uh plane incidents in general because

I've had a fear flying my whole life

even though I've done it a lot for my

job and the MH370 situation was very

unusual that you could tell right away

there was a lot of opusc over what was
00:02:43
happening when a plane goes missing you

would think that the information would
00:02:46
be made publicly available right off the
00:02:48
bat especially if there was a chance
00:02:49
there might be people on a raft
00:02:51
somewhere in the middle of the ocean
00:02:52
looking for help and rescue but instead
00:02:55
we were told that this plane disappeared
00:02:57
over the South China Sea and then days

go by and all of a sudden they go oh

well we had radar of this plane turning
00:03:04
back and flying over the peninsula of
00:03:06
Malaysia and then going to the malaka

Straits in the Andaman sea which is on

the west coast of Malaysia and they had

been searching in the South China Sea

for several days so I thought this was

very unusual I remember vividly how no

one really knew exactly where this plane

disappeared that if it crashed where did

it crash um and then people uh

criticized the Malaysian government

heavily for their uh choices that they

were making in terms of um potentially

families of the victims were all

freaking out some of them were getting

these craft were at all times monitoring

these things around the world so is that

the organization that would have been
