TLDRIn this workshop, Alex Fosi explains how he turned his businesses into multimillion-dollar successes through effective use of influencers. Fosi outlines his approach: identifying the right influencer, building a relationship with them, and getting them to promote products. He emphasizes influencer marketing over traditional forms of advertising due to its rising importance and effectiveness in the current market environment. Real-world examples, such as Fosi's own multiple businesses and major partnerships like Tony Robbins with Matthew McConaughey, are presented to illustrate the potential of this strategy. Fosi encourages focusing on the three-step process of knowing which influencers to engage, connecting with them, and facilitating the promotion to achieve rapid and substantial business growth. Also highlighted is the effectiveness of personal outreach, understanding economic trends, and crafting deals that are beneficial for influencers, which can ensure high engagement rates. Benefits are reaped via increased sales and brand strength through strategic influencer partnerships, enabling founders to compress years of business-building into shorter time frames.

- 00:00:00if there were a way to get your business
- 00:00:02or new product to 2x 10x or 100x
- 00:00:05overnight would you do
- 00:00:07it if there are a way to all but
- 00:00:10guarantee that no matter what business
- 00:00:11you're in it could become more
- 00:00:13successful than it currently is would
- 00:00:15you do
- 00:00:17it and if you could compress a decade of
- 00:00:19building a business into
- 00:00:22weeks would you do
- 00:00:24it if so this Workshop is for you and
- 00:00:28using the super influencer process I'll
- 00:00:30outline in a second will make someone
- 00:00:33here today enough money to retire that
- 00:00:35is a
- 00:00:36promise I would know because I've also
- 00:00:39used what I'm about to share with you to
- 00:00:41do exactly that I'm Alex fosi my first
- 00:00:45big business I scaled at $2.5 million a
- 00:00:47month which was B2B gym launch was gym
- 00:00:49licensing my second business was an
- 00:00:51e-commerce business that sold through an
- 00:00:53affiliate and influencer program which
- 00:00:54got to $1.7 million a month which is B2B
- 00:00:57to see my third company was a software
- 00:00:59for lead gen agencies which we grew
- 00:01:01entirely off of Affiliates and
- 00:01:03influencers which we got to $1.6 million
- 00:01:05per month and so I've paid real money to
- 00:01:08get influencers to promote my businesses
- 00:01:11just to give you some context I spent
- 00:01:14over 20 million on influencers to
- 00:01:16promote Prestige Labs that's the actual
- 00:01:18checks that's what we that's what I paid
- 00:01:20out now we made that's what I paid out
- 00:01:22and in Allen I spent over $22.8 million
- 00:01:26on influencers to promote the software
- 00:01:28those are my actual payouts from our
- 00:01:32dashboard and I've had over 23,000
- 00:01:34Affiliates who promoted my last book
- 00:01:36$100 million leads that's a screenshot
- 00:01:37from our uh CRM which helped me sell
- 00:01:41over a million copies of my last two
- 00:01:42books $100 million offers and $100
- 00:01:44million leads and you can see the slack
- 00:01:46message from my book manager there and
- 00:01:49so this process that I'm about to share
- 00:01:51with you creates real lifechanging value
- 00:01:55and it allowed me to sell my first two
- 00:01:57businesses to American Pacific group for
- 00:01:5946 .2 million and sell Allen with a
- 00:02:02trailing 12 month of $12 million in
- 00:02:06revenue and then use all that money to
- 00:02:08start acquisition. comom to invest in
- 00:02:10and scale companies and currently our
- 00:02:12portfolio together ises about $17
- 00:02:13million a month and so I've made
- 00:02:15Millions using influencers to promote my
- 00:02:17businesses and I can help you do the
- 00:02:20same and so I start with this proof
- 00:02:22because there's a lot of sucky fluff
- 00:02:24that's being taught out there like this
- 00:02:25fluff sucks from people who've never
- 00:02:28done what they claim and simply copy and
- 00:02:30paste stuff that they don't understand
- 00:02:33people being like I teach things that
- 00:02:35I've never done and I refuse to do
- 00:02:38that and so after spending losing and
- 00:02:42then finally making millions on
- 00:02:44influencers I've learned a lot of what
- 00:02:46not to do but I also figured out a few
- 00:02:49things that work and so today I'm going
- 00:02:51to share with you a three-step super
- 00:02:53influencer process anyone can use to get
- 00:02:55a flood of buyers into your business for
- 00:02:58free even
- 00:03:00and especially if you have no following
- 00:03:03or money
- 00:03:05yourself and so here is the three-step
- 00:03:07process number one know which influencer
- 00:03:11to pick number
- 00:03:13two know how to get them to talk to you
- 00:03:17and then number three I'm going to show
- 00:03:18you how to get them to promote your
- 00:03:19stuff because if you know who to pick
- 00:03:22and you get them to talk to you you get
- 00:03:23them promote your stuff you will make
- 00:03:25more money than if you do not and
- 00:03:27arguably if you pick the right
- 00:03:28influencer you might make life-changing
- 00:03:30amounts of
- 00:03:31money and so think about it this way if
- 00:03:34tomorrow the rock or Taylor Swift agreed
- 00:03:37to promote your business do you think
- 00:03:39your business would grow no matter what
- 00:03:41you sell be it umbrellas Contracting
- 00:03:44tequila or VA agencies or whatever it is
- 00:03:48if the rock got up there and said this
- 00:03:50is the dude do you think you would make
- 00:03:51more money
- 00:03:54obviously of course it would and better
- 00:03:57yet do you think there's any single move
- 00:04:00and this is the key point we talk about
- 00:04:01opportunity cost of the time and effort
- 00:04:03we put into every move we make in
- 00:04:04business do you think there's any single
- 00:04:07move that you could make that would make
- 00:04:09you more money in less time than
- 00:04:11partnering with someone like
- 00:04:12that no probably not so then why on
- 00:04:17Earth are we not putting all of our time
- 00:04:19into the one thing that could make you
- 00:04:21the absolute most amount of money in the
- 00:04:22shortest period of time I don't know why
- 00:04:25not and so before I dive in let me
- 00:04:28explain why taking action what I'm about
- 00:04:29to share with you with you may be the
- 00:04:30most important decision in your life all
- 00:04:31right so obviously option one you could
- 00:04:33be lame option two do it and change your
- 00:04:35life so I'm going to opt for option two
- 00:04:37and hopefully you do too and so there's
- 00:04:39a reason that this is so important
- 00:04:41especially right now there's a big shift
- 00:04:45that's happening in the economy and
- 00:04:47specifically the economy of
- 00:04:49attention traditional advertising is
- 00:04:52dying social media and influencer brands
- 00:04:54are on the rise you've all heard this
- 00:04:56but let me show you some stats to
- 00:04:57support it all right it's the reason
- 00:04:59that Logan Paul and prime a 2-year-old
- 00:05:02Company 2 years old is now beating they
- 00:05:06have more sales than power raid a 36y
- 00:05:10old company two years 36 and they're
- 00:05:14crushing them it's the same reason Mr
- 00:05:17Beast febles a less than 2-year-old
- 00:05:20company are in the multiple hundreds of
- 00:05:22millions of dollars a year in sales and
- 00:05:24they're gaining rapidly on Hershey's
- 00:05:27which was something that before this
- 00:05:28time and age was thought to be
- 00:05:32impossible and it's why so many mega
- 00:05:34brands are getting launched with
- 00:05:35influencers like Kylie has her Cosmetics
- 00:05:39proper 12 with Conor McGregor Kim has
- 00:05:41skims and you've got Ryan Reynolds with
- 00:05:44Aviation Jin and he's got a bunch of
- 00:05:45other brands as well so many of these
- 00:05:47Mega brands are getting launched with
- 00:05:49mega influencers or super
- 00:05:51influencers because they can almost
- 00:05:53guarantee profitability on day
- 00:05:56one so think about it like this if you
- 00:05:59can reach 1 million people for free as
- 00:06:02long as your product sells for more than
- 00:06:04it costs you make money
- 00:06:08period and so the question just becomes
- 00:06:11which thing will make the most money
- 00:06:13rather than whether that thing will make
- 00:06:17money at all so Mr Beast here has to
- 00:06:20make the decision of am I going to
- 00:06:21promote Margaritas or am I going to
- 00:06:23promote chocolate but if he did promote
- 00:06:25Margaritas guess what he would still
- 00:06:27make money not as much as he could if he
- 00:06:29did chocolate but he would still make
- 00:06:31money and what crazy world can you live
- 00:06:34in that you can guarantee millions and
- 00:06:36millions in sales on something that
- 00:06:38actually has poor product Market fit
- 00:06:40this is one of those big insurance
- 00:06:42policies you can take out on the future
- 00:06:43of your business if you make the right
- 00:06:46pick and this has never existed before
- 00:06:49this moment until now and so here's some
- 00:06:53graphs because everybody likes graphs
- 00:06:55it's the same reason they're more
- 00:06:56viewers on internet than they are on
- 00:06:58television more listeners and they're
- 00:07:00all radio listeners and even crazier
- 00:07:03this costs less and converts higher
- 00:07:08which means that there's more total
- 00:07:09people watching listening and consuming
- 00:07:12and more of them buying for less money
- 00:07:15overall the game has changed yet so few
- 00:07:19businesses are taking advantage of it
- 00:07:21and so you can see why this is such a
- 00:07:23huge
- 00:07:24opportunity said differently if the only
- 00:07:27thing between you and the fastest
- 00:07:30business growth you could possibly
- 00:07:31imagine was three
- 00:07:33steps wouldn't be worth
- 00:07:36doing great I think so too so let's dive
- 00:07:39in the three-step super influencer
- 00:07:42process how to pick them how to get them
- 00:07:44to talk to you how to get promote your
- 00:07:46stuff so let's start with number one how
- 00:07:48to pick the right influencer so there
- 00:07:50was a movie that came out a year ago or
- 00:07:52a year or two ago called air and the
- 00:07:54premise was simple Nike a shoe brand was
- 00:07:57struggling to enter the basketball
- 00:07:58Market at the time
- 00:08:00this is not drawn to scale the
- 00:08:02representation is that they weren't
- 00:08:04making that much money everybody else
- 00:08:05was making more fantastic and every year
- 00:08:08they would spend money on player
- 00:08:10sponsorships and they would get quote
- 00:08:12second tier rookies to wear their stuff
- 00:08:14there's the guy he's second tier he's
- 00:08:16wearing Nike and they kept losing the
- 00:08:19best players every year to Adidas and
- 00:08:21Converse yes Converse was actually a big
- 00:08:23player back then and so the exhausted
- 00:08:26partnership manager AKA talent scout
- 00:08:28insisted to Phil Knight that they go all
- 00:08:31in on this new Young rookie
- 00:08:33named Michael
- 00:08:36Jordan he was one of the top picks and
- 00:08:38they bet their entire basketball budget
- 00:08:41so they took what they were going to pay
- 00:08:42five to 10 players and just gave it to
- 00:08:45one and they did it in order to sign
- 00:08:48him and he got the biggest deal that
- 00:08:50anyone had ever signed because Nike
- 00:08:53needed him more than he needed them and
- 00:08:56they hoped they hoped that they would do
- 00:08:58$2 million in basketball shoe
- 00:09:00sales but instead they did 122 million
- 00:09:05in the first year and they created an
- 00:09:07iconic brand that has yet to be
- 00:09:08surpassed decades later and you can see
- 00:09:11how Nike now eats the entire
- 00:09:14pie all because they went all in on the
- 00:09:17right influencer they picked the right
- 00:09:20guy and so the question for you is who's
- 00:09:22your Michael Jordan and so there's two
- 00:09:25ways you can approach this one you have
- 00:09:28a branded product and you go find a
- 00:09:30super influencer to partner with so you
- 00:09:33have the thing and then you go to find
- 00:09:34the person or two you find the person
- 00:09:37and then you brand something around them
- 00:09:41either
- 00:09:42works so the Nike Air story was an
- 00:09:45example of number one Nike was selling
- 00:09:47basketball shoes people who wear
- 00:09:49basketball shoes tend to watch and
- 00:09:50idolize basketball players so finding
- 00:09:51the best available basketball player
- 00:09:53made the most sense for them in this
- 00:09:54case Michael Jordan so they kept their
- 00:09:56brand and then Jordan promoted a
- 00:09:58personal line that's how they married
- 00:09:59the two cuz he needed them less than
- 00:10:02they needed him but Nike overall was
- 00:10:05still a bigger brand than Michael Jordan
- 00:10:07was especially as a
- 00:10:09rookie an example of number two is some
- 00:10:12company that you probably haven't heard
- 00:10:13of which is Congo Congo is a drink
- 00:10:16manufacturer they have three massive
- 00:10:17Brands underneath of their umbrella and
- 00:10:19one of them is prime the other two also
- 00:10:22do half a billion dollar a year in sales
- 00:10:24and you've heard of those too but for
- 00:10:25the purpose of the presentation I'm just
- 00:10:27going to focus on Congo so Congo you've
- 00:10:29never heard of Logan Paul you probably
- 00:10:32have and so they decided to say we're
- 00:10:34going to go find the influencer and
- 00:10:36create the product that's branded for
- 00:10:38them and we're going to do the
- 00:10:40delivery and so the difference these two
- 00:10:42examples is Nike you get the pro the
- 00:10:45influencer to promote your
- 00:10:48brand or you deliver on theirs that's
- 00:10:52the difference between the two models
- 00:10:54both
- 00:10:55work and so which brand you use depends
- 00:10:58on who has the bigger audience cuz
- 00:10:59you're like wait how do I get which one
- 00:11:01well it just depends who's bigger so
- 00:11:03Nike had a bigger audience than Jordan
- 00:11:05so he promoted them now he was still up
- 00:11:07he was bigger in basketball than Nike
- 00:11:09and so they created a specific line
- 00:11:10around Jordan so that's kind of the
- 00:11:11Nuance of this and that's why
- 00:11:13understanding how this works is so
- 00:11:14important for you actually executing on
- 00:11:16it Logan Paul has a bigger audience than
- 00:11:18Congo more people have heard of him than
- 00:11:20Congo and so they delivered for him and
- 00:11:23so you can get an army of tiny
- 00:11:26influencers or find one super influence
- 00:11:30and the pro tip here is that the first
- 00:11:32if you want to find lots of little guys
- 00:11:33who are 100K each right it will take you
- 00:11:36longer but you'll be able to retain more
- 00:11:38ownership because you'll pretty much
- 00:11:39always be bigger than
- 00:11:41them and that's what I did in these
- 00:11:43companies so with Prestige labs and
- 00:11:45Allen both of those I had lots of lots
- 00:11:47of little Affiliates lots of little
- 00:11:49influencers the second is faster and
- 00:11:51easier to manage but you give up more
- 00:11:53now I will say personally that I lean
- 00:11:56far more towards this now as I
- 00:11:58understand branding and I understand
- 00:12:00speed to Market and I understand the
- 00:12:02value of aggressive growth and the
- 00:12:04insurance policy that a super influencer
- 00:12:06provides to a
- 00:12:08business which is exactly what we did
- 00:12:11with school I both co-own and act as my
- 00:12:14own influencer for the school games and
- 00:12:16school the platform
- 00:12:18itself and so you might be like okay
- 00:12:20well that's great for Nike and Prime and
- 00:12:22febles and
- 00:12:23school but what about me what about
- 00:12:26everyday business owners how do we
- 00:12:28actually get in contact with influencers
- 00:12:30and super
- 00:12:31influencers well first you have to know
- 00:12:33who buys the sort of stuff you sell the
- 00:12:36fancy term for this is ideal customer or
- 00:12:38Avatar or
- 00:12:39ICP then you got to figure out the
- 00:12:41influencers they
- 00:12:43follow then you got to pick out the
- 00:12:45super influencers from there that best
- 00:12:47fit your
- 00:12:49product and so I think about contacting
- 00:12:51people in layers so this is tactical all
- 00:12:53right so everyone take notes like this
- 00:12:54is the part where you take notes on it
- 00:12:55all right so first I start with
- 00:12:57influencers I know personally now you
- 00:12:59might be like well I don't know
- 00:13:00influencer believe it or not you
- 00:13:02probably do know someone personally they
- 00:13:05might not be Logan Paul but they
- 00:13:07probably have a bigger following than
- 00:13:09you I can almost guarantee that you know
- 00:13:11someone who has a bigger following than
- 00:13:12you that's why you know
- 00:13:15them and if you contact all of them or
- 00:13:18don't know any because I'm going to give
- 00:13:19all the people with excuses in the room
- 00:13:20they're like I don't want to talk to
- 00:13:21people I know okay fine so if you did
- 00:13:24contact all of them or you don't know
- 00:13:26any then you move on to the next Circle
- 00:13:28which is I ask my network who they know
- 00:13:30I say okay I don't know any big
- 00:13:32influencers do y'all know any big
- 00:13:35influencers and when I make this point I
- 00:13:37want to emphasize this actually ask you
- 00:13:40can even cut the person that you ask in
- 00:13:43on your side of the deal if they make an
- 00:13:44intro and it actually works out and you
- 00:13:45can pay real money for this because it's
- 00:13:47exceptionally valuable for you and your
- 00:13:48business for all the points I already
- 00:13:50made and so you just say something like
- 00:13:53do you know XXX person or do you know
- 00:13:55anyone who has that size audience or who
- 00:13:57caters to this type of people
- 00:13:59and if you want to add the optional I'm
- 00:14:01paying XXX for an
- 00:14:04intro now if they don't know anyone so
- 00:14:06this is for the people who have excuses
- 00:14:07in the room if they don't know anyone so
- 00:14:09you don't know anybody and your friends
- 00:14:11don't know anybody because you live in a
- 00:14:12rock fantastic then you move on to the
- 00:14:14next circle out which is influencers you
- 00:14:17follow or have heard of and what I do is
- 00:14:19I reach out everywhere multiple times
- 00:14:22and find Mutual connections and I harass
- 00:14:24the living hell out of them and offer
- 00:14:26bounties and crazy gifts and when I say
- 00:14:28harassing living hell I mean of my
- 00:14:29friends not the person all right to be
- 00:14:32very clear great way to not get a
- 00:14:33partnership done but reaching out on
- 00:14:36multiple channels super smart so if you
- 00:14:39follow them on Instagram also look at
- 00:14:41them on LinkedIn look at them on Tik Tok
- 00:14:43look at them via email look at Via
- 00:14:45Direct Mail people forget about this you
- 00:14:47can actually deliver stuff to people's
- 00:14:48address by the way you can't unsubscribe
- 00:14:50from Direct Mail fun fact all right so
- 00:14:54there are things that you can do to get
- 00:14:55people's attention and here's what's
- 00:14:57interesting somebody who has a very
- 00:15:00large following on Instagram might have
- 00:15:01a very small following on L LinkedIn and
- 00:15:04they might check both of their inboxes
- 00:15:06but where do you think you're more
- 00:15:07likely to stand out when they get one of
- 00:15:0810 inbox messages on LinkedIn versus the
- 00:15:12one of 1,000 they get on Instagram right
- 00:15:15go everywhere because you might stick
- 00:15:16out and you can follow up to be clear
- 00:15:18I'm not saying don't follow up do that
- 00:15:20but I definitely want to take the people
- 00:15:22I know and ask them for
- 00:15:25it and now if none of them respond to
- 00:15:29you then you can go through formal
- 00:15:31channels and this is a little bit of a
- 00:15:32pro tip so one obviously some of these
- 00:15:35guys will have agents if you if you're
- 00:15:36looking for super influencers and I will
- 00:15:38say this having now dealt with super
- 00:15:39influencers it's not as much as you
- 00:15:41think most of the time most of the time
- 00:15:44it's not nearly as much as you think if
- 00:15:46you're a bigger business owner for those
- 00:15:47of you who get that otherwise you'd be
- 00:15:50like I have to spend $10 million to get
- 00:15:51this person honestly Superstars you can
- 00:15:53get for a couple hundred grand a year
- 00:15:55you'd be
- 00:15:56amazed now here's the little Pro tip for
- 00:15:58you
- 00:16:00most influencers of some sort have a
- 00:16:02website and most of them sell at least
- 00:16:05one thing and a little Pro tip for you
- 00:16:07is just actually go to their website as
- 00:16:10another place and opt in actually
- 00:16:13contact support actually Reach Out find
- 00:16:15the email address on the site and reach
- 00:16:17out you'll be amazed at again instead of
- 00:16:20going to the Thousand DM inbox on
- 00:16:21Instagram that there might only be six
- 00:16:23people who are actually emailing so just
- 00:16:25don't make the assumption that because
- 00:16:27lots of people see it lot lots of people
- 00:16:29take action so I'm going to tell you a
- 00:16:30quick analogy in this because I think
- 00:16:31this will drive it
- 00:16:33home we recently put out uh we did a we
- 00:16:36did a contest for editors because we
- 00:16:38have a big media team at MOS media and
- 00:16:40we had 1,200 people off of one post said
- 00:16:43that they were interested in the role
- 00:16:45now many people were probably like oh
- 00:16:47man I don't want to apply for something
- 00:16:48like that because I probably don't have
- 00:16:49a shot well wait for the second stat we
- 00:16:53then gave all of those 1,00 people who
- 00:16:55who wanted to be editors one raw file
- 00:16:57and we said just edit it and you've got
- 00:17:0048 hours to send it in guess how many of
- 00:17:03the 1,200 the 1,200 people actually
- 00:17:07submitted an
- 00:17:08edit
- 00:17:1160 60 5% one in
- 00:17:1520 so the odds are still in your favor
- 00:17:18if you actually take action you would be
- 00:17:21and that's a pretty big number and it's
- 00:17:23the same thing going for jobs going for
- 00:17:24girls going for whatever you want you'd
- 00:17:26be amazed how low the bar is if you
- 00:17:28actually
- 00:17:30try and so that's how you pick them
- 00:17:32tactically all right so let's just recap
- 00:17:34this for number one find find this
- 00:17:36biggest person that you connect with
- 00:17:37using the circles if your audience is
- 00:17:39bigger than theirs then you ask them to
- 00:17:40promote your thing if Their audience is
- 00:17:42bigger than yours you offer to deliver
- 00:17:43for them finding your quote Michael
- 00:17:46Jordan can give you the benefit of years
- 00:17:48of building a massive audience without
- 00:17:50the time
- 00:17:51cost and you immediately reap the
- 00:17:54benefits of their work in exchange for a
- 00:17:56portion of the upside and so that's how
- 00:17:59you pick the right influencer number one
- 00:18:02so let's move on to step two you're like
- 00:18:03okay I've got my eyes on this guy I've
- 00:18:05got my eyes on my Michael Jordan now you
- 00:18:07got to get them to talk to you so no
- 00:18:09matter how good your thing is or the
- 00:18:11offer that you want to make them if they
- 00:18:13don't respond to you or you can't get a
- 00:18:14hold to them you're not going to get
- 00:18:16very far so here's how I get them
- 00:18:19interested verify yourself the magic
- 00:18:21message and the rule 100 three steps so
- 00:18:24let's walk through the first one so
- 00:18:26verifying yourself has two individual
- 00:18:27steps first you literally verify
- 00:18:30yourself on the platform if you can pay
- 00:18:33the $10 per month or whatever it is to
- 00:18:35get the blue check mark all right you do
- 00:18:37this because you will get five to 10
- 00:18:40times the response rates and so if I
- 00:18:42think about my time as valuable if I can
- 00:18:44get if I can compress my time to 10x
- 00:18:47time for $10 a month I cannot imagine a
- 00:18:50better use of resources that means for
- 00:18:5210 bucks you can get 5 to 10x the time
- 00:18:54back absolutely worth it step two of
- 00:18:58verif yourself is don't be like Rakesh
- 00:19:02000018 don't be like him be like Jim Jim
- 00:19:07has a verification badge he has a
- 00:19:09description of what he does by the way
- 00:19:11if you want to partner with influencers
- 00:19:12to do stuff say so in the description
- 00:19:15say what you want them to see if you're
- 00:19:17like hey I'm reaching out to influencers
- 00:19:18and it just says like big music head and
- 00:19:20you're reaching out about e-commerce
- 00:19:22stuff probably not a good idea they're
- 00:19:24going to immediately read your social
- 00:19:26resume and be like this guy has nothing
- 00:19:27to do with what he's offering me if you
- 00:19:29want to be a professional act like a
- 00:19:30professional do it for money do it like
- 00:19:33it's your job because it
- 00:19:35is he's a profile picture now one thing
- 00:19:38that I would fix about Jims is I would
- 00:19:40make it more more of his face closer up
- 00:19:42and lighter lighter and brighter if you
- 00:19:44will I put mine there because of course
- 00:19:46you know magic social media man that I
- 00:19:47am um mind you I had to learn this the
- 00:19:50hard way my first version of this was
- 00:19:51like I was zoomed all the way out and
- 00:19:52you couldn't have seen it was super
- 00:19:53pixelated all right and so I've learned
- 00:19:55this stuff over time so you want to make
- 00:19:57sure you have a picture that makes you
- 00:19:58look like human being fantastic and then
- 00:20:00actually use the platform post a few
- 00:20:03things that show who you are on whatever
- 00:20:04platform you choose to so you can see
- 00:20:06he's got post obviously this guy's into
- 00:20:08music and his stuff's about music that
- 00:20:09makes sense by the way I don't know
- 00:20:11either of these people I just grabb them
- 00:20:12from my DMs I just saw who stood out and
- 00:20:14who were people had guarantee would
- 00:20:15never respond to all right so in short
- 00:20:18don't be a weirdo don't look like Rakesh
- 00:20:21be like Jim and to be fair Rakesh if you
- 00:20:23do watch this I don't think you're
- 00:20:25necessarily a weirdo you're displaying
- 00:20:26like one all right so number one verify
- 00:20:30yourself check so now if we have
- 00:20:33verified ourselves we got to figure out
- 00:20:35what we're actually going to say to them
- 00:20:36so let me give you the magic message so
- 00:20:38this is a sample message script you
- 00:20:41would send this to an influencer hey
- 00:20:43longtime fan firsttime messenger I own a
- 00:20:46company that partners with influencers
- 00:20:47to start communities this was one I made
- 00:20:49for school that they own based on your
- 00:20:52following it looks like you generate
- 00:20:53anywhere from X to Y per month in
- 00:20:55recurring income here are screenshots of
- 00:20:56people who started this month alone mind
- 00:20:58you the screenshots don't necessarily
- 00:20:59need to be from you they're just
- 00:21:00screenshots of other people who've had
- 00:21:02the same experience you get the majority
- 00:21:04of the profits we do a majority of the
- 00:21:06work would you be up for a 15-minute
- 00:21:08call for me to walk you through what
- 00:21:09something like this would look like
- 00:21:11that's it very
- 00:21:12straightforward now to be clear the more
- 00:21:16personalize the message the better you
- 00:21:18only need one person to say yes put the
- 00:21:20time in to actually look like you took a
- 00:21:23moment to think about this person don't
- 00:21:26just blast a hundred of these messages
- 00:21:28copy and paste I say long time longtime
- 00:21:31follower first-time messenger guess who
- 00:21:33some of the best people to start with
- 00:21:34are people you actually follow bonus
- 00:21:36points if they've already interacted
- 00:21:38with you before in the past and guess
- 00:21:40what if they don't respond
- 00:21:41congratulations you just got practice
- 00:21:44for
- 00:21:45free bonus points if it is your dream
- 00:21:48influencer offer to fly out to show them
- 00:21:51you're serious if you incur costs they
- 00:21:53will take you more seriously if you want
- 00:21:55to play with the pros you got to act
- 00:21:58like a now if you're listening to this
- 00:21:59you're watching this and you're like
- 00:22:00well I don't have the money to fly out
- 00:22:02that's fine but if you want to play in
- 00:22:04the big leagues you got to do what you
- 00:22:06got to do and they're not going to take
- 00:22:07you seriously because they want somebody
- 00:22:08who has some level of resources and
- 00:22:09success now you can fake it before you
- 00:22:11make it which I'm not really a fan of or
- 00:22:13you just say I'm going all in on this
- 00:22:15and you make the BET and you're going to
- 00:22:17strike out sometimes and that's okay
- 00:22:19because life is long and you only need
- 00:22:21one and so what you'd say something like
- 00:22:23this you'd say hey I'm out that way all
- 00:22:25the time so it's no big deal I'm happy
- 00:22:27to stop by so we can meet one another
- 00:22:29and see if there's an opportunity that
- 00:22:30makes sense the key part is like I'm out
- 00:22:32that way all the time because they also
- 00:22:33don't want to in inconvenience you but
- 00:22:34if you're like oh it's no problem I'm
- 00:22:36out there that way anyway because it
- 00:22:37also shows that you're busy you're doing
- 00:22:38other stuff you're they're not the only
- 00:22:41uh only only frog in the kettle I don't
- 00:22:43know if that's a saying I'm going with
- 00:22:45it okay fantastic and next little bonus
- 00:22:49tip is that if they have a public office
- 00:22:50spend time and money on an scen gift and
- 00:22:52a handwritten card and offer to pay a
- 00:22:55lot of money for them not you ahead of
- 00:22:57time for just 15 minutes and I'll be
- 00:22:59very clear about that last point the
- 00:23:01amount of people who are like hey I'll
- 00:23:03pay $100 for your time that might be a
- 00:23:05lot of money for you that might not be a
- 00:23:07lot of money for them and so you got to
- 00:23:09understand who you're playing with right
- 00:23:10if you if you're going up to kmen
- 00:23:12Electra shoot what's gen Z's equivalent
- 00:23:14of that uh Haley Bieber now she's
- 00:23:17married who's a hot girl Sydney
- 00:23:19Sweeney Sydney Sweeney great you're
- 00:23:21going to Sydney Sweeney and you're like
- 00:23:23hey babe we got out to dinner dinner's
- 00:23:25on me not a very compelling offer for
- 00:23:28SNY cuz they've got guys who will
- 00:23:29literally pay for all the food for the
- 00:23:30rest of her life and her travel and not
- 00:23:33just to get a picture of her underwear
- 00:23:35anyways the point is the point is calm
- 00:23:38down the point is is that you have to
- 00:23:40make it relevant to the influencer or
- 00:23:42the super influence that you're that
- 00:23:44you're going for it has to be something
- 00:23:45that they would actually value and the
- 00:23:48personalization I will say on a personal
- 00:23:50level that first one about making a big
- 00:23:53obscene gift it's more about the thought
- 00:23:55and the effort that someone can see that
- 00:23:57you incurred to put the gift together so
- 00:23:59I got an amazing gift the other day it's
- 00:24:02a it's a full SI don't copy this it's
- 00:24:04already been done all right so I got a
- 00:24:06full-size uh modern art piece that had
- 00:24:10uh the background of a of an Ace of
- 00:24:12Spades because we're we're in Vegas our
- 00:24:14headquarters in Vegas and it had this
- 00:24:16cool graffiti is paint all over it of
- 00:24:19the quotes that I had influenced the
- 00:24:21artist on and so it was all the quotes
- 00:24:23that he had had for me that had made an
- 00:24:25impact on his life and I got that and I
- 00:24:27was like this is so cool and it was
- 00:24:29clear and obvious that he spent a lot of
- 00:24:31time putting this together and it was
- 00:24:33relevant to me and so as a side note
- 00:24:35this is yet another Pro tip for you if
- 00:24:37you're going to give a gift to somebody
- 00:24:39and you're a business owner don't put
- 00:24:41your logo on it put theirs on it why
- 00:24:44would I wear someone else like it
- 00:24:45doesn't make any sense I want you to
- 00:24:47make something that I would want to wear
- 00:24:49all the time and then I will think of
- 00:24:50you every time I wear it then I create
- 00:24:53the positive Association okay bonus
- 00:24:55points over fantastic so you verify
- 00:24:58yourself you look like a legitimate
- 00:24:59person you send the magic message you
- 00:25:01offer to incur cost you try and send
- 00:25:03obscene gifts if you can if not you just
- 00:25:05offer to fly out if you can and at the
- 00:25:08very least you do a lot of work ahead of
- 00:25:10time which I'll get to in a second and
- 00:25:11you send the magic message great now
- 00:25:14since it's time to send it how many do
- 00:25:16we send you send a 100 messages per day
- 00:25:20split between as many platforms as
- 00:25:21needed 100 there's a rule of 100 it's
- 00:25:24consistent across Industries people talk
- 00:25:26about it I don't know why but I can't
- 00:25:28say that it works and so this will
- 00:25:30normally take about 4 hours per day so
- 00:25:33set a kitchen timer and send the
- 00:25:35messages you'd be amazed at how like if
- 00:25:37you just do this it will take you that
- 00:25:39long and just rip the Bandit off do it
- 00:25:41one day just do it one day and then
- 00:25:43you'll realize that you didn't die when
- 00:25:45someone doesn't respond and then you can
- 00:25:47do it a second day and then a third and
- 00:25:49then all of a sudden you'll start
- 00:25:50getting responses back I just had a DM
- 00:25:51recently from a lady who's like I read
- 00:25:54your book I did my first day of the rule
- 00:25:57of 100 and she was like I already got 10
- 00:25:58responses she's like this is
- 00:26:00unbelievable and she spent years
- 00:26:02delaying her first
- 00:26:04message and I'm both happy for her and
- 00:26:06sad for her because imagine the
- 00:26:08potential you waste every day you don't
- 00:26:10do what you need to do in order to get
- 00:26:12where you
- 00:26:13want and then you keep repeating this
- 00:26:15until you get the
- 00:26:16replies bonus points and this is what I
- 00:26:18was referencing earlier if you've if you
- 00:26:20already follow this influencer and
- 00:26:22you've interact with them in some way
- 00:26:23you've commented on a story they they
- 00:26:25likeed something back then you already
- 00:26:26have an in you already have a history
- 00:26:27with that person even even tangential
- 00:26:29even tiny it still makes you look more
- 00:26:32real than
- 00:26:34Rakesh now I'll give you also a pro tip
- 00:26:37as being a quote super influencer if you
- 00:26:39want to call me that share your target
- 00:26:41influencer stories so this is what my
- 00:26:43DMs look like so this is what my my in
- 00:26:46the the outbox looks like or whatever so
- 00:26:48lots of stuff weirdo obviously porn blah
- 00:26:51blah blah now when I see mentioned you
- 00:26:54mentioned you in their story I I create
- 00:26:57content and so if someone created
- 00:26:59content for me because they mentioned me
- 00:27:01then it gives me the opportunity to put
- 00:27:03that on my story and if it's valuable
- 00:27:05then it provides value to my audience
- 00:27:06for no cost to me that's what a
- 00:27:08mentioned in a story is on top of the
- 00:27:10fact that they're spreading my message
- 00:27:11so it's actually like one of the easiest
- 00:27:13ways to quote give to a super influencer
- 00:27:15is just share what they have and also if
- 00:27:18I go into a DM inbox and I see that
- 00:27:21they've because you can see how many
- 00:27:22times someone has mentioned you or
- 00:27:23shared a story of yours and you see 15
- 00:27:25shares I think oh shoot you know what
- 00:27:27I've incurred a bit of a debt with this
- 00:27:28person it's so nice of them to share
- 00:27:30this stuff they're making content for me
- 00:27:32they're they're spreading people to me I
- 00:27:34like them more at the onset day one day
- 00:27:38Zero so if you want to get their
- 00:27:39attention that's just a little Pro tip
- 00:27:40for you and a big reminder because I
- 00:27:42want to keep hitting this point is that
- 00:27:44you don't need a 100 influencers you
- 00:27:47just need one super influencer to take
- 00:27:48your company to the next level and
- 00:27:50transform your
- 00:27:51life so recap on section two on what you
- 00:27:55actually say to get them to respond
- 00:27:56number one be someone worth responding
- 00:27:58to verify yourself two look like a legit
- 00:28:01person on your profile three send the
- 00:28:03magic message or variations of that and
- 00:28:05personalize it personalize it
- 00:28:06personalize it offer to incur cost to
- 00:28:08meet them that's a little bit more
- 00:28:09advanced but it will work send 100
- 00:28:11messages per day this takes time but you
- 00:28:13only need one and share the super
- 00:28:16influencer stories and posts you will
- 00:28:17gain more Affinity from them than if you
- 00:28:20do nothing at all so now that we have
- 00:28:23picked our influencer and we have
- 00:28:24optimized our messages and we're sending
- 00:28:27them we're going to start getting
- 00:28:28replies so here's how you close the deal
- 00:28:32here are the steps one over preparation
- 00:28:35equals profit two every position has an
- 00:28:37advantage three NOS or yeses so let's
- 00:28:40dive in so before you speak with them
- 00:28:44you want to prepare mockups of what
- 00:28:46their thing would look like on your
- 00:28:48product or the product that you want to
- 00:28:49make for them either way works remember
- 00:28:52you can take your Nike shoes and say
- 00:28:54we've got this idea for a line and we
- 00:28:56want to put it under you or I wi label
- 00:28:58drinks and I want to make a drink that's
- 00:29:00just for you Logan Paul or I want to
- 00:29:01make a tequila just for you the rock or
- 00:29:03I want to make a whiskey just for you
- 00:29:05Conor McGregor or I want to make
- 00:29:06Cosmetics just for you Kylie see where
- 00:29:08I'm going with this this is not new but
- 00:29:10people aren't seeing it this is why the
- 00:29:12opportunity
- 00:29:13exists so on top of the mock-ups you
- 00:29:15want to show graphs you want to be like
- 00:29:16this is you now this is you with me I
- 00:29:19say this simply but this is literally
- 00:29:20what you want to show someone you want
- 00:29:21to show some you actually did a little
- 00:29:22bit of math all right and you have some
- 00:29:24estimates and projections to go with
- 00:29:25that you want to say hey you've got this
- 00:29:27many followers
- 00:29:28if we post this post x times per week we
- 00:29:30assume y reach and we convert 1% of
- 00:29:33clicks which is standard based on these
- 00:29:35things that I've seen in the past within
- 00:29:3612 months we should be able to get to
- 00:29:38here does that sound interesting if they
- 00:29:41say yes awesome you you're one step
- 00:29:43closer to closing the deal if they say
- 00:29:44no you find somebody else and you ask
- 00:29:46them why is it interesting because you
- 00:29:48know what they might give you some of
- 00:29:49the best feedback possible and so bottom
- 00:29:51line is that you want to show that you
- 00:29:53worked a lot on this and this is a key
- 00:29:55Point you'll see it as a recurring point
- 00:29:56when you're getting with the super
- 00:29:57influence I'll tell you why in a second
- 00:29:59the main reason you do that is because
- 00:30:01they want to work with a partner that's
- 00:30:03going to work hard for
- 00:30:05them and the best way to prove that
- 00:30:07you're going to do it later is to do it
- 00:30:09now is to do it first one of my favorite
- 00:30:11sayings is the best way to show an
- 00:30:13audience that you'll that you'll give
- 00:30:16them value after they buy is to give
- 00:30:18them value before they buy brilliant I
- 00:30:21know but guess what people don't do
- 00:30:22they're like I don't want to take I
- 00:30:24don't want to be taken advantage of my
- 00:30:25time is valuable no it's not and it's
- 00:30:28it's also relative you're coming to ask
- 00:30:30something from them don't mistake it
- 00:30:32like sure you're going to come be like
- 00:30:33they're going to benefit too but if
- 00:30:34you're going to a super influencer
- 00:30:36you're the one who stands to gain far
- 00:30:37more than them because they have
- 00:30:38themselves and they can make that
- 00:30:39partnership with anyone and you want
- 00:30:41them to pick
- 00:30:42you don't think about the time it takes
- 00:30:45you to make this great think about how
- 00:30:48much time you're going to save by them
- 00:30:50agreeing that you move years of work in
- 00:30:53the future rather than the fact that it
- 00:30:54takes you a day or two to prepare one
- 00:30:57presentation for 15 minutes so that you
- 00:30:59crush
- 00:31:00it and so for those you like but how do
- 00:31:02I structure the presentation this how
- 00:31:04you structure the presentation promise
- 00:31:06you tell them the good stuff that
- 00:31:07they're going to get from the
- 00:31:08partnership proof you tell them why they
- 00:31:10should believe you past experience or if
- 00:31:13you don't have that stats of people like
- 00:31:15them doing something comparable and if
- 00:31:17you have the product that you think that
- 00:31:19they should sell bring it and show it to
- 00:31:21them this is called a demo AKA a
- 00:31:24demonstration you want to show them that
- 00:31:25because if they do have a strong brand
- 00:31:27they're going to want want the thing to
- 00:31:28be good because they want to make sure
- 00:31:29that they're serving Their audience and
- 00:31:30so if you've got the bees needs of
- 00:31:32products let them taste the
- 00:31:35honey three plan tell them what the next
- 00:31:38steps look like what's expected of them
- 00:31:41and what you're going to do and by the
- 00:31:43way make your side look better than
- 00:31:45theirs so that they look like they're
- 00:31:46getting the best side of the deal and to
- 00:31:48be real they should be because they've
- 00:31:51already spent all these years leading up
- 00:31:52to this so you don't have to spend five
- 00:31:54years to build this audience they
- 00:31:55already did that and so they're going to
- 00:31:57just point which takes little effort but
- 00:31:59that's because they're leveraging the
- 00:32:01years of work they put in and then
- 00:32:02you're going to spend the rest of your
- 00:32:04time present forward making out for the
- 00:32:06fact that you didn't work the 5 to 10
- 00:32:07years to build the brand and that's the
- 00:32:09deal and you might still have a smaller
- 00:32:12percentage of the overall pie and it's
- 00:32:14still worth
- 00:32:16it and so finally you've got the proof
- 00:32:18you got the promise you got the proof
- 00:32:19you got the plan and then you make the
- 00:32:21offer so then you make an offer so good
- 00:32:23they feel stupid saying no give them a
- 00:32:24Michael Jordan offer if they're bigger
- 00:32:26than you offer them more more if they're
- 00:32:28smaller still offer a lot and I'll give
- 00:32:31you a key little Pro tip on this help
- 00:32:33them grow if you want to go after a
- 00:32:35middle-sized influencer they may want
- 00:32:37growth more than they want money and so
- 00:32:40then offer them that instead or in
- 00:32:41addition so you can give on these
- 00:32:43variables it's like okay I can give you
- 00:32:44less in the economics but I'm going to
- 00:32:45invest all these resources I'm going to
- 00:32:47bring Five Guys I'm going to hire for
- 00:32:48you to help you 10 extra content so we
- 00:32:50both win because real talk if they are
- 00:32:53permanently associated with your brand
- 00:32:54if they get 10 times bigger guess who
- 00:32:56else gets 10 times bigger you
- 00:32:59worth
- 00:33:00it now I go through those four things
- 00:33:03and the thing that most of you guys are
- 00:33:04going to struggle with is proof so let's
- 00:33:06talk about that so this brings to the
- 00:33:07second point of this little mini part
- 00:33:09which is getting them to say
- 00:33:11yes every position has an advantage and
- 00:33:14a disadvantage I really want you to
- 00:33:15drill this in all right for example if
- 00:33:18you're brand new you sell the benefits
- 00:33:21of being brand new so for example I used
- 00:33:23to help agency owners with my company
- 00:33:26Allen which is a software for for agcy
- 00:33:28owners and some of them serve as gym
- 00:33:30owners which means they were direct
- 00:33:31competition of mine in my other company
- 00:33:33gym watch and so they'd say well hey
- 00:33:36it's easy for you to get gym owners
- 00:33:37you're the 800lb gorilla in the industry
- 00:33:41to which I would reply well one I wasn't
- 00:33:44always the 800lb gorilla I started at
- 00:33:46zero like everyone else but I promised a
- 00:33:49different set of benefits I said hey
- 00:33:52these companies don't care about you so
- 00:33:54if I was in your position I'd be like
- 00:33:55Alex doesn't care about you you're just
- 00:33:57number to him he he just wants to hit
- 00:33:59quota that's what his sales guys are
- 00:34:00doing right you're going to get assigned
- 00:34:02to some dozen care account rep who just
- 00:34:04clocks in every day that they train for
- 00:34:06a couple weeks just to get sped up and
- 00:34:08they're never going to cater to you but
- 00:34:10with
- 00:34:11me you're my only brand partner you have
- 00:34:14my full attention I don't want 100
- 00:34:16Partners I just want one good one I can
- 00:34:17go all in on someone I can work day and
- 00:34:20night to help and grow and so you have
- 00:34:23my contact you have my cell phone you
- 00:34:24can come to my house I'll cook you
- 00:34:26dinner we'll be partners on this it
- 00:34:28would be impossible for them to give you
- 00:34:29the same attention as me now if you're
- 00:34:32thinking wow that's not a bad point well
- 00:34:35then I wonder what the advantage of
- 00:34:36being the 800lb gorilla is now if I'm
- 00:34:38the 800lb gorilla so once gym launch was
- 00:34:40the number one in the industry I would
- 00:34:42argue the opposite angle I would say
- 00:34:43well we have the best practices across a
- 00:34:45lot of accounts and I can feed them
- 00:34:46directly to you this kid doesn't have
- 00:34:47any other experience I can take the
- 00:34:49findings from thousands of accounts and
- 00:34:51feed them right to you we have the
- 00:34:53infrastructure and skill to just plug
- 00:34:54you right into this guy's got to hire
- 00:34:56all this I've got specialist across all
- 00:34:59these different things that can help you
- 00:35:00at a higher level and sure Sarah is only
- 00:35:02good at media buying but she's better at
- 00:35:04media buying than his
- 00:35:05generalist and we can help you scale on
- 00:35:08the business side because we already
- 00:35:09have we know what we're doing and you'll
- 00:35:11know that your audience is getting taken
- 00:35:13care of because we have support
- 00:35:14infrastructure let's say this thing does
- 00:35:15crush well guess what's going to happen
- 00:35:17to your little minnow he's going to get
- 00:35:18overwhelmed because he's never had this
- 00:35:20much attention before we know how to
- 00:35:21deal with it we've done it before and so
- 00:35:24the question is do you want to trust
- 00:35:25your brand as someone who's just getting
- 00:35:26into the industry or someone with a
- 00:35:28track record do you want to risk what
- 00:35:30you work so hard for on someone who
- 00:35:32might not even be here in 6 months we've
- 00:35:34been here almost a decade and we're
- 00:35:35going to keep being here so you're like
- 00:35:38wow okay every position has an advantage
- 00:35:41and a disadvantage and you sell based on
- 00:35:44the position you have in the marketplace
- 00:35:46so play to your advantages if you're new
- 00:35:49to the game and you're just getting into
- 00:35:50and this your first super influencer
- 00:35:52partnership then you're going to
- 00:35:53emphasize Personal Touch care
- 00:35:55flexibility going Allin the owner
- 00:35:58mentality of this is us being Partners
- 00:36:00we're in this together I'm going to do
- 00:36:02anything it takes to get to be
- 00:36:03successful now if you're this guy you're
- 00:36:05the 800lb gorilla then you're going to
- 00:36:07talk about track record the best
- 00:36:08practices the infrastructure The
- 00:36:10Specialist across functions brand
- 00:36:12Association they're going to get from
- 00:36:13associating with your brand where they
- 00:36:14don't get that with the minnow and once
- 00:36:16that happens whichever play you have
- 00:36:18they're going to say
- 00:36:20yes and if they don't then we go from
- 00:36:23our advantages and disadvantages to NOS
- 00:36:25or yeses which means we zoom out so
- 00:36:26let's talk about that if you don't have
- 00:36:28a track record the other reason to over
- 00:36:31prepare and make your presentations
- 00:36:34exceptional is that you can show them to
- 00:36:36other presentations that you make for
- 00:36:38other super influencers so if I try to
- 00:36:40pitch Kylie on cosmetics and I make this
- 00:36:42beautiful deck and I show all these
- 00:36:43graphs and all this explanations guess
- 00:36:44what I get to use I can take that when I
- 00:36:46go to Conor McGregor and I say this is
- 00:36:48some of the work that we prepared for
- 00:36:50other influencers I'm not saying work we
- 00:36:51did for them I'm just saying this is the
- 00:36:53type of stuff we do now when you see
- 00:36:55that what happens is people are like huh
- 00:36:57they're going to see who you're pitching
- 00:36:59and they're going to see the work that
- 00:37:00you do over and over again they're like
- 00:37:02wow this guy sustains a high level of
- 00:37:04professionalism and polish despite
- 00:37:07business he might not have won it's like
- 00:37:09and the subtext is imagine what he' do
- 00:37:11if we were actually working together and
- 00:37:13that's what you want them to think and
- 00:37:15so even if you didn't pitch them this is
- 00:37:17the extra Pro tip is that even if you
- 00:37:19didn't pitch Kylie or Connor or uh Ryan
- 00:37:22Reynolds you can show them alternative
- 00:37:25structures that you thought through and
- 00:37:27if you show three different versions for
- 00:37:28the three different influencers they
- 00:37:29might be like okay I saw you prepared me
- 00:37:31and that was okay but I really like what
- 00:37:33you did with Ryan Reynolds I like that
- 00:37:35version can we do something like that
- 00:37:37for me and so you give them more options
- 00:37:39to bait them in engaging with
- 00:37:42you and so all these things help you
- 00:37:44look more legitimate and increase the
- 00:37:46likelihood that you get one super
- 00:37:49influencer and if you get frustrated
- 00:37:52don't the gap between no and yes is
- 00:37:56where the opportunity to make
- 00:37:57life-changing money is and so we went
- 00:37:59out over a lot of stuff today and to
- 00:38:01bring this home I want to tell you guys
- 00:38:03two
- 00:38:04stories one from a new business owner
- 00:38:06using the super influencer process and
- 00:38:08the other from a very large established
- 00:38:09business owner because I want to cater
- 00:38:10to both people in the audience right now
- 00:38:12so I'll start with uh who both use the
- 00:38:13strategy for lifechanging wealth so
- 00:38:15let's start with a big business owner so
- 00:38:17some of you guys have heard of Tony
- 00:38:18Robbins in N graos they run a very large
- 00:38:21portfolio businesses and they recently
- 00:38:22reached out to a super influencer
- 00:38:23Matthew mccon and Matthew mccon plugged
- 00:38:26in their infrastructure they launched
- 00:38:27The Art of Living so it was a product
- 00:38:29that Matthew was the front face of and
- 00:38:32they did the delivery on the back end
- 00:38:33and they branded the product around what
- 00:38:35he wanted the art of living and they had
- 00:38:37the most people attend ever they had two
- 00:38:41plus million people registered for the
- 00:38:43that and almost half a million attend
- 00:38:45live and a million plus people see it
- 00:38:46unlike anything they'd ever had because
- 00:38:48they harnessed a single super influencer
- 00:38:51with a phenomenal
- 00:38:53brand and I point this out to show you a
- 00:38:56single partner can bring in
- 00:38:58life-changing income and so that's just
- 00:39:00an easy big business example all right
- 00:39:02those guys had the infrastructure they
- 00:39:04reached out I'm sure Tony Robins knowing
- 00:39:06all the the presidents and things like
- 00:39:07that he was probably one or two phone
- 00:39:09calls away from Matthew mccon and he
- 00:39:10said yes fine but let's talk about a
- 00:39:13small business example because I think
- 00:39:14for some of you guys here this may be
- 00:39:16the most relevant for you since a
- 00:39:17lesters may feel Out Of Reach for some
- 00:39:19of you and I want to be clear I don't
- 00:39:21think they're Out Of Reach for you I
- 00:39:23just think you may feel that way and so
- 00:39:25I want to at least meet you where you're
- 00:39:26at here's two UK guys Ms and fad and
- 00:39:31they added 44,000 per month in recurring
- 00:39:33Revenue without ads or a following
- 00:39:36neither of these guys has a following
- 00:39:38and they weren't even the face and
- 00:39:40that's key just like Congo with Logan
- 00:39:42Paul no one knows who Congo is no one
- 00:39:44who knows who Ms and fad are but when I
- 00:39:46show you who they partnered with you
- 00:39:47might have heard of them and so here's
- 00:39:49what they did they found an influencer
- 00:39:51Eddie ABW a former pro bodybuilder from
- 00:39:54the UK he only had 50,000 followers at
- 00:39:57the time and they reached out just like
- 00:40:00I said in the the the presentation
- 00:40:02earlier and then he replied doing the
- 00:40:04exact thing that I mentioned in the
- 00:40:05presentation earlier and then they told
- 00:40:07him that he'd be their only partner and
- 00:40:08the only client he had just like I said
- 00:40:10in the presentation earlier and theyd
- 00:40:12spent all of their time growing this
- 00:40:14brand which is exactly what they did to
- 00:40:15take him from 50k on because that's what
- 00:40:17he really cared about and he
- 00:40:19agreed and then they asked him if they'd
- 00:40:21want to start a paidon on
- 00:40:23community and they told him what would
- 00:40:25be expected of him and gave him
- 00:40:27projections proof promise plan here's
- 00:40:30the offer and then they made the proof
- 00:40:32promise plan into a presentation for him
- 00:40:35notice they focused on branding the
- 00:40:37product around him it wasn't the Ms and
- 00:40:39Fahad Community it's the abue crew about
- 00:40:42people were trying to get in shape get
- 00:40:44healthy again and he's older now so he's
- 00:40:46a slightly older
- 00:40:47demographic which I find actually as a
- 00:40:49side note very funny because makes a pot
- 00:40:51are 20y old guys all right Eddie Abus is
- 00:40:52in his 50s or 60s now and so then they
- 00:40:56launched the community
- 00:40:57and in the first 30 days two 20-y old
- 00:41:00guys with no following and no money got
- 00:41:02to 44,000 in monthly recurring Revenue
- 00:41:05in the United States at least that's a
- 00:41:07top 1% income and I want to be very
- 00:41:09clear it's not because like Ms and vad
- 00:41:13were able to take five years of work and
- 00:41:15compress it into one series of
- 00:41:17conversations because they were willing
- 00:41:19to give up the upside they were willing
- 00:41:21to get rejected by the other hundred
- 00:41:22people they reached out to that didn't
- 00:41:24say yes so they could get the one that
- 00:41:26did and so this worked because Eddie's
- 00:41:28audience wanted more high value access
- 00:41:30to him so mien vad made that happen very
- 00:41:33simple and so they benefited from his
- 00:41:35brand and he benefited from their
- 00:41:37operations and the work that he wasn't
- 00:41:38willing to do so when I talked to them
- 00:41:40they were like he uh he just just wants
- 00:41:43to make content he doesn't want to do
- 00:41:44anything else and so we just said we'll
- 00:41:46do everything else we'll bring the
- 00:41:47camera we'll do the recording we'll do
- 00:41:49the editing we'll even put the stories
- 00:41:51up they have the ctas with the links so
- 00:41:52that we drive people with the community
- 00:41:54and we'll manage the community itself
- 00:41:55and we'll send you a cut of the money
- 00:41:56and he said
- 00:41:58cool and so they both
- 00:42:00profited and so the point is if you
- 00:42:03actually just follow this process you
- 00:42:05can jump forward multiple levels of
- 00:42:07income quickly because you only need one
- 00:42:10super influencer to change your life
- 00:42:12just
- 00:42:13one and so for more tactics about this
- 00:42:15stuff because we're getting close on
- 00:42:16time I have free books and courses on
- 00:42:19Outreach using Affiliates also if you
- 00:42:20zoom into that little picture of mson
- 00:42:22fad you see a little book that they have
- 00:42:24in the background the only book they
- 00:42:25have referenced there it's book check it
- 00:42:27out um and you can watch this stuff on
- 00:42:30my site so I actually have the training
- 00:42:32for reaching out getting Affiliates more
- 00:42:34in-depth stuff more scripts all that
- 00:42:35stuff it's absolutely free on my site
- 00:42:37acquisition. comom trining it's all free
- 00:42:39all right um and if you don't have a
- 00:42:42product to recruit a super influencer
- 00:42:43with so the first ones if you already
- 00:42:44have a product and you and you want to
- 00:42:46just go straight to to getting them to
- 00:42:47promote it that's what that's for you
- 00:42:49and if you don't have a product then you
- 00:42:51can start like makes and vad by building
- 00:42:52a community for an influencer and the
- 00:42:54reason this is kind of like a one fits a
- 00:42:56one siiz fits all product for most
- 00:42:57influencers is that pretty much every
- 00:42:59influencer literally gets followed
- 00:43:01because people want access they want
- 00:43:03more exposure to them and so all you do
- 00:43:05is just have more exposure more content
- 00:43:08more access just behind a pay wall so
- 00:43:11that the highest fans get what they want
- 00:43:12and everybody else still get stuff for
- 00:43:13free so it's a win-win all right and so
- 00:43:16if you want that school.com games it's
- 00:43:18also free to start so if you're like I
- 00:43:20don't know what the product you can
- 00:43:21start one for free and you can go start
- 00:43:22approaching influencers to do it all
- 00:43:24right so I hope that I fulfilled my
- 00:43:25promise to you from the beginning in the
- 00:43:27three-step super influencer process
- 00:43:28which is one know how to pick them two
- 00:43:31know how to get them to talk to you and
- 00:43:33three how to get them to promote your
- 00:43:34stuff so you can create life-changing
- 00:43:35wealth and hopefully I gave you the
- 00:43:37tools to Leap Frog your income if you
- 00:43:39actually take action so there's all your
- 00:43:41free stuff thank you guys so much enjoy
