    it's extremely difficult to take

    longer you go without support and

    and talking to somebody the worst things

    you're gonna get and you're gonna end up

    playing catch up for the rest of

    the semester and you're going to fall

    behind so i don't care who it is

    speak to your lecturer speak to a friend

    a colleague

    just find somebody that can refer you to

    the next thing i want to touch on is the

    environment can make or break your

    experience and your ability to stay

    focused so i encourage you to experiment

    study setups and environments see what

    now for me i needed complete solitude in

    order to focus and concentrate on my

    studies

    so the campus library although it was

    the right environment a lot of the times

    it was too distracting

    because it was just flooded with other

    students and

    the noise was extremely distracting and

    i just couldn't

    really focus right so it was kind of

    counterproductive

    the only times i could go to the library

    and actually get some work done

    was in the off peak times or during the

    evening where the students were off out

    somewhere

    so for me it was rather tricky and i had

    to do a lot of

    introspection to see what worked best

    for me some of you may prefer to study

    and that was an option for me for a

    while as well because at home

    you have the ability to isolate yourself

    and you've got the added comfort and

    nest but there is a caveat i think when

    distractions of things like netflix

    it's so easy to just jump in bed and

    watch movies and

    play video games it's almost too

    comfortable

    so again this is what it boils down to

    is finding that environment that you can

    mimic the workplace so that you take it

    seriously

    so the bottom line i would say is create

    chit-chatting it's very distracting so i

    believe that it helps a lot to

    revisit that lecture by having a

    explanations that the teacher says

    that can be very helpful to your
