- 00:06:25area so we just recently signed a
- 00:06:27contract with them to uh you know uh do
- 00:06:29the property inspections for those all
- 00:06:3235 properties so when we when we
- 00:06:35accumulate all of those so we we are
- 00:06:37talking about uh you know at least $120
- 00:06:40to $150 or sometimes even if it goes to
- 00:06:43$250 per inspection per property you
- 00:06:46know 30 35 properties contract so you
- 00:06:49are talking about on average because not
- 00:06:51all the properties would require the
- 00:06:52inspections every month so on average we
- 00:06:54are talking about at least you know $3
- 00:06:57to $5,000 per month contract and the
- 00:06:59same way we are in negotiations and
- 00:07:01under the discussion with another um you
- 00:07:03know the property management company who
- 00:07:05have probably more than 1,500 properties
- 00:07:07Nationwide and you know we get a prop we
- 00:07:10get a contract sign so that itself would
- 00:07:12be more than $10,000 per month contract
- 00:07:14and the same ways we go with the
- 00:07:16corporate you know the uh the hotels we
- 00:07:18can get the contracts from hospitals
- 00:07:20from hotels from flower shops from uh
- 00:07:23you know automobiles from a lot of you
- 00:07:25know other businesses so you know the
- 00:07:27sky is a liit because everybody needs
- 00:07:28and additional assistant or additional
- 00:07:31hands uh in in majority of their
- 00:07:34businesses and you know the support
- 00:07:36services so basically irand is all the
- 00:07:38support service of a business and
- 00:07:40whichever the area you would be assigned
- 00:07:43to or you would opt in
- 00:07:47for local bus individual residentials
