- 00:03:36build automations around it everything

- 00:08:31appreciation and let the client have a
- 00:08:33very amazing experience right from the
- 00:08:36beginning and then in the next stage we
- 00:08:38will have the onboarding call the call
- 00:08:40with your client where you need to make

- 00:14:56otherwise if your schedule is a chaos
- 00:14:58your client will feel and see that as
- 00:14:59well which makes them feel less happy
- 00:15:01and excited about your service and
- 00:15:03that's when you can use systems tools
- 00:15:05and software to manage your projects
- 00:15:07such as Trello or notion just use the
- 00:15:10right systems to manage your projects
- 00:15:12throughs deadlines tasks etc etc and
- 00:15:15that way you have a very clear picture
- 00:15:17of everything that is going on in your
- 00:15:18business you can see where you are
- 00:15:20working on what has the most priority

- 00:16:40example you can just set up triggers
- 00:16:42after the contract has been signed the
- 00:16:44onboarding link will automatically be
- 00:16:45sent a welcome email will automatically
- 00:16:47be sent you can set up these triggers to
- 00:16:49really automate that whole process so
- 00:16:51you don't have to think about that
- 00:16:53anymore and another way to do that once
- 00:16:55you grow bigger with your company is to
- 00:16:57delicate more of your tasks because just
- 00:16:59like I said The more you grow the more
- 00:17:01tasks and the more responsibilities
- 00:17:02you're getting and hiring team members
- 00:17:04for example is a way to buy back time
- 00:17:07and to keep focus on the most important
- 00:17:09things however you shouldn't worry about

- 00:23:12it might surprise you but there are very
- 00:23:15few people here in the market that are
- 00:23:17really willing to give it them all and
- 00:23:18in a time where everyone is weak and not
- 00:23:20really disciplined it is for you easier
- 00:23:22than ever if you decide to just put in
- 00:23:24that hard work and then we have the
- 00:23:26character which is also very important

- 00:26:18from this specific client you always do
- 00:26:21that by looking how you can increase the
- 00:26:22value and the results you're not just
- 00:26:24going to charge more for the same no we
- 00:26:27going to look how we can even provide
- 00:26:28better and more results to the client
- 00:26:30and one way to do that is by finding out
- 00:26:33which areas the client is lacking in and
- 00:26:35how you can help them with it and that
- 00:26:36way you can try to upsell them with
- 00:26:38different services that they might need
- 00:26:40or you can upsell them by delivering
- 00:26:42more of the service that you already
- 00:26:44providing for them let's say that you're
- 00:26:45currently producing or publishing 15
- 00:26:47videos per month for your client and
- 00:26:49that's already providing some great
- 00:26:50results for them then instead of 15
- 00:26:52videos per month you can offer them to
- 00:26:54make two videos per day which will be 60
- 00:26:56videos per month I mean if 15 videos are
- 00:26:58already working very well and probably
- 00:27:0060 will increase it even more and the
- 00:27:02Third Way for making more money from a
- 00:27:04specific partnership can be by
- 00:27:06implementing a performance-based service
- 00:27:08fee but this is really hard and very
- 00:27:10tricky so therefore I would only
- 00:27:12recommend it to people that are already
- 00:27:14a little bit experienced because it
- 00:27:15means that you're implementing a bonus
- 00:27:17structure or that you're working fully
- 00:27:19based on performance and results meaning
- 00:27:21the more results you deliver the more

- 00:27:25specific metrics based on the
- 00:27:27performance of your videos the amount of
- 00:27:29followers that is generating the amount
- 00:27:31of views or anything like that but you
- 00:27:33cannot charge much more than that
- 00:27:35because still followers and fuse are not
- 00:27:37like generating money you know it's are
- 00:27:39specific good metrics but it's not
- 00:27:40enough for a client to really charge you
- 00:27:43very much for that a step further is
- 00:27:45that you pay per lead because leads are
- 00:27:46much more valuable than metrics itself
- 00:27:49so you can charge a specific fee per
- 00:27:50lead for example that's something that
- 00:27:52I've been doing with my Agency for a
- 00:27:54very long time in the beginning or a
- 00:27:56step even higher is that you charge per
- 00:27:58appointment because I mean leads are
- 00:27:59nice but what you actually want is good
- 00:28:02hot leads in your calendar so that way
- 00:28:04you can charge even more per appointment
- 00:28:06than you can per lead but the ultimate
- 00:28:08Way of working when you're speaking
- 00:28:09about performance-based Services is by
- 00:28:11implementing a commission structure that
- 00:28:13you actually say we're going to work
- 00:28:15completely for free and we're only going
- 00:28:17to charge per result I mean in our
- 00:28:19agency where we have been experimenting
- 00:28:21with this in the past couple of months
- 00:28:22and trust me when you're really capable
- 00:28:24of delivering the right results then you
- 00:28:26can make so much per client but it's
- 00:28:28really tricky and therefore like I said
- 00:28:30I would not recommend this to anyone
- 00:28:32that is just starting out but you can
- 00:28:34keep them in mind to implement later in
- 00:28:35the process now the last and final thing
- 00:28:38that I want to focus on is the fact that
- 00:28:40after you've built the right Service
- 00:28:41delivery ass systems and you've built
- 00:28:43good client relationships making you
- 00:28:45being able to upsell your clients then
- 00:28:47then it becomes even easier to get more
- 00:28:49clients from that and this is one that
- 00:28:50actually speaks for itself but most
- 00:28:52people forget it I mean instead of
- 00:28:54looking at this individually we should
- 00:28:56look at it like this because by setting
- 00:28:58up the right service and Delivery
- 00:29:00Systems you'll be able to provide better
- 00:29:02results and build a better relationship
- 00:29:04with your clients which then puts you in
- 00:29:05a position to upsell your clients and
- 00:29:07make even more from them when you
- 00:29:09provide more results and more value to
- 00:29:11them and those happy clients can get you
- 00:29:13more clients in an easier way and what I
- 00:29:15mean by that is since they your clients
- 00:29:18have such a great experience working
- 00:29:19with you they would love to recommend
- 00:29:21you to others you can do that with
- 00:29:23testimonials reviews or a referal system
- 00:29:26where you can even give them money and
- 00:29:27commission based on leads that they give
- 00:29:29you or new clients that they give you
- 00:29:31and that way you have built a highly
- 00:29:33effective system for your company it's
- 00:29:35much more easier to build good client
- 00:29:37relationships leading you to make even
- 00:29:39more from that provide even more results
- 00:29:42and those happy clients can give you
- 00:29:43even more clients and those clients will
- 00:29:46experience the same Service delivery you
- 00:29:48see it's just a cycle that repeats
- 00:29:50itself and by focusing on all of these
- 00:29:52individual steps and improving them day
- 00:29:54by day you will build a business that
- 00:29:56works for you in instead of you working
- 00:29:58for the business now I want you to know
- 00:30:01that you don't build this overnight it
- 00:30:03takes time to really analyze all of
- 00:30:05these steps in your business the
- 00:30:06processes in your business and build the
- 00:30:07right systems around it but from now on
