  • 00:00:02
channel it's live I'm so nervous right
  • 00:00:05
now this is like crazy this video is
  • 00:00:07
    going to be strictly about
  • 00:00:09
me um I know there has been like a lot
  • 00:00:13
of just a lot of BS going on on social
  • 00:00:18
media regarding my relationship this is
  • 00:00:22
not no negativity there's really there's
  • 00:00:24
not a lot like I feel like it's so crazy
  • 00:00:28
because when I be seeing [ __ ] like when
  • 00:00:30
I see negative stuff I'm not even like
  • 00:00:35
experiencing those things where should I
  • 00:00:37
even start like I said this video is
  • 00:00:39
going to be specifically just me talking
  • 00:00:41
about myself and just what I go through
  • 00:00:47
    I haven't been to a therapist I haven't
  • 00:00:50
been diagnosed with like anything when
  • 00:00:53
you look up symptoms of anxiety I have
  • 00:00:56
anxiety when you look up symptoms of
  • 00:00:58
depression you know what let's say past
  • 00:01:00
tense I don't claim that anymore so I'm
  • 00:01:03
not claiming that I had really bad
  • 00:01:06
anxiety and I had really bad depression
  • 00:01:09
sometimes you don't even know like what
  • 00:01:12
you're going through you know what I
  • 00:01:13
mean like you can be depressed and like
  • 00:01:15
you can just be like in a funk for like
  • 00:01:18
months but like you don't realize it
  • 00:01:20
let's just backtrack before I even did
  • 00:01:23
social media before I was even on social
  • 00:01:27
media I was a very social person person
  • 00:01:30
like I love to be social I worked in um
  • 00:01:35
    Hospitality um doing
  • 00:01:38
Serving and yeah I actually liked
  • 00:01:40
interacting with like strangers I like
  • 00:01:42
    talking to people
  • 00:01:45
and I like that so I've never had an
  • 00:01:48
anxiety issue feel like my anxiety and
  • 00:01:50
    depression really started after having
  • 00:01:54
    children
  • 00:01:58
and okay okay so y'all know that we
  • 00:02:01
moved back to New York moved back to New
  • 00:02:03
York like last year and we moved and we
  • 00:02:06
only lived there for like less than a
  • 00:02:08
year but we did move back to New York
  • 00:02:10
and it's a reason why I moved back to
  • 00:02:12
New York and it kind of like that's
  • 00:02:14
    really like
  • 00:02:16
when a lot of [ __ ] started like us
  • 00:02:19
moving back to New York and like that
  • 00:02:20
whole like us time over there and [ __ ]
  • 00:02:25
like that have to like really like go
  • 00:02:26
back to like my own childhood so and
  • 00:02:29
this is not me trying to like blame my
  • 00:02:32
    childhood it's just me
  • 00:02:38
    realizing everything connects like
  • 00:02:41
    everything connects like your behavior
  • 00:02:44
    patterns connect to like childhood
  • 00:02:46
things we went through or just things
  • 00:02:49
how you were as a child or you know what
  • 00:02:51
I mean or past things everything it just
  • 00:02:54
connects I wanted to move back to New
  • 00:02:56
York because I had just had jet I had
  • 00:02:58
rain as well and I had no family
  • 00:03:02
support and being because I was living
  • 00:03:06
in Atlanta and I don't have any family
  • 00:03:08
in Atlanta all my family lives in New
  • 00:03:10
York I just was feeling really
  • 00:03:14
    that having kids
  • 00:03:18
like okay so having kids was a really
  • 00:03:20
    happy time for me
  • 00:03:23
but having kids was a happy time for me
  • 00:03:26
but it was also a emotional time just
  • 00:03:30
because I didn't have the family support
  • 00:03:34
that like I thought I had I grew
  • 00:03:38
up in like two different households both
  • 00:03:41
    my parents had different
  • 00:03:43
spouses and honestly a a majority a lot
  • 00:03:48
of my growing up I always felt like I
  • 00:03:51
just was never put first as a child like
  • 00:03:54
I feel like my parents always put their
  • 00:03:57
spouse in their spouse's love life over
  • 00:04:00
me you don't realize that as a child you
  • 00:04:02
realize that when you get older you're
  • 00:04:04
just like damn like start thinking about
  • 00:04:06
like everything and like my parents
  • 00:04:09
didn't like each other would talk a lot
  • 00:04:11
of [ __ ] like would talk to me about the
  • 00:04:13
other parent so yeah I just grew up in
  • 00:04:16
like just like toxic households I never
  • 00:04:20
    really felt
  • 00:04:22
like I belonged like anywhere you know
  • 00:04:26
what I mean like I kind of was just like
  • 00:04:27
always here there everywhere I moved a
  • 00:04:29
bunch of times um I'm sorry if I sound
  • 00:04:32
like this this is like I when I start
  • 00:04:34
getting like when I start talking about
  • 00:04:35
[ __ ] my voice gets like I get like shaky
  • 00:04:39
but so yeah so I I moved a bunch of
  • 00:04:41
times um and yeah like I just never had
  • 00:04:45
    like a
  • 00:04:47
    stable I never felt
  • 00:04:51
    that
  • 00:04:53
so me knowing that you know now I'm an
  • 00:04:57
adult so that's past that's me being a
  • 00:05:00
now me being an adult me having children
  • 00:05:03
I really thought like things were going
  • 00:05:04
to change in my life and around me
  • 00:05:08
having children I was not speaking to my
  • 00:05:11
dad I have not I have not seen my dad
  • 00:05:13
it's a lot of like parts to this so it's
  • 00:05:15
    like it's really confusing
  • 00:05:17
but have not seen my dad have not talked
  • 00:05:20
to my dad so when I was pregnant when I
  • 00:05:22
gave birth have not I wasn't talking to
  • 00:05:24
my dad I wasn't seeing my dad and my
  • 00:05:27
    mom me and my mom
  • 00:05:31
have me talk about me and my mom's
  • 00:05:33
relationship could be a whole different
  • 00:05:34
video but let's just say when I was in
  • 00:05:37
high school I was living with my dad and
  • 00:05:39
there was a period of time where I
  • 00:05:40
stopped talking to my mom up until like
  • 00:05:43
    college
  • 00:05:45
so yeah up until college and then once I
  • 00:05:48
became an adult I started talking to my
  • 00:05:51
mom on my own terms and going out my way
  • 00:05:54
to try to make a connection with her and
  • 00:05:56
then once I had moved to Vegas me and my
  • 00:05:58
dad kind of like stop talking I was kind
  • 00:06:01
of upset at him because of things
  • 00:06:05
that we went through with his like
  • 00:06:07
girlfriend so like and that's now this
  • 00:06:11
is me talking about just how I am as a
  • 00:06:14
person I shut down like when I get upset
  • 00:06:18
when I get really mad I will shut down I
  • 00:06:21
have a very not anymore I'm trying to
  • 00:06:24
like learn how to grow from that I have
  • 00:06:25
    a very big like I don't give a [ __ ]
  • 00:06:29
mentality like I will cut anybody off
  • 00:06:31
and I feel like that stems from me not
  • 00:06:33
really feeling fully loved so like I
  • 00:06:36
feel like well if my own parents not
  • 00:06:39
there for me fully like it's like [ __ ]
  • 00:06:42
everybody you know what I mean and like
  • 00:06:44
even though even when my parents do try
  • 00:06:46
to be there for me as an adult I still
  • 00:06:49
have that like avoidant type don't want
  • 00:06:52
to talk about my feelings if I get upset
  • 00:06:56
    I don't want
  • 00:06:57
to it's not good it's not good and
  • 00:07:00
    that's like that's something I should
  • 00:07:01
    really go to therapy for
  • 00:07:04
    but yeah
  • 00:07:06
so after having kids I wanted to feel
  • 00:07:10
closer to my family and that's what
  • 00:07:13
prompted us to move to New York I was
  • 00:07:15
already talking about New York just
  • 00:07:17
    subconsciously like not really realizing
  • 00:07:20
it but just telling well like you know
  • 00:07:22
we should go to New York like I'm just
  • 00:07:24
thinking about like how life used to be
  • 00:07:27
in New York like when I was before I had
  • 00:07:29
had children and I used to go out so I'm
  • 00:07:31
just thinking about like those memories
  • 00:07:32
and I'm thinking about like my
  • 00:07:34
    family basically my
  • 00:07:36
mom so yeah I wanted to move back to New
  • 00:07:40
York and Will was very supportive about
  • 00:07:43
that decision honestly anything that I
  • 00:07:45
want to do he pretty much is like
  • 00:07:48
supportive it was around Will's birthday
  • 00:07:50
    weekend I remember this was
  • 00:07:53
2022 so 2022 this was Will's birthday we
  • 00:07:58
just made the decision to like up and we
  • 00:08:01
just left New York which was the most
  • 00:08:03
irresponsible thing now that I think
  • 00:08:05
about it I regret it because we just
  • 00:08:08
left on some we'll ship the furniture
  • 00:08:11
    like [ __ ] everything just really
  • 00:08:13
    irresponsibly
  • 00:08:14
but it was really out of intention of
  • 00:08:18
like I want to be by my family that's
  • 00:08:20
really and then also I'm like okay I'm
  • 00:08:22
going to be by my family they're going
  • 00:08:23
to be supportive of us they're going to
  • 00:08:26
you know hopefully help us out because
  • 00:08:28
at this point I have rain he's two three
  • 00:08:31
2 years old jet it's just it's a lot on
  • 00:08:34
me and and will like we needed support
  • 00:08:37
and his family will would definitely has
  • 00:08:40
come and like helped us once we moved to
  • 00:08:42
New York I it's not really like a long
  • 00:08:45
story it's just like realizations of
  • 00:08:48
things you know like you know how when
  • 00:08:50
that's just how it is as an adult as you
  • 00:08:51
    get
  • 00:08:53
older things can be sugarcoated as like
  • 00:08:55
when you're younger and like you can
  • 00:08:57
have like rose colored glasses on but as
  • 00:08:59
you you get older it's like you start to
  • 00:09:01
like really see [ __ ] for what it is
  • 00:09:03
everything was was pretty cool at first
  • 00:09:05
you know what I mean everything was cool
  • 00:09:07
my friends lived in New York I was
  • 00:09:09
hanging out with my friends I was
  • 00:09:11
actually going out I was doing stuff
  • 00:09:13
ultimately what I will say is this cuz
  • 00:09:15
I'm not here to bash I'm not here to
  • 00:09:16
bash anybody I'm not here to be negative
  • 00:09:19
    what I will say
  • 00:09:22
is the support that I thought I had it
  • 00:09:26
didn't really feel like it did not feel
  • 00:09:28
    like that at all
  • 00:09:31
so I come back to New York and basically
  • 00:09:36
the feeling of like what I wanted of
  • 00:09:41
that like that feeling that I thought I
  • 00:09:43
was going to get I didn't get it and
  • 00:09:46
    yeah so I
  • 00:09:48
just that really like put me down
  • 00:09:52
so and not just that so things like
  • 00:09:55
those types of things were putting me
  • 00:09:57
down and around this time like you know
  • 00:10:02
this things are starting to affect me
  • 00:10:04
and my relationship we're going through
  • 00:10:06
just regular like a couple things and
  • 00:10:09
then I'm just going through my own
  • 00:10:10
insecurities I have insecurities I'm not
  • 00:10:13
perfect so that's another thing is
  • 00:10:18
like I'm not a victim you know what I
  • 00:10:21
mean like me talking about like my
  • 00:10:22
family stuff and then like my
  • 00:10:24
relationship stuff all this stuff is
  • 00:10:27
    just like outside fact
  • 00:10:29
for a long time I just felt really
  • 00:10:33
lonely you're not happy within yourself
  • 00:10:37
if you feel L like a relationship cannot
  • 00:10:40
    feel that void of
  • 00:10:43
    like a wound
  • 00:10:45
that there's just certain wounds that
  • 00:10:49
your relationship cannot feel that void
  • 00:10:51
you have to do the work you have
  • 00:10:54
    to help yourself get
  • 00:10:56
help and yeah so I think
  • 00:10:59
    think I wasn't
  • 00:11:04
um I was projecting a lot so a lot of
  • 00:11:07
the anger that I was feeling towards
  • 00:11:09
like inside of myself I was projecting
  • 00:11:13
like onto my relationship maybe on to
  • 00:11:16
family maybe on to friends I was just
  • 00:11:21
    projecting and yeah I had a I had a
  • 00:11:24
really big problem of not being able to
  • 00:11:27
control my emotions I could just like go
  • 00:11:30
from like Z to 100 over something that's
  • 00:11:33
like not even that deep so yeah and
  • 00:11:38
    that's another thing
  • 00:11:39
so like I said I was going through the
  • 00:11:44
family situations I was going through my
  • 00:11:46
    own
  • 00:11:47
    insecurities basically dealing with
  • 00:11:49
postpartum depression my body I'm like
  • 00:11:52
adjusting to like my body change I'm
  • 00:11:54
adjusting to being a mom and balancing
  • 00:11:57
    work life mom life
  • 00:12:00
doing all of that and then on top of
  • 00:12:02
that I have attachment issues so I'm
  • 00:12:05
severely I was severely attached in my
  • 00:12:09
relationship and in the beginning of our
  • 00:12:12
relationship we were both attached to
  • 00:12:14
each other like it was like a mutual
  • 00:12:16
type of thing but honestly y'all it's
  • 00:12:19
not good to be so attached to someone
  • 00:12:22
and I know a lot of y'all know this you
  • 00:12:24
need to have your own life you need to
  • 00:12:26
have your own goals your own Ambitions
  • 00:12:28
    your own friends
  • 00:12:30
    it's important like that [ __ ] is really
  • 00:12:32
important and for a long time I was
  • 00:12:35
super attached to will because I was
  • 00:12:37
    saying like [ __ ] everybody else like I
  • 00:12:39
    was just like I don't feel like I a
  • 00:12:40
family I feel like people are fake like
  • 00:12:42
certain friends are fake I still have
  • 00:12:44
like a few best friends that I've been
  • 00:12:46
friends with since like teenager I'm
  • 00:12:48
just talking about like you know like
  • 00:12:51
people that I'm not really like best
  • 00:12:52
friends with like that but yeah like so
  • 00:12:54
I was on some like [ __ ] everybody and
  • 00:12:56
like will was like the one person who I
  • 00:12:58
    was like so attached
  • 00:13:01
to and it just got really unhealthy like
  • 00:13:04
    it got really unhealthy and
  • 00:13:08
like my depression got really unhealthy
  • 00:13:11
    I didn't like I wasn't every day I was
  • 00:13:14
    waking up
  • 00:13:16
    sad um I wasn't getting
  • 00:13:20
    ready I wasn't getting ready I
  • 00:13:23
    wasn't um I just felt
  • 00:13:27
    like I don't I don't know my whole
  • 00:13:30
motivation was gone like I just felt
  • 00:13:35
like like besides gold juice it was like
  • 00:13:39
who who is live you know what I mean
  • 00:13:41
like what is live like what is live want
  • 00:13:43
    to
  • 00:13:44
    do [ __ ] like that and it's because I put
  • 00:13:47
myself in that box nobody put me in that
  • 00:13:49
box I put myself in that
  • 00:13:51
box and yeah so I just got to that point
  • 00:13:55
of just just feeling sad feeling lost
  • 00:13:58
and at the same time will is still his
  • 00:14:00
own individual he's still trying to like
  • 00:14:03
you know do his own thing and he's very
  • 00:14:07
    ambitious
  • 00:14:08
and one thing about will is he pushes me
  • 00:14:12
bro any idea I come up with he's like
  • 00:14:14
yeah you should do this you should do
  • 00:14:15
that he just always pushes me I'm the
  • 00:14:18
person that I'm the one I'm the one that
  • 00:14:21
limits myself nobody limits me I limit
  • 00:14:25
myself so but like when you go through
  • 00:14:28
    depression
  • 00:14:29
is kind of like out of your control so
  • 00:14:31
that's why it's really important to like
  • 00:14:33
check [ __ ] like when you start to feel a
  • 00:14:36
certain way and it it's it's important
  • 00:14:39
to cat it early just so you don't go
  • 00:14:42
    down a [ __ ] rabbit hole and now
  • 00:14:44
you're just like at Rock Bottom like
  • 00:14:47
    what the [ __ ]
  • 00:14:48
like what the [ __ ] my motivation was
  • 00:14:51
really down I was just really sad that
  • 00:14:54
just tumbled into like us arguing more
  • 00:14:58
him you know going out doing what he
  • 00:14:59
needs to do I used to just be very like
  • 00:15:02
calling his phone all the time just
  • 00:15:05
being like crazy bro just really crazy
  • 00:15:09
like just being crazy I feel like even
  • 00:15:12
    even his friends
  • 00:15:14
his his friends know I'm crazy bro will
  • 00:15:17
is crazy too like we're we were crazy
  • 00:15:19
for each other it wasn't just like a
  • 00:15:21
    oneway thing
  • 00:15:23
but it's just That's not healthy so I
  • 00:15:26
really had to just like take a step back
  • 00:15:29
    and just really
  • 00:15:32
    evaluate just everything like my
  • 00:15:34
relationship with myself the goals I
  • 00:15:36
want to set for myself who I see myself
  • 00:15:39
being the type of mom I want to be I
  • 00:15:41
became like a shell of like me you know
  • 00:15:44
what I mean and like it just got to the
  • 00:15:47
point of like I don't know who like I
  • 00:15:50
don't know my own identity you know what
  • 00:15:52
    I mean
  • 00:15:54
so now I'm at I'm in a phase of my life
  • 00:15:58
    where
  • 00:16:01
    I'm just trying
  • 00:16:04
    to the number one
  • 00:16:07
thing the number one important thing for
  • 00:16:10
me is just being the best mom that I can
  • 00:16:13
be being like super mom I want them to
  • 00:16:17
like grow up and be like my mom is such
  • 00:16:20
a boss ass [ __ ] like she gets me every
  • 00:16:24
like I want to get my kids everything
  • 00:16:26
they want they could want they could
  • 00:16:28
need like I just just want to provide
  • 00:16:29
everything for my children that's like
  • 00:16:32
    number one priority number
  • 00:16:35
two I really want to build my
  • 00:16:37
    self-confidence I really miss doing
  • 00:16:41
YouTube and I should have been doing my
  • 00:16:44
own YouTube it's just like I told you
  • 00:16:47
guys I was dealing with depression I was
  • 00:16:50
    dealing with
  • 00:16:51
insecurities and that's just it's hard
  • 00:16:55
it's hard to like deal with all those
  • 00:16:57
things and then just come on a camera
  • 00:16:59
and try to act like you're perfect and I
  • 00:17:02
feel like I've done that for a long time
  • 00:17:04
where I you know acted perfectly fine
  • 00:17:08
and perfectly happy and really I'm
  • 00:17:12
    [ __ ] depressed as [ __ ] and I'm
  • 00:17:14
    sad
  • 00:17:16
and I just don't want it to be known cuz
  • 00:17:19
    I
  • 00:17:21
just I don't know it's hard for me to be
  • 00:17:23
vulnerable I don't want people to feel
  • 00:17:25
    bad for me I don't I don't know
  • 00:17:30
so I'm just in a phase like I'm not sad
  • 00:17:32
you guys like I'm so like I'm not
  • 00:17:35
claiming I'm not claiming none of that
  • 00:17:37
sadness I'm not claiming the anger I'm
  • 00:17:40
not claiming any of that I'm really just
  • 00:17:43
every day trying to be a better person I
  • 00:17:45
fell off from [ __ ] going to the gym
  • 00:17:48
so I really want to just get back on my
  • 00:17:52
health Journey going back to the gym
  • 00:17:54
because when I was in the gym y'all
  • 00:17:56
honestly I really like the gym really
  • 00:17:58
    feels like my therapy
  • 00:18:00
because I just I love to work out I love
  • 00:18:04
to like feel that pain and my body like
  • 00:18:07
    I don't know I just I really like it
  • 00:18:09
once I fall off in my routine I'm like
  • 00:18:11
off of it so I really want to get back
  • 00:18:14
into my workout routine I want to glow
  • 00:18:16
up bro and I I don't mean that like
  • 00:18:19
physically I want to physically glow up
  • 00:18:20
too but I want to like internally glow
  • 00:18:24
up to physically glow up to career glow
  • 00:18:29
up to everything glow up so that's where
  • 00:18:32
    I'm at with my life
  • 00:18:35
um I want to film more YouTube videos I
  • 00:18:38
    want to get back
  • 00:18:39
consistent and yeah this is just going
  • 00:18:42
to be an Olivia Journey this is the
  • 00:18:45
Journey of just me getting my
  • 00:18:48
Independence back my bad bitchess back
  • 00:18:52
if you guys want to be a part of this
  • 00:18:53
journey just make sure you follow me and
  • 00:18:57
yeah I'm going to be dropping videos
  • 00:18:59
taking things day by day and I'm just
  • 00:19:01
trying to be more productive every day
  • 00:19:04
just follow me on my platforms follow me
  • 00:19:06
on Tik Tok I think my Tik Tok is I am
  • 00:19:08
Olivia gold or the real Olivia gold I'm
  • 00:19:12
going to be you know getting into more
  • 00:19:14
things in the future we can talk about
  • 00:19:16
    relationship stuff in the future
  • 00:19:19
ultimately why you know I come across is
  • 00:19:23
    sad or why y'all
  • 00:19:26
think or y'all think my relationship is
  • 00:19:29
like the reason why I am the way I am
  • 00:19:33
and it's really not obviously your
  • 00:19:34
relationship plays a part into like
  • 00:19:37
everything but it is not the main thing
  • 00:19:41
of like what the [ __ ] i' be going
  • 00:19:43
through you know what I mean like so
  • 00:19:45
    that when I see [ __ ] like that I'm just
  • 00:19:47
like bro y'all don't even know I forgot
  • 00:19:50
to say this I did forget to say this but
  • 00:19:53
going back to like when I was depressed
  • 00:19:56
and living in New York and me and will
  • 00:19:59
    were arguing a
  • 00:20:00
lot I definitely would break up with him
  • 00:20:04
    a lot of times I
  • 00:20:07
    definitely
  • 00:20:10
would just do toxic Behavior type things
  • 00:20:14
and like you know say mean
  • 00:20:17
things I've told him before I don't want
  • 00:20:20
to marry him I have said that before out
  • 00:20:22
    of
  • 00:20:23
    anger
  • 00:20:27
    and um
  • 00:20:30
I just I'm taking a step back you guys
  • 00:20:32
I'm taking a step back I'm focusing on
  • 00:20:35
    me I want to
  • 00:20:37
    travel I want to start
  • 00:20:40
businesses I want to Vlog more I want to
  • 00:20:43
    be more interactive with you
  • 00:20:45
guys and that's really what I want to do
  • 00:20:49
    and when it comes to
  • 00:20:52
    relationships my relationship is just
  • 00:20:55
not my number one thing right now and it
  • 00:20:57
kind of hasn't been for a while
  • 00:21:00
but me and will do love each other
  • 00:21:03
    unconditionally and we've been together
  • 00:21:06
for a long time so it's like we're
  • 00:21:08
    really like it's it's it's an attachment
  • 00:21:11
that's really hard to like break I'm in
  • 00:21:13
    a way better mental space
  • 00:21:16
now um way way better like way better so
  • 00:21:22
    every day is just
  • 00:21:24
progress and yeah so just stay tuned for
  • 00:21:28
the next video I'm just going to try
  • 00:21:30
things I'm going to stop being
  • 00:21:33
[ __ ] and just take a leap of faith into
  • 00:21:37
doing my own thing so I hope you guys
  • 00:21:41
are supportive I hope you guys kind of
  • 00:21:44
understand where I'm coming from I
  • 00:21:45
    didn't really
  • 00:21:47
like I feel like when I explain things I
  • 00:21:49
jump from like here here here here
  • 00:21:55
but as I record more as I make more
  • 00:21:59
videos you know we'll chat more and we
  • 00:22:02
can go more into into certain topics
  • 00:22:05
    mental health topics whatever topics
  • 00:22:08

  • 00:22:09
that supports me I really want to say
  • 00:22:12
just thank you I appreciate you even
  • 00:22:14
though you don't know me personally you
  • 00:22:16
just being so kind to me

  • 00:22:36

  • 00:22:38

  • 00:22:41
shadows I'm ready to come to light and
  • 00:22:44

  • 00:22:47
relationship so I will see you guys in
  • 00:22:49
