:19:20a support person Outsource it and then
- 00:19:23not deal with that and then uh
- 00:19:25learning delivery uh and lead generation
- 00:19:28of finding clients and things of that
- 00:19:30nature especially if you're in a
- 00:19:32saturated Market it's hard to close
- 00:19:34clients but um the beautiful thing about
- 00:19:36this if you just focus on building your
- 00:19:38personal brand you get to choose who you
- 00:19:41want to take on right because you also
- 00:19:44build this other stuff as a personal
- 00:19:46brand or the software so you'll start to
- 00:19:50see as we get to the end of the video
- 00:19:52you'll start to see why it makes so much
- 00:19:54sense to have a hybrid model using high
- 00:19:57level and this is why I recommend it so
- 00:19:59much to to all the people I talk to so
- 00:20:03next one is um the creater business now
- 00:20:05the Creator you might think oh the the
- 00:20:07Tik tocker the instagrammer or the
- 00:20:09YouTuber that's not exactly who I'm
- 00:20:12speaking to in this case because the
- 00:20:15typical traditional Creator is someone
- 00:20:17who creates content they get brand Deals
- 00:20:19they create content for the brand uh I
- 00:20:21have nothing against this model uh
- 00:20:24besides the fact that you don't have a
- 00:20:25lot of control so depending on their
- 00:20:26budget when they need something again
- 00:20:28it's kind of like creating content
- 00:20:31for a brand and so you're an agency now
- 00:20:34it just happens to be you doing all the
- 00:20:36delivery so what I like about this model
- 00:20:39the hybrid Creator is the fact that you
- 00:20:41can sell your own info products you know
- 00:20:44it could be a little as like an ebook or
- 00:20:46a template or a workshop or a course or
- 00:20:50a community or a coaching program and
- 00:20:54it's scalable because it's not oneon-one
- 00:20:56in fact the only times you do oneon-one
- 00:20:58is to to validate an idea to talk to
- 00:21:00people and help them get testimonials
- 00:21:02and then you create this group program
- 00:21:04where because there's more people and
- 00:21:07it's not just you and them there's more
- 00:21:08value in that and so these are group
- 00:21:11coaching masterminds inner circles where
- 00:21:14you just building this amazing community
- 00:21:15of people who are on the same um Journey
- 00:21:18as you are and so the cred the pros are
- 00:21:21the pro uh profit margins are insane
- 00:21:25right because when you sell something
- 00:21:26that's info and education the profit
- 00:21:28margins are almost 100% like you have a
- 00:21:31software like high level but that's it
- 00:21:33everything else is like you sell it
- 00:21:35automatically through an automated sales
- 00:21:37fun you deliver it automatically through
- 00:21:39an email and a login right and so you're
- 00:21:42able to help so many people without
- 00:21:44being there physically which means you
- 00:21:45can create more products more content
- 00:21:47that helps more people again now you
- 00:21:49have this like Compound Effect of how
- 00:21:50many people you can help and there's a
- 00:21:53famous quote about like if you want to
- 00:21:54make a million dollars just help a
- 00:21:56million people or you're paid in direct
- 00:21:58proportion to the amount of people that
- 00:21:59you help and so if you create an asset
- 00:22:01that can help millions of people you
- 00:22:02will also make millions of dollars if
- 00:22:04you do it correctly second is that it's
- 00:22:07super scalable CU it's not you third one
- 00:22:09is the impact that you have you feel so
- 00:22:11good when you're not just selling a
- 00:22:12service but you're working with people
- 00:22:15and solving problems it can be if you're
- 00:22:17a trauma coach you're solving a trauma
- 00:22:19like a traumatic trigger from their
- 00:22:21childhood and you help them set be free
- 00:22:24like they break through and now their
- 00:22:26life is forever transformed that happens
- 00:22:29in in this business model right and so
- 00:22:32while yes here you help them get more
- 00:22:35leads and customers and everything a lot
- 00:22:37of people here um I'm not saying
- 00:22:39everyone works on this like
- 00:22:40transformational deep level sometimes
- 00:22:42it's just an ebook delivering a canva
- 00:22:45template sometimes it's like learning
- 00:22:47copyrighting it's not that profound but
- 00:22:49you still get to help them change the
- 00:22:51course of their um life and career due
- 00:22:55to the skills that you help them with
- 00:22:57whether that be uh health wealth
- 00:23:00relationships productivity self-mastery
- 00:23:04marriages stuff that man we never
- 00:23:06learned in school that's why it's such a
- 00:23:08beautiful business model and
- 00:23:10Industry next one is uh reliable Tech so
- 00:23:13you get to use the high level Tech
- 00:23:15without even selling the tech so you're
- 00:23:18not selling you're not selling to
- 00:23:19clients um you're not selling high level
- 00:23:22as an opportunity uh you know as a
- 00:23:24software you're not selling it as as the
- 00:23:27platform you're selling this information
- 00:23:28of helping people with their Fitness um
- 00:23:31with their marriage dating confidence
- 00:23:34productivity uh Marketing sales
- 00:23:37copyrighting
- 00:23:39design but you build your funel on High
- 00:23:43level so you can just use high level you
- 00:23:44don't have to Rebrand it you don't have
- 00:23:46to change the logo just like download my
- 00:23:49templates change the color and the font
- 00:23:51and the text and the pictures then add
- 00:23:53your domain and run your funnel to
- 00:23:56automate the sales and delivery so you
- 00:23:58just just use it as it is high level and
- 00:24:01you're not trying to like build a
- 00:24:02software and a thing you can just do
- 00:24:04this right and here's where the hybrid
- 00:24:07model comes in as well if you're selling
- 00:24:09to the right people meaning you're
- 00:24:12selling to you know B2B you're selling
- 00:24:14to to coaches Consultants course
- 00:24:16creators uh agencies you can now put
- 00:24:20them on a platform have sub accounts in
- 00:24:23charge and recurring revenue for that as
- 00:24:24well but if you don't you can still have
- 00:24:26recurring revenue from memberships
- 00:24:28payment plans coaching uh sessions uh
- 00:24:32masterminds and renewals and like stack
- 00:24:35op Rec Revenue that way selling your own
- 00:24:38expertise your experiences and things
- 00:24:40that you're passionate about you don't
- 00:24:42even have to do all of this yourself you
- 00:24:44can also invite guest experts like one
- 00:24:46of the things I do sometimes I invite
- 00:24:47people to teach their specific topics
- 00:24:50because I don't have to be the expert
- 00:24:51I'm not the experts in everything and so
- 00:24:54I don't even have to try to be I just
- 00:24:56focus on what I'm good at what I love
- 00:24:58doing and then I bring in other people
- 00:25:00and the more you can be yourself the
- 00:25:01more of these people you'll attract and
- 00:25:03they'll be able to help and they're
- 00:25:05happy to help and share what they've
- 00:25:06learned as well next one is the alarte
- 00:25:10featur so you don't have to use like all
- 00:25:12the you know I was going to say h
- 00:25:14hundreds of features in high level
- 00:25:15there's a lot of them there's not a 100
- 00:25:17there's a lot of them though and you
- 00:25:18don't have to use all of them just pick
- 00:25:20like the funnel Builder maybe the
- 00:25:21pipeline the calendar and the course in
- 00:25:24communities right I'm sure I'm
- 00:25:26forgetting some of them but just just
- 00:25:28use the ones that you need and then
- 00:25:31forget about everything else right
- 00:25:32because some of them might be more for
- 00:25:34like you know local businesses
- 00:25:36prospecting or you know Google
- 00:25:38reputation management and all these
- 00:25:40things like AI agents and and voice AI
- 00:25:43employees and all these things like if
- 00:25:45you're running a business like me and
- 00:25:47you don't do sales calls and you don't
- 00:25:49take inbound sales calls you don't have
- 00:25:50to worry about the AI agents doing the
- 00:25:52calls because there's no calls it's all
- 00:25:55automatic and it's all organic right
- 00:25:58sales page content sales page
- 00:26:01delivery next one the passive info so
- 00:26:05the fact that you create a product we've
- 00:26:07talked a lot a lot about this already so
- 00:26:08we'll move on but the fact that you can
- 00:26:10create a product that lives on forever
- 00:26:12is so freeing because even when you're
- 00:26:14coaching in a group format or you have
- 00:26:16like I have coaching in WhatsApp like
- 00:26:18oneon-one access to me and then we have
- 00:26:20group calls and sometimes I do a kickoff
- 00:26:22call with people but um I then create
- 00:26:25something that's valuable to more people
- 00:26:27and so we use Leverage and I can help
- 00:26:29all of my clients with like one video
- 00:26:31and I create a custom for people so that
- 00:26:33this compound and we use all of these
- 00:26:36asset to then help each
- 00:26:37other next one is multiple revenue
- 00:26:39streams uh you can have one
- 00:26:41transformation so like becoming a funnel
- 00:26:43Builder I can have a funnel template I
- 00:26:45can have a funnel software I can have I
- 00:26:47can sell a funnel buildout I can have uh
- 00:26:51funnel building course and a funnel
- 00:26:54agency type of coaching program multiple
- 00:26:58Reven streams one um group of people and
- 00:27:01then one person business you don't have
- 00:27:03to have any expenses you can have a VA
- 00:27:06for example I have a VA that I'm very
- 00:27:08grateful for uh shout out to Jackie uh
- 00:27:11and also yeah I hire people here in
- 00:27:14there when I need something I don't I
- 00:27:15don't like having like high risk
- 00:27:17expenses I've had like the 10,000 a
- 00:27:19month team members and I found it to be
- 00:27:22easier for me to just hire something
- 00:27:24when I need it and then keep the
- 00:27:27business simple so there's a famous
- 00:27:29quote I forgot who said it but you don't
- 00:27:32you don't have to optimize what should
- 00:27:33be eliminated so I try to eliminate
- 00:27:36distractions and everything that we
- 00:27:37don't need instead of optimizing them
- 00:27:39and hiring people to do them when we
- 00:27:41shouldn't even be doing
- 00:27:43them cons of this is that you have to
- 00:27:45create a product and create content I
- 00:27:47don't recommend you spend money on ads
- 00:27:49especially if you're starting out sure
- 00:27:51if you're making you know millions of
- 00:27:53dollars and you reinvest some of it to
- 00:27:55test ads and automating like a low
- 00:27:57ticket product
- 00:27:59sure um but the economics have to make
- 00:28:02sense the math uh has to to be there so
- 00:28:05you're not losing money on ads and so I
- 00:28:07just recommend you create a product you
- 00:28:10create content and then you set up the
- 00:28:12funnel and then you let it run 24/7 and
- 00:28:15and YouTube for example is a great place
- 00:28:17to do this you put out a video this one
- 00:28:19has no editing it's just me talking
- 00:28:21sometimes I do screen share sometimes I
- 00:28:23sit down at my desk and I just film
- 00:28:25sometimes I have an editor we try new St
- 00:28:28you always test and iterate so that's
- 00:28:29the key to see what works um but there's
- 00:28:32not a lot of like force we don't have to
- 00:28:35do what anyone else is doing we don't
- 00:28:36have to copy someone else we just find
- 00:28:39our style we do I film what I uh like
- 00:28:42talking about what I'm passionate about
- 00:28:44what I'm good at and then the right
- 00:28:47people will find me the wrong people
- 00:28:48will be like no I don't resonate with
- 00:28:50this and to that's totally fine um the
- 00:28:53product is something you iterate and you
- 00:28:56update I would say at least once a year
- 00:28:59to make sure your customers are happy
- 00:29:00because that's the best marketing
- 00:29:02actually Word of Mouth people being
- 00:29:04happy so find make sure you you pick the
- 00:29:07industry you're passionate about so when
- 00:29:08you create a product or program you can
- 00:29:11really obsess over the product and the
- 00:29:15quality of it so people are happy and
- 00:29:17you can't really do that if you hate
- 00:29:19doing it right so pick an industry they
- 00:29:20passionate about which I would recommend
- 00:29:23you do anyways but especially for this
- 00:29:24reason the fact that you going to create
- 00:29:26a lot of content around you're going to
- 00:29:27teach around it and you're going to
- 00:29:29coach people on how to get a specific
- 00:29:31results on this uh result on this topic
- 00:29:35and then we have the last one affiliate
- 00:29:37marketing so affiliate marketing for
- 00:29:40those of you don't know is simply me
- 00:29:42recommending what I'm already using
- 00:29:44right so you know there's some
- 00:29:46Affiliates doing product reviews so they
- 00:29:48might say by the way bad
- 00:29:51clothing uh choice for this video we
- 00:29:53have a whiteboard have a white um
- 00:29:55T-shirt type thing so uh but an
- 00:29:58affiliate on like Tik toac shop would
- 00:30:01say like here's this new you know
- 00:30:02t-shirt uh highly recommend it super
- 00:30:04comy it's only 50 bucks here's a link in
- 00:30:07my bio go check it out they get a
- 00:30:09commission when someone buys on it
- 00:30:11that's how Tik Tok shop Works here's the
- 00:30:13kicker though this is how you actually
- 00:30:14make money with high level you choose to
- 00:30:17create educational videos around high
- 00:30:20level uh so that or similar products
- 00:30:23doesn't have to be high level but I'm
- 00:30:24giving you this as an example uh because
- 00:30:26I've done it myself you look at who
- 00:30:29would be interested in high level who's
- 00:30:31searching for terms like high level
- 00:30:33templates high level review high level
- 00:30:35pricing uh or go high level you a lot of
- 00:30:38people are using that term as well go
- 00:30:39high level pricing go high level review
- 00:30:42tutorial add your domain high level
- 00:30:45Automation workflows and you find out by
- 00:30:48the way doesn't have to be technical it
- 00:30:50can also be you know videos around high
- 00:30:52level design so create some of you
- 00:30:54should should create a channel that is
- 00:30:56only around sign and and a lot of
- 00:30:59another one of you should do one that is
- 00:31:01only around branding a lot of another of
- 00:31:03you should do content creation using
- 00:31:05high level as like the tech to run the
- 00:31:08business so there's these like subm
- 00:31:10markets these sub niches within the
- 00:31:12niches of wealth and business and
- 00:31:15there's a lot of money in that industry
- 00:31:16for you uh where you can just create
- 00:31:18content run what you're passionate about
- 00:31:19some of you should do like Tech stuff as
- 00:31:22well automation show updates they could
- 00:31:24be there could be a a high level News
- 00:31:27Channel Channel as well where you only
- 00:31:29talk about what's happening there could
- 00:31:30be a high level drama Channel where
- 00:31:32things are happening between high level
- 00:31:34and clickfunnels or high level and this
- 00:31:37platform and you could create content
- 00:31:39around things that people on High level
- 00:31:41or looking for high level or similar
- 00:31:42Industries are interested in could be
- 00:31:45either trends that are happening right
- 00:31:46now or features or I would say secondary
- 00:31:51topics such as copywriting then high
- 00:31:53level is the tool on which you use the
- 00:31:56copy that you're writing makes sense so
- 00:31:59there could be one that is all around
- 00:32:01funnel templates and you just create
- 00:32:02templates and website templates and
- 00:32:04snapshots for high level users give away
- 00:32:07some of them charge for the more uh VIP
- 00:32:12ones that's how you actually build a lot
- 00:32:14of Revenue uh with affiliate so the
- 00:32:17business model itself is content people
- 00:32:19click your link to sign up for high
- 00:32:21level and you get a commission now the
- 00:32:23beautiful thing here with high level is
- 00:32:25that you get paid as long as people stay
- 00:32:28and pay so because it's sticky like we
- 00:32:30talked about in the SAS model it's
- 00:32:32sticky they build their house on the
- 00:32:35land of high level you get paid every
- 00:32:37month that they stay and pay and the
- 00:32:39commissions are I believe 30 or
- 00:32:4140% which is crazy right it's so good
- 00:32:46that you know you can build a you can
- 00:32:47make a full-time living just doing that
- 00:32:50as well I've seen a lot of people do
- 00:32:51that I make an affiliate income that
- 00:32:53would sustain me if I didn't have any
- 00:32:55other businesses just the affiliate
- 00:32:57Alone by the way same thing here just
- 00:33:00the creater business alone just the
- 00:33:02agency the funnel agency alone just the
- 00:33:05the white label SAS I could live on one
- 00:33:07of them but now I have four and actually
- 00:33:10have a few other income streams as well
- 00:33:13so when you build it this way you don't
- 00:33:14have to rely on just one of them but I'm
- 00:33:16saying if you want to be an affiliate
- 00:33:19and you don't want to deal with clients
- 00:33:21you don't want to have a software you
- 00:33:23don't want to focus on any delivery then
- 00:33:25create content add your link affiliate
- 00:33:28link create some bonuses we'll talk
- 00:33:30about a couple of bonuses you can do and
- 00:33:33then when people sign up using a link
- 00:33:36you get paid every month and you start
- 00:33:37building it up right so the first month
- 00:33:39maybe you get a couple clicks someone
- 00:33:41sign ups for free trial the next month
- 00:33:43you start getting those first like
- 00:33:45payments if someone uses the SAS model
- 00:33:47you get 40% on $500 that's what
- 00:33:51$200 and so the next one is $400 $ 600
- 00:33:54like you start building it up and yeah I
- 00:33:57make multi6 figures a year now just as
- 00:34:00an affiliate I know people making seven
- 00:34:01figures a million dollars a year being
- 00:34:05an affiliate is because they've helped
- 00:34:06so many people use high level or find it
- 00:34:10right and they give out templates and
- 00:34:11snapshots with it so the more add you uh
- 00:34:14value you add to people the more you're
- 00:34:16going to get paid as well and then we
- 00:34:18have um the pros and cons so Pros very
- 00:34:23passive because you're not by way let me
- 00:34:25just make sure I'm recording as well I
- 00:34:27was like like I've been going live for a
- 00:34:29little bit here so make sure it's
- 00:34:30recording um passive income because you
- 00:34:33don't do any delivery not even support
- 00:34:36right they have high level has an order
- 00:34:38boarding call with new users high level
- 00:34:40have their own private Community they
- 00:34:42have you know uh support Specialists
- 00:34:45jumping on zo with people and like doing
- 00:34:47all of that so you can just get
- 00:34:49affiliate people uh sorry affiliate
- 00:34:52Revenue coming into you delivery from
- 00:34:55high level right you create content help
- 00:34:57more people find high level learn how to
- 00:34:59use it I mean you can even be faceless
- 00:35:02I've added it in here you can be
- 00:35:03faceless just do screen recordings how
- 00:35:05to use high level and just add your link
- 00:35:09in description say hey use my link if
- 00:35:10this is helpful if you want to use high

- 00:35:19that's how simple that model is now
- 00:35:21another one is the super scalable that's
- 00:35:23pretty self-explanatory because of the
- 00:35:26fact that you don't have to do delivery
- 00:35:27you can just add more like it's not like
- 00:35:29the more you sell the more time it's
- 00:35:31going to take you know quite the
- 00:35:33opposite the more you put out in content
- 00:35:35the more it's going to do the selling
- 00:35:36for you and then the affiliate uh
- 00:35:38commission come in when people start
- 00:35:40paying but you're still not doing any
- 00:35:42delivery so there's no like income
- 00:35:43ceiling in that sense just the market
- 00:35:46how many people can use it which there
- 00:35:48millions of businesses right monthly
- 00:35:51current Revenue every month that someone
- 00:35:53stays you get paid uh profit margins
- 00:35:56obviously everything that you get is
- 00:35:58yours and so the profit profit margins
- 00:36:01are insane things to consider there are
- 00:36:04video editors if you're doing YouTube
- 00:36:06videos but you don't have to do video
- 00:36:08you can just simply um keep it very like
- 00:36:11basic and just actually make the content
- 00:36:14good and then um the pros is that you
- 00:36:18don't need to have any uh team members
- 00:36:21or huge risk you don't have to spend
- 00:36:22money on ads I know some people doing
- 00:36:24that they're bidding on keywords on
- 00:36:26Google like high Lev free trial
- 00:36:28things of that nature you don't have to
- 00:36:29do that um you can just put out content
- 00:36:32and people will find it if you learn how
- 00:36:34to package it with YouTube title and
- 00:36:36thumbnail and all that um by the way it
- 00:36:38can be written content as well Facebook
- 00:36:41LinkedIn X and then the content strategy
- 00:36:44is more around the business and how to
- 00:36:47for example start a coaching business or
- 00:36:51how to start white level software and
- 00:36:53then the link is to high level when
- 00:36:55they're ready to build out the business
- 00:36:57on as software platform and all-in-one
- 00:37:01software okay next one is uh personal
- 00:37:04brand when you're creating content you
- 00:37:05build a personal brand that you can now
- 00:37:07use to also sell templates snapshots you
- 00:37:11can become like a resource place a
- 00:37:13resource center for high level users and
- 00:37:16for business owners in general so you
- 00:37:17start small then you expand a little bit
- 00:37:19then you expand more and now you can
- 00:37:22sell your own maybe an online program as
- 00:37:24well maybe a membership uh subscription
- 00:37:28to your coaching private access to your
- 00:37:31phone where they can ask you questions
- 00:37:33things of that nature and then like I
- 00:37:36said faceless you can also do this
- 00:37:37faceless I've seen some people do it on
- 00:37:39Instagram as well so they have like a
- 00:37:40short form video they say here did you
- 00:37:43know this software can now automate your
- 00:37:45Instagram DMS when people send info high
- 00:37:49level can automate this and send it out
- 00:37:51and send them the thing and automate
- 00:37:53delivery all of that and so you can
- 00:37:55create tutorials like that short form
- 00:37:57videos long for videos Instagram Tik Tok
- 00:37:59YouTube choose a platform that works for
- 00:38:02you and then cons for this is like a
- 00:38:05slow start so most people give up the
- 00:38:07first month or two um because it's not
- 00:38:11really happening anything that you see
- 00:38:13building the foundation you're starting
- 00:38:14to find your voice and create videos
- 00:38:16that actually good but once you have
- 00:38:18that now I can easily shoot one of these
- 00:38:21videos per day if I want to one take no
- 00:38:24editing because I've done it already so
- 00:38:26would you rather like wait 10 years then
- 00:38:28look back and say like man I wish I
- 00:38:30started 10 years ago because I would be
- 00:38:32so good at what I do now you know if I
- 00:38:34had just started then or would you
- 00:38:36rather just put out a semi good video
- 00:38:40maybe a bad one and at least get going
- 00:38:43so that one day you'll be like man
- 00:38:46because of of me stacking the skills and
- 00:38:49putting myself out there even when I was
- 00:38:51afraid I was uncomfortable I now have
- 00:38:54this personal brand and this skill set
- 00:38:56that I can use for pretty much starting
- 00:38:58any business you know that's the
- 00:39:00beautiful thing about learning content
- 00:39:01creation copyrighting how to speak in
- 00:39:03front of a camera um how to use high
- 00:39:06level you can do it for other people you
- 00:39:07can do it for yourself you can launch
- 00:39:08your own products you can sell other
- 00:39:09people's
- 00:39:10products you can do pretty much anything
- 00:39:13because the skills are the same it's
- 00:39:14just different business models different
- 00:39:16Industries okay and then rely on high
- 00:39:19levels so one con would be well if
- 00:39:21you're on a high level affiliate you
- 00:39:23rely on them so you don't really have a
- 00:39:25business you're making good money but
- 00:39:27you really have your own business and
- 00:39:30that makes sense but I don't think a lot
- 00:39:32of people who wants to do affillate
- 00:39:34marketing are concerned with that you
- 00:39:36know I think um I forgot who it was Kon
- 00:39:41Kon Walker I think talked to the founder
- 00:39:43one of the co-founders of high level
- 00:39:45Sean
- 00:39:46Clark and uh he said that what happens
- 00:39:49if high level ever sells like
- 00:39:51exits and he said well if high level
- 00:39:54exits we're going to make sure in the
- 00:39:57contract Affiliates are still getting
- 00:39:59paid for life for as long as someone
- 00:40:02stays on the platform so even though yes
- 00:40:04you have to rely on High level you still
- 00:40:06get paid once you prefer someone to high
- 00:40:08level you get paid every single month
- 00:40:10for life as long as they stay on the
- 00:40:11platform as well no matter what happens
- 00:40:14to the changes to this department this
- 00:40:18uh area of high level or this feature or
- 00:40:20the owners of high level um that core
- 00:40:24thing about the the Affiliates being the
- 00:40:27most most valuable members well not the
- 00:40:29most valuable but some of the most
- 00:40:30valuable members of the
- 00:40:32community um they're going to honor that
- 00:40:35and never change those terms to to you
- 00:40:38know drag that commission under your
- 00:40:41feet uh but they truly value the fact
- 00:40:43that instead of paying money to Facebook
- 00:40:46or you know putting into ads here and
- 00:40:48there they pay Affiliates who already
- 00:40:52have uh this passion of talking about
- 00:40:54high level creating content and helping
- 00:40:57more people find out about high level uh
- 00:41:00this is very common with Amazon as well
- 00:41:01Amazon finds creators who make content
- 00:41:04about the products on Amazon and they
- 00:41:06get a commission the problem is when you
- 00:41:08do physical products you have a onetime
- 00:41:10payment and it's like $3 $1 here is like
- 00:41:14if someone signs up for that plan you
- 00:41:16get 200 a month a month that's why some
- 00:41:19people make 30,000 a month 90,000 a
- 00:41:22month as an affiliate of high level
- 00:41:25because the customer is different
- 00:41:28the target audience is different and the
- 00:41:30solution is different it's not a uh
- 00:41:32Amazon Gadget it's a all-in-one platform
- 00:41:35and the best one in the industry the
- 00:41:37best one in the world that I
- 00:41:40found so uh some of the bonuses that you
- 00:41:43can give out uh to people when they're
- 00:41:46signing up for using your link uh I'm
- 00:41:49going to give you the examples that I

- 00:46:26that's super valuable still but they're
- 00:46:28assets they're digital assets that can
- 00:46:30help people when I'm not there
- 00:46:31physically If I Die Tomorrow God forbid
- 00:46:35um I want to be able to still have
- 00:46:37assets to live on forever without me so

- 00:47:42paying you 97 a month 197 uh 297 a month
- 00:47:46um or if you're doing software plus
- 00:47:48service it would be like a th000 a month
- 00:47:50because it comes with the software and a
- 00:47:53service could be copyrighting ads could
- 00:47:56be video videos could be funnels all
- 00:47:59that good
- 00:48:00stuff and I think that's it let me know
- 00:48:04if I'm missing
- 00:48:05anything feels like I was about to say
- 00:48:07something else as well but now making
- 00:48:10the video awkward if I just stand here
- 00:48:11and I think about
- 00:48:13it oh and I almost forgot we're going to
- 00:48:15rate these as well so I would say from 1
- 00:48:18to 10 the SAS business is actually a 10
- 00:48:22because super scalable you don't have
- 00:48:23client work and you can actually exit
- 00:48:26software because it's a it's a tech plat
- 00:48:29like you have your own
- 00:48:31software um yes on high levels operating
- 00:48:34system but that's kind of like selling
- 00:48:36an app on the app store on an iPhone
- 00:48:40Apple owns the App Store and iOS but you
- 00:48:43own the app and you can sell the app
- 00:48:46that's kind of how this works as well so
- 00:48:47I would say that's a 10 out of 10
- 00:48:50business model but in terms of how easy
- 00:48:54it is and the risk to taking a pay this
- 00:48:57for a couple months to get started makes
- 00:48:59it I would say an 8.5 meaning the
- 00:49:02opportunity is 10 but the success rate
- 00:49:06is
- 00:49:088.5 um on average because of the cons
- 00:49:12that comes with it of the learning curve
- 00:49:16the money up front to pay for the
- 00:49:18software and so this is really for those
- 00:49:20who are very serious they're kind of
- 00:49:22like me I like to go all in I like to
- 00:49:24build for like the long term not just
- 00:49:25like making money in 30 days from now so
- 00:49:308.5 agency I would give this one an
- 00:49:358.2 because it's really good when you're
- 00:49:37getting started to sell services and by
- 00:49:39the way you can do both software with an
- 00:49:42agency and so you have the Subic account
- 00:49:45you charge them monthly but you sell
- 00:49:46them other stuff as well now you
- 00:49:47eliminate the cost and the risk so you
- 00:49:49sell them funnels and you install these
- 00:49:52high level systems and charge them like
- 00:49:54a $1,000 setup fee ,000 setof Fe you
- 00:49:57increase your price accordingly over
- 00:49:59time and then you have the creater
- 00:50:01business so uh courses coaching
- 00:50:03Consulting digital products snapshots
- 00:50:06templates whatever you want to create
- 00:50:08this in my opinion is a 11 out of 10 yes
- 00:50:12it's actually that good because there's
- 00:50:14no risk or it's very little risk you
- 00:50:16need a software to like run a business
- 00:50:19but it's very little risk and there's so
- 00:50:21much upside and you get to help so many
- 00:50:24people it's and it's not just you
- 00:50:26delivering it's these digital assess
- 00:50:29that you're creating the program that
- 00:50:30you're creating it's fulfilling it's
- 00:50:33scalable it's automated like there's so
- 00:50:37many things that that I love about the
- 00:50:39crater model the hybrid crater model and
- 00:50:41then the affiliate I would say is a 9.5
- 00:50:45out of 10 because it's an amazing
- 00:50:48opportunity you can make a lot of money
- 00:50:50uh being an affiliate for high
- 00:50:53level uh I would say the only thing is
- 00:50:55you still rely buying on High level so
- 00:50:57in terms of like building a business
- 00:50:59that you can exit not really in you know
- 00:51:01in terms of of um having multiple
- 00:51:05revenue streams not in that business
- 00:51:07model but you can do both of these be an
- 00:51:10affiliate and have your own product and
- 00:51:12then if you want sell services or or
- 00:51:14also do a white label SAS yeah that
- 00:51:16becomes a 10 out of 10 so hopefully this
