- 00:16:10discipline it's about refusing to make
- 00:16:12excuses no matter how valid they seem
- 00:16:15you think the people who succeed in life
- 00:16:17don't have excuses too you think they
- 00:16:20don't have days where they feel tired
- 00:16:21unmotivated beaten down the difference
- 00:16:24is they don't listen to that voice in
- 00:16:26their head that tries to give them an
- 00:16:27out they shut it down they push through
- 00:16:30they show up anyway and that's why they
- 00:16:31wne because they refuse to let excuses

- 00:16:35always look for an easy way out that's
- 00:16:37how it works it will always try to
- 00:16:40convince you that you should stop that
- 00:16:42you should rest that you should wait for
- 00:16:43a better time but you have to recognize
- 00:16:45that for what it is weakness trying to
- 00:16:47take over the second you hear an excuse
- 00:16:49forming in your mind your mind you have
- 00:16:51to crush it because the moment you give
- 00:16:53in the moment you let one excuse slide
- 00:16:56you open the door for more and once that
- 00:16:58door is open it's hard to close number

- 00:17:26own weakness you let your emotions
- 00:17:29control you you let laziness dictate
- 00:17:31your actions you let distraction steal
- 00:17:33your time and before you know it you

- 00:17:38you lack the discipline to take control
- 00:17:40people who lack discipline wake up when
- 00:17:41they feel like it they work when they
- 00:17:43feel motivated they train when it's
- 00:17:45convenient they do the hard things only

- 00:17:48because of that they never reach their
- 00:17:50full potential because the truth is if
- 00:17:53you only do what's necessary when you
- 00:17:55feel like it you will never be
- 00:17:57consistent enough to see real feel
- 00:17:59results your feelings are unreliable
- 00:18:01some days you'll feel strong some days
- 00:18:02you'll feel weak some days you'll want
- 00:18:04to grind some days you won't but
- 00:18:07discipline doesn't care about feelings

- 00:18:10tired I don't care if you don't feel

- 00:18:16don't rely on motivation they rely on
- 00:18:18discipline they don't waste time waiting

- 00:18:23have rules and they follow them every

- 00:18:52and that cycle never ends unless you
- 00:18:54break it with discipline people want an
- 00:18:56easy life but an easy life comes with a
- 00:18:58price the price is regret the price is
- 00:19:01looking back and knowing you could have
- 00:19:03done more could have been more but you
- 00:19:04chose Comfort instead of effort
- 00:19:06discipline prevents that discipline
- 00:19:09makes sure you don't have to look back
- 00:19:10with regret because you gave everything

- 00:19:58that the only way to win is to outwork

- 00:20:02with constantly comparing yourself to
- 00:20:04others is that it leads to frustration
- 00:20:06and doubt you look at someone who seems
- 00:20:08to have it all together and think why am

- 00:20:11that they have something you don't that
- 00:20:13they're somehow better luckier or more
- 00:20:15gifted but that's a lie you have
- 00:20:19everything you need right inside of you

- 00:20:23your best self is the effort you're
- 00:20:26willing to put in instead of worrying
- 00:20:27about how fast some else is running
- 00:20:29focus on how much faster you can get
- 00:20:31instead of looking at someone else's
- 00:20:32success look at the work they put in to
- 00:20:33get there success doesn't come overnight
- 00:20:36and it certainly doesn't come from
- 00:20:38comparing yourself to anyone else it
- 00:20:40comes from consistently showing up and
- 00:20:41pushing yourself harder day after day if
