we believe if we give it focus and we

resolve it then we believe that it will

be complete and not come back in some

ways we believe that by focusing on the

problem or challenge we can somehow heal

the pain within

ourselves here is what I have

found and this is a very simple

formula anything you want to perpetuate

in your life give it your focus give it

your attention ruminate on it stew in it

really think about it consider all the

angles play it out in your head dress up

like characters and act it

out whatever we focus on is what we

amplify in our

world

now if you want something to shift in

reality but you want it to truly shift

not from from a place of ignoring it not

from a place of running away from it not

from a place of attempting to cover it

of energy and focus is needed for me to

be in awareness and me to make a new

Choice here's how it often looks for me

say it's a challenge with another person

I'm having a conflict with another

person one of the first things that I do

is I acknowledge my feelings about it I

don't attempt to override them I don't

attempt to say I should be the bigger

person this or that and this is assuming

by the way that I am bringing myself

into a space where I can focus so if

you're dealing with another person this

is presuming you have stepped away

you're in your own space and you were
00:08:25
ruminating on
00:08:26
this so one of the first things I do is

I give myself permission to feel my
00:08:31
feelings about the situation without

judging them without steamrolling them

without attempting to apply a sense of
00:08:37
you should be holier than this just
00:08:42
honest

feeling now while I am doing this I

observe how much I am placing that
00:08:52
feeling towards the other
00:08:55
person if I was to think well this
00:08:58
person should do this or how dare this

person do that or this then I might
00:09:03
bring myself to notice

that in the more recent years my mind

doesn't work this way but I am sharing

with you how this has been in the past
00:09:13
and how you might connect with

it again without judging myself I

observe how often I assign anger or
00:09:22
blame or energy towards the other person
00:09:24
because on some level when I'm doing

that I am saying in another way in order

for me to feel whole or good or proper

this other person needs to behave a
00:09:34
different
00:09:36
way so I am not saying that
00:09:40
anymore instead what I am doing is I am

observing my feelings I am tracking them

and once they are complete once they

have been shared with me this is with

me once me and myself have observed them

I say thank you thank you for being so

honest and open I celebrate that and I

celebrate

then as I'm sitting with that part of

myself I then say all

so what part of this is important to me

why do I feel these ways and this is

where I give myself permission to be

clear on why the situation inspired such

feelings in me because it doesn't
00:10:31
actually have to do with the other
00:10:34
person any external response that is
00:10:37
triggered something within me has to do
00:10:40
with a system or pattern that I feel

Within Myself now to be clear this is
00:10:45
not talking about whether or not the
00:10:47
other person did something proper or
00:10:49
improper none of that is my
00:10:51
business they stepped in as an
00:10:53
experience that highlighted something
00:10:55
within me and right now we're only
00:10:57
focusing on what is within ourselves
00:10:59
self because that gives us a clear
00:11:02
pattern or mapping as to why we even had
00:11:06
a contact or conflict with this person
00:11:09
or situation to begin with because in my
00:11:12
own experience as I have transmuted
00:11:15
those patterns within myself if I ever
00:11:18
came across a similar person again it's
00:11:21
like oil and water there's nothing there
00:11:24
for them to connect with within me
00:11:26
because that patterning doesn't exist
00:11:29
anymore so it would be like someone
00:11:32
saying something to me and I'm like well
00:11:33
that's an interesting thing to say and
00:11:34
then I move on I don't need to engage or
00:11:38
attack or feel or this or that because
00:11:40
there's nothing within me to do that
00:11:44
with and so what's interesting is a lot
00:11:47
of times when we experience conflicts
00:11:49
with others or situations and
00:11:52
such and we over assign oh the other
00:11:55
person should or should not be this way
00:11:57
we may be missing the opportunity
00:11:59
highlighted to say well why is this

responded to within me anyway because
00:12:05
when we do that instead of needing to
00:12:07
change every single person that be
00:12:09
responds this way we instead free
00:12:13
ourselves from being reactive to this
00:12:18
stimuli and as such it's no longer our
00:12:21
response

ability and in doing that and being that
00:12:27
I have found when there is certain
00:12:29
energies that want to interact in a very
00:12:32
like way and you don't respond to them
00:12:34
not one way or another you're not
00:12:36
attempting to do anything to them they

they often diffuse because there's
00:12:40
nothing there to grasp on to and
00:12:44
interestingly enough in doing so there
00:12:47
becomes less and less places for this

energy to react to and it
00:12:52
itself has more and more opportunities

to turn inward and go through a similar

trans transformation that you just

did interesting

huh and

so in this

way when we allow ourselves to be

present with an experience instead of

being reactive to

it through our own inner exploration we

transmute patterning and start finding

ourselves in entirely different

different

situations not because these don't exist

universally anymore but because we don't

connect and focus and engage with them

we're no longer perpetuating them in our

reality and

therefore we are instead finding

ourselves focusing in the energy

perpetuating in ways that we so choose

and if and when challenges emerge we can

observe them without getting entangled

empowerment it's the ability to stand

within yourself regardless of what

happens in the world and without needing

the entire world to change in order for

you to be stable within yourself you are

able to therefore in an ironic sense be

a transforming agent in the world you

L things meet you situations meet you

experiences meet

you and have an entirely new

experience we are all really just coming

trying to fix the outer world one

opportunities that are a yes and a know
