- 00:01:36check this out here okay what I'm
- 00:01:38showing you right there that's my public
- 00:01:40account that's the stock market
- 00:01:41portfolio I built in my private stock
- 00:01:43group over the past probably 6 to 7
- 00:01:45years okay and we built it from nothing
- 00:01:47now it's over $3
- 00:01:49million today the portfolio went up
- 00:01:541% in the portfolio gained
- 00:01:58$31,000 in value
- 00:02:00off of a little teeny 1% move
- 00:02:05$31,000 of value here today now to put
- 00:02:07that into context okay you don't want to
- 00:02:10F this
- 00:02:11up I was working if we go back 15 years
- 00:02:14ago I was working at Walgreens in the
- 00:02:16photo department and I worked there for
- 00:02:20$8.25 that was a come up for me because
- 00:02:22Einstein Bagels where I worked
- 00:02:23previously cleaning dishes in the back
- 00:02:25and taking orders they were paying me
- 00:02:27$7.50 so Walgreens comes along 825 let's
- 00:02:31go
- 00:02:32baby I would have to work
- 00:02:363,800 Plus hours to make the same amount
- 00:02:40of money that the public account did
- 00:02:43today off of a 1% move we're not
- 00:02:46accounting all my other portfolios just
- 00:02:49off the public account alone I would
- 00:02:50need to work at Walgreens
- 00:02:533,000 800 plus hours isn't that
- 00:02:57incredible to think about and I did that
- 00:02:59just here today in the public account
- 00:03:01right when I worked at Quick Trip which
- 00:03:03I started there as an overnight
- 00:03:04assistant manager and then I work my way
- 00:03:05up the ranks right I was making around
- 00:03:08$50,000 a year after I got promoted now
- 00:03:11keep in mind you got to take out $10,000
- 00:03:13roughly for taxes between federal taxes
- 00:03:15and state taxes right so about $440,000
- 00:03:18a year was my real income right I made
- 00:03:22way more today across my portfolios in a
- 00:03:25day right then I would make an entire
- 00:03:28year working at quick trip and remember
- 00:03:31I started as an overnight assistant
- 00:03:33manager working in bad areas like
- 00:03:36sketchy areas all by myself in the store
- 00:03:38like not the my favorite not the
- 00:03:40favorite opportunity right uh and then
- 00:03:42when I did get promoted I had to wake up
- 00:03:44at 4:00 a.m. every day 4:00 a.m. and if
- 00:03:47you know me I'm a night outl I hate
- 00:03:48waking up early I like to go to bed late
- 00:03:50you know midnight 1:00 a.m. 2 a.m. and I
- 00:03:52like to sleep till 8:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
- 00:03:55getting up at 4:00 a.m. every day not my
- 00:03:57favorite thing to do and so I made more
- 00:04:00today in my portfolios and I would make
- 00:04:01an entire year at Quick Trip right if
- 00:04:04you look at the portfolio gain in the
- 00:04:06public account this is just off the
- 00:04:08stocks we have right now this does not
- 00:04:10account for all the profits I've taken
- 00:04:11in the years in positions this ises not
- 00:04:13account for all the dividends received
- 00:04:15we're talking about $11.84 n million in
- 00:04:18profits right I would have to work
- 00:04:22$22
- 00:04:2524,1 188 hours at Walgreens that would
- 00:04:29mean I would have to work
- 00:04:329,341 straight days and every single day
- 00:04:35I would have to work 24 hours to
- 00:04:38basically account for the same amount
- 00:04:41that I've made just in the public
- 00:04:42account over the last few years right
- 00:04:44that is incredible incredible to think
- 00:04:46about even if you take my my you know
- 00:04:49good job I had at Quick Trip right I
- 00:04:52would have to work
- 00:04:53406 years to make the same amount that I
- 00:04:57am just up on the current position
- 00:05:00in the public account that is pretty
- 00:05:03darn shocking to think about
- 00:05:0546 years and so I look back and I'm very
- 00:05:09happy this dude right here with the
- 00:05:11spiky hair right I'm very very thrilled
- 00:05:15that he decided to invest his first $300
- 00:05:17and I didn't make money in my first
- 00:05:19stock my first stock I didn't know what
- 00:05:20I was doing in the market this like 2008
- 00:05:222009 I bought some bio
- 00:05:24pharmaceutical you know freak stock okay
- 00:05:27and I think I lost like 40 bucks on it
- 00:05:29in the end
- 00:05:30and so yeah like my I didn't just come
- 00:05:32out and I was just like shining I knew
- 00:05:34everything no no no I had to learn so
- 00:05:36much over the years right but I'm so
- 00:05:38thankful that man was like you know what
- 00:05:41I think this investing game is
- 00:05:42compounding game investing in stocks I
- 00:05:44think this is probably an an intelligent
- 00:05:46decision right and then this guy right
- 00:05:48here when I took it up to starting to
- 00:05:51invest ,000 to $2,000 a month when I got
- 00:05:53my first good job at Quick Trip right I
- 00:05:55thank him thank you very much for taking
- 00:05:58that serious cuz I can tell you if this
- 00:05:59guy didn't make that decision and this
- 00:06:01guy didn't make that decision mm none of
- 00:06:04this would be possible none of this
- 00:06:06would be possible we had to make some
- 00:06:08hard decisions and you know some people
- 00:06:09aren't willing to make these decisions
- 00:06:11they say oh I got an extra $1,000 a
- 00:06:13month extra $2,000 a month extra $300 a
- 00:06:15month whatever it is they say a I'll go
- 00:06:17buy something with that right I had a
- 00:06:19longer view I said this is a long-term
- 00:06:22game and if I set my life up correctly
- 00:06:25my 30s my 40s Beyond like I could be set

- 00:09:59arguably more important than these three
- 00:10:01great investment opportunities I'm about
- 00:10:02to go through okay very important you
- 00:10:05understand that all right first stock of
- 00:10:06these three is AMD Advanced Micro
- 00:10:10Devices is set up for decades of growth
- 00:10:13ahead not a year not 2 years not like a
- 00:10:16little short term no no no they're
- 00:10:17setting this company up for decades of
- 00:10:20growth ahead now when it comes to AMD
- 00:10:22Semiconductor Company right Lisa Sue
- 00:10:25leads this company she basically had
- 00:10:28this company increase their stock price
- 00:10:29by about 40 fold uh since shortly after
- 00:10:32she became CEO incredible when Lisa Sue
- 00:10:35first got to this company in its first
- 00:10:36year I can tell you what AMD was not
- 00:10:39respected they were the joke of the
- 00:10:41industry no one took them serious it was
- 00:10:44not a good situation AMD a lot of people
- 00:10:46were talking about this company's going
- 00:10:47to go bankrupt shortly after Lisa Su
- 00:10:49took over the company the stock price
- 00:10:51was trading under
- 00:10:53$ a share they were so far in the goog
- 00:10:56people thought they were going to zero
- 00:10:58it was a no Joker holy smoker situation
- 00:11:01it was Dire and Lisa Sue and the team at
- 00:11:05AMD have now built this into one of the
- 00:11:06most respected companies in the entire
- 00:11:09world not just in the semiconductor
- 00:11:10industry they're one of the most
- 00:11:11respected companies in the entire world
- 00:11:13Point Blank period and she and the team
- 00:11:17accomplished that in 10 years now if
- 00:11:21they could take a company that was
- 00:11:23thought to be probably going to
- 00:11:26bankruptcy in the goog under $2 a share
- 00:11:29right in if you don't know in the goog I
- 00:11:31call it stocks that are under $5 right
- 00:11:34if they could do that from taking this
- 00:11:35company from a bankruptcy candidate to
- 00:11:37one of the most respected companies in
- 00:11:39the entire world in 10
- 00:11:42years what can Lisa Sue and the team
- 00:11:44pull off over the next 10 years if they
- 00:11:48just pulled that Miracle off over the
- 00:11:50last 10 years I ask you that I think
- 00:11:52it's very important right and Lisa Sue I
- 00:11:54don't think she's leaving AMD anytime
- 00:11:56soon she seems very committed to what
- 00:11:58they're doing what they're up to here
- 00:12:00and moving very very fast at this
- 00:12:02company they just did a good interview
- 00:12:04few months ago with Bloomberg she seems
- 00:12:07very committed to the position right now
- 00:12:09when it comes to AMD you want to
- 00:12:12understand the AI market right and you
- 00:12:14you're hearing all this about Nvidia
- 00:12:16selling all these AI chips that's what
- 00:12:18you hear about constantly if you pay
- 00:12:19anything attention to the semiconductor
- 00:12:21industry oh my gosh you know Nvidia is
- 00:12:23are selling so many AI chips they're
- 00:12:25making so much money it's true but
- 00:12:27you're going to understand the chips
- 00:12:29that Nvidia is really selling right now
- 00:12:30these are great for training now there's
- 00:12:32a difference between training and
- 00:12:34inference okay training is a process of
- 00:12:37building an AI model which makes sense
- 00:12:40right all these big tech companies are
- 00:12:41all building these AI models right that
- 00:12:43are very complicated very complex it's
- 00:12:46all like a building process right now
- 00:12:48and nvidia's chips are what is seen as
- 00:12:52the best of the best when it comes to
- 00:12:53training of these models while inference
- 00:12:56is a process of using the model to make
- 00:12:59predictions training is a one-time
- 00:13:01process while inference is an ongoing
- 00:13:04process now the important thing to
- 00:13:06understand about this is Lisa Sue in AMD
- 00:13:08they believe that inference according to
- 00:13:12Lisa Sue she believes inference and by
- 00:13:14the way Lisa Sue doesn't just throw out
- 00:13:15things to throw out things and just say
- 00:13:17this and say that if she says something
- 00:13:19she means it she believes that inference
- 00:13:22is going to be a far bigger Market long
- 00:13:25term than training now why is that key
- 00:13:28because because Lisa Sue also believes
- 00:13:31that AMD is a most well-positioned for
- 00:13:34success in inference and so if you're
- 00:13:36thinking about what is the biggest
- 00:13:39opportunity from let's say 2026 to
- 00:13:432036 right based upon what Lisa Sue
- 00:13:47believes and once again I wouldn't
- 00:13:48really go against her it looks like the
- 00:13:51biggest opportunities inference and AMD
- 00:13:53is the most well positioned for that so
- 00:13:56what do you think is going to happen to
- 00:13:57amd's revenues and profits
- 00:13:59over the next 10 years 15 years 20 years
- 00:14:02and remember this is just one market
- 00:14:04amd's in right they're in a lot of
- 00:14:06different
- 00:14:06markets but this Market matters
- 00:14:09significantly this is the big dog market
- 00:14:12and so when you're thinking about where
- 00:14:14amd's revenues might be 5 years out 10
- 00:14:16years out it could be a it's going to be
- 00:14:18a night and day difference versus where
- 00:14:20the company's revenues were in 2023 2024
- 00:14:24okay like it's going to be like wow they
- 00:14:26were way down there back then it's a
- 00:14:28night in day difference okay so this
- 00:14:30part is very important you understand
- 00:14:32what's going on there now additionally
- 00:14:34back in August AMD announced they're
- 00:14:36going to do this acquisition of ZT
- 00:14:38systems to expand data center AI systems
- 00:14:41capabilities with the acquisition of
- 00:14:42hyperscale solutions provided ZT systems
- 00:14:45now this is really setting AMD up for
- 00:14:472026 and Beyond this is a big buy for
- 00:14:50AMD by the way about a $4.9 billion
- 00:14:52buyer but this is setting up AMD for
- 00:14:542026 and Beyond this puts AMD much more
- 00:14:58into competition with Nvidia over the
- 00:15:01coming years right you have to have
- 00:15:03these Solutions if you're really going
- 00:15:05to seriously compete with Nvidia and the
- 00:15:07other thing you have to have is you have
- 00:15:08to have software capabilities if you
- 00:15:10really want to compete with Nvidia over
- 00:15:12this next 10 years and guess what other
- 00:15:14acquisition they did well this was back
- 00:15:16on August 12th AMD completes acquisition
- 00:15:19of Silo AI to accelerate development and
- 00:15:21deployment of AI models in on AMD
- 00:15:24Hardware AMD today announced the
- 00:15:26completion of its acquisition of Silo AI
- 00:15:29the largest private AI lab in Europe the
- 00:15:32all cash transaction valued at
- 00:15:34approximately $665 million furthers the
- 00:15:36company's commitment to deliver endtoend
- 00:15:38AI Solutions based on Open Standards and
- 00:15:42in strong partnership with global AI
- 00:15:44ecosystem very very key this is all
- 00:15:48setting up AMD for the next 10 15 years
- 00:15:51okay so Lisa Suz putting all the chest
- 00:15:53of pieces together there's no doubt
- 00:15:56Jensen and Nvidia beat AI to the punch
- 00:15:58or beat AMD to the punch here but that
- 00:16:00doesn't mean this is this is this is one
- 00:16:03battle in a long war and just because
- 00:16:06you get up in one battle it does not
- 00:16:07mean you win the war in the end right
- 00:16:10now also remember there's plenty to go
- 00:16:12around for all types of different
- 00:16:14companies here Nvidia can win AMD can
- 00:16:17win arm can win broadcom can win there
- 00:16:20could be a lot of companies to win
- 00:16:21because here's what leis Sue in AMD said
- 00:16:23in late 2023 and I wouldn't be surprised
- 00:16:25if their their expectations are even
- 00:16:26higher now okay AMD boldly declared that
- 00:16:29the total addressable Market The Tam for
- 00:16:32data center AI chips will reach
- 00:16:34$400 billion dollar by
- 00:16:382027 representing compound annual growth
- 00:16:40kagar of More than
- 00:16:4270% so we're talking about this plenty
- 00:16:45to go around here this is not like some
- 00:16:47little finite Market that only one
- 00:16:49company can win and no one else wins
- 00:16:50okay now additionally there might be a
- 00:16:52fear of like the mag 7 these companies
- 00:16:55spend so much with Nvidia chips
- 00:16:58specifically right and so Microsoft meta
- 00:17:01Google Amazon Tesla these sorts of
- 00:17:03companies and obviously way more
- 00:17:05companies than just those they spend a
- 00:17:06fortune an absolute fortune on AI chips
- 00:17:11right but keep this in mind okay
- 00:17:12everybody needs to keep this in mind
- 00:17:14even if these companies slow the growth
- 00:17:16of capex who's going to get hit the most
- 00:17:18by that is it going to be
- 00:17:20AMD no the one that would be most
- 00:17:23negatively affected is NVIDIA cuz Nvidia
- 00:17:25is the one that's already doing
- 00:17:27unbelievably massive numbers right these
- 00:17:30companies are already spending tens of
- 00:17:32billions of dollars a quarter on Nvidia
- 00:17:33chips so if there's a Slowdown in capex
- 00:17:36AMD because they're so small in that
- 00:17:38market relative to Nvidia Nvidia is the
- 00:17:41one that feels it much more like AMD
- 00:17:43could still grow at a rapid clip for the
- 00:17:45next at least 5 10 years in this market
- 00:17:48even with a slowing of capex that's
- 00:17:50important to understand right the law of
- 00:17:52large numb start to catch up with you a
- 00:17:54bit here if you're in video over the
- 00:17:56next few years right no this is AMD
- 00:17:58looking at THX stock.com this is what's
- 00:18:00projected based upon analyst
- 00:18:01expectations for amd's Revenue uh I like
- 00:18:05what I see I like what I see and I
- 00:18:07wouldn't be surprised at all if AMD
- 00:18:09comes in and beats these numbers I would
- 00:18:12not be surprised at all additionally
- 00:18:14this is where we're at right now when it
- 00:18:15comes to earnings per share of AMD this
- 00:18:17is where we're projected to go here a
- 00:18:20long long Donkey Kong one Runway of
- 00:18:24growth when it comes to earnings per
- 00:18:25share the earnings per share you you
- 00:18:28you're going to see you know have seen
- 00:18:30in 2024 when we look back at this 5
- 00:18:32years out 10 years out 15 years out
- 00:18:34we're going to chuckle like jeez and
- 00:18:37were only doing that for earnings per
- 00:18:38share back then it's going to be a night
- 00:18:40and day difference no different if you
- 00:18:41looked at AMD today versus 5 years ago
- 00:18:43or certainly 10 years ago right 10 years
- 00:18:45ago they were talking about AMD might be
- 00:18:47bankrupt AMD might go under right and
- 00:18:49now you look at AMD you're like oh my
- 00:18:51gosh this is one of the strongest
- 00:18:51companies in the world incredible
- 00:18:53incredible now here's my projections for
- 00:18:56AMD over the next few years right based
- 00:18:59upon where I have their revenues going
- 00:19:01their net income earnings per share I
- 00:19:03believe they'll be able to command
- 00:19:04somewhere around a 30 to 40 PE given the
- 00:19:0620% plus Topline growth 30 perish net
- 00:19:09income growth which puts the stock keep
- 00:19:11in mind I don't care where the stock is
- 00:19:12in 2025 2026 because this is more just
- 00:19:15buying time for me like I'm just buying
- 00:19:17the stock right now and as a long-term
- 00:19:18investor I don't care where the stock is
- 00:19:20in 2025 2026 it doesn't make a
- 00:19:21difference because I'm not looking at
- 00:19:22get out of the stock 2027 is when I
- 00:19:25first start caring about where AMD stock
- 00:19:27is 2028 is when I start carrying more
- 00:19:29right because when we start talking
- 00:19:31about 3 years out four years out or
- 00:19:33Beyond that's when I could potentially
- 00:19:35start to take profits in stocks after
- 00:19:37they've gone up immensely right so 2027
- 00:19:39based upon my projections here we can
- 00:19:42call it the stock should be somewhere
- 00:19:43between $275 and about
- 00:19:45$366 and today it's you know low $100
- 00:19:49range right 2028 based upon my
- 00:19:51projections here and these projections
- 00:19:53are done 3000x uh stocks this is one of
- 00:19:55my favorite features on there this will
- 00:19:57put the stock somewhere around 300 50 to
- 00:19:59about
- 00:20:00$475 in 2028 which going be a compan on
- 00:20:03your growth rate on the low end of 30%
- 00:20:05on the high end of
- 00:20:0640% I like that I like that a whole lot
- 00:20:10and as amds remember when AMD starts to
- 00:20:12build out these profits bigger and
- 00:20:13bigger the earnings per share guess what
- 00:20:15they're probably going to do they're
- 00:20:16probably going to do either more big
- 00:20:18Acquisitions to help the company get to
- 00:20:20even a better position to position for
- 00:20:22the next major cycles and even you know
- 00:20:24markets we aren't even talking about
- 00:20:25today right but Additionally you could
- 00:20:28see this company doing massive share
- 00:20:30BuyBacks right and you can see it do it
- 00:20:32both and so AMD sets up very very well I
- 00:20:36must say right and one last thing I want
- 00:20:38to touch on here I don't know if you
- 00:20:40guys follow me on my reaction channel
- 00:20:41it's called Jeremy Le makes money but I
- 00:20:43was bringing up a point here recently on
- 00:20:45that reaction channel right where I
- 00:20:46react to videos articles analyst
- 00:20:48upgrades downgrades things like that and
- 00:20:51I said AMD people got it really messed
- 00:20:54up in regards to Nvidia and AMD they
- 00:20:57think that AMD has to beat Nvidia like
- 00:21:00there's some sort of false assumption
- 00:21:02out there that like Nvidia has to go to
- 00:21:04zero in order for AMD to win no that
- 00:21:07doesn't have to happen at
- 00:21:09all am there's plenty to go around here
- 00:21:11Nvidia could be its $5 trillion market
- 00:21:14cap and AMD could be a trillion dollar
- 00:21:16market cap or two2 trillion doll market
- 00:21:18cap there's plenty to go around there's
- 00:21:20plenty for these companies to win and if
- 00:21:22you look throughout history AMD and
- 00:21:24Nvidia especially over the last 10 years
- 00:21:27when one of them wins that ends up
- 00:21:28winning sometimes one has to play
- 00:21:30catchup to others sometimes in video
- 00:21:32stock is outperforming AMD sometimes is
- 00:21:33vice versa but then he like there's a
- 00:21:36lot to go around here there's a massive
- 00:21:38amount and remember we're going to be
- 00:21:40talking about new chip markets 3 years
- 00:21:43from now 5 years from now 7 years from
- 00:21:45now 10 years from now that we're not
- 00:21:46even discussing today it's not like
- 00:21:49these AI data center related chips for
- 00:21:51training and inference that's it no of
- 00:21:54course there's going to be new chip
- 00:21:56cycles for new products new capabilities
- 00:21:58over this next number of years that
- 00:22:00we're not even discussing today that are
- 00:22:02going to give AMD new massive
- 00:22:04opportunities Nvidia new massive
- 00:22:06opportunities right there's going to be
- 00:22:08new huge major tech companies built so
- 00:22:12keep this in mind folks is a long Runway
- 00:22:14of growth for the next decades honestly
- 00:22:17decades these chips are going to need to
- 00:22:18be needed and you know you got to
- 00:22:21understand there a very special
- 00:22:22Workforce at a company like AMD already
- 00:22:24right stock number two these three
- 00:22:26stocks that's incredible investment
- 00:22:27opportunity
- 00:22:29is Sofi Technologies want to talk about
- 00:22:32a company with Decades of growth ahead
- 00:22:34Sofi Technologies is that company now
- 00:22:37when it comes to Sofi they're led by
- 00:22:39this man Anthony notto he's LED this
- 00:22:41company for well over 5 years now at
- 00:22:43this point in time Anthony notto he used
- 00:22:46to be a managing director at Goldman
- 00:22:48Sachs important position at Goldman
- 00:22:49Sachs he was a CFO of the National
- 00:22:52Football League he was a CEO of Twitter
- 00:22:54and he used to be the head of Twitter
- 00:22:56Ventures okay so a man has a massive
- 00:22:59amount of extremely valuable experience
- 00:23:02prior to joining Sofi as a CEO
- 00:23:05incredible resume that this man has now
- 00:23:08when it comes to Sofi you got to
- 00:23:09understand there's two main I would say
- 00:23:11businesses that you have to consider for
- 00:23:13Sofi first is there is their there's
- 00:23:16their banking side of the business which
- 00:23:18sometimes they'll take their banking
- 00:23:19risk sometimes they'll kind of be like
- 00:23:22an affiliate kind of a middleman between
- 00:23:24you know them and somebody that actually
- 00:23:26takes the loan risk there but when it
- 00:23:28comes to Sofi we're talking personal
- 00:23:30loans we're talking banking get up to
- 00:23:31$300 with direct deposit which is genius
- 00:23:34by the way because you can attract so
- 00:23:35many young people with doing that and
- 00:23:37then they end up banking with Sofi for
- 00:23:39decades to go how do I know that the guy
- 00:23:41you're looking at right in front of you
- 00:23:42when I set up my first bank account it
- 00:23:44was like 2008 and Chase JP Morgan Chase
- 00:23:48they had a they had some sort of thing
- 00:23:50where essentially you got $250 free if
- 00:23:52you set up direct deposit with them
- 00:23:54guess what I did set up direct deposit
- 00:23:56with them and I still love Chase to this
- 00:23:57day right it's genius absolutely genius
- 00:24:00that they do this credit scores and
- 00:24:02insights mortgage loans invest through
- 00:24:04Sofi student loan refinancing private
- 00:24:06student loans credit cards right they're
- 00:24:08a One-Stop shop for everything banking
- 00:24:10related digital Focus not Branch Focus
- 00:24:13like traditional Wells Fargo JP Morgan
- 00:24:15Bank of America those guys okay now
- 00:24:18additionally they have their Tech side
- 00:24:19of the business which is Galileo right
- 00:24:21and Galileo works with a ton of
- 00:24:23innovative companies Dave they work with
- 00:24:25toast they work with H&R Block they they
- 00:24:27obviously so five right and when it
- 00:24:29comes to Galileo side of their business
- 00:24:31this is really for entrepreneurs that
- 00:24:33are trying to build Finance related
- 00:24:36products right or it can be for even
- 00:24:39like bigger financial institutions to
- 00:24:41use Galileo to help kind of with the
- 00:24:43digital transformation of their business
- 00:24:45as well right now banking they help with
- 00:24:48that B2B payments cryptocurrency
- 00:24:51embedded Finance investing all backend
- 00:24:53stuff for finance related apps Banks
- 00:24:56things like that okay now when it comes
- 00:24:59to Sofi looking ATX stocks.com here how
- 00:25:01beautiful is this chart on a tril
- 00:25:0412month basis of Revenue over time right
- 00:25:06it's gorgeous this is what's projected
- 00:25:08to happen this is what has happened for
- 00:25:10Sofi it's absolutely beautiful company
- 00:25:12just has growth on growth on growth and
- 00:25:14I don't really see that stopping for
- 00:25:15decades to go in the future right now
- 00:25:18Additionally the flip has happened
- 00:25:19already with Sofi what is the flip the
- 00:25:22flip is when you go from losing a ton of
- 00:25:24money year in and year out quarter in
- 00:25:25and quarter out to start becoming a
- 00:25:27money maker on the the bottom line right
- 00:25:29and so you're not just bringing in
- 00:25:30revenue for Revenue sake but you're
- 00:25:31actually starting to make money on the
- 00:25:32bottom line it's happened it's over the
- 00:25:35flip has happened so now the question
- 00:25:38for Sofi there used to be a talk around
- 00:25:40Sofi about when will Sofi get profitable
- 00:25:44that's no longer a
- 00:25:45discussion now what we're discussing in
- 00:25:47regards to Sofi is how profitable is
- 00:25:51Sofi going to get and how quickly and I
- 00:25:53can tell you that's a very very
- 00:25:56different discussion than and when are
- 00:25:59they going to make money because a lot
- 00:26:00of people don't want to own a bank if
- 00:26:02you want to call Sofi a bank which they
- 00:26:04a lot more in a bank but they don't want
- 00:26:05to own a bank that doesn't make money
- 00:26:08that's no longer an issue so Sofi now
- 00:26:11sets up tremendous for the long term
- 00:26:13here now this brings me to Netflix
- 00:26:16because Sofi reminds me a lot of Netflix
- 00:26:19right when you think about Netflix which
- 00:26:21now is a $366 billion company what did
- 00:26:26Netflix do that was so incredible right
- 00:26:28well Netflix really focused on being
- 00:26:30digital first by being digital first
- 00:26:33right they will they were able to you
- 00:26:36know remember Netflix way back in the
- 00:26:38day was a mail-in service right which
- 00:26:40undercut even like Blockbuster Hollywood
- 00:26:42Video Red Box things like that right and
- 00:26:45then they focus to digital from there
- 00:26:46and if you think about Sofi what are
- 00:26:48they they digital first they're all
- 00:26:50about the app the website digital first
- 00:26:53they go find a Sofi Branch somewhere
- 00:26:55good luck okay doesn't exist that's not
- 00:26:58not what they do whereas well as Fargo
- 00:27:00Bank of America JP Morgan all these guys
- 00:27:02they got these massive amount of
- 00:27:04locations right these incredible you
- 00:27:06know massive workforces behind those
- 00:27:08companies and that reminds you a lot of
- 00:27:10what blockbuster video had Hollywood
- 00:27:12Video had red box right red box had all
- 00:27:14those boxes that seemed like they're in
- 00:27:16front of every dang Walgreens and CVS
- 00:27:18and Walmart out there right Blockbuster
- 00:27:20Hollywood video stores all over the
- 00:27:23place and obviously we know those don't
- 00:27:24exist today right and then what Netflix
- 00:27:27did is they went to to more original
- 00:27:29content over time well with Sofi they
- 00:27:31like to play a lot of the middleman
- 00:27:32right where they don't take the loan
- 00:27:34risk in the end on many various
- 00:27:36products I think longer term and we're
- 00:27:38really talking 2030 and Beyond I
- 00:27:41wouldn't be surprised if Sofi wants to
- 00:27:42take loan risk as well and the reason
- 00:27:44being is you make more money doing it
- 00:27:45that way right so Sofi for this next
- 00:27:48maybe five years is going to be much
- 00:27:50more focused on trying to be less capex
- 00:27:54more margin heavy but I wouldn't be
- 00:27:56surprised if longer term give the
- 00:27:58company even a bigger Moe if they start
- 00:28:00end up taking more loan risk I'm talking
- 00:28:025 10 years from now right and then we
- 00:28:05start talking about a Sofi that builds
- 00:28:07into a multi hundred billion doll market
- 00:28:09cap not a company that's in the 10 to20
- 00:28:11billion market cap like it is today okay
- 00:28:14we start talking about Sofi becoming a
- 00:28:16banking
- 00:28:18giant a finance giant not a little guy
- 00:28:22now additionally when it comes to Sofi I
- 00:28:24I think this is one of those stocks like
- 00:28:26you know I'm already up 132% on this
- 00:28:28stock I own 3,700 shares in the public
- 00:28:31count I own some shares and other
- 00:28:32portfolios but I I think this is a stock
- 00:28:34I'm going to look back on and be like
- 00:28:35why didn't iest invest more and that
- 00:28:38happens sometimes um and I think Sofi is
- 00:28:40going to end up being one of those
- 00:28:41stocks in the end that I look back and
- 00:28:43I'm like wow didn't I invest more in
- 00:28:45that company and you know what stock it
- 00:28:47reminds me a lot of it reminds me a lot
- 00:28:49of paler so much and paler is an
- 00:28:51incredible stock that I'm up 855 per on
- 00:28:55but SOI reminds me a lot of paler not
- 00:28:58you know obviously completely different
- 00:28:59business models and sectors and
- 00:29:01industries right but in terms of
- 00:29:02shareholder base like a very core loyal
- 00:29:06shareholder base at Sofi same exact
- 00:29:08thing with paler where people are very
- 00:29:09tied in with everything the company's up
- 00:29:11to what they're doing there and just
- 00:29:13being very future looking rather than
- 00:29:15looking in the rearview mirror they're
- 00:29:17really focused on the future so there's
- 00:29:19a lot of like similarities I see in Sofi
- 00:29:22that reminds me a lot of when I was
- 00:29:24investing in paler okay already guys and
- 00:29:26obviously I'm still investing in paler
- 00:29:28it's just I'm not actively buying the
- 00:29:29stock anymore I'm just a holder at
- 00:29:31palente here now all right guys stock
- 00:29:32number three of three that has Decades
- 00:29:35of growth ahead and is an incredible
- 00:29:37investment opportunity is cheese cake
- 00:29:41factory yes this one has Decades of
- 00:29:44growth ahead now when it comes to
- 00:29:46Cheesecake Factory there's two
- 00:29:48individuals you got to understand that
- 00:29:49are very important into the story one is
- 00:29:52this gentleman I'm showing you right now
- 00:29:54David Overton he's led the company since
- 00:29:56199 1992 and he was you know the founder
- 00:30:00of the basically the company before okay
- 00:30:03and he's done phenomenal job I mean he
- 00:30:05built one of the most famous restaurant
- 00:30:07chains in the history of mankind in the
- 00:30:09Cheesecake Factory like it's incredible
- 00:30:11like what a success what a success right
- 00:30:14but there's another key individual in
- 00:30:15the story that I think is going to end
- 00:30:17up being so impactful even though he
- 00:30:20doesn't technically work for the company
- 00:30:22but it's this man right here Sam Fox is
- 00:30:25a founder and CEO of Fox restaurant
- 00:30:27Concepts is a third generation
- 00:30:28restaurant tour and he has opened many
- 00:30:31restaurants across the United States Fox
- 00:30:33grew up in Tucson Arizona where he
- 00:30:35helped his parents restaurants he
- 00:30:37dropped out of college before his junior
- 00:30:39year he opened up his first restaurant
- 00:30:41at the age of 21 a 10 time James Beard
- 00:30:45award semifinalist for restaurant tour
- 00:30:47of the Year named one of the 50 most
- 00:30:50influential people in the restaurant
- 00:30:52industry by nation's restaurant news for
- 00:30:545 years in a row and he's also a New
- 00:30:57York Times best selling cookbook author
- 00:31:00incredible man and the reason I show you
- 00:31:02that there is he founded a company named
- 00:31:03Fox restaurant uh Fox restaurant
- 00:31:06Concepts okay and basically news came
- 00:31:09out summer of 2019 July 31st 2019 that
- 00:31:13Cheesecake Factory was going to acquire
- 00:31:15Fox restaurant Concepts Fox restaurant
- 00:31:18Concepts owned North Italia they owned
- 00:31:21you know uh flower child and a lot of
- 00:31:23other Concepts okay now all these
- 00:31:26Concepts were extremely highly rated
- 00:31:28very busy locations very you know good
- 00:31:31margins with them and were loved by
- 00:31:33their consumers and that deal ended up
- 00:31:35actually going through and was approved
- 00:31:37and it went through on October 2nd
- 00:31:392019 and then what happened shortly
- 00:31:42after that a few months later the
- 00:31:44worldwide economy closes down boom Rona
- 00:31:49hits and who even cares about a
- 00:31:52restaurant company or a restaurant stock
- 00:31:55when the worldwide economy has closed
- 00:31:57down and restaurants are closed down
- 00:31:59right and so Cheesecake Factory goes
- 00:32:01through this kind of time period where
- 00:32:03no one pays attention to it no one cares
- 00:32:06about it and the reason being is people
- 00:32:08looked at and they're like like the
- 00:32:09world's closed like do we want to own a
- 00:32:11restaurant no we don't want to own a any
- 00:32:14restaurant stock and then what happened
- 00:32:16we got hit with the highest inflation
- 00:32:17the restaurant sector has seen in
- 00:32:19decades and decades and decades so you
- 00:32:21have 2022 come along no one wants to
- 00:32:22touch anything restaurant stock related
- 00:32:24right meanwhile Cheesecake Factory is
- 00:32:27opening more of these North Italia
- 00:32:29locations more of these flowerchild
- 00:32:31locations and seeing incredible comps
- 00:32:33from them and the more this time ticks
- 00:32:35on the more it starts to become obvious
- 00:32:37the north Italian flowerchild Concepts
- 00:32:40two restaurant Concepts one in the
- 00:32:42Italian space and one more in the
- 00:32:44healthy food space kind of like a
- 00:32:45Chipotle Cava type competitor almost
- 00:32:48right it's becomes very obvious by now
- 00:32:51these two concepts are going to go
- 00:32:53across the entire United States of
- 00:32:55America and maybe even International
- 00:32:56long term but they're going to go to
- 00:32:58Every major city with likely multiple
- 00:33:00locations in every major city across the
- 00:33:03United States of America over the next
- 00:33:05few years and that has now become
- 00:33:07obvious right and so now these two
- 00:33:10concepts they're they're the only
- 00:33:12company you're going to be able to find
- 00:33:13out there that has two concepts that are
- 00:33:16so successful that they're going to be
- 00:33:17able to build hundreds of these
- 00:33:18locations over the next number of years
- 00:33:21across North America it's incredible
- 00:33:23meanwhile they have their obviously
- 00:33:24insanely famous ATM machine which is a
- 00:33:26Cheesecake Factory and then the best
- 00:33:29part is we're not even done even when
- 00:33:31North Italian flower child even if let's
- 00:33:34say 10 years in the future and they
- 00:33:35build a North Italian a flower child
- 00:33:37everywhere you think they could build
- 00:33:38one it's like there's no more
- 00:33:39opportunity they have so many Concepts
- 00:33:41coming behind that like Blanco which is
- 00:33:43a Mexican concept like Culinary Dropout
- 00:33:46that are in testing phase right now when
- 00:33:47I say testing phase I don't mean like
- 00:33:49they're trying to see if they can make
- 00:33:50money off this no they're testing it in
- 00:33:53more and more markets across the United
- 00:33:54States to see if they should take this
- 00:33:56completely National
- 00:33:58now when it comes to Cheesecake Factory
- 00:34:00they're going to become a big dog
- 00:34:01there's no doubt in my mind right and
- 00:34:03when we talk about big dogs in the
- 00:34:05restaurant space we're talking about
- 00:34:06companies that you know are tens of
- 00:34:08billions of dollars of market cap
- 00:34:10Cheesecake Factory today is a little
- 00:34:12over a $2 billion market cap cake will
- 00:34:14become a big dog flower child in North
- 00:34:16Italia alone will get them to become a
- 00:34:18big dog then you add Cheesecake Factory
- 00:34:20concept on that and then likely Concepts
- 00:34:22coming behind those it's an incredible
- 00:34:24and remember the more money this company
- 00:34:26starts making what are they going to be
- 00:34:27able to do massive share BuyBacks if
- 00:34:30they want increase the dividend if they
- 00:34:31want build more locations if they want
- 00:34:33start new Concepts they've got it man
- 00:34:36they've the next 10 20 years they they
- 00:34:38got it they are the in my opinion
- 00:34:41they're the most exciting Restaurant
- 00:34:43related concept by a mile for the next
- 00:34:4610 20 years and it's not even close and
- 00:34:49I looked at every one of these stocks I
- 00:34:51look at Chipotle I look at Cav I look at
- 00:34:52Texas Roadhouse I look at them all and
- 00:34:55there's nothing I found that's remotely
- 00:34:57even close to as exciting as of an
- 00:35:00opportunity as Cheesecake Factory is
- 00:35:02over this next number of years and so
- 00:35:03what I'm doing right now is I'm buying
- 00:35:05every share in sight and I'm even
- 00:35:07averaging up on shares which is you know
- 00:35:09pretty rare for me to say you know what
- 00:35:11I'm already up on the stock I'm already
- 00:35:12making good money I'm going to buy more
- 00:35:13shares because that's how much I believe
- 00:35:16in this this one over this next 10 plus
- 00:35:18years decades of growth ahead for
- 00:35:20Cheesecake Factory okay listen take
- 00:35:23action take action take investing
- 00:35:25serious remember that first 10 minutes
- 00:35:28of this video because I can tell you all
- 00:35:30this is impossible without taking action
