- 00:01:22to
- 00:01:23page two to follow up and it says over
- 00:01:2650 percent
- 00:01:28of the people 50 to age

- 00:02:29right okay so i'm going on i'm saying
- 00:02:33this is serious i mean one thing is
- 00:02:35about not having money but no wings
- 00:02:37holy cow so i go back
- 00:02:41to the front page and i finally read the

- 00:02:58and chained up their warehouses they
- 00:03:00call it an
- 00:03:01illegal pyramid and you know why
- 00:03:04because ninety percent of the
- 00:03:07commissions were based off of recruiting
- 00:03:10commissions verse selling products

- 00:03:29as he is today
- 00:03:32i remember the days right andy we

- 00:03:52happen
- 00:03:52but here's the bottom line the bottom
- 00:03:55line when we leave

- 00:04:10up i never knew what that was
- 00:04:13until all of a sudden you had six seven
- 00:04:15ten people at once want to come in the
- 00:04:16business and you don't know what to do
- 00:04:18so oh my god i can't believe it coming
- 00:04:20in the business
- 00:04:21so so because really what is it that we
- 00:04:24have
- 00:04:25what do we really have and i want to
- 00:04:28spend this time to set the stage
- 00:04:31for the rest of the event i want to talk
- 00:04:34about
- 00:04:35why we're in the right place and i want
- 00:04:37to show you what you have to do
- 00:04:40to be successful so when you learn
- 00:04:43from all of these fabulous trainers over
- 00:04:45the weekend

- 00:04:53now for the guests that are here this
- 00:04:56may be
- 00:04:57just a little bit above your head it's
- 00:05:00eighth grade education
- 00:05:01now the point that i'm trying to say is
- 00:05:04is as we go into this
- 00:05:06remember the stage the world has gone
- 00:05:09digital period today
- 00:05:12i don't see the internet going away
- 00:05:16i don't see the phones the smartphones
- 00:05:20going away
- 00:05:21the discussion is how early does my
- 00:05:24child get a phone
- 00:05:26okay and now because you can't decide
- 00:05:30between a droid and an iphone you carry
- 00:05:32two
- 00:05:34believe me ladies and gentlemen it is
- 00:05:36digital and it's only going to grow
- 00:05:39and also entrepreneurism is at the at
- 00:05:41all-time high and why
- 00:05:43people don't have job security people
- 00:05:4750 of the people who get jobs today are
- 00:05:50over
- 00:05:50qualified period and they
- 00:05:53want job security
- 00:05:57we also know that with job security you
- 00:06:00can have control of your finances
- 00:06:02fact that's amazing and when you think
- 00:06:06about that
- 00:06:07and you think about the fact of personal
- 00:06:09development
- 00:06:11to help you maximize your human
- 00:06:13potential
- 00:06:14i've always said man's greatest waste is
- 00:06:17that of his own human potential
- 00:06:19ladies and gentlemen when you're in
- 00:06:21business for yourself yes it's scary
- 00:06:24yes it takes work but you stretch
- 00:06:26yourself
- 00:06:27beyond means and you grow
- 00:06:31you'll grow and i think those of you
- 00:06:32that have been with us for years know
- 00:06:33that
- 00:06:34did you know over 7 000 people turn 65
- 00:06:38every day and at the same time the
- 00:06:40government says don't start collecting
- 00:06:42social security until you're 70.
- 00:06:45okay they don't want us to quit anymore
- 00:06:48because there's this huge spurt of baby
- 00:06:51boomers coming up that's putting a
- 00:06:53stress on things and ladies and
- 00:06:54gentlemen
- 00:06:54if you really want to get your act
- 00:06:56together don't count on the government
- 00:06:58period no matter what country you're in
- 00:07:00don't count on the government that's why
- 00:07:02we're here
- 00:07:04and we do this through product brokering
- 00:07:07and distribution we use proven systems
- 00:07:11internet technology social shopping
- 00:07:15leverage and of course the power of
- 00:07:18people
- 00:07:19now every one of you should have
- 00:07:22this type of understanding of what you
- 00:07:25have
- 00:07:26and if you don't understand what you
- 00:07:28have please
- 00:07:29copy it conceal your source you can say
- 00:07:32you said it
- 00:07:33it's okay you can say it's all yours
- 00:07:36okay now your strategic advantage as we
- 00:07:39look at this
- 00:07:40it's a dynamic business model
- 00:07:44things change that's what that refers to
- 00:07:46but understand
- 00:07:48people love to buy but hate to be sold
- 00:07:51and if we understand that we know that
- 00:07:54by building relationships
- 00:07:56and listening and sharing information
- 00:07:59they'll
- 00:07:59initiate the purchase also as a product
- 00:08:03brokerage
- 00:08:04we have the attraction to bring in more
- 00:08:06customers
- 00:08:07while keeping our current customers by
- 00:08:10buying more
- 00:08:11and ladies and gentlemen when you get
- 00:08:14that philosophy
- 00:08:15it separates us from the traditional
- 00:08:17retailing business because you're backed
- 00:08:19by 50 million
- 00:08:20products if you can sell the first
- 00:08:23product build the relationship and
- 00:08:27then have enough capability to share
- 00:08:30this beautiful shop.com
- 00:08:31site and help them with their challenges
- 00:08:35you will build an amazing best customer
- 00:08:38base
- 00:08:38so this is an advantage the
- 00:08:40systemization and structure
- 00:08:43it's all about duplication the power is
- 00:08:46in the duplication
- 00:08:47and alice you know that and i know that
- 00:08:50from the years that we've been doing it
- 00:08:51but it's all about the structure don't
- 00:08:55get intimidated by our unfranchise
- 00:08:57structure
- 00:08:58embrace it embrace it because it's
- 00:09:00taught universally
- 00:09:03the profitability and stability part of
- 00:09:05this i
- 00:09:06love it i embrace it because the little
- 00:09:08guy can make money
- 00:09:10immediately through retail profits
- 00:09:13we always have to remember it first and
- 00:09:16foremost
- 00:09:16cash flow keeps your business going
- 00:09:20recruiting is essential but you have to
- 00:09:22have cash flow so that you can recruit
- 00:09:24comfortably
- 00:09:25and not be under duress when you're
- 00:09:27going about it
- 00:09:29and ah businesses that can be passed on
- 00:09:33i will say this with two daughters who
- 00:09:35are very intelligent
- 00:09:37they encourage me to work my business
- 00:09:39every day
- 00:09:41because they know right kevin as your
- 00:09:43children know
- 00:09:44that when we're off to pasture it's all
- 00:09:46theirs
- 00:09:47and the beautiful thing is it's the best
- 00:09:50kind of wealth because it's
- 00:09:52non-taxable because they didn't get the
- 00:09:54money yet
- 00:09:56so think about that now
- 00:09:59other things the management performance
- 00:10:01compensation plan i
- 00:10:02absolutely adore this what an ingenious
- 00:10:04plan what a strategic advantage
- 00:10:07built on what the average person can do
- 00:10:09ladies and gentlemen
- 00:10:10do not let the oceans of information
- 00:10:13that come by this stage
- 00:10:15confuse you the business is very simple
- 00:10:18everything that you learn and you'll see
- 00:10:20me discuss over the next few minutes
- 00:10:22is things that will help you do the
- 00:10:24simple things
- 00:10:25better you pick and choose what works
- 00:10:28best for you to accomplish
- 00:10:30those results producing activities
- 00:10:33that's what's going to make the
- 00:10:34difference
- 00:10:35also when you think about weekly
- 00:10:37commissions
- 00:10:38then the accrual of volume it was so
- 00:10:41cute somebody was telling me
- 00:10:42they were having a conversation with an
- 00:10:44individual and they said well
- 00:10:46i understand it but what happens after
- 00:10:47the first 30 days do you lose everything
- 00:10:49you worked for
- 00:10:51no it actually accrues for an entire
- 00:10:53year you're kidding me
- 00:10:55you see ladies and gentlemen if you know
- 00:10:57your strategic advantages
- 00:10:59you will know how to captivate the
- 00:11:01people that you speak to
- 00:11:03volume search to infinity no levels
- 00:11:06can you imagine this big al yench if you
- 00:11:09never heard him you got to hear it
- 00:11:11because he's got a unique way of sharing
- 00:11:13this business
- 00:11:14and when he starts talking about a
- 00:11:16hundred percent of a hundred percent
- 00:11:17comes to your business
- 00:11:19you just gotta go wow and i'll tell you
- 00:11:22what al
- 00:11:23congratulations had an executive
- 00:11:25director you are a great example with
- 00:11:27your beautiful wife
- 00:11:28absolutely now
- 00:11:31volume placement hey listen when you
- 00:11:34sponsor somebody you can make an order
- 00:11:36look in your team and see who's working
- 00:11:39and place volume to
- 00:11:41kick a commission check joanne isn't
- 00:11:43that awesome
- 00:11:44but let me remind you don't freak people
- 00:11:47out with the money that can be made
- 00:11:48because until somebody covers their
- 00:11:50overhead shelter food it's very hard for
- 00:11:54people to dream
- 00:11:56so keep what you share to the
- 00:11:59environment that you're in
- 00:12:00an extra thousand dollars a month makes
- 00:12:03all the world and the difference don't
- 00:12:04be
- 00:12:05selling 187 000 a month you know
- 00:12:08think about it because people got to
- 00:12:10establish the staples before they can
- 00:12:12dream
- 00:12:13forward also affordable startup cost
- 00:12:17with what the guys did with the fast
- 00:12:19start kits i am so proud to be
- 00:12:21affiliated with this team
- 00:12:22they work so hard and i will say this
- 00:12:25every one of you should thank
- 00:12:27these corporate team members that work
- 00:12:28so hard for our success
- 00:12:30all right absolutely now
- 00:12:34if you don't know this guy good for you
- 00:12:37but one day you'll be in front of them
- 00:12:39now kevin by the way is the most unique
- 00:12:43individual i know
- 00:12:44if something's broke he can fix it and
- 00:12:47primarily we were talking the other day
- 00:12:49and he said
- 00:12:50you know the market america's strategy
- 00:12:52is correct
- 00:12:54i mean okay all right kevin i'm happy to
- 00:12:56hear you being so positive
- 00:12:58uh because i was saying why aren't we
- 00:13:00recruiting more he said no listen really
- 00:13:03the market america strategy is correct
- 00:13:05but in reality
- 00:13:06the strategy never fails he says it
- 00:13:09always comes down to
- 00:13:10implementation and execution that
- 00:13:13determines the success or
- 00:13:15failure of the strategy and when you
- 00:13:18stop and think about that it's not that
- 00:13:20we don't know what to do
- 00:13:22it really isn't i mean when i just think
- 00:13:25about
- 00:13:26what we provided through the getting
- 00:13:28started guide for the nmtss the
- 00:13:30trainings that we have
- 00:13:31and the responsible sponsoring this
- 00:13:33should be going on this
- 00:13:34really should be like a no-brainer
- 00:13:38now let's talk about what it takes every
- 00:13:42one of you
- 00:13:42must have this if you're going to
- 00:13:44succeed and that is your why
- 00:13:47and the why has to be something
- 00:13:50a why is not an action plan a why that
- 00:13:53says call three people
- 00:13:55show the plan once a day you know run
- 00:13:57around the block three times
- 00:13:59that's not a goal that makes me tired
- 00:14:04a goal when you write it is that it's
- 00:14:07january of 2014
- 00:14:09and today i'm taking the day off because
- 00:14:13i am a national supervising coordinator
- 00:14:16and i just received a weekly commission
- 00:14:19of twenty five hundred dollars
- 00:14:22that's a goal that's a goal now that
- 00:14:25makes me feel good
- 00:14:26now the other thing i want you to know
- 00:14:28is that it's something that you
- 00:14:30have to be able to spend time in ladies
- 00:14:32and gentlemen
- 00:14:3312 to 15 hours is not a lot of time
- 00:14:37you watch three times that amount of
- 00:14:40television
- 00:14:41every day or in screen time every day
- 00:14:44you can find this if you have a what a
- 00:14:47big enough why
- 00:14:49so why comes very important you have to
- 00:14:51be coachable
- 00:14:52and follow the proven systems and the
- 00:14:55steps to success
- 00:14:56this is real simple if somebody says
- 00:14:58what do i have to do to reach my goal
- 00:14:59it's simple
- 00:15:00you're going to do the getting started
- 00:15:01guide and build out base 10-7 strong
- 00:15:04you're then going to move to become an
- 00:15:06unfranchise owner
- 00:15:07and once you become an unfranchise owner
- 00:15:09you're going to re-qualify as an
- 00:15:11unfranchise
- 00:15:12and franchise owner every calendar
- 00:15:14quarter that's what it is
- 00:15:16it's not hard but you have to be able to
- 00:15:18comprehend that
- 00:15:20now if you want to break down your
- 00:15:21business where do i spend my
- 00:15:23time well 80 of your time
- 00:15:26has to be going towards the results
- 00:15:28producing activities
- 00:15:30this is like fundamental sell
- 00:15:33products sell the business and sell
- 00:15:36tickets
- 00:15:36now ladies and gentlemen out of a
- 00:15:3815-hour week 12
- 00:15:40hours go to the results producing
- 00:15:42activities
- 00:15:43so if you're ever confused on where
- 00:15:45should i work
- 00:15:46go to the results producing activities
- 00:15:49very very simple
- 00:15:50second the support activities are
- 00:15:5415 of your time or approximately two
- 00:15:56hours a week
- 00:15:57and these are things that are supporting
- 00:15:59you in
- 00:16:00learning and implementing the results
- 00:16:02producing activities
- 00:16:04but be very careful of the potential
- 00:16:07trap
- 00:16:07that lies here because some of you
- 00:16:10are professional meeting goers
- 00:16:14you go to so many meetings you don't
- 00:16:16have any time
- 00:16:17to build your business and i can
- 00:16:20appreciate your thirst for knowledge but
- 00:16:22ladies and gentlemen
- 00:16:23you've got to get bruised up a little
- 00:16:25bit to be able to get good at this
- 00:16:28right i mean right nina right all of us
- 00:16:31we know that julie
- 00:16:32without a doubt and i will remember this
- 00:16:35in the early days
- 00:16:36keith you running around like crazy and
- 00:16:38you know you used to do it so well
- 00:16:40and when somebody didn't see what we
- 00:16:42were doing you just said that's your
- 00:16:44problem and left
- 00:16:45but the point is you've got to get out
- 00:16:47there and do the results producing
- 00:16:48activities but these support activities
- 00:16:50help you refine that but don't get
- 00:16:52caught into the trap
- 00:16:54the next part is your breakdown of
- 00:16:57housekeeping
- 00:16:59folks you don't have to be a master of
- 00:17:01the back office you just got to know how
- 00:17:03to use
- 00:17:04the back office so you don't lose checks
- 00:17:06and you maximize your income
- 00:17:08that's all don't be looking at the back
- 00:17:10office too long
- 00:17:12all right because you're not making any
- 00:17:14money right now
- 00:17:16all right three things i just told you
- 00:17:18there remember that
- 00:17:19now the main objectives when you come
- 00:17:22into our business
- 00:17:23is number one builds two sales
- 00:17:26organizations
- 00:17:27and distribution organizations that
- 00:17:29generate in excess of 5 000 business
- 00:17:31volume
- 00:17:32coming up two legs okay in the united
- 00:17:34states it's 2100
- 00:17:36and new taiwan dollars and 66 500 in
- 00:17:39australia it's 21-100
- 00:17:41in hong kong it's 16 100 hong kong
- 00:17:44dollars
- 00:17:44in great britain it's 1 190 pounds
- 00:17:48i mean imagine how many people's lives
- 00:17:51would change
- 00:17:52just with the fundamental weekly payout
- 00:17:55of business volume
- 00:17:56and you have to do that by selling
- 00:17:59products
- 00:18:00and developing preferred customers and i
- 00:18:03put up here your best
- 00:18:04customers ladies and gentlemen you have
- 00:18:07to remember when you have a customer
- 00:18:10that's just the first stop you have to
- 00:18:12make it a good customer
- 00:18:14so they come back you have to show them
- 00:18:16the value
- 00:18:17and if you're not doing that you've got
- 00:18:19to get better in your service because
- 00:18:21sell is service interchangeable
- 00:18:25all right and your customer when they
- 00:18:28got a problem
- 00:18:29fix it go in there and make the
- 00:18:30difference and if you have to bite the
- 00:18:32bullet bite it
- 00:18:33okay just fix it when your customer has
- 00:18:36a challenge
- 00:18:37now here's where i want you to go to be
- 00:18:40a great retailer you must be a product
- 00:18:43of the product there is no
- 00:18:47substitute and for those of you that
- 00:18:49sell websites or our financial
- 00:18:51plans you need to be more of the product
- 00:18:54of the product
- 00:18:55and take more of the consumables with
- 00:18:57the major products that you focus in
- 00:19:00because you have to build share of
- 00:19:02customer
- 00:19:03now with that you need to become a
- 00:19:05market america household
- 00:19:08use as many market american products as
- 00:19:10you can
- 00:19:11so that you gain belief and you're able
- 00:19:14to gain
- 00:19:14confidence in sharing the benefits of
- 00:19:17those products
- 00:19:18and you can do it over a period of 90
- 00:19:20days but you really need to make that
- 00:19:22happen
- 00:19:22and ultimately you'll create a shopping
- 00:19:25annuity that you'll hear more about
- 00:19:27that ongoing income that is created by
- 00:19:30your teams
- 00:19:31all becoming market america households
- 00:19:34and helping the preferred customers
- 00:19:36become
- 00:19:37market america households saving money
- 00:19:39and earning money at the same time
- 00:19:42we sell our business or expose our
- 00:19:44unfranchise business
- 00:19:45and we sell tickets to the next upcoming
- 00:19:48event
- 00:19:49ladies and gentlemen if you are
- 00:19:51fortunate enough
- 00:19:52to be around an nmtss community
- 00:19:56let me make a very strong recommendation
- 00:19:59you always buy three tickets to the next
- 00:20:02event
- 00:20:02minimum and you never ask who's talking
- 00:20:06because it's the next great speaker
- 00:20:08coming to your town
- 00:20:09all right everybody remember that don't
- 00:20:11worry about it we've got plenty of good
- 00:20:13speakers
- 00:20:14if there's an event in your community
- 00:20:16just buy the tickets think later
- 00:20:18if i go back and think about what
- 00:20:20elizabeth weber did in the beginning
- 00:20:22when j.r used to just tell her just
- 00:20:24get 10 people here buy 10 tickets she
- 00:20:26bought 10 tickets she didn't ask
- 00:20:28questions she sold 10 tickets
- 00:20:30she just did what she was supposed to do
- 00:20:32so you have to do the same it's
- 00:20:34automatic
- 00:20:35you have to take advantage and if you
- 00:20:37don't buy your three tickets
- 00:20:38to international convention and get one
- 00:20:41free
- 00:20:41you are just not thinking you are just
- 00:20:44not thinking that's a savings of 200
- 00:20:46that's bad business if you don't do that
- 00:20:49it's just the right thing to do
- 00:20:51all right now you sell the ticket you
- 00:20:53expose the plan
- 00:20:54to a very important note to someone
- 00:20:57who has communicated that they have an
- 00:21:00interest
- 00:21:01don't show this business to somebody who
- 00:21:04really doesn't want to see it
- 00:21:06you see the secret of power recruiting
- 00:21:08is very simple
- 00:21:09only show the plan to people who want to
- 00:21:11see it and you're halfway home
- 00:21:14i mean what are we thinking about here
- 00:21:16people all right
- 00:21:17so i'm laying this out i know for some
- 00:21:20of my partners here
- 00:21:21it's traditional information but we've
- 00:21:23got a lot of young rookies in the room
- 00:21:25and i got to tell you you got to know
- 00:21:27what we do so let's address a plan of
- 00:21:30action
- 00:21:31that includes your objectives all right
- 00:21:35i'm going to make this very easy
- 00:21:36and i think if we can help each of you
- 00:21:38become a professional coordinator
- 00:21:40earning between 4 500 us dollars
- 00:21:44to seven thousand four hundred ninety
- 00:21:46nine u.s dollars
- 00:21:47in a four-week period would you be
- 00:21:50happier than you are now
- 00:21:51in your commission structure okay good
- 00:21:55and to get this we want to spend 12 to
- 00:21:5915
- 00:22:00hours a week and while it costs
- 00:22:03only 129.95 to come into the business
- 00:22:07i'm very comfortable saying that you'll
- 00:22:09need 500 to 1500
- 00:22:11in startup cost all right ladies and
- 00:22:14gentlemen get
- 00:22:14comfortable with your business don't be
- 00:22:17afraid about asking for money
- 00:22:19all right don't you've got huge value
- 00:22:22that's one of your biggest mistakes you
- 00:22:23try to get everybody in as cheap as you
- 00:22:25can
- 00:22:26and and people say well they don't have
- 00:22:28any money
- 00:22:29well it's funny when their car breaks
- 00:22:31down they seem to get it fixed
- 00:22:34when their tv in working they find a new
- 00:22:37flat screen somewhere
- 00:22:39but you see i understand that because
- 00:22:42people don't want to take from their
- 00:22:44savings because they don't believe
- 00:22:45enough in themselves
- 00:22:47to invest in themselves but i'll tell
- 00:22:50you right now
- 00:22:51you know whose fault that is it's not
- 00:22:52theirs it's yours
- 00:22:54because you're not selling good enough
- 00:22:57you're not convincing the person that
- 00:22:59you understand how you can
- 00:23:01fix what's broken in their life because
- 00:23:04maybe
- 00:23:04you don't have the confidence because
- 00:23:06you don't know what to do and that's why
- 00:23:08i'm doing this presentation
- 00:23:10all right now you can control i'm just
- 00:23:13telling you what it is
- 00:23:15you can control this business listen to
- 00:23:18me
- 00:23:19but you can't control everything in this
- 00:23:21business but here
- 00:23:22you can control market america branded
- 00:23:26products being
- 00:23:27sold and you can control what your
- 00:23:30team sells in market america branded
- 00:23:32products
- 00:23:33so thus you can control commissions and
- 00:23:36your bv
- 00:23:37bonuses all right now to get what our
- 00:23:40goal
- 00:23:41said you need one business development
- 00:23:43center
- 00:23:44open and green flushing going through
- 00:23:47every week five and five and earning
- 00:23:49the fifteen hundred dollars okay three
- 00:23:52to four
- 00:23:53times a month you will need to
- 00:23:56personally sponsor
- 00:23:57eight go now distributors
- 00:24:01eight two legs eight personally sponsor
- 00:24:04eight now you might get lucky and the
- 00:24:07first two might work for you but
- 00:24:09it ain't often okay so let's just think
- 00:24:13eight four on the left and four on the
- 00:24:15right
- 00:24:16and so let me show you or tell you what
- 00:24:18a go now is
- 00:24:20because we do have waiting and stable
- 00:24:23distributors
- 00:24:25but go now is where we want to spend our
- 00:24:27time
- 00:24:28they implement the getting started guide
- 00:24:30but you say
- 00:24:32you're not using the getting started guy
- 00:24:34well you need to start
- 00:24:36okay you need to be a good follower
- 00:24:39a self-starter get up every morning geo
- 00:24:42go
- 00:24:43yeah baby and the only way you know that
- 00:24:47is if you have the why gee that was the
- 00:24:50first thing we talked about
- 00:24:52master the basic five and show the plan
- 00:24:55show the plan please show the plan all
- 00:24:58right please
- 00:25:00those who show the plan make the most
- 00:25:02money it's documented
- 00:25:04and shame on you if you're waiting for
- 00:25:07somebody to show the plan
- 00:25:08for you and always remember when you
- 00:25:11show the plan to somebody new
- 00:25:13no matter how bad you are they don't
- 00:25:15know the difference
- 00:25:18okay so just show the plan
- 00:25:21and then book it with your senior
- 00:25:23partner you'll be fine
- 00:25:24okay just remember that those with take
- 00:25:27a few bruises
- 00:25:28take a few bruises and it gets better
- 00:25:30all right becoming an official ufo and
- 00:25:32then re-qualify three out of four
- 00:25:34calendar quarters
- 00:25:35all right in this plan i need you to
- 00:25:38show
- 00:25:38at least four plans per month to
- 00:25:41qualified individuals who want to see
- 00:25:43what you have
- 00:25:44so there's what it looks like there's
- 00:25:46the skeleton
- 00:25:48of what we're looking for become a
- 00:25:49professional coordinator
- 00:25:51now why do we say four well when you
- 00:25:54sponsor two you've got some excitement
- 00:25:57going i'll never forget
- 00:25:58the first person i sponsored wow i was
- 00:26:01impressed that was something man we're
- 00:26:03up to the races
- 00:26:04but it wasn't until the second one got
- 00:26:06sponsored whoa
- 00:26:07i am in the money i'm ready to start
- 00:26:09earning commissions it's gonna start
- 00:26:11rolling now back off get the bank
- 00:26:13bank account get me a safe in the house
- 00:26:14today
- 00:26:17i mean you're excited about what's going
- 00:26:19on now
- 00:26:21you sponsor two on each leg and all of a
- 00:26:22sudden you've got some synergy
- 00:26:24because they start talking about you so
- 00:26:26when you sponsor two they talk about boy
- 00:26:28that dentist is really crazy can you
- 00:26:29believe what he's asking us to do
- 00:26:31that's good that's synergy okay but when
- 00:26:34you get three on each side all of a
- 00:26:36sudden
- 00:26:36you got some mo mo mentum i mean i'm
- 00:26:40talking when you've got the momentum
- 00:26:42it just starts flowing you're feeling
- 00:26:44good
- 00:26:45you're feeling good i can't wait to show
- 00:26:47the plan again yeah
- 00:26:49okay the point is when you got some
- 00:26:52momentum
- 00:26:52you don't want to slow down that's why
- 00:26:54we say build fast
- 00:26:56not slow somebody gets a check and say i
- 00:26:58need to take a break
- 00:26:59no you need to speed up speed up
- 00:27:03fast is good not in everything but in
- 00:27:05this business yes
- 00:27:07yes and then
- 00:27:10when you go to four on each leg there's
- 00:27:13a term we use called critical mass and
- 00:27:15the energy just begins
- 00:27:17and whether you wake up or not your
- 00:27:20business goes
- 00:27:21all right now if you
- 00:27:24do what you're supposed to do you will
- 00:27:27be doing
- 00:27:28the getting started guide so anyone you
- 00:27:30recruit must agree
- 00:27:32to do the getting started guide in the
- 00:27:34first 12 months
- 00:27:36and base 10 seven strong in the first
- 00:27:39three to four months
- 00:27:40if it's six months it's okay so here's
- 00:27:43what happens
- 00:27:44everybody see that your first personally
- 00:27:47sponsored you have helped them get
- 00:27:49activated help them get their customers
- 00:27:52and
- 00:27:52went through their top ten and got them
- 00:27:55activated
- 00:27:56so as you go you get
- 00:27:59more what distribution now ladies and
- 00:28:02gentlemen
- 00:28:03look what just happened with four
- 00:28:06personally sponsored who agree
- 00:28:08to build out base 10-7 strong with your
- 00:28:11coaching
- 00:28:12now what happens is there's 28 ufos
- 00:28:16all put into motion the right way
- 00:28:19and they're creating a hundred
- 00:28:22personal bv in use and 300
- 00:28:25bv in group sales first point
- 00:28:31please listen to me here this is a point
- 00:28:34of measurement
- 00:28:35if you're personally sponsored are not
- 00:28:37using at least 100 bv a product
- 00:28:39and are not producing 300 bv a month in
- 00:28:42sales
- 00:28:42get your butt in there and help them get
- 00:28:44to 300 or over
- 00:28:46does everyone it's not hard do you know
- 00:28:48when you
- 00:28:49sponsor somebody they're your asset
- 00:28:52not ass asset okay
- 00:28:57so why would you sponsor somebody if
- 00:29:00they're not
- 00:29:00an asset why wouldn't you help them
- 00:29:03meet up to the specifications for what
- 00:29:06success now but the only problem is
- 00:29:10dennis it's only 11
- 00:29:11200 bv that's only 3 000 extra dollars a
- 00:29:14month coming in commissions
- 00:29:16okay well let's think about this we know
- 00:29:19about
- 00:29:20shopping annuities and if we can get our
- 00:29:2228 ufos to buy
- 00:29:24into a market america household and
- 00:29:26become a shopping annuity
- 00:29:28we can get another 142 bv out of them
- 00:29:31frank i know how you got to have tens of
- 00:29:34thousands of bv coming in just on your
- 00:29:36personal use to keep you alive
- 00:29:39okay so what i think about that of
- 00:29:42course you can pick up
- 00:29:43some extra bv by teaching them what we
- 00:29:46do
- 00:29:47bring them to the event and of course
- 00:29:49look at this the common leg
- 00:29:52the secret the foundation of success is
- 00:29:55in the common leg
- 00:29:56build the common leg because each new
- 00:29:59ufo and that common leg brings in
- 00:30:02three new distributors do you know
- 00:30:05a distributor will never catch up to
- 00:30:08their common leg
- 00:30:09never they'll always have a stronger leg
- 00:30:12but do you also know
- 00:30:13it is a huge incentive to build weak
- 00:30:17to drive more bv up so it's like
- 00:30:20holding the carrot out you're almost
- 00:30:22there you're almost there
- 00:30:24come on one leg one leg and you can get
- 00:30:26there
- 00:30:27and ladies and gentlemen when you really
- 00:30:29think about it
- 00:30:30it's not it's only a good thing
- 00:30:34you see we don't dispose of our assets
- 00:30:36if you're
- 00:30:37if something's hung up and you can't
- 00:30:38work we'll build right through you
- 00:30:40and you're gonna come back with half a
- 00:30:42leg and your ability to place bv
- 00:30:45understand the common leg principle now
- 00:30:48whether you do it one leg at a time or
- 00:30:50two legs at a time
- 00:30:51that's up to you that's your strategy
- 00:30:54but this
- 00:30:55is what you have to do to build two legs
- 00:30:57it's bringing in four personally
- 00:30:59sponsored
- 00:31:00that are committed to build out the
- 00:31:02getting started guide
- 00:31:04and moving into the right direction
- 00:31:05putting things in place
- 00:31:08for a successful business what you put
- 00:31:10in motion carries in motion
- 00:31:13i'm gonna try that tonight you know
- 00:31:15conker got a party over the hard rock
- 00:31:17cafe tonight
- 00:31:18you know just okay all right now okay
- 00:31:22keys to remember building the action
- 00:31:23plan always built through the
- 00:31:25fundamentals don't get
- 00:31:26listen there's no shortcut to the
- 00:31:28shortcut just do what we say
- 00:31:30okay good second you build through base
- 00:31:3310 second straw
- 00:31:34seven strong and every lay that you
- 00:31:36build should include four personally
- 00:31:37sponsored
- 00:31:38next you must have a written goal
- 00:31:42statement
- 00:31:43believe me folks i carry my own
- 00:31:46you know that for people that i teach i
- 00:31:49carry it with me all the time my fifth
- 00:31:51one
- 00:31:5121 years of doing this i still carry it
- 00:31:54because when i travel a lot
- 00:31:56i need to read this to keep my sanity
- 00:32:00okay so ladies and gentlemen i just want
- 00:32:02you to remember that
- 00:32:04first translate the goal statement into
- 00:32:05a pin level
- 00:32:07based on what you want to reach your
- 00:32:09goal translate it into the pin level
- 00:32:11determine the pin level and the number
- 00:32:13of business development centers you have
- 00:32:15to build out
- 00:32:16and how frequently they have to be
- 00:32:19flushing
- 00:32:20green flushing through and real quick
- 00:32:22example
- 00:32:24the professional coordinators one bdc
- 00:32:27flushing three out of four
- 00:32:29weeks in a four week pay cycle a
- 00:32:31national
- 00:32:33earning ten to fifteen thousand dollars
- 00:32:35is building out two business
- 00:32:37centers or three legs so you have to
- 00:32:39personally sponsor
- 00:32:4012 distributors and you have to flush
- 00:32:44one
- 00:32:45four times and the other one three out
- 00:32:47of four times
- 00:32:48and then to become a director where we
- 00:32:51believe life begins in the business
- 00:32:53is that you have to open three business
- 00:32:55development centers
- 00:32:56sponsor a total of 16 distributors
- 00:33:00to build out the getting started guide
- 00:33:02to earn twenty thousand
- 00:33:03four hundred dollars and that's a great
- 00:33:05place to be now
- 00:33:08you must know how many dedicated hours
- 00:33:10that you have
- 00:33:11is there anything that's going to hold
- 00:33:14you back
- 00:33:15because we need a one-year commitment
- 00:33:17determine if there's any financial
- 00:33:19restrictions
- 00:33:20it's important determine the correct
- 00:33:23startup
- 00:33:24cost open up a business checking account
- 00:33:26separate from your own
- 00:33:28and every new distributor needs to have
- 00:33:30a minimum of 10 preferred customers
- 00:33:33repeat buyers and they are exceeding 30
- 00:33:36business volume
- 00:33:37that's why i love the daily essentials
- 00:33:39kit i love the kits that are coming out
- 00:33:41oh my gosh they're just so
- 00:33:43good i mean you gotta love those
- 00:33:46and just remember when they buy the kit
- 00:33:50move them to the auto ship because one
- 00:33:53of the things you got to remember
- 00:33:54is that the auto ship big business
- 00:33:57because now it's just shipping
- 00:33:58automatically
- 00:33:59they're never going to forget and then
- 00:34:01it starts to build the shopping annuity
- 00:34:03now just remember with the kits
- 00:34:05marketing
- 00:34:06101 people will ask you can i keep
- 00:34:10getting this same great price
- 00:34:12saving fifty dollars and the answer is
- 00:34:15i'm not so sure how long the special
- 00:34:18will be but if you go on to autoship we
- 00:34:22can
- 00:34:22lock it in okay
- 00:34:25so start doing that get them in there
- 00:34:29marty's done a great job in pulling
- 00:34:30together prices on this
- 00:34:32everybody's winning okay good now every
- 00:34:35leg when you build out has four
- 00:34:36personally sponsored no exceptions even
- 00:34:39if you get the first one doing well
- 00:34:40get four in there you never know if they
- 00:34:42forget to do something
- 00:34:44all right and your plan of action
- 00:34:48is only as good as you
- 00:34:52and the distributor you are working with
- 00:34:55agree to get it done
- 00:34:58all right they both have to agree to get
- 00:35:01it
- 00:35:02done don't set up a plan of action that
- 00:35:04they don't agree to because you can't
- 00:35:06come back
- 00:35:07and measure it because they didn't agree
- 00:35:09to it
- 00:35:10so this is very important now
- 00:35:13people ask me how's the time break up
- 00:35:17well ladies and gentlemen for an average
- 00:35:18person it takes one person two hours to
- 00:35:21get one customer
- 00:35:22it takes them to talk to four people sit
- 00:35:24down with two of them
- 00:35:25and it's about two hours for one so if i
- 00:35:28wanted two customers a week i'd spend
- 00:35:30four hours talking about my products to
- 00:35:32people
- 00:35:33eight different people if i'm going to
- 00:35:35sponsor somebody
- 00:35:36and diagnosing what people have to go
- 00:35:39average people
- 00:35:40it takes on average 32 hours of work to
- 00:35:44sponsor
- 00:35:44somebody into the business correctly so
- 00:35:47if you're gonna sponsor two per quarter
- 00:35:50which is the ufo
- 00:35:51program that's 64 hours of work
- 00:35:55over three months or six hours a week
- 00:35:58so ladies and gentlemen it's four hours
- 00:36:00to retailing in the beginning
- 00:36:01six hours to recruiting i don't think
- 00:36:03that's rocket science
- 00:36:05i think that's pretty much what it is
- 00:36:07okay
- 00:36:08now people ask me how about all the
- 00:36:11other stuff
- 00:36:12the mentor calls the bi-monthly ubps or
- 00:36:15hbps
- 00:36:16well that's another 48 hours okay
- 00:36:20over a period of months so we're coming
- 00:36:23into approximately
- 00:36:24eight hours a week more all right
- 00:36:27now without a doubt 68 hours total
- 00:36:33approximately 17 hours a week but wait a
- 00:36:35minute dennis
- 00:36:36that's over the 12 to 15 that i promised
- 00:36:40so what do we do we got a challenge
- 00:36:44we teach them how to work smarter you do
- 00:36:47product previews
- 00:36:48don't just do it with one person do with
- 00:36:50many people do
- 00:36:52group interviews many of you have
- 00:36:54several people
- 00:36:55interviewed at once do hbps instead of
- 00:36:58showing the plan one-on-one show it to
- 00:37:00three people at one time
- 00:37:02and the abc trial run is as good as any
- 00:37:06hbp
- 00:37:07right johnson all right good now
- 00:37:10it's not harder what what do i check on
- 00:37:13people always know what's your secret
- 00:37:16dennis how'd you do this
- 00:37:17well it's not too much of a secret it's
- 00:37:19basically knowing what you have to do
- 00:37:22you pull these out of the getting
- 00:37:23started guidance and i create a sheet
- 00:37:25possibilities per week i work off of
- 00:37:28three one two
- 00:37:29all right call three people book one
- 00:37:31appointment add two names
- 00:37:33five days a week so i need 10
- 00:37:36possibilities
- 00:37:37every week i need how many approaches
- 00:37:40i need 15 is what my measurement is
- 00:37:42because it's 312.
- 00:37:44this is just me but if you're not doing
- 00:37:46this stuff folks you're not
- 00:37:48in control you're just wishing
- 00:37:51it works i'm going to wish this i'm
- 00:37:53going to will it i'm going to wish it
- 00:37:58it don't work that way okay you got to
- 00:38:00do something
- 00:38:01you got to do something number of plans
- 00:38:04abc trial runs
- 00:38:05hey listen do you know what an abc trial
- 00:38:08run means
- 00:38:08it means you get off your fanny and go
- 00:38:11out with your new person
- 00:38:12and show the plan with them okay so
- 00:38:16some of us are really just tied in to
- 00:38:19tell them to go out to do these things
- 00:38:21then i tie in the meetings
- 00:38:23i tie in did you buy your tickets and
- 00:38:25you know what you
- 00:38:26have to understand if people don't buy
- 00:38:28their tickets they don't want to do the
- 00:38:29business
- 00:38:29because guess what they don't believe
- 00:38:31you so why are you going to work with
- 00:38:34them
- 00:38:34why do you work with them so ladies and
- 00:38:36gentlemen 12 to 15 hours
- 00:38:38for two to three years two to three
