  You will not be able to exceed the allotted number of credits, and once you have used up all your points, premium features will be limited.

  The Basic plan is for students, individuals, and small businesses and offers more video summaries and subtitle downloads, while the Ultra plan is for academic writers and large organizations and offers more video summaries, subtitle downloads, and priority support.

• 8.Can I switch plans at any time?

  Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrading will immediately grant you access to the features of your new plan, while downgrading will retain any unused credits but will limit your access to features beyond your current plan.
