- 00:01:06which would maybe be more entertaining,
- 00:01:08but I think this is going to be very
- 00:01:09educational here. So, I'm going to show
- 00:01:11you the basics of what affiliate
- 00:01:13marketing is and the concepts of this,
- 00:01:14of how you're actually generating
- 00:01:16income. Then, we'll talk about how to
- 00:01:18apply to be a Tik Tok shop creator.
- 00:01:20We'll look at some of the requirements
- 00:01:21and then how you can meet those
- 00:01:23requirements so that you can get started
- 00:01:25as fast as possible making money on the
- 00:01:27platform. I'll show you how to get to
- 00:01:29your first 5,000 followers on the
- 00:01:30platform. Some strategies to do that and
- 00:01:32then finding products to promote. A lot
- 00:01:34of people ask what should I actually
- 00:01:36promote and then also people ask what
- 00:01:38type of niche should I choose? Uh what
- 00:01:40category of products should I promote or
- 00:01:42what should I even make my Tik Tok
- 00:01:44account about? We'll talk about that. Uh
- 00:01:46and then I'll show you how to make viral
- 00:01:48videos. a basic formula that you can use
- 00:01:51to create content in large scale. Um,
- 00:01:54and then finally, we'll talk about
- 00:01:55optimizing the business. How to scale
- 00:01:57this to $1,000 a month and then 10,000
- 00:01:59or possibly even $100,000 per month. So,
- 00:02:02let's start off with the first part of
- 00:02:04this video, which is going to be setting
- 00:02:06expectations. Now, I know that the title
- 00:02:09sounds very interesting and the
- 00:02:11thumbnail is probably good, but the
- 00:02:12truth is is that it's going to take a
- 00:02:14little bit of time to get this up and
- 00:02:16running, and you're probably not going
- 00:02:17to make $100,000 in your first month.
- 00:02:20Uh, in fact, a lot of people aren't
- 00:02:22going to make any money in their first
- 00:02:23one to two months because they just need
- 00:02:25to have enough followers and momentum to
- 00:02:28get into the Tik Tok shop program. And
- 00:02:30this is where about 90% of people drop
- 00:02:32off because they just want to have a
- 00:02:34paycheck tomorrow. Um, so stick with
- 00:02:36this and it'll make a lot more sense as
- 00:02:38we go through it and once it starts to
- 00:02:40compound. So in terms of setting
- 00:02:42expectations, I would say give it at
- 00:02:44least 30 to 60 days before you even
- 00:02:46expect to make any money with this. Um,
- 00:02:49so if you have to pay your rent tomorrow
- 00:02:51or something, I I wouldn't recommend
- 00:02:53using this as a strategy cuz this really
- 00:02:55is a compounding long-term effect that
- 00:02:57can sometimes, you know, be a year, two
- 00:03:00years, 3 years before you are really
- 00:03:01pumping some serious cash. Okay. Okay.
- 00:03:03And then in terms of how much this is
- 00:03:05going to cost you to get started, the
- 00:03:07essential answer is is is $0. You really
- 00:03:10shouldn't be paying someone to learn how
- 00:03:11to do this. Uh you can do this for free
- 00:03:14by just watching a video like this. And
- 00:03:15there's not even really much like
- 00:03:16software that you need to pay for. Um
- 00:03:18you can just set up a basic business or
- 00:03:20you can even use this under your own
- 00:03:22personal name. So there's really no cost
- 00:03:24associated with getting started with
- 00:03:26this. If you're spending more than like
- 00:03:27$100 to get started, uh you're probably
- 00:03:30wasting money because you can do this
- 00:03:31for free. Okay. All right. So before I
- 00:03:33show you how to apply to the Tik Tok
- 00:03:34shop affiliate program, uh let's first
- 00:03:37cover the basics of what affiliate
- 00:03:39marketing is and how you are using this
- 00:03:41strategy to make money. So essentially
- 00:03:43what you're doing is you are promoting
- 00:03:46products for other businesses. And every
- 00:03:48time someone buys a product after
- 00:03:50watching your video, you will get paid
- 00:03:53by that company a very small commission.
- 00:03:56Sometimes between five and 25%
- 00:03:58commission for every time someone buys
- 00:04:00something after watching your video and
- 00:04:02they click on the link in your video. So
- 00:04:05for example, let's say that um you have
- 00:04:08a,000 people watch your video, which I
- 00:04:10know doesn't sound like very much on
- 00:04:11TikTok, but let's say a,000 people watch
- 00:04:13your video and one person purchases a
- 00:04:15product that you're promoting. Let's say
- 00:04:16it's this coffee company, which I don't
- 00:04:18think they're on Tik Tok shop, but it's
- 00:04:20really good coffee. And let's say that
- 00:04:21they purchase this coffee. Um, and the
- 00:04:23coffee costs $30 and they pay a 10%
- 00:04:27commission. So, they'll give you $3 for
- 00:04:30every coffee that you are selling
- 00:04:32through your videos. Um, and so the
- 00:04:34beauty of this is that this is really
- 00:04:36one of the most scalable businesses in
- 00:04:38the world cuz you're not the one
- 00:04:40creating the product. You're not the one
- 00:04:42shipping out the product and sending it
- 00:04:44through the mail and dealing with
- 00:04:46warehouses and all these other things
- 00:04:47and customer service. You're just your
- 00:04:49only role in this is being the marketer.
- 00:04:52You are the promoter of the product. And
- 00:04:54so, uh, the great thing about this is
- 00:04:56that you really don't have costs
- 00:04:57associated with it other than just
- 00:04:59making the content. Um, this is why it's
- 00:05:02a super high margin business and it's a
- 00:05:04very lowrisk business to get started
- 00:05:06with and it's why I think it's the best
- 00:05:08one to do in 2025. Now, I know that $3
- 00:05:11doesn't sound like a lot of money, but
- 00:05:13it's really just all about scale. If you
- 00:05:15have a million views and you get a,000
- 00:05:17people to purchase a product and you're
- 00:05:19getting $3 per item, that's $3,000 from
- 00:05:23one video that you've created that
- 00:05:24probably took you just a few minutes to
- 00:05:26make. And so, it's really just a numbers
- 00:05:28game of getting out the content, getting
- 00:05:30the views, and promoting products. Okay,
- 00:05:32so let's talk about how to apply to be a
- 00:05:35Tik Tok creator in the Tik Tok shop
- 00:05:38program. Uh, so let me open up my phone
- 00:05:40here and I'll take you onto the Tik Tok
- 00:05:41platform. I assume that you already have
- 00:05:43Tik Tok on your phone. If you don't,
- 00:05:46that's going to be step number one is
- 00:05:47download Tik Tok, create an account so
- 00:05:49that you can start promoting products.
- 00:05:52Now, let's go over to Tik Tok and I'll
- 00:05:54show you around here. Okay, so if we go
- 00:05:56over to the shop section on our Tik Tok
- 00:05:59account, you'll see this little option
- 00:06:01here in the middle that says earn. Now,
- 00:06:04uh if you click on this, uh it will take
- 00:06:06you to the application to join Tik Tok
- 00:06:09shop. Now, on this account that I'm
- 00:06:11using right now, I already have the uh
- 00:06:13minimum requirement. So, I already have
- 00:06:155,000 followers. I'm over 18 years old.
- 00:06:18Um and I do meet their community
- 00:06:20guidelines. So, I can accept the invite
- 00:06:22from Tik Tok to join the Tik Tok shop
- 00:06:26program as an affiliate. Um so, I'm
- 00:06:28going to go ahead and do that now. and
- 00:06:30then I'll take you into the dashboard
- 00:06:31and show you around some of the
- 00:06:32important things that you want to look
- 00:06:34at. Now, if you don't have this
- 00:06:35available to you right now because maybe
- 00:06:37you have zero followers or you have less
- 00:06:38than 5,000 followers, this is where
- 00:06:40you're really going to have to focus on
- 00:06:42getting to that 5,000 follower mark.
- 00:06:44Now, they do have another option which
- 00:06:46is called the pilot program where you
- 00:06:48can have as low as a thousand followers
- 00:06:49and you can still join the Tik Tok shop
- 00:06:52affiliate uh uh creator, but it's going
- 00:06:54to be more difficult to get into and
- 00:06:56they're going to have limitations on how
- 00:06:57many videos you can post, how many
- 00:06:59promoted videos, how many times you can
- 00:07:01go live. So, they're going to have more
- 00:07:02kind of uh rules for you if you can get
- 00:07:05into it. Um it's a little bit more
- 00:07:07difficult to get into. The surefire way
- 00:07:09though is just getting to 5,000
- 00:07:10followers. Okay, so I'm going to show
- 00:07:12you later in this video how to get to
- 00:07:13your first 5,000 followers, but right
- 00:07:15now I'm going to walk you through the
- 00:07:17Tik Tok shop creator center and how we
- 00:07:19can actually find products to promote
- 00:07:22and look at those margins that we can
- 00:07:23get on them. So, I'm inside of the
- 00:07:25dashboard here and I can go over to the
- 00:07:26bottom and I click on products. Um, and
- 00:07:29I can find a variety of different
- 00:07:30products. I can sort them by top selling
- 00:07:33ones. I can look at trending products.
- 00:07:35And so, let's just break this down right
- 00:07:37here. There's really three main criteria
- 00:07:39that I'm looking for when I am finding a
- 00:07:42product that I can promote as a creator
- 00:07:43on the platform. So the main one is that
- 00:07:46you want to find products that have
- 00:07:47really good momentum. So ones that are
- 00:07:49picking up, ones that are about to go
- 00:07:52viral or starting to go viral that you
- 00:07:54can ride the wave on. So if we just
- 00:07:56click on like trending products for
- 00:07:57example, Tik Tok actually gives us a lot
- 00:07:59of information, a lot of data on all of
- 00:08:02these different products. And so what
- 00:08:03they'll do is they'll actually have a
- 00:08:04trending page as well which will show us
- 00:08:06on a trend score index of how it's doing
- 00:08:10right now. So uh right now this product
- 00:08:12that we just picked up here has a trend
- 00:08:14score of 99.9 and they've sold 51,000
- 00:08:18products. Now this might be a little bit
- 00:08:20too crazy and too viral for us. If
- 00:08:22you're just getting started, you might
- 00:08:23want to find something a little bit more
- 00:08:25niche, but you get a lot of data from
- 00:08:27Tik Tok showing you everything about
- 00:08:28this. So, uh, the three criteria that
- 00:08:31we're looking for is we want products
- 00:08:32that have some level of momentum. You
- 00:08:34don't want to promote a product that was
- 00:08:36really popular like last year or one
- 00:08:37that I think of right now is like that
- 00:08:39like mastic chewing gum. If you've been
- 00:08:41on TikTok, you've probably seen that.
- 00:08:43Uh, that was really really popular a few
- 00:08:45months ago and it's probably going to
- 00:08:47slowly kind of fade off over time
- 00:08:49because people have already seen it.
- 00:08:50People have already bought it. Um, and
- 00:08:52so it might be harder to convert people
- 00:08:53on it if you're promoting that now. So,
- 00:08:55momentum is one of the big ones. Uh the
- 00:08:58other thing is you want to find products
- 00:08:59that have really good inventory. So uh
- 00:09:01the worst thing that could happen is
- 00:09:03that you start promoting a product and
- 00:09:04then they sell out because they only had
- 00:09:06100 units in stock and your video goes
- 00:09:09viral and nobody can buy the product cuz
- 00:09:11they're out of stock. That really really
- 00:09:13is unfortunate for the creator and it
- 00:09:15does happen. So you want to find
- 00:09:17products that have uh really solid
- 00:09:19inventory and they've sold a lot of the
- 00:09:21products and they are reputable as a
- 00:09:23brand. And then the third factor here is
- 00:09:24you want a product that has a high
- 00:09:27commission. So you can look at this in
- 00:09:28two different ways. You can look at this
- 00:09:29in overall commission or you can look at
- 00:09:31it in terms of um percent of revenue of
- 00:09:35a sale. So like let's look at this one
- 00:09:37right here, this men's prostate health
- 00:09:40supplement. So it's selling for
- 00:09:42$39.95. And if you scroll down, we can
- 00:09:44look at uh how much you're going to get
- 00:09:46paid for this as a creator. You're going
- 00:09:48to get
- 00:09:49$759 per sale. So, that's about 15%
- 00:09:53um revenue or 15% of the total uh
- 00:09:57revenue you are getting as a creator.
- 00:09:59That's actually pretty good. So, if you
- 00:10:01sell a 100 of these, you're going to get
- 00:10:04$759 on average for promoting this
- 00:10:07product that only costs $39. That's
- 00:10:09pretty good. Now, my rule of thumb is
- 00:10:12that generally I wouldn't try to promote
- 00:10:14anything that you're getting a
- 00:10:16commission of less than $2 or $3. So,
- 00:10:19like um this one right here, these
- 00:10:21dishwashing rags, you're only getting a
- 00:10:23dollar. Now, sure, the product is $4.99.
- 00:10:25It's not very expensive, but even if you
- 00:10:27have a viral video and you sell a,000 of
- 00:10:30these dishwasher rags, you're only
- 00:10:32getting $1,000 from a,000 sales. That's
- 00:10:36really not worth many people's time. And
- 00:10:39so, I would recommend finding those
- 00:10:40products so you're getting at least 23
- 00:10:43$4 per item that is being sold. And
- 00:10:46sometimes you'll find products that are
- 00:10:48usually more expensive, but sometimes
- 00:10:49you'll find products that will pay
- 00:10:50commissions of 20 or $30 for every item
- 00:10:54that gets sold. So, that's really cool.
- 00:10:56Um, and I would definitely recommend
- 00:10:58going through all these different
- 00:10:59product rankings, see what's hot right
- 00:11:01now. Um, and you can even just search up
- 00:11:02products that you've already used in the
- 00:11:04past and then just get those and start
- 00:11:06promoting those because you're already
- 00:11:08familiar with them. Now, you'll also
- 00:11:09notice that a lot of brands in the Tik
- 00:11:12Tok shop dashboard will actually have an
- 00:11:15option to get a refundable sample. So,
- 00:11:18if we click on this right here, we have
- 00:11:19this option for a refundable sample. And
- 00:11:22usually what a lot of these brands will
- 00:11:23do is that uh you can purchase the
- 00:11:26product on Tik Tok shop and then if you
- 00:11:28promote it and you get at least one sale
- 00:11:31from one of your videos, you will get a
- 00:11:33refund for the purchase that you made.
- 00:11:35So, this is also another way like even
- 00:11:37if you're not making a lot of money as a
- 00:11:39Tik Tok shop creator, it's a great way
- 00:11:40to at the very least just get lots of
- 00:11:42free products. So, you'll get refunds
- 00:11:44for all those different products if you
- 00:11:46promote them and you get at least one
- 00:11:48sale. And I mean, I've seen people get
- 00:11:50like hundreds of different free things
- 00:11:52by just uh doing this over and over
- 00:11:54again. They're doing like three
- 00:11:55different things per day. Um, and it's
- 00:11:57pretty awesome. Okay, now let me just
- 00:11:58take you around to some other parts of
- 00:11:59the dashboard here. If we go over to the
- 00:12:01growth section, we will have all these
- 00:12:03different things that we can do with Tik
- 00:12:05Tok to help optimize our account. So, if
- 00:12:07we post two shoppable videos, we'll get
- 00:12:09this $5 reward right here. And then if
- 00:12:11we go live at least once, we'll get
- 00:12:13another $5 reward. And then they
- 00:12:14actually really help us out. You have to
- 00:12:16remember that Tik Tok is on the same
- 00:12:18team as you. They want you to succeed as
- 00:12:20a creator. They're really pushing Tik
- 00:12:22Tok shop big time onto uh all the people
- 00:12:25on the platform and they want to make
- 00:12:26this a really big thing. And so they
- 00:12:28have all these different checklists that
- 00:12:30you can go through and they help you
- 00:12:31through this process of getting started
- 00:12:33with it. So besides just this video, you
- 00:12:35can use that as well to get growing on
- 00:12:38the platform. All right, so there's this
- 00:12:39question that people have asked me many
- 00:12:41times, which is, do you need to have a
- 00:12:43niche on Tik Tok as a creator? And my
- 00:12:47answer for this would actually be
- 00:12:49generally not really. So um on other
- 00:12:52platforms like if you have a blog or if
- 00:12:55you have a YouTube channel you generally
- 00:12:56want to have a niche or even like an
- 00:12:58Instagram account you want to have a
- 00:12:59niche but with Tik Tok because of the
- 00:13:02style of the content that is getting
- 00:13:04served to people you can have it
- 00:13:05generally broad. So what I would suggest
- 00:13:07that you do is you pick an overall
- 00:13:10category and you stick to that category.
- 00:13:12This could be pretty wide. So this could
- 00:13:13be for example health. It could be any
- 00:13:15type of health products that you're
- 00:13:17promoting. This gives you room to
- 00:13:19promote like vitamin gummies and you can
- 00:13:22promote supplements and you can promote
- 00:13:23fitness products, but things that are
- 00:13:25generally in that realm so that if
- 00:13:26people follow you, they still like are
- 00:13:29interested in the content. The one thing
- 00:13:31you don't want to do is just have things
- 00:13:33that are all over the place. So like one
- 00:13:34day you're promoting uh vitamin gummies
- 00:13:37and then the next day you're promoting
- 00:13:38like a catalytic converter for a car or
- 00:13:41something. Um or or you're promoting
- 00:13:43something just completely random. Now, I
- 00:13:46know people do that, but I do suggest
- 00:13:48just picking an overall category. This
- 00:13:50could literally be just like women's
- 00:13:52products and women's clothing, or it
- 00:13:54could be um like outdoors products, and
- 00:13:56you can just create separate Tik Tok
- 00:13:58accounts for all those different types
- 00:13:59of niches. I think it just kind of helps
- 00:14:01to like if you get followers, if they go
- 00:14:03to their following page, like they'll
- 00:14:04they'll recognize like who you are and
- 00:14:07they won't unfollow you. Um so, it does
- 00:14:09help a little bit, but overall niches,
- 00:14:11it doesn't matter nearly as much as they
- 00:14:12used to. So now let's talk about how to
- 00:14:14make viral videos that convert. So your
- 00:14:18goal here is not just to get views, but
- 00:14:20it's to get sales. So we're thinking
- 00:14:21about two different factors here. All
- 00:14:23right. So the basic formula here for
- 00:14:25making all of these videos, it's I just
- 00:14:28want you to remember these three things.
- 00:14:29Okay? You're going to have the hook,
- 00:14:31you're going to have the information,
- 00:14:32the explanation, and then you're going
- 00:14:34to have the call to action. Okay? So,
- 00:14:36you're hooking them in with something
- 00:14:38very, very intriguing to get people to
- 00:14:40stop scrolling. Especially on Tik Tok,
- 00:14:43people are scrolling constantly. And if
- 00:14:46you don't interest them in the first
- 00:14:48half a second, they're going to scroll
- 00:14:49past you. Okay? So, you have to do
- 00:14:52something that is shocking to them, that
- 00:14:54is going to get their attention. One of
- 00:14:55the easiest ones you can do is just any
- 00:14:57type of question like, "Have you heard
- 00:14:59of this person who did that?" Right? Or,
- 00:15:00"Have you seen this thing that went
- 00:15:03didn't did that?" Right? So, um, and
- 00:15:05that's just a random bad example that I
- 00:15:07made, but, uh, any type of question that
- 00:15:08you can ask them is going to be good.
- 00:15:10Doing something wild or strange, like,
- 00:15:13um, if you're just drinking a gallon of
- 00:15:15milk or like something just really weird
- 00:15:18to get people's attention that then you
- 00:15:20bring them into the rest of the video.
- 00:15:22I've seen it work really, really well.
- 00:15:25So, that's one of the strategies for
- 00:15:27hooking people in. You're just trying to
- 00:15:28do anything to get their attention. I
- 00:15:30would really recommend studying other
- 00:15:32videos. So, look at videos that have
- 00:15:34gone viral uh for the product that
- 00:15:36you're looking to promote or for other
- 00:15:38products and really really study how
- 00:15:40people start their videos in the first
- 00:15:42few seconds and then borrow from their
- 00:15:44ideas, especially the ones that have
- 00:15:46gone viral cuz they're definitely doing
- 00:15:48something right. Now, in the middle part
- 00:15:49of the video, uh this is where you're
- 00:15:51going to be showing the product,
- 00:15:52explaining the product, using the
- 00:15:54product, and kind of using the main
- 00:15:56selling points of it so that people are
- 00:15:58convinced to buy it. And then one of the
- 00:16:00most important parts here is that you
- 00:16:02need to have a call to action because
- 00:16:03people need to know that they can
- 00:16:05purchase the product while watching your
- 00:16:06video if they go down into the bottom
- 00:16:08right corner there and they can click on
- 00:16:10it and purchase it. So you want people
- 00:16:11to be aware of that. Have the call to
- 00:16:13action and when you are doing the call
- 00:16:15to action, use any info uh that would
- 00:16:18help you to convert the customer. Any
- 00:16:20type of sale or discount that is
- 00:16:21currently happening that might be ending
- 00:16:23soon, that is one of the best ones that
- 00:16:25you can use. Also, if the product is
- 00:16:27about to go out of stock or if they
- 00:16:28don't have much inventory left or if
- 00:16:30something's coming up and they want to
- 00:16:31get it before a specific holiday, uh,
- 00:16:34anything to create some sense of urgency
- 00:16:36for the viewer to purchase the product
- 00:16:38is going to be helpful in converting
- 00:16:40those customers or those potential
- 00:16:42customers. I've seen people who will
- 00:16:44have a million views on a video and they
- 00:16:47don't have a really solid call to action
- 00:16:48and they will make 10% of the money from
- 00:16:52people who have a 100,000 views but have
- 00:16:54a really strong call to action. So, it
- 00:16:57really does matter a lot on uh really
- 00:17:00converting those people to not just
- 00:17:02watch your video and be convinced to
- 00:17:04purchase the product, but then to
- 00:17:05actually follow through and buy it. All
- 00:17:07right. And now let's talk about
- 00:17:08optimizing the business. How much should
- 00:17:09you be posting? Uh should you go live?
- 00:17:12What are some other things that you need
- 00:17:13to keep in mind here? In terms of how
- 00:17:14much you should be posting, I would
- 00:17:15recommend that there's really no such
- 00:17:18thing as posting too much on the
- 00:17:20platform. I would say at a very bare
- 00:17:22minimum, do one post per day every day
- 00:17:26for the next 3 months. That'll get you
- 00:17:2790 posts out. But I would really suggest
- 00:17:30doing at least three per day. So, if you
- 00:17:32can do three Tik Toks per day, uh this
- 00:17:34is going to be really helpful for you.
- 00:17:37Now, if you take anything out of this
- 00:17:39video, it's that you just have to start,
- 00:17:41okay? um the amount of people who have
- 00:17:43something called paralysis by analysis
- 00:17:45where uh you're worried about, you know,
- 00:17:47how do I make the perfect TikTok and you
- 00:17:49sit around thinking about it. Trust me,
- 00:17:50I'm saying this because I I fell into
- 00:17:52this myself. It took me years to get
- 00:17:54started on social media cuz I was just
- 00:17:56thinking about like what's the perfect
- 00:17:57video? How do I make my first one go
- 00:17:59viral? Don't worry about that. So,
- 00:18:01literally just start throwing stuff at
- 00:18:03the wall, okay? Like just start putting
- 00:18:05out videos, putting out content. It
- 00:18:08doesn't have to be perfect. Honestly,
- 00:18:10it's probably not going to be perfect in
- 00:18:11your first few dozen videos. But then
- 00:18:13what you do from posting content is you
- 00:18:16learn from what's doing well and what's
- 00:18:18not doing well. Okay? So, you look at
- 00:18:20your first 30 videos that you've posted
- 00:18:22and you see that, you know, one of them
- 00:18:25has 30,000 views and then you study why
- 00:18:27did it get 30,000 views and you try to
- 00:18:29replicate that and you use all of those
- 00:18:31strategies to continuously compound on
- 00:18:34top of that. So, you just have to get
- 00:18:36started with it. And I know I sound
- 00:18:37redundant here, but 80% of people who
- 00:18:40watch this video will not actually go
- 00:18:42out and just make a Tik Tok. So after
- 00:18:43this, I want you to open up Tik Tok and
- 00:18:46just make a video. I don't care what it
- 00:18:48is. It can be about anything at all.
- 00:18:50Your face doesn't even have to be in it.
- 00:18:51So you don't have to worry about your
- 00:18:52friends seeing it and laughing at you or
- 00:18:54something, okay? But you just have to
- 00:18:55get started with it. All right? And I'm
- 00:18:57serious with that because just so many
- 00:19:00people don't. and it's frustrating and
- 00:19:02uh I don't want to get mad, but uh a lot
- 00:19:04of people just don't do it because
- 00:19:05they're scared or they're worried about
- 00:19:06it. Now, let's also look at going live.
- 00:19:09So, we have two options as Tik Tok
- 00:19:11creators. We can make videos and um have
- 00:19:14the product linked in our videos that
- 00:19:16people can purchase or we can go live on
- 00:19:19the platform. So, you've probably seen a
- 00:19:20lot of Tik Tok lives of people selling
- 00:19:22products and this is really effective as
- 00:19:24well. Now, I would suggest doing both of
- 00:19:26these in conjunction with each with each
- 00:19:28other. So, you're posting one to three
- 00:19:30videos per day and then you're going
- 00:19:32live hopefully once a day, but at least
- 00:19:34a couple times a week for at least an
- 00:19:36hour at a time. And even if there's only
- 00:19:38five or six people in there, here's why
- 00:19:40going live is a really great way to get
- 00:19:43conversions and to make money and get
- 00:19:45those sales. It's because you're able to
- 00:19:47answer people's questions real time. So,
- 00:19:49someone might have watched a video on a
- 00:19:52product, like let's say that they're
- 00:19:53thinking about buying some beef tallow.
- 00:19:55They've seen some videos. Then they come
- 00:19:57across your live video and you're
- 00:19:59promoting the beef tallow in the video.
- 00:20:01Maybe it's like on the table. You're
- 00:20:02talking about it. You're helping people
- 00:20:03out understand the product and they ask
- 00:20:05you a question and you're able to answer
- 00:20:07that question for them right there on
- 00:20:09the spot. That is when they are most
- 00:20:11likely to convert as a buyer. And so
- 00:20:14you're going to capture that sale if
- 00:20:15they come on to your live. And so this
- 00:20:17is a really effective strategy. I would
- 00:20:19recommend doing it as much as possible.
- 00:20:21In fact, there are people who go live
- 00:20:2324/7. I mean, they're just live all the
- 00:20:26time. Um, and it's a really effective
- 00:20:27strategy. Even if there's only half a
- 00:20:29dozen people in that live video, it's
- 00:20:31going to be really useful. All right, so
- 00:20:32that is how you get started with Tik Tok
