- 00:02:20cooperation he wants France and England
- 00:02:22to share nukes with other EU countries
- 00:02:23mcon said he's uh ready to discuss it
- 00:02:26that's crazy thank you
- 00:02:31well let me just say um that you're very
- 00:02:34very welcome here in Downing Street um
- 00:02:38and uh as you heard from the cheers on
- 00:02:41the street outside um you have full
- 00:02:44backing across the United Kingdom um and
- 00:02:47we stand with you with Ukraine for as
- 00:02:49long as it may uh take and um I hope
- 00:02:53youve heard some of that um cheering in
- 00:02:55the street that is the people of the
- 00:02:58analysts at the agency were verbally
- 00:02:59informed they were not to follow a
- 00:03:01report on Russia threat yeah yeah it's
- 00:03:02it's not only are we not considering
- 00:03:05Russian Russia State enemy we're telling
- 00:03:07like cybercom to let off
- 00:03:09them like literally Russia has been the
- 00:03:12at least one of the
- 00:03:14main cyber security threats to the
- 00:03:16United States and we're just like nah
- 00:03:19don't worry whatever they run the
- 00:03:20country now anyway who gives a
- 00:03:23coming out to demonstrate uh how much
- 00:03:25they support you how much they support
- 00:03:28Ukraine and our absolute determination
- 00:03:31to stand with you unwavering
- 00:03:34determination um and to achieve uh what
- 00:03:37we both want to achieve which is a
- 00:03:40lasting peace a lasting peace for
- 00:03:42Ukraine based on sovereignty and
- 00:03:44security for Ukraine um so important for
- 00:03:48Ukraine so important uh for Europe and
- 00:03:50so important for the United Kingdom so
- 00:03:51it's it's worth noting here again like
- 00:03:54this isn't just a matter of disagreeing
- 00:03:55with American policy which is something
- 00:03:57that's happened many many times it's
- 00:04:00immediately after zilinski and his fight
- 00:04:02with uh JD Vance and Trump getting
- 00:04:05invited basically in Stark opposition
- 00:04:07like hey to let you know we're not with
- 00:04:09them you know it's a paradigm shift in
- 00:04:11geop this it's it's a moment that will
- 00:04:13be recorded and remembered in history
- 00:04:16the at some point somebody's going to
- 00:04:18give a name to it you know like it's not
- 00:04:20going to be called the um you know the
- 00:04:22March or the the the the February 28th
- 00:04:25uh 2025 zinsky conference at the White
- 00:04:28House or whatever it's going to be given
- 00:04:30name and people will refer to it by that
- 00:04:33name did you cover the interview itself
- 00:04:35yep the whole thing Jesus man it's a
- 00:04:38whole new
- 00:04:41world Germany's Next leader Fredick Mays
- 00:04:45is calling for a discussion on nuclear
- 00:04:47sharing with France and Britain the only
- 00:04:50nuclear powers in Western Europe Mees
- 00:04:53has argu that the US strategy is
- 00:04:55Shifting under Donald Trump and
- 00:04:57therefore Europe needs greater defense
- 00:05:00Independence France however has rejected
- 00:05:02the idea France's defense minister
- 00:05:05Sebastian L I thought I thought mcon
- 00:05:07said he was considering it is this more
- 00:05:09recent information or is this outdated
- 00:05:12information says that France's nuclear
- 00:05:15deterence is French and will remain
- 00:05:18French the president alone decides when
- 00:05:22to use it and there will be no formal
- 00:05:24guarantees for European
- 00:05:27Partners talking about Britain now
- 00:05:30Britain's nuclear weapons fall under
- 00:05:31NATO's umbrella providing some
- 00:05:33protection to Europe however experts say
- 00:05:36the UK's Arsenal relies heavily on us
- 00:05:39missiles and Warheads raising not for
- 00:05:42long man not for
- 00:05:47long first of all Canada has been there
- 00:05:51for Ukraine uh from day one indeed from
- 00:05:54uh before day one as uh in 2015 uh we
- 00:05:58started uh training Ukrainian military
- 00:06:02forces on the ground in Ukraine uh which
- 00:06:05was uh a uh significant part Western
- 00:06:09training to the Ukrainian Armed Forces
- 00:06:12is one of the reasons why uh Ukraine has
- 00:06:14been able to stand up to uh the Russian
- 00:06:18uh Invaders so effectively over the past
- 00:06:20years it's not just Canada a number of
- 00:06:22countries had been involved uh but for
- 00:06:25historical reasons Canada having the
- 00:06:27second largest dias of ukrainians in the
- 00:06:31world the entire supply chain for the
- 00:06:32UK's nukes are from us suppliers and
- 00:06:34sources yeah but keep in mind that a lot
- 00:06:36of the stuff the United States produces
- 00:06:37also has supply lines that run to other
- 00:06:39countries too right like Canada Mexico
- 00:06:41are European Partners but that's all
- 00:06:43over now like the all of these ties are
- 00:06:45being severed right now every single
- 00:06:47European government every Ally not even
- 00:06:49just in Europe are making
- 00:06:51plans to um uh to to break away from the
- 00:06:57United States and and to think like
- 00:06:59literally all of
- 00:07:01this just to I don't know I mean I guess
- 00:07:04I guess at the end of the day it's just
- 00:07:06about like Elon Musk witing everyone to
- 00:07:08think he's cool like that's kind of the
- 00:07:10whole reason all this is happening sort
- 00:07:12of like how you you see you hear about
- 00:07:13like big historical Wars or like the
- 00:07:15Chinese Three Kingdoms period And if you
- 00:07:17like trace it back to its root it's like
- 00:07:19well one guy really really thought that
- 00:07:21his dad should respect them more and
- 00:07:23that's kind of why this all happened you
- 00:07:25know and Obama's tight five ah the F3 35
- 00:07:29is built with parts and components from
- 00:07:31like every us Ally NATO country don't
- 00:07:32worry American Military Supremacy is
- 00:07:34going to start falling apart pretty soon
- 00:07:36as well our military Supremacy has
- 00:07:38basically been unquestioned up until
- 00:07:39this point but as of a few weeks ago
- 00:07:42we're doing the Russia bit which is a
- 00:07:44military leadership is being appointed
- 00:07:46based on loyalty rather than on
- 00:07:48competence that's really all it takes
- 00:07:49everything from that point forward is a
- 00:07:51downhill role uh it doesn't matter how
- 00:07:54much money you pump into the system
- 00:07:56right at the end of the day military
- 00:07:58competence comes down to you know
- 00:08:00discipline consistency uh independent
- 00:08:03decision- making once you once you erode
- 00:08:05at that you know once you make it about
- 00:08:07loyalty you you kind
- 00:08:09of it all falls apart uh means that uh
- 00:08:13we felt deeply connected to Ukraine but
- 00:08:17we also believe deeply uh that it's not
- 00:08:20just about Ukraine it's about the rules
- 00:08:24and the values and the principles of
- 00:08:27sovereignty of independence of ter
- 00:08:29torial Integrity that protects every
- 00:08:32country in the world the American
- 00:08:34Military is already kind of competent if
- 00:08:36you want a perfect example of what I'm
- 00:08:38talking about how discipline and
- 00:08:41discipline and competence being
- 00:08:43prioritized over loyalty the biggest
- 00:08:45example of this I think is the
- 00:08:47difference between how we behav during
- 00:08:49the Gulf War versus the Iraq Vietnam War
- 00:08:53I think you see a perfect like it's very
- 00:08:55very obvious which of these wars was
- 00:08:57conducted with like political or or
- 00:08:59sorry U military competence first and
- 00:09:02which of them were conducted as
- 00:09:03political exercises first with you know
- 00:09:05the generals essentially being told like
- 00:09:07catchup like this is what
- 00:09:09we're doing get in line you know like
- 00:09:11this is yeah we're president's
- 00:09:12commander-in-chief this is what we're
- 00:09:14going for um it's pretty obvious you can
- 00:09:17tell Gulf War was so perfect it's kind
- 00:09:19of beautiful in a way it was like a
- 00:09:20synchronized dance the Gulf War
- 00:09:24insane all of us rely on those rules uh
- 00:09:28to be able to build peace and security
- 00:09:30and we know uh that with the world
- 00:09:33changing we're all going to have to do
- 00:09:35more around peace and security one of
- 00:09:37the key themes that we heard today as
- 00:09:40we've heard from uh many many partners
- 00:09:42around the world in NATO and elsewhere
- 00:09:44over the past number of years is people
- 00:09:47are going to be doing more on defense n
- 00:09:50and a half years ago when I took office
- 00:09:52in Canada um the previous government had
- 00:09:55us down below
- 00:09:571% of Defense ending uh even though the
- 00:10:01NATO 2% pledge had been made uh a year
- 00:10:04or two before uh in the subsequent time
- 00:10:07we have more than uh tripled defense
- 00:10:10spending on the path to 2030 and we're
- 00:10:12on our way to 2% and we know it is
- 00:10:14genuinely really sad that like this is
- 00:10:16the direction the world is heading in
- 00:10:18but much in the same like I I have to be
- 00:10:21consistent here right like I would have
- 00:10:24militantly supported us Armament against
- 00:10:26the Nazis in World War II I'm like it it
- 00:10:29it's it's not a principled pacifism or I
- 00:10:32I suppose it is very principled in the
- 00:10:34sense that that's the world you're
- 00:10:35fighting for but like clearly the work's
- 00:10:37not done at the end of the day all of
- 00:10:40this all of this comes down to Capital
- 00:10:43there's no way around that everything
- 00:10:46we're experiencing right now in the
- 00:10:48United States is a consequence of a
- 00:10:50slower version of what happened in
- 00:10:52Russia after the fall of the Soviet
- 00:10:54Union which is you know you consolidate
- 00:10:56power in the hands of too small a group
- 00:10:58of people blahy blah blah you know the
- 00:10:59deal you know my Spiel would you support
- 00:11:01a war against Russia no because I'm not
- 00:11:03like insanely stupid however you know
- 00:11:06the possibility of proxy wars cropping
- 00:11:08up or
- 00:11:11whatever can't rely on America we know
- 00:11:13where America stands
- 00:11:16now it's a good Spiel it is a good Spiel
- 00:11:19and it's true it's it's just true we're
- 00:11:22going to have to continue to do more and
- 00:11:24more in an uncertain world and Canada
- 00:11:26will be there as to how we will be there
- 00:11:29um we will work with our neighbors on it
- 00:11:31but uh everything is on the table
- 00:11:33because we need to make
- 00:11:35sure that might no longer makes right
- 00:11:39Europe could beat Russia in a
- 00:11:40conventional War if they had the will
- 00:11:42well sure but it wouldn't be a
- 00:11:43conventional War it'd be nuclear
- 00:11:44apocalypse yes in a conventional War
- 00:11:46Russia would get stomped by plenty of
- 00:11:47countries uh certainly a United European
- 00:11:50front like it wouldn't even be the
- 00:11:52Russian Doctrine is landmines you know
- 00:11:55tank traps artillery and uh infantry you
- 00:12:00know they they would get they would be
- 00:12:02deleted from space they lasers you know
- 00:12:06it wouldn't even be a thing but nukes
- 00:12:08are nukes that's how it
- 00:12:10is in this world that's what has led to
- 00:12:1380 years of incredible stability and
- 00:12:16prosperity not just in Europe but around
- 00:12:18the world because of the institutions we
- 00:12:20built out of the ashes of World War II
- 00:12:22and standing up for those
- 00:12:25institutions is in the best interest of
- 00:12:28every single one of us now as a
- 00:12:31collection of different nations we will
- 00:12:33have different perspectives uh from time
- 00:12:36to time on the best way forward and
- 00:12:38those will be worked out I just don't
- 00:12:39see Russian oligarchs being behind
- 00:12:41living in a cold bunker eating canned
- 00:12:43food for the rest of their lives didn't
- 00:12:44you hear Donald Trump is selling um
- 00:12:46American Pathways to citizenship for
- 00:12:48only 5 million each a Russian oligarch
- 00:12:50can easily afford
- 00:12:52that in forums like this or uh at the G7
- 00:12:55Forum or elsewhere but we are united in
- 00:12:58our values we are united and wanting to
- 00:13:00see peace and fairness and prosperity
- 00:13:02for all our citizens and that's what
- 00:13:04continues to drive us
- 00:13:07forward will Europe remove American
- 00:13:09bases from their countries actually yeah
- 00:13:11I think that shift is coming that was
- 00:13:13something Donald Trump was even talking
- 00:13:14about before in this in it talks with
- 00:13:16Russia down in Saudi Arabia Russia wants
- 00:13:19that certainly yeah that might actually
- 00:13:21happen though we we would need to move a
- 00:13:23little the needle would need to move a
- 00:13:24little further in that direction for
- 00:13:27that to be like really on the table but
- 00:13:29yeah where are the new bases going to be
- 00:13:30I don't think there would be new bases I
- 00:13:32just think we would like lose our allies
- 00:13:34my Battalion Commander literally said
- 00:13:35that needs to happen this morning yeah
- 00:13:37it's I mean at this point there a
- 00:13:38security threat would you want Russian
- 00:13:40bases in Germany and France probably not
- 00:13:42I've started to miss vos's patriotism
- 00:13:44speeches sorry you guys you got like
- 00:13:46Jingo you you got like jingoist
- 00:13:48pro-american speeches under Biden when
- 00:13:50it was appropriate uh they're not
- 00:13:52appropriate right now I'm sorry we're
- 00:13:53the bad guys we're unambiguously the bad
- 00:13:56guys in this Dynamic we 've always been
- 00:14:00bad mind you but there are usually tiers
- 00:14:04above or below good things you could or
- 00:14:06couldn't do this is an unmistakable
- 00:14:08shift downwards on the rung it's uh not
- 00:14:13good it's crazy how Al line the US is
- 00:14:15with Russia China Iran North Korea and
- 00:14:17being evil well hold on okay there are
- 00:14:18major differences here North Korea for
- 00:14:20one is a meme Russia is a raped uh
- 00:14:24pillaged hole run by a few hundred
- 00:14:28ultra wealthy men who want to do the
- 00:14:31same To America that is the goal of the
- 00:14:33ultra wealthy here Iran benefits from
- 00:14:36their relationship with Russia but
- 00:14:37they're doing their own thing and their
- 00:14:39own thing is holding an incredibly
- 00:14:41narrow margin of control over a uh a
- 00:14:44population that does not like their
- 00:14:45government and
- 00:14:47[Music]
- 00:14:49China I actually think that which
- 00:14:51direction China goes in is going to be
- 00:14:53one of the big that's going to be one of
- 00:14:55the big like kingmaker moments I guess
- 00:14:58because China has incentives to run in
- 00:15:00both directions you
- 00:15:02know it could be a Chinese Century but
- 00:15:06if they wanted it to be the best thing
- 00:15:08they could do in my opinion would be to
- 00:15:10align with the EU the the gulf between
- 00:15:13China and America is arbitrary and
- 00:15:16politically constructed for one America
- 00:15:19has good uh relationships with plenty of
- 00:15:21dictatorships for two keep in mind we
- 00:15:24didn't consider China an enemy until
- 00:15:26recently it was only after their dangus
- 00:15:28econ iic miracle that we even like that
- 00:15:31that was a consideration Nixon opened
- 00:15:33talks with China back in the in the
- 00:15:35what' 70s yeah yeah it was 70s the idea
- 00:15:37that China's like this great threat from
- 00:15:39overseas a lot of you probably don't
- 00:15:41remember that narrative is only about 20
- 00:15:43years old I know it sounds crazy but
- 00:15:46like back during the early Bush term it
- 00:15:49wasn't like this Trump is the first
- 00:15:51president to really lean in on it Obama
- 00:15:54and Bush more talked about China like
- 00:15:56foreign competitors which is fair that's
- 00:15:58you know that's Fair economic
- 00:15:59competitors sure um but to treat them
- 00:16:02like an enemy that's a trump thing it's
- 00:16:04relatively new China could deep in ties
- 00:16:07with the European
- 00:16:09Union it would make sense for them to in
- 00:16:11my opinion if it was possible
- 00:16:14to the EU does not hate China as much as
- 00:16:17America hates China what about bricks
- 00:16:20bricks is still a meme still a meme
- 00:16:22still a meme the EU does not want to
- 00:16:23Ally with China well depends on what you
- 00:16:25mean by Ally there's a trade
- 00:16:27relationship
- 00:16:29to what extent you know like how how
- 00:16:31much will that develop I really do hope
- 00:16:33our European allies are able to pick
- 00:16:34themselves up how do you see the the
- 00:16:36best way for the EU to deal with the one
- 00:16:39issue that is perhaps the last remaining
- 00:16:41issue of integration and that is
- 00:16:44defense um yes this is a very good
- 00:16:47question I think I've always been of the
- 00:16:50opinion um that uh Europe should not
- 00:16:53create any alternative to Nato because
- 00:16:57um I mean NATO is a military structure
- 00:17:02and every NATO member I mean we have 31
- 00:17:06members now 32 members 32 British prime
- 00:17:09minister no she's uh Estonia is she not
- 00:17:12am I wrong in this am I wrong in my
- 00:17:13memory Kaja kayak
- 00:17:16kalis Estonian yeah um the the Baltic
- 00:17:20states are NATO's greatest Soldiers by
- 00:17:22the way these These are the like we we
- 00:17:25we sit pretty with our budget over in
- 00:17:27America but these these These are the
- 00:17:29like suicide vest wearing front line
- 00:17:32against Russian aggression you know
- 00:17:34they're they're they're right up
- 00:17:39there 32 members now so uh you have 3 uh
- 00:17:44two different
- 00:17:47armies defense planners um and uh 32
- 00:17:52defense budgets so so that means you
- 00:17:55need those armies to work together um
- 00:17:58and and what now comes to the the
- 00:18:02European side is that we need to have
- 00:18:06the the
- 00:18:08interoperability of all the capabilities
- 00:18:11and and stuff I mean I bring you one
- 00:18:13example um just I'm I'm just trying to
- 00:18:16get a a feeling I guess moving out from
- 00:18:19here I I took a look at um various
- 00:18:21European nations media I wanted to take
- 00:18:24a look try to get like a Vibe I guess
- 00:18:26and it's it's all like very Pro zinski
- 00:18:29even if they're not being super open in
- 00:18:31their antagonism against President
- 00:18:32zalinski is preparing to travel to
- 00:18:34London for a summit of European leaders
- 00:18:36on Sunday what's what's our preferred
- 00:18:38source of media from uh France the
- 00:18:40english- speaking channel can you remind
- 00:18:42me after he clashed with President Trump
- 00:18:44and vice president JD Vance in an
- 00:18:46extraordinary shouting match on a visit
- 00:18:48to the Oval Office president Trump
- 00:18:50accused the Ukrainian leader of gambling
- 00:18:53with World War I and of not being even
- 00:18:55melan con is uh is praising zalinski in
- 00:18:58any case seninsky was courageous without
- 00:19:00his upom our continent would display the
- 00:19:02status of a simple colony of the USA
- 00:19:04whose leaders will Pat themselves in the
- 00:19:05back with their buddy Trump hey at least
- 00:19:07we're making being pro Ukrainian the
- 00:19:09anti-American position sorry meanon
- 00:19:11meanon being grateful for the support of
- 00:19:14the US president zalinski made it clear
- 00:19:16there should be no compromises with
- 00:19:18President Putin following all that drama
- 00:19:21the president of Ukraine was ordered to
- 00:19:22leave the White House and a much
- 00:19:24anticipated minerals deal was not signed
- 00:19:27the US president later said president
- 00:19:29zinski could return when he was ready
- 00:19:31for peace our North America editor Sarah
- 00:19:33Smith has this
- 00:19:35report Donald Trump began the day
- 00:19:38confident he was about to sign a very
- 00:19:40advantageous deal we know what happened
- 00:19:42can you can you all forgive me perhaps
- 00:19:44for being a little bit like weirded out
- 00:19:46by all of this I understand that we we
- 00:19:47like sort of intellectually grapple with
- 00:19:49what's happening here but on a personal
- 00:19:51level the idea that over the course of a
- 00:19:53few months the entire Global Order
- 00:19:56centering on my country by the way
- 00:19:59the entire Global order has been upended
- 00:20:01and it we're we're in like a completely
- 00:20:03unknown I don't know man so something's
- 00:20:06happening yeah nothing ever happens
- 00:20:08folks are definitely definitely
- 00:20:10definitely not eating
- 00:20:11well global leaders react to verbal
- 00:20:13brawl and Oval Office it's difficult to
- 00:20:16get a feel for what the attention levels
- 00:20:18are in uh say for example um in in
- 00:20:22Germany you know based off their English
- 00:20:24speaking channel right they would be
- 00:20:25going to like German news sources but
- 00:20:27it's pretty obvious how people feel
- 00:20:29British media is straight up having
- 00:20:30people say JD Vance is a piece of
- 00:20:32on air it it it is it is insane that all
- 00:20:35of this is being done but because a few
- 00:20:38hundred ultra wealthy people want to
- 00:20:41treat America like a no rules playground
- 00:20:43for The Wealthy they want to turn
- 00:20:45America into Dubai that's literally it
- 00:20:48that's L that's what it all boils down
- 00:20:49to is it because Trump's an egotist sure
- 00:20:52but that's not the cause is it because
- 00:20:54Elon Musk wants you to believe he's good
- 00:20:55at playing Path of Exile too sure but
- 00:20:57that's not the cause is it because JD
- 00:20:59van couches sure but that's not the
- 00:21:01cause the cause is because that's what
- 00:21:05Russia is to them to the oligarchs in
- 00:21:08Russia that is it is it's that's all it
- 00:21:10is they're Untouchable they're legally
- 00:21:13Untouchable to anyone other than
- 00:21:14Vladimir Putin you know like as long as
- 00:21:17you don't get on his bad side they can
- 00:21:19just basically do whatever they want and
- 00:21:21Russia is a hole to Russians but to
- 00:21:23those few hundred or so people oh they
- 00:21:25have the time they have such a good time
- 00:21:28it's like that in Dubai yeah most of the
- 00:21:30people living on the outskirts are
- 00:21:33slaves foreign workers with their visas
- 00:21:36taken away yeah it's a city to live
- 00:21:39in but if you can treat it like a
- 00:21:41permanent tourist then fine it's perfect
- 00:21:42for you if you're wealthy enough to
- 00:21:44enjoy the many sites and sounds then
- 00:21:46it's actually one of the most
- 00:21:47interesting cities to live in I'm told
- 00:21:49for a certain type of person and this is
- 00:21:52it's not even a 1% thing what is what is
- 00:21:54the 1% in America $400,000 a year or
- 00:21:57something like that
- 00:21:59$400,000 a year that's not Dubai
- 00:22:02levels 700k that's not Dubai levels a
- 00:22:05million 2 million a year no we're
- 00:22:07talking about literally like the
- 00:22:11smallest yeah like like the top 1% of
- 00:22:14the 1% maybe that and everything is
- 00:22:18being done for their benefit everything
- 00:22:20else is just propaganda Canada's foreign
- 00:22:22ministers has New Economic and security
- 00:22:24Partners needed Aid shift in USA Jesus
- 00:22:27Christ Our closest allly
- 00:22:29closest both politically and
- 00:22:31geographically they're right there
- 00:22:34man they're right there and they're
- 00:22:38looking for a way out listen okay you
- 00:22:41can be an accelerationist or not but the
- 00:22:43acceleration is coming you can listen
- 00:22:45Everyone's an accelerationist when the
- 00:22:47person driving the car hits the
- 00:22:49accelerator all right you can believe in
- 00:22:51it or not I'm from Eastern Europe do you
- 00:22:53guys in the US see a shift in how people
- 00:22:54think about Trump after yesterday that's
- 00:22:56theed up thing no they're can't there
- 00:22:58will never in America be a big Paradigm
- 00:23:02Shift like what you see abroad because
- 00:23:05half of this country is
- 00:23:07so hopelessly propagandized to that they
- 00:23:11could watch Trump their child and they
- 00:23:15would still come up with an excuse it is
- 00:23:18insane how polarized this country is the
- 00:23:21problem it's not just how far right
- 00:23:24America is because we're not the most
- 00:23:26farri country in the world politically
- 00:23:27speaking not even close it's that the
- 00:23:30American right has been taught to not
- 00:23:33believe in anything no principles
- 00:23:35absolutely none everything is to trigger
- 00:23:37the lips that's the unique American
- 00:23:39phenomenon there are other countries out
- 00:23:40there that are very far right who will
- 00:23:42nonetheless adhere to those far-right
- 00:23:45principles you know there are countries
- 00:23:48out there that think gay people should
- 00:23:49be stoned or whatever but if they found
- 00:23:51out their political leaders were gay
- 00:23:52they would want those political leaders
- 00:23:54stoned but here in America they want
- 00:23:56profile stoned sure fine I prefer for I
- 00:23:58don't know the justice system or
- 00:23:59whatever but go ahead I guess then they
- 00:24:01find out Trump is literally Epstein's
- 00:24:04closest friend no one cares that's the
- 00:24:07difference it's not that America is
- 00:24:08super far right it's that the American
- 00:24:11right does not believe in anything and
- 00:24:14their constituents have been taught to
- 00:24:16not believe in anything so they so
- 00:24:18nothing moves the
- 00:24:21needle you know Trump might uh crash the
- 00:24:24economy Trump might do this Trump might
- 00:24:25do
- 00:24:26that it doesn't matter like it it it
- 00:24:29doesn't matter cuz it's fake or it's not
- 00:24:31fake or it was to trigger the libs or he
- 00:24:32didn't actually mean that or whatever
- 00:24:34that's yeah that's the cancer here I
- 00:24:36would rather argue with a with a
- 00:24:38thousand um uh reactionary islamists who
- 00:24:42come over here from from from Iran or
- 00:24:44something you know I would rather have a
- 00:24:46conversation with all of them in a row
- 00:24:48about the right for women to show their
- 00:24:50hair or whatever the if they actually
- 00:24:52believe it I would rather talk about it
- 00:24:54with them than a single Trump supporter
- 00:24:56who will walk back every single thing
- 00:24:59they pretend they believe in the nanc
- 00:25:01it's politically expedient people with
- 00:25:03no principles jell spines Real Talk
- 00:25:06what's the solution to that I can't I I
- 00:25:08don't want to talk about
- 00:25:09it overwhelming uh media
- 00:25:13capture exercised with a level of
- 00:25:16ferocity that flashing a lot of whatever
- 00:25:19you want you know Trudeau is going to
- 00:25:21Europe
- 00:25:24really oh my
- 00:25:27God damn they are going to join the EU
- 00:25:30holy I I I don't know I think the
- 00:25:33first step is the UK rejoin the EU I
- 00:25:35don't know if they will they have to
- 00:25:36deal with their own the UK isn't
- 00:25:37really like very European culturally
- 00:25:39they need to they need to bring it back
- 00:25:41protests against JD Vance that's good
- 00:25:43that's good that's good they can
- 00:25:45threaten military Invasion again like we
- 00:25:48have to know our place okay America
- 00:25:50could be brought to its knees almost
- 00:25:52instantly with a with an embargo okay if
- 00:25:54America actually threatened to invade
- 00:25:56Canada it would be
- 00:25:59ruinous for the continent it would not
- 00:26:01be good like even a little bit and the
- 00:26:05way things are going having a feeling
- 00:26:07that European countries other NATO
- 00:26:09countries might start to supply Canada
- 00:26:11not
- 00:26:12us I don't think it's actually on the
- 00:26:14table is it possible that the USA helps
- 00:26:16Russia militarily in Ukraine yeah not
- 00:26:18only is it possible I'm I'm very
- 00:26:20confident that it's going to happen yeah
- 00:26:22Japan's pulling away from us as well I
- 00:26:24think the chatter meant in the sense of
- 00:26:25the US bombing Ukraine no the American
- 00:26:27public would not tolerate direct
- 00:26:29interference like
- 00:26:30that uh that would that would be
- 00:26:32shocking to me providing arms to Russia
- 00:26:34it'd be crazy but it could happen at
- 00:26:35this like the way things are going that
- 00:26:37could happen yeah um hello Reuben beep
- 00:26:41no more Japanese denim for you yeah you
- 00:26:43think the public opinion uh still
- 00:26:45matters yes yes it does yes it does
- 00:26:47never forget no matter how bad things
- 00:26:50get every dictatorship in history is
- 00:26:52built upon at the very least the um the
- 00:26:55passive acceptance of the uh majority
- 00:26:58majority always no matter what no one
- 00:27:00has ever built a power structure uh that
- 00:27:03has not been reliant on the majority
- 00:27:05being at least quiet it's a
- 00:27:08necessity public opinion still matters a
- 00:27:10lot but what if half the country is this
- 00:27:12indoctrinated into a cult they they
- 00:27:14don't the Republicans don't want to
- 00:27:17invade Ukraine on Russia's side the
- 00:27:19Republican constituency is not
- 00:27:20interested in that there are limits to
- 00:27:22this
- 00:27:23thing we are we are benefiting to a
- 00:27:26large extent from the fact that
- 00:27:27Americans can not stand
- 00:27:32hardship Canada's on track to hit
- 00:27:34recruiting targets holy
- 00:27:37that's funny
