The video introduces 44 tactical tips for gaining views on social media, shared by Callaway, a successful creator with a million followers. The focus is on leveraging algorithms for organic growth, likening them to free money from a casino. The first tip emphasizes warming up a new account by engaging with content before posting, which helps avoid the 'zero view jail'.
- 00:05:00 - 00:10:00
The second tip discusses audience matching, stressing the importance of consistently using specific topics and keywords to help the algorithm identify the right audience for your content. This involves strict discipline in topic selection to ensure long-term growth and algorithmic push.
- 00:10:00 - 00:15:00
The third tip warns against running paid ads on accounts with successful organic content, as this can harm organic reach. Instead, paid ads should be run from a separate account to preserve organic growth. The importance of maintaining a clear distinction between organic and paid content is highlighted.
- 00:15:00 - 00:20:00
The fourth tip explains the difference between pure virality and on-target virality, advising creators to focus on on-target virality for better monetization opportunities. This involves targeting specific viewer avatars rather than aiming for maximum reach, which can dilute effectiveness.
- 00:20:00 - 00:25:00
The fifth tip presents a virality formula that includes unique ideas, a large audience, a compelling hook, and luck. It emphasizes the importance of comments in driving virality, suggesting creators spark discussions by asking questions or making controversial statements to engage viewers.
- 00:25:00 - 00:30:00
The sixth tip focuses on maximizing share rates, which are crucial for virality. A share rate of 3% or higher is ideal, and creators are encouraged to engineer their content to encourage shares. The importance of storytelling and idea generation is also discussed, with tips on finding winning ideas and improving storytelling techniques.
- 00:30:00 - 00:36:41
The final tips cover editing, posting strategies, and growth expectations, emphasizing the need for consistency and engagement with the audience. Creators are encouraged to post frequently, engage with other creators, and utilize various platforms to maximize their reach and growth potential.

- 00:00:00If you want to get more views on social
- 00:00:01media, this video is going to be a gold
- 00:00:04mine. These are 44 tactical tips and
- 00:00:06tricks that will immediately speed up
- 00:00:08your growth. And these are not what you
- 00:00:10typically hear. I've collected them from
- 00:00:12the biggest creators in the world and my
- 00:00:14own personal content experiments. By the
- 00:00:16way, I'm Callaway. I have a million
- 00:00:18followers. I've done billions of views
- 00:00:19and I speed ran YouTube from zero to
- 00:00:22100,000 subs in just 5 months. These are
- 00:00:24all the tactics that I used. All right,
- 00:00:26let's start with algorithms and
- 00:00:28virality. Now, the broad goal for all of
- 00:00:30the tips in this section is to help you
- 00:00:32get as much free push from the algorithm
- 00:00:34as possible. And here's why this is so
- 00:00:36important. Imagine you're at a casino
- 00:00:38and you bring $500 to the table. You sit
- 00:00:41down and then the dealer hands you
- 00:00:42another $500 free play coupon from the
- 00:00:45casino. So now you have $1,000 to play
- 00:00:48with the 500 you brought and the 500 the
- 00:00:50casino gave you. That casino coupon is
- 00:00:53free money to you. And I want you to
- 00:00:54think of the algorithm in the exact same
- 00:00:56way. Algorithms are like casino dealers
- 00:00:58that give you free traffic and
- 00:01:00distribution that you don't have to pay
- 00:01:02for. This is the magic of social media.
- 00:01:05Now, our job if we want more views is to
- 00:01:07maximize that free house money that the
- 00:01:09algorithm gives us. And all the tips in
- 00:01:12this section are designed to do that.
- 00:01:13Okay. Now, tip number one is how to warm
- 00:01:15up a brand new account. If you want to
- 00:01:17start social media from scratch, this is
- 00:01:19the best process to warm up the account
- 00:01:21so that you don't get stuck in that zero
- 00:01:23view jail. Most people think you should
- 00:01:25just start posting immediately on day
- 00:01:26one, but you don't want to do this
- 00:01:28because that's not how a normal human
- 00:01:30would use social media. So, here's what
- 00:01:32you do in the first two days. Don't
- 00:01:33post. Just make an account, and then
- 00:01:35scroll for 15 minutes or so, like,
- 00:01:38engage, watch full videos, and comment
- 00:01:40on some of them. And then, starting on
- 00:01:42day three, you're going to post. This is
- 00:01:44exactly how a normal human would warm up
- 00:01:46an account. They would try it for a
- 00:01:47little bit, and then get interested
- 00:01:49enough to post on day three. So, that's
- 00:01:51exactly what you want to do. When you
- 00:01:52start posting on day three, you want to
- 00:01:54post consistently every single day from
- 00:01:56there. If you do it this way, this will
- 00:01:57get your brand new account past the zero
- 00:01:59view jail and you'll start growing
- 00:02:01immediately. All right, tip number two
- 00:02:02is about audience matching. To maximize
- 00:02:04the algorithm's push for you, you need
- 00:02:06to make sure you trigger the best
- 00:02:08possible audience match. Let me explain
- 00:02:10what this means. The algorithm's primary
- 00:02:12job is to match viewers with content
- 00:02:14that they want to watch. It does this by
- 00:02:16establishing a topical baseline for what
- 00:02:18your video is about and then finding
- 00:02:20other viewers that have a history of
- 00:02:22liking videos like that. So, your job is
- 00:02:24to make sure the algorithm knows exactly
- 00:02:26what you're talking about and has
- 00:02:28confidence that you will consistently
- 00:02:29talk about just that. To help it
- 00:02:31understand what topic you're talking
- 00:02:32about, you want to mention those topics
- 00:02:34or keywords again and again in the
- 00:02:37script and in the caption. And to signal
- 00:02:39that you're going to consistently talk
- 00:02:40about only that topic, you need strict
- 00:02:42discipline around your topic selection.
- 00:02:44The better the algorithm can understand
- 00:02:46what you talk about and the precision
- 00:02:48you talk about it with, the better it
- 00:02:49can match you with your ideal viewer.
- 00:02:51Okay. Now, tactically, how should you
- 00:02:53develop your content ideas so that they
- 00:02:55trigger the best possible audience
- 00:02:56match? This is called avatar filtering.
- 00:02:59For every single idea and script you
- 00:03:01make, you want to run a strict filter
- 00:03:03process asking the question, if I make
- 00:03:05this video, will my ideal avatar
- 00:03:07resonate with it? And if not, as
- 00:03:09tantalizing as an idea might be, don't
- 00:03:11make that video. If you do make it and
- 00:03:13it bangs, you're going to be sacrificing
- 00:03:15long-term potential fit for short-term
- 00:03:18views. And the truth is, the better that
- 00:03:20a poor fit video does, the more confused
- 00:03:22the algorithm gets because it won't know
- 00:03:25who to push your next video to based on
- 00:03:27that one. So, if you want max push over
- 00:03:29the long term, stay disciplined on idea
- 00:03:32filtering. All right. Now, tip number
- 00:03:33four is one that's going to leave a lot
- 00:03:35of you scratching your head. You're
- 00:03:36going to be upset about this. The
- 00:03:37ultimate goal of social media if you're
- 00:03:39a brand is to validate the best ideas
- 00:03:41for free with organic so you know
- 00:03:43exactly where to put your paid dollars.
- 00:03:46This flow organic to paid is the 2025
- 00:03:48social media strategy that every brand
- 00:03:50should be running. However, the absolute
- 00:03:53critical mistake that so many
- 00:03:54entrepreneurs make is the following.
- 00:03:56They get their organic videos working.
- 00:03:58They're crushing. They're getting tons
- 00:03:59of views. And then they commit the
- 00:04:00cardinal sin. They run paid ads on that
- 00:04:03same account. This mistake is an
- 00:04:05absolute must to avoid. Do not run paid
- 00:04:07ads on an account if you have organic
- 00:04:09videos already working. If you're going
- 00:04:11to juice a video with paid spend, you
- 00:04:13need to run that paid spend from a
- 00:04:14different account. And here's why. Once
- 00:04:16a social media platform is aware that
- 00:04:18you're willing to spend to get reach,
- 00:04:20they will nuke your organic video views.
- 00:04:23So essentially, you spent all that time
- 00:04:24building a golden goose with organic and
- 00:04:26then you just destroy it by running paid
- 00:04:29through that same account. Always run
- 00:04:31paid from a separate account. This will
- 00:04:32preserve your organic reach but allow
- 00:04:34you to boost with paid. And if you've
- 00:04:36already nuked your organic views because
- 00:04:38you've been running paid, you probably
- 00:04:39feel this pain as I say it. And if this
- 00:04:41is you, there's a good chance those
- 00:04:43organic accounts, they're already nuked
- 00:04:44forever. Once you train it that you're
- 00:04:46willing to spend, it's really hard to
- 00:04:48reverse it. Now, if you keep watching
- 00:04:49the video, tip 36 talks about a specific
- 00:04:52approach that you can use to speedrun
- 00:04:54the growth of that new organic account.
- 00:04:56So, I'll break that down later. All
- 00:04:57right. Tip number five is explaining
- 00:04:59virality. Here's the truth about
- 00:05:00virality. There are two types of
- 00:05:02virality. pure virality and ontarget
- 00:05:04virality. Pure virality is the maximum
- 00:05:07possible reach for a given video. On
- 00:05:09target virality is the maximum possible
- 00:05:11penetration on a given video in your
- 00:05:14ideal viewer avatar slice. If you're
- 00:05:16trying to monetize your videos via brand
- 00:05:18deals or ads, you want pure virality.
- 00:05:21But if you're trying to monetize your
- 00:05:22videos via driving that traffic off
- 00:05:24platform to owned products and services,
- 00:05:27then you want ontarget virality. Now,
- 00:05:29the ads and brand deal model that can
- 00:05:31reach low seven figures in revenue per
- 00:05:33year, but it's going to cap out there.
- 00:05:35And this is because you're going to hit
- 00:05:36the ceiling for what the top tier brands
- 00:05:38are willing to risk per post. So, if you
- 00:05:40want to build a business with greater
- 00:05:42than 1 to2 million per year in revenue,
- 00:05:43you're going to want to avoid pure
- 00:05:45virality and focus only on ontarget
- 00:05:47virality. Pure virality looks cool
- 00:05:49because the numbers are bigger and
- 00:05:50everybody likes seeing bigger numbers,
- 00:05:52but it's actually going to weaken your
- 00:05:53ability to target a specific slice with
- 00:05:55an offer. Because essentially, when you
- 00:05:57go for pure virality, in order to get
- 00:05:59those numbers so big, you have to appeal
- 00:06:01to so many different avatars at the same
- 00:06:03time. And this weakens the algorithm's
- 00:06:04ability to target a specific one when
- 00:06:07it's time to sell an offer. So, it's
- 00:06:08really important that you make sure you
- 00:06:10know which virality game you're playing.
- 00:06:12All right, tip number six is my virality
- 00:06:14formula. Regardless of which virality
- 00:06:16type you're going for, there is a
- 00:06:17formula that works for both. And that
- 00:06:19formula is this. Virality equals unique
- 00:06:22idea, large applicable audience, unique
- 00:06:24point of view, worldclass hook,
- 00:06:26compelling story, and luck. If you want
- 00:06:29to understand the differences between
- 00:06:30these variables and the tactics for how
- 00:06:32to build each one of them up, I will
- 00:06:34link a video below that I made
- 00:06:35specifically on this formula. It's the
- 00:06:37first one on my channel. Tip number
- 00:06:39seven is about comments. Comments are an
- 00:06:41extremely important part of driving
- 00:06:43virality in videos. The videos that end
- 00:06:45up going mega viral typically have one
- 00:06:47or more massive discussions happening in
- 00:06:50the comments. And your goal as the
- 00:06:52creator of the content is to lay the
- 00:06:53Tinder so that those conversations
- 00:06:55ignite as soon as one person kicks them
- 00:06:57off. Now, the easiest way to do this is
- 00:06:59to say something controversial in your
- 00:07:01video that people react to. But if
- 00:07:03you're like me and you don't really like
- 00:07:04starting intentional controversy cuz
- 00:07:06it's just not that positive for the
- 00:07:07world, a better way to do this is to ask
- 00:07:09a question at the end of your video to
- 00:07:11spark the response and that dialogue.
- 00:07:13The truth is, when people spend several
- 00:07:15minutes reading comments, it signals to
- 00:07:17the algorithm that there's something
- 00:07:18significantly important going on in your
- 00:07:20video. It may not count as many looping
- 00:07:23views, but it will treat that higher
- 00:07:24priority than a typical video that
- 00:07:26doesn't have comments. Now, the other
- 00:07:28tip is that when a discussion does start
- 00:07:30happening, you want to feed it. So,
- 00:07:31tactically, you should prioritize
- 00:07:33responding to all the comments that are
- 00:07:35talking about potentially explosive
- 00:07:36angles to help kickstart those
- 00:07:38discussions. All right, in tip number
- 00:07:40eight, the last one in this section, the
- 00:07:42most important metric for virality is
- 00:07:44share rate, which is shares divided by
- 00:07:46views. If you want more algorithmic
- 00:07:48push, you need to maximize share rate.
- 00:07:50Now, in that virality formula video that
- 00:07:52I referenced, I talk about specifically
- 00:07:54how to engineer more shares. But as a
- 00:07:56frame of reference, the rate you want is
- 00:07:583%. Three shares for every 100 views or
- 00:08:01higher. If you get a share rate above
- 00:08:033%, you win and the video is going super
- 00:08:05viral. Anything less than 3% and the
- 00:08:07video is typically not going to reach
- 00:08:09more than 500,000 views. Now,
- 00:08:11tactically, there are a few really easy
- 00:08:12ways when picking ideas and writing
- 00:08:14stories that you can build
- 00:08:15shareworthiness into the script. And if
- 00:08:18you want to learn how to do this in
- 00:08:19practice, I actually wrote a free guide
- 00:08:21breaking down exactly how to engineer
- 00:08:23virality. It's at
- 00:08:24viralitybloopprint.com. You can get the
- 00:08:26link in the description. All right. Now,
- 00:08:27this brings up our next category, which
- 00:08:28is ideas and storytelling. And the macro
- 00:08:31goal in this category is that all the
- 00:08:33tips are meant to help you derisk your
- 00:08:35effort. Every time you sit down to make
- 00:08:37a video, you want to ensure that the
- 00:08:38idea and the script are best positioned
- 00:08:41to give you the best chance for it to
- 00:08:42break out. And so all of these tips are
- 00:08:44tactical ways to find better ideas and
- 00:08:46to write better stories so your videos
- 00:08:48perform better. All right. Now, tip
- 00:08:50number nine is where to find winning
- 00:08:51ideas. The easiest place to come up with
- 00:08:54winning content ideas is to look at
- 00:08:56other winning ideas that have already
- 00:08:57been posted in your niche. Make a list
- 00:08:59of 10 to 20 other creators that you
- 00:09:01like. Filter for their best performers
- 00:09:03and then remix off of those. Any video
- 00:09:06with 20x the average views of the
- 00:09:08creator is something you should
- 00:09:09seriously take a look at making. If it
- 00:09:11doesn't have over 20x their average
- 00:09:12views, but multiple creators have talked
- 00:09:14about it and those videos have gotten 5x
- 00:09:17over the average views. Again, that's a
- 00:09:19green light that there's a good idea
- 00:09:20there. If you're stuck on ideas because
- 00:09:22you have the cold star problem, the
- 00:09:24first hundred videos you make can just
- 00:09:26be remixes of other ones that have
- 00:09:28worked. Again, this is to derisk your
- 00:09:30reps while you're still learning the
- 00:09:31skill of making videos. Once you learn
- 00:09:33the skill, you can start incorporating
- 00:09:34more original ideas. But this is a
- 00:09:36really easy way to derisk the effort.
- 00:09:37All right. Now, the next logical
- 00:09:39question is, what really makes for a
- 00:09:41winning idea? A winning idea is
- 00:09:42something that provides value and
- 00:09:44elicits an emotion from the viewer. Now,
- 00:09:47the easiest way to provide value outside
- 00:09:49of entertainment or humor is to target a
- 00:09:51specific pain point the viewer has and
- 00:09:53then offer a relevant solve to help them
- 00:09:55solve it. And when you do this, the
- 00:09:57emotion elicited is usually urgency in
- 00:10:00trying to get them to go solve it or
- 00:10:01shock in the surprise of the solution
- 00:10:03that you gave. But to build on the last
- 00:10:05point, if you find a validated video
- 00:10:07idea that has performed well in the past
- 00:10:09and it solves a painoint the viewer has,
- 00:10:11you're typically good to go. You want to
- 00:10:13run all of your validated outlier ideas
- 00:10:15through this filter. Did that idea help
- 00:10:18solve a nagging painoint that my ideal
- 00:10:20viewer had? And if the answer is yes,
- 00:10:22chances are that's a winning idea. Tip
- 00:10:24number 11 is the four horsemen of great
- 00:10:27storytelling. There are four core
- 00:10:29concepts that consistently help improve
- 00:10:31storytelling in content. Speed to value,
- 00:10:34contrast, comprehension, and curiosity
- 00:10:36loops. Let's break down each one. Speed
- 00:10:38to value is one of the most important
- 00:10:40principles of great content. And it
- 00:10:42essentially means this. How fast in
- 00:10:44terms of words, seconds, or sentences
- 00:10:47can you get to the valuable part of the
- 00:10:49story? And value can either be
- 00:10:51entertaining or uniquely interesting.
- 00:10:53The longer it takes you to get to that
- 00:10:55point from beginning to there, the less
- 00:10:57people that are going to stick around to
- 00:10:58watch. Your goal is to increase the
- 00:11:00speed to value by shortening the time it
- 00:11:03takes to get there. And the easiest way
- 00:11:04to do this is by deleting all the
- 00:11:06unnecessary fluff at the beginning of
- 00:11:08the video. You want to cut all the
- 00:11:10sentences that are not immediately
- 00:11:11critical to getting comprehension to go
- 00:11:13up. Go sentence by sentence all the way
- 00:11:15through the document and cut all those
- 00:11:17fluffy sentences and you'll be left with
- 00:11:19a much more compressed story. All right.
- 00:11:21Now, the easiest way to improve
- 00:11:22storytelling in your videos is to embed
- 00:11:25more contrast. Contrast is the distance
- 00:11:27between what someone currently believes
- 00:11:29and what you believe to be true. It's
- 00:11:31expectations verse reality. So, to
- 00:11:34create contrast, you want to start with
- 00:11:35the baseline understanding. Let's call
- 00:11:37that A. And then come up with your
- 00:11:39alternative reality. B. That distance is
- 00:11:42contrast. So, for example, I might say
- 00:11:44something like most people believe the
- 00:11:46easiest way to build wealth is real
- 00:11:47estate. And then to create contrast, I
- 00:11:49might say something like this. But that
- 00:11:51isn't true because the data actually
- 00:11:52shows investing in the S&P 500 is a much
- 00:11:55better way to build wealth. So the
- 00:11:56contrast I build there is real estate
- 00:11:58verse S&P 500. And the more contrarian
- 00:12:01my take, the bigger the contrast, the
- 00:12:03more it will hook the viewer and keep
- 00:12:05them engaged. Your goal tactically when
- 00:12:07telling stories is to find points where
- 00:12:09you can embed contrast where it makes
- 00:12:11sense. And tactically, the way you do
- 00:12:13this is by taking a point, understanding
- 00:12:15what a normal person believes, and then
- 00:12:17figuring out what you believe that is
- 00:12:19different from that normal person. Okay,
- 00:12:20tip number 14. The most important driver
- 00:12:22of bad stories is comprehension loss.
- 00:12:25This means as you tell the story, the
- 00:12:27viewer either can't understand what
- 00:12:29you're saying or they lose the line of
- 00:12:30logic. If either of these things happen,
- 00:12:32they will be confused and just stop
- 00:12:34watching. Now, to solve for this
- 00:12:35comprehension loss, you just want to use
- 00:12:37simpler words and shorter sentences. Try
- 00:12:39to speak at an advanced sixth grade
- 00:12:41reading level. Any words more complex
- 00:12:43than this are just injecting unnecessary
- 00:12:46jargon that you don't need. Now, to
- 00:12:48solve for the confusing logic flow, the
- 00:12:50easiest way to do this is to tell your
- 00:12:51stories from wide to narrow. Start by
- 00:12:54setting broad context and then slowly
- 00:12:56narrow in on your point as you go down.
- 00:12:58Your breadth of topic should be seen
- 00:13:00like a funnel in this way because that's
- 00:13:02how brains comprehend information, high
- 00:13:04to low. This is why most movies start
- 00:13:06with establishing shots before they go
- 00:13:08into the character dialogue. If you
- 00:13:10start narrow and then get broad and back
- 00:13:12to narrow, it's confusing and hard for
- 00:13:14the viewer to follow. Avoiding
- 00:13:16comprehension loss is a vital part of
- 00:13:18storytelling. And again, the easiest way
- 00:13:19to gut check for this is to read your
- 00:13:21story one line at a time. And after each
- 00:13:23line, stop and ask yourself, am I clear
- 00:13:26where this story is at and where it's
- 00:13:27headed? If not, then it's not clear
- 00:13:29enough and you're going to have
- 00:13:30comprehension loss. All right, tip
- 00:13:32number 15 is about curiosity loops. A
- 00:13:34curiosity loop is like a rabbit hole
- 00:13:36that is so tempting a viewer can't do
- 00:13:38anything but go down it. And it's a
- 00:13:40metaphor to represent how tantalizing
- 00:13:42your hook needs to be in order to grab
- 00:13:44the viewer. Now, to create a curiosity
- 00:13:46loop, you need to use effective contrast
- 00:13:48paired with the right visual stack.
- 00:13:51Let's explain exactly what that means.
- 00:13:53Tip number 16 is about that visual
- 00:13:55stack. I call it hook alignment. There
- 00:13:57are four components to a video hook. The
- 00:13:59visual hook, which is what is shown, the
- 00:14:01written hook, which is the text on the
- 00:14:03screen. the spoken hook, which is what
- 00:14:04is said, and the audio hook, which is
- 00:14:06the music and sound effects. Thinking
- 00:14:08through each one of these individually,
- 00:14:10well, that's one thing. But the
- 00:14:11nonobvious tip that will really level up
- 00:14:13your hooks, is making sure there is
- 00:14:15perfect alignment between the four
- 00:14:17things. It turns out the spoken hook,
- 00:14:19what you say, is actually the third most
- 00:14:21important piece. The visual hook, what
- 00:14:24you show, and the written hook, the text
- 00:14:25on screen, are actually way more
- 00:14:27important. And this is because the eyes
- 00:14:29comprehend before the ears can hear. So
- 00:14:31in order of importance, it's visual
- 00:14:33hook, written hook, spoken hook, and
- 00:14:35then audio hook. Now to get this right
- 00:14:37and to have the perfect visual
- 00:14:38alignment, the visual hook has to
- 00:14:40perfectly represent what is written and
- 00:14:43what is said. If the alignment is even
- 00:14:45slightly off, then the comprehension is
- 00:14:46going to go down and viewers will churn.
- 00:14:49This is called hook alignment. And it
- 00:14:50works because the brain perceives the
- 00:14:52hook pieces like this. Visuals, spoken
- 00:14:55visuals. First, we see a visual or text
- 00:14:58hook and we decide if the video is
- 00:15:00interesting to us. And then our ears
- 00:15:02catch up and we digest what is being
- 00:15:04said in the first two sentences. As this
- 00:15:06is happening, we're trying to match what
- 00:15:08we're hearing from the spoken sentences
- 00:15:10with the visuals that we see. And this
- 00:15:11is that first alignment checkpoint. Once
- 00:15:14we're clear on that, we try to reconfirm
- 00:15:16the match by taking what we heard and
- 00:15:17then rematching it with the next visual.
- 00:15:20Eyes, ears, eyes. So, knowing all this,
- 00:15:22here's the tactical approach to 10x your
- 00:15:24views and improve your hooks. Knowing
- 00:15:27that visuals are more important than
- 00:15:29spoken hooks, you want to start your
- 00:15:30ideation process by finding the key
- 00:15:32visual first. Then, you want to write
- 00:15:35your spoken hook to best match the
- 00:15:37visual that you already have. You want
- 00:15:38to do it in this order, not the other
- 00:15:40way around. All right, tip number 17 is
- 00:15:41to use the word you. To get more views,
- 00:15:44you need the viewer to see themselves in
- 00:15:46the painoint or character you're
- 00:15:48addressing. And the easiest way to make
- 00:15:49this foolproof is to use the word you in
- 00:15:52your script. Speak to the viewer as if
- 00:15:54you're talking to them onetoone. And to
- 00:15:56continue this idea, you need to continue
- 00:15:58reminding yourself who is this video
- 00:15:59for. Always remember the video is for
- 00:16:01the viewer, not for you. This means you
- 00:16:04should talk about them first and you
- 00:16:06second. Because if I lead everything
- 00:16:08with I, it makes it hard for the viewer
- 00:16:10to understand if they should opt in.
- 00:16:11Leading with the word I means that
- 00:16:13opt-ins will only come if the viewer
- 00:16:15sees themsself in you, the messenger. Of
- 00:16:17course, you can always use your own
- 00:16:19personal stories to explain your point,
- 00:16:21but do that after you've established the
- 00:16:23video is for you. All right. Now, tip
- 00:16:25number 18 is to use atomic storytelling.
- 00:16:28Here's the reason why most people are
- 00:16:29bad at telling stories. School rewards
- 00:16:32fluff. Write 500word essays, hit a
- 00:16:34certain page limit. But this is the
- 00:16:36opposite of what works in real life.
- 00:16:38Real life rewards extreme compression.
- 00:16:41So, if you have interesting ideas, but
- 00:16:43your content's just not working, you
- 00:16:44need to practice distillation. How much
- 00:16:47further can you compress your ideas down
- 00:16:48to get them in the atomic form? Because
- 00:16:51if you tell five sentence stories in 10
- 00:16:53sentences, then more than 50% of people
- 00:16:55are going to bounce before the end. And
- 00:16:57again, I sound like a broken record, but
- 00:16:58a common exercise for getting better at
- 00:17:00this is to read your stories one line at
- 00:17:02a time and ask if you need that line to
- 00:17:04be in there. If not, cut it. The fastest
- 00:17:06way to train your brain on how to do
- 00:17:08this is to use copy work from your
- 00:17:09favorite creators. Literally take their
- 00:17:11videos, download them, and look at the
- 00:17:13way they write their scripts line by
- 00:17:15line. Now, I will note each medium,
- 00:17:17books versus podcast versus YouTube
- 00:17:19verse shorts versus tweets, they all
- 00:17:20have an optimal speed. So, you want to
- 00:17:22make sure you take videos from creators
- 00:17:23or content from creators from the medium
- 00:17:26that you're working on and mimic off
- 00:17:27that. All right, tip number 19 is about
- 00:17:29CTAs in your videos. Do not put hard
- 00:17:32call to actions in your video scripts.
- 00:17:35Hard CTAs will nuke your share rate
- 00:17:37because it makes people feel like
- 00:17:38they're being sold to. At most, you can
- 00:17:40ask them to follow you at the end of the
- 00:17:42video, but even this interrupts the
- 00:17:43flow. I'm telling you, just give value
- 00:17:45and don't ask for anything in the video
- 00:17:48itself. In the caption, you can add all
- 00:17:50the CTAs you want, but don't break that
- 00:17:52hypnosis in the video. All right. And
- 00:17:53tip number 20. If you want to improve
- 00:17:55your storytelling, just use
- 00:17:57sandcastles.ai. Now, of course, this is
- 00:17:58the tool I built to take everything I'm
- 00:18:00talking about with storytelling ideas,
- 00:18:02virality, and algorithms, and compress
- 00:18:04it down so that it just applies it to
- 00:18:06your scripts automatically. All you have
- 00:18:07to do is put in your topic or your raw
- 00:18:09script or raw notes, and we'll do the
- 00:18:11rest. It will literally come out ready
- 00:18:12to go. Anybody watching this can try for
- 00:18:14free sand castles.ai. All right. Now,
- 00:18:16the next category is editing. And the
- 00:18:18truth is editing on social media is
- 00:18:20actually a lot less important than
- 00:18:21people think. Now, it matters, of
- 00:18:23course, but if you don't do any of the
- 00:18:24things we talked about already, then the
- 00:18:26editing is really not going to save the
- 00:18:27video. But with that being said, editing
- 00:18:29is the big hairy monster that
- 00:18:31everybody's afraid of because it's so
- 00:18:32different from all the other skills
- 00:18:34we've ever tried. So, here are a bunch
- 00:18:36of tactical tips and tricks for how to
- 00:18:37improve your edits so you get more
- 00:18:38views. All right, number 21 is about
- 00:18:40visual selection. The biggest needle
- 00:18:42mover when it comes to editing is visual
- 00:18:44selection and pacing. We'll get to
- 00:18:46pacing in a second, but on the selection
- 00:18:48point with every sentence in the video,
- 00:18:49you need to ask yourself, what is the
- 00:18:51best possible visual that I can show to
- 00:18:54increase comprehension of this sentence?
- 00:18:56And this echoes my point on hook
- 00:18:58alignment from earlier because better
- 00:19:00visual selection is the best way to
- 00:19:02increase visual comprehension. And so
- 00:19:05the tactical next question is where do I
- 00:19:07find better visuals? And that is tip
- 00:19:09number 22. Where to find better visuals?
- 00:19:11I typically find visuals from other
- 00:19:13videos made on social media, YouTube,
- 00:19:15stock footage sites, the company
- 00:19:16website, all over the place. But to make
- 00:19:19this easier, I actually built a full
- 00:19:20guide with all different sites and
- 00:19:22sources that you can use to find better
- 00:19:24A-roll and B-roll. So, if you want that,
- 00:19:26I've got a free guide below. It's linked
- 00:19:27below under tip number 22. All right.
- 00:19:30Now, tip number 23 is about sound
- 00:19:31effects. If you want to improve your
- 00:19:33videos and you want to add sound
- 00:19:34effects, the best place to find them is
- 00:19:36just by searching in YouTube for X sound
- 00:19:38effect. But if you can't find what you
- 00:19:40want, a really sneaky way to do this is
- 00:19:41to go to 11 Labs and use their sound
- 00:19:44effect creator tool. And this works
- 00:19:46super well in elevating the audio of the
- 00:19:48video, just adding hits here and there
- 00:19:50of different sound effects. I've got a
- 00:19:51link below for 11 Labs if you want to
- 00:19:53try it. This is by far my favorite way
- 00:19:55to create sound effects from scratch.
- 00:19:56All right, tip number 24 is about
- 00:19:58improving vocal clarity. Now, if you
- 00:20:00find that your music is clashing with
- 00:20:02your vocals, it's going to be really
- 00:20:03hard to increase comprehension because
- 00:20:05people don't know what you're saying.
- 00:20:07So, an easy way to create this
- 00:20:08separation between your music and your
- 00:20:10vocals is to use a lowass filter on your
- 00:20:13music track. And a low pass filter
- 00:20:15essentially allows the lower frequencies
- 00:20:17to pass through, but it cuts off the
- 00:20:19highs. And this is important because the
- 00:20:21high frequencies is typically where your
- 00:20:22vocal range comes through. So, if you
- 00:20:24cut that, it creates a pocket of space
- 00:20:26for your vocals to cut through better.
- 00:20:28Now, to use a low pass filter, just
- 00:20:29search for lowass filter in your effects
- 00:20:31panel. You'll find it and then drag it
- 00:20:33onto your music track. Typically, I like
- 00:20:35to set the level anywhere between 1700
- 00:20:37and 2500 hertz. Everything below that
- 00:20:39will come through and everything above
- 00:20:41that in the music will be cut off. This
- 00:20:43will allow separation between your
- 00:20:44vocals and the music. All right, tip
- 00:20:46number 25 is about pace switching. A few
- 00:20:49tips ago, I mentioned visual pace
- 00:20:50switching as a critical element to
- 00:20:52elevating your edits. Now, visual pacing
- 00:20:54is just the speed with which you switch
- 00:20:56visuals or add cuts to create visual
- 00:20:59difference. Now, with respect to how
- 00:21:01fast you should do this, for every
- 00:21:02sentence, you should expect anywhere
- 00:21:04from one to three visual switches. And
- 00:21:06typically, the easiest way to practice
- 00:21:07this is to download a video that you
- 00:21:09like of another creator and make a cut
- 00:21:12every time their video switches. Then,
- 00:21:14you can apply your raw video on top of
- 00:21:16it and cut yours as well. You can kind
- 00:21:19of get a sense for how often they're
- 00:21:20switching the visuals, and this will
- 00:21:22train you over time for the right visual
- 00:21:24pacing. Tip number 26 is about visual
- 00:21:26formats. When it comes to visual formats
- 00:21:28on social media, there are four main
- 00:21:30types. Yapping, inworld, green screen,
- 00:21:33and studio. Now, yapping is something
- 00:21:35like Alex Earl, literally just talking
- 00:21:37to the camera with very limited visuals
- 00:21:39or graphics. In world is something like
- 00:21:41this guy Leo Keller where he's actually
- 00:21:43creating almost like a mini music video
- 00:21:45of shots fully in his world. Green
- 00:21:48screen is something like my friend Orin
- 00:21:49where he's removing his background and
- 00:21:51then using the background for visuals,
- 00:21:53videos, or images. And then studio is
- 00:21:55typically what I do for social media.
- 00:21:56It's me in the studio and I'm cutting
- 00:21:58between me and different visuals. Now,
- 00:22:00you can win with all four, but the less
- 00:22:02visually differentiated your video, the
- 00:22:04more emphasis that goes on the hook, the
- 00:22:06storytelling, and the idea. The rule of
- 00:22:08thumb is this. If you can upgrade your
- 00:22:10visuals without degrading comprehension,
- 00:22:12I recommend you do so. It'll be easier
- 00:22:14to separate. All right. Now, the next
- 00:22:15section or category is posting. And for
- 00:22:17this one, let's do a bunch of super
- 00:22:19rapidfire tips to help increase views
- 00:22:21with different posting settings. And
- 00:22:23obviously the main macro goal for this
- 00:22:25is we want to take any action or tweak
- 00:22:27we can to increase views. So I'm going
- 00:22:28to tell you a bunch of the things that I
- 00:22:29do right now. Tip number 27 is about
- 00:22:32post timing. What time of day should we
- 00:22:34post to best optimize for views? Here's
- 00:22:37the guidance. You want to post
- 00:22:38consistently at the same time every
- 00:22:40single day. Personally for me, I find
- 00:22:41that posting first thing in the morning
- 00:22:43when I wake up works best. And this is
- 00:22:45to build the habit with my user base so
- 00:22:47they can kind of look forward to my
- 00:22:48videos as they're coming out in the
- 00:22:50morning. But the truth is, you can win
- 00:22:51by posting at any time of day. I find
- 00:22:54you kind of want your first one to two
- 00:22:55hours of the video to be strongly
- 00:22:57engaged with by your audience. So,
- 00:22:58whatever time that would be, start with
- 00:23:00that. All right, tip number 28 is on the
- 00:23:02caption. How do we do the caption? My
- 00:23:05take is you want to include as much
- 00:23:06possible context in the caption as
- 00:23:08possible. I believe the algorithms are
- 00:23:10using keywords in the captions to help
- 00:23:12target your videos. So, the more keyword
- 00:23:15topic you can give them, the easier
- 00:23:16it'll be for them to target. Now, what I
- 00:23:18like to do is pretty much just include
- 00:23:20the transcript of the video and any
- 00:23:21additional information that would be
- 00:23:23relevant that I couldn't fit in the
- 00:23:24script. At the bottom, I like to include
- 00:23:26follow at username for more videos like
- 00:23:29this. I find that works super well in
- 00:23:30reminding people to follow, but it
- 00:23:32doesn't nuke or hurt the video. All
- 00:23:33right, tip number 29 is hashtags. And
- 00:23:36everybody wants to know, should I
- 00:23:37include hashtags in my captions? The
- 00:23:39answer is yes. At the very bottom of
- 00:23:41your caption, you want to include six to
- 00:23:4310 different hashtags from highle
- 00:23:45breadth all the way to narrow. So, if
- 00:23:47I'm making a video about an AI video
- 00:23:49model, I would include hashtags like AI,
- 00:23:51artificial intelligence, tech,
- 00:23:53technology, video, filmmaker, video, AI.
- 00:23:56You could tell it goes broad to narrow.
- 00:23:58Some broad, some narrow. People don't
- 00:23:59necessarily search on hashtags like they
- 00:24:01used to, but again, I have a feeling
- 00:24:03these help target the algorithm for who
- 00:24:06to push your video to. All right, tip
- 00:24:08number 30 is about customizing the
- 00:24:09location and/or name of the original
- 00:24:12audio. This is a super tip. When you're
- 00:24:14posting on Instagram, you can actually
- 00:24:15customize the name of your location and
- 00:24:18or the audio track and have it show at
- 00:24:20the top of your video. These are just
- 00:24:22bonus surface area slots that you could
- 00:24:24help direct people to go follow or
- 00:24:26engage with something. My friend Roberto
- 00:24:28does this super well. You could check
- 00:24:29out his videos. All right, tip number 31
- 00:24:31is the video thumbnail, especially on
- 00:24:33Instagram and Tik Tok. You want to make
- 00:24:35sure the video thumbnail is optimized.
- 00:24:37And it feels like this doesn't matter,
- 00:24:38but it really does. When someone DMs
- 00:24:40your video to a group within Instagram,
- 00:24:43the thing that shows up is the
- 00:24:45thumbnail. So, you want them to click
- 00:24:46and watch that video. The more
- 00:24:48captivating the thumbnail is, the more
- 00:24:50easy it is to understand, the more
- 00:24:51people will click that in the DMs. You
- 00:24:53want to think of this kind of like the
- 00:24:54thumbnail for YouTube, although it's
- 00:24:55nowhere near as important because your
- 00:24:57video will show on the feed without
- 00:24:59people opting in. To drive shares, which
- 00:25:01is really important for virality, you
- 00:25:03need people to click on the thumbnail in
- 00:25:04the DM so they watch when shared with.
- 00:25:07This is a really important
- 00:25:08underoptimized thing. Focus on your
- 00:25:10video thumbnails. All right, tip number
- 00:25:1232 is where to post. If you make great
- 00:25:14videos, you should be cross-osting them
- 00:25:16on every platform. Instagram reels, Tik
- 00:25:18Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube shorts, those the
- 00:25:20four horsemen, but also X threads,
- 00:25:23Facebook or Snapchat. This is
- 00:25:25essentially free exposure, so you should
- 00:25:27be posting everywhere. But the truth is,
- 00:25:28you only need to be posting on the one
- 00:25:30hero platform where your buyers live. If
- 00:25:33your buyers are on LinkedIn, then make
- 00:25:35sure you are responding to every single
- 00:25:37comment on LinkedIn. That's the
- 00:25:38ecosystem where you want to invest your
- 00:25:40time because when you engage in the
- 00:25:41comments on whatever platform, it
- 00:25:43elevates the fandom that you've created.
- 00:25:45It's a two-way dialogue with people that
- 00:25:47engage with you. And those people will
- 00:25:48support you in bigger ways down the road
- 00:25:50on that platform. So despite being able
- 00:25:53to post on eight platforms, if you don't
- 00:25:55want to, make sure you're highly engaged
- 00:25:57on the one platform where your buyers
- 00:25:59live. All right, the fifth category of
- 00:26:00this video is growth. And specifically,
- 00:26:02all these tips are engineered to help
- 00:26:04you grow faster. Okay, tip number 33 is
- 00:26:07growth expectations. How fast should you
- 00:26:10expect to grow roughly before you start
- 00:26:12making videos? If you post five videos
- 00:26:14per week and get incrementally better
- 00:26:15with each video, you should expect
- 00:26:17roughly that it will take you 50 to 100
- 00:26:19videos to really start crushing. This
- 00:26:21assumes high volume with iterative
- 00:26:23learning in a compressed period of time.
- 00:26:25So, two and a half to 5 monthsish. Now,
- 00:26:27if you post fewer than five videos per
- 00:26:29week, it's going to take significantly
- 00:26:31longer. So, if you post half the volume,
- 00:26:332 and a half videos per week, it's not
- 00:26:35just going to take 5 to 10 months, it's
- 00:26:37actually going to be much longer. And
- 00:26:38that's because your iterative speed of
- 00:26:40learning is slower. High consistency for
- 00:26:43a long period of time is critical to
- 00:26:45getting more views. So, if you want to
- 00:26:46win this game, make sure you accept this
- 00:26:48baseline level of input before you start
- 00:26:51going. All right, tip number 34 is how
- 00:26:53to grow faster. The fastest way to grow
- 00:26:56on any platform is to post five videos
- 00:26:58per week, ideally on weekdays. And if
- 00:27:00you're already doing this and you're not
- 00:27:02growing, well then the next tip would be
- 00:27:03to increase the iteration per video. You
- 00:27:05got to make those videos better each
- 00:27:07time. And of course, all that means is
- 00:27:09just adhering to the principles that I
- 00:27:10talk about in this video and on this
- 00:27:12channel. Now, chances are if you post
- 00:27:14five videos per week and you're getting
- 00:27:15better and you listen to everything I
- 00:27:17say, you will be growing fast. I
- 00:27:18guarantee it. But still, even then, if
- 00:27:21you're doing all that and you're not
- 00:27:22growing, the next best thing to do to
- 00:27:23grow faster is the comments strategy.
- 00:27:26And here's what that is. You should be
- 00:27:27commenting on 25 to 50 other creators
- 00:27:30posts in your niche every single day. To
- 00:27:32do this, you want to turn on post
- 00:27:34notifications in their profile. Go to
- 00:27:36the three dot menu and turn on post
- 00:27:38notifications. And doing this comment
- 00:27:40strategy will help hone the algorithm on
- 00:27:42your niche faster because you're
- 00:27:43signaling that you are engaging in this
- 00:27:45sub community. Leaving these comments
- 00:27:47will also get way more eyes on your
- 00:27:49profile. It's the barnacle on the whale
- 00:27:51strategy. All right, tip number 35 is to
- 00:27:53use trial reels on Instagram. If you
- 00:27:56want a hack for growing on Instagram
- 00:27:57faster, use trial reels. This is a
- 00:28:00switch that you can flip while you're
- 00:28:01posting, which will enable you to send a
- 00:28:03video out to only a group of
- 00:28:05nonfollowers, so it won't go to
- 00:28:06followers and it won't show up on your
- 00:28:08feed. And this was designed to allow
- 00:28:09creators to ABC test new ideas without
- 00:28:12risking their existing following. But it
- 00:28:14ended up being a backdoor strategy for
- 00:28:16faster growth because what you can do is
- 00:28:18repost your banger videos over and over
- 00:28:21and over again to nonfollowers. This
- 00:28:23won't dilute your following. It'll just
- 00:28:24bring new people in the door over and
- 00:28:26over. All right, tip number 36, as I
- 00:28:27mentioned before, is to use collabs on
- 00:28:30Instagram. If you want a hack for
- 00:28:31growing secondary accounts, use the
- 00:28:33collab feature to collab with yourself.
- 00:28:36So when you go to post a video, press
- 00:28:37tag, but instead of tagging someone,
- 00:28:39invite them as a collaborator. and then
- 00:28:41inviting them is actually you inviting
- 00:28:44your own other account. And this is
- 00:28:46super helpful and a hack for many
- 00:28:47reasons. For one, when someone presses
- 00:28:49follow on either of the accounts, it
- 00:28:51will automatically follow both. And that
- 00:28:53allows you to use this second account as
- 00:28:55another organic channel or as a paid
- 00:28:57channel without diluting your primary
- 00:28:59channel. Now, I will say most of the
- 00:29:01followers are going to be the same
- 00:29:02across both, but you will be able to get
- 00:29:03new followers on the second one because
- 00:29:05it will have an algorithmic push of its
- 00:29:07own. Tip number 37 is to repost your
- 00:29:10reels as stories on Instagram after 24
- 00:29:12hours. And this is pretty
- 00:29:13straightforward because what I just said
- 00:29:15is the tip. Now, the reason you want to
- 00:29:16wait 24 hours is because you want to let
- 00:29:18the reels algorithmic push run out
- 00:29:20before reinvigorating it with a story
- 00:29:22repost. All right, tip number 38 is to
- 00:29:24repost your banger videos every 4 to 6
- 00:29:27months on the main feed. This is another
- 00:29:29really easy tip for increasing your
- 00:29:31growth. If you have a banger video, you
- 00:29:33can post it again 4 to 6 months later
- 00:29:35exactly as is. Chances are lots of new
- 00:29:38people have likely come into your
- 00:29:39ecosystem since the last posting. So,
- 00:29:41they probably haven't seen the video yet
- 00:29:43before. And the truth is, the people who
- 00:29:45have seen it probably won't mind because
- 00:29:46it was such a good video the first time.
- 00:29:48All right, tip number 39 is about
- 00:29:50posting quantity. How much should I be
- 00:29:52posting? The truth is more videos are
- 00:29:54better than less videos. That's always
- 00:29:56going to be the case. However, you
- 00:29:57really only need to be posting once per
- 00:29:59day at most. Any more than that is kind
- 00:30:00of overkill. So, five to seven posts per
- 00:30:03week is the best sweet spot you can go
- 00:30:05for. All right, tip number 40 is about
- 00:30:07comment automation. The best way to
- 00:30:09automate comments to engagement, like
- 00:30:11asking people to leave a comment and
- 00:30:12then engaging automatically in DMs are
- 00:30:14to use automation tools specifically
- 00:30:17designed for social media platforms.
- 00:30:19Many chat is the best one to use for
- 00:30:21Instagram and Tik Tok. And Phantom
- 00:30:23Buster is the best one to use for
- 00:30:24LinkedIn. If you want to automate that
- 00:30:26engagement and create conversations in
- 00:30:27the DMs, use Many Chat and Phantom
- 00:30:29Buster. Now, if you don't know how to
- 00:30:30use those, inside of Wavy World, which
- 00:30:32is my free content community for
- 00:30:33entrepreneurs, I did a full breakdown
- 00:30:35tutorial completely for free teaching
- 00:30:37you exactly how to do it. We have over
- 00:30:3917,000 entrepreneurs in the community
- 00:30:41right now. If you want a free invite,
- 00:30:42it's in the description. All right. Now,
- 00:30:44the last category and the last four tips
- 00:30:46are in miscellaneous. And these are just
- 00:30:48a couple of last helpful tips and
- 00:30:50tricks. They really didn't fit into any
- 00:30:51of the other categories. Tip number 41
- 00:30:53is about metrics. I find it's really
- 00:30:55helpful to understand what metrics
- 00:30:57actually are telling you about your
- 00:30:58video's performance. So, here's what all
- 00:31:00the different metrics signal. If you
- 00:31:02have high shares on a video, that means
- 00:31:04it was remarkable and unique. In other
- 00:31:06words, it was shareworthy. If you have
- 00:31:08high saves, it means the video was dense
- 00:31:10and valuable, meaning that it was save
- 00:31:12worthy. If you have high likes on a
- 00:31:14video, it means you had a consensus take
- 00:31:16or it was just compelling to watch. If
- 00:31:18you have high comments on a video, it
- 00:31:20means you really struck a chord with
- 00:31:21what you said. Now, the order of
- 00:31:23importance of metrics goes like this.
- 00:31:25Shares, comments, saves, likes, and then
- 00:31:28views. You should optimize for those
- 00:31:30metrics in that order. Okay. Tip number
- 00:31:3242 is about gear. When it comes to gear,
- 00:31:35you can actually drive more views with
- 00:31:37less moves if you optimize in the right
- 00:31:39area. Between audio, video, and lighting
- 00:31:42gear, audio is always the most
- 00:31:44important. Bad audio or echoey audio is
- 00:31:46going to ruin everything, no matter how
- 00:31:47good the video looks. Now, my
- 00:31:49recommendation is to use these wireless
- 00:31:51mics from DJI. Also, Road makes them.
- 00:31:53There are plenty of other brands, but
- 00:31:55use wireless mics that are high quality.
- 00:31:57For lighting, don't record in front of a
- 00:31:58window where the conditions are
- 00:32:00constantly changing or it'll create
- 00:32:01differences in your background. You want
- 00:32:03to use a light with a softbox like what
- 00:32:04I have here, which creates constant
- 00:32:06diffused light as you record. Now, I put
- 00:32:08together a full gear list with all the
- 00:32:10different stuff I recommend with four
- 00:32:12different budgets depending on how much
- 00:32:13you want to spend. It's completely free.
- 00:32:15It's linked below. If you want to grab
- 00:32:16the gear list, make sure to get it. All
- 00:32:18right, tip number 43 is AI tools.
- 00:32:20Everybody's always trying to find AI
- 00:32:22tools to speed up their workflow. Here
- 00:32:23are a couple that I'm really liking
- 00:32:25right now for making content faster. The
- 00:32:27first one to improve your audio is
- 00:32:29called Adobe Podcast Enhancer. It's not
- 00:32:31market as an AI tool, but it's using AI
- 00:32:33to kind of put bad audio in and spit
- 00:32:35that good audio out. So, if you want to
- 00:32:37upgrade your audio sound or you're
- 00:32:39recording with echo, use Adobe Podcast
- 00:32:41Enhancer. I'm also really liking the new
- 00:32:43AI image and video model that Art List
- 00:32:45came out with. I did a brand deal with
- 00:32:47them a long time ago, but trying it
- 00:32:49really surprised me. It's really easy
- 00:32:50for creators to use. You can go text to
- 00:32:52image to video and use these presets
- 00:32:54they have, so you don't have to actually
- 00:32:55nail the prompting. I'd recommend trying
- 00:32:57out art list. I've also found Clling's
- 00:32:59new 2.0 video model is really great for
- 00:33:02taking an image and adding motion that
- 00:33:04you can use for B-roll. And then, of
- 00:33:06course, MidJourney is going to be the
- 00:33:07best AI tool for generating images. I
- 00:33:09love MidJourney. So, taking MidJourney
- 00:33:11into Clling 2.0 is a power combination.
- 00:33:14Now, the last tip, tip 44, is around
- 00:33:16brand deals. And this is a really easy
- 00:33:18one. If you're trying to maximize the
- 00:33:19price you can charge brands for brand
- 00:33:21deals, they're looking at the worst of
- 00:33:23these three metrics. Your followers,
- 00:33:25your average views, and your average
- 00:33:27engagement. That triangle, they're
- 00:33:29trying to find the weak point, and then
- 00:33:30charge you less because of it. So, if
- 00:33:32you want more money, make sure to
- 00:33:34increase the views, engagement, and
- 00:33:35followers. Not a lot you can do on
- 00:33:37followers, but if you make a video that
- 00:33:39wasn't paid and it was a flop, just
- 00:33:41delete or archive it so it doesn't ruin
- 00:33:43your average. All right. All right. Now,
- 00:33:44this was the first time I tried to make
- 00:33:45a video like this. So, if you're still
- 00:33:47watching and you watch this far, I want
- 00:33:49to reward you with something that I did
- 00:33:51not tease at the beginning. This is for
- 00:33:52true OG fans. The first thing is I'm
- 00:33:55doing a flash deal right now for
- 00:33:57sandcastles.ai. That is my AI content
- 00:34:00tool. You put an idea in, you get a
- 00:34:02polished, optimized video script out in
- 00:34:04less than 60 seconds. It is a magical
- 00:34:06experience. I've made a discount code
- 00:34:07that gives you 25% off for life. And I'm
- 00:34:10not communicating it anywhere else but
- 00:34:12right here in this video. There's only
- 00:34:1350 of them. Once they're claimed,
- 00:34:15they're gone. The code is rocket power
- 00:34:1824. All lowercase, no spaces. If you're
- 00:34:20serious about making content and you
- 00:34:22want to make it faster, sandcastle.ai,
- 00:34:24go use this code. 25% off for life,
- 00:34:26monthly or annual plan, whatever you
- 00:34:28want. All right, the second thing I want
- 00:34:29to give is a super straightforward
- 00:34:31tactical playbook for beginners. If you
- 00:34:33want to play the brand deal game and you
- 00:34:34want to play the ads game, you want to
- 00:34:35get huge amounts of views so you can
- 00:34:37monetize with brand deals, this is the
- 00:34:39beginner playbook to follow step by
- 00:34:41step. Step number one is to first pick a
- 00:34:43large total addressable market. You want
- 00:34:45some topic category where tens of
- 00:34:47millions or hundreds of millions of
- 00:34:49people would be interested in the
- 00:34:51topics. This is how you're going to get
- 00:34:52massive views on the videos. Step two is
- 00:34:54that you're going to find 10 to 20
- 00:34:56creators that are already dominating in
- 00:34:57that niche and you're going to mine for
- 00:34:59any video that has done better than 10x
- 00:35:02their average. So if your average view
- 00:35:03is 50,000, any video with over 500,000
- 00:35:06views, you're going to pull that as a
- 00:35:07topic. Your first hundred videos are
- 00:35:09going to be remixed off of those topics
- 00:35:11only. And that was step three. Remix
- 00:35:13those videos. The Virgil Ablo rule, 3%
- 00:35:16rule. All you have to do is change the
- 00:35:17video 3% and it's considered something
- 00:35:19new. So take those videos, remix them,
- 00:35:21add your own flavor, and then post. Step
- 00:35:23four, make five videos a week, cross-ost
- 00:35:25them on every platform, and post until
- 00:35:27you have a hundred videos. Step five, do
- 00:35:30not pass go. Do not collect $200. Do not
- 00:35:32look up. Keep the blinders on and just
- 00:35:34do this. Five videos a week. 100 videos
- 00:35:37is 20 weeks. That's five months. If you
- 00:35:39do this for five months and you pick a
- 00:35:40large enough TAM, I guarantee you'll be
- 00:35:42printing money from brand deals in five
- 00:35:44months. Step six, when you're ready to
- 00:35:46take it seriously and you've done a
- 00:35:47bunch of videos, but you feel like
- 00:35:48you're stuck, enroll in Short Form
- 00:35:50Academy. That's short form.academy is
- 00:35:52the URL. This is my private membership
- 00:35:54that I really don't talk about on
- 00:35:55YouTube, but this is how people go from
- 00:35:56good to great with content. I personally
- 00:35:58review your videos and make sure they're
- 00:36:00better quicker so you can actually get
- 00:36:02to the end and figure out what's wrong
- 00:36:04and what's preventing you from growing.
- 00:36:06That's it. Step one to six. Honestly, if
- 00:36:08you do step one to five, you'll be
- 00:36:09printing with brand deals. You don't
- 00:36:10even need the short form academy. Just
- 00:36:11do steps one to five. It sounds stupidly
- 00:36:13simple because it is stupidly simple.
- 00:36:15Anything else outside of that list
- 00:36:17besides that 1 to 5, it's the icing.
- 00:36:19It's 20%. You don't need that. Focus on
- 00:36:21those things and you will win. And if
- 00:36:23you need more help, like I said, I have
- 00:36:25a free community of entrepreneurs and
- 00:36:26creators all working together to improve
- 00:36:28their content. We have 17,000 people in
- 00:36:31there already. It's growing like a weed.
- 00:36:32I got a free invite link for you. It's
- 00:36:34called Wavy World. Join that if you want
- 00:36:36help. And if not, until the next video,
- 00:36:38we will see you guys on the next one.
- 00:36:40Peace.
