00:00:00
have you ever wanted to create your own
00:00:02
infinite money glitch I'm going to show
00:00:04
you at the top of this video exactly how
00:00:06
to do that I don't care how many people
00:00:08
watch this video whether it's 50,000
00:00:09
100,000 200,000 people I want everyone
00:00:12
to know exactly how this works I was
00:00:16
fortunate enough to learn this somebody
00:00:17
taught me this back when I was a little
00:00:19
before I turned 19 years old and I've
00:00:21
been adapting the policy ever since and
00:00:23
uh I can tell you it definitely works
00:00:25
very well so I'm going to teach
00:00:26
everybody that in this video here off
00:00:28
the top then we're going to get into
00:00:30
some major buys and sells I have coming
00:00:33
in the public count $2.8 million plus
00:00:35
portfolio and I'm going to tell you
00:00:37
exactly what I'm planning on buying and
00:00:39
selling in this portfolio I have some
00:00:41
big moves up and I'll explain why in
00:00:43
this video here today okay now I'm
00:00:45
recording this the night before
00:00:47
Thanksgiving but this video is actually
00:00:48
going to come out on Thanksgiving night
00:00:51
so I want to wish everyone that is
00:00:53
celebrating Happy Thanksgiving if you
00:00:55
watched this past Thanksgiving I hope
00:00:56
you had a great one with you and your
00:00:58
family and thank you for letting me be
00:01:01
part of uh maybe your extended family by
00:01:03
joining me for these videos I appreciate
00:01:05
all you guys as always and uh instead of
00:01:07
sending me turkey or stuffin or mashed
00:01:09
potatoes the only thing I ask from you
00:01:11
for Thanksgiving it's one thing and one
00:01:13
thing only and that's for you to smash
00:01:15
that like button I appreciate y'all
00:01:16
being here if you want to subscribe to
00:01:18
the channel you can go ahead and hit
00:01:19
that subscribe button I appreciate y'all
00:01:21
being here and I think this is going to
00:01:22
be a very good video for a lot of folks
00:01:24
out there okay no additionally since
00:01:27
this video is going to be coming out on
00:01:28
Thanksgiving night I thought i' would
00:01:29
give you guys early access to the 1000x
00:01:31
stocks.com sale so I'll put that as the
00:01:34
pinned comment down there here today if
00:01:36
you watch this video on Thanksgiving
00:01:38
night or you watch this video on Friday
00:01:40
it will work if you watch this video on
00:01:43
Saturday or after the link will
00:01:45
essentially no longer work and you'll be
00:01:47
just kind of like redirected to apply
00:01:49
forx stocks.com okay that is going to be
00:01:51
the pin comment down there that is for
00:01:52
full access to the education portion how
00:01:54
to decode a balance sheet income
00:01:56
statement cash flow how to perform SWAT
00:01:58
analysis strong mode versus weak mode
00:02:00
how to value a dividend stock growth
00:02:02
stock dividend investing 101 portfolio
00:02:04
management the way I said THX stocks.com
00:02:06
it's it's mainly a product that's for
00:02:08
people that have been investing for a
00:02:09
little while but I wanted to create the
00:02:10
product in a way that even if you're in
00:02:12
your first year or two of investing it's
00:02:14
like you can learn this sort of stuff
00:02:16
and so you can get on a much higher
00:02:17
level very quick much more quickly than
00:02:19
you would be able to without the product
00:02:21
right so that's why I create the whole
00:02:22
education portion of it in the metrics
00:02:24
portion that teaches you exactly what
00:02:26
all these different metrics mean and
00:02:27
things like that full access to the
00:02:29
search feature with mandatory metrics on
00:02:31
all the stocks curated exactly how I
00:02:32
want it to be curated the advanced
00:02:34
metrics as well as well as our ability
00:02:37
to compare three companies side by side
00:02:39
that used to take me an hour plus to do
00:02:41
all these different calculations on a
00:02:42
stock now it's done in less than two
00:02:45
seconds not only mandatory metrics but
00:02:47
Advanced metrics on all three stocks
00:02:49
type in whatever ticker symbols you want
00:02:51
compare all the companies versus each
00:02:52
other access to the earnings call tab
00:02:55
access to the SEC filing so you can read
00:02:57
all the different annual reports
00:02:58
quarterly reports and see if insiders of
00:03:01
companies are selling or buying stocks
00:03:03
that you hold currently right and then
00:03:05
we have maybe my favorite thing the
00:03:07
projections tab where you can run
00:03:08
projections all on a stock so you can
00:03:10
figure out what your likely compounding
00:03:13
annual growth rate is on that stock over
00:03:15
the coming years right our charts
00:03:17
feature which is absolutely beautiful oh
00:03:19
I love the charts feature so much okay
00:03:21
once again that will be pin comment I
00:03:23
hope you guys enjoy that hope you enjoy
00:03:25
it for a long time to go in the future I
00:03:26
am uh very thankful to have been able to
00:03:28
build that product out over the past
00:03:30
year or two and I'm very happy with what
00:03:31
we have and we're just going to keep
00:03:33
expanding it and just making it greater
00:03:35
and greater greater into the future okay
00:03:37
once again pin comment down there all
00:03:38
right guys
00:03:40
so infinite money glitch I was fortunate
00:03:43
enough to learn this as a young I was
00:03:46
able to learn this while working at
00:03:47
Walgreens making
00:03:50
$825 an hour in the photo department and
00:03:53
I was able to part of it I learned from
00:03:56
my grade accounting teacher I had in
00:03:58
college who was very fortunate um to to
00:04:01
have that gentleman right and part of it
00:04:02
was just kind of like researching you
00:04:04
know other places as well and I figured
00:04:06
out kind of this infinite money glitch
00:04:07
and I'm not the only one to figure this
00:04:08
out like basically almost everybody in
00:04:10
the top 1% figures this out over time
00:04:12
okay so you have your job or your
00:04:15
business right throws you off income
00:04:17
boom your money comes in right now what
00:04:20
you want to do is your expenses need to
00:04:22
be focused on things that appreciate or
00:04:26
help you make more money that's where
00:04:28
you really want to focus your expenses
00:04:31
the more you can do that the better off
00:04:33
you're going to be essentially the more
00:04:35
your expenses go towards stuff that does
00:04:37
not help you make more money the more
00:04:39
your your you know money goes toward
00:04:42
things that don't appreciate over time
00:04:44
the more you're going to make your life
00:04:46
harder and harder when it comes to the
00:04:47
money game right the more you focus on
00:04:50
investing into products Services
00:04:53
whatever that help you make more money
00:04:54
or assets that appreciate over time the
00:04:56
better off you're going to be longterm
00:04:58
essentially right so for me personally
00:05:01
if I look at my own life where's a ton
00:05:02
of of my money go real estate right uh
00:05:06
mortgages on three different homes the
00:05:08
one I live in plus my two real estate
00:05:10
investment properties right software I
00:05:13
mean THX stocks.com it doesn't it's not
00:05:15
for free like like that's very expensive
00:05:17
product I've been able to build out and
00:05:19
I have a great developer team involved
00:05:21
in that right but it's very expensive I
00:05:23
also pay for a ton of other softwares I
00:05:25
probably pay for at least my guess is at
00:05:28
least 10 different soft Wes every month
00:05:31
right so a lot of times I'll sign up for
00:05:33
like a yearly plan or a multi-year plan
00:05:34
with a lot of software so I get like a
00:05:36
bigger discount essentially but there's
00:05:38
probably like 10 literally like 10
00:05:39
different softwares I pay for it's a lot
00:05:42
but I can tell you what I pay for all
00:05:44
those it's well worth it it's well worth
00:05:47
it that none of those software is like
00:05:49
if I spend $500 a year on a software it
00:05:52
saves me or makes me a lot more than
00:05:53
$500 I can tell you that much okay uh I
00:05:57
spend a lot of money on people right for
00:05:59
my real estate estate so my real estate
00:06:00
investment properties they have
00:06:02
landscapers they have people that clean
00:06:03
the pools and all those sorts of things
00:06:05
right same thing with my own home uh
00:06:07
anytime there's a problem I get it fixed
00:06:08
right away cuz these are assets that
00:06:10
appreciate over the long term and I need
00:06:12
to keep them in great shape all the time
00:06:14
right I pay for the fastest internet I'm
00:06:16
not going to use some slow laggy
00:06:18
internet because it's going to save me
00:06:20
$20 a month no like the world's on the
00:06:22
internet nowadays I I want to load up
00:06:24
THX I want to load up now I don't want
00:06:26
to wait like oh you know let me just
00:06:28
wait an extra 10 seconds each time or 5
00:06:30
Seconds no no no no no okay cuz you add
00:06:32
up all those seconds you have to wait
00:06:33
all the time it adds up to a lot right
00:06:35
don't cheap out on things that help you
00:06:37
build your health or build your wealth
00:06:41
there's a lot of places you can be cheap
00:06:43
in life right if you don't want to eat
00:06:45
at the super expensive restaurant on
00:06:47
your anniversary and you want to you
00:06:49
know trade down a little bit okay fair
00:06:51
play right but I could tell you when it
00:06:53
comes to your health and your wealth you
00:06:54
don't cheap out on those sorts of things
00:06:56
because your health and your wealth is
00:06:57
everything in this game it's everything
00:07:00
right so that's where you want to really
00:07:02
focus your expenses where people a lot
00:07:04
of people get caught up into is they add
00:07:06
a lot of expenses to their life that
00:07:08
ultimately is not helping in these sorts
00:07:10
of situations and they they set
00:07:12
themselves up where they're not able to
00:07:14
get to higher levels because they spend
00:07:15
so much money on things that are not
00:07:17
helping them make more money right or on
00:07:19
things that appreciate so then once our
00:07:22
expenses go through from there we're
00:07:24
going to have a certain amount of money
00:07:26
left over right now that money needs to
00:07:28
go into stock it needs to go into new
00:07:30
real estate properties it needs to if
00:07:32
you're going to put any in the sideline
00:07:33
for cash it needs to go into something
00:07:35
that's yielding like 4% plus which can
00:07:37
be treasuries it can be high yield
00:07:39
savings accounts high yield CD accounts
00:07:41
okay it needs to be generating you money
00:07:44
cash flowing right uh so that's exactly
00:07:47
what I do from there right then from
00:07:49
there you should make money on your
00:07:50
stocks like if I invest in a stock I
00:07:52
expect to make money 80% plus of the
00:07:55
time right so over time you're going to
00:07:57
take stock gains here and there right
00:07:58
and hopefully some good profits I know
00:08:00
I've taken some amazing profits this
00:08:01
year dividend money is going to pour in
00:08:03
especially as your portfolio builds
00:08:05
bigger and bigger and bigger the
00:08:06
dividends get more and more substantial
00:08:09
I I estimate that likely within the next
00:08:11
few years I can start making $100,000
00:08:14
plus a year in just dividend income and
00:08:16
that's going to likely be in the next
00:08:17
few years if you add up all my different
00:08:18
portfolios and all the dividends that
00:08:20
will be incoming right rents coming in
00:08:22
if you have real estate properties from
00:08:24
there right all that money you pour that
00:08:27
money right back into stocks real estate
00:08:29
and cash yield now what you have
00:08:31
essentially done is you've created your
00:08:33
own money glitch separated from the the
00:08:35
job business and expense profile because
00:08:39
then that goes right back down here
00:08:42
right and then you get right back into
00:08:44
stock gains dividends income rent come
00:08:47
in right pour it right back in and you
00:08:49
get into this beautiful part of the
00:08:52
money glitch where essentially that just
00:08:54
starts throwing off insane amounts of
00:08:55
money that then if you want to go buy
00:08:57
fancy homes and fancy cars and all those
00:08:59
sorts of things you can do that once
00:09:01
you've built up to a substantial level
00:09:03
and I can tell you my first my first 2
00:09:06
or 3 years of of doing this in infinite
00:09:09
money glitch you're not going to see a
00:09:10
lot from it not in your first you know
00:09:12
two or three years I knew I was on the
00:09:14
right track but it's not like you really
00:09:16
start to see a lot right when I started
00:09:18
reaching like 22 23 24 years old I
00:09:22
started to feel the effects of the
00:09:23
infinite money glitch and I was like oh
00:09:25
damn like okay like like we got
00:09:26
something here like I'm like all that
00:09:28
work I was put in over the last several
00:09:30
years I felt like I wasn't really seeing
00:09:31
much now it's starting to add up then my
00:09:33
late 20s started to feel it even more
00:09:36
now I'm 35 years old and I start to feel
00:09:39
it a lot more nowadays I'm like oh man
00:09:41
when I take a profit on a stock many
00:09:43
times it's tens of thousands of dollars
00:09:45
of profits at a time if not you know
00:09:47
100K plus the dividend money is starting
00:09:49
to really pile up the rent's coming in
00:09:51
right and then you have a fortunate
00:09:53
enough to be here another decade can you
00:09:55
imagine when I'm 45 years old like the
00:09:57
amounts of money that would be incoming
00:09:59
and whatnot right and that infinite
00:10:00
money glitch so you got to understand
00:10:02
whatever level you're at I don't care if
00:10:04
you're you know make 825 an hour like I
00:10:06
used to or whether you make you know
00:10:08
$180,000 a year you got to understand
00:10:11
that's how you structure to essentially
00:10:14
create this infinite money glitch that
00:10:15
over a 10e span 15E span 20e span you
00:10:19
look back you're like oh my gosh like
00:10:20
this thing I did here like paid off huge
00:10:24
right and if you build it enough like
00:10:26
you know eventually the amounts of money
00:10:29
start to become so silly you couldn't
00:10:30
even spend the money in your lifetime
00:10:32
essentially right which kind of creates
00:10:33
a beautiful thing because as a human I
00:10:36
think we should enjoy life right and you
00:10:39
know enjoy the homes we want to live in
00:10:41
and the cars we want to drive and you
00:10:43
know the lifestyle we want to have and
00:10:44
the vacations and see the world and
00:10:45
those sorts of things and enjoy our life
00:10:47
but additionally if you can when you go
00:10:50
to leave this place right if you can
00:10:52
have a substantial Nest Egg I think
00:10:55
that's beautiful because you can you can
00:10:57
either create generational wealth or you
00:10:59
can give that money to a lot of
00:11:01
charitable causes that you see as you
00:11:03
know maybe there was some injustices in
00:11:05
the world while you were here and you
00:11:07
want to help fix those right and I think
00:11:08
that's a beautiful beautiful thing like
00:11:10
I think it should be every human's goal
00:11:11
to make this this place a better place
00:11:14
than when you got here and I think if
00:11:16
we're doing that we're winning right and
00:11:18
so you know I I just want everybody to
00:11:21
understand that's how the game's played
00:11:23
and over 10 15 20 years of playing this
00:11:25
game this way you start to look back and
00:11:27
you're like woo like did I create some
00:11:30
wealth there right so that's how it's
00:11:33
done right there I hope you guys got a
00:11:34
lot of value out of just that portion of
00:11:36
the video we're about to talk stocks and
00:11:37
all that but I just think that's so
00:11:40
important that everybody understands
00:11:41
that part of the game okay all right so
00:11:43
let's talk some stocks right this is the
00:11:46
public count this is what we're looking
00:11:47
at here we're going to talk about each
00:11:49
of these stocks which ones I'm thinking
00:11:50
about buying selling holding all that
00:11:52
good stuff right uh meta here off the
00:11:54
top it's a huge waiting in the portfolio
00:11:56
obviously 34% of the portfolio 9 $67,000
00:12:00
$766,000 of that
00:12:03
$967,000 is just gains on the stock
00:12:06
right remember when I told you the
00:12:07
compounding starts to get fun right uh
00:12:10
Tesla's a pretty shocking one uh it's
00:12:13
the current value of my Tesla shares and
00:12:14
by the way it's a little under 12% of
00:12:16
the portfolio
00:12:17
$332,000 is what my Shares are worth
00:12:22
$319,000 of that is gains like let that
00:12:26
sink in for a moment like woo could be
00:12:29
fun Palante tier uh that's a little less
00:12:32
than 12% of the portfolio about 11.2%
00:12:34
right
00:12:36
$330,000 of current value
00:12:38
$289,000 of that $330,000 is gains uh
00:12:42
PayPal $268,000 position a little less
00:12:45
than 10% of the portfolio $74,000 of
00:12:47
that as gains Amazon $228,000 position
00:12:51
8% of the portfolio $104,000 that gains
00:12:54
elf on a shelf
00:12:56
$127,000 position about 4.5% of the
00:12:58
portfolio and
00:13:01
$119,000 of that
00:13:02
$127,000 is gains on that stock
00:13:05
cheesecakes up to a $30,000 Gainer
00:13:07
that's a little less than a 4% position
00:13:08
$110,000 so I have a good amount invest
00:13:11
in cake I like it I like it a lot where
00:13:13
I'm positioned there revolve $99,000 of
00:13:17
current value $65,000 of that is just
00:13:20
gains right 35% Nike down $110,000
00:13:23
that's $96,000 position 3.4% of the
00:13:26
portfolio Estee Lauder we're slightly
00:13:29
positive on that one is positive $843
00:13:31
$60,000 position here 2% I'm looking
00:13:34
forward to speaking about that one Sofi
00:13:36
up $33,000 up 127% on a $59,000 current
00:13:40
value now 2% of the portfolio Celsius
00:13:43
right around Break Even 2% of the
00:13:44
portfolio $56,000 position fubo down
00:13:47
15,000 uh down 33% about $30,000 of the
00:13:51
the portfolio 1% waiting planet is a 1%
00:13:55
waiting down 69% down
00:13:57
$67,000 monster up $1,000 up 4% 4.5%
00:14:02
$24,000 position a little less than a 1%
00:14:04
of portfolio and then to brother put
00:14:05
options uh about a half% of the
00:14:08
portfolio down about 5.5k there um just
00:14:11
on these shares here $1.7 million plus
00:14:14
in the plus and that does not include
00:14:17
dividends so let's get into the stocks
00:14:21
so I really want to focus in on these
00:14:23
top positions here at first okay because
00:14:26
there's some huge differences here cuz
00:14:28
you could look at my portfolio you know
00:14:31
and obviously the top is is meta 34% and
00:14:33
then Tesla a little less than 12% and uh
00:14:36
paler about 11 and 11 a half% right now
00:14:39
the thing you got to understand about
00:14:40
those positions is one they've went up
00:14:43
so much that's how that's how those
00:14:45
stocks became such ridiculously huge
00:14:47
positions right it's not like I put
00:14:49
crazy money into those stocks it's just
00:14:52
they went up a crazy amount Palante up
00:14:54
$289,000 we're up $319,000 in meta and
00:14:57
$766,000 ,000 were up on on meta right
00:15:01
or Tesla was at 319,000 so when you're
00:15:03
up that much on those stocks that's how
00:15:04
they became such big weightings but
00:15:06
what's interesting is two of those
00:15:08
stocks you can make an argument that are
00:15:11
very overvalued right if you were just
00:15:13
looking at forward P toe forward P
00:15:15
trailing 12 month PE right and those are
00:15:17
paler and those are Tesla and it's very
00:15:19
clear when you look at meta right it's
00:15:22
very clear meta's got the most
00:15:25
attractive risk reward profile out of
00:15:27
those three stocks right because it
00:15:28
trades at a Ford P of 22 with double
00:15:30
digigit Topline growth and double
00:15:32
digigit bottom line growth right and
00:15:34
they have an insanely Diversified
00:15:36
business because they own Facebook they
00:15:37
own Instagram they own WhatsApp they own
00:15:39
Oculus they own threads they own the
00:15:41
Llama model which is just taking over in
00:15:44
regards to Ai and they're actually one
00:15:46
of the very few companies that's
00:15:47
actually benefiting massively from AI
00:15:49
outside of maybe palente tier in Nvidia
00:15:52
right
00:15:53
so men is the best risk reward profile
00:15:56
in terms of like what are the chances
00:15:58
you lose money in met over the next 3
00:16:00
years extremely low what are the chances
00:16:02
you double your money in met over the
00:16:04
next 3 years extremely high palente and
00:16:06
Tusa represent bigger upside right paler
00:16:10
the the growth rates continue to
00:16:12
accelerate from this company and look at
00:16:14
the trillion to month earnings per share
00:16:16
growth the current year expected
00:16:17
earnings per share growth it's off the
00:16:19
charts it's insane I mean we're talking
00:16:21
about 200% Plus numbers right current
00:16:23
year expected Revenue growth 27% but
00:16:25
keep in mind they just did a 30% number
00:16:27
and analysts are at about 25% for next
00:16:30
year paler could come in with 30% plus
00:16:32
number next year right and paler has
00:16:35
been consistently upping upping upping
00:16:38
their revenue growth rates it keeps
00:16:39
accelerating at some point that's going
00:16:41
to break but we don't know when and
00:16:44
that's the upside risk if you want to
00:16:46
think about paler what if this company
00:16:47
just keeps accelerating these growth
00:16:48
rates in next quarter is 33% Revenue
00:16:51
growth then 35% Revenue growth then 37%
00:16:53
Revenue growth then 40 plus% Revenue
00:16:56
growth right like maybe we're not at the
00:16:58
top a lot of people want to call a top
00:17:00
on Revenue growth maybe we're not at a
00:17:02
top yet maybe we still got you know a
00:17:05
bit to go here and if this one reaches a
00:17:07
40% or 50% type Revenue growth number
00:17:11
people are going to lose their mind like
00:17:13
next thing you know paler would be $100
00:17:15
if that happens but that's a big
00:17:17
question so this why I look at a stock
00:17:18
like palente here it definitely comes
00:17:20
with a lot bigger risk than a meta but
00:17:24
meta is likely growing meta is likely
00:17:26
growing revenues 15 to 19% now next year
00:17:29
in my personal opinion right analysts
00:17:30
are kind of in the 16 177% range I'm I'm
00:17:33
more toward the 181 19% range in terms
00:17:36
of what meta's going to grow I don't
00:17:39
think it's really a debate it's not like
00:17:40
meta's going to magically grow 30% plus
00:17:42
next year I would love that if they did
00:17:43
because holy smokes like met is going to
00:17:45
12200 quick if that happens but that's
00:17:47
likely not happening right meta is
00:17:49
likely going to be probably in my
00:17:50
numbers 18 19% Revenue growth P's
00:17:53
complete wild card we don't know right
00:17:56
so that that's why that one's trading so
00:17:58
insanely richz cuz the numbers are just
00:17:59
off the charts and they just keep
00:18:00
putting up better and better growth
00:18:02
Tesla has a little bit of a different
00:18:05
story than palente here cuz Tesa we
00:18:07
likely going to see finally good numbers
00:18:10
coming from this company in 2025 2026
00:18:12
which the numbers have been pretty
00:18:14
depressing from Tesla in 2023 2024
00:18:17
you're likely going to see Revenue
00:18:19
growth coming in the stock again double
00:18:21
digit Revenue growth which that Revenue
00:18:22
growth has been sleepy at best for the
00:18:25
last good bit of time here you're likely
00:18:27
going to see margins expand rapidly I'm
00:18:29
talking gross margins and net margins
00:18:31
because of full self-driving software
00:18:33
and more and more subscription plans
00:18:35
there uh additionally cyber truck is
00:18:37
going to go from a basically a headwind
00:18:39
for the company to a Tailwind for the
00:18:40
company in regards to profits and you
00:18:44
know with a better consumer backdrop I
00:18:45
think that could be very very good for
00:18:47
Tesla overall so Tesla is going to
00:18:49
likely see I think major gross margin
00:18:51
and net margin expansion in
00:18:53
2025 now additionally there's a robo
00:18:56
taxi opportunity which is just a
00:18:58
complete Wild card we don't know you
00:19:00
know we don't know when that starts to
00:19:01
come to fruition but whenever it does
00:19:03
it's going to be a very exciting day and
00:19:04
a very exciting time and then you know
00:19:06
always Tesla is so much in the pipeline
00:19:09
that the Stock's always going to trade
00:19:10
very rich like like Tesla's always going
00:19:12
to trade at pretty much a forward P of
00:19:14
50 plus as long as Elon Musk is leading
00:19:16
the company and they have this sort of
00:19:17
DNA at that company like it's always
00:19:20
going to trade extremely rich compared
00:19:22
to the market in general just because
00:19:23
people are always so excited about what
00:19:25
Tesla has coming down the pipeline and
00:19:28
to be quite Frank you've got to respect
00:19:30
it like you got to respect it like what
00:19:32
are you going to say they they've done
00:19:35
everything people said they couldn't
00:19:37
people said when I was buying this stock
00:19:39
many years ago right people said this
00:19:41
was going to be a bankrupt company let's
00:19:43
not forget that people were calling $5
00:19:46
price Target they were saying it's going
00:19:47
to zero they were saying it's not going
00:19:48
to make it right they're saying they can
00:19:50
never produce a lot of cars now the
00:19:52
company's going to do what $100 billion
00:19:54
plus in Revenue in a year it's crazy
00:19:57
people said they could never figure out
00:19:59
full self-driving dang they've come a
00:20:01
long way and they they're almost there
00:20:02
now at this point in time right they're
00:20:03
pretty freaking close we're in that last
00:20:06
inning now we're in the ninth inning of
00:20:07
this game and once that's solved that's
00:20:10
solved and you know full go all over the
00:20:13
US so they've said this company couldn't
00:20:15
do this they couldn't do that they
00:20:16
couldn't do this they couldn't do that
00:20:17
and every time people try to try to talk
00:20:20
down Tesla they can't do this they can't
00:20:22
accomplish they they get it done and so
00:20:25
can you imagine what Tesla pulls off
00:20:27
over this next 3 years five years 7
00:20:29
years 10 years you already have your
00:20:31
Flapjacks flipped in regards to that one
00:20:32
right so yeah that's my views here
00:20:35
palente a hold for now if the stock goes
00:20:38
7075 I might consider selling 1,000
00:20:41
shares a palente tier and taking my
00:20:44
position sizing down to 4,000 shares if
00:20:47
it goes over 75 this year I mean you
00:20:50
know here before the end of 2024 I could
00:20:52
sell 2,000 shares a Palante tier because
00:20:55
the risk reward profile just will not be
00:20:57
nearly as attracted so we'll see what
00:20:59
happens in in regards to that one I kind
00:21:01
of hope it doesn't go up cuz I would
00:21:02
love to just hold the current shares I
00:21:04
have here right and continue to see
00:21:05
those growth rates come in and then kind
00:21:07
of make some adjustments if I want to
00:21:08
continue to hold or buy or sell right
00:21:11
Tesla I've already sold what I wanted to
00:21:13
sell in regards to Tesla so now these
00:21:15
thousand shares are just holds for the
00:21:17
long term in regards to Tesla I already
00:21:19
drisk in regards to that one so yeah my
00:21:21
thousand shares now I'm just riding with
00:21:23
that longer term PayPal Amazon elf so
00:21:26
PayPal 9 half% 9 1/2% position uh
00:21:31
Amazon's about 8% elf on a shelf about 4
00:21:34
1/2% so in regards to these ones right
00:21:38
these ones are honestly all easy buys
00:21:40
you know pener Tesla those are debatable
00:21:43
right those are harder stocks to buy
00:21:45
because it's like what if growth rate
00:21:46
all stagnates or goes down or something
00:21:49
you know those stocks could get hit huge
00:21:51
I honestly think all three of these are
00:21:53
easy
00:21:53
buys like it's not a lot of risk right
00:21:57
PayPal like they just through with their
00:21:59
numbers and put up great numbers and the
00:22:00
cash flows just continue to build the
00:22:02
operating income just continues to build
00:22:04
it's phenomenal And Trades at a 4p of 18
00:22:07
for a stable business model like PayPal
00:22:08
with PayPal venmo I mean you know just
00:22:12
just good company good numbers a
00:22:15
money-making stock right and yeah the
00:22:17
money is starting to pour in in regards
00:22:19
to PayPal now up
00:22:20
$74,000 in regards to that stock right I
00:22:23
wouldn't be surprised if you know before
00:22:25
no time we up 100K Plus in regards to
00:22:27
PayPal so
00:22:29
this is an easy hold Alex Chris is doing
00:22:31
a great job so far leading this company
00:22:32
and like and you know he's only been in
00:22:34
the job for a year imagine you know
00:22:36
after he gets two years in 3 years in
00:22:38
the team's starting to innovate very
00:22:40
quickly they're starting to run that
00:22:41
company very
00:22:42
lean I think they're setting up really
00:22:44
well for 25 26 for PayPal Amazon's just
00:22:48
always a buy Amazon's always a buy I
00:22:50
don't know what any time period Amazon
00:22:52
hasn't been a buy other than debatable
00:22:53
like during the The Rona hype when
00:22:55
everybody was forced to be home and
00:22:57
buying stuff online outside of that
00:23:00
Amazon's always been a buy always been a
00:23:02
buy and it continues to be a buy Ford P
00:23:04
at 34 in the stock for how much growth
00:23:06
Amazon web services has over this next
00:23:08
decade the e-commerce business the
00:23:10
advertising business all the new
00:23:12
products and services down the pipeline
00:23:13
for Amazon oh my gosh like always an
00:23:16
easy buy for this one earnings per share
00:23:18
growth next year should be 20% plus for
00:23:20
this company double digit Revenue grow
00:23:23
grower on on Revenue as far as I can see
00:23:26
like I don't know when Amazon doesn't
00:23:27
grow double digits on Revenue but it's
00:23:28
not anytime in this decade that's my
00:23:31
opinion on that and El's honestly an
00:23:32
easy buy Ford p is down to 33 on the
00:23:35
stock for the type of company has been
00:23:37
growing the way this company's growing
00:23:38
keep in mind 2025 2026 are going to be
00:23:40
huge years in my opinion for earnings
00:23:42
per share expansion this year is sucked
00:23:44
when it comes to earnings per share not
00:23:47
the case in my opinion at all inry goes
00:23:49
to 25 26 so you're likely going to still
00:23:51
see nice Revenue growth but also nice uh
00:23:55
much much much nicer earnings per share
00:23:57
growth than Revenue growth $25 26 in my
00:23:59
personal opinion additionally business
00:24:01
is very Diversified now it's not just
00:24:03
elf they have atorium and many many
00:24:05
other brands at this company and not
00:24:07
only that the company's well positioned
00:24:09
for any environment they they made it
00:24:10
through high inflation they made it
00:24:12
through lower inflation right uh they
00:24:15
made it through recessions they can make
00:24:17
it through anything right they made it
00:24:18
through Rona when people said no one was
00:24:19
going to wear makeup anymore like they
00:24:21
make it through to the other side and
00:24:23
they emerge stronger and stronger and
00:24:25
stronger the company's a oneon-one like
00:24:26
very very special company cake revolve
00:24:29
Nike let's talk about these Cake's A
00:24:30
Little Less in a 4% position revolves
00:24:32
around three and a half% Nike's
00:24:35
3.4% so cake Easy Buy in regards to cake
00:24:40
cake it's just so easy it's just so easy
00:24:43
I mean I'm just buying as many cake
00:24:45
shares as I can for I'm I you know I
00:24:49
thought I'm only going to buy Cake in
00:24:50
2024 I'll probably still be buying cake
00:24:52
shares in 2025 and I made good money on
00:24:54
the stock now we're up $30,000 on the
00:24:57
stock plus all the dividend this doesn't
00:24:58
even count for all the dividend money
00:25:00
you know they they obviously pay out
00:25:01
each quarter I want to continue to buy
00:25:03
Cake shares like there's still not even
00:25:05
be until the stock trades at a Ford p
00:25:07
over 20 is not reflecting the the real
00:25:10
growth profile North Italian in flower
00:25:12
child has Wall Street hasn't even caught
00:25:13
on to this yet I'm way ahead of Wall
00:25:15
Street on this one they'll start
00:25:17
catching on in my opinion in 25 and I
00:25:18
think they'll catch on a lot more in 26
00:25:20
27 but they haven't even begun to catch
00:25:23
on to this story yet they will they will
00:25:25
so oh my gosh cake I love that one
00:25:28
revolve you know stock looks a little
00:25:30
rich and I think that's that's fair but
00:25:33
the growth rates revolve might put up
00:25:35
next year might shock people they might
00:25:36
be much stronger than a lot of people
00:25:38
are anticipating in 2025 so revolve is a
00:25:41
stock I thought about taking some
00:25:42
profits in but I am kind of I kind of do
00:25:44
want to see what their next quarter they
00:25:46
do here cuz I think the consumer
00:25:48
backdrop is going to be a lot better in
00:25:50
2025 than it's been over the last few
00:25:52
years and I think that sets up very well
00:25:53
for companies like revolve and for a
00:25:55
company like Nike Nike easy money buy
00:25:58
stock is you know just been a joke
00:26:01
compared over the past 5 years very rare
00:26:03
you can get a stock like Nike at you
00:26:05
know 5 6 7e discounts that's what we're
00:26:07
getting on Nike analyst are so bearish
00:26:09
on this stock look at the earnings per
00:26:11
share expectations for next year look at
00:26:13
the revenue you know non-growth expected
00:26:16
for next year the numbers are just I
00:26:18
mean analysts are very bearish on Nike I
00:26:21
think they're too bearish I think Nike's
00:26:23
Revenue will be up in 2025 calendar year
00:26:25
I think Nike's earnings per share is
00:26:26
going to be up sub stantially in 2025
00:26:30
cuz all the cost cutting measures they
00:26:31
have going through this year that you
00:26:33
know you're really going to start to see
00:26:34
come to fruition in uh 2025 so Nike just
00:26:37
an easy money buy now as far as these
00:26:40
smaller positions estate Lauder 2%
00:26:42
position Sofi 2% Celsius 2% fubo 1%
00:26:46
Planet 1% monster 86% toll 59% so as far
00:26:51
as these goes SD Lauder you know still a
00:26:54
buy I don't know how much more I want to
00:26:56
buy that stock because it is is a
00:26:58
turnaround play I don't want to get too
00:26:59
Overexposed to it you know I I don't
00:27:02
mind being a 2 or 3% position before it
00:27:05
starts to go up so you know I could
00:27:07
maybe add a little bit more Sofi I'm
00:27:10
kind of upset with Sofi it's going up so
00:27:12
fast that I haven't really got to build
00:27:13
out the position I wanted to build out I
00:27:15
wanted to get to 5,000 shares of Sofi in
00:27:18
the public count and I'm a long way from
00:27:20
5,000 right I'm 1300 shares short I'm at
00:27:23
3,700 and the stock is just Relentless I
00:27:26
mean it's now at $16 plus so so it's
00:27:29
frustrating me I'll be honest with you
00:27:31
guys very frustrating I mean if I held
00:27:33
my 5,000 shares I'd be perfectly happy
00:27:35
okay I'm good like that's what I wanted
00:27:36
to hold but the fact that I didn't get
00:27:38
there that's a little frustrating for me
00:27:40
Celsius 2% position here uh I could
00:27:43
definitely add some more Celsius I don't
00:27:44
want to make that a massive position in
00:27:46
the portfolio but I wouldn't mind adding
00:27:48
another thousand shares roughly a
00:27:50
Celsius fubo I'm probably good with what
00:27:52
I have in regards to fubo I could maybe
00:27:54
add a little bit but I'm probably good
00:27:56
with what I have there you know that's
00:27:58
of those you know crazy risk reward
00:27:59
profiles you know it's a dollar
00:28:01
something stock it's priced for
00:28:02
bankruptcy they don't go BK and they get
00:28:04
to profitability I wouldn't be surprised
00:28:06
that stock goes $5 $10 like 12 within 12
00:28:09
to 24 months so yeah it's got its risk
00:28:12
but it also has crazy reward potential
00:28:13
Planet you know management team's done a
00:28:16
good job there but unfortunately Florida
00:28:18
voters did not come through with
00:28:20
Recreation recreational in regards to
00:28:23
that so that definitely hurts plan a
00:28:25
little bit in regards to Florida
00:28:26
opportunity there um assessing whether I
00:28:29
want to just continue to hold these
00:28:30
Planet shares or whether I want to start
00:28:32
buying planet again so that's something
00:28:35
I'm currently going through right now
00:28:37
I'm trying to figure out monster a a
00:28:39
little less than 1% position this is
00:28:41
just a hedge on Celsius so Celsius a 2%
00:28:44
position monster is a little under 1%
00:28:46
I'm trying to keep those roughly in line
00:28:48
so let's say I take Celsius to a 3%
00:28:50
position then I'll probably take monster
00:28:51
to 1.5% position of the public count
00:28:54
there not not the biggest Money Maker
00:28:56
stock it's just a really good hedge just
00:28:58
in case I'm wrong on Celsius right cuz
00:29:00
monster would be the biggest beneficiary
00:29:01
in my opinion by far if I was wrong on
00:29:04
Celsius right to brother puts I think I
00:29:07
want to add some more to brother puts
00:29:08
right here before year end um you know
00:29:12
my hope is just Market drifts higher in
00:29:14
December pushes everything up and to
00:29:16
brother goes right along with it and
00:29:17
then I'll add more to my puts for next
00:29:19
year I don't think the I don't think the
00:29:21
highend real estate markets in a good
00:29:22
place guys I I mean I look at and then
00:29:24
we're about to get into a new stock I
00:29:26
want to add in the portfolio and add
00:29:27
some substantially but um I don't think
00:29:29
the real estate Market's good on the
00:29:31
high end I'm looking out at what I see
00:29:33
in Vegas I'm looking out at what I see
00:29:34
in Arizona doesn't look like a good
00:29:36
healthy Market to me looks very weak and
00:29:38
when I say very weak I'm talking the
00:29:39
weakest I've seen
00:29:41
it since before Rona since before Rona
00:29:45
and honestly it's even weaker than it
00:29:48
was before Rona in my personal opinion
00:29:49
in regards to the the higher end of the
00:29:51
market
00:29:54
so I don't think to Brothers sets up
00:29:56
well at all um we'll see maybe I'm wrong
00:29:59
but I'm just like if if there's some
00:30:02
place you could see some real weakness I
00:30:04
think it's in some of these home
00:30:04
builders especially at the top like that
00:30:07
with toll I think people are piling in
00:30:09
money there because it's kind of like
00:30:13
Toll Brothers is in uh you know a lot of
00:30:14
those home builder type ETFs and I think
00:30:17
people have kind of been flooding in
00:30:18
money there because it's kind of like
00:30:19
the part of the Trump trade right and
00:30:21
construction and small caps and those
00:30:23
sorts of things so I think it's been
00:30:24
benefiting here in the short term but I
00:30:26
just think investors are getting I don't
00:30:28
think they're going to be right in
00:30:29
regards to toll I think the numbers are
00:30:30
going to be you know um I think their
00:30:33
order numbers their new order numbers in
00:30:34
25 I think it's going to be weak and and
00:30:37
the craziest thing about that is you
00:30:38
look at the stock market doing so well
00:30:40
you look at Bitcoin doing so well and
00:30:42
you would think like like home building
00:30:44
has to be booming no no no no because
00:30:46
the problem is the problem is mortgage
00:30:48
rates have gone up quite a bit as well
00:30:49
right and now there's just being so much
00:30:51
inventory starting to flood the market
00:30:53
like I said I pay attention I pay
00:30:55
attention to three markets heavily in
00:30:57
regards to l real estate I pay attention
00:30:59
to Arizona the Phoenix metropolitan area
00:31:02
I pay attention to my city Vegas and I
00:31:05
pay attention to New York City those are
00:31:06
three markets I paid close attention to
00:31:08
on Mon Zillow all the time looking at
00:31:10
how many listings are out there are
00:31:11
these properties moving what are they
00:31:13
priced at are they price cutting I'm
00:31:15
telling you guys it's bad it's bad and
00:31:18
from everything I hear out of Florida
00:31:20
bad Texas bad so yeah I don't think the
00:31:24
setup in the short term meaning over the
00:31:26
next 12 months is good for a luxury home
00:31:28
builder like to Brothers I really don't
00:31:30
now a new stock I want to add to this
00:31:32
public account is this one it is AMD
00:31:36
$136 stock I just bought some shares
00:31:39
recently I'm sure you guys saw a video
00:31:40
from a few days ago I bought some shares
00:31:42
in what was that my Ally account but I
00:31:44
haven't bought anything in the public
00:31:45
count yet which is through Fidelity
00:31:47
right I would love to add an AMD
00:31:49
position here because here's what I'm
00:31:50
looking at for AMD I think AMD from 2025
00:31:53
to 2028 could easily put up an average
00:31:55
of 30% Revenue growth some of the years
00:31:56
are going to grow faster that some years
00:31:58
maybe a little bit slower but I think
00:32:00
30% average for revenue for amds I think
00:32:03
that's easy peasy lemon squeezy so it
00:32:05
puts there Revenue around $73 billion in
00:32:08
2028 as far as net income I think
00:32:10
they'll be able to do about a 40% clip
00:32:12
there and so that puts them at net
00:32:14
income margins about 15% which is like a
00:32:17
mile and a half away from Nvidia
00:32:18
nvidia's like like ridiculous like 50%
00:32:20
net margins right now it's insane right
00:32:23
but since AMD is a chip company they
00:32:25
usually you know they kind of get dinged
00:32:27
for that unlike SAS companies that kind
00:32:29
of benefit so I don't think the P they'd
00:32:32
be able to command is nearly as high as
00:32:33
they should so I think like a 50 to 70
00:32:35
given 30% Top Line 40% bottom line keep
00:32:37
in mind if this was a SAS company they'd
00:32:38
probably be commanding 80 to 100 plus
00:32:40
but since it's a chip company AMD will
00:32:43
be seen as not being able to command a
00:32:45
crazy PE even though the growth rates
00:32:47
are ridiculous right so it puts a stock
00:32:49
price in 2028 somewhere between $346 and
00:32:52
about $485 which gives me a compound
00:32:55
growth rate on the low end about 26% on
00:32:56
the high end about 37% % it's very
00:32:58
attractive and I think this is a very
00:33:00
realistic case in regards to AMD yeah I
00:33:03
I think that's very realistic now a bare
00:33:04
scenario for AMD this is not my ultra be
00:33:07
case but this is my bare case I think
00:33:09
bare case would be 20% Revenue growth
00:33:11
that'd be
00:33:12
extremely disappointing if AMD only does
00:33:15
20% Revenue growth they lost like let me
00:33:19
put it as Frank as that if AMD only
00:33:22
averages 20% Revenue growth 2025 to 2028
00:33:25
Lisa Sue and the team they lost that
00:33:28
like with how much data center growth is
00:33:30
in AI chip spend gaming coming around
00:33:33
embedded coming around right the new
00:33:35
acquisitions ET systems like I'm telling
00:33:38
you guys if they somehow only put up 20%
00:33:40
on average for those fouryear span
00:33:43
disaster that's why it's called a be
00:33:44
case right 30% uh net income growth
00:33:47
would also be disaster net income
00:33:49
margins you know 15 16% range so maybe
00:33:51
they command to 40 to 60 PE if they grow
00:33:54
on Top Line 20% bottom line 30% so it'
00:33:56
be a compound grow rate of 11% on the
00:33:59
the low end and 23% on the high end so
00:34:01
even in my bare scenario this it can
00:34:03
still be a good money maker stock over
00:34:05
the next four years right just it
00:34:07
wouldn't be as exciting of of a money
00:34:09
maker there right now in terms of you
00:34:12
know I really wanted to cash I really
00:34:15
wanted to cash 200 meta shares before
00:34:17
year end and kind of deploy some of that
00:34:18
money into some of these lower positions
00:34:20
but meta haven't trouble making a
00:34:22
year-end run we'll see what happens in
00:34:24
December but my Hope was meta went 700
00:34:26
plus
00:34:28
and I would cash 200 shares and redeploy
00:34:30
that elsewhere now I do believe and I
00:34:32
think I did a video two days ago or
00:34:33
three days ago on the on here on the
00:34:35
main Channel speaking about meta I
00:34:36
expect that stock will be $1,000 Plus in
00:34:38
either 25 or 26 and then it will double
00:34:42
up again to 2,000 plus that will be like
00:34:44
20 2029 2030 in my opinion based upon
00:34:47
the numbers the valuation it should be
00:34:49
able to command as far as PES go and
00:34:50
those sorts of things that would make
00:34:51
sense so but yeah I really wanted the
00:34:54
stock to go 700 plus before year end and
00:34:56
cash out 200 shares but I don't know if
00:34:57
I'm to get it and so if I don't get it
00:34:59
it's fine like you know it's not the
00:35:01
worst thing in the world as far as a
00:35:02
portfolio you know maybe we hit $4
00:35:04
million in 20125 especially if meta can
00:35:07
go on another big run right Tesla can
00:35:10
hold paler can hold I don't really need
00:35:12
to get great gains from those stocks I
00:35:14
just need them to hold in
00:35:16
25 if meta pulls through that stock
00:35:18
finishes 25 at $800
00:35:20
$900 uh a share something like that
00:35:23
right or maybe close to $1,000 a share
00:35:26
which would be a lot of fun pener and
00:35:28
Tesla just kind of hold together PayPal
00:35:30
keeps running maybe that stock gets over
00:35:32
the the10 $120 level in 2025 Amazon goes
00:35:36
on a run to 250 275 elf comes back to
00:35:39
that 200 range I think we could easily
00:35:41
be 4 million if not 4 million plus in
00:35:44
2025 and then maybe getting up to 5
00:35:46
million plus in 2026 for the portfolio
00:35:48
which would be a big milestone for this
00:35:49
portfolio overall but definitely happy
00:35:52
with where I'm positioned happy with
00:35:53
where I'm positioned for next year
00:35:55
regardless of whatever happens with the
00:35:56
market and so yeah yeah yeah definitely
00:35:58
a happy camper okay appreciate you guys
