Zeitleiste

  • 00:00:00 - 00:05:00

  • 00:10:00 - 00:18:17

them find success and happiness today

    people improve their movement strength
  • 00:00:42
    and overall well-being what's rule
  • 00:00:44
number one for you so rule number one is
  • 00:00:47
timing everything that I do like now
  • 00:00:50
I've got stopwatch going lap timer is
  • 00:00:52
just on the go so you're on the clock
  • 00:00:54
mat okay pressure's on yeah you better R
  • 00:00:59
    faster yeah
  • 00:01:01
um I time everything and when I talk
  • 00:01:03
about that people start thinking oh it's
  • 00:01:05
a productivity thing you're trying to
  • 00:01:07
maximize your time you are trying to
  • 00:01:09
hosy everything and get more [ __ ] done
  • 00:01:13
and set a deadline for all your tasks
  • 00:01:16
and it's actually not about that for me
  • 00:01:17
I can definitely see that as being a
  • 00:01:19
happy accidental side effect of it for
  • 00:01:22
me but for me it's more just about
  • 00:01:23
awareness and mindfulness of whatever it
  • 00:01:26
is that I'm doing because you're
  • 00:01:27
probably in a similar situation where
  • 00:01:29
you'll get to the end of a work day and
  • 00:01:31
you feel like you've been so busy but
  • 00:01:33
you but you don't have anything to show
  • 00:01:35
for it and you're like what have I done
  • 00:01:37
and you get frustrated with yourself you
  • 00:01:38
get really beat up and you start just
  • 00:01:39
    tearing something you're worthless you
  • 00:01:41
done nothing today and I go through
  • 00:01:44
those Cycles all the time where I'll get
  • 00:01:45
seriously depressed and I'll really talk
  • 00:01:48
down upon myself for saying you've done
  • 00:01:50
    nothing you're worthless you've wasted 8
  • 00:01:52
hours or how that day go where'd that
  • 00:01:54
week go and this is a simple reminder
  • 00:01:57
which ties into some of my other rules
  • 00:01:58
that I live my life by
  • 00:02:00
but of saying where did the time go not
  • 00:02:03
that it has to go to work like how many
  • 00:02:06
bable hours did I ACW today maybe it's
  • 00:02:08
only going to be two but I did acrw
  • 00:02:10
eight bable hours in lifestyle of
  • 00:02:13
    keeping me happy connections family
  • 00:02:15
whatever it could just be taking care of
  • 00:02:17
myself by going through a walk cuz I
  • 00:02:18
need to clear my head about
  • 00:02:20
something and at least I can recognize
  • 00:02:22
    where the time
  • 00:02:23
went then I can make peace with that and
  • 00:02:27
I think the timing thing was so powerful
  • 00:02:28
    for me because
  • 00:02:30
    I'm a big productivity Improvement
  • 00:02:33
self-help junkie where I'll be like okay
  • 00:02:36
I got to make my bed now every morning
  • 00:02:38
make the bed cold shower do the goggin
  • 00:02:41
mode hard [ __ ] early yeah you know just
  • 00:02:43
eat that frog that's so tempting but all
  • 00:02:46
that [ __ ] sets you up for failure
  • 00:02:47
because it has an expectation assign to
  • 00:02:49
you have to do this it's a past fail
  • 00:02:51
make your bed or not or you [ __ ] up
  • 00:02:53
and your whole life will be unraveled
  • 00:02:55
there is no expectation here to me
  • 00:02:57
timing things I just set the stopwatch
  • 00:02:59
hit go set the lp time when a new task
  • 00:03:01
starts and that's it I don't care if
  • 00:03:03
editing a video takes me 5 hours when it
  • 00:03:05
nor took me 1 hour I don't care if it
  • 00:03:07
took me 2 hours to script something and
  • 00:03:09
normally takes me 20 minutes or even
  • 00:03:11
longer I just note it down it seems like
  • 00:03:14
it's just a simple stop watchat stop so
  • 00:03:17
uh walk me through like what that might
  • 00:03:19
look like in terms of chunks on a on a
  • 00:03:22
typical day and also how you're able to
  • 00:03:24
look back at like how you spent your
  • 00:03:26
time yeah uh in a given day yeah so I've
  • 00:03:29
got a humongous to-do list like I'm sure
  • 00:03:31
you do which got things that will never
  • 00:03:33
    get
  • 00:03:34
completed um I have that as a running
  • 00:03:36
tally every single day that I'll be
  • 00:03:38
looking at and I'll be pulling out
  • 00:03:39
things that I know have to get done
  • 00:03:41
while they becoming more urgent and I'll
  • 00:03:43
    say there's 10 of those things M I'll
  • 00:03:45
that I've pulled out from the list of 50
  • 00:03:47
I've assigned a rough budget of time to
  • 00:03:49
those those things I said okay
  • 00:03:51
realistically I can get through these 10
  • 00:03:52
things today or five things maybe on a
  • 00:03:55
certain day and then I just start
  • 00:03:58
working through it so like I said for my
  • 00:04:00
morning routine I spend that first 10
  • 00:04:01
minutes getting my day seting at this
  • 00:04:03
through list then I get stuck into into
  • 00:04:05
the first task whether it's four
  • 00:04:08
15minute tasks they will be timed and
  • 00:04:10
all lap timed or it could just be one
  • 00:04:11
2our task that could be what it is until
  • 00:04:14
my first big switch where it becomes
  • 00:04:17
Meadow wakes up and it's family time
  • 00:04:18
    it's dog time and that's 2 or 3 hours
  • 00:04:21
and I just know I'm going to just I
  • 00:04:24
don't want to say lose but I'm going to
  • 00:04:25
spend on something different yeah um and
  • 00:04:28
    then it's I guess in a way it's keeping
  • 00:04:30
you accountable too because you're like
  • 00:04:31
well okay I've been with family now 3
  • 00:04:33
hours I really probably should be
  • 00:04:34
getting back to work and prior honestly
  • 00:04:36
it's the other way around M because I'm
  • 00:04:38
a workaholic I love being able to just
  • 00:04:41
sit there and spend 12 hours straight
  • 00:04:43
working I love being in meetings with
  • 00:04:45
    people chatting with people being
  • 00:04:46
productive in that sense and I will
  • 00:04:49
never stop and I'd be S hanging out with
  • 00:04:52
Mead thinking to myself I should be
  • 00:04:53
doing this right now I'm thinking about
  • 00:04:55
this next meeting I'm thinking about
  • 00:04:56
this next work task but now that I know
  • 00:04:59
I assigned time to different things now
  • 00:05:02
I can be present in that 2-hour window
  • 00:05:04
with meow and they're the best 2 hours
  • 00:05:05
of my life cuz I don't think about work
  • 00:05:07
anymore I literally just stop thinking
  • 00:05:09
about which I've never been able to do
  • 00:05:10
for the past 30 years of my life it's
  • 00:05:12
always been just you've got [ __ ] to do
  • 00:05:14
get to work or this is looming get this
  • 00:05:18
done now that's all just changed from
  • 00:05:22
something so simple as me saying no you
  • 00:05:24
will get to this work task at 400 p.m.
  • 00:05:27
today cuz it's on your to-do list and
  • 00:05:28
you know you've got your timer set where
  • 00:05:30
you got these 3 hours are budgeted for
  • 00:05:32
Meadow make sure she gets those 3 hours
  • 00:05:35
because if I had those 3 hours budgeted
  • 00:05:37
to write my next YouTube video I'm
  • 00:05:40
giving that YouTube video there 3 hours
  • 00:05:42
undivided why am I not giving that to my
  • 00:05:44
partner why am I not giving that to me
  • 00:05:46
must be distracted I'm not I'm not
  • 00:05:47
sitting there thinking about oh my God I
  • 00:05:49
should be thinking about meta right now
  • 00:05:50
I'm just I'm thinking about the work
  • 00:05:51
there's a big mismatch and those are the
  • 00:05:53
sort of questions I asking myself in
  • 00:05:55
    this whole
  • 00:05:56
big reinvention of like why am I so
  • 00:05:58
unhappy how I wanted my life I was like
  • 00:06:00
where are my deficits in life right now
  • 00:06:03
I'm very good at work I'm very good at
  • 00:06:05
content creation all that kind of stuff
  • 00:06:07
where am I really lacking I'm lacking a
  • 00:06:09
    lot in
  • 00:06:10
my personal development I'm lacking a
  • 00:06:13
lot in my relationships and my family
  • 00:06:15
life and I don't want to live my life
  • 00:06:17
that way some people love living their
  • 00:06:20
life that way they're very happy to just
  • 00:06:22
be the work hard say cool that's fine
  • 00:06:24
but that's not for me so they may take a
  • 00:06:27
    slightly different approach to timing
  • 00:06:28
things mhm and just and they may look at
  • 00:06:30
    it from a productivity get [ __ ] done
  • 00:06:33
Beat the Clock let's get these tasks
  • 00:06:35
done all the time um but for me it's
  • 00:06:39
just accountability as you say what's
  • 00:06:40
rule number two for you rule number two
  • 00:06:43
is taking 5 minutes morning and night
  • 00:06:46
for me to journal I keep it very simple
  • 00:06:49
I try not to make it too complicated
  • 00:06:51
with a lot of different ideas and trying
  • 00:06:53
to like a make it really extensive to-do
  • 00:06:55
list or anything like that I just have
  • 00:06:56
some very simple prompts I ask myself at
  • 00:06:58
the start and close of each day
  • 00:07:00
the close makes more sense so we'll
  • 00:07:02
start there ask myself what went well
  • 00:07:05
today what didn't go well today what am
  • 00:07:07
I grateful for what lessons have I
  • 00:07:09
learned and then I Al also have a couple
  • 00:07:12
of more open-ended questions that may
  • 00:07:13
change which could be like what have I
  • 00:07:15
learned or what will I change what will
  • 00:07:16
I do differently mhm um what have I
  • 00:07:20
    really
  • 00:07:21
enjoyed and then the final question is
  • 00:07:23
what will I do tomorrow what am I
  • 00:07:24
excited about tomorrow and that sets up
  • 00:07:27
a little bit more of my to-do list which
  • 00:07:29
then flows into the next day's morning
  • 00:07:32
journaling where I look back and I say
  • 00:07:34
okay all these things I'm grateful for
  • 00:07:36
from the last day all these things that
  • 00:07:38
I'm happy about and not happy about the
  • 00:07:41
things I need to improve I can pull them
  • 00:07:43
into today's to-do list and then
  • 00:07:44
actually have a to-do this I got to
  • 00:07:46
write up for myself in that 5 minute
  • 00:07:48
window I keep it short intentionally one
  • 00:07:50
thing cuz it's simple so it's low
  • 00:07:52
barrier but also I keep it small so I
  • 00:07:56
    don't get stuck into a
  • 00:07:58
    procrastination spiral
  • 00:08:00
because you can always just keep going
  • 00:08:01
on and on and on and writing more to-do
  • 00:08:03
lists and writing more prompts and keep
  • 00:08:05
going with it we don't want that I just
  • 00:08:07
want it to be simple so I can get on
  • 00:08:08
with my day and get started and have an
  • 00:08:10
anchor Point yeah I really think so much
  • 00:08:13
    of self-improvement is about
  • 00:08:15
self-awareness uh and I think a lot of
  • 00:08:17
people go through the world blind to how
  • 00:08:21
they may be coming across in certain
  • 00:08:22
situations to their own thought patterns
  • 00:08:25
    and so something like journaling
  • 00:08:27
    specifically these prompts which are
  • 00:08:29
great are just like a really quick way
  • 00:08:32
to kind of gut check yourself and kind
  • 00:08:35
of see where you're at and how you're
  • 00:08:36
progressing over time because I imagine
  • 00:08:38
if you keep running into the same
  • 00:08:40
problems over and over and over again
  • 00:08:41
it's like okay I'm going to have to
  • 00:08:44
    eventually it's not about beating
  • 00:08:46
yourself up but eventually I'm going to
  • 00:08:48
have to address some of the root causes
  • 00:08:50
of of why these things keep happening
  • 00:08:52
yes or just accept them I'm going to get
  • 00:08:55
I'm going to get into internet fights
  • 00:08:56
every once in a while that's part of the
  • 00:08:57
business what you know what I mean like
  • 00:08:59
I maybe it's more about approaching it
  • 00:09:01
in a way that that doesn't really affect
  • 00:09:03
you negatively as much exactly right
  • 00:09:06
exactly a big part of his acceptance and
  • 00:09:08
knowing that yeah there are going to be
  • 00:09:10
some things you're just going to have to
  • 00:09:11
just live with and then ask yourself can
  • 00:09:14
you happily live with that and I can for
  • 00:09:17
like internet Wars I'm happy with that
  • 00:09:19
until it affects Family Life yeah or the
  • 00:09:23
the the version of me that I bring to
  • 00:09:25
the world cuz I do know if I get two
  • 00:09:27
caught up in the internet fights I very
  • 00:09:29
negative mhm as I just first glance like
  • 00:09:32
I don't want to be that kind of person
  • 00:09:34
that's like another the this is actually
  • 00:09:36
another prompt I do um put in that
  • 00:09:38
journal well don't sorry I don't put in
  • 00:09:39
the journal but ask myself in this
  • 00:09:41
    journaling
  • 00:09:42
moment um this is like a slight extra
  • 00:09:45
rule but also we'll call it a part 2B to
  • 00:09:48
    the
  • 00:09:49
rule it's this principle based on um B
  • 00:09:53
do have which you may have heard of
  • 00:09:56
    before essentially
  • 00:09:59
it's built on this idea that so many
  • 00:10:01
people are living their life backwards
  • 00:10:03
where we think let's take it from a
  • 00:10:05
physical fitness perspective if I have
  • 00:10:08
that shredded dream physique then I will
  • 00:10:11
be able to do all these really cool
  • 00:10:13
things of business or relationships and
  • 00:10:14
then I'll finally be happy and I'll feel
  • 00:10:17
fulfilled and achieved because I've done
  • 00:10:19
all those things whereas life happens in
  • 00:10:21
the reverse if you decide who you want
  • 00:10:23
to be every single day that will then
  • 00:10:26
dictate to you the things that you must
  • 00:10:28
do and how you must live your your life
  • 00:10:30
and then you'll be able to have all the
  • 00:10:31
things you really wanted with happiness
  • 00:10:33
and achievement or whatever else it may
  • 00:10:35
be so what that means to me is every
  • 00:10:38
single morning I ask myself just
  • 00:10:40
mentally in my head I don't need to
  • 00:10:41
write this down sometimes I might need
  • 00:10:43
to though you know so what kind of
  • 00:10:45
father do I want to be what kind of
  • 00:10:46
business owner do I want to be what kind
  • 00:10:47
of friend do I want to be um what kind
  • 00:10:49
of partner what kind of family member do
  • 00:10:52
    I want to
  • 00:10:53
be and how would that person act how
  • 00:10:56
should that person act in day or for in
  • 00:11:00
this current situation if I'm at a
  • 00:11:02
Crossroads if I've been introduced a new
  • 00:11:04
business venture or a really big
  • 00:11:06
whatever decision say what would a good
  • 00:11:08
business owner do they might do they
  • 00:11:10
might work harder but what would a good
  • 00:11:11
family member do what would a good
  • 00:11:13
father do might be a bit different which
  • 00:11:15
one do I want to be pulled more towards
  • 00:11:17
    and also
  • 00:11:19
importantly what am I choosing to do
  • 00:11:21
instead or what am I choosing to do in
  • 00:11:23
general what is like the the devil on
  • 00:11:25
your shoulder saying you should do and
  • 00:11:27
    being aware of those things
  • 00:11:30
um because as soon as I start living my
  • 00:11:31
life in alignment with what who I want
  • 00:11:33
to actually be that really opened up a
  • 00:11:35
lot of doors for me in terms of well it
  • 00:11:37
gave me a lot of clarity on what I need
  • 00:11:38
to do each day whereas otherwise used to
  • 00:11:41
be chaos I want to do everything yeah or
  • 00:11:45
I'm just sort of open to just being a
  • 00:11:46
very reactive person to everything that
  • 00:11:49
comes that gets thrown at me in life
  • 00:11:52
whereas now I have these grounding
  • 00:11:54
thoughts to help me weed through
  • 00:11:55
distractions to help me weed through
  • 00:11:57
whatever life throws at me and just say
  • 00:11:59
say okay no you've got this opportunity
  • 00:12:00
you've had this thing happening in your
  • 00:12:03
life what kind of person do you want to
  • 00:12:05
be is it a good father okay how would a
  • 00:12:06
good father respond in the situation
  • 00:12:08
what would they do how would they show
  • 00:12:09
courage how would they show up how would
  • 00:12:11
they act and then just do that even if
  • 00:12:14
it doesn't feel good mhm even if it
  • 00:12:16
doesn't feel comfortable or habitual or
  • 00:12:19
instinctive to you people think that you
  • 00:12:22
need to that you're just born a certain
  • 00:12:24
way but everything is trained in life in
  • 00:12:26
my opinion a lot personality traits
  • 00:12:28
    they're trained and we're habitual
  • 00:12:30
creatures and you can affect those
  • 00:12:31
    habits through intention and that's
  • 00:12:34
these help these helped guide me a lot
  • 00:12:36
I'm going to be back with the third and
  • 00:12:38
final rule in a moment but first one of
  • 00:12:40
the ways I'm supporting this podcast is
  • 00:12:42
through patreon by becoming a patron you
  • 00:12:44
get access to the full unedited episodes
  • 00:12:47
of the show like you found that with
  • 00:12:48
powerlifting you know you're doing two
  • 00:12:50
three hour sessions at some point when
  • 00:12:52
you're reaching your PE cuz like that's
  • 00:12:53
that's a big investment even even if you
  • 00:12:54
love it it's a big investment to make a
  • 00:12:57
    you know 1% inre
  • 00:13:00
your and that's where it was to me I was
  • 00:13:01
saying okay I love bodybuilding I love
  • 00:13:03
training like this but is this where my
  • 00:13:05
time is best spent am I really enjoying
  • 00:13:07
that as a patron you also get additional
  • 00:13:09
unused footage from my YouTube videos
  • 00:13:11
and access to a members only area where
  • 00:13:13
you can ask me questions for my patreon
  • 00:13:15
    exclusive AMA podcast and most
  • 00:13:17

  • 00:13:19
that you're supporting a Creator you
  • 00:13:20
like and really what other incentive do
  • 00:13:22
you need simply go to patreon.com
  • 00:13:25
davella to support the show that's
  • 00:13:27
    patreon.com davella there's a link down
  • 00:13:29
in the description below thanks for
  • 00:13:31
considering what's your third rule for
  • 00:13:34
either success or happiness my third
  • 00:13:36
rule for life that's really helped me so
  • 00:13:38
much has been having a very simple
  • 00:13:40
wardrobe which is something I've had a
  • 00:13:42
lot of questions on the past year CU
  • 00:13:44
that's when I've been implementing it
  • 00:13:45
for it's only been maybe the past 12 to
  • 00:13:48
18 months or I've done away with all my
  • 00:13:50
gym gear so all of my joggers hoodies
  • 00:13:54
whatever and what you're seeing me in
  • 00:13:56
now is the same outfit I wear every
  • 00:13:57
    single day in different color
  • 00:13:59
configurations but even then I have very
  • 00:14:01
    specific color configurations I shoot
  • 00:14:04
towards and this is probably a very
  • 00:14:06
simple one that people are very familiar
  • 00:14:07
with you know Steve Jobs does it Mark
  • 00:14:09
Zucker does it I you do it as well very
  • 00:14:11
    simple minim minimalistic
  • 00:14:14
wardrobe but it's taken out so much
  • 00:14:17
stress hassle from the daily decision-
  • 00:14:20
making but also from a Content creation
  • 00:14:23
perspective I Know This Much yes it
  • 00:14:25
really does from re-shooting stuff let's
  • 00:14:27
take that be roll from the other day
  • 00:14:28
which I was wearing the same exact thing
  • 00:14:30
and yeah it has been so profound um but
  • 00:14:34
for me as a gym person like I'm in I'm
  • 00:14:36
    training a lot I'm I'm in this
  • 00:14:37
environment a lot so I had to choose
  • 00:14:39
outfits that were versatile yeah for
  • 00:14:41
both gym and life and for being a dad or
  • 00:14:43
whatever I can go out and and so people
  • 00:14:45
ask me like why are you wearing these
  • 00:14:46
hiking boots or why you wearing these um
  • 00:14:49
these work pants or whatever or these
  • 00:14:50
jeans or when you're training like well
  • 00:14:52
    they're comfortable and they're
  • 00:14:53
versatile and like I don't sweat and
  • 00:14:55
stink that much so I can leave the gym
  • 00:14:57
and go on for my day and don't worry
  • 00:14:59
about a thing I guess how much time do
  • 00:15:01
you think it's saved you in terms of
  • 00:15:06
what you wear every day your daily
  • 00:15:08
routine um being able to have the same
  • 00:15:10
exact wardrobe that you go to every
  • 00:15:12
single day in terms of time
  • 00:15:14
saved not that much you know maybe 5
  • 00:15:17
minutes a day which does add up
  • 00:15:19
    definitely mental strain huge humongous
  • 00:15:23
but also the regret where i' look back
  • 00:15:27
on footage or look back on photos or
  • 00:15:30
whatever could about content cre could
  • 00:15:32
be about like a photo took my family mhm
  • 00:15:35
I like man that was a really bad outfit
  • 00:15:37
Choice yeah look like an idiot now I
  • 00:15:39
mean I can have that issue now as well
  • 00:15:41
yeah 10 years something like why was I
  • 00:15:42
thinking wearing those pants yeah every
  • 00:15:44
day too yeah I've ruined I've ruined the
  • 00:15:46
    whole whole year of
  • 00:15:48
footage um you're really placing a bet
  • 00:15:51
    on this
  • 00:15:52
outfit I really am um although I do feel
  • 00:15:56
like there's a lot less regret
  • 00:15:56
    associated with things lot less
  • 00:15:58
    decisions around
  • 00:15:59
what have you learned about embracing a
  • 00:16:01
minimalist wardrobe that you would like
  • 00:16:04
people to know who are maybe hesitant
  • 00:16:07
about doing it for themselves first I
  • 00:16:09
would wonder what the resistance is and
  • 00:16:12
for me the resistance to adopting
  • 00:16:13
minimalism in the first place was I feel
  • 00:16:15
like what I wear told a big story about
  • 00:16:18
who I was like wearing like different
  • 00:16:20
    stylish clothes or different t-shirts
  • 00:16:23
different band T-shirts whatever to sh
  • 00:16:25
off my music or whatever and that was
  • 00:16:28
hard thing to sort of get rid of like
  • 00:16:30
I've got hundreds of band T-shirts from
  • 00:16:31
different concerts and whatnot I've been
  • 00:16:33
to I never wear them anymore cuz it's
  • 00:16:35
not part of my wardrobe but that was a
  • 00:16:36
big thing that was hard for me to get
  • 00:16:38
rid of and I feel like people have that
  • 00:16:40
    resistance with certain items of
  • 00:16:41
    clothing for whatever
  • 00:16:43
reason but I do feel like when you find
  • 00:16:45
your staple wardrobe your as you say
  • 00:16:47
uniform which I think is a perfect word
  • 00:16:49
for it when you find your uniform that
  • 00:16:51
can speak volumes out who you are that
  • 00:16:53
is the title thumbnail combo of Matt D
  • 00:16:56
sure not plain white T-shirt boring man
  • 00:16:59
but we know what you're about up front
  • 00:17:01
right no fast simple and efficient mhm
  • 00:17:06
which is great and that doesn't mean
  • 00:17:08
    that everybody's minimalist wardrobe
  • 00:17:09
will say that because you can have a
  • 00:17:12
    very exuberant outgoing wacky minimalist
  • 00:17:15
wardrobe it doesn't mean just the one
  • 00:17:17
colored t-shirt or the one thing it can
  • 00:17:19
be the style like I have 10 t-shirts of
  • 00:17:22
different colors in the same cut so you
  • 00:17:25
got to find for yourself what does that
  • 00:17:26
mean for you minimalism has gotten the
  • 00:17:29
bad rap I guess in the wardrobe sense
  • 00:17:31
because they see a Steve Jobs or a Mark
  • 00:17:34
Zuckerberg or even us who just wear the
  • 00:17:36
one t-shirt or whatever lifeless not
  • 00:17:39
creative whereas it's more just about
  • 00:17:42
the concept and how much do you want to
  • 00:17:44
apply to yourself and it could just be
  • 00:17:45
one t-shirt one pair of pants one pair
  • 00:17:46
of underwear for the rest of your life
  • 00:17:48
and just that's it m but give yourself
  • 00:17:51
the freedom if you want to just dip your
  • 00:17:53
feet in and you'll start to see the
  • 00:17:55
benefits of it well Eugene those are the
  • 00:17:57
three rules thank thank you so much for
  • 00:17:59
doing the show thank you I really
  • 00:18:01
appreciate the time it's a lot of fun
  • 00:18:02
yeah if you want to get these rules
  • 00:18:04
summarized into a Weekly Newsletter you
