with the two gardens and the third the

The Last Story being the story of and

each of those stories cover four main

themes the First theme being the fitna
00:16:08
of persecution and escaping for your
00:16:12
religion the second FNA being the fitna
00:16:16
of wealth and money the third the third
00:16:20
the third FNA being the FNA of knowledge
00:16:23
which could potentially lead to
00:16:24
arrogance and the prophet M was humble
00:16:28
enough to knowledge for someone who was
00:16:30
not a prophet the third FNA being the
00:16:33
FNA of power and
00:16:36
Kingdom and all these
00:16:39
fan they have a link with f of the the
00:16:43
guide here the connection between and is
00:16:47
Allah is teaching Us in this Surah that

when you hold on to the Rope of Allah

and you hold on to the religion of Allah

whether it may be the fitna of women

whether it may be the FNA of whether it

may be the the FNA of wealth and power
00:17:04
you hold on to that religion Allah will

give you a way out so it is to equip

ourselves to protect ourselves from the

FNA the biggest FNA that will occur to

said all praises to Allah who sent

down to his servant the book and this

book being the

Quran and he did not make this book a

crooked book it is not a book that has

contradictions no mistakes no errors it

is the biggest blessing that Allah

subhanahu wa ta'ala bestowed upon
00:17:48
Mankind and in it in this Quran is how

to attain the pleasure of Allah

subhanahu wa'ta'ala and how to worship

Allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala it is the
00:17:59
manual we follow in order to get closer

to him subhanahu wa'ta'ala we all know
00:18:04
when we purchase a product it comes with
00:18:07
a manual and without this manual it is
00:18:10
quite frustrating to assemble an item
00:18:13
and the manual of our life our entire
00:18:17
existence is the book of Allah subhanahu

wa taala then Allah he said this book is

a book that is upright

it warns against and it warns of a

severe punishment a severe torment from

Allah subhanahu wa taala and this

reminds me of the time when the prophet

sallallahu alaihi wasallam was commanded

it was private and then he was

told get up and warn the people and he

stood on that mountain and he called out

to the tribes of

quray and he when he stood on that

mountain he asked the people if I was to

warn you of an army that was marching

behind this mountain would you all

believe me and they responded of course

we do not know you to be a liar we know

people who say I believe but I do not

pray for example or I believe but I do

not fast and my heart is good I have a

good heart I have a pure heart and I

have a good intention this is not the
00:21:03
way of the Muslims every part whenever

you look at the Quran you'll find Allah
00:21:11
saying those who believe and do
00:21:13
righteous
00:21:16
actions except those who believe and
00:21:19
follow the up with righteous
00:21:21
actions I remember seeing a a funny post
00:21:25
on Instagram someone said

saying that I wake up in the morning

without so you wake up early in the

morning and you do not brush your teeth

and you still think that your breath

smells good it is the same equivalent to

the one who says I believe in Allah but

I do not do righteous actions and my

intentions are pure and I have a pure

heart we believe as

Muslims they are of the opinion

that that belief divides into three it

is a statement of the tongue and it is a

belief within the heart and it is an

action done and carried with the

said those believers who Allah gave Glad

said they will remain in Paradise for

forever for eternity once a Muslim

will be blessed with eternal Bliss and I

risking 40 50 60 years for Eternal Bliss

ourselves this is a temporary life that

we liveing and this is a temporary

enjoyment an enjoyment that doesn't last

long and eventually will bring about
00:23:25
harm in this world before the Hereafter

him of the people of the cave what was

about the man who reached the East and

men went back to Medina they were

three questions tell us about the people

reached the East and the west and tell

the affair of the

wasallam he responded to them and he

said come back to me tomorrow and I

shall give you a

response he was on the assumption that

he was going to meet

jelam at a specific time a specific

location and he did not say inshallah

he forgot to say inshallah so the next
00:28:31
day came and they approached him and

they said to him huh do you have a
00:28:35
response for us and the prophet

sallallahu alaihi wasallam told them

come back the following day and I shall
00:28:41
have a response for you they came back
00:28:43
to him the next day and they asked him
00:28:45
huh do you have an answer and the
00:28:48
prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam told

him come back to me the next day to come
00:28:52
back to me tomorrow and I shall have a

response for you and they came back a
00:28:56
third day and a fourth day up until it
00:28:58
reached the 15th day and when it reached

the 15th day this was when they began

celebrating finally we can

intellectually disprove the prophethood

wasallam and you can imagine the
00:29:14
conversations they were having it was
00:29:16
like guys we got him we finally got him

and they came to the prophet s

celebrating and boasting and then Allah

different occasions and the reality is

M you you spoke to directly you are

intercede on behalf of us and M will

say I'm worried about myself I've killed

to so they go to and he doesn't mention

a sin he says I'm worried about myself

these are Miracles that are greater that

oh Allah grant us

Mercy in this cave and grant us Mercy

from yourself

and guide us rightly through this ordeal

this difficult moment that we are in oh

they went to the cave they sought refuge

in the cave and then they

said they asked Allah to give grant them

Mercy in this difficult moment

and guide us through this this difficult

moment and guide us through this ordeal

and so in this verse there there's this

benefit every Muslim whenever we go

through a difficult
00:43:12
moment whether that may be a difficult

exam that we are facing take the

necessary means study for it put the
00:43:19
effort in it and then rely upon Allah

subhanahu wa
00:43:23
taala if you're trying to attain

financial success wake up early in the
00:43:27
morning strive for it invest start a
00:43:31
business take the necessary means and
00:43:33
rely upon Allah subhah wa taala if you
00:43:35
want to get married don't just be at
00:43:38
home and say oh Allah grant me a
00:43:39
righteous spouse take the necessary
00:43:42
means ask your friends and family and
00:43:45
then ask Allah to Grant you a righteous
00:43:49
spouse this is called taking the
00:43:52
necessary means so these men didn't rely
00:43:55
on their intelligence but they not only
00:43:58
did they rely on their intelligence they
00:44:00
also sought and they also asked Allah to
00:44:03
guide them through this difficult moment
00:44:06
then Allah he
00:44:10
said then Allah answered their their Dua
00:44:16
and he caused them to fall asleep for
00:44:18
many
00:44:20
years they slept for many
00:44:22
years sometimes you don't understand how
00:44:26
Allah subhah
00:44:28
accepts the Dua you just have to trust
00:44:30
the
00:44:31
process you just have to trust the
00:44:33
process you ask Allah Allah is the best

of planners they didn't expect to sleep

for so many years they weren't even

expecting to to be sleeping for that

many years when we ask

outcome some of us unfortunately when we

near and she saw this these she saw

these kids wondering around these

infants and she ran towards them and

picked them up and hugged them so tight

and she fed them due to her intense love

for these kids

soam said to the sah do you think that

this woman is capable of throwing her
00:45:40
child in the
00:45:42
Hellfire the sahaba understood straight

away these kids were not her kids yet we
00:45:48
clearly see how much she loves these
00:45:51
kids and we can only imagine and wonder
00:45:55
how much she loves her own children
00:45:57
her Flesh and Blood

soam he asked the sah do you think this

woman is capable of throwing her child
00:46:08
in the Hellfire her own flesh and blood

they responded they said no by

said Allah is more merciful to his

servants than this woman is to her own

child and so when we ask Allah Allah is

us perhaps you may love a thing and it

is bad for you and perhaps you may love

a thing and perhaps you may hate a thing

and it is good for

you it is Allah who knows what's good

for you and it is Allah who knows what's

not good for you so trust him subhah wa

taala so after they slept for many years

Allah he raised them from their

sleep Allah he raised them from their

sleep so that he may show

them which one of the two groups were

were more accurate in their estimation

of how long they were sleeping for and

they differed the young men they divided
00:47:33
into two groups some of them said we

were sleeping for a day and a night and
00:47:37
other group had a different opinion and
00:47:39
